Goofed on my order initially, called to fix it, they were quick to help correct it and very friendly. Order arrived twenty minutes sooner than quoted delivery estimate. Only oddball was how the pricing worked out. Weedmaps quoted the price of the wax at $60, delivery confirmation text said the price was $62, and then my courier says final total is $61.83. Not a big variance so nothing to really trip on to me, just was the only part that felt non-transparent start to end. This was my first time for delivery and I think I would definitely try this service again.

This is classified on yelp as a dispensary but it's only a delivery service. I pressed the "get directions" button on yelp and ended up driving to some random residential neighborhood. My Review has nothing to do with the business or products as I have not experienced them. Miscatagorized on yelp and wasted an hour of my time.

Elisa is the name of the driver who came to delivEr my goodies. She was so fast, super knowledgeable and had excellent customer service principals. I hope I get her for all my other purchases, she's truly amazing! Weden needs more staff like her! Makes your purchase so much more worth it.

Adam was the delivery person and came out with a brown bag they didn't have crumble so I was told they will have other options I can pick from. Normally I pick from there " pizza bag" assorted because I'll often pick up more items yet never given the option. We exchanged money and a bag in the street " we can do it here I don't care " are his exact words. Poor service from Adam. Seemed in a huge rush

Fast and good communication but I was told $60 on the app and then charged $73 when the driver got here which really put me off especially for being the first time I ordered here. Thank god I had extra cash on me.

WEDEN IS MORE ABOUT WE-DONTPlaced an order 2 hours prior. When called to check on my order to Weden the guy on the phone himself was so jacked on MMJ he couldn't even speak. When I was able to make out his garbled verbage it was all for him to give me some BS that they texted me (they didn't) indicating they couldn't fulfill my order and because they are now closed they could not deliver as Weedmaps indicates? Hey fella's look up "CUSTOMER SERVICE" on dictionary.com. We wont be back and you left money on the table. Your loss.

I'm not new to cannabis, but I'm new to dispensaries. I like how reliable and professional they are always in stock with a great selection of flower, concentrate and eatables. The staff on the phone were very helpful and the the delivery drivers are professionals polite and legit. I was lost, now I'm found. After Swami's closed, I was in need of a new delivery service for my meds and Kind Patient Services came to the rescue. Friendly service, great meds, great prices and the best Mississippi Mud brownie I have ever had.

Kind is my favorite way to get my medication. It's fast and convenient and not as much pressure or awkwardness as other services. They bring their menu with them so you don't have to have your order ready when you call and  you won't change your mind after you order. All the staff is always super friendly but you usually have to leave a message because they've been busy I guess. One time I did call around 8 and never got a call back which was the first time I've ever been disappointed in their service. Overall, it's a great way to get your medicine! Also, the edibles are delicious. They're definitely the best I've tasted, and I'm pretty sure that they make them all themselves so they're always real fresh, not like rocks like other places.

Came within 2 hours from placing my order and the driver was super nice. They have a good variety of strains and options. Tried some of the gummies and tasted great too. Good pricing for everything and you get 15% off your first order!

*****PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END**** They had a buy one 1/8 get one free on their Henry's Original brand... too good to be true right???? Well I should've known better... I ordered 2 1/8 of Henry's Original, one Indica and one Sativa, on the phone, I requested the free 1/8 to be an indica which comes down to 1/4 Indica and one 1/8 Sativa... Waiting from 2:47pm to 5:50pm did not even upset me...they always take FOREVER to deliver... but then when I got the delivery the Indica that I was supposed to get half off for free, both containers were 3/4 EMPTY ****PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES!!!!!! ****Combined its not even 2 grams... I opened all three and u can see from the pictures that the indica is a full 1/8 and the others are very dry crumble, A LOT OF SPEAR STEMS, no whole flowers at all... now yeah, that was gonna be free anyways, but I didn't even get the 1/8 I payed for!!!! And the quality of the crumbled 2g indica are terrible...I called them and they were extremely apologetic...AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!.....BUT they could not do anything about it as I had opened it already...they offered -%15 on my next order... but who's paying me back the $45 for the 1/8 indica I payed you?????? And this is not even why I am writing this review, this episode happened a week ago...maybe I am retarded but I did ordered again from them (not gonna let that discount go down the drain)... now hear me out... I placed my order at 2:40 pm it's 6:15!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did call, and texted ... they're really nice and apologetic... but guys get your shit together there's so much competition nowadays that a one time order is the type Of orders you are looking at for your company... Well. I don't know what their problem is but they're always giving me great customer service. Why you guys gotta be such overachievers? My delivery driver was super cool too. She came by and appeared unaffected by the annoyance of how much of a pain it was to get to my house since all the roads were closed. Shout out to her for that! Wish I asked for her name so I could put it here but she rocks a dope fade. Props. But yeah I placed this order a few days in advance so I was getting the "early bird" scheduling discount but while waiting I got a notification for their 30% off flash sale. I was gonna order again since that's a pretty hefty discount but they ended up offering to apply it to today's order! Friggen a dude. Thanks Weden. Way to be overachievers.

