I'm so thankful I came today. It was my first time and I really needed some patches for the pain. Carly was able to help me even though she looked busy. She suggested certain patches that I'm so excited to try. Great customer services and discounts. Will def come back!!

Hands down the best place for cannabis education. Shelley and her team are amazing. I am so grateful for their knowledge of pain and anxiety management. The work they do for seniors and the veterans community is amazing. Again, just really grateful for all the time and energy they put into education for all their patients.

Super friendly and super professional WeedTenders, they are very knowledgeable and don't make you feel stupid about not knowing the difference between Indica's and Sativa's like I, I do now though thru the staff at Kannabis Works, and the place is very clean and reasonably priced. I went here today, as I ve done every 5-7 days through the past 6 months or so.As the gentleman is checking me in, he calls me "boss" then winks at his colleague who is standing nearby.i AGAIN asked him not address me as "boss". Dude says " you told HIM not to call you that, but you never told me.( Clearly, he knew that I didn't appreciate it and did it deliberately!) I always tip, but if you prefer to push my buttons then get a tip...it's real simple,treat people like you want to be treated!

They are welcoming and friendly, I loved my experience with them. They are beautifully stocked on great products.

I went here to buy a gift and everyone there was super helpful and kind. Seriously, the staff really made the visit and I felt so welcomed. Also the store is beautiful. I highly recommend this place and if I need more cannabis gifts, I'll be coming back here.

The bud tenders are always so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I love the order online and pick up in front or at the front desk to limit exposure of COVID. I also love how they have a rewards program. This dispensary is my go-to.

Very knowledgeable staff.  As this was our first visit to a dispensary, we had no idea what to expect.  Don't laugh, but reminiscent of walking into a jewelry store.  Brightly lit display cases and plenty of knowledgeable help to assist.Highly recommend for great selection and lots to choose from.

I came to kannabis to pick up my order and they gave me something I didn't ask for and I still went back and said if I can return or buy a new product and they just exchanged my order for a whole different thing and the price difference was so much different and they said they gave me a discount but still charged me the same for something that was less then what I ordered.

It was my first time here last Friday, and all of the staff were really nice and welcoming! You get a 20% discount on items if it is your first time here. When I walked into the shop, I was immediately helped by Lori! She was really knowledgeable about all of the items I was looking for, and she patiently explained the difference between indica and sativa to me. I was also looking for a mostly CBD edible product too, and she was able to give me a good recommendation! She even went above and beyond to explain the ratio of CBD to THC to me. I really appreciated knowing about the products I had purchased, and the service here was awesome. Lori was really attentive to what I was looking for, and she made sure I was comfortable with what I was going to purchase. I would 10/10 recommend this place! *Just a note: only cash is accepted for purchases in-store (I haven't ordered online, so I'm not sure if credit or debit cards are acceptable in that case.) There is an ATM within the shop, so no worries if you forgot to bring cash. :)

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Kannabis Works is a no go for me. Been here three times. Each time, I have been met with attitude from the different employees that work there. I'm not sure why or what it is, but they all act like they seem to think they are better than you and are doing you a favor by working there. One in particular was quite snobby and unfriendly on two different occasions. I did not feel welcome. Bad vibes all over! There's zero reason for me to be treated this way on multiple occasions. I gave them not just a second chance, but a third. With MANY options for legal dispensaries very closely located to this spot, I will not be giving them my business and will make sure my friends know what type of experiences I've had here. They really need to get over themselves and take the sticks out of their behinds. You're not special.

There was a screw-up when I ordered for delivery and Alisha did a tremendous job of making things right. Scott was also very informative over the phone helping me out with some questions I had. They also have some solid deals. Worth giving them a shot of your business...

They don't carry a lot of variety (compared, for instance, to Higher Path in Studio City where I go sometimes) but they're okay. Never busy. Taxes, they say, are built into their prices, but their prices seem a little lower than some other shops, so, uh...but don't take my word for that as I don't purchase frequently and can't really remember well enough to compare. Clean, spacious, relaxed environment, and they do accept debit cards -- but they add a $3 charge for that at the time of this review. Access to the place is easy; it's sequestered round the back of a row of nondescript businesses with plenty of parking in a very safe area.

First time here and the experience was great , meet Ashley and she was a lot of help and very friendly. Then to my surprise in walks the "Tommy Chong " that was great he spoke to us and that was amazing. Great trip today will definitely but the spot for us.Go check it out ! My husband and I Have been searching and searching for a pain management solution for a severe case of sciatica and we read that CBD oil is very good for this. We went to this location and met a gentlemen name Scott... boy did we luck out! He was so informative and patient with us and he answered all of our questions. The oils he suggested have worked very well this far. I am so tired of taking prescription anti-inflammatory and they don't even take the pain away. This CBD oil has worked 10 times better then any drug out there. I highly recommend Kannabis Works as this place is top notch! Thank you so much Scott!

