Best customer service !!! From in person visits to home delivery this gem has covered it all !! EVERYONE seems to genuinely enjoy working here and they show that in their knowledge and happy energized attitudes !!

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews..? Maybe since I'm from the Bay Area and am spoiled with dozens of excellent dispensaries within a single zip code, this place was NOT it. First day we came, they were sold out of most of the edibles we wanted, wouldn't sell the stock window displays. Fine. The "guide" recommended us a substitute which cost $19... and went home and felt nothing. Dumped it. Google it and saw it's a $12 product at other stores. Ok, fine. I get it, times are tough and you need a mark up to survive. Went back again today after placing an online order, the only total came out to $20.10. Since we don't carry cash basically EVER, I scrounged up exactly $20.10 before leaving home. Then stand in line. Then get to the cashier who rang it up as... $20.11. She wouldn't sell us the product because we were short A PENNY. Even though that's what their own website said our order total was!!! So... we went outside and found a penny on the floor and waited in line again. Can I make a few suggestions People's? 1) have your website give the CORRECT order total. Pretty much every other retail website is able to give correct order totals down to the penny... I know you can do it too! Look into it! I'm sure it's good business practice to charge customers an accurate amount :). 2) if you're CASH ONLY and you happen to have a website that quotes a total that differs in pennies... maybe have a "take a penny, leave a penny" dish. It fosters good will and makes it less annoying when... oh I don't know... you're quoted an incorrect order total by a single penny.

One of my favorite spots in OC. I was so relieved to find a place so close to home with such reliable inventory to fit any budget. The staff is incredible and the building is beautiful. There is plenty of parking and security also.

I order online and usually select delivery, if I purchase more than $50 or in person if the purchase is less than $50.The pickup process is quick and easy, and organized. People's has good election of edibles.Parking can sometimes be an issue if you visit during a crowded time or on weekends.CASH CASH CASH!!

An awesome and efficient place to grab edibles specifically. They have a really good selection of the good stuff from like Kiva and Kanha and when you enter, if it's your first time you talk to someone who helps show you the ropes, then you go to a tablet and order where hand sanitizer is provided and someone cleans them off every order.Then you go upstairs to the counter to pick up your order. There is a one-way path to the tablets and then  upstairs and then you go downstairs on the other staircase, no cross-traffic and no confusions hopefully!Prices are decent too. Got Kiva Camino gummies for $20, on the cheap-end I see them at $18 for delivery services and $23 for expensive spots.All in all really easy fast place with plenty of helpful security people to make you feel safe too.

A little on the expensive side but they have the best of the best strains here. Every time I'm in the mood to try something new this is the place I go. A lot of other nearby clinics will talk about how People's is more expensive but I think it's definitely worth the money. This is an honest review and I am not high while writing it so it's non biased

Friendly staff and security greet you right away. Been coming here for years. Staff can answer all your questions. With covid you now order on a kiosk and pay at the kiosk and then you go upstairs to receive your goods.

Helpful service, but small parking lot and rude attendants. You order from a screen so there's not really much looking at the products. Cash only.

Welcome to the Disneyland of cannabis. People's is stocked with all things THC and CBD. This dispensary sells a wide variety of products including edibles, flower, CBD, and THC accessories. This spot also happens to be the nicest dispensary I've ever visited! It's multiple stories and features a number of glass cases showcasing their available goodies. There is a decent size parking lot to the side of the dispensary making the store very easily accessible. When you enter you'll check in with the receptionist and make your order through one of their electronic tablets. This process absolutely needs to be implemented across all cannabis stores! It's great having the ability to browse available items and read a little more about the different offerings.

They have the friendliest staff in the business! I like using their delivery service because it's always prompt and complete; no errors, nothing missing! They carry Top-Shelf flower, name brand edibles, topicals, and they always seem to have what we need in stock! I highly recommend.

This is a great place! Very knowledgable staff. Sure, it's pricey, but I think it's worth it. My mom has Alzheimer's and edibles are the only thing that calm her down in the sunset hours of the day. The staff really helped me find the right type of edible for her-- calming but not sedating. And free delivery over $50 within 15 miles?! Amazing! Wish they didn't take cash only but it is what it is. At least they have an ATM machine in store.

Rude. Rip-Off, Staff has NO DECORUM. Only 2 good strains everything else they offer is meh. Wonder what's going on in the building across the way.... Seems to be more guarded than the dispensary..Hmmmmmm.....

I cannot give this place a good review because of the bid tenders and the way they sell. I've been a stiizy guy for a long time. They don't even know that cannabis derived terpines and live resin pods are different. I checked out on the computer with a cannabis derived terpines pod and they give me a live resin pod. I tell the guy that's not what I bought and he said yes it is and that stiizy doesn't make three different levels of pods. They tried telling me that live resin and cannabis derived terpine pods are the same. Uneducated and over priced. If you go to California Safe access right down the road they have stiizy pods for TWENTY DOLLARS. They respect veterans and give discounts. Peoples oc is an overpriced joke. That bud tender was very uneducated. Look at the pictures they aren't even the same but to them they are.

Awesome place. Parking is small but the parking attendant really helps direct you to a parking spot and help with the flow of traffic. Max was AWESOME. He was working at the entry but came to the key pad order to help answer any of my questions and I like the fact that he has tried some of the products. It's really easy. You have to be 21 to enter, show ID. Go to the key pad order, they have several key pads. The order is in categories. Flower, pre rolled, edibles... Go into each category, select, and purchase. You than go upstairs and pay. Cash only. This is an awesome place. In and out. Barely a wait.

Super fast and friendly service. Got everything I needed in an out even during rush hour on my way home from work in Tustin to Dana Point so you can imagine I was not trying to sit inside the store with pedestrian traffic when I sit in heavy traffic coming home on the 5 south (especially on a Friday). They had everything I was looking for with a great selection and great price too honestly. Every other dispensary I've gone to for the Canndescent brand is way more expensive I feel like. This place is lit, everyone is super nice and my bud tender at the checkout (Haley) was super sweet, easy to talk to and super cute! Definitely one of my fav dispo's around!

My friend brought me here since he wanted to get some gummies.  Parking lot was almost filled up when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon.  I like that you can browse by yourself and just order at one of the kiosks when you're ready.  If you don't have cash, you can go to one of their atms. $2.95 fee then an additional $2.50 surprise fee later when you check your bank account.  When you're ready to pay, you go upstairs to pay and pick up your order.

4 stars because I've been in the store. Or I would of gave 1 star for delivery service. Go in the store. They offer great service there, in person. I made the mistake of purchasing online and requesting delivery. The biggest a-hole I ever met showed up at my door this evening. Like the worst! Complaining about finding my house and just acting like a prick. Clearly hates his job and his life. Please quit your job dude.

I've always seen this place when cruising along the 55 ... that infamous root art installation that grabs your attention! LOL I've always been intrigued. Finally! I have a reason to come here. You see, last time I was under the influence of marijuana was around 8 years ago during my college days. I don't like using it that much but I was in the mood after working all week & the fact I *won't* wake up the next day feeling like a volcano erupted in my head... (aka no hangover) well that's a win! I don't smoke. So edibles it is! I took a gander at the selection before stepping foot into the store. You can actually buy online & pick up in store but I wanted the full in store experience so I didn't do that option. The parking is annoying... super small lot. The most annoying thing? Cash only & of course their annoying atm will rob you with their atm fee lol. I'm just cheap I guess? But anyway! It was such an easy process, placing the order with one of the iPad kiosks & then going upstairs to pick up the order. Nice! I don't visit dispensaries very often.. but I wouldn't mind coming back here, maybe in about 8 years when I decide to indulge again~

Clean, neat, minimalist environment. Unhurried with very decent employees. Your experience here will be a top notch one in the cannabis dispensary biz. Displays are attractive and not overwhelming for the first time visitor. Felt very safe and comfortable. If you don't want to climb the stairs you can order online from several kiosks downstairs that contain menus.Product review: could not ask for more in a quality bud. Description of attributes is quite accurate. While they have a wide inventory, your "guide" will help you with the details when it comes to picking out just what you want. Happy people, happy customer. I'd rather pay more here than in an illegal dispensary selling weed from anywhere they can get it. It's worth it to have this stuff lab tested and certified. Just saying. Nice experience, we would go back.

I love people's OC. I remember watching this place being announced and built because I use to work at the dealerships around the corner few years ago. I use to goto "the joint", ugly green building with tweakers and druggies outside of it. Yah Peoples is 100% better and, honestly need more dispensaries like this. They making buying weed easy, painless, and mainstream. It's like a normal store and giving Marijuana a good vibe for CA. ADRIAN delivered my stuff this morning. They deliver, hassle free! Other online places I've tried make you jump through loop holes just to buy some..

Express pick up is sooooooo convenient. Awesome location, lots of verity! Easy check in, parking lot is a bit small but I always find a spot, friendly staff, ATM on site.

Helpful staff but their buying process is very drawn out- you order via an iPad in store (downstairs) and then you go upstairs to pay. They gave me the wrong product and I did not notice until I got home and opened the bag! Not cool :(

Place is pretty cool inside with lots of options.  But my lord it is expensive here.  I got 2 8th's not even best of the best, and some edibles for $170.  Actually to be exact it was $170.01 and the cashier couldn't spot me 1 penny.  This is one of my pet peeves when change is super close within a nickel just round it.  Instead she counted out $29 dollars and 99 cents as I sat there in aww.  Just kinda annoyed me and I'll go elsewhere over that 1 penny next time

Soooooo I don't really write a lot of reviews, but I have to do this. I have been an avid cannabis consumer for about 4 years now. I have seen it all and been to it all when it comes to dispensaries, budtenders, delivery services, sesh's and even have grower friends. However, the amount of knowledge that Ana had not just about the products but the actual medical and medicinal purposes and how a certain products effect you and what part for your mental health you want to work on and everything down to the various aspects of how our brains work on certain products or what the need is that you are trying to accomplish... she blew my mind away! I have never met a person that works in this industry that has so much psychological knowledge behind the way our system adapts and certain regimes using the entire full spectrums of full plant benefits instead of just sedating oneself, which is what I was doing without realizing and then wondering why my anxiety, depression, ptsd and insomnia were not getting any better. She literally like a doctor " prescribed" a regimen that has changed the game in just a few short days. And then on top of it, to be so humble to give credit to others and then talking to her supervisor Mariyah she is all about hyping up Ana and making sure to give her credit for how wonderful she is without even a single ounce of jealousy or wanting or needing praise for how well she manages everything. Like seriously???? Get the f out of here, where do you find that.  Ana, thank you from the bottom of my heart....Oh oh if all this wasn't all amazing and unbelievable as it is... the prices are soooo reasonable and the store is just so beautiful and organized and just such a great system going on. Thank you for making my experience so amazing!!!

Last night, we picked up our little yorkie , Henry, from VCA pet hospital. The prognosis was bad. Liver cancer. He only had days or weeks left. He is 13 and has lived a full life - we are grateful for that and super healthy up to this point. All of this came on so fast. My wife suggested we get some doggy CBD oil. We headed to People's right from VCA. Neither my wife or I use cannabis - we are ignorant of its related products. But we wanted a more holistic-based pain reliever. The team at People's was wonderful. They knew the products well, carried a great line of dog and pet CBD products, and gave me ample time to evaluate what would be best. The managers here should be very proud. The employees of this store love what they do, love to educate others, and take great care on making customers feel welcome. It's a great culture.Henry really went downhill once we got him home. In the middle of the night, we knew it - he was ready to go "home". Giving him CBD oil all evening helped calm him and reduce his pain, giving us one more evening with our baby. A mobile doctor came this afternoon, and Henry left for heaven. I'm grateful to People's. You kept my boy happy, so my wife and I could spend one more wonderful evening with him. I miss him so much - but you gave my wife and I the chance to say goodbye and hold our baby for one more night. Thank you.

New to all this looking for chronic lower back pain relief. Went in and was very surprised how nice it is. All walks of life coming and going. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked my ID and sent me upstairs. Once upstairs I met with Destiny who took great care of me and understood what I was looking for and what I expected. She took her time and explained a lot to me. I will definitely be back, and Team People you should be proud to have Destiny on your team. Thank you

Great selection, friendly and quick service, and overall easy experience. Online ordering for express pickup is an awesome option, but you also have the option for delivery which is great. No matter what--you get a friendly smile and service. Great staff!

I had the BEST experience here.I was here a while ago, but forgot the girls name until I saw it on the review card. I heard about this place on social media through friends, & finally tried it out.SAYDE was so helpful! She found the best products for what I wanted, & had an awesome attitude. She went above mediocre customer service to make sure my visit was great. She deserves more than 5 stars, she absolutely made my day.I will be going back & hopefully I'll be lucky & get her again

This is the nicest store in Orange County!  Great selection of brands and they have great sales if you follow them on social media.  I don't think any other store has a better variety of edibles.

Great service. I order delivery from People's pretty regularly and they're always courteous and kind. Only issue was the delivery person wasn't wearing a mask, which makes me a bit sad. other than that, everything was great. Although, not gonna lie, they did stop carrying a regular product I purchase so I hope what I got as a replacement works just as well.

My first and favorite place in Orange County. The staff is super kind and helpful, and they've worked out a good system to tackle crowds + long lines - using the iPads downstairs first before heading up to grab your order. I especially love that the company donates to multiple local charities - LGBTQ support orgs, as well as legal funds for those who are still unnecessarily incarcerated on weed "crimes," if I remember correctly from their info inside. Thank you for keeping OC safe and happy, and doing so in a way that supports California

5 star review and service ALWAYS. Huge shoutout to Nicki and Max for always being so bubbly and welcoming to the customers. I've been coming here since I turned 21 and out of all the dispensaries I've been to this one is hands down the best. I have really long nails and sometimes I need help with a lot of things and they've been so accommodating. Only dispensary I tip at.

NICK is a super star !!! He has helped me several times and he really knows what he is talking about. I been having really severe insomnia and anxiety and he saved me from going crazy. NICK FOR PRESIDENT!!! Thank you so much always helping and being kind. I really appreciate it. Everyone here is always very nice and always very good service. What I always dreamed a dispensary should be!!! Very upscale, safe, and well stocked. My choice is CBD and they have a good variety of treatment options. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing seedy about this place!!!

I have been coming here for awhile now and my favorite part is how conveniently quick it is to get what you need and get out. I order via online and then pick it up in store. In and out in less than 5 mins. Thank you to Adrian for suggesting some good flower recommendations.

My Husbear found this place and it's the best place to go it's very covid safe. The place has a lot of options I have an English bulldog 10 years old and had her on pills from her vet for her pain when walking. She would just lay down a lot hardly wanted to walk. After putting her on CBD she is night and day now she walks a lot and follows us around the house instead of just laying on her soft pillow. This is a big difference in her. I also have some drops for my anxiety and I just can't imagine being with out.

I've never been a marijuana smoker, even in my twenties I wouldn't party with the devils lettuce! I remember my nephew and his friends smoking it all the time in my living room and I would probably get a "contact high" from it but wouldn't take an actual hit. I just didn't like the feeling! Fast forward to the present... and well here I am reviewing a Cannibus shop! It felt weird walking into a place like this, a middle aged, dance mom looking lady like me. Well, I am not the only one in here looking out of place! Lol! There's business men,  yoga looking ladies, elderly men and women and yes the stoner looking dude. So I was here for something to relieve my lower back inflammation that just kills me. Medication and Lidocaine patches just do not do anything.  I really wanted a Vape pen but I ended up getting a balm that has THC and CBD. I still need to try it to know if it's going to be a go-to product for me or not.  (Any suggestions are welcome) ---So to get in you do need to be 21 and have your ID with you.  ---BRING CASH, no credit cards accepted here, they do have ATMs here on premises. When you walk in you do have to get checked in before you go upstairs to make your purchases. I found the  employees  to be helpful. They did answer all my questions and made suggestions. I didn't feel rushed to make my choices and  they were all super friendly. Five stars for the friendly, welcoming service! :D thanks for reading!!

I had the best dispensary experience here. I don't go to dispensaries often and I also had some trouble finding the front door since it was pretty obscure. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly guy at the front counter yelling "don't be shy! Come on in!!!" and he politely asked us for IDs while joking around. He gave us a little explanation on how they worked (order at kiosk, fulfill order upstairs) and pointed out which were staff members to seek out if I had questions. Every single staff member we encountered was so so kind and the place was all around good vibes. The location is also beautiful inside, with so many options for all types of cannabis in glass cases and awesome art. Since I'm not super experienced with dispensaries I asked a staff member about their edibles and she was so patient and gave me the best recommendations based on my preferences. The prices were also very fair. I got a Kiva limited edition Munchies chocolate bar that was fruity pebbles flavored and supposed to be sooooo good, for $24. I also got a tin of the Kiva Camino gummies in the tropical punch flavor for $20. Super excited to try both! Thank you so much to the staff at People's OC for radiating positivity and kindness even during tough times like these. You made my day! Will definitely be making the drive back here once I finish today's haul. Nothing but love!!

Normally , I would go make a purchase in person but I decided to use their delivery service and I have to say is was some of the best service I have ever received. It was quick , on time and so easy! Their website is very user friendly for delivery services! Thank you People's , Andrew and Jose for making a great experience!

This dispensary had an amazing selection, I love how the be induced on is set up, they be have the best to selection, it's beautiful to the eye, the staff is in helpful, I love that they don't give me a hard time about it!!

Unfortunately my second visit was less great. There was some unmasked MAGA hat lady wandering around, breathing on the tablets. When I asked staff about it they said mask wearing was optional. Pretty gross.  I don't see myself able to go in to their store again unless they update this policy.

Budtender Joshua was excellent.  He knew exactly what we wanted after asking just a few questions.  His knowledge and expertise guided us to find the perfect pens for each of our different needs.

Products are really great fiancé brought home some of the gummies and there amazing. But I had never been inside. Until recently I went in and had looked on there website where I could not place anything into a cart to place a online order or anything so first pain really. Also there was no info on any of the products that I was looking at. We went off to the actually go to this location and I had gone inside to purchase items. Upon entering the parking lot I noticed a security guy which was fine I assume all dispensaries have security that's armed that was the issue the issue was with everything going on in the world he was the first face of people's that you saw and he was wearing a face mask with the CONFEDERATE FLAG on it. Not the American flag I know that one and not the British one either. In the political climate when you are at that point representing a business not what you should be doing and a few people when I had gone inside that were clients actually stated it was very offending and I even told a few people inside that worked there that he was wearing a confederate flag which was not right. Anyways upon entering I checked in with a very nice guy and was told to go to a machine place my order and then head upstairs to pay and pick it up. I went to there kiosk and tried to get any info on the two choices of pax vape pod on which one was a body high and not the head high. Neither had info even inside I waited for a few minutes attempting to ask someone for help and guys were standing and talking couldn't get there attention finally got a very nice gentlemen to help me he was fantastic he went into his little worker system to get info on the products to find there was nothing and actually had to ask a lady who finally knew. Was shocked there was no info and the guy didn't really know to be honest but I wouldn't expect him to know everything about ever product. The place is very clean and nice overall I loved it but the only really bad thing was no info and I am not a expert on thc or CBd products so sometimes maybe speak in a way that a normal person could understand only advice there and also have some info for the products. Other bad thing was the employees I garyanteed saw the security guy with that mask and so did his supervisor and to allow him to stand outside your place of business as the first contact to represent your company is not good.