I made an appointment at 6 for them to come at 8. Dude never put it on the ticket and so I got a call from John 20 min later that he could come over. I told him I'm not home. That's why I made the appointment for 8. He tells me that hopefully they can get to me. Seriously! Then I call at 7:45 because no one lmk that they were still coming. Chick from San Diego was rude. And she said when John was done he would be by. Then I get a call at 8:15 that some other girl will be here until 30 min. Why make an appointment?! Then I go to eat a Dr. Raw cookie I purchased and it's crumbs. They don't seem to be stocked with much anymore. I really wanted the Rosin Hash. And the driver didn't have that amongst other things.   I've have been doing business with M since they started. This is not the first time I've had an issue. I doubt I'll be back.

Worst delivery experience ever.  So I ordered from these guys last week and they called and told me that they would need to deliver the next day instead.  We put in the order at 5pm so it was in plenty of time for the delivery window.  We go ahead and get the order anyway even though waiting till the next day was a pain.I was feeling lazy today and called to put in an order.  About 30 min after my order was confirmed they sent a text saying I wasn't in their delivery area (WTF? I ordered last week!) and did I want to go to a friends house and have it delivered there.Hell no. I cancelled the order.  Very unprofessional.

Ordered from this place, they made a mistake that made me have to drive over an hour because they already had my money and when asked how they would compensate for the inconvenience they said they could apply a percent for the first time patient deal, WHICH SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN APPLIED! So they overcharged me, made multiple mistakes, it took 6 hours to get my order (I had to get myself). I have no problem going to the store, but if I order delivery it's because I CANT DRIVE OUT THEN. First and last time we order from this mess of a company! Terrible customer service, product was meh, definitely not worth all the hassle! By the time I got my product I was needing to order more to fix all this headache! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Very easy to work with, didn't have what I ordered they let me know right away. We worked out a deal and I got my meds. But the "LITTLES FLAVES INFUSED" are really micro-cones not mini's. FYI....

Weden has set the standard for this industry. The customer service has been the best I've ever encountered in any industry. They're knowledgeable, helpful, professional, honest, and I can say that they do better service than some healthcare services out there.The place is clean and looks just like a health and lifestyle store, which makes a difference for the image of this industry. It's a well run business and have been keeping up with what they need to do to make it. And it is a tough business to run for sure. Bring your newbie friends and family here if they've never tried any of this stuff before. They will be impressed with the level of care that Weden has put into it. They have a lot of products to help with all types of issues and for different types of people. If you've never tried anything like this before, this is the place to go. Weden representatives will spend the time with you to teach you and answer your questions. We've always had a nice experience and we're really impressed. As a newbie to California and being new to dispensaries I've had the best experience at Weden. The moment you walk in you'll feel the positive vibes. It's almost like a V.I.P. experience from the decor when you walk through the door until you meet your budtender. Everyone seems happy to be there and they're so patient; allowing you to find what works best for you. I get a little intimidated at times because I'm still learning about strains and the variety of choices. At Weden prepare to have a peaceful experience and leave with exactly what you want and need!

