I love bud & bloom always so patient with me really good customer service as soon as you walk in .I always wait for Nikki she knows so much knowledge on the product and always recommends  was best for me . I love knowing everything of the product I am going to buy and for my own knowledge . I take about 20 mins just to understand everything and she is so helpful . The front desk girls always so sweet to me as well

My usual visit coincides with Thursday's deals on carts as I enjoy using a Pax Pod every now and then. I'm very familiar with most of the tenders as I'm there frequently. Yesterday I was helped out by the always positive and very knowledgeable Derek T. He knows what I'm interested in, and is always quick to point out a beneficial "deal". He mentioned to me a particular discount on my favorite Bloomfarms pods and I was able to maximize my purchase for double what I normally get. I was very pleased. Stoked one might say. I would've given 0 stars  if I had that option their charge appeared on my bank statement as a cash withdrawal which not only myself but Bank of America found that to be rather strange and I had an additional three dollar charge for using the card that they never informed me about definitely not going back

Have been going to this spot for years, always buying a mix of different products and have always enjoyed doing business here.  They have done away with their daily specials, and moving towards rewards points. Today I went in and used my 500 points ($40) off only not to actually have them apply it upon checking out. Was it intentional? Should I have checked before I left, perhaps, i asked the bartender twice if my discount had been used and was told it was, once I got home reviewed receipt in detail and do not see the $40 off. No daily deals and shady rewards program, don't think I'll be going back.

I love this place! Very relaxed environment and not at all pretentious, unlike other stores in the area! Super clean, everything is nicely laid out and easy to find. Great selection edibles, including Defonce chocolates - my favorite!All the people that work here are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. 25% off for first time shoppers.Prices are slightly lower than other shops I have been to.I have brought many friends and family members here and they have all loved it as well. No complaints!

Overpriced over hyped snarky and condescending staff. Same stuff for lower prices coming to my door with Eaze. Never again

bud and bloom has become my go-to for deliveries! they have a pretty big selection on their website, which is where you submit your orders. they'll confirm the order and send you a text for status updates. the only downside is that it does take awhile for them to actually send out a driver but once they do, they come pretty quickly.  you can even view a map of where your driver is currently at.

I never thought that the day would come in which I'd be in a cannabis shop. However, when California legalized cannabis products, these shop popped up all over the place. Since I have never used any marijuana products in my lifetime, I've always stayed away from pot shops. However, due to a series of unfortunate events, I had to come here to pick up something for a family member.When you receive a less than favorable diagnosis, you may turn to other products to ease your pain besides traditional chemistry 101 products prescribed by your physician. This is exactly what happened to my family member. The pain killers prescribed by the physician were no match for the pain that they were feeling. Running out of options, we needed an alternative treatment to make them feel more comfortable.A friend of mine recommended Bud and Bloom to me because she said that they had high quality products. When I drove up, I was a little nervous about walking inside. You must be at least 21 years old to enter the store. Therefore, they will verify your age when you present your identification card. After that, you can step inside and peruse their products.I wasn't here for marijuana per say. I was specifically looking for CBD oil but wasn't looking for anything with a high concentration of THC. The goal was to relieve pain, not to get high. I spoke with their consultant and expressed my concerns about what my family member would be putting in their body. Given that the person is elderly, I wanted to feel secure in my choice of product. We talked about what was most popular with people who had a similar diagnosis. We chose a topical CBD oil with THC embedded in the cream. This would be absorbed through the top layers of the skin but would not result in someone getting high. That's exactly what I wanted.As for the CBD oil (drops), it was a tough decision. Many people with severe pain want a decent amount of THC in their CBD oil because they want that euphoric feeling. We wanted to avoid this completely!!! They showed me two products with a smaller amount of THC in them but guaranteed that the patient would not get high. I was a little nervous about this BUT if they use it before going to sleep at night, they should be alright.What I liked most about this shop is the amount of respect that everyone is treated with. Customers keep their distance from one another and their employees are very courteous. It's very clean and spacious. Like I said earlier, I never thought that I'd see the day that I'd be in one of these shops. However, when a loved ones well-being is on the line, you'll do what you have to do to keep them comfortable.

Wonderful experience for a first time customer. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and informative. They helped me find what I needed and make suggestions but I didn't feel oversold. There's a great selection of everything.

I bought a bloom cartridge about a week ago from this establishment. The first time went so smooth, I was in and out within 30 mins. Unfortunately my cartridge 1g started leaking half way. I went to this dispensary again in hopes of exchanging my faulty cart with a brand new one. Needless to say. I was met with hostility and uninvited sarcasm from none other than the lead. I explained to the lead my problem, he immediately said. "I won't argue with you young man" I felt attacked, he stated " we usually require 50% of liquid to be in the cart before processing a refund or exchange". The cart I brought was more than 50 % it just didn't appear so because the cart I brought was on it's side, therefore it appears that it's less. Regardless, returning something here is not advisable. They question you as if you are a pothead that does not know what he/or she is talking about. Listen. There are many dispensaries in Santa Ana, I do not need any sarcasm or snide comments when exchanging something simple. I will be going back to WEden across the street or any of the dispensaries from Santa Ana. Absolute nightmare  do not come here.Update: 9/22 This place is rude, and demeaning avoid this place like the plague. In response to Chris F. Sorry, it was one of your service leads that gave me poor service. Why would I want to be ridiculed again lol. I rather pay full price at somewhere with excellent customer service before I ever set foot in your establishment again.

Love this place, the service, the selection. Yes it's pricey but so far the quality has been worth what we've spent each time we go. There is a check in process so must show ID and cash only.

It's crazy how much staff was around to help you out considering the amount of square feet. I think there were more employees in that whole building than the entirety of a Super Walmart or Home Depot. And the store isn't big, maybe the size of a sit down cafe or big Starbucks.Not going to lie, it is expensive and it doesn't help that they hide the prices. I kept asking all the employees how much everything was but they had great knowledge and advice.Overall, I had a great time and am definitely coming back to buy more stuff for friends and family. They have something for everybody from tea, cold brew, candy to actual strains.Newcomers also get a 25% off discount on their first visit! But remember your ID since you have to be 21+.