This is the friendliest dispensary. They are knowledgeable and helpful and I never feel rushed when I'm asking like a million questions Would highly recommend this place lol

This place is great!! We're seniors and we like the Wyld Huckleberry Gummies for sleep and the Papa and Barkley 1:3 oil for aches and pains. And we get it delivered! Awesome!

I used to like this place. Recently it has lost its appeal. Online ordering system is consistently inconsistent, notifying you that they have received your order/when it's ready only sometimes but not every time. Also, previously if you had an express pickup, you could bypass the ID check-in line to hit the ATM or the express pick up counter directly. Now you have to do an ID check first thing every time no matter what. These are two minor inconveniences, but what has really gone downhill is the total lack of quality inventory at a price point under $50. I know California's bullshit regulations may have their hands tied on this one, but it's still disappointing.

Simply freakin amazing. They deliver so darn fast...and during this COVID-19 they are on it. With the following:1. Super polite2. Like luxury cannabis delivery 3. Very thorough4. Drove straight to our place5. No issues. No bumps. All easy. 6. Delivered in under--get this, 40 minutes from costa Mesa to downtown HB.....they're our go to. Love them. They're awesome. Came looking for some edibles with my girlfriend.  Both of us are pretty inexperienced with THC but People's gave us an enjoyable and stress free experience.  The building is easy to find and clearly labeled off the 55 freeway.  Once you check in with ID you're greeted and asked if this is your first time.  It was ours so they directed us upstairs to a consultation line.  My girlfriend let them know exactly what she was looking for in terms of dosing and what kind of experience she wanted.  The consultant brought out a few choices and explained thoroughly what to expect.  We picked a couple and paid and it was easy as that!  Remember to bring cash but they do have ATM on the premises.  Inside looks very clean and professional and is definitely come back for the variety they have and the great customer service!

I was looking for some edibles to celebrate my birthday and didn't think too much about where I was going to get them. I was in a hurry. So glad I stopped here. Given the circumstances of this pandemic and all, I was pleased to see how clean the establishment is-- all employees wearing gloves, etc. This really helpful clerk helped me through the whole process, with a great cheery attitude I might add. First time here. Really nice place. My husband and I were looking for a cannabis oil cartridge and some edibles. They have really good prices. Ended up getting some dark chocolate edibles and oil cartridge. They are super friendly and we're able to answer my questions and offer affordable products. Will be back for sure.

This is my go to spot but after coming here yesterday around 6-7pm, I was helped by a girl upstairs (short hair, skinny, Caucasian ) who was very rude because I didn't tip, she was very aggressive when handing my bag. Tipping is optional man, I have the right not to leave one if I feel that i am not receiving good costumer service. I don't think I'll be coming back here again. Manager/owner please train your employees correctly make sure they're  not giving us crap for not tipping, all they're doing is simply putting stuff in a bag they're not  waiters, so please stop feeling like you're entitled for a tip. Literally I didn't ask her any questions or for any help with anything, I mean if I did of course i would leave a tip but all she did was put my item in a bag and gave me an attitude, girl please, keep it professional.

What kind of dispensary only accepts cash (especially with Covid-19 right now) and still charge you state tax.  Charging the customers the tax and we are expected to believe People's OC reports all of their earnings with only cash payments. What a joke.

I've checked out a lot of dispensaries and the People's OC is the best. I don't need to go anywhere else because the customer service is always great. They're so knowledgeable about the product and it's the best weed I've ever had. I been smoking for a long time and trust me People's OC is the best. I recommend them all the time to friends and people.

This is the only dispensary I enjoy going to. Whenever I have people visiting from out of town they enjoy the shopping experience here. The layout and decor is fun. Workers are always cool. They have a huge selection as well. I highly recommend this spot.

It was my first time there. It was SO NICE, it felt like an Apple store. Everyone there was super friendly and very knowledgeable! Cash only. The prices in my opinion were good and a very wide variety of edibles and tinctures compared to the few places ive been.

Had a Great Experience over the phone! The salesman Nick, was incredibly helpful and extremely patient. I'm pretty much a novice and really appreciate his patience and professionalism! He definitely "hooked me up"!Was the kinda service everybody hopes for... Would highly recommend to everyone!!

Love this place! Everyone that works there is so nice! The way it's set up is super cool and easy to find what you're looking for. They have big screens up so you can type in your order yourself. All I'd say is check your order before you leave! They accidentally swapped a few things in my order for the wrong items and I had to drive all the way back. But they were super nice about it all and even if you opened it they'll let you exchange with no problem :)

All the staff were friendly, amazing and very knowledgeable, very clean and you can tell they follow all of Covid 19 precautions, also the products are top shelf!

I went there today for the first time, I was looking for cbd, I checked their website first and I saw that they have good choices,I was helped by Dom, he was very helpful and he answered all my questions, something that you need to know is that they take CASH ONLY, yes there's a ATM inside.

People's OC is the most upscale dispensary with products that will suit everybody's budget. The staff is always more than happy to answer any question you may have. They will even spend the time educating you on different strains, etc. I highly recommend People's OC for EVERYONE wether it's recreational or medicinal. This place blows every other dispensary out of the water and is extremely clean and safe. Ive been a customer of this place for over a year now. And I've just learned that Jack no longer works there! He's the best employee there. The very first time I stepped into peoples, jack helped me and gave me the best recommendations ever! Ever since I've gone back many times and asked for him specifically. He was passionate and so knowledgeable with all products. Now when I went in this week everybody looked miserable and like they just wanted to get people out. There needs to be more people like him that actually love the weed industry. Sorry for you loss Peoples. Get bud tenders that actually do it for the love of cannabis and not just for another paycheck JS.

I came here just to try something different I really wish I didn't I had a rude sales girl I believe her name was Laura (tall girl) super rude with an attitude not giving me any info or knowing how to answer any of my questions more concentrated in her phone any chance she got all I got was a yes or no answer like wth I need to know what I'm purchasing i actually have a medical condition and need to know my product she could careless! I'm all about customer service! And it really sucked here walked out empty handed. Won't be returning.

I was confused by the options and went in to learn from the best. Mariah was AMAZING! She listened to my goals, answered a ton of questions, was really warm and friendly, helping me to make my first purchase a great one!Highly (no pun intended) recommend the People's OC! I love People's! The store is very clean, so many ways to place an order (my favorite is Express pick up so I don't stress at the store choosing an item haha), and the guides are so helpful if you don't know what flower strain or cannabis product fits your needs. I've been coming here for 5 months, and haven't had a bad experience!

My husband and I visited today and LOVED it!  Sayde helped us and since I'm a total novice she took her time explaining products.  She was really kind,  patient, knowledgeable and informative. We'll definitely be back!

Alright..:where to begin. I'm writing this as a non-smoker whom has never been in a dispensary before today and know very little about the industry. My brother whom is a cannabis enthusiast, brought me with him because I've seen this joint driving all the time off the fwy and he was going anyway. I wanted to see what this was about.1. Such a clean and artistic space they have. 2. The 1st staff at the front, was friendly. I didn't catch her name. 3. Upstairs is well laid out, the armed guards greet  you with a friendly hello. 3. Our budtender was the absolute best! I asked a ton of rookie questions, he answered humbly as my brother (younger then me) laughed. All good...I'm old and don't smoke. Our budtender made my 1st time and, what I'm sure sounded like ignorant derived questions, very enjoyable. My brother purchased and on tiny step closer to becoming an actual customer. ((Maybe))

Went here for the first time today. There are two lines: an express line for people who know what they want and a longer line for those who don't. I stood in the longer line for about 15 minutes as the budtenders tended to other customers. When my turn came up I was half heartedly greeted by a gentleman fully tattooed with a beard (I didn't catch his name...as he didn't give me a chance). I began the conversation saying that it was my first time at their dispensary... with no response from the budtender... I then said I was interested in pre-rolls and he said ok do you want singles or a 5 pack... I said a 5 pack sounds good thinking he was going to grab a selection and show me some options... instead he comes back with their most expensive 5 pack rings it up and asks for the total... first of all I wasn't just in there for pre-rolls and this clown had no problem rushing me even though he spent roughly 15 minutes with the customer before me who happened to be an attractive woman... I wonder why... I didn't want to pay what they were asking for the 5 pack and told him such. he then said maybe a 3 pack I said sure and again he just grabs the item rings it up and asks for the total... I then ask what the range of prices are for their vape pens and if the had any at a certain price point... he then gave me a snarky sounding response about what they carried and their price. I just said forget it and paid $26 for 3 pre-rolls which I felt rushed into. I have never had such a bad experience at a dispensary especially one so highly recommended from a friend. I work close to this place and despite its welcoming exterior and interior I felt totally unwelcome and rushed and quite frankly it seemed like all the other budtenders were taking care of their customers... I wish my budtender took care of me. I doubt I'll be back and hope that guy gets an attitude check from his managers.

Sara Q is the best!  Polite, knowledgeable and cheerful.  My sciatic pain acts up and her quick service gets me out briskly. Great personDominic M. Is another budtender whom knows his stuff. Good knowledge, great service and in and out quickly. Another great perNikki and Noah have recently both assisted me and are also knowledgeable.  Good recommendations and friendly.  If you go on the weekends, Mariah is a great resource.  Knows her stuff, always has a smile and is just a great person.

This is my SECOND time dealing with their unprofessionalism and rudeness of their staff and I think that they're forgetting that there are other dispensaries around they're trying to take advantage of the covenant situation so they think they can  be rude to their customers. I spend a good amount of money on delivery fees alone let alone my product such a damn shame that they can't get their customer service act together.SMH

They are actually knowledgeable and don't just randomly guess about products (the feeling we had at a different place) I use MMJ, and they had suggestions to help manage my autoimmune symptoms. I'm extremely impressed! Security is always on ttop of the game too.

Came here first time. Impressed with how nice and green... wink wink green plants everywhere.Super fast service you check in with your is. They give you water bottle and up you go to 2nd floor. They have several lines that are labeled. Fast service if your a previous costumer and know what you want. Medical line and newbie line.Cash only or they have an ATM.The selection is huge . Many edibles , oils and bud!They even have tongue strips that dissolve with cbd oil.

People's is my favorite dispensary since moving to Irvine. The tree root art installation can be seen from the freeway!This particular review is for Josh. (Hi Josh!) Came in with my roommate looking for pre-rolls. She likes to keep smoking forever. I'm more of a one or two hits and I'm done kind of person. Josh really listened to our conflicting wants/needs. Then found us the perfect mini pre-rolls! We got the 10-pack Pure Beauty hybrid. I'm in love. Josh did the math with us too! So with these minis... I could have a personal mini... and she could have 2-3 minis... and we'd still have some for tomorrow or later tonight!Josh was super friendly and helpful! He answered all of my questions in a way that made me and my roommate feel thoroughly taken care of. Really appreciated this experience. Thank you Josh!! We'll be back for the Halloween gummy promotion for sure!

If you are looking for a friendly, professional establishment for your medicinal needs, then People's is where you NEED to go. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and willing to help you out any way possible. If you aren't sure what medication is right for you or where to start, the employees are very knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction. Don't feel intimidated to walk in and not know what you are doing. Everyone is SO willing to help you. Due to COVID, there are certain procedures put in place to keep everyone healthy (masks, sneeze guards,etc.), but the overall friendly vibes are still there. I love going to People's, they are like family. It's definitely worth a visit...or five :)

This place has a ton of security outside patrolling and is a large dispensary. You browse downstairs and then once you order on a screen you head upstairs to pay and collect. Staff was helpful. My only complaint really is this place doesn't offer anything with your purchase. Every dispensary in the area gives freebies for new clients. There's no reason to go here and lose out on free merchandise.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered at 2 pm. I just got the wrong order at 7pm. Wrong cartridge, that I can't even use. They text me at 5 saying they're on their way from Santa Ana. If you have another option then go with it. Go with someone else.

Good products and pretty building, but staff in not well informed on what they are selling . I was in to buy the Sensi Chew INSOMNIA which has 10mg THC then melatonin and CBD. I know this because I have used them many times before. The Budtender insured me that what she was trying to sell me was the same product. She was trying to sell me Sensi Chews Plus (no THC at all). At first, she thought that the Plus had THC in it. She then proceeded to tell me that the insomnia pack has no THC in it and that they are the same thing.I had to read the package to her and show her the other one online...I had to educate a Budtender on their weed products. Not really what I want to have to do when coming to the dispo.  Lost 3 stars from me because staff is way too undereducated and not that friendly.

Cute farmers market concept on the weekends. Nice vibe, pretty decor, and friendly people. It's cool that there's a discount on everything during the Farmer's Market hours.

Went to a competitor of theirs yesterday. Those guys were very rude. Went to Peoples OC today. WOW!! What a difference. The place is open and easy. Quiet, calm atmosphere. Helpful employees who don't pressure or pester. They offer to assist you in information of their products, in which they are extraordinarily knowledgeable. Placed my order, walked calmly with no pressure to pick up my products up the stairs where there is a green view. The place is very well run. I did notice that their products are on average about 3% higher. SO WHAT? For the experience, it is WELL worth it. We dropped approx. $400 at one stop. Besides, they give "loyalty points" which accounts for the price difference. They don't bribe you with free pre-rolls, their products, service and decor speak for themselves. Our order was prepared by Ryan on 4.6.2021. He was courteous, knowledgeable and offered to add to our order at checkout. No pressure, just positive marketing. Really good experience. Who says you can't buy happiness? I bought a bunch of it today.

What a find!  Very helpful staff, effective (mostly) delivery system and so far the best product I've been able to find.

One of the nicer dispensaries I've been to in California. The thing that made this place great was the service provided by Matt. He is truly a people person and provided excellent service and it shows that he genuinely enjoys his job. He's the budtender that you want. He will answer all your questions and much like a sommelier match the product to your needs and requests. Def check this place out.

Showed up 10 mins before close (9:51pm) after driving 25 miles for something simple and quick (Returning customer) and security would not let me in. They tried to intimidate me into leaving as well. Only one out of the four security gaurds was semi-helpful; he referred me to another clinic 6 miles away. Will not be returning

I went in looking for Vape cartridges based on their online menu which at the moment showed it was current. When I got there they had nothing that I saw online. And the guy behind the counter was kind of an a hole about it. That was my second visit there and my last. Not recommending them to anyone.

Been here numerous times and it's always a pleasant time. Staff is knowledgeable and they provide good customer service. They have a good variety of products and during the week they usually have pretty good specials too. If you haven't been here yet I think it's time you stop by and try it out!

Tried to support them since they are in my neighborhood but not all their employees wear mask. One guy wore a mask around his chin, he seemed to think it was funny. He didn't stop approaching me and trying to talk to me even when I backed away from him. They don't care about me, so now I don't care about supporting them. No mask, no customer.

One of the guys working here was super rude and condescending and very short with us. Generally acted like we were wasting his time by asking him questions to the point where we were embarrassed and just bought some random stuff just so we could leave quickly.

TLDR: Awful customer service - Out of the loop management, dreadful communication skills, completely ignores customers, makes excuses, and is incredibly passive aggressive. Shifts the blame and takes the credit! That's the kind of management this shop has. -----------------------------------------------------I started off liking this place, it's close to my work and it's got a nice vibe, it's large but the art and layout is neat. I bought a cartridge, had a bit of a defect and it came apart. I went back to ask what to do and they said they'd give me 20% off my next purchase and I should contact the manufacturer because since I did not purchase the battery with them, that's the best they could do. I contact the brand manufacturer and they send me a new battery, stickers and lighters but they can not send any cartridge via mail, unfortunately that would be against regulation and illegal and they advise me to go to the store and they would replace the cartridge through People's OC. I go in to the dispensary and they tell me they don't have any in but they will replace it once they do. About a month goes by and I don't hear anything. I call the store multiple times always being promised a call back. I've emailed, tagged them in the emails with the cartridge manufacturer and still nothing. I am forced to go in again and speak with a manager, Brianna, who tells me she will look into it and contact the manufacturing rep. I never hear back from her. Emails and calls go unanswered again until I write Brianna directly saying I don't want to go back into the store but I will if I have to in order to get some type of communication after being ignored on several occasions (5 calls each time taking my name and number for a manager to call me back which I never once received and 4 emails that went ignored as well). She then finally responds so that I wouldn't go into the shop and tells me how busy she is with 4/20 (this has been over the months of March and April, and finally May)  and tells me I should be patient. I swallowed my pride and accepted her passive aggressive response and replied with "thank you, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't being ignored is all." I am told I would be contacted after a solution is found but alas, I never heard back for the rest of April. Fast forward to when the manufacturer emails me (we had been emailing back and forth constantly) saying they had a rep drop off a cartridge for me and to come to the store and retrieve it. I arrived and am met by Brianna who tells me I can take my little emails from the manufacturer elsewhere because they are liars, they did not come drop anything off and People's OC will never carry that manufacturer again and I should find another dispensary that carries the manufacturer. They want nothing to do with the situation any longer. So, I will do just that, I'll take my business elsewhere. Just plain awful customer service, if you could even call it that. I then wrote an email to the manufacturer while in the store and told her I would CC her on it again. I wrote telling the manufacturer that no manufacturer reps have contacted her and she supposedly reached out to their rep who didn't know anything about the situation. All of this was misinformation as it were.AND THEN GUESS WHO CALLS - Brianna, and says the manufacturer did leave me a new cartridge after literally blaming them and throwing them under the bus and telling me, "I know you have your little emails from them but they haven't been in contact with us" and "you should just go to another shop." So then Brianna writes a passive aggressive reply to me after the fact saying she was doing me this favor the entire time! Which she so obviously was not. She didn't speak to anyone on my behalf, she didn't know the manufacturer was going to give me a new cartridge, she didn't know anything or contact anyone and as she told me in the store, nothing was going to happen and I should try somewhere else, yet her email clearly says she was doing me this huge favor LOL! Like, really?? Now she's trying to take the credit for the manufacturer doing this for me. Just. Wow. Out of the loop, no customer service, dreadful communication skills, completely ignores customers, makes excuses, and is incredibly passive aggressive, shifts the blame and takes the credit! That's the kind of management this shop has. Some of the emails I still have are attached as proof. There were only 2 from Brianna at People's because as I said she ignored everyone for the most part until she needed to reply. I didn't include the first few between the manufacturer and I as they were just explaining the defect and what they would do to replace it. I won't be giving the shop any more of my money and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.