My go-to spot for sure! So thankful to have discovered this little gem no too long ago! It is in a pretty isolated street, not too busy, but location doesn't feel unsafe or sketchy (as one tends to encounter with dispensaries). The place itself is cute with a nice little waiting area and ample room inside with a good amount of selections from THC drinks, wax, flower, edibles, and usually a bunch of other stuff in between. I always get such good service whether its from the front office check-in employee, the security officers, or the bud tenders ready to check you out - i am truly never disappointed with the staff and the great customer service found here. The pricing for the stuff here is well taxed but there is always some kind of deal going on to make the trip worth it. They provide you with a reward- like system (spend a certain amount $$ relieve x amount of points, get x mount of points and receive a certain discount or freebie) and they also have a text update system to sign up for which is always conveniently reminding you throughout the week of the good deals they have (BOGO deals, 20% off flower,etc). There seems to be fairly limited parking but I've never had an issue with parking since it seems like its never busy (better for me tbh). This establishment is COVID precaution compliant, enforcing social distancing, have a hands-free door opening option, and requiring masks.

Pros - Wide selection of different Strains and Brand names to choose from with Flowers. Also wide assortment of disposable/reusable Vape pens. CBD products for people as well as for their fur babies (dogs/pets welcomed). Also a wide assortment of miscellaneous product from shirts, hats, pipes, to lighters and clear eyes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will try to take care of you the best that they can. If you're a 1st time customer, you WILL find some good deals here. Cons - Prices posted in display is NOT including sales tax. Since it's based off % of amount you spend, the more you get, the more you pay.  They do have days where they offer discounts, but usually never on days I myself can make it there. The "Displayed" products showing THC levels are usually higher and NOT equal to the ones sold to you (so you're not Always getting what you think your paying for). I feel that the points incentive system they provide is a joke. The incentive given for the amount you spend doesn't really add up in my personal opinion. All in all, if you want to be in a professional looking store and don't mind paying a little extra, this place is definitely catered to you. You usually won't pay less than Fifty Dollars for a decent 8th unless it's on a discount day. So if money is tight, you might need to save up before you visit here.

The rove cartridge half gram cart that I brought from here was like only 2/3rd filled. Usually they're completely filled as I've had them before. It's only 1/3rd but that's a lot of product

This is a cool little place if you want to pick up some medicinal cannabis. I ain't gonna lie, the price is a little steep but it's okay cause I'm a tax paying citizen #merica. They have a lot of quality flavors to choose from and different brands, edibles, cbd products, etc. They even have a point system that you're able to redeem for products and this place open till 10pm which is awesome. Give this place a try & don't knock it till you try it!!#supportsmallbusiness

Have always had a great experience here, but most recently a bud tender named Tony really kicked it up a notch. This guy was incredibly friendly, gave me expert input on what I should get, and got my order wrapped up in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place, the whole staff is absolutely fantastic, but if you get a chance, ask for Tony!

This is my favorite go- to cannabis store.  They get about 90% of my business.  There's 20% off flower on Sundays.  They have good deals on pre-rolls and concentrates as well.  One sale on Chillums   (glass tube pipe prefilled with flower and concentrate, packs a punch!)  was buy one for $15, get a 2nd go $1.  After trying it, I've been back several times for full price purchase, they're that good.  It's always clean, bright, with a great selection and friendly staff.  Take cash if you can, ATM fee is high at $3-- that's the only downside I can think of.  I recommend them high-ly.... Yeah, corny pun intended ;-)

Never disappointed by my experiences. This is my fifth or sixth order. Every time Weden drivers and staff are courteous, communicative, and just generally great to deal with. I'll keep on coming back for service as good as this.

Put in my order at 5:40 pm, got it delivered to me at 6:05 pm. Even when the turnaround isn't as fast, they're always very communicative and I never have a fear of my order getting messed up. Good job. Christopher is also amazing!!! Vincent is also great!!!!

Josh was my tender this evening and he was extremely knowledgable, patient and kind! He made my night. Thank you Josh!!All of the other staff are just as attentive and seem to really respect their customers best intrests, rather than trying to up-sell you like some of the larger dispensaries nearby. Weden is on the smaller size, but dont let it fool you! They have a wide selection. I actually prefer the smaller space, as some of the larger dispensaries are overwhelming. & I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes, if at all.Price point is what you would expect for retail THC. They have daily specials and a points rewards system. Recycle and bring your bag back to get $1 off your purchase!

Staff are so nice the minute you walk in, they are super helpful and welcoming so don't be afraid to ask for help. I feel really safe with the fact that they wear masks in the midst of a global pandemic.