I literally cannot say enough good things. I ordered online and there was a problem with delivery time, it was way delayed. So I decided to just go in. I was pretty annoyed but without me even asking the person I had contact with made sure a discount was applied for the inconvenience. TOP NOTCH communication and customer service. So I get to the actual location, and honestly I'm actually glad my delivery didn't work out. This place is SO beautiful and everyone from the security to the workers are friendly. There's a very different energy and aesthetic to this clinic than others in OC. It is lovely ! I don't think I want to go anywhere else. Oh and the products? Also top notch for about the same price as everywhere else (if not slightly better for the amount of what you get and how their selection is more aesthetically pleasing). Seriously this place is so cool!

I've met been to a dispensary before. I want sure what to expect but this is perfect. A beautiful store with so much selection. The ladies who helped me had great recommendations. Huge selection of edibles. CBD tinctures & vape pens choices galore. I will be back again!

Came to this shop because the name intrigued me, I like that there was no line and they had a nice shelf of buds and carts unfortunately no plugnplays at the time but they didnt have some good deals on the edibles I ended up taking some gummies and getting the second pack for free!!!! I love this location! I have recommended every single person I know here. They always have the nicest people greeting you and making you feel welcomed. I can honestly say it's a pleasure seeing everyone here. I have been helped by Michael, Johnny, Chris and Alex. All of them have given the best recommendations ever! Based on quality and prices alone, this is my favorite place in the area. PROS--  Energetic, euphoric sativas (e.g., Durban Poison, Tangie, etc.).--  $33-$60+ for 1/8th (non-medical), BUT, discounts for buying in bulk.--  Lots of edibles, drinkables, vapes, topicals, tinture and extracts (if you're into that).--  Friendly, knowledgeable bud tenders. --  Spacious, well-decorated interior.CONS --  Parking lot is way too small and makes no sense.--  At peak hours, the security staff haplessly try to direct traffic, which (while funny to watch) simply adds to the madness.

The receptionist in the front was pleasant, but the big girl in the back needs to take some customer service training. I would have bought from here if their prices weren't rip offs. $45 for half gram carts. I'll take my business over to 420 Central.

Decent herb but super high prices, seriously like 3 times the amount I pay at The Spot in Costa Mesa. I came to this place as I work across the street to see what up. It's very clean, the staff is really friendly, but the sticker shock is still stinging.  Maybe I'll try it again..

I haven't been to many dispensaries but this place looks really nice. And the coupon for first-timers is a great bonus.I've been purchasing edibles for my father who has cancer to try to help stimulate his appetite. I went with a friend who is a teacher and expected him to just come inside with me after flashing his ID but the guy at check-in insisted that we needed to do a full registration with taking a picture of his ID & phone number to enter. Other places I've been to allows you to just show ID and do the whole check-in process if you purchase. The guy who was handling it was very rude and kept saying it was the law (okay, so Medmen is breaking the law? doubtful). Budtender insisted he would help me, but when I asked for specific assistance, he just walked around reading the labels of everything to me. Thanks man, but I can probably read faster than you can. Wasn't very helpful and during checkout he kept eyeing the tip jar and me as if I was going to run out of there without giving a tip. Super unprofessional place overall and probably just going to other places in the future.

First time and had a pickup order waiting at the window. Purchased Cream of the Crop mandarin cookies which has turned out to be a favorite for daytime use. Pretty interior with friendly staff.

This quarantine has gone too far, I came in looking for something to help my mom with anxiety. I was impressed with how neat and clean it is. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel welcomed. I was helped by Nikki who is one of the best when it comes to recommendations. She listens to what your looking for and will give you options. I got my mom some CBD gummies that help her relax and sleep without the anxiety nights usually brought her. Thank you Nikki

Love this place, use to go to people's down the street then discovered this place, what a night and day difference, the staff is so friendly, small little place, I very rarely have to wait. Rather than feeling like just another number being shuffled through they seem to genuine love their jobs and customers and it's a quick and easy shopping experience!

Bud and bloom is an awesome environment non judgmental legal cannabis shop! My bud tender was amazing her name is Gina! She knew exactly what I needed and she didn't try to talk me into anything that wasn't necessary. (Went for CBD) she knew I wasn't looking for head high or body high I needed something for inflammation and sleep. So far so good! Guys go see GINA!! She Makes buying pot comfortable! Lol I had no idea what I was doing but she did. She was very informative, she knew what she was talking about. Made it so much easier especially since I was nervous never been to a pot shop before! I along with all the other Californians have explored this new booming industry. This is the third location since the legalization for recreation.  The first was clean and quick but small selection. Second location was hip but loud and packed so you could not hear the budtender. I felt dirty and turnover was so quick that it was like we were cows waiting for slaughter.  Ill post reviews for those others soon I hope.My Budtender's name was Michael.  He was great, took the time to look at all selections with me. I asked questions nonstop (I had tons of questions) he made suggestions that reflected my needs (Insomnia) rather than just sell me what he wanted and push me through the sale. We went through pre rolls, edibles (a huge selection) different strains and even delivery methods.It was extremely clean educational and they provided a sturdy packaging system to take my goodies home.  Ill be back to pick a shirt.

The worst customer service !!!!!! Cheap supplies.... I just bought a g pen .. not even 2 minutes leave the store .. try to use my g pen .. it BROKE !!!!! Return back into the store asking 4 an exchange... common logical sense ... it's a CHEAP PRODUCT = RUDE SUPERVISOR .... Greedy 4 money & don't care about customer service ... please don't waste your money 2 buy any cheap product from this store .....If I could put no star ... I would !!!!!!

Do not go here for CBD or anything for cancer. They are so rude (both the front desk and manager I spoke to) and do not give cancer discounts unless you do a bulk order! Ridiculous!