Very safe during Covid. Shop on their internal I pad and pay cash/ collect item upstairs. Unique experience for a solid product.  I tried the sour watermelon jellies as I am very sensitive to thc.  5mg's per jelly is strong enough for me to feel high.  Don't be confused as to ratios of thc to cbd.  Read each products descriptions.   Be careful with jellies as I left mine in car and the tin melted.  So now I have one large jelly that solidified.  I wish there had been a label explaining heat may melt product but oh welll.  Buyer beware, that is why I am writing this review.  In general, I love the place and the value is exceptional

I have ordered from Peoples OC and they have a good selection and fast delivery. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is very professional and helpful, Peoples OC is a well run store.

First time using this place. See it everyday as I pass it on the freeway since it first opened up. Ordered deliver today 4/26/20. We live all the way up where the 55 ends at the 91. Said it would be here no later then 5pm. Less then an hour after ordering online the tracker showed the delivery person exiting the freeway. Everything was packaged nicely. The cookies to the herbs are all top quality products. Happy customer! Will repeat business.

Never thought I would go to a place that sells cannabis-but have a friend going through serious pain and sought some alternative options. Super clean, safe, helpful folks helped me navigate. Was literally in and out in 15 mins and super grateful for the guidance that I was provided. Highly recommend.

Matt!!! My dude! After 2 months of dealing with Kurvana and their leaking cartridges, I just couldn't anymore. Walked in not sure of what I would find that could compare to it and Matt took everything I said and turned me to abx! Love that it's discreet and gets the job done...no more leaking issues and throwing money down the drain. Honestly helpful and super friendly! Another pro is the place of business itself. Clean and secure. Not like some other questionable places. Love sending people their way!

Worst despinserie I have ever come across I used to go to this place it had daily deals 35 dollars for a seven grams and they gave you a free joint at every visit the green that I got today was awful and I just got three point five for straight out dog shit I do not recommend this dispensary to anyone take your hard earned cash and spend it elsewhere

I just went to 2 different dispensaries because People's and MedMen are only half a mile away from each other. I'm just going to compare the 2.People's- it's a little bit more expensive than MadMen - no- complimentary water bottle, which is nice - yes- huge building, 2 stories, looks nice and simple - yes- have to get in a line to talk to someone, so I felt like I have to rush because people are waiting behind me - no- all the displays are at the long counter, so you can only see some products depending on what section of the counter you were at. That seemed like such a horrible concept because I have no idea what products they even sell here. - no- it was our first time here and we asked the cashier for suggestions. She was not helpful and she just said it really depends on you.  Customer service was not good here - no- the woman didn't even offer us the product menu when we told her it's our first time here. I had to ask her - noOverall:  I felt like I had no help, didn't even know what type of products they offer, and overall had a bad and confusing time. This place is for people who know what they want and like to wait in line, not new people who like to explore and learn more about the industry.MedMen- area felt more of a warehouse than a business - no- inside had products and screens to explain each product and how much THC and CBD are in each - yes- products were show cased on tables and on walls a so you got to see what they sell, description on each product and how much everything cost - yes- the workers took time to explain to us everything they sell and walked us through the store - yesOverall: Workers were attentive and took the time to explain to us the products they sell.  I loved the table and wall display.  There were iPads on sections of products to explain to you in detail about the product.  Those were so cool and helpful.  Really great place.

Came here to look for remedies for cancer and chemo.  Worked with Alan who was very very informative and helpful.   The establishment is organized even with the new rules in place.  Everyone was friendly.  Very affordable too.  I highly recommend.  Thank you!

I haven't tried them all but best shop in OC in my experience in terms of overall quality of experience and consistency.But they should be doing a better job with covid procedures.  I don't think the kiosks or line are placed to ensure 6 ft separation.  Seems they are using 3 ft, which is WHO guidance but not CDC I think.  You should provide hand sanitizer or gloves if you are asking people to use touch screen kiosks.    Personally I would encourage you to provide masks.  These things can be bought in bulk easy enough now.  I don't know if you had a plexiglass screen for the check in process like at the grocery store, which I would also encourage.

My favorite dispensary in OC! I love that they have an express line for people who know exactly what they want to buy.  This helps visits go by faster. The staff has always been kind and knowledgeable. I have only had good experiences. Small parking lot but I have never had an issue finding a spot and I  have visited during most times of the day even rush hour.

This used to be my go to spot until they installed all these stupid ipads around the store and delayed the entire process significantly to get product. The worst thing is if you order express an hour ahead of time (being proactive) you will still end up waiting to grab your order like 15-20 minutes when you get there. Soo its like why the fuck did I order express???? Nothing express about it. OMG the front desk staff is the worst they dont even know if they should first check people in, help with orders on the ipads or to help the customers waiting in like for there express orders. Its a shit show Some of the girls that work the front desk have to be total airheads to constantly ruin the entire process snd make it even more frustrating!! Dont even get me started on the rude rental cops or should i say traffic instructors. Alot of their stuff is extremely over priced and you wont find new flower brands to try.

This place is beautiful and a one stop shop if you're looking for anything with THC or CBD in it.The staff is super friendly. When you sign in downstairs you are given a complimentary bottle of water. Upstairs, where everything is kept, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and ready and willing to help you out. We had a friend with us who has a few health issues and they pointed her in the right direction for exactly what she needed for her ailments. Needless to say, she was a happy customer after trying her meds. There are armed guards everywhere so don't try to be stupid or immature here, you won't get away with it. They have a book on the counter for different health issues and the items they sell that help those issues out. They also have marijuana you can simply buy and smoke for your own leisure. Plenty of edibles to also choose from, if that's more your style. You can't miss this place. It's directly off the freeway and they market it well within the direct area. We will definitely visit again the next time we're on the left coast.

First time going to this establishment. Staff is very professional the store is very nice. As a first timer, I was very impressed by everything. I will be coming back from now on. Easy to get to off the 55 freeway. Now I got go to my medical appointment at the VA clinic and grab some stuff on my way home.

This place is awesome, I've been coming here for some time, very easy almost never waiting in long lines, simple POP IN AND POP OUT.....People OC keeps the lines going, very spacious. And Service is GREAT!! Even with covid, they still treat you like your human unlike other places tht make you feel as if your already infected. Today i had a return a vape cartridge was damaged, they easily exchanged it for me NO HASSLE! I recommend this place for bomb product and service. You will not be disappointed. For sure I'm a returner for the long run. THANKS PEOPLE OC!!!

Awful customer experience, after waiting in line for 10 mins for the people in front of me to finish there order. The guy helping me out rushed me and told me I wasn't allowed to ask so many questions over the product when it would have taken no more than 30 seconds and it was only ONE question! product was overpriced too. You are better off going to other dispensaries near by.

This review is for Josh. I came in tonight for the first time and he made it a great experience. I was of course nervous not knowing what to expect and he was very kind and helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He was genuinely trying to find which product would be best for me. Will definitely be coming back.

It honestly does not surprise me that you rather question the credibility of the customer pointing out illegal activity happening at your location than to actually do something about it. Don't worry. The store experience is great, no complaints there. Delivery experience isn't very good.Last night I scheduled a delivery, from 5-6pm through the website. The options were available in 1hour time blocks.  6:15pm and it wasn't here yet, and I had to leave at 6:30 for a concert. The gal who I contacted via phone said it wouldn't be here til closer til 7, so I had to cancel  my order. The gal on the phone said it's a 2hr window, however on the website its by 1hr blocks.  I replaced my order today, with a delivery time of 5-6pm.  4:50pm and the guy is at my house (and I'm obviously not home yet as I don't get home til 5, hence scheduling the delivery window starting then). My concerns are 1) can't see to deliver in the window selected online 2) phone person told me it's a 2hr delivery window, when online it's a one hour window that you can choose from.

Do not come here. Not only did I experience awful and rude customer service but the herb I ordered was incredibly old and dry. Yesterday was my first time in to People's, bought $50 of 3.5 grams of a hybrid that was recommended. The guy helping us did not hand it to me to check it out but quickly threw it in the bag and zipped it up, definitely felt rushed.After going home I took a look at the product and didn't notice anything visibly wrong, so I opened it up. Immediately I noticed it was the driest herb I've EVER purchased. The smell was also off, smelled like sweat. I noticed in small writing the herb was packaged on 09.27.18 in a non airtight container,  almost 2 months before People's sold it to me.But here is why People's sucks. I called and told the receptionist the product quality was very disappointing and it was incredibly dry to the touch, she said no problem, come return it and ask for a manager. Once I was there today, there was no manager but the team lead told me I couldn't return it if the seal was broken because they couldn't resale it. I asked her why would they want to resale such an old and dry product anyways? With an attitude, she just repeated that there is nothing they can do. They make so much money because they don't care about the quality of product, as long as they sell it. I understand it's a business but that's not a problem, I don't have to give them my business ever again.

I've debated posting this review for a few weeks as I am not someone that leaves bad reviews. I've been to people's a few times over the years as I don't live in the area and have always had a wonderful experience. I was visiting OC Labor Day weekend and wanted to hit up peoples! The front desk staff were friendly, I placed my order, and went upstairs to pick up my order. When I got up there I got a little confused on where to enter with all the arrows and where to walk due to new covid guidelines. I asked the guy at the counter where I enter and he told me very rudely "where all the other people are standing." I said sorry for the confusion and got in line. At the counter checking out I was lucky enough to get the same young man whose name is Alex with full sleeve tattoos on both arms. He rang up my order, and continued to be unpleasant towards me, even after apologizing again for being in the wrong line. I only spent 300$ on cartridges, not much I know but still worthy of nicer customer service. I walked down stairs and let the front desk staff know about my experience, they asked if I wanted to speak to a manager I said no, I just wanted you to be aware of the rude service, aNd was walking out. HOWEVER, I look up, Alex is standing over the upper rail and is recording me on his phone and taking pictures and laughing at me telling me to leave. Another young man working said I must have done something wrong as Alex is a nice guy. At this point I am so heated that this kid is recording me I asked to speak to the manager! In a dispensary of all places where confidentially is the upmost importance I'm being recorded and photographed by an employee! Plus medical marijuana stuff has to do with HIPPA laws which were violated the second I was filmed. The manager was very nice. He went to look at Alex's phone and said he admitted to recording me and taking my picture but that it was erased. At this point I was over it and just wanted the manager to be aware. I have had this sitting on my heart for two weeks now. I don't make negative posts because I don't have the time but today I did! So thank you Alex for the wonderful experience at peoples I promise to never come back.

This was a new world to me and never thought I would find myself in a dispensary. I heard so many good things about this location so my husband and I gave it a shot. His mother has slot of bad arthritis pain, I have a lot of lower back issues and also deal with insomnia. Worst thing to deal with. They were nice to take the time and explain how certain things worked. We got a CBD balm and something for my insomnia. We all three use the CBD cream and I no longer need to use my pen. I think the CBD May have helped that too! It has really helped my 91 year old mother in law who only has arthritis issues. Takes no medications and we we using salonpas which didn't-do much. This had been a lives saver! This establishment is very very nice and isn't anything like the very first place I ever entered!

To whom it may concern:I walk into peoples OC for a year now on a regular basis. I focus my purchase power on concentrates like Nasha and 710! I can't believe how many top shelf items you carry and not only that, your staff KNOW THEIR SHIT ! Karim and Sara always help me stay informed on the products and their differences ! I gotta say TOP NOTCH customer service and product knowledge!! Love the store, love the products and love above all the well knowledgeable staff ! Excellent customer service, I really wish I couldRemember the guys name who helped me but he was so patient and kind in helping me make sure I got what I needed and what would help with my condition. It's clean, smells good and they have a huge selection to choose from.

Stopped carrying the Get Zen products that people who use medical marijuana for pain relief need!They stopped carrying all the products that helped, not just the Get Zen that we switched to when they no longer had it I requested them many times and the new management did not seem to care They never even bothered to respond to me the many times that I reached out them with my concernsI left many messages that went unanswered by management They give the impression that they just don't care  I did try some of the products they recommend we try instead and they were awful They were not comparable to the products they no longer carry I tried several and was extremely disappointed For medial users it is about us getting relief from pain When products they recommend to us fail, it means we literally suffer painThey seem to only care about recreational users now  not the medical needs people I now shop someplace else that carries everything we need and use They even have the CBD our vet recommends for the elderly dogs we have!Peoples OC was often out of stock of even that too!

Came in for the first time today @ 1:40PM (11/9) and will definitely come back! Shoutout to Mariah who was so kind and friendly with helping me pick through their various selection of edibles. I'm someone who is pretty indecisive and she was so incredibly patient, while also recommending a bunch of products she likes. Her service alone was enough to make me a returning customer, but their reasonable prices and beautiful ambiance was definitely a plus!

This was my first dispensary experience and wow, not at all what I expected! Super spacious place for the amount of active commercial activity that takes place. You get your ID checked when you enter, offered a bottle of water (am I at a car dealership?!) and then go upstairs to look at the goods. Employees help you with your purchase and answer questions and then you're on your merry way down the stairs. Cool decor and lots of parking. My friend seemed pretty happy with her sour belt and left with quite a few types of candy. I had a 1/4 of one and didn't feel a thing, but we were careful since it was my first edible.

It's generally okay but the set up of this location is a lot less customer friendly compared to competitors in the area. They don't offer much that other places don't and at their competitors you can be way more hands on with products.

Mike at Peoples OC, he was freaking awesome. Mike was energetic, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. It was a pure joy having him assist me, and I would love his assistance next time.This place is extremely clean, friendly service when you walk into the door.

My experience at this dispensary far exceeded my expectations! Peoples was clean, comfortable and professional.  This was my first experience in a dispensary and I brought my friend who is undergoing cancer treatment. We explained our needs and were immediately escorted upstairs where Nancy took such good care if us.  Nancy recommend several options for my friend to help with nausea, sleep and loss of appetite.  Despite the unfortunate circumstances as to why we were there, this was a very very positive experience.

Have never been to a worse dispensary. The workers were not wearing masks- as well as the security guards. The security approached our car with no mask and asked us to roll down the window. The person who greeted us (with no mask) called us names like "cutie" and made us feel extremely uncomfortable referring to our past as coming from the "trap house". We felt uncomfortable the whole time. If you want a good experience in a dispensary do not come here. They will not make you feel welcome. By the time i made it out of the store i had anxiety- only good thing is they sell weed! Better smoke this right now to calm down after that experience.

Great products, bad service/system.Reading all of the other lower reviews, I notice that the chief complaint is customer service and a couple other people experienced the same issue with the line system they have set up. I've been here before and the products are great. I really enjoyed the sour blueberry gummies, but It's hard to look past all of the inconveniences.Initially, I stood in the medical express lane where no one was waiting. I thought it was fine to stand in this line as no one else was there. Instead, I get refused for not being medical/express and the cashier calls over a customer from the regular line. I'm not sure if he knew this guy was a frequent medical consumer, or if he was just assuming, but when he was being helped out, the cashier never asked if he was there for medical reasons. Now, if we were both regular customers, not medical, why would this white cashier choose the regular white customer WHO CAME AFTER ME (me, a non white male)? I really hope this observation is just a coincidence. The other reason that I might assume is that this cashier could have been upset that I went to the medical line without knowing that I couldn't be there, so he wanted to send me to the back of the line where he knew I wouldn't be served in time (which doesn't make sense because the other customer was in the regular line).The cashier in the regular line already finished her sale so I wasn't so salty at first for being refused (I'm the last guy there), but now she's just making small talk with the customer. "2 minutes til closing" is what gets announced... STILL, she continues talking to this man in front of me about helping her get a 5 star review on yelp. Finally, the clock turns to 10 pm and the customer in front of me walks off, so I attempt an order, but low and behold I get a "sorry law is we can't sell after 10 pm. You're welcome to come back tomorrow morning," and I get shooed away. Now tell me, If you hear 2 minutes until closing and know you want to finish this small talk conversation and selling yourself for that 5 star review, wouldn't you at the very least, out of courtesy, tell me that the man in front of me is your last sale of the day? Why did I wait 2 whole minutes for you to tell me this? Why was I let into the building if you like closing the other two registers at 9:55 pm? Why were the guys that were doing nothing staring at me instead of telling me that they don't think I'll make it, that all of the registers were officially closed, or asking if I needed help? Why was a regular customer who came after me, helped before me? So many things could have been done. Instead they stood there as if I wasn't even in line? As if I was invisible? This regular line cashier was a young black lady (I don't remember her name). The medical cashier was a young white man with a dark beard (also don't remember his name).My suggestion is to close the doors at 9:55 pm so you can actually help all of the customers that walk in before that (maybe then people who came in before me wouldn't have been checked out before me and you would have enough time to figure out these problems). A second suggestion is to refuse ALL regular customers at the medical line instead of picking and choosing :) This could also help your rating that you were so desperately begging for.

The customer service is great and perfect for new customers wanting guidance and advice. The delivery service is also very customer oriented with text messages to inform you when a delivery is approaching within your nominated two hour window.

I was excited to try a new dispensary in the area.  I'm a consultant, and was looking at my experience, so I could recommend them to my clients.  I was greeted by a gal at the first level, who made me feel rushed, since there were a few people in line.  She just said "Go upstairs and stand in a line."I wasn't sure i was in the right line, turns out I was not in the correct line for what I needed.  Had to start over and go to the back of another line.  When I finally got to the Budtender and told him I was looking at inventory for my clients, he seemed annoyed because I wasn't purchasing, but looking for my experience, so I could send them my clients.  No real customer service.  I felt they wanted you, just for my money.  Weren't willing to educated me, even for 5 minutes.

The place is beautiful, the customer service was great. I was disappointed in their selection especially the edibles.Edit: The weed was wack and they skimped me .3 grams after I paid top shelve price for something that looks like green house. Kinda pissed. Support your local dealers instead.