Nice place great selection of brands. I would particularly point out that if you join the texting service they will make sure that you are notified when they have daily specials. Sundays are usually good for 20% off of flower orders. The staff is super nice, and the accommodations are quite inviting.  This location also practices the latest safety guidelines regarding the Covid 19 virus. Please practice use of a face mask when visiting.

Came in today to my favorite dispensary for some Indica flower. President Biden has lifted mask regulations to allow for no more mask wearing inside or outside. First question was do you have mask to put on .. no, I don't need a mask I'm fully vaccinated per our government. Was let in with no issues. Got my flowers and as I was walking out thanked the receptionist and my bud tender for allowing me in. I thanked both employees and the security guard. The security guard interjected his opinion saying don't get me involved in your political views.At that point I told him to mind your own business as I was not talking to him. It got a little heated at that point. Again I told him to move on and he said, I can stand here if I want and then said if you don't like it you can move me with violence. Called him a DICK. Then was told next time I come I need to show my vaccine card. My medical issues are not your business. Go look at his go pro video. Your security guard needs to get off his high horse.

They are not truthful on their prices when you originally make your purchase on Weedmaps.The driver guilts you into tipping even after having a stand-offish tone which didn't feel good at all. I Would not make another purchase here.

The staff here is super duper friendly & helpful if you have any questions. Unlike other clinics, if you try to talk to the budtenders at Weden they will actually have a conversation with you which I think is amazing. There's a great price range from I think $25-80 eighths, and the $25 is still gas!! My mom's house is in Irvine and the few clinics that are closer to her house tax like crazy, so if I'm not at home in LA this is my go-to shop. My friend Nikki loves the keef infused pre-rolls & their huge selection of edibles. I also brought another friend a few months ago who was visiting from Virginia--after testing negative for covid-19-- and out of the 13 different clinics we visited, she said Weden was in her top 5 (the other 4 were all located in LA). From the amazing staff to the huge selection of product to their overall cleanliness and professionalism, you can't go wrong with this place.

Came in as announced first timers. We browsed for TEN minutes at the most and in that ten minutes we were asked THREE times if we were ready..I felt very rushed at this point and left without buying anything even with a 15% off coupon for being a first timer.Asked about a product and got the good ol' "whatevers out there" is what we have... That was my queue to leave. Wish my first time could have been a more pleasant experience.

All the staff is extremely nice and abiding by social distancing. Sarah helped me out to choose some flower from Ember Gardens and taught me a trick of topping off my bowls with crumble!

Fae delivered my order and made sure the items and the price were correct before arriving. This is the first dispensary that has made me feel TOTALLY WELCOMED. I have made this my forever frieny neighborhood dispensary because of how kind and helpful the employees are. Not to mention all the variety of greens they have along with the knowledge to help you pick what works for you.

This was the 3rd dispensary I called. First 2 not worth mentioning...The girl who answered the phone today at Weden (sorry darling I forgot your name:() was so sweet. Very polite and friendly. Smooth 1st time sign up and delivery. Our driver Marisa was on her game. Called to let me know she was an hour out, then waited at the gate to be let in and come to me because my back is out!! What a doll! And a genuine person. This is my new go to when I'm in town- and Marisa needs a raise!!

Bud tender was very nice. A MAJOR disappointment to not be able to access 420 deals due to lack of inventory by mid-day. Wasted an hour in line to find this out. Not sure I will be back, there are options that are more convenient. I have been a WEDEN fan for a long time. Not so much any more.

I've been to Weden several times and love their hospitality & service! But I had to go to Bud & Bloom looking for a sleep aid with out THC. What a difference in their waiting room! I had to stand in the lobby until the one customer being helped had left. I thought of the great open area waiting room at Weden with plenty of seating for customers who need it such as the older customers Weden will always be my first choice

Absolutely the best service in the area! Ask for Ray and you won't be disappointed. Picked up some great stuff of his recommendation. Most important he helped me find the best CBD Oil for my mom's arthritic hands. She couldn't be happier and neither could I!