Worst place ever, I was told I wasn't allowed to view any concentrate and had to pick a choice off a menu and buy it regardless if I wanted to see the product I was buying total waste of time and the time to drive here

25% for first time visitors.Very big and clean dispensary. All the flowers have a description, price, and show you the indica and sativa levels. Most of them were only in 1/8 servings and some of them have gram servings. For some reason, I assumed the flowers were all in order by price but I was wrong and I missed some of them.Service was great. David N. helped me. He was super nice and helpful.They take credit card (4% fee). There's an atm with a ~$2 fee. So do the math and you can figure out which is the better payment method if you don't have cash on you.

Been trying to call them for about two days now. Would be cool if they answered their phones and didn't let it go to voicemail.

Bud and Bloom is the nicest dispensary I've ever been to. They have a wide variety of products and their budtenders are super helpful. He was able to recommend just the strains I needed.Their FTP deals are the best I've seen including buy one get one offers. And since I came in on a Saturday, they threw in a free pre-roll.Will definitely come back!!!

I recently moved to this area and was completely at a loss when it came to finding a dispensary (my hometown had only delivery services). After a quick Google search I came across Bud & Bloom and headed over. I was anxious about being in an unfamiliar town (and about going into an actual storefront), but was greeted at the front by two friendly girls (I'm sorry I never got your names :( ). They got me all set up as a new customer and sent me inside. Completely lost at how this system works, I wandered over to the flower counter and was approached by Johnny G. He helped me find what I was looking for and suggested some delicious edibles! He is so friendly and real, and makes my day every time I go in. I have not tried other dispensaries nor do I want to. Johnny G and all of the employees here keep me coming back. They are well educated about the products, honest, and aren't pushy with products! 10/10

My friend and I had an amazing experience. Right when we walked in we had a warm welcome and were greeted right away by Kayla. While we were browsingCassandra and Andrew were very helpful with finding the products we needed. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was excellent! To top off this wonderful experience, Michael grabbed us some t-shirts! Thank you Cassandra, Andrew, Michael, and Kayla for the unforgettable experience! You guys rock! Was a first time patient here, beautiful, clean, professional space. Loved it as soon as we walked in. My spouse and myself both have our recs and he forgot his, but they allowed him to come in with a visitor pass! We were immediately greeted and welcomed. They have so many selections of different flowers, waxes, pre rolled, edibles, vapes, lotions, creams and other items. We were being helped by Steven, who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and chatted with us the entire time answering all of my questions. I'm kinda newer to smoking and have never been so well informed at any dispensary I have ever gone to.  Also, we were greeted and spoke with the manager who was really friendly as well! Probably one of the things that interested me the most were the pre packaged flowers that are specifically geared to make you feel a certain way. For instance - if you want to be more "creative", "talkative" "sensual" etc... I love it! I recommend trying these! Anyways - highly recommended joint! Time to get medicated

I really liked this shop, but was pretty disappointed in my visit last night. I checked the hours before heading over.  When i pulled in the security and employees were out front hanging out.  I  pulled in and parked at 9:46pm on the nose. The staff all rushed inside and killed the lights. And the security told me they were closed. When i told him it wasnt ten yet he shrugged and said "sorry".Pfft. No worries. I can take my business elsewhere... Thankfully it was still EARLY enough that i could purchase what i needed at another shop down the road. So rude. Dont say youre open until 10 if you're not. Wont be back.

I just had the worst experience at Bud and Bloom. Been going there since it open. I was waiting my turn and "Sam" came to help me. I asked him to look upMy perceive purchase because I like the ones the girl had suggested. I ask him the difference between 2 carriages I had purchased and I was a little confused to which one for was for Nerve pain during the day and  and which one for for sleep because I haven't been using it as much and he recommend a different one for sleep. Which I didn't want. I liked what I had used before but was a little confused. Because he said that the pens I got were a sativa. But I had liked them. He then said other people are waiting and were ahead of you. And left me standing there helping other people who were after me. He was so rude. I was in shock. When I was helped by another staff member what I wanted I was no longer in the page. Sam then walked over and said "she just kept asking the same questions over and over again and I don't' have time for that. He helped me for many 1 min. He was extremely nasty toMe. I come here for their help and professionalism. I left in tears. I was just so caught off guard. I guess I'll start looking for a new place To shop. I'm so disappointed.

This is my favorite dispensary.  The staff is so knowledgeable and professional. The facility is clean, welcoming and safe.I'd recommend this place for anyone concerned about going into sketchy places to get their products.

I honestly LOVE this place! I've been here twice, and both times have been very pleasant and positive. The first time, they did accept debit cards for a $3 or $4 fee, but the second time they were cash only, so that was unexpected but the ATM fee was only $1.99, so it actually ends up being cheaper than the debit card fee anyway! My first visit was more like 4 stars, to be honest... the girl at the checkout area was super confused as to what we wanted, and it was just really slow and complicated to get checked out. The second visit, my husband and I stopped in about an hour before closing, and my GOODNESS we were treated better than any other dispensary we've ever been to! No rush, no pressure whatsoever, people on hand to answer all our questions, but no one ever approached us or tried to sell us anything. Sam (I have no idea how to spell it, pronounced like "psalm") was SO nice and accommodating, and patiently helped my husband decide on the dry herb he wanted. He had plenty of recommendations and let us smell tons of samples. I was more interested in CBD, and he helped me decide which one to get. All in all, he really helped us out! I love that this place feels like you're in a boutique store, rather than a dispensary. It's pleasant and accommodating, and I definitely have a new favorite place!

Wow this place is awesome! Just came in for the first time today, and everyone was so friendly. Pamela helped me out; she was so knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. They have an amazing variety of products, including stuff for pets. I will definitely be returning soon!

Service was top notch. Got blue Hawaiian which is a mellow mood and the indica was great. Slept like a rock. Store is clean with lots of room for physical distancing. Prices on the high side.