Thank you so much Karim E for helping me understand which product would be the best for my anxiety. I came here with an open mind and he definitely pointed me to the right direction. He was super friendly, helpful and patient with all the questions I had. Walking inside I was greeted by a friendly front desk person who was super friendly and gave me free water. The best time to come here is definitely in the morning right when they open til about 10:00am. You don't have to wait in long lines and the selection of products is niceUpdate: Went back to People's Choice OC today, to get a few items and I was helped out by Mariah. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable of the inventory on site and of which items would work best for me. I'm so grateful for this place and their kind staff. They never disappoint. Their prices are amazing. If you plan on coming here the best time is when they open and before 10am.

Would rate 0 if possible. This wouldh've been my 2nd time using their delivery service, first order was placed earlier in the afternoon and did not have any issues. But the second time... OMG, this place will never see another $ from me. I placed my order around 6:50 PM on a Sunday, order was not marked ready until around 8:30ish. I then missed a call from Nick @9:34PM. I called him back 2 mins later only for him to tell me that he is cancelling my order because been calling me since 9pm, which is a complete lie.  I have not received any calls besides the one call at 9:34pm. On the first order, I didn't receive any calls from People's, only a confirmation message saying my drive is on the way and a link to see their location. This time the order stayed in ready status. If you can't deliver the order, just be honest and say, "Hey man, we're backed up tonight but we can get it to you tomorrow" Don't lie and use a BS excuse saying you're cancelling because i didn't answer. Accountability is what I expect from a business, so due to poor customer service, lack of integrity, and Nick's dismissive attitude, I will not be supporting this business EVER AGAIN.

This is a one star review because of two things.First, my order was messed up when I was at the counter. I ordered two 3.5 oz jars of flower, but when I got home to check the bag that they seal before they hand it to you, I found that I was jipped one jar. Secondly, I reached out to them a few days ago by email, asking them to help me figure things out and to make it right. They have yet to follow-up with me, and its left a very sour taste in my mouth about this overpriced dispensary.If the company manages to get a hold of me, I would be happy to update this review. As of right now though, my opinion of this place? Stay Away!

The service was great, well actually it was only a side bar question with Sara G.  A hella helpful budtender guide. Even though the building was nearly reaching capacity, Saras focused & collected demeanor demonstrated the professional support, understanding & comprehension that we all need during these times. According to the site and signage on the door, they close at 10pm. I just got denied at the door for being "closed" at 9:50pm. Thanks People's OC - said no one ever.

What can i say nothing good about this place. They got their own way of business but it isn't a comfortable experience. I walked out because of how the clerk handle my order. Totally Ridiculous way to do business with marijuana.

Was delighted by the warm vibe of this spacious two story store. Beautiful displays downstairs and I was helped by the store manager Allen, and was impressed with his attentiveness and product knowledge since I am a newbie and there are many products to choose from. Allen directed me to the upstairs check out line where I found the guide warm, friendly and efficient and this young man recommended some gummies for sleep and they are PERFECT. Remember to bring cash for product. I forgot but they had an ATM machine right by check out so it was no big deal..

It looks pretty but it's not very efficient. Lines are similar to buying gas at Costco. You pick the wrong line and you're SOL. Folks who've checked in after you get served before you. I would suggest either forming one line and pulling customers on a next-in-line basis or call people's names as they've checked in, eliminate lines all together and get couches. Fix this clusterfu*k.

The layout of the facility is not customer friendly. They have this huge, cool space filled with nothing, then hoard all the products upstairs at the counter where you buy them, so the only way to look at the products is after you wait your turn in line for one of the cashiers to open up. The ATM is downstairs and phone calls are prohibited upstairs. I had to go up and down the stairs and wait in line three different times to phone my mother to make sure I got her the correct stuff, and to get more money out. The second time I went back up a different sales associate told me that the product i was getting is $73 instead of the $40 the original sales associate told me it was going to be. So I went back downstairs to get more money, and once I got up to another sale associate's cash register she said it was going to be $40 for the same product. It was an extremely inefficient experience that took me an hour to buy one bottle of CBD oil. The lines are totally disorganized, and are based on who got there first but I had several old people go before me when it was clearly my turn. I wish there was a line for people who knew exactly what they wanted and could just grab and go and wait in a single fileline.MedMen is a waaaaay better place to go! They are extremely efficient and are setup like a normal store where you grab the product off the shelf and just go to the register and pay. If you have a question there are plenty of employees around to ask for help. And it is only a 3 minute drive away!

Located conviently off the 55 freeway. Lot is a bit small but I haven't had any issues with parking the last few visits. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Prices are listed on the overhead menu and there are a variety of different cannabis related products for just about anyone. I was helped by Sara G. and was short some change but she was able to help me out (the reason for the 5 star review). I will definitely be back!  Oh and they do offer free water bottles for patrons. You will need it :)

Being 60 and growing up under the "marijuana is against the law" mindset this was an experience.  And a positive one.Friends (in their 70s with the same mindset) from out of state and wanted to see a "pot store" as part of their vacation.  When you check in downstairs they explain the process.  All easy.Upstairs you're asked what your goal is for being there:  to get high or medicinal.  Our original goal was to sight see.  But when a member of our tour group mentioned her bad back our goal was making the pain go away.  We were assisted by Sara G.  Wow!  Does she know her stuff!  She was able to answer every question (and we had LOTS) without any hesitation.  We asked about effects, legalities, side effects, etc.  She had answers to everything.  Just out of curiosity we asked about store operations, employee training, etc. And she posed for pictures.  We were, after all, on vacation!For whatever reason you need / want marijuana, this is the place to go.

If I could give it a 0,  I would. This place is everything that is wrong with corporate greed that sucks the soul out of medicine. I was trying to check out the merch. before I got in line so I would have an idea of what was available and what I wanted, and I was quickly told to get in line. Once I got to the front, I was hurried along and felt rushed to order. Everything felt sterile, without warmth, and over processed. THE worst place to get herb. I don't even think it was the representatives fault- I got the feeling that's what they were told to do- get 'em in, ring 'em up, and send them on they're way ASAP.

The people at Peoples are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. All I have to do is tell them what I'm looking for or verify what I've bought in the past and they're right there with the answer. Always cheerful. Last time I was in, Bree helped me and my friend, who was new to Peoples and using cannabis is general. She was a great help. I'm glad Peoples is here to serve the community!

This place is always clean and the staff is always super friendly.  I've even taken my somewhat conservative parents here and they were impressed! My boyfriend and I always go here for our edibles. We wanted to learn more about rechargeable pens but didn't know where to start. Josh was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations.

Wonderful place. The associate really took the time to explain all the different varieties, edibles, vapes etc to a newbie like me. Very pretty venue too.

Shady company. They keep texting advertisements to my phone and changing their number so I can't block them. Do not shop here unless you want to get a text message every day from random numbers.

I think their pros are superficial but their cons are in the important things. The inside is nice and very open. They have a little museum/display downstairs which is nice. You check in downstairs and then walk upstairs and wait in line rather than waiting for an individual. They do a good jobs with displays and ambience (if you're into super hipster vibe). But the staff isn't really friendly or helpful and they're not the most knowledgeable on the subject.The person we dealt with treated us like a total inconvenience from start to finish. We've done this before by the way so our questions were very specific. I can't imagine what it would be like for someone who had no clue what they wanted and wouldn't recommend it at all for new people.They stock the same stuff and prices are same so no real incentive for us to come back.

Unfriendly tenant gave me the wrong product. After you order they hand it to you in a closed bag. Make sure you open and check before leaving the counter. The dumb person had lots of tattoos and was unfriendly and seemed irritated if i asked a question. I believe he purposely gave me the wrong product because they were out of the other strains i asked for and was close to closing. Im very dissatisfied with the rude service and them ripping me off. Then they wouldnt answer the phone when i called

Good prices, good items. I pick up my edible gummies from herr, and a tin or bag is about $20. They have an ATM in the lobby and the staff is super friendly and helpful. You can even use the express line if you already know what you want. They have menus posted with this prices once you go up the stairs.

Not a connoisseur, so didn't know what to expect. Went in to pick up some edibles for a family member battling cancer. They were very helpful in recommending and explaining the different products. My girlfriend wasn't joking when she said this was the Nordstrom of dispensaries. Nice to know that you can order online ahead of time and they will have it ready for you when you get there.

ehh. Okay so once entering you are greeted which is nice then I used a computer to order which I guess is okay if you know what u want? I prefer to smell and look at the actual bud and ask questions. Overall I think it was pricey but good for the product and overall store. It's clean and professional. The workers are not friendly and look annoyed because they're behind a counter just preparing the orders for you and just charging you, I personally wouldn't go because I like asking questions and looking at the actual bud and smelling it ect.. but go if you like strong bud and speedy process and know what you exactly want

Overpriced and sold products that are past best by dates.The sales person recommended me a product that was produced a year ago and had a best by date that had expired.  I went back to exchange the item but was told the bottle I had purchased was their last one.  I ended up exchanging the bottle for another brand for 2x the price they were selling elsewhere- just checked online. I was okay paying a little more when I purchased a Select cartridge but $45 extra on a tincture that's selling $48 is a little steep.

I was completely surprised! I never  wanted to go to a dispensary! I was totally nervous and always used "home delivery"! OMG I came here and was blown away at how inviting it was!!Gilbert helped me w/all my questions...... he is very knowledgeable!! Today was my second time here; I walked upstairs to make my purchase... GILBERT was the 1st person I saw!!!  YAY  he's here again!!! He helped w/all my questions and I couldn't be happier!!  Highly recommend this place! It's about an hr from me but because of Gilbert...... I have no problem making the drive!!!

Overpriced. More expensive than other dispensaries. I bought the FSO's and they were $10 overpriced for each of the ones i bought. Good Earth is cheaper. People's is overpriced and they don't give discounts on first visit, other places I tried gave me 10% discount. Will not buy from this place again, especially after I compared prices.

**DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. LITERALLY THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!**First time I ordered from this place I was told it would take an hour and a half to get here. Called three hours later and was told they had my order but forgot to enter it into the system. It took over four hours to get my order when it finally arrived. Second time I ordered at 5:15pm was told it would be here between 5:30pm and 7:30pm by Katy. Called back at 7:30pm and was told the driver had my package and was on his way and I was next, well it never showed up. I called the next morning to find out what happened. I was told the driver, dispatcher and manager weren't in but as soon as one of them was they would call me and send my delivery out first. I waited thirty min after all of them showed up, I called back to see if they sent out my order and they responded with "nobody had told us anything". This place is a sh*t show cluster f*ck for delivery. Do not order delivery!

Extremely over priced and I purchased a lighter and it was broken. Didn't realize it till I walked out. And pretty much everything that I wanted they didn't offer or were out of. I ended up paying over $40 bucks for 4 tiny ass joints... what a trip.

WOW. This place is beautiful, organized and the employees were very nice. So many variations of product. Jack was great in helping choose the right items for my ailments. It is two stories and has an elevator for disabled people. Awesome place, will definitely be back.

I have been here multiple times it's always the same procedure. Put on a mask, walk in scan my Id order at the kiosk, walk upstairs, wait in line, pay the lady and your outta there. So it's a super easy task to just get what you need plus they have a decent selection. It's a huge place though and not personal at all. i've never seen the same face there twice, major security  presence in uniform, like one in every corner and two outside maybe more. A bit overkill if you ask me. If your looking for help in finding the right product for you or if it's your first time ever purchasing cannabis it could be super intimidating and youde probably buy something you don't actually want cause they don't much help you out in there. anyways, i'm giving it 5 stars anyways cause as a seasoned cannabis buyer and someone who is usually in a rush it's cool! i wouldn't suggest it for anyone who needs guidance in this process at all but i will continue to go there for sure.

Great service and Location. Lines are a bit long but no different then any other place during the peak hours so it's best to go in between the day.

This is hands down probably the best place I have been to. I went here in search of CBD oils and Matt was very helpful in finding what I wanted. He was very clear and explained everything to me. Matt is very cool, laid back and very friendly. He made my first time visit a great one, I will definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you again Matt.

My wife was reprimanded by the staff for the audacity to step out of line and browse the products. I try not to blame the staff. Between the several disabled and malfunctioning computer monitors, the understaffed low morale crew, and a stupid swag kiosk, the signs of incompetent and misguided management are everywhere. They expect people to wait in line 30-45 just to find out what you carry? And stay in business? Medmen is a block away and treats me like a customer instead of a nuisance. I won't ever return and I doubt few who survive your payment gauntlet return as well. I'd like to wish you well in improving your dispensary, but really deep down I just hope you go away and make room for a better one.

I haven't had an experience like I did last night! I had no idea what to get or where to start or what questions to ask. Basically, just give Tyler how much you want to spend and what you want out of their product and he will totally help you, smile with you and make sure you feel cared for! They tell me about the discount AFTER I paid. Thanks ALOT. The menu at the counter showed  THC percentages that were over 10% the actual percent on the package. Deceiving business practices going on here. We all work hard for our money. Every dollar counts. These people should NOT be trusted.

This place is so rad! Location is so easy. Great experience from beginning to end. As busy as this place is they really keep it smooth an organized. We went upstairs, jumped in line and immediately our attention was drawn to the flat screen displaying all of their specials for the month! I thought this was really cool considering most places that have a discount or specials make you work for it whereas here it was right in front displaying and informing you!  We were greeted by Allen and it was such a fun process we told him what we wanted and what we liked and he knew exactly what to suggest! I have to add seeing multiple security guards inside and multiple security guards outside when you exit the building is a really good feeling this place is so unique, clean & safe.

My friend told me about this place and I'm glad he did! When I walked in the customer was very pleasant and they were following covid procedures, masks, distancing and sanitizer, over all very clean. I've had a few of their drinks that worked really well and vape pens that were pretty good. I've had only good experiences here and I look forward to my next trip!

Very high profile location that sparked my curiosity about pain relief and sleep alternatives to pharmaceuticals. Place is beautiful, warm and welcoming. Guides were incredibly helpful and the process was seamless. Highly recommend checking it out.

Glad to see that the staff was wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Their website shows a limited selection but they carry several of the brands I buy. Had planned on trying brands they carry that I have not seen on other sites. However, my wife and I are retired and senior discounts are a must for the businesses we frequent. Unfortunately, People's OC does not offer senior discounts so until they do, this was our first (and last) visit to People's OC.

Sometimes dispensaries can have some what of a shady type of a vibe like there doing something illegal but this place is the complete opposite and I'm so glad I finally followed my curiosity after seeing their cool and unique building off the 405. From the security to the front desk reception, everyone is professional and helpful. Not a chronic user so I don't know much about anything when it comes to weed but no one here makes you feel stupid for asking questions. There's this one bud tender in particular who always hooks me up with good stuff after I tell him what I want to feel- although setup has changed after COVID- have to order downstairs at Kiosks but reception still very helpful . Also the cleanliness and openness of this place doesn't make me feel some of the stigma some people still have towards people who smoke. Will definitely be back for the stellar customer service and great products they sell.

I'm a huge fan of this shop, most other places I've been to are a little sketchy whereas People's is really professional. I feel safe with all the security guards around the shop AND in the parking lot and really who can put a price on safety? Relaxed vibes and fair prices. Also love the new express lane they got going, essentially if you know exactly what you want you take that line to the far right and you're in and out in a flash. Great job People's keep it up!Quick shout out to Carly, honestly my favorite employee in the whole place. I always go to her cause she's always on it with the latest deals and getting the most bang for your buck. You want a good laugh and a comprehensive yet simple explanation? She's the one you go to. Also killer nails!

First visit to People's... nice, spacious store. I use CBD products for joint pain and was interested in learning more about other products as well. Check in did take some time (seemed to be a pitfall for other reviewers), but there were several new customers checking in and that meant paperwork... paperwork takes time. Chey was very helpful, professional and fun to talk with! I stopped in because the building was very attractive from the freeway... so happy I did and that Chey was free when it was my turn in line.  Thank you for all your suggestions and input.

Wow! If you're a "first timer," DO NOT go here! If Sarah S. were any less helpful, she'd be sleeping! Seriously, do not inconvenience the staff by going in to buy anything. This place is set up for get in, get out....don't ask questions, have your cash ready (which is the only form of payment they accept). BEWARE....I have to say I was very disappointed in the service at People's OC.  I went and picked up stuff for my parents who are dealing with old age issues and I since I knew nothing about what to get so I spent a couple of hundred on things for them to try.  I sent them the next time with what they needed.  Sadly the gentleman who helped them decided they needed products with stronger THC instead of products with more CBD.  My father told him over and over they don't want to be or feel high and only want these products for pain. So your counter worker decided he knew better and sold my parents three products that are the over 3/4 THC with every little CBD.  WHY????  The first night they decided to take one of the time release pills with oil in it...both of them hallucinated all night long, were sick to their stomach, horrible headache and got not sleep at all...and best part still had the pain they wanted to lessen.  So that product went into the trash and I called to People OC to ask if I could exchange the unopened gummies and balm that are both mostly THC for the ones they wanted with more CBD and even though they have never been open all sales are final.  So thanks for the 200 dollar lesson to not trust your pot head counter people to actually give people what they ask for.  My parents friends were planning as a group to head down but we will be finding another shop that actually wants to work with people who are new to this industry.  Sadly after reading the bad reviews it seems that most are from your terrible customer service which doesn't seem like a big deal but almost sending my parents to the emergency room is.

I liked this place and so does my mom. They have everything set up in such a clean and organized manner....I had to send one of my coworkers there, and she was soooo happy. Will definitely be back, and sending more people that need them out that way.

Worst dispensary I've ever been to. I'm not one to leave good or bad reviews on anything. If u come here be prepared to set at least an hour of ur time aside. There are no menus to look at in line so each customer has to ask a million questions when they finally get helped out.  So after 45 minutes of waiting (with no clue on prices or options) I get to the front of the line and they tell me all their "regular" stuff is sold out and only have the expensive options left. Sorry but I can buy a $20 dollar gram in any state in this country.

Used to be good but has gone downhill fast. Stopped by last week and there were two lines, one for medical, one for recreational. I didn't have my rec with me so I waited on recreational line. And waited, and waited for one of the two budtenders. Apparently, unlike Walgreens, CVS or other drugstores, instead of having one line they have to. If I buy something OTC and those stores, I wait in line with everybody else. Then there's the bud. The driest chunk of weed I've ever seen. The bud tender knew nothing about it and was as helpless as one could get. I'm going back to my old shop as this one just takes the $ to look pretty!!

People's is awesome, by far the best dispensary I have ever been to! Dana helped me with all the necessities. She was super friendly, and went the extra mile. Her recommendation of Wyld gummies was just what I needed. Can't wait to come back!