Worst shop I've been to in a long time. Pre-ordered through weed maps and showed they had a buy one 1g of kurvana and get a .5gram for a dollar. They then don't inform me until I'm at the shop that there's an error and that deal wasn't valid until Thursday and I showed up on Tuesday. Asked if anything could be done or if they could honor the deal since I had already driven all the way there. Was rudely told no and there was nothing they could do and basically dismissed after that. I purchased my non-kurvana items and said ok I'll just come back and even specifically asked about the deal to make sure I would be able to get the strains I wanted. Showed up Thursday and was informed only certain strains were part of the deal non of which were the ones I wanted. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and was informed he was the manager and again just got a dismissive no. I asked if they could then honor the 20% off I would of received had I purchased the items Tuesday instead and was again just dismissed and told no with zero effort to try to resolve the issue. I even asked why the fact only certain strains were part of the promo wasn't clearly stated anywhere on the promo ads or made aware when I specifically asked on Tuesday and again just got a blank stare back. Last time I'll ever try this shop again. Way better legal shops in the area with better pricing and non- deceptive advertising such a waste of time!!

We stopped in here on a "self guided" tour of some of the local dispensaries. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. The interior staff was just as pleasant and helpful. They have quite a bit too choose from, including edibles, a refrigerated section, flower and pre-rolls and we even won a free Humboldt cap. They offer pretty great deals/incentives, for return visitors too. The place was very clean and had plenty of space for busy days. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because I'm spoiled by the Bay Area shops, but it won't be long before Haven is a premium spot. Nice place. Stop in. Enjoy.

I have not used marijuana for about 30 years. My wife and I went to the dispensary feeling a little anxious. We were floored once we entered the store. It was closer to an Apple store than what I had pictured a dispensary to be. The waiting room was clean and large enough to socially distance from other customers. They had about everything you could think of and in a variety of price points. We enjoyed shopping at Weeden and will use it as our dispensary going forward.

Probably my favorite local spot to visit staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable especially Josh he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the most and best product for the least amount of money I really appreciated that level of service. . *******Update 4/16/20. Today Joshua Santos and Joseph absolutely KILLED it with their help today.  When one of them wasn't sure about a question I was asking he didn't pretend to be a know it all and asked one of his coworkers for advice and that was much appreciated to work with somebody that has honesty and knows how to give good advice only when they know or knowledgeable about the product. A+++

I have been coming to this store since before the implementation of Prop 64! We all know the changes and regulations that came with that, and still this location has always put their patients/customers first. Even with all the new laws and constant change, they've been the only place that I've seen to continue offering rewards for their returning shoppers. They have a very wide selection of quality product, offer to call us when we are looking for specific products so we know right away when they get them back in stock, the store is always clean and everyone is very friendly and professional! It's the Trader Joe's of Cannabis Stores! They really care about the people who shop there and you can tell right away. Instead of treating you like a novice, as many of us are, you are assisted and given information in a non condescending way. There are so many dispensaries open, where you walk in, and everyone assumes you know what you want/need when there is actually very little information provided about the product. It is not like that here! Even with the name change, this place still remains consistent with their customer service, wide selection of products, and inviting atmosphere!

In love with how this place improved. I left a great review with feedback a while ago on Google. The company took my suggestions and improved the quality on both shop I ng and products. I will forever be a returning customer. Also love those deals!

I usually go to MedMen, but today I was turned away at the door because my driver's license was on its last day, it was set to expire tomorrow. I had renewed it the day before, and even had my temporary license with me, but they still wouldn't let me in.  Fortunately, I remembered another dispensary up the street called "Sho-Gro" so I drove up there, only to discover it's now called "Haven."I told the girl at the front desk my situation and she said, "No problem, you're welcome here!" So I entered the shopping area and was greeted by very friendly staff. This particular day there was a representative from the Kaneh edibles company, with several (non-medicated) samples to taste.  She was very helpful in showing what Kaneh had to offer, and ultimately I bought a couple of bags of edibles and some Kushy Punch gummy. Not only was the staff open and welcoming, but their prices were lower than at MedMen, so I think Haven just got a new customer!

I purchased some edibles for my aunt's arthritis from Josh who was very helpful and patient with me to find just the right kind. However, I noticed their license # listed on WM, C10-0000151-lic, is tied to a different name "Showgrow" on the CA cannabis license search site. This concerns me a bit because I understand there are unlicensed dispensaries that don't care about the unhealthier products their customers get. I hope they truly are licensed.