I trust Pam's suggestions as she's so easy to deal with, rememberers me and the products I prefer, is very knowledgeable and can tell me about any product. Thanks for the great customer service Pam!

Place sucks everything from the employees to the security. Weed is all right. No stars good luck in the business you don't know how to treat customers.

Everyone here is very helpful, patient and knows the answers to your questions. As a newbie to dispensaries, my first experience with  Bud and Bloom was extraordinary. The environment is welcoming  and clean and pressure free. Everyone who works there is not only super friendly but very knowledgeable about all the products they have available and it's quite a selection from flower to topical to edibles. Big shout out to Monica who really made the experience memorable.Can't wait to go back!

Going into a dispensary is tricky at times. You wouldn't think that would be the case with the type of inventory it holds witch it's four walls. Bud and Bloom is amazing. The products are great and extremely affordable, especially with their weekly deals and new patient special ‼What made Bud & Bloom so special was the people. I had the honor of Michael and this beautiful women (I forgot her name  at the front with a great smile working with me. He was very educated in the products and industry wise. He has a great personality for engaging and educating the customer to ensure you get your best bang for your buck.  I racked up of a few products and smiling. I appreciate the experience I will definitely be back.

I've been to this shop about 7 times now. It's by far my favorite of those in Santa Ana and I DO tell friends to go check it out. It's an inviting space and well designed but most of all I love the variety and quality of products they offer. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and happy to help you purchase specific products. Parking couldn't be easier. Check in is a piece of cake and there is always a security guard on duty which makes us feel safe during our time there. Enjoy.

This place was my first experience in dispensaries and they certainly set the bar high.  It seemed like the most "grown up" place I researched.  I've been twice now and both times have been awesome.  It's really nice inside, first of all - like being in some cool cafe or boutique.  You feel immediately comfortable when you enter.  Their employees are friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable.  And professional!  They listen and advise you honestly.  The products they recommended to me did not disappoint.  I'm happy I chose this place and highly recommend it!

Saturday 7/11 at 6:00 p.m. Staff are ok but not the "guard". Poor Attitude, sullen, rude. Wow a little bit of power went straight to his head.  Won't be going back or recommending because of him. Too bad...better places to go for service and positive vibe.

This store has always been one of my favorites due to a variety of inventory and quality. I have a choice to use several delivery services in my area but won't because I only trust Bud and Blooms tested products. While they only have delivery for certain areas at the moment and due to our current situation with covid19, they are working hard to provide customers with a safe experience. Thank you to Glen and the entire staff for being so friendly and making safe and trusted products available. It's because of employees like Jocelyn, Esmeralda and Alex you get quality with B&B not just amazing prices. And a daily special of 20% off different forms of cannabis!  my favorite is "shaterday" 20% off all CONCENTRATES! Seriously though Jocylen was amazing when I made the careless mistake of leaving my ID after I'd left for the airport. Esmeralda you seriously make my day every time I walk in and see you at the desk every time a smile on that face and positivity that brightens even the dullest of characters. Alex you're amazing! You have helped me on this wonderful journey of using cannabis in ways I never thought were possible  keep doing the good work! If you shop anywhere else... I'm not going to say you're dumb, but your parents might possibly be related.

Wish I could give zero, because this place gives zero thought to their patients. I wanted to give them another chance to earn my business. FAIL!!! Mangement just says sorry and offers a 10 discount- get lost!! For the amount of money I spend and was going to spend that was an insult. They never have stock of what they advertise and have a horrible customer service model.  Lost my business for good. Off to Peoples OC!!

I've enjoyed shopping at Bud and Bloom. They advertised a Lowell Brand gathering to celebrate the Holiday season.  They advertised that the Lowell salesman would be in store and with displays and discounts. I waited for this special day. I drove 30 min each way. The Lowell sales staff never showed up. Said he was "sick," but only after the staff called the Lowell sales rep. Ironically, the store was also out of the Lowell products and didn't even have an inventory drop before he event. That person should be fired from Lowell. The Bud and Bloom staff was very nice and handled he situation well.

Loved coming in here, bud tenders were great prices are after tax on their menu and there is plenty of parking! Worth the stop if you're in the area!!

Love this place, fantastic selection, pleasant and knowledgeable staff.  Only complaint is that there is no way to regulate how long customers hang out in the room.  Since only a certain number of customers are allowed back this can be extremely frustrating.  I wish there was some sort of express, so that if you know what you want and just want to be in and out, that you don't end up waiting who knows how long.  So far this time I have been waiting 15 mins., there are 3 ppl in front of me and and only 1 person has exited in the 15 mins I have been waiting. So if that sticks, I could potentially be waiting 45 mins for a purchase that will literally take 3 mins to complete.

The cannabis market is so oversaturated these days. Most collectives are losing sight of selection of product, services but most importantly client retention. Bud and Bloom is at smaller collective that has thoughtfully selected flower, edibles, and vapes for your consideration. I ventured out to try another collective, my mistake. Why? To answer the question, IS the grass greener on the other side? No, although branding and packaging was on point the product wasn't the quality and high standards of that who is, Bud and Bloom. If you haven't already, give them a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. Bud tender Michelle helped me during today's visit. Ive been coming here for over five months and Michelle dropped knowledgeable on me of which I wasn't privy to in the time I've been a customer. I have been a customer for a year and have always received knowledgeable and friendly service from the staff. The quality of product has been the highest and I have always felt that I have received products that are pure, safe, and have found dosing predictable. Product pricing is reasonable and the variety of product allows for many choices. I find it worth the trip to do business with Bud And Bloom and have and do recommend them to friends and relatives.

I love this place. It's about a 30 min drive out to get here from my house but it's worth the drive. Everyone that has helped me out here were super friendly and helpful. I love the fact that this shop is also spotlessly clean. I always come out of this place buying more than what I plan but every time I come here, I always like to try something new. I usually grab some disposables and pre-rolled because I don't keep a vape around or like carrying things all the time.