The highest prices without a doubt in the area.  Flower is popcorn buds and concentrates are hyped but suck balls.  Spend a little less on the decor and give us 420's a break god damn!!!

I had never been to a cannabis shop before, was a bit nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. The staff here made me immediately comfortable and explained everything; never making me feel like a goofy newbie. Such a positive and professional shop. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. Came here for the first time. Guy at the register gave my Drivers license to wrong person. They compromised my personal information. Don't go here they might give ur personal info away. I live in Costa Mesa and this shop is officially the closest to my house. Let me start by saying I was super impressed by the decor and knowledgeable staff. I know very little about any of the products, and the girl who helped me explained literally every product to me so I could find what I needed. She made me feel very comfortable and not rushed, even though I asked a million questions and took a ton of time deciding what I wanted. My dog is 15 and has bad hips, so I got him some CBD treats for pain. He goes crazy for them as soon as I open the bag. He's much more active too, so I think they are working. I wanted to get a pen as well. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I have regular joint pain and swelling. I have recently stopped all of my expensive medications after a severe reaction that made me lose my hair. So, I'm trying a more natural approach and seeing a functional medicine physician. I bought the Select CBD Focus pen, and a sativa Select pen. It came in a cool little case, and I was surprised how powerful it was! It also takes a universal battery which I like. (It's super annoying when brands force you to buy their battery.) 5 stars for service, decor, and products! I love everything I purchased, and I'll definitely be back.

I haven't been to many dispensaries but, having gone here for the last 7 times in a row, I don't really see why I'd need to. The selection is pretty much always on point (flower fan here), and the staff are always super friendly and verknowledgeable about their product. Over all 10 out of 10 for customer service and product for me.

I always appreciated that Kannabis Work took measures to insure safety of their employees and customers in the pandemic by mandatory mask and pick up only. Yet, yesterday was a whole different story. Security guard was telling customers to put on their mask before coming in, yet HE DIDN'T HAVE ONE ON and AS WELL FOR 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES, WHILE INSIDE WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE. A customer called him out for not wearing one and the security guard responded by saying "I'm not interacting with the customers" while being 2ft away from us and talking to those around. Kannabis Works please make all your employees wear masks!

Love this place and their professionalism. Their products are awesome and good quality !

My first time visiting this store and we were quite impressed by all staff. Ginger helped us providing us guidance with the products. She gave us precise instructions since this is the first time experimenting with THC. Ginger was correct! Awesome Customer Service!!!I will be back to get a refill or try another product. My favorite dispensary. I had a consult with Shelly and Alisha a couple months ago to help guide me with my migraines. They were so helpful and completely respected that I didn't want anything too strong. They actually wrote down my symptoms and concerns and then they showed me their recommendations. Alisha helped me my second time and because of covid 19 they had an amazing curbside pickup. Alisha is great with her knowledge on pain management. I will be back.

Really impressed with the knowledge of the staff. I wanted my mom to try CBD oil for her arthritis pain and she had a million questions... the woman that assisted with our purchase took the time to answer all of my moms questions with patience and understanding. She also did a great job at offering suggestions for alternate brands/products and because of one of those suggestions, my mom is really happy with the CBD oil that she decided to purchase that day. While at the shop, I purchased VET CBD brand for my dog, which came highly recommended by a pet-care expert.

Short on time and $. I spoke to Ginger.   She was very knowledgeable and patient with me!    She had my product ready for me.  Her recommendation is exactly what I needed to deal with my server anxiety problem.  It's been so long since I felt like I "am me"Thank you mucho Ginger!

Don't come after 8pm unless you want to feel like a criminal and want all mids.  Overpriced and rent a cop is a piece of work.  Uncomfortable environment and poor product.  Beware.

This place is awesome! My co worker told me about this place and I was so glad I came here. I was assisted by Carly when I first came here. She was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. She reccomended me the select cbd pen and I can't thank her enough for doing so! It has helped me with my anxiety. Also the Treat Well oil is high quality. The second time I came Jacob helped me out and he also was super helpful. I didn't know much about how the electrical pens/cartridges worked and he answered all my questions and was a super nice guy. The products are high quality. I reccomend this place.

All I have to say is wow! I've never walked into a dispensary and felt like I was walking into a place I felt so comfortable in. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff and the decor was drop dead gorgeous. You can really tell they really invested into this dispensary. The layout was very organized and each one of their staff members were so knowledgeable about all of the products and most importantly were super friendly. Highly recommend this dispensary for anyone looking for the same great experience!