Service was great, staff was attentive and was informative of what products taste good. It was my first time trying Weden and I'm sure i'll be going again soon.

This is THE place for your Cannabis needs. Great selection of flower and edibles and a ton of great CBD products. Angelica and Ray are the two names I've caught, but everyone there is super helpful and welcoming. Once they were super busy, I had to wait maybe 5 minutes max, and they were so apologetic it was hard to convince them it was no big deal. Good people and good vibes, I highly recommend this place.

I met with Kass and she was extremely helpful and curtious. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who likes good clean flower. :)

Been coming to this location through it's name changes. ShowGrow, Haven, and now Weden but two things have always stayed the same: the services is UNMATCHED. Seriously, everyone who works here is always so friendly and helpful. I got home today missing an item from my purchase and Sara helped me figure it out so I can pick up my missing item at a later time. Yes this place has the best prices in the area Yes they always have amazing deals (BOGOs + heavy discounts) Yes their reward points program gets you free shit all the timeI'm so glad we have a place where friendly faces and good marijuana coexist. My two favorite things :)

This is just another overpriced dispensary in Santa Ana with terrible quality products and all to happy to help extort its customers. It is a shame dispensaries like this one are helping drive away all the good quality fair priced dispensaries out of the city. Santa Ana used to be full of amazing dispensaries before these sellouts began helping to remove them and to extort the city's customers. Cannabis is legal now but this dispensary and others like it are all to happy to aid in extorting the consumer in the name of greed.

Weden has consistent products but lack bringing any new stuff. Other dispensaries drop new products and brands. Would love to see new stuff at Weden.

We had been to Show Grow in the past.  Most recently, the name of the store front had changed from Show Grow to Weden.  When we went inside, the product selection was limited (fewer options than in the past).  My friend purchased two items.That week, she saw that both items were expired ... they were on the shelves at Weden/sold after the expiration dates!We called the store, the store asked for her info, which she provided, then asked us to text a photo of the products/expiration dates.  We were on hold for about 5 min waiting for the store to provide the text number, then the store associate came back on the phone and said to call the store instead.  We explained that was the number we called ... the Santa Ana store telephone number listed on the website ... and that rather than spending more of our time getting the run·a·round it would be easier/faster to just share our experience and no longer shop at the ManifestSeven stores (Google search showed they acquired the Santa Ana store).Disappointing that they sell old/expired product and disappointing how they handled the issue (or didn't handle!).

I've been going to Weden since before they called themselves ShowGrow.  The staff is typically friendly & knowledgeable but their security is useless.  After being harassed 3x for parking I took my business to MedMen where there is plenty of parking & their prices are 20% cheaper. You can walk to MedMen from Weden.  It's conveniently down the road.

I loved shopping at Weden until today. I happily placed an order for pickup this morning and shortly after receiving an order confirmation email, I got a phone call from an UNKNOWN number. I rejected the call and listened to the voicemail that was left behind only to be disappointed by the company's inability to fulfill 2/3 items on my order and the irritated sounding woman that left the message (with no contact information provided). After googling the company's phone number, I was in contact the same unfriendly and unhelpful woman. I told her I was very disappointed because this is the second time I placed an order online and they did not have items in stock and regularly do not have listed items when I frequently visit the store. She offered to update my order but did not suggest any replacement products or information as to what they actually had on the shelves on top of sounding like she had better things to do. DO NOT rely on Weedmaps or the actual Weden website to see what is in stock.I have been shopping at Weden for about a year now and sadly will not return. Thanks for letting me down, Weden!

It's actually a 3 star this visit , Order online 9 items "great deal blah blah", headed over to pick up my order before getting there I get an email "your order is cancelled "wtf 2nd time this has happen on great deals , this time when I walked in ", I guess there system glitch and the great deals weren't great deals blah blah , I still bought my business 2 items $100 when online I was getting 9 items for $100 . Weird. This time around I'm shopping around I'm a regular purchaser I'm hoping with this pandemic there not taking hooking people in .

Great dispensary. Entering is a little sterile, but once inside it is a great shopping experience. We had a really great time and purchased several different products based on staff suggestion. Checkout is easy, but bring cash or a credit card, they don't take atm cards. They do have an ATM in the lobby if you need cash. Enjoyed our experience here better than People's Dispensary. Will be returning.