So... it's been over 72 hours since I emailed the management of Bud n Bloom about the poor experience my wife and I had there and I have yet to receive a response.  That brings my 2-star rating down to 1-star.  The waiting room was extremely uncomfortable, sitting in direct sunlight for 25 minutes because the distracted receptionist failed to enter us in the system when we checked in.  No apology when this was brought to her attention.  Being our first time at a dispensary, my wife and I knew nothing about CBD products.  The salesperson who helped us, though very nice, didn't appear to know much more than we did.  Just like we were doing prior to meeting him, he randomly read the labels off the backs of boxes and offered no suggestions. To make matters worse, his breath was so bad it made us both nauseous.  There is no way his halitosis could have gone unnoticed by his coworkers.  Why hasn't anyone said anything to this poor guy?  We ended up spending $113 on random stuff including a $30 dark chocolate bar that upon opening revealed that it had melted and turned white sometime prior to being sold (see photo).  Perhaps someone left it in the waiting room for 25 minutes.  I cannot compare our experience at Bud n Bloom with other similar businesses because we haven't visited any others.  However, Bud n Bloom failed to give us any reason to ever return.

This dispensary is top shelf. A very sleek modern environment run by friendly knowledgeable staff who always have a smile. They are also always stocked with excellent merchandise. I recommend this dispensary for any one looking for excellent service in a nice store. 5 stars!

Terrific experience as a first (but won't be the last) time customer. Our community provided a bus trip that included lunch and a short presentation, explaining the different products and the difference between CBD, CBN, and THC products. Our budtender, Melissa, was very patient with us and gave us recommendations based on our issues. I was very impressed by the professional atmosphere, the set up of all the products and the availability of different products.

If you are a medical patient stay away!Wait times are ridiculous for medical patients. Actually all patients!They have no system in place to serve customers. I waited 45 minutes multiple times just to get in the door. Recreational people enjoy!!This is obviously your place now.

Bud & Bloom is my first choice when it comes to purchasing Cannabis. The Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, sober and so helpful. I love their weekly specials and pricing. It definitely helps with the absurd state tax. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they work that hefty 15% excise tax into the items price tag. So when you go to pay for your items, you are not thrown back by the final cost. The store is clean, open, and very calming which is a plus. It doesn't feel like you are walking into a rave or house party, but an actual civilized establishment. With their natural rustic look, I can definitely see them being parked next to a Whole Foods or inside a shopping mall in the future.

Had the store to ourselves at 9:30 on a Tuesday.  Clean and well-stocked.  Not dodgy at all, as are some other dispensaries.  Helpful staff, especially Pamela.  Directed us to newer edible products and the high CBD stuff.  Great experience.

It's like a candy store for adults. Love their prices and product; no bullshit on taxes. The Canndescent kit was beautifully packaged, it came with matches, hemp wick and rolling papers with crutches. Upon entering store, you could feel the chill vibe this place has;staff really friendly and helpful! First time recreational customer and already planning to come back!

Been coming to Bud and Bloom for about 6 months.  As they transition with the cannabis laws changing without much notice, they seem to be able to adapt to the changes.  Derek T helped me, and was knowledgeable in the products I was looking for.  They will hold an item for you for 24 hours, as things seem to move quickly, so you're assured it will be there when you arrive.One thing I enjoy are the events they put together for educating their customers.  Not all dispensary's have them.   I have gone to a couple new dispensary's in the area, and felt like a number.  I felt hurried, which is not the atmosphere at Bud and Bloom.  They will take the time to make sure you find what you need.

Staff not very helpful. Could not provide good information to a newer user. Maybe they were stoned.Won't return.

Overall, good. But beware an International Transaction Fee on Visa (and likely whatever else they take as payment) charges. Was only 1%, but still a little disconcerting.

Scott helped me out today. Thanks for taking the time to educate me on pet meds. My pup is not showing any signs of anxiety after giving her 20:1 Treatwell. So far so good. This definitely a great alternative to harsh meds.Everyone was very welcoming and went out of their way to help me. The interior is very modern and clean. I went in as a first time buyer. Everyone was so welcoming and so helpful. Starting with the security guard who immediately let me know theres he a wait and directed me where to start, then the front desk girl checked me in and gave me a break down of how it worked there, and lastly the staff member who checked me out, I believe his name was Alex.! I have never seen a more beautifully designed Cannabis store. It has a modern industrial look that will just blow your mind. I came in looking specifically looking for a Heavy Hitters cartridge and was once again blown away by their display that had for them. I had a really wonderful experience with a woman named Olive. She was great, but as soon as I got home, I went to put the cartridge into my new battery ( in total $140 ) and it fell apart in my hand. Maybe it was a dud. I don't know. But, I'm going back today to let them know.  I'll keep you posted on their response.

Having a attractive walk in store and great conversation with the staff, I found myself a place that always has stock of new and latest tech on product. Having a  place you can rely on to have top shelf quality products. My favorites are the House pre rolls, I'm not a heavy smoker so these suit me fine for my preference. Always ask about up coming events and in house Vendors, they always have the best deals.

They are very knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you. I feel safe when I go in there. They have ample parking. But the biggest thing is they don't have loud music or flashing lights and I don't feel like I'm on a bad acid trip when I walk in. Because a lot of the other places are just so loud and so hard to hear anyone or understand what they are saying. I would say this is the place to go especially if you are 40+

This place is great!  So I'm a new canibus oil vape user and I have to say unfortunately I've tried other oil cartridges, that not only didn't do ANYTHING and tasted like what Raid smells like! As far as dispensaries go the ambiance of Bud & Bloom is the best I've seen. I think I literally said "Wow" out loud when I walked in. This was my 1st trip to California and purchasing marijuana was not on my list of things to do. I quickly found out that CA is still in its infancy when it comes to pot. I had to drive quite a distance to find Bud & Bloom but the drive was worth it. California is no Colorado yet but this place is pretty close. The selection was large and my Budtender was very helpful. I quickly found a strain that I recognized (been too CO a few times) and was soon enjoying a California sunset. Recreational spots are few and far between so I was very happy to find Bud & Bloom. If in the area, I "highly" recommend you stop.