I honestly would prefer to not leave reviews for anything less than 4 stars but my experience tonight at peoples was actually rather frustrating. Although this didn't directly involve me, it happened in front of me and didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. This occurred at about 9PM on 8/12 and the person before me was being checked in at the front desk and confirmed it was his first time and the lady proceeded to slide him a paper. Since it was his first time, of course had a couple of questions and just seemed a bit confused with the new ordering process. The person at the counter was very passive aggressive told him to read the paper without giving any kind of verbal direction, at which point she pawned him off to someone else working the counter to assist. As I got to the desk to provide my ID, I wasn't greeted but instead she was openly rude and said "I have no patience for people today. I just want to shoot myself in the face" literally feet away from the guy and loud enough for him to hear. He heard her and apologized and she kept shrugging and just seemed really annoyed. I've had nothing but positive experiences here (until this) so I'm not going to let this one incident affect me from coming here. It's just something I'm really not used to seeing here, especially towards a new customer. Had that been my first experience, I probably wouldn't return. I do appreciate everyone still working through these weird times, but the guy wasn't even being rude so this is why I'm leaving this review. I really hope this doesn't happen again. Stay safe.

Thank you and God Bless the crew working Sunday 6-17-2018 in the a.m. around 10:15!!   I suffer from sever anxiety, ptsd, and attacks that typically disable my in building pain for hours and/or cause a seizure. Feeling my warning signs building, I stopped for actually, my first visit, as well as medication to start to combat it, I met Alex who after hearing all of my symptoms and what I find successful for MY disability, Alex quickly helped me with a new STIIIZY set up, which had not tried before.Fast forwarding 10 minutes later, I'm back upstairs in the beginnings of one of my anxiety attacks and a shorted battery that happened to be the cherry on top!  I KNEW one was nipping at my heals, and know it hit and I had medication I couldn't use and unfamiliar with so I don't know if it's me or why I can't get help!!The staff, the security guard, all went into action!! ‍‍. My privacy was respected from the first interaction from the guard as I was back in line. This time, sweating like a fountain, unable to correct my breathing and my stomach pain building. I went to the counter, explained what was happening and one got me a chair while one got me water while other quickly consulted to figure out and address the issue so I would be able to combat my anxiety as quickly as we could. This team jumped into action like I was family! I had been in a shop where I was told if I couldn't keep myself contained I'd be asked to leave. But this attack was a real threat. One of my potential big ones. And that team helped me as if I was the only priority at that moment! No one was called to action. They just did it!! I've had health issues with this anxiety had my family thinking it was their last day with me more than once. You hear anxiety and most think, I'm just overwhelmed or overburdened. My anxiety acts as a vault. It collects until it fails from holding too much. Attacks that have potential to leave me writhing for 20 hours. And it was starting in public in a mostly unfamiliar place. I cannot remember the names of who helped me. A side effect from the moments during the attack. But they know who they are!! So help make sure they see this!! This is place is NOT simply a dispensary. It is NOT promoting, enforcing, nor creating any "bad element" to our area! This team treated me as if this was an urgent care! There ARE people that this plant offers huge degrees of success for their health issues. I gave medicine 10 years to fix me. I almost lost my life numerous times. I gave marijuana 4 years. Amongst other healers higher on the list!. And I am a functioning member of society again! Creating beauty in people's homes! And I've never felt healthier!!God Bless you guys!! Thanks for saving me that day! And thanks Alex for the great rec on STIIIZY! It's phenomenal for my tress and anxiety!!I WILL see this team again. Been coming here for almost a year now. This dispensary has been nothing short of a godsend in my life. The staff is, for the most part, fantastic and always knowledgeable about their products. They typically carry the top strains known to the state of California. They as well have all the top notch new and exciting products. Their prices are a little more expensive than other places, but you definitely get what you pay for here!  The location also feels safe. The atmosphere inside the shop is probably the main reason I keep coming back. It feels like it belongs in south coast plaza or some other upscale shopping area. It super nice and chiche. Highly recoUpdate: So this place went down hill really fast. They used to be staffed with enthusiastic and knowledgeable budtenders, who seemed to have been replaced with disgruntled cashiers from Kohl's. The quality of the flower has also dropped quite significantly. Almost every single strain I pick up is literally like 10-15% stems and dried up. I've been to several other dispensaries where the bud tender literally picks through flower and measure the grams in front of you while picks out the stems and seeds. It used to not be an issue here since most of the time you would receive top tier quality marijuana. The past few months that has not been the case at all. I would of like to point out that I have been purchasing nothing but their top shelf and the budtenders "recommendation" for their freshest strains. It's not until I get home that I realize the strain is dried out and not fresh. I'm really saddened on what this place has become. This used to be one of most enjoyable experiences coming here. The staff used to be friendly and personal. The quality was the best... now with their low quality product. They have earned this one star review with their terrible customer service and their outrageous prices for what they sell (I never mind paying top tier prices for top tier products and top tier service) Also, beware. They have been incentivizing customers to leave reviews by giving them free joints which is both unethical and against yelps terms and conditions. I hope the owners see this and address the issues and go back to being the example of what all dispensaries should be. I plan to come back in a few months and see if the situation improves. People's OC is by far the most organized and efficient dispensary around. I was helped by Matt, who did a fantastic job finding me what I needed. Matt was both friendly and knowledgeable. He put me in a good mood. I definitely recommend People's OC for the quality product and quality service.

This place is really nice. Like realllyyyyyyy nice. Everything from the decor to the product was stellar. Right from the get go, you can see how clean and trendy the shop is. The lady who checked my ID was really friendly and offered water bottles to everyone she checked in. The lobby was ultra spacious and had interesting display cases to see while I waited to use the restroom (which was also clean). When you go upstairs to pick out your products, you can browse around or just have one of the associates help you out. The guy who attended me was really easy going and helpful. He recommended a great deal they had on some 10mg strawberry gummies, 2 packs of ten servings for $18 (honestly might have been less since that was after taxes). Also purchased a half cart and the total for everything came to $54. That I remember perfectly lol. Anyways, I thought it was definitely a good find since other places I saw online were much pricier. And yes, they were great quality. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife has been looking for some mental relief and has been very curious about legal pot.  We looked at different places on Yelp, not sure where to start.  On shopping trip in the area of People's OC, we decided to give the store a try.The lower reception area is clean and the staff friendly.  They checked us in and let us know what to expect once we got upstairs.Our guide as newbies to this store was Jasmin, who listened to what my wife was wanting to experience.  We discussed several options, choosing two different packs of pre-rolled to try.My wife has enjoyed what Jasmin picked for us and we would recommend the store and Jasmin.

first, we waited in line at the front for 15 minutes (with only 4 people ahead of us), and the guy was really nice and told me they had all sorts of prerolls when I asked. next, we wait in line upstairs for, I kid you not, 45 minutes. FORTY FIVE FUCKING MINUTES that I can't have back. we get to the front and ask for prerolls. they guy pulls out like 5 shwaggy looking sativa prerolls. I told him the guy at the front desk told me there were presidentials. he's like, actually no, this is all we have. and out of all of the lower shelf cannabis. I didn't want to have been in line forever for no reason, so I decided on a $55 CBD tincture. he rings it up at $72 and change. what?! that's 50% tax... he insisted it was 15%, and I told him I'd go elsewhere for my products where I get charged a better price. he replied with a SASSY attitude "well, anything you get somewhere else will be illegal, so good luck with that". I suggested an updated menu downstairs which they said was impossible. EFF IT!

Rude, arrogant and all men. What is up with these designer places that care more about their bamboo flooring and sleek ambience than selling decent product at a reasonable price. Go across the street to super clinic, they will price match anything at least. But all these places are scams. CA passed the law in the worst way. So bizarre.

Great storefront. Helpful polite people. Security seemed OK until we left and got hit up by some random guy asking if we could "spare some buds". The security guard in the parking lot was not paying attention and we had to manage this asshat ourselves. This guy should have been identified and chased off. There is NO reason anybody should be approached outside your shop like that. YOU are responsible for what happens around your store as well as within it. Please get that ridiculous behavior under control. We are proud that you have the opportunity to have a business of this type these days, and are confident you'll do something about this.

Used to be my favorite dispensary but the service has declined the past couple of months. They stopped carrying my favorite brand and the only alternative is twice as much. Also, their line system is horrible. I have a medical pass which has a separate line. The clerk took everyone from the non medical line before he would help me. What's the point of having a medical line if you aren't going to switch off and serve every other person from each line??  I might as well have gotten in the other line. Will not be coming back.

I am always scared to go into places like this , but omg it was amazing so fancy and the cleanest shop I have ever seen ! So hip and they are so nice and sweet the guy that helped me and my friend was so nice and answered every question I had I definitely will be back and soon!

If I can give zero stars I would. Since I've been diagnosed with cancer I was looking for alternative medicine to help shrink my tumor however the person who assisted me wasn't helpfully and had an attitude of just getting you to buy. Just felt like it was just a transaction of getting my money. I would not recommend this place plus their prices were ridiculous. I went down the street and found BLÜM and was greeted by a friendly staff, their manager Ari was helpful totally had one of his staff that was educated in CBD oil assist me. Plus he threw in a couple of products for me to try. I would recommend BLÜM.

Highly recommended! I was nervous the first time. But the building is easy to find, inside is gorgeously decorated, open and safe. The "bud tenders" are so nice and helpful. I felt at home and I could ask anything, they went above and beyond to make me feel safe with my purchase. I understand a lot more about THC and CBD now. Honestly the store is just so pretty and professional you have to check it out.

I initially didn't have a good experience at Peoples OC. The folks behind the counter didn't listen. I called them today and spoke to Garrett. He took the time to listen. He also told me about having my product delivered. Garrett hit the mark!! I got what I asked for. The delivery went off without a hitch. Garrett you are the MAN!!!

Not sure why this place has the rating that it does. They have a beautiful facility, large selection, and always the best customer service. Only con is parking but during off peak its plenty.

First time here & had a great experience. Spacious, super clean, 2-story building with modern decor. Very professional, knowledgeable & helpful staff. Tyler helped me pick out what I needed based on what I told him I was looking for.  I'll definitely be back! Parking looks like it could be a problem during busier hours (I was there early afternoon, so no issue for me).... Security guard monitors the lot. Easy to get to from the freeway.

While we love coming here normally and we understand the laws and policies. We Experienced a customer service interaction last night that really bummed us out. We were rushing to get there before they closed and walked in about 4 minutes before closing and it took about a minute to get checked in and she pointed to run upstairs real quick but I did not bring cash so I asked to use the ATM and she said " what you didn't bring cash" and we told her no and she said "ya that's not going to happen then because the ATM takes exactly 4 minutes and you have 3 minutes left so we re open at 8am and you can come back Tomorrow" I then asked if you got a new ATM machine because I use it every-time and it's never taken me more than a minute and she said " ya we got a new one, so we open at 8am". While we 100% understand the 10pm rule, coming from someone who runs a multiple location business that customer service is extremely important, the tone that was used in her response and what was said should have been worded differently and it left us feeling very uncomfortable. Also, did you sit next to the ATM machine and put a timer on one day to see how fast it was because I find it very interesting that when we have 3 minutes left your telling me you know the ATM Takes exactly 4 minutes. I appreciate when people leave reviews for me to correct my employees and maybe schedule some additional training so I hope this can do the same!

Jeepers, People's OC is the best dispensary that I have ever visited! They got my attention with their tasteful billboard displayed off the 55 freeway when I was on my way to a different dispensary. It immediately made me curious, so I decided to check it out. When I went to the dispensary I was completely amazed by the professionalism, welcoming staff and terrific atmosphere. It was bright, clean and absolutely no hint of 'shadiness'. The quality of the product is unsurpassed and the staff is wonderful! I had concerns and questions about continuing to use my ROVE and Garrett was terrific! His knowledge and ability to answer all of my questions addressed all of my concerns. In addition, they give veterans a 10% discount! People's OC is my new dispensary of choice!

Hubby and I have visited this dispensary twice now and both times have been impressed with the ambience, decor, customer service and product selection.  When we visited last weekend, Tyler helped us with our purchase.  Not only was Tyler knowledgable and quick with great, spot-on recommendations, he was also very friendly, personable, courteous and attentive.  He recommended various different products to us and we have been very satisfied with his recommendations.  The first time we stopped by we also had great customer service from a vivacious young lady working there, but unfortunately I do not remember her name. From now on People's OC will be the dispensary of our choice for many reasons, but most of all for outstanding employees like Tyler.  Good job, management, on choosing great staff and training them well!

Stopped by because of a friends recommendation from out of town, must say we were not disappointed! The place was huge, the staff was super friendly. We were assisted right away and given a quick run down and offered some cool mini waters. Upstairs is where the action is, we were helped by Heriberto qho took his time going though everything which we appreciated. Left super happy and surprised at what we got for the price.. awesome customer service, easy location to find and a cool place to just chill ...there is a ton of merch as well .. cool unique finds!

Out of all the dispensaries I love this one. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jasmine G, in particular, has gone above and beyond. She takes the time to explain things and doesn't make me feel stupid.

The weed I got from here was really good!! I'm rating 3 stars because the service I got was not the best. Dispensaries should have knowledgeable people working behind the counter and the girl that checked me out knew nothing about the weed she was selling, and told me "all weed tastes the same to me so I can't tell you what this tastes like". If you can't tell the difference between a train wreck and a granddaddy purple, you should NOT work at a dispensary. I will come back, I just hope I have a better bud tender next time!

Beautiful and BIG dispensary right off the freeway. Give you a cute water bottle when you check in. Sara was my bud-tender and she was so helpful and sweet. Recommend this place to all!

My go to dispensary. They carry a large selection of vape cartridges (clean, organic) and edibles. Always greeted warmly at check in.  Always knowledgeable, empathetic, and fun. Last visit worked with Bobby. He is my fav and fantastic. Cash only - they have 2 atms and heavy security (a good thing) Long Rec lines now. Med patients have a separate much much shorter line. Regardless, everyone is treated with respect and professionalism and each person given ample time and care

Nice classy store, a bit pricey but thats ok. Parking is bad right now until they get the lot next door up and running, line up is very long so stock up!

Think Matt helped me out. Chill dude, very helpful and got me some fire beezle and that WiFi 43(source). Normally I don't review places unless they really gave me bad service, but this shop is just excellent from the receptionist being an actual person instead of some stale crusty security guard ‍ (speaking of security, they are out front on guard and helpful ). They have a wide selection and lower prices on high quality wax, I've tried the wox from this spot too  that kosher dawg is definitely the best imo  would recommend this shop 10/10 staffs friendly and courteous and the shop is really beautiful and well run

Such a freakin shame. From the outside, and inside, this place is great. The ascetics are terrific. It's well lit, good parking, and the decor reminds you of a lodge in Aspen. And that's where the good ends. Went there today for my first time. My local place, ECC, was shut down by the Bible thumpers in Fullerton. So I get greeted, they take my ID and I go upstairs to the dispensary area. They have 6 lines. 4 recreational lines. 1 express and 1 medical. So there are 3 people working at the counter, and they're all busy. No problem. I'm the only one up here so I'll be next, or so I thought. As I'm waiting, I see about 6 people come up and all go into the express line. Ok... Then someone goes into the medical line. About 5 minutes later, the girl at the counter frees up and she takes the express line customer, who came after me. Ok no problem. I'll get the next one. So the next worker gets free, and she takes another express customer. Mind you, these people are still asking questions and shit, so it's not an "express" transaction. So after 25 minutes, and then taking 7 customers who came after me, I finally get up to bat. I was extremely disappointed. Their prices are HIGH, and not the good kind of high. I literally paid double for the same exact thing that I got from my old store. They're cash only and they charge tax!!!  That's a first for me, since I've always paid with tax included. This place is a total ripoff that relies on the honor system, who everyone except for me apparently, abuses to get ahead of you. Don't waste your time here , there's another dispensary right down the street.

So! This was my first time at a dispensary. I have multiple sclerosis and I recently had a really bad relapse that drug me through tons of steroids and other medications to put me back into remission. I was hoping to find something to relieve the pain of it's aftermath. I didn't want to riddle my body with even more pharma drugs than I'm already required to have. SO my friend told me I should go here and just try some CBD. I've read about it a tiny bit but never heard anything bad so I figured I'd come here and have someone who really knows their ish to educate me and help me out. This place is esthetically pleasing, super clean, doesn't smell crazy dank and the guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly. I'm terrible with names but he had dirty blonde hair.We made our way upstairs and It wasn't crazy busy but there were like 5 other people waiting to be helped and then a couple people at the counter being helped. We didn't have to wait long at all...maybe...5 min at most. Called over by a guy with short black curly hair, facial hair, darker skinned, average build, about 5'10 (behind the counter) possibly of middle eastern decent? Honestly not sure, normally I'd just say his name was....but I don't even think he mentioned his name so you get a physical description instead.Alright so this guy asked what I was looking for and I explained I had MS and didn't wanna actually get high I just wanted something to help with the pain. He showed me one product and then talked a million miles a min talking about things I had zero clue about. When I asked questions he just sort of talked super fast spat off some numbers and then went to get a chart. He then showed me the recommended product from the chart for MS and then started talking about numbers again and...I don't even know. And maybe that makes me "stupid" but...why would I know this stuff? It's not common knowledge. BUT his tone and attitude towards me was as if I was stupid for not understanding. Alright so I picked the Treat Well Balance Tincture. At this point I was like eh whatever maybe he's having a rough night I got what I came for so it's all good. Now check it..this place only takes cash and I got tipped out in ALL $1's today so that was the cash I had. Instead of just being like "oh man that's a lot of ones" and laughing a tiny bit HE LITERALLY  said "are you seriously doing that to me right now" in a dead ass serious tone. The same condescending voice he had the entire time. And I was like "I know I'm so sorry it's just what I got tipped out with at work today and that's the only cash I have". He counted the money, looked irritated that he had to count it and then turned around to every other person working behind the counter and started to fan out the money and said "well looks like we don't need anymore ones for change...we have 53 now!" And then he turned around to actually finish the transaction. Legit...that was hella rude and kind of embarrassing, not just for me but for everyone else working there having to associate themselves with this grump. Luckily a super nice guy who had plugs made a comment about it still being money and smiled at me because I'm assuming he felt bad for his coworkers comment and actually has good interpersonal skills. He then gave me my change with no smile...Just a giant grump! The point of my rant was to let the owner know his turd employee needs to be kinder to patients because we're people too and regardless of how you feel about your day or me as a person you gotta be nice! Im always kind and polite and I'd expect the same in return :/ I'll still come back, but I'll 110% avoid curly hair with facial hair guy. Good prices. Lots to choose from ‍3 stars because of grump!