Being a newbie I have been apprehensive of going to a dispensary. But Kannabis Works' staff explained the different items to help me relax and with pain relief. They had a wide variety of high end items. This a professional store with trained staff. Truly amazing customer service! I will come back here again and again,  just because the manager, Hazel went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. She is awesome! I admire the way they do business, which is rare in retail these days. This is a really classy and elegant dispensary. I love the way it is decorated. It's not as overwhelming as some of the others, which makes it a good place to start. They have some unique options. I really like the bud tenders working here too... always helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I also appreciate them hosting vegan events and I like that they are health focused. I love the general vibe of this place!!

I have been going to Kannabis Works for the last year and it is consistently great.  As others have mentioned, the decor and customer service are amazing.  They do a good job of stocking quality products and I really prefer shopping at a legal dispensary.  The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.  My last visit, Justin and Sara helped me out.  I will continue to patronize this store and recommend it to friends, it is the best I have ever experienced.

So far the best dispensary I've been to in Santa Ana. The best customer service that included some education on the flowers, thank you Justin. I love the Store set up very Zen. This is the best one that I've ever been to. Happy with the product, happy with the very fair prices, and happy with the friendly staff. This is the only dispensary I will shop at in this area, as they are superior to their competition in my opinion.

Love this place and its staff. Extremely clean and very knowledgeable about their products. They can make recommendations based on your desired needs as well and have had 100% success rate with me so far. If you are in or around Costa Mesa / Santa Ana, this is the best option for you. I travel all the way from LA.

They recommended me to get the Rove battery for its pre-heat feature. Got a Kurvana ASCND cartridge with it. The cartridge leaked because of the pre-heat feature(it was too hot), said it was a "user error" and did not replace it.

Staff is very helpful and kind. Establishment is clean and well decorated. Prices are very reasonable for the product. They carry good weed and I like that specs of each brand is easily seen on label.

Miracles!!!The products that I have bought  for my  ailing family members has been a miracle! My sister in-law was in severe pain and the doctors couldn't find a diagnosis for her.  Her knee was very swollen and she was not able to walk without pain. The staff were so helpful and honest.  They were very patient and listened to my concerns. They provided me with the best support and suggestions that would help with her pain. Within 3 days her swelling disappeared and she is walking with no pain.  She is so grateful and happy! Her 75 Birthday is coming and she will surely enjoy her day. Thank you so much.

Great place. I have a medical condition and this place has people who understand the medical issues and how to best use cannabis to treat the problems.

You need to fire your security guard for threatening me and my friend with his gun when trying to drop off my friend in the front of your store to purchase from your store! He was rude and a complete dick! People who abuse their authority of power will be fired and end up in jail!  Put a sign in the front letting customers know not to drop off or park there as it looks like a parking space next to your handicap space!

The staff were very knowledgeable and nice. I had some trouble locating the entrance which is around back. As long as you follow the clearly marked signs, you should be fine. They have my favorite brand here called Canndescent and they offer fair prices. I will definitely be back for more.

The miss that worked at the front desk today during lunch December 11th I wanna know if she is following procedures. My order was $**.06 and she rounded my order to the next dollar and didn't hand me my receipt. I don't know I just didn't like the over all transaction with this miss.

WOW!!!!!First time customer and was treated great from the beginning.Alex was our direct contact when we got checked in and she immediately got us in and began to give us what I'd have to say was the best customer service associate we've seen in the cannabis industry EVER!!! From start to finish she answered our questions and such with ease and knowledge. Alex made great suggestions also and got us in and out pretty quickly on a sunny Sunday afternoon. We even got to spin the wheel. They product they sell has the who , what, where, when and why or should I say where it's from label on it. Also the products have the certifications on the package it comes in. I'll post a pic of my purchase. This place ain't when of those pot shops that have weed in big jars that no one knows what the f)&k is in it.Or those places that has knock off products .  No bad stuff for the lungs sold here. When it comes to real marijuana, that's not sprayed with who knows what, come here. The marijuana is cleaner, stronger and better tasting than other shops I've been to or reviewed in the best.My experience was like walking into Macy's perfume department and getting my cologne and being on way way!! Super professional, well lit establishment with easy parking and no shady element around. Definitely out of town friendly, so it's always good to visit places when in Orange County. Professional security with NO ATTITUDES here, more like armed customer associates with friendly smiles and very welcoming. I'll be back.

Have been customer for over 6mos, what's up without honoring discount ? If the item was on a special there isn't a discount? This was first time this happened so I walked out without. There aremany dispensaries, obviously repeat business is frowned upon.