Same oil at 420 down the street for 65... they wanted 135...the wait was ridiculous and the edible I bought for 35, 8 pieces of gummies was only price at $10 online... stay away!!

We originally really enjoyed going to Bud and Bloom. but recently we have been very disappointed with the service and lack of responsiveness there. We received a referral from them for a medical marijuana prescription that turned out to be a scam and we lost our money. We received no help from them with this issue. Also, I sent an email to the manager and never received a response. My husband went there on a Sunday when they were supposed to be open and they were closed. Found another dispensary nearby that is great. Bud and Bloom--you need to get your act together!

The prices of this shop are crazy high. I paid 25 bucks more for a gram of heavy hitter than you would at another shop. The store is gorgeous & probably why the prices are a rip off, and no new patient specials. Dont shop here!

I've been to a few other shops since i live in the area, but my mom wanted to see one of the fancier ones and Bud & Bloom looked good from the reviews.   I really wanted to like this place, and the budtender who helped us was very nice and patient.   However, the prices were way higher than anywhere else, and even though I told them I was a medical user, they still added the 30% tip for recreational!   The kiva chocolate was more than double what other stores charge, and the pet cbd oil was 3 to 5x more.  I usually smoke Guerilla Glue ($10/g at other places) when i have insomnia, but they suggested another, more expensive ($18) strain.   I smoked it a couple nights later and instead of going to sleep, I was bouncing off the wall.   My mom had the same reaction, and she never gets insomnia and is much lower energy than me.

As a medical patient, I had previously gone to several others dispensaries with not much luck in assistance on how how to select product that was best suited for my medical issues. When I first stepped foot into Bud and Bloom OC I was greeted by a friendly face. Once processed I was greeted on the show room by then Wellness advisor Scott. He was patient, kind, and informative during a time that was very dark, meek, and frustrating. He was compassionate and empathetic with my health concerns and super helpful with the selection of products within my budget to help me begin a journey to a new way of medicating that has proven to be life changing. His dedication to educational assistance in responsible use of cannabis for medical treatments motivated me to get informed and also do the same for others like me who where fearful but exhausted of failed or worsened medical conditions that Prescriptions by specialists that had previously flung me deeper into pain filled, emotionally numbing, and socially deteriorating way of life. Scott listened, cared, and helped me select items that best suited my needs. I have since then become proactive in helping others like me who face chronic illness through various means of medicating with both cbd rich or thc containing products. None can imagine what daily life was like by seeing what my current life looks like now. I've since started working here and proudly help other staff members like Scott at Bud and Bloom whom are equally as passionate about helping others begin a new quality of life that medical conditions have previously or currently stripped us patients of.  New laws have made things more complex but more accessible to a vast population that was previously afraid of trying.

Bud and bloom hands down is the best dispensary in OC.  Reasonably priced and the staff are ALL excellent. Shout out to Micheal F., Esmerelda, and Andrew.

Came here due to the hype and though I found the perfect spot. The first time deal is amazing, almost to good to be true. Unfortunately in my quest to try something new and fun, I went with "prepackaged" flower. Well I guess the deal was to good to be true. The "prepackaged" flower was not the "prepackaged" flower it was talked up to be by the budtender. In fact I learned it was bought in bulk and "prepacked" at Bud & Bloom. Why was I not told that BIG piece of information, when the flower is marketed on the fact that it is "prepackaged"?  The budtender must have used the term "prepackaged" 10 times, but never once mentioned "bulk" or "packaged here".  Be careful, I am not a beginner and still took the bait. $50 an 1/8 is already on the high side, how much would the actual "prepackaged" have cost?

Great place to shop and awesome that they and some of their vendors sponsored a bus trip from my 55+ senior community, Providing lunch and education. It made for a lovely afternoon and they were all helpful and courteous. I will definitely be visiting them again soon!

Lighting is great. Very clean. Good selection. Layout was open. Customer service..... questionable. Knew what I wanted. Usually in and out within 5 min. Got there at 9:40. They close at 10. I told them we would be in and out. A chick comes out the back with a rude attitude and starts telling the girl who's already helping us that the register literally closes in 10 min acting like they shouldn't let us in.... she didn't look at us. Once she left the girl who was originally helping us apologized for her. The bud adviser was really friendly and cool. So 1 out of 3 people were rude. I'd come back for the selection and hope that chick isn't here... she has her head shaved on the side

I really can't say enough about this place.When I first arrived I was a newbie to process but not the game. Everyone was super nice right down to the security guard. Michael the budtender  was very knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic in helping me choose from an assortment of top shelf products. There was no pressure or stupid questions. The atmosphere was classy without the pretentiousness and felt like a relaxing winery minus the tastings. Hands down one of best experiences I've had at any store let alone a flower shop!

Bud and Bloom will always be one of my go to shops for picking up great flower, like their forbidden fruit which I have been picking up for over a year. They also carry my favorite rolling papers :) Now I get the opportunity to visit a few times a month because I work with one of their distributors and I couldn't be happier each time I get to stop by. All the staff is always super friendly, like Michael, who is one of their best, because he has the charisma and warmth to make you feel welcome here. The shop is always clean, stocked, and organized, and they play the best jazz playlist whenever I come to visit in the mornings. There's plenty of parking in the front and the receptionists greet you warmly and are eager to assist you in your experience. Bud and bloom offers lots of products for everyone, and several novelty items like their cute elephant pipes. They also have a much larger line up of my favorite heavy hitters cartridges including their newer disposable strains. My favorite cartridge strain is the heavy hitters blueberry, which I highly recommend if you haven't tried heavy hitters yet or are looking to try a new vape pen. It's super smooth, potent, and literally tastes like you just ate a fresh bunch of blueberries, and is one of my favorite indicas that heavy hitters offers. I also really enjoy that this shop hosts a budtender fight club event every so often because it's a great opportunity for others to find out more about cannabis and the industry. There are plenty of budtenders and experts that give informative presentations on products and education on cannabis methods and usage. They are a lot of fun to attend, as are their vendor marketplace events. Overall, a great shop to visit whenever I'm in Santa Ana :)

The day I went to this dispensary. Wow it was great, I got all the items I  was looking for a while.  Very helpful.  Great buys and very helpful staff. Good to know for senior women. It's sometimes hard for us women buying products we are not too familiar with using, they explained use and made me feel comfortable. I needed more information. Talk to me like I am a five year old was what I wanted to say. I bought some products, don't know how to use them and I didn't leave a tip. I'll try another store next time.