My husband and I went for the first time last week and were pleasantly surprised as to how well organized and displayed the products were. My husband was expecting an "underground" venue, but this was a very spacious, well-laid out retail environment. Dana greeted us. She was very friendly and professional as she asked if this was our first time there. As it was, she walked us to the desk where a very pleasant young man checked our IDs. After we checked-in, Dana asked if we wanted to look around downstairs or, if we knew what we were looking for she would be happy to walk us upstairs. Dana accompanied us upstairs to Sara (cashier), who was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and recommended what would be the most helpful for our needs (arthritis, muscle aches, insomnia). It was very easy to say the least! It is all cash purchases, so just remember to bring extra because you may end up buying more than you thought you would. Overall, it was a very positive experience from the moment we entered the building until we received our purchases. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful facility, and its friendly, professional employees! Kudos to People's for creating such a safe and unique environment, and staffing it with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees!!

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't smoke in the disp. ... but that's not their fault at all ... but the cashier who helped me and my friend was Nikki** ... it was our first time there and we basically didn't know where to start ... she took her time to help us and show us samples and whatnot of the types of flower and deals y'all got .... but yeah she was really nice and helpful

Walking into this place you're thinking, wow! Super cool vibe and feels  legit! But after paying 70$ with tax for an 1/8th that was okay at best I'm thinking you're paying for mostly the hype and not really the weed. I understand why people go here compared to a dispensary behind a liquor store but I'm only putting two stars because it was interesting and definitely a step towards the future but if I were just giving it a rate on the weed I'd give it a one star review.

I loved my visit today. Came in looking for a fire joint and edibles and jack was kind enough to take his time and explain different products for me to see which suited me best. I love the decor and the vibe People's bring to the customers. Friendly staff all around. Thank you Jack!

This is always a pleasant experience. Excellent service, product availability and prices. The only difficulty is parking, the lot is so small and dangerous the way other, inconsiderate drivers, park and handle themselves.

Good selection of products, depending on what you're into. They keep an up to date inventory list on their site, so if you know what you want when you get there, you can get through the lines quicker. Always like seeing the different age range in customers. It's not just for the kids. Had an excellent bud tender today with Sara W. Very nice & informative with what they're selling. Just go early if you can. They do get busy.

This clinic is by far the best! On many levels. The cleanliness of the clinic. The staff. They are extremely kind with their time. The display cases are a great presentation of the products. They gave me a bottle of water when I walked in the clinic. Now I don't drive because of my bad anxiety/panic attacks so I was thrilled to know they deliver. I've told several of my family members and they are using the delivery service as well. At first I though calling in to the delivery line wouldn't be as personal but boy was I wrong ... Matt & Garret have went above and beyond with their time and patience with me and my cousin said the same about Garett. They help feel comfortable and less anxious and go over the product with me. I value their time. The delivery is always when they say and they send a courtesy text when in route. I will be using this service for along time. Thank you SO MUCH MATT & GARRET. You guys are so professional and patient. I only get the tincture for the most part and don't smoke flower. So the reassurance is huge to me in helping me be comfortable with the product and so far I've been okay and it's helping me quite a bit.

Not a fan of this place. I'm new to all of this, and the gentleman at the counter who helped me and my boyfriend was very short and standoffish. The way he delivered the information we were seeking was subpar, I felt like I was being spoken down to because I had questions. First time here and Im totally impressed!  Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Purchased a mixture of CBD and THC items and the girl behind the counter (sorry didn't catcher her name) knew her stuff.  No pressure to buy one thing or another just worked to get me the right product for my personal needs.  I'll be back!

As a first time customer I had such a great experience. This place is huge. From the free water bottle to leaving with my goodies. I came here searching for CBD oil. I had heard and read great reviews. I was helped by Matt. Like I said I was a first time customer and had lots of questions. Matt was very cool and friendly in explaining all my options. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I've been here a couple times now and it's the best dispensary I've ever been to! My first time, Bobby helped me find exactly what I was looking for. His customer service was excellent, he was very personable and made me feel like I was part of the family. It really made me want to come back ASAP! During my next visit I believe Steve helped me, he's very knowledgeable and straightforward. The flavors he recommended were excellent. I liked his vibe and humor! He's a great guy and I hope he's there to help me when I visit again.The wait times varied for both visits. The first time the wait wasn't bad but the second visit was the day before Thanksgiving and the lines were SO LONG! But I understand it was the start to a holiday weekend and a lot of people would come in to prep for the food holiday ahead. I knew what wanted that time so I stood in the express line and didn't have to wait that long.Overall, I really like it here and it'll probably be my main store from now on :)

Today was my first time at people's and I took a friend up there mostly for him but it was very simple and easy we got a military discount cuz we're both veterans and Jasmine was very patient with both of us on our first time there help us with everything and we were extremely satisfied Jasmine is awesome

Came in to People's while visiting from Washington. The store is clean (they've got adorable cannabis history items in the lobby) and the staff very friendly and helpful. Being from Washington we're used to our state cannabis laws, but were unfamiliar with California state laws. Deja walked us through everything, was super kind and fun, and just took great care of us. We'll definitely be back on future visits.

If you don't mind standing in a long line for a long time to pay for overpriced shit, then this is the place for you. Little or no parking for customers. Go to "Evergreen" in Santa Ana to get some good shit at a lower price.I was the ONLY person in the medical line and waited for 25 minutes and was NOT served. Moved to the center line that had four people ahead of me and waited for 30 minutes and the line did not move and knew this was B.S. and left. NO, I won't be coming back.

I went here to check it out with my boyfriend. I don't smoke but I found it all very interesting. It's a cool place, def a cool concept. It was very clean and organized inside. The people were very informative and there were no lines or wait time. It all flowed very nicely. I've never been to any others so I don't have any comparisons.

We have frequented three different dispensaries in the area and People's is by far the best. The employees (especially Jack) are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Make you feel very comfortable. They help you make decisions, not push anything on you. Great selection of products and competitively priced.

Well operated with tons of selection and people that know their stuff. I've been to other spots nearby and this place is by far the best!!!

Visited People's OC and I must say I was impressed! The building was super huge and clean! The check in person was awesome, because I was a first time patient he explained everything to me perfectly. Upstairs I was more amazing with how knowledgeable everyone was. There was a bit of a wait but totally worth it!

Absolutely loved! Such a warm inviting environment. Immediately greeted by a lovely gentleman who really set the tone for a lovely experience.We had the pleasure of experiencing Matt . What a gem! He educated us on the benefits micro-dosing and offered his unparalleled product knowledge.

This place is the worst dispensary around. Tons of armed guards with bulletproof vests. Staff that are super stoned and terribly incompetent and inventory that is always fluctuating. Honestly this is the perfect example of people trying to cash in on Marijuana and not caring about their customers at all.

Let me set the scene:I'm a regular customer there.  Last week I bought a cartridge that didn't work (a smoke shop near us confirmed the coil was bad).  I called People's OC asking how we resolve the issue and they said to just bring the cartridge back and if it's not working, they will replace.  Totally cool, great customer service.AND that's where this pleasant experience ends.  I drove up to People's OC (it's a bit of a drive, but they have in the past also been super nice and helpful so I'm willing to make the trek even though there are places much closer).  I get to the front desk and explain what's up, the women at the desk asks if I have my battery.  I obviously don't as it was explained to me on the phone I only needed the cartridge.  Also fun and important fact, I'm actually pregnant and don't smoke so I'm trying to be a nice wife and running and errand for my husband, so I don't have whatevers on me nor am I super knowledgeable about this whole process which is why I called to confirm what needed to be done (all of which explained to the lady).  She says it's against company policy do use their batteries (okay....).  I explain this is really ridiculous and if it's their error in telling me what is needed that's on them (basic customer service).  She says no again.  I ask to speak to manager, she disappears for a while and explains no manager is available (yeah, I've heard that one before....).  She asks me to move to the couches, I totally oblige (at no point have a raised my voice or caused a scene).  She tells me she can text the manager, so I say "if you can text your manager can you call him so I can talk to him." She laughs and says "no."  I say this is unacceptable and I want to speak to a manager.  She tells me that she's going to call security (ummmm....wtf?!?!  because I ask to SEE A MANAGER).  At this point I'm kind of freaking out and call my husband (I'm still sitting on the couch being quiet) and the security guard at the door starts waiving and yelling at me (again, wtf!?!?).  More security guards appear and I get up the leave, still on the phone with my husband.  I tell the lady that her manager will be hearing from me later and the security guard at the door literally starting yelling me at (mind you he's on only one whose yelled at his point) "Is that a threat?  Did you just threaten me?!"  Seriously dude, way to escalate the situation.  The only thing I can imagine is he was trying to provoke me into a confrontation, which didn't happen because I'm not the one being crazy here.  I will give mad props to the African American security guard standing next to me who was very nice and respectful and calmed the other guard down.This place clearly advertises and designs itself around new patients who are unfamiliar with the process and it worked.  I was happy to pay a higher premium on their product for a nice experience that didn't make me feel like an idiot or like a lame OC mom.  NEVER AGAIN.  I will tell every person and mom I know looking to get into this new recreation world to shop elsewhere.  Tell you wives to shop elsewhere.

I love People's but was upset to see social distancing is NOT being enforced. All staff wear masks & the hand sanitizer is great but there was a customer there today who kept removing his mask. I had to ask him multiple times to please respect the physical distancing markers on the floor, he was practically on top of me. I called later to register my concern & the first staff person I spoke to said masks are not required for guests & "there's nothing we can do about it". Conversation was "above her pay grade" so I asked to speak to a Then spoke to manager Dana who reiterated there's nothing they can do because "we all have other things to do & we can't yell at anyone ". I'm not asking for that. There is a state mandate that masks must be worn, there are very few exceptions. Why not have a staff on hand solely to help enforce safety measures? Again this is a state mandate. OC's decision to rescind masks order was overruled by the governor's order. COVID-19 cases are spiking again FFS, this is not a joke. Really disappointing that the people I spoke to didn't seem to care & shrugged it off, and also seemed annoyed that I even called.

Great customer service,  staff very knowledgeable and very helpful. Premium  flowers and edibles. Feel safe environment.

This place is soooo cool inside. Smells amazeballs and the people are super friendly. I came to check this place out for the cannamassage that was here for Customer Appreciation Day and ended up buying all kinds of medication. Thanks so much.

I started off liking this place. It's new, and beautiful and impressive to look at.  Our very first experience for medical marijuana was at this place.  I think it was Bobby who took care of us and he was very caring and knew his stuff.  However, every experience since has been questionable.  The same products always seem to vary in price, each time we go.  Each cashier seems to charge you what they want.   Very unsettling.  The other thing that I didn't like it that you have to go upstairs to buy product.  If you are handicapped, there is an elevator which they have to let you into. It's just inconvenient.There is one handicap space in the parking lot, but it's a very small parking lot. I've looked and there are several other places very close buy and we will be checking those out.

Friendly, clean and professional. The online ordering was simple and quick. There are dispensaries closers to me, but I prefer Peoples.

Oh man what an experience! Place was rad, everything was so good. Best customer service in the business hands down. Well done!

Hate this dispensary!! Paid for top shelf last time and the flower sucked. This time I was looking for a product that is supposedly only carried here, however, they were out. Also the lines are insane. They never have enough people working. There is a separate line for medical patients so they can go before recreational ones, but the tenders basically ignore the med patients in line unless a manger comes. They do give u a bottle of water which is nice. Several other med patients in line with me were also ill served and unhappy.

The staff at people are very friendly and helpful. Jack was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. Great, courteous, efficient service. I will definitely be going back there!

Don't put "closes at 10" if you can't place and order after 9:30. Glad I drove here for nothing.

Long lines. Limited selection and cash only. You have to wait in a line to look at the products. Much prefer places where you feel like you can shop around. Also the variety of CBD products is lacking

I wanted to love this place, I really really did! Unfortunately it just was a big ole dud. Beautiful shop, amazing art work, incredible view! The selection, terrible. They item I did take , I wasn't happy with. Don't get me wrong, the customer service was on point from front desk , and bud tenders. Just wish they had more variety... and more reasonable when it comes to the "donation" this place seems to be a lot more expensive than most.

I see this dispensary off the freeway and always wanted to check it out. I was on Weedmaps yesterday when they had 25% off their caliclear cartridges which I had emailed to myself. I didn't receive the email until after they closed so I called in today to see if they would honor it, after she said no then placed me on hold I wanted nothing to do with the dispensary so I hung up. She called back saying her manger would honor the deal so I came right in.Check in was quick, front staff was great.I go to pick out the cartridges...She explained the prices include the tax so $55 for full gram and $35 for half gram...She rings me up at $75...I walked downstairs and realized the math was off so asked the ladies in the front again if the tax was included or not they said it is.I walked back up, mind you I was on my lunch break so didn't have much time to waste. I went back to the girl that rang me up and told her I got overcharged. She pulled out the receipt and said no look here is the total. I showed her the math. She couldn't figure it out so called that manager that explained to me that the discount doesn't apply to the tax....THEN WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME THE TAX IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE??? Are you serious?Never will I come here again...Only cool from the outside I guess...

Let it be known that this is one of the dankest clinics in the OC area. Whenever I am close to OC I'm going here to pick up. Today was my first time in and I was very impressed with the selection of strains they have. Steve helped us and he was very knowledgeable as a budtender. It's not like going to some clinic that only wants profit and none of the bud tenders know what they're talking about. Prices can be a little steep but it's def worth it. Grams start off at $12 I believe and they offer a lot of different CBD strains as well for all of you CBD fans out there. They had the biggest selection of CBD strains I have ever seen at a clinic. Great job guys.

I went to People's OC for the first time looking to pick up a New Vape. My boyfriend and I had been deciding whether to keep going with the greens or upgrade. We had Alex as our specialist that helped up and he was great! Extremely accommodating and even went to the back a second time to check to see if they had exactly what I wanted and they did! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me and My boyfriend for the first time here! If you want anyone specific to help you here that knows soooo much about the products and the experiences go to Alex. :)

Super chill super upscale I like the layout it's really nice I enjoyed being able to walk in and see everything displayed I like all the information they give you and how well organized as it definitely makes the experience a lot more enjoyable and since this is such a nice dispensary there does tend to be a wait time but if you go in the middle of the week you're usually pretty good

Waited in line forever while workers gossiped with each other and other customers. It's not hard to get what you need and get out of the way.

First off let me start by saying there is NOTHING that compares to this store in southern ca. This is very professional clean atmosphere very friendly knowledgeable staff. Dominic has not steered me wrong I have been helped by him twice and this is hands down the best bud tender I've ever experienced. Very personable and knowledgeable about the product you carry. I'm telling all my buddies to check this out.

I have to say by far OC people have the worst customer service ever they were very rude and just because I wasn't medical side they treated me like s*** not hating on what they're doing but at the same time it definitely aren't making customers feel welcome

Been in line for 45+ minutes or more, while 1 lady was trying to make a purchase. The other 3 lanes had lapped us like 3-4 times.  Very frustrating. Probably won't be coming back. Poor operations.

Just left.  The guy behind the bar could care less.  So we just left.  I should feel bad that I purposely did not leave a tip but I don't.  Expensive and not worth going.  Looks nice on the outside but in reality it is super small inside.

This place makes me wish pot was never legalized. They take forever, even when there's hardly anyone there. They let people with recomendAtions cut the line. I waited 30 mins to get to the front just so they could let someone who just walked in with a medical card get helped before me. They have the worst prices I've ever seen, and they charge crazy tax on top of that. It's nice on the inside but got damn! 60 for an 8th hahahaha

This place is whack. The building itself is nice and appealing but their system and prices are ridiculous. I waited upstairs in line for almost 30 minutes just to get to the counter and there were only like 8 people there! They take medical card customers (even though now it's all legal) first, even if they just walked in and there's a long rec line. Add to that the budtenders are snooty and every single item was $3-5 more than at my usual dispensary, NOT including the tax they throw on there. I didn't think it was possible that a visit to a dispensary could leave me feeling frustrated and angry but that's exactly what People's OC did. They need to focus more on service and less on aesthetics, unless their goal is catering to a bougie crowd.For me, lesson learned. Bigger and shinier is definitely NOT better.

Richie recently helped me during my visit. He was helpful and informative. He let me know about all the different deals available. I'm not used to visiting dispensaries since I live in Santa Barbara and we only have delivery. He was approachable and easy to talk to even when I felt my questions were dumb. Very satisfied with my visit. :)

I brought my girlfriend to give her, her first fun "legal dispensary experience", instead she received attitude and a horrible first time encounter.  The venue is beautiful- this is the only reason I'm even giving it a one star rating.  It was a rainy super slow night, and the staff were still moving at a sloth-like pace.  We waited almost 20 minutes to be helped and when it was finally our turn, the female brunette Budtender with the tattoos was very dismissive, and unhelpful.  Both my girlfriend and I were immediately put off by the her attitude and bad vibe.  When my girlfriend asked her questions she basically replied with "I don't know, it's up to you". lol. Unbelievable- I highly doubt we'll ever be back. If it's this bad on a slow night, imagine how bad it is on a normal or even busy evening.

I didn't want to believe the reviews but after going twice myself, the negative reviews are beyond true! I bought $85 dollars worth of product last night and the bud tender charged $129 for all the items. Actually she said it was $121 and some change. But she only gave me $11 and some change back  that's $44 dollars in TAXES and some extra in her pocket!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! It's obvious they're charging so much to cover the overheard on this unnecessarily large space. The selection does not match the square footage. Anyways spend your money elsewhere because they definitely aren't the only spot. Straight up stole $44  unbelievable!!! And I was nice enough to tip her too. Don't waste your time here!! Trash!!!

First time in and I was immediately given a warm greeting. The storefront itself is incredibly spacious and organized. The front desk staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but we were told prior to even going up to so we were prepared. Everyone was incredibly nice and wait was definitely worth it! Will be coming back for sure.

I love richie. He's the best And knows everything about marijuana, it's impressive, he knows what to get me, I'm happy he knows that I need, he's my go to all the time. I love this kid he knows his shit!

This place has some of the best products I've seen. Richie was the budtender that I had when I went and he was really helpful  and very knowledgeable about what was in stock. He even hooked it up by letting us know of the current deals. The nugs that we got we're super crystally and had incredible taste too. I gotta say overall I'm extremely satisfied with my visit.

My first time at a dispensary, and being a newbie, I was so nervous and had anxiety about not knowing anything. Sara W. was awesome! She walked me through stuff and made suggestions based on things I told her.  She made me feel comfortable.  She was very knowledgeable.

Way over priced and the wait time you encounter is ridiculous. Not sure if they know that weed is legal but people with medical cards get to cut the line so even if you have waited 25 mins or more, some jackass with a card can walk in and cut right in front of you. This place should be in Hollywood if they want to be snooty and bougie. And the weed ain't even that good.  for this spot.