I have been a long time customer of this store, I was worried when they changed names, but the staff and dispensary are the same.  The staff here has always been very helpful and compassionate with my pain management and they have always steered me towards the right products. And you can't beat there 20% off Flower on Sundays and I just found out they have 20% off all vapes on Tuesday's now...that pretty much covers most of my purchases, so thank you!!

I placed an order with them at 6pm on Thursday night. I text back and forth with them, changed a few things on my order and was super excited to get my first order. Delivery said between 9-10pm because of the high demand, totally understandable. They said someone would text me when they were on their way. Well it was 9:30 and I hadn't received a text so I reached out. Nothing. Once it got to 10:30, I gave up on them. I sent them a text voicing my disappointment. I received an apology text the next morning saying my order fell through the cracks and I quote "After 9 pm most of our delivery areas are closed and most of our agents go home". So why would you even take my order? Tell me that and I would've understood. It was disappointing but against my better judgement that evening, I decided to give them another shot. Being a small business during these times and knowing how busy they are, I understand things can happen. So once again I place my order, it was 5pm and I got a confirmation for delivery. I replied back to the text message asking a question and never got a response until I sent one more text. Then I got an email stating my delivery status updated to declined and I got a BS text at 7:30 stating they weren't doing anymore deliveries in my area. I'm in South Orange County, that's bullsh*t. Don't waste your time with them

Every employee had great customer service skills. Everyone was polite and knew about the products they were selling. This place was extremely clean and welcoming. They even have a rewards program. 10/10 would come back.

The GM Sarah reached out to us and was very helpful with resolving our issue. While there were some issues with the resolution, Sarah went above and beyond to try to help fix the service we received. We are repeat customers and the store is Outstanding. You won't be disappointed. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as we browse through their selection. My specific items are always in stock. We drive from IE, although I have doctors visits out that way we have driven to the store specifically for a Weden run. Every time we say, "that was worth it!" They also take debit or have an ATM. Our purchase always qualifies us for a sample.Love this place.

Had such a great experience here that my group came back twice during our stay in CA. Brenden (I believe this was his name) helped us out both times and had great knowledge and energy. He listened to what we were looking for and quickly helped us pick out something we liked. On top of that, he also shared plenty of other items just for us to check out and was super informative with everything. You know that feeling you get when you feel you just got punked? That's how I felt walking out of this place after spending $80 on three things. A 3.5 oz pack of Lowell's sativa smokes and two 100 mg edibles. I mean, they're good quality items it's just, after spending that much on what I will more than likely smoke and eat in about 2 days, I remember why I was going to the homie up the street and buying my ounces at $230.I mean, I'm still giving them four stars cuz it's quality items they are selling. But I just wish they had more of a value menu so I don't feel like I should have should have just gone with the homie.

Placed an online order and got no response for 20 minutes. Called in to check and After telling me that Weedmaps online ordering wasn't working, they put me on hold for 10 minutes to several people come on the line just to say they were keeping me on hold.After a while the line dropped and when I called back they said they got my order and it would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later still no order. Never had such an awful experience at a clinic shop somewhere else amazing spots in the area just not this place

If you're planning on buying from a dispensary, this is definitely the place you've got to go. Not only do they have a wonderful staff, but EVERY WEEK they've got amazing deals. I've placed about 5 delivery orders with them so far and have been satisfied 100% of the time.Anytime someone asks where I order from I always Weden because it's a place I know will take expectations and then exceed them.  Truly a place that goes above and beyond.

Soooooo, I thought the best of this place until this morning. I went in and looked at what they had, even checked out THE table for deals. So right when I paid for my product I noticed a second table pushed into the corner next to a refrigerator and like a coffee table thing. Low and behold they had MORE product there. I noticed a product that was more of what I was looking for and I said "whats up with this table, why is it over here"? Got blank stares. I even showed the product to a employee. I said straight up that I would have got the product on the table instead of what I JUST BOUGHT only seconds earlier, I was like can we swap it or whatever, all I got was blank stares. Even spoke to the lady at the front and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE even bothered to suggest we swap it and send me on my way, WHICH IS WHAT ANY GOOD BUSINESS WOULD DO TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS. WELL BECAUSE OF YOUR GREED YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. After today's experience I won't spend one more penny in your store. Enjoy.