Scott was really awesome and went over and beyond for me and my cousin on our first visit this morning. We spent nearly an hour looking at the entire selection of flowers, concentrates, and edibles. Not once did I feel rushed or did he look bothered or annoyed that I asked to look at literally everything. He made some solid recommendations and provided superb customer service all around. The security guard and front desk lady were hospitable as well. Sweet FTP deal. Keep in mind sales tax is applied to your purchase and prices are slightly higher than LA area obv. Regardless, got a great deal and felt very welcome and overall super satisfied with the purchase. Not to mention a beautiful storefront aesthetically. Thanks Again Scott! Well be back when in town!

This was my first time ever in a dispensary and the experience was a lot better than I imagined. The store looks very hipster, modern, and clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. My wellness advisor Scott was just so patient and knowledgable about so many CBD products and hybrid flowers. They have so many products and flowers it was nice to shop around the place. I would recommend anybody go here (especially if you're a first timer) if you're looking for a clean space with EXCELLENT customer service.

I too, was helped by Scott.  First of all, what a GREAT place!  They have it all!  Start your visit off with a complimentary bottle of water. It has a boutique feeling to me because they offer bath products and alternative ways to intake your THC/CBD.  Scott is VERY knowledgeable about ALL the products they carry.  I had a cartridge break on me twice... one was brand new and the other, about 80% full... both times Scott replaced the cartridge for me, on the house and steered me to the Brass Knuckles brand, which is my new ALL time favorite!If you are a first time customer, the deals are RIDICULOUS!!!  They offer a BOGO (Buy One Get One Free), in EVERY category... So, you can buy flower, an edible, wax, a cartridge and I think something else, all BOGO!  You could seriously spend between $150-$200 (Of course, you could always spend less) and walk out of there with around $400 worth of goodies!I highly recommend this place and I have been to them ALL!  Friendly, knowledgeable staff with great prices and top quality stuff... Legitimately the best medical dispensary I've ever been to. It's very professional and all the bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The product is hands down the best product in Orange County. The store front we've been waiting for. The awkward crampt speakeasy days are over. This place is open and inviting. Theres two admins to check you in which is super efficient. They set a line for first come first serve but allow you to browse in the meantime.  The products on display are all open access. Just pick what you need and When you're ready the bud tender checks the que, Helps the next patient first. There must be hundreds of products in here. The edible selection alone is enough to keep you here for an hour. I like that they have a lot of pain relief rubs, salves,  tinictures and CBD products. I have to say Daniel went above and beyond to help me and took the time to make sure my experience was satisfactory.  Daily deals are better than most. please make sure you check the daily special first. They have a rewards program as well. Found my new shop!

By far the best place ever to get edibles. If you go on Mondays they have 20% off (each day of the week is a different special) You also get 20% everything for your first visit so even if you just go once to check it out it's worth it. Trust me though the service, prices, and variety will have you coming back. I was helped by Andrew and he made the whole experience so awesome. Seriously, this is the most friendly dispensary I've been to. Complimentary non-medicated beverages while you shop and everything is on display with an open-air feel (you can pick up items vs having to ask to see everything). The cannabis is behind the glass, of course. Terrific selection of tinctures and accessories. The staff rocks!!

I have to admit I was terrified to go here at first. Boy was I wrong. This place is amazing. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, take their time to explain the products, and couldn't be nicer. I call it the Nordstrom of "pot shops". It is clean, organized, and everything is neatly displayed. Plus the Defonce dark chocolate candy tastes delicious and works like a charm. After suffering from insomnia for 8 years and undergoing sleep studies with no positive results, one little piece of chocolate at night and I sleep 6-7 hours. Give them a try....you won't be disappointed.

I am relatively new to using cannabis, so the idea of going into a dispensary was a bit intimidating at first. This place completely eased that feeling! First, it is just so clean and aesthetically pleasing - they even have a big beautiful Christmas tree in their lobby right now. Even better than the atmosphere are the friendly staff. Everyone I have interacted with here has been kind and helpful. The first time I went, I was looking for something that would help with my anxiety and sleeping difficulties. The bud tender I talked to (I'm bad with names) shared with me what has helped him in his own experience with anxiety, and gave great suggestions on finding something that would help me. I ended up purchasing, by his suggestion, an edible that has turned out to be just what I was looking for. Went to BnB this month, and it is the best dispensary I have went. Staffs are super friendly, and they have an incredible selection. I would highly recommend everyone to check it out. My husband and I visited Bud & Bloom on Sunday. I have CRPS Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome and needed some thing mild for pain relief. I was apprehensive but the staff immediately calmed my fears and helped us understand just how many options there were available for pain. We worked with "S", his name. S took us on a tour of the dispensary. We worked thru each section as S explained the pros and cons of each type and brand of product and how it could be used. We decided that in my situation I should keep a journal and try a few different types of product to see what works best for my situation. As a novice I was quite enthusiastic about this solution so that is what I am doing. I walked out of Bud & Bloom feeling educated and excited about taking the first steps to alleviate my pain in a holistic manner verses the big pharma solution of gabapaten which destroys your kidneys over time. I've never had a medical professional spend this much time with me. And regardless of what you may think, the cost is far less than a single prescription of some of the pain mess I have had to buy. Other than a little giggling episode at In & Out Burger when I inhaled too big on my first try, there are no side effects! Had a very solid experience bringing my mom in to fill her MMJ needs.  I don't have a MMJ rec but they did let me accompany her to look at stuff, although I was instructed not to touch anything.  The budtender helping us was nice, and got the hint when we were ready to just explore on our own.  I was really dumbstruck by the new customer offer of buy one get one free for each type of item, so we did 2 edibles, 2 tinctures and 2 prerolled.  Will definitely be back!