Could not be happier with the service i get from People's OC. The buds, the atmosphere plus every time i go the staff knows exactly what I want. Looking for a go to bud tender that knows everything? Ask for Richie. He can pick out the best buds and vapes every time. Thanks again People's OC i will be back again and again.

I really wanted to like this place.First the sign in process is disorganized. We walked in and there's no signage or greeting to direct you, except for an overzealous security guard staring you down from his slightly raised command post. Since there's nothing to direct you we started to walk upstairs and only then were we stopped and told to get in line to sign in.Now after properly checking in we were able to go upstairs. The line was long and moving slower than the 55 after work. So why not browse and take a peek at the shelves right? Wrong. Again there's no signage saying you can't look around. So as soon as we stepped out of line a guard confronted us saying we can't look at anything. What?Luckily the attendant that helped us was friendly, but because we didn't have time to browse the whole thing felt extremely rushed since there's a train of people waiting behind you.Overall a very unwelcoming experience and they offered nothing for first time customers. I will be checking out other places that may be less flashy but more welcoming.

The place is designed nicely and clean with proper people working, however they are extremely strict about where people can be and cannot be. Everyone needs to stand in specific lines based on color coordination, not allowed to roam around and simply glance at their products. I don't partake in any products of such but it's a shame that visitors cannot look around and get a glance of what this location carries. Also very limited quantity of products which is shocking for such a large location. Overall not pleased, walked out extremely annoyed as the security would not allow us to simply stand far back on the side and glance at the products behind the display without disturbing anyone. Not the greatest place to visit.

Great facility and products. My issue here is how long it takes to buy anything. They never have enough people at the registers and always have a line. They should have a "express" lane and a "I have no fucking idea what I want, so I'm going to ask a million questions and waste time" line. Again, nothing about the people or store.. just Disneyland style lines.

Shoutout Lou, I stopped by real quick in here and caught a flat tire in the parking lot. As I began to change my first tire in years, Lou who turns out to be the lot supervisor, came over and helped me. When it turned out I had messed up the jack he rolled out the large car jack and we went through this whole process until I was ready to go. Really helped me out when he didn't have too and I'm very grateful I was not expecting any of this let alone the help. Everyone inside was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Only flaw is the biggest flaw: the politics of the lines. Associates basically pick and choose who they want to help from a smattering of 4 lines. They don't go in order and pick and choose who they want to serve. Tonight especially it was pretty clear that they wanted to help white ppl first. What a joke. I'll take my business elsewhere.

They're very rude here. I didnt really know what I was doing because my boyfriend sent me to go buy gummies for him . He told me that someone would help me. They guy at the register treated me like I was an inconvenience. Like yeah I still dont really understand what I'm doing but a little help would be nice. It's also not that hard to be nice. Never coming here again.

My husband an I are newbies to this experience, and we had lots of questions! I was pretty surprised how well organize this place was. Very clean awesome style and just please take experience. We have been there twice now and it's our go to spot! Highly recommended

These guys have a great selection, information staff and a great vibe in general! I have been going in for a while to get cbd products from them and I absolutely recommend this place to everyone, if you are in pain, have anxiety or nausea, get yourself down there asap! You'll be treated with dignity and respect, these guys will answere your questions and you will definitely find what you need and want. Shoutout to Jake who helped me tonight, he was so nice and friendly and got me on my way in no time.

Should advertise time of closing as 930 and not 10pm, I drove 45 minutes to check this place out and got here at 931 and they wouldn't let me in. Can't attest to their product however.

Great selection, even though when we went they were all out of gummies, and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Parking can be difficult and the wait in line may take a while, but worth the wait and hassle. They have everything and the price is amazing given the quality of products. Highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to People's for almost 2 years now and love it! Its right off the 55 so the location is super convenient and easy to get to. They have so many products to select from I am certain you will find what you are looking for. If for some reason you can't they have awesome people working there like Sara G. and Mariah to help you get what you need. So convenience, location and a great staff! People's has it all!

Awesome place! To anyone complaining about lines, I go on Saturday or Sunday morning and haven't waited more than 2 minutes. They're so friendly quick and helpful. The tax is what it is, there's nothing they can do about that. Ricardo (Ricky?) was really great and helped me pick some nice buds and gummies. Definitely check this place out!

This is the first time I have been to a dispensary since legalization and I definitely picked the right place! I pass the store and see it off the fwy for years and finally had the chance to stop by. The parking lot is kind of tight but security is in full force and very present so I felt very safe. The lobby is beautifully decorated and check in was easy with your drivers license. Upstairs they have signs clearly marked so you know which line to get in for purchase and there is a special line for medical card holders that know exactly what they want to order. Thre was a vendor promotion the day I went so I was able to get 25% off their product and a free battery for my pen. I was ecstatic! The guy that helped me gave me all the info I needed to pick exactly what I liked and got some pretty good deals on the value priced eighths, 17$! I was able to find a cbn tincture for sleep that works amazing too. Packaging is legit and even tho I spent a couple hundred dollars Including a nice tip for the bud tender I walked away with quite a bit of product that should last me months ! I will definitely be back and enjoyed the experience immensely.

I discovered this place by using both weed maps and yelp. I was trying to find a place w/ a large selection as I wanted pain mgmt type lines. The decor is very nice, parking on the other hand is a nightmare just FYI, have patience if you come during a peak time.I will start out w/ the positive. The selection is great for folks like me looking for product lines focused on healing and pain management. Sadly, I  can't speak to the more recreational lines as that wasn't my purpose. My experience once I was "upstairs" where the product is sold was phenomenal. I was treated well, my naive questions were answered, and everyone seemed so helpful. patient,  and concerned about my ailments and how to help me feel better. Everything was so darn thoroughly explained. It was great.Now the negative, the check-in process was a bloody nightmare. No direction at all! No one greated me, I just assumed I walked up to the counter. Customer service seemed to not be a word they were familiar with. I shared w/ the the woman I was new (she had long black hair) and that I needed to speak w/ a doctor first to get certified. She said it would be about 30 min and to have a seat , no problem. well that time comes and goes, and no one signals me for anything next so I go back up and this time talk to a man who said I need to fill out paperwork first, so I do that. Then another 15 minutes goes buy and FINALLY someone a woman w/ very short black hair (very kind) says oh my gosh yes you can skype w/ the doc now and here is how...so I FINALLY start the process. By the way no instructions on how to log in, how the damn ipad functions NOTHING so full on trial and error unless you are lucky enough to flag someone down to help you. The music was so loud I could not hear the doctor so she had to call me on my cell phone, um hello if that was the case it could have happened like an hour ago when I walked in. I get cleared for approval and told that I would get an email in 10 mins. I hang up my phone and that was that. 20 mins later still no email, so the not so friendly woman w/ long black hair accues me of not doing something right or that my email isn't working....well she then goes to the ipad and say "you didn't hit end session" Um ...why would I know to do that when the doc on the phone said we were done and by the way I had to walk outside to talk to the doc due to the ridik loud music to even hear her so I was no where near that ipad.  FINALLY I got what I needed to get upstairs. It was fairly busy but by NO MEANS crowded just seemed super unorganized on floor one. I really think if they just had like a basic handout on "these are the steps" or like an employee assigned to a set of specific customers for the entire first floor process for new comers it would be much easier!! Also I really recommend putting that ipad in a more private place, there is a corner near the restrooms that you can put like a cubicle wall type thing up that would still match the decor so that you are not screaming your personal health business for all to hear!!!!  I hated that part. In that case I felt lucky the music was so loud that I got to go outside to speak so I had some damn semblance of privacy!again second level folks /staff = top notch. First floor folks need more training and a better system.Also FYI you can use a credit card for the actual MM card but the product is cash only so heads up.I Have only been to one other dispensary in San Fran and that place had customer service down to a "T". You felt welcomed and informed not like you were a number in a herd of skater bros w/ bad house beats behind you. Truly just assign a person to a single employee so that the reason for the visit is clear and the mood and info exchange can be adjusted as needed. If you are there for serious stuff, perhaps more clincal. If you are there for fun times, perhaps more lighthearted. My medical situation is very serious and I just would have preferred a bit more info when I walked in the door.

This collective is very nice big open feeling but also very expensive so be prepared to pay full retail. the manager is very nice!

For a first time shopper this store was outstanding.  We were greeted by competent staff and the procedures were explained.  When we went to the product area, we were greeted by another competent staff member who explained the pros and cons of the various delivery systems, asked about our needs and then sent us to a line to purchase.  I explained the problem, was given options with recommendations.  Clean, well organized store with competent staff.  I will go back.

This is a first rate store. Notice I didn't say "pot store". It's a great store compared to any high end department store. They have knowledgeable and friendly people who are able to answer your questions and assist you with the proper product to help you. I have terrible insomnia and have for decades. I also am a triple Traumatic Brain Injury and Stroke survivor. They were more than helpful and reassuring considering my injuries. I am sleeping so much better than I ever did with Ambian and I'm not putting bad chemicals into my system and especially my brain. I am so thankful for the knowledgeable people who have helped me. This is the first time I've been to a place like this....but with the pain I have due to a bad knee replacement surgery.....I needed to go!Once we stepped in, we noticed the place was very clean and well lit.  The girl at the counter was very helpful, very friendly.  We told her a little of what we were looking for and she sent us upstairs....Where we met Gilbert.  He was so nice!  I explained about my surgeries and the issues I'm trying to solve...he pulled out a few items, explaining everything to me that I needed to know...plus he answered all of my dumb questions too....without making me feel dumb!Took the products last night and this morning, they seem to work well.  We will continue to use People's OC.  And hopefully Gilbert will be there....he is a really nice kid and was very helpful!

Horrible prices very rude budtenders!! I went for the first time and I couldn't believe how much everything was! The staff was unknowledgeable, and they kept rushing me and refused to help me with the money I had for my medicine, so I left with nothing!! Terrible!!! Prices suck!!!

I read through several of the reviews before I started to write my review.  I had such a different experience than most.  I visited last night for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience.  Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially Bobbie.  He was extremely knowledgeable and completely honest.  He didn't try to push products that we didn't need or wouldn't be right for us (I was with two friends.). He spent a considerable amount of time with us and I learned a lot.  I come from the homeopathic/supplement industry and again, I was impressed with Bobbie's knowledge of the products, contraindications, etc.  I highly recommend checking out the store.

I came from riverside to peoples OC. They are not your typical dispensary. I called spoke to brandon, i was looking for a certain strain that wouldnt give me the munchies. Im not new to cannabis but i had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them and stear me in the right direction.My tender was paula she Didnt laugh at my questions or look at me like i was stupid. What she didnt know she found the answer.I will glady travel the 40 mins to peoples oc to get the customer satisfaction i dont get at any of the riverside dispensaries. Peoples OC very knowledgeable so i highly recommend this place! Thanks dudes!

First off... Thank you Caitlyn! We went in their not really knowing or fully understanding the CBD oil - just knew we needed it to help with appetite and addition with help relieving anxiety and OCD. Caitlyn was knowledgeable, understanding and had excellent patience with us in working thru the options. Definitely recommend this place!

Staff is super nice! First time buying on my own, Bobby was super helpful! And the good kind of weird lol, definitely going back.

Terrible service nobody was knowledgeable and prices are stupid. How are you gonna list a price in the weed industry as 20$ but charge 23.25?? Grams in Washington range from 5-20$ and I can get an OZ for 80$. But more importantly the staff was whack. Big ass space with no knowledge or product, 1 gram of Indica in the whole store ‍

So disappointed.  Very misleading advertisement - they tell you "you will be 'evaluated' by a physician for only $49" - after they take your money, then they tell you that the questionnaire you completed online is it ... Yes, That's your doctor's evaluation!!  And, to add to the insult, there's no way to get your money back because "you misunderstood" their definition of a "physician's evaluation."  I'm glad I have a copy of their false advertisement; Consumer Protection will be getting a letter about this.

Poor customers service. Rude employees. Not coming back again! I've made a complaint at front desk & they told me they've several complaints on the same person but did nothing done to resolve the problem & messaged customer service. Bad for business.

My husband an I visited People's for the first time today and I wanted to write this review to highlight the positive service we received.  We have visited other stores in other cities and I have to say that the personal service we received from Tyler was first rate. Tyler is very knowledgeable about what they sell and about the industry as a whole.  He did an excellent job of explaining the products, he was patient and he also was helpful with regard to the many questions that I had regarding a friend that I believe could benefit from using some CBD products.  Thank you and we will return.   I do have to say that you might want to rethink your line system, it is not very efficient.

I should preface this review with the info that this is the first recreational dispensary I have visited after a few years of frequenting "medical" dispensaries...What an awful experience...!! The place has tons of wasted space with virtually zero product presentation...The strict rules and security cop presence felt more like visiting day at a prison than a legal shopping experience and made browsing impossible...When I approached their very limited display cases while waiting for assistance, I was told to get back in line...Aside from the lack of product display, there also were no posted prices...They were all in a book on the counter when you got to the counter and dealt with a "Bud Tender"...This experienece was SO far removed from my medical dispensary visits, where the prices and products were all clearly visible and you could wander around window shopping before you got in line for assistance...I have no idea why this disparity exists and really hope this isn't the style of all recreational dispensaries...I have no reason to recommend or ever go back to People's O.C...

Love it buds and host are awesome! So conveniently placed off the fwy!!  Love it. The parking is iffy and it's hard but once you're in it's totally worth it!!!

Holy crap where do I begin??? Don't do it, just don't. Loved the eye-catching decor from the freeway, big signs, but horrible execution. I hated everything about this place, other than Richie, the gentleman at the counter that was able to make some type of sense of their system. What happen to walking up to a counter, having a bud tender behind a glass case and actually exposing your inventory or product. After I waited in line, I asked to see a couple strains, bc there was only a few, horribly displayed, and he hands me a menu...... sooo you get to "shop" from a typed out menu, no photos, no scratch and sniff stickers ;p , worse than weedmaps. Why would I even come into a shop if I am just going to order off a typed out menu, why not have self check out centers? Why do you even hire real people? The big jar he gave me too look at was black, when I asked for a light to see the flower.... he had to pull out his phone.... how embarrassing for HIM! So ghetto, This place sells flower yet makes it insanely uncomfortable, & awkward? Why does a place need so much dang instruction? From the second you walk in the receptionist had a Stoney ass speech she gives you, all the way to when you buy product you have to get a "how to open our bags" speech. This place is robbing all those patients who are falling for the marketing of this place. The only successful execution is mother nature's roots of a tree painted white. Funny how your called "People's" yet you do NOT care about the people, at all. So disappointed. Absolutely nothing about this place is geared towards the customer, 100% get you in, take your money, (blindly) and get out. How do you not encourage flower shopping at a Pot shop?!? Fail. Fail. Fail. Grrrrr.

Wanted to update my review and say I was contacted via yelp by Karim from Peoples OC and was directed back and got my cartridge replaced.  Word of advice, seek a manager for any issues as the bud tenders are not the best resource for issues. But I am satisfied with how fast Karim got back to me and helped resolve my issue. I will definitely be back now!

This is the best shop in OC. Very helpful, answer all my questions. They give u free water when u come in. And the have a renew service for you to get a new card. Always specials running only place to shop

2 star because the first time I came here was great, but the second time was a different story. First off, they dont update their menu so when you come here the buds on their menu is either out of stock or sold out, and my homie went here for first time and they forgot to give him his FTP deal of BOGO. And lastly, they dont weigh out the buds instead they give them to you already weighed out and in the bag already. When we got home we try to weigh it out ourselves and instead of my 8th being 3.5 grams it weighs 2.8 its not cool y'all!

The taste and effect of my $100+  dosist pen was shit...not normal cuz I always get this pen. Called in the morning and the manager said to come on in and change it out for another one...awesome...came in the afternoon only to hear this skinny tweaker bitch say "unfortunately" eighty times...waste of time, money, and guest service...YES actually means UNFORTUNATELY here.

All the flower I've ever gotten here is terrible.  Been there 3 times.  Looks good but smokes harsh.  There vendors suck at growing.

Clean and Nice.  Selection nice, super professional... Sometimes there is a line but get their loyalty and order ahead program going, guaranteed no lines.  Easy brah. I see some lil babies crying about a line - take a rip before going in.  Gee whiz.  One time they didn't have enough parking so I had to go across street.

People's is the BEST dispensary I've been to hands down! The variety they offer is insane! I have celiac disease and am allergic to dairy, so finding edibles that are both gluten & dairy free and tasty can be tough, but this place has that covered! I've sent friends here and they say the flower is the best they've had. Not to mention the large variety of awesome vape pens, shatter, drinks, CBD creams, and ICE CREAM! The vape pens come in easy to carry nice cases as well. They even carry CBD dog treats that I get for my dog who has anxiety and they've really helped her. The staff and budtenders are very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. As if the variety and quality aren't enough the space is absolutely gorgeous!

Hands down one of the nicest dispensaries that I have been to in the OC. They are not the cheapest if that is what you are looking for, but quality and selection is great!!

Would give a 5 but gave it a 3 due to overcharge. I paid $40.56 for a $35 product + 15% sale tax. It should have been $40.25 only, a $.31 cent diff.  A small amount but if this was intentional, 100 customer would have overpaid $31. Be aware when you pay and ask for a receipt

Let me start by saying I have only smoked pot a few times in my life and that was about 20 years ago, it's just not my thing, I don't care if people do I just never liked the way it made me feel. I hurt my hip a few days ago after a long run and I could barely walk. I was taking strong pain meds but was only getting some relief and pain meds make me nauseous. I've heard great things about CBD oil and that it can do wonders and after days of barely being able to walk I decided it was time to take a trip to the weed shop. People's OC is very clean and big! There were two security guards so it felt very safe and it's really quite beautiful inside, lots of wood, rustic and very comforting. The budtender was super nice she spent at least 20 minutes explaining everything, I never felt rushed and had all my questions answered. I ended up getting CBD oil that had a very small amount of THC in it as she explained that would most likely work best for pain and inflammation. I have only taken one dose and I'm beyond stunned at how much better I feel after just one time of using. Im just shocked, honestly I couldn't walk yesterday and today my hip feels 90% better. It's still a bit stiff but it's so much better. I haven't had to take any pain meds since taking the oil and it's feeling so much better. I was really skeptical about trying anything with THC but the budtender and people's OC made the experience so comfortable I walked away with what I considered a miracle product that I would have never tried without talking to someone experienced and being in a clean and comfortable environment. Thank you People's OC you have a new customer that will be spreading the word about your great establishment!!!!!