Today was my first visit to Bud and Bloom, and I am impressed! My Wellness Advisor, Scott, spent over 30 minutes with me, patiently showing me many strains and expertly recommending just what I needed. His expertise and knowledge was outstanding! Very professional and kind. Everyone from the security guard (opening the door for me upon arrival), to the gentleman at the front desk, to Scott and the other Wellness Advisor, were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, with minimal paperwork. And their FTP deal? Amazing!! BOGO across the entire store! I purchased a few different strains of flower, as Scott was able to split an 8th for me, but I also got 2 different types of edibles! I have not encountered another FTP/BOGO deal as generous as Bud and Bloom! I was surprised, after picking out my buy-one-get-one flower, when Scott said, "Anything else you'd like? Vape cartridges? It's all BOGO!"  Awesome. Beautiful and clean facility. Very nice layout, easy to navigate through all the different products. Great selection! Easy to find. Thank you, Scott, and Bud and Bloom! This review is long over due, but by far the best dispensary! The customer service is excellent, I love how everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about products they are right there to answer. The facility is very clean, and well organized, one thing I also appreciate is that for new patients you can go online and print out a new patient form. So you can easily print it, fill it out and when you get there it's a quick process. Super convenient. What's also great is there selection, and rewards program. You can select what type of med you prefer and then save points with your purchases to get a freebie :) I live in Long Beach so it's quite a drive but I must say it is well worth it!!

Great selection of flower ! I've been coming to this dispensary for about a year and it hasn't failed me yet. They are a little pricey but the quality of the flower and the packaging makes up for it. I've used they're delivery about twice. Both times were great only waited about a little over an hour. Friendly faces from mostly all the employees & a nice ambiance when you come into the shop. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for flower as far as the other products I can't say very much as I haven't purchased them.

First order from here's Amazing they are able to re route my delivery for another day due to an emergency. Super friendly driver arrived spot on time. Great customer service. Location has a good selection of brands, but really poor customer service.  I'm bummed to have to find another go-to store after two rude experiences with management : once in store, and once when they had confirmed a delivery over an hour before calling to say they wouldn't be able to deliver.  I understand things happen but when I asked to find another solution over the phone I was told I couldn't speak to a manager, and then told "I don't care" and hung up on.  Rude.

Please figure out your parking situation when you have vendors on site. Parking in this complex is already a nightmare and it's even worse when vendors take up 3 or 4 spots.

The staff are super friendly! It was my first time there and they were very helpful explaining all the different varieties of edibles that they have. They have a bunch of cheaper edibles that are great. Super tasty and gets the job done.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Probably not the place to go if you have any questions. I was assisted  by the young lady with a tattoo of a cross on her finger, who barely acknowledged me to begin with.  I had questions regarding pods and cartridges and her response was, "I dont know, I don't smoke everything in this place.". I later asked about concentrates and was met with a " I am  not too sure I don't know". After feeling unwanted and uncomfortable, I said I'll just lol around.  When I was ready to purchase a pod the lady with the horrible customer service (cross on finger) told her coworker assist me further.  Really bad first  experience

Don't come!!! They sale used pipe here. So disappointed! Its my first time here and They sold me a used pipe... during pandemic! Is this necessary? The pictures is the pipe after we have been cleaning for an hour and the ash stain is tenacious.

So, I've been going to this dispensary since it was Bud and Bloom and really love this place. For me, as a customer, the change from Bud and Bloom to The Farmacy was seamless. They still carry the same great products but they've also picked up some new products like Bella Thorne's line of flower and prerolls called Forbidden Flowers. My most recent Forbidden Flowers purchase was an eighth of Topanga Sunrise, a sativa strain, that was so sticky and delicious with a high energy/euphoric effect. I will say that I also bought the Forbidden Flowers Citrus Sunburst preroll two-pack that were unfortunately very mediocre. The pink and silver paper were adorable but I felt like I tasted more paper than weed. Still, one of my favorite brands and they are normally consistently great. I would put FF in the moderate to pricey range but it's definitely quality product so I'd call it a good value. One of my favorite things I own is my Pax Era and I am so grateful that The Farmacy has a nice selection of Pax pods. I got a Ghost Train Haze Pax pod by Bloom Farms (a longtime favorite brand). Ghost Train Haze is another Sativa but in the form of a Pax pod, which makes it portable and fun. Almost forgot to mention that they always have great pieces of glass if you're in the market for that. Also, if you know what you like and don't want to hang out and browse with one of the friendly budtenders, definitely give the online ordering a shot. It's worth it. It's not quite a grab and go because you have to review the contents of the bag, which you should want to do, and pay once you get there, but it's still a pretty smooth process. And, last but not least, if you're ever in Santa Barbara, stop by The Farmacy up there! Great products and friendly service.

Been going here for years, liked that it was less busy than the place off the freeway. Today they unfortunately lost my business forever as they refused to serve me my pick-up order because I did not have a mask on. I was willing to wait outside like a second class citizen but that wasn't enough for them. Went to People's down the street instead and they were happy to take my money and treated me like a regular customer. Nothing personal on the staff and I'm sure they have great product at great rates. I vote with my wallet.

This place is super busy but super cool! It's still very new so they're still working out some of the kinks BUT staff is super friendly and willing to help out whenever and where ever. You have to make a reservation like two weeks in advance at this point since it is the only Bud and Bloom at this time. The elote street corn was delicious but the chicken wings weren't great. This is a must see place if you can make the time!