Let me start by saying this dispensary carries some of my all time favorite products, so thanks for that!!! Love that you always flowkana in stock. However, this feedback is long overdue. I will continue to shop there but need to bring something to light. As a patient with severe anxiety I really need to be helped by someone who can cater to that. First off , I often hear some of staff having private conversations about what they did last weekend, what they're smoking tonight, their relationship problems, etc in front of customers which is sometimes uncomfortable and unprofessional. Also There is this one girl I've seen lots of times (I think her name is dj or Deja or something like that?) who is always running around frantic. She's never taken the time to listen to what I have to say and given me multiple wrong medications, always seems to be under the influence, and cusses and dances around like she's at one of those trap shops. If I wanted to go to a ghetto place with cheap prices I would but I come here for the safety and ambiance. I have encountered a few people who are great like Sara, Brendon, and a few others, but people like her and a few others I've seen come and go are not meant for a business like yours. I would take note of other negative customer service reviews and re think some of your team members if you want to stay in business. There are plenty of other great dispensaries in the area that have the same products and much more professional staff. I will continue to shop here for the products but hope you listen to the cry for help of us patients and your staff

This place is fairly new and really clean.  Very large space probably 10 times the space they really need and is probably why they charge so much more than every other dispensary in the area. Their deal suck and selection is limited. This is my first and last time coming here. Hopefully they come back to reality and offer more choices at better prices. The joint is only two minutes away and offers twice a selection at far better prices.

This is a really great place with the most friendly people around. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Save yourself the trip. Twice now they've been out of a medical salve I once bought there for my 96 year-old mother. The employee I spoke to about alternatives had lousy product knowledge and an even worse attitude bordering on indifference. The front desk woman I spoke to about my experience on the way out the door downstairs gave me a "meh" look when I told her I wouldn't be back. As a successful businessman, it appears this outfit doesn't realize they have a LOT of competition now in the OC, with plenty of places to choose from.

I hope that $15 you stole from me was worth it! I'm never coming back here. You can thank that uber cracked out witch with too much make up. 2nd to last visit Peoples accidentally over charged me for something I didn't buy. The following visit, a few days later, I advised the staff member, A.M., who happened to help me both times. Their "mgr" who made me feel like a lying dirtbag ultimately needed to confirm via video what I actually bought. Of course, she called me back after we left the store & were in thick traffic home.. Yeah me, she confirmed what I was saying was true. We were not about to drive back, for a 2nd inconvenience.  She said that my $15 was here as credit, WHENEVER I came back next. Which was today.  & guess what??!!?! Since my visit they changed their computer systems & lost all record. Surprise, surprise. And once again I'm made to feel like a lying piece of sh##. I was offered %10 off my purchase today. Something they readily give away using their delivery option. But, I wasn't planning on spending $150 today.  & After they stole my $15, I'm now pressured to spend $150 as the only way to recoup???!! That piece pipe smoker needs to revisit her managerial training.  & I'm not referring to how she got her job. Sadly,  seems a lot of the other people are actually legit cool here.. there's always one bad seed to ruin the apple. Fortunately, weed dispensaries are plentiful. & if its just a delivery, who cares they spent all that $$ on the brick & mortar??!

Went here today for the first time great spot close to my house and has everything you need. Super friendly staff Destiny "not her stage name" was awesome sweet girl super helpful and a great smile. She gave me a great deal being a FTP and hooked up my uncle who is suffering from a pinched nerve and herniated disc in his back.

The lady with the buzzed head at the front reception area was horribly rude and unhelpful. We didn't end up purchasing anything and I am so glad because I don't need to spend my money somewhere where the experience is shit. Zero ability to have customer service. Dispensaries are everywhere in Santa Ana - pick a different place so you don't have to deal with their drama. You would think that management would work on this continued issue given the several one star reviews related to bad customer service.

First time I come in here, staff is very rude and didn't want to show me many strains. Way over priced and not a good selection... first time patient paid 17 bucks for one gram that wasn't even all that great... safe to say I won't be returning

I was a first time customer today and I'm very happy with the excellent customer service experienced. Everything was handled by phone in an expeditious and efficient manner. Prices are competitive and delivery time was as promised with a friendly driver.  I am a medical marijuana user and it's great that seniors get a discount on Sunday orders. Overall I' m extremely pleased to deal with them.

First time experience and I was super excited to go to my 1st dispensary... but, unfortunately my experience was a negative one -- To start off.. the greeter at the 1st floor entrance was amazing... great, friendly personality and made me feel completely comfortable & welcomed... The bud tender upstairs though.. was super rude... I let her know it was my first time there, at a dispensary and her reaction was similar to that of someone hearing they'd never had sex before... She really seemed disappointed and it made me feel very uncomfortable & unwelcome to the whole dispensary positivity I've heard so much about... Long story short.. she was not very helpful... (I guess my expectations were too high when assuming the bud tender's level of expertise)... I advised her my main pro and cons to some of the stains and she could not provide any constructive, positive or helpful suggestions. She would cut me off when I would ask a question, and offered items I had no interest about (which I told her beforehand I did not like). She would advise me about them anyways, going on a tangent that I frankly cared nothing about and just wasted more time (after having to wait 15-20min. prior to getting our ID's checked)... Lastly... there were about 2-3 staff behind the bar that kept coming in and out of the office doors not minding the 10-deep person line behind us... Not how I thought a 4-star yelp review would turn out...  #thatreallysucked..... :/ --- (formally a 1... but now.. a ) -- (Luckily. . . #theweedwasgood)....

Terrible experience at "Peoples"....I have a bad shoulder went in for some CBD lotion (very pricey) they gave me the wrong version went back in to exchange (had the receipt and still sealed), they fed me a stupid line that the regulators prohibit them from re-stocking so all sales are final...this is total BS!!! the fact is this place just wants your cash and then they throw you to the curb...I went to another pot shop and bought some CBD gel and after using for two weeks no difference.  My conclusion....ICE works better, is lots cheaper and I'm not contributing to some yokels bank account.

All I can say is wow! This place is breathtaking inside. It's not only huge, but has an awesome atmosphere. The prices are surprisingly cheap. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. You're pretty much guaranteed to find anything you're looking for here. Not only will you find it, but it will be the best quality. I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends. Once you stop in here, everywhere else will seem subpar at best.

Poor customer service I called and was placed on hold, so I drove over while still on hold and stood in a line and waited to be told they dont sell gift certificates. I was still on hold when I arrived 20 minutes later. I told the girl she still had me on hold and she just said she was busy!! WTF your weed is over priced and super dry and you still treat customers like shit... I would have never come here if it wasn't for someone wanting this place as their gift certificate, I will convince them not to come to this place.

A friend of mine sent me here and I was blown away by the large variety of flower, edibles, oils, CBD, and more. The staff and bud-tenders are very nice and helpful. They're constantly educating me on new products that I always find myself really liking. Their CBD cream is amazing as well and has really helped my lower back injury. My mother and I visited with intent to by CBD but after some education from Caitlin G. we ended up buying some daytime and nighttime tinctures. She was very patient and explained everything very thoroughly. She gave us pros and cons of different products and was very educated on the products. The facility is absolutely beautiful on the inside and outside. Not a ton of parking so get there during their slower times to find a spot. When we walked in, we were greeted by a sweet blond girl (I didn't get her name!) but she explained how everything worked there and was very very sweet with it being our first time there. Thank you so much for your patience and the education you both provided! You guys definitely have returning customers!!!!

Tried this place for the first time. Greeted by a intimidating security guard wearing a gun outside telling us where to park. Went inside, was empty. We were then greeted by a young girl who asked us for our ID and then told us to go upstairs and when we finished to go downstairs and out the door. Upstairs we stood in line for about 5 min and then a guy asked us what we wanted. I'm glad I already knew what I wanted, which was a cartridge for my vape called Gelato by Brass Knuckles, but he said they didn't carry that strain so opted for the Girl Scout Cookies by Heavy Hitters instead. The other dispensary we used to go to was closed but we always paid $50 for 1 gram and when he told us the total was $75 we were in SHOCK!! I figured since we were first time customers we would be given something for free, especially for these jacked up prices...but nope...nada! They said only medical card holders get a 10% off, which is just ridiculous!  The other dispensary we used to go to required ONLY a valid ID. These prices are WAY too high! Unfortunately we won't be returning.

I have gone to People's OC now 3 times and everytime I go there everyone is so friendly.  The first time I ever went to a dispencery, which was to People's, was on Mother's day and it was the best experience, they made me feel so confortable and had such great Mother's Day deals.  The "kid" (I suck at names but he is dyed blonde short hair with ear plugs) that helped me was so knowledge and able to explain what would work best for my needs, once he told me that he has his mom taking the same thing I was sold!!!  I went back for the 3rd time yesterday and I think Richie (I again suck at names) helped me this time and again had a great experience.  I like this store so much I even brought my best friend there too!!!

Sarah was the perfect example of superior customer service.  She knows her product well,  yet unlike other places,  she was clear eyed and attentive.  She had an " I'm not gonna let anybody get in front of you today" attitude.  She also took enough time to make sure I would be pleased with my decisions.  She must know what she wants out of a transaction such as this,  because she was on-point with her treatment to me.  Thank you Sarah,  you made my day!

Easy to find, right off the freeway. Parking is tight/often full but there are many nearby businesses. Downstairs entry to a check-in desk. The receptionist was super polite and offered a water bottle. Decor is industrial and very cool. Waiting area downstairs so you don't have to chill in your car. CASH ONLY. ATM both upstairs and down ($2.50 fee). Upstairs to main bud counter. Line is typically 4-10 people long. Special line for medicinal use patients. They give them priority. When I went at 6PM, they had 6 bud tenders working, when I went at 11AM, they only had 3. This is NOT the clinic to use when you're in a hurry. I spent over 45 minutes here. Each bud tender pays special attention to their patient, making the checkout process lengthy. (Also, tons of baby boomers go here and they definitely clog up the line) Tenders also run you up and down the counters (come over here for product, now back over there to pay). I found it highly annoying. They had a large selection of buds, though most isn't on display. Pricing was about $20/gram, with a couple $11/gram options. Lots of fancy vape pen options. Though they had good concentrate, they run out super quickly. I bought a specific brand and couldn't buy it again 3 days later. There is tax added to your order, but it's reasonable! On an $18 1/2 gram of wax, I paid a couple bucks of tax. For me and my level of usage, the wax is too expensive. No deals on multiples. No dab bar or free new patient deals. I would recommend this place for the casual user, older folks, and people new to weed.

Smoked the so-called "top shelf" I bought the other day. It's definitely the lowest quality "top shelf" I've smoked before. Barely got high off of a medium sized bowl. I barely smoke weed. Quality is garbage. Don't buy top shelf. If you're forced to come here their mid shelf is the same or better than their so-called top shelf. The fact I can buy better weed off the street is sad.

I went here for the first time yesterday and it was very nice and clean. The bud tender that helped me was Karim and he was so helpful! I had a ton of questions and he answered them all very thoroughly and showed me a bunch of different products. Unlike other places he wasn't just trying to get me to buy the most expensive product, he really helped me find the product that best suited my situation without spending a ridiculous amount of money. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. As for the products, I didn't get flower so I can't say anything about that but I got CBD edibles for anxiety. I wasn't too familiar with CBD products so I was hesitant but they were exactly what I was looking for. Great quality! I will definitely be coming back.

This militia security force at this place are Fuckos. Totally about get your buck and fuck your health. Worst dispensary I've been to. Bitchy staff that don't even understand the point behind medical marijuana. I need two sets of arms....because that's four thumbs down. The milks gone baaaaaad! The smaller the dispensaries are always having better product for less with good people. That is all.

Very gimmicky. A lot of marijuana products, but not a very big selection of strains. Also, when I asked to look at some indica, guy with a bird tattoo on his arm handed me a sample jar. I tried touching the weed so I can examine it closer, outside of the jar. Budtender goes, "please don't touch my weed, man." Good vibes went away after that. It was at that moment I decided I wasn't coming back after this purchase.

This place is awesome. They made me feel like royalty. I have never been to a dispensary this big, this clean, and with such a selection. I came here just for vape cartridges but ended up leaving with that and wax because of their awesome ftp deals. They have their own line of Cali clear vapes that I decided to give a try. I usually stick to kurvana but I have to say that the Cali clear are my new favorites. Thank you people's for the great service and great products

Really convenient spot with great meds! They have 10 dollar edibles here that are 250 mg active thc! I also like the Bhang vape cartridges and their holy grail is really good as well! Over all nice people and good place.

I drive by this place on my way to work and am always drawn to the tree sculptures in the window. Yesterday was my first time getting my recommendation and I knew that People's OC was the first dispensary experience that I wanted. I am soooo glad that I had made this decision. People's OC is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, the staff was nice and inviting. The check-in process was easy, even as a new customer. The waiting area is comfortable, the museum-like area is nice to look around in, but upstairs is where the real adventure began. Someone brought me up and showed me around.  The selection of different products was overwhelming, but I imagine that is something you want from a dispensary and not the other way around. Bree was my budtender and she was so nice and very helpful. Everyone that I told this was my very first experience was so happy and excited for me.  I will absolutely be going back to People's OC and bringing friends!

This place is a step up from any shop I have ever seen. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They didn't mind that I took my time and asked a lot of questions. First time patient deals are awesome too. The budtender recommended Tahoe OG. It was FIRE!!!! Awesome environment. Great place all around!

I'd give this zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. My husband has been a user for 30 plus years and excited to go to his first dispensary. We agree wholeheartedly with the negative reviews.  After a decent check in experience, we went upstairs to wait in line. You cannot look at any of the product. I was there to check out and learn about CBD products, but couldn't even see what they had. We would have to wait until we were called up to the counter.  There were about four lines, 3 or 4 deep. There were about 4 people working behind the counter. We patiently waited, got to the front of our line, but then the guy called up someone from the medical line next to us. We thought, well sure, maybe they have priority. We figured we'd finally be next, but no, he called someone up from the line on the other side of us. Then he shifted someone over who was already at the counter. When we said, hey, what's the order here, he said sorry, we were next. Then he called up someone from another line! We left disgusted with the arbitrary process. Maybe they were regulars or his friends but it's no way to run your business.  When we politely and calmly mentioned at the front desk about the terrible lack of customer service, the girl at check in basically shrugged her shoulders. She obviously didn't care. We will not be back.

This place is awesome! Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in determining my needs to manage my chronic pain. Beautiful facility.

Always a great experience. Great products and hospitality. Sometimes they have sold through the deals/discounted products. However the products they do have are always high quality.

They are strict up the ass have a bunch of rules and do not cater to their customers if you just want a shop that sells decent weed and stuff go to this place otherwise find somewhere else I didn't find this place to be all that

Placed my order this morning for delivery because I was way too lazy to leave the house. My order was delivered by Lexi and she arrived within the first 30 minutes of the delivery window! It was also free delivery. Not sure if that's standard, or if it's because my order was $100. I love the disposable vape pens they carry! So far the best ones I've tried! I'll definitely be shopping People's OC again! Hopefully I make it there in person, since the place looks pretty nice!

Unfriendly staff, over priced and unprepared for instore pickup, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to save yourself some money

Phenomenal service huge selection at various price ranges and applications. I use topical thc/CBD products for muscle and musculoskeletal pain. There are a number of highly effective topicals and bombs. Military veterans will receive a discount, which is not something we're used to. Overall they were ridiculously kind and professional, I was really impressed by my experience there and will certainly be back in the near future.

Always a great experience; weather I walk in, use express pick up or delivery. Delivery is always seamless and the drivers are always professional.The actual store is very clean and all bud tenders are very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't ever feel pressured if I am unsure of something or have a question, they always ask me the right questions to get me the proper product for my needs. Love this place!

Horrible customer service. I have spent A LOT of money here (in the thousands) and after yesterday it's my final time. There was a young white entitled women behind the counter that was speaking to me like I was a child. Never will I recommend this place to anyone even my followers on social media. Also the security guard outside banged on our window and yelled at us to get moving. I had surgery and couldn't get out of the parking lot ASAP it takes me time to get situated in the car unfortunately. Never had a issue with peoples until yesterday. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else where the staff will treat you well and the security guard doesn't scare you by banging on the window of ur car. It's absurd

Nothing like taken an Uber to come to the store for a pick up that was scheduled online and not one thing says you were closing early today. Really not cool. I guess buy the one guy outside you closed right before I got there. Why would it let me make the order and have nothing anywhere on any platform saying your closing early. Just blew a bunch of money for nothing.

Just went back and let me tell ya, Amy B knows her stuff! She's a genuine marijuana expert for sure, much like all the employees here!I just love going to People's. Amy gave me such a good time this time around, I can't wait to finish my product and return!Shout out to Kurt / Curt, security as well!

Stopped in while "in" from out of town and couldn't have left more impressed. It's like an Apple Store but for cannabis. Ample security outside to ensure no riff raffs. Security guards were actually chatting it up with what I assume to be regulars. Nice to see. Once inside I was amazed at how organized things were. Like I said Apple Store. But for weed. You're greeted by a concierge who then takes you to a spot where there's a tablet with all the inventory shown. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and after a few questions you're on your way up the stairway to heaven on the second floor, where your order awaits. Very organized and very well done. I will visit again when I'm back in Costa Mesa.

A regular here for many years now. I love this place and the experience is always exceptional. People's has built a premier experience that feels like high end retail, with a staff that is knowledgeable, passionate and down to earth. Today, Bailee was the associate that assisted me and she was absolutely phenomenal. People's has always been a 5 star experience but something about their consistency and the service we got from Bailee today made me finally write a review. She delivered a personalized experience, great product recommendations, and reminded us of why we love People's. People's is great for those who know what they want, those who like to explore, those who need grab and go, those who don't want to leave their home, the nervous first timers, the OGs, and everything in between.

Very knowledgeable staff! My first visit was an online order. When I went in the store to pick up, they double checked the order was correct prior to charging me (always nice to do). I double checked with the staff if I picked the correct strains based on the experience I wanted, and I was informed that there were strains in stock that would give me a better experience. The staff was extremely helpful, making sure to give me different priced options while explaining the products and little differences. Now that I've had a few days to try the product, I can also verify that they know what they're talking about! I'm very appreciate of the help and product I received! Great service, clean place, feels safe, highly recommended!

My usual visits are usually early afternoon. Parking is small but hasn't been a problem yet. Inside it's a very nice place. Welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. If you know what you're looking for you can be in and out real quick

This was my dispensary of choice until last week when I was advised they will no longer carry Raw Garden products. I have already found my new dispensary with my product of choice. Also is a lot less expensive at the new location. Do your research! This place went from being my fave to a place I probably won’t visit again. It just goes to show you that “everything happens for a reason.” ?
