Business park location. Getting in took a while, but fortunately we had time. Staff were all friendly and welcoming and steered the first-time dispensary visitor I'd brought towards good choices for meds that relieved her anxiety and brought ease without paranoia. One nice idea--their selection of inexpensive small pipes. Since we were traveling I had no equipment, this helped a lot. First time visitors' discount was a bonus.

The joint was the spot, until I learned that the discriminate against veterans! I'd give negative stars, but yelp does not allow that. 25% off for vets....just some vets. Here's my message to you: You give it to all veterans or don't even bring it into the conversation

had a very short experience in here, but it was definitely be enough for me to come back! it was my first time here and all i needed was a grinder. they were kind enough to give to give it to me on the house.during covid they are definitely following health guidelines, taking temperatures and following 6 ft apart guidelines. staff are wearing gloves. everything is neat and tidy! and while waiting in line to enter i already experienced the kindness and professionalism of the staff. excited to come back! :)

good selection and great staff indoors but the security and delivery staff were incredibly sexist and rude. Will not be returning based on this.

I was looking for local dispensary and came across The Joint. It was fast & quick service with a really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their inventory is all great quality, deff recommend this joint.

This place was awesome, price was great, helpful super polite staff.Cartridges were a score.

This is a dispensary where you have to walk in and place an order for delivery, which you can get done from home if you use any other service. Doesn't make any sense. Oh and the minimum is still an eighth so might as well call any other delivery service. I'm baffled how they are still in business.

The young girl that helped me out was awesome. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. My first time here and a great place. Clean. Has tons of clocks.... LOL go there to see what I mean. Not a fan of THC but there are other things that I would pick up. Nice place and would come back again. 4/20 (whole month is 20% off!!! Get it while you can!)

The best place to go when you are in need of to much good stuff ! I've been coning for 5 years now . I have yet to be disappointed. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly . Why go anywhere else....?

He was knowledgeable and made my transaction so quick and efficient.Try to ask for Jean if you can, he is a wiz when it comes to weed selection!

Updating this review to reflect the customer service upon trying to return an edible that wasn't working. I purchased their 500 milligram gummy bears (2 packs) and I tried one. I didn't feel anything. At all. Upon calling and stating that the 500mg korova bars work just fine on me, but their gummy bears are a LIE... They show me what dispensaries are really about. The money. Not the patient care. They don't care here. They are awful. Don't fall for the reviews people have given this place for a free joint.I could care less for their 1 dollar joint. I'm gonna tell you how it is. Avoid this place, they don't lab test and they lie about product potency in order to make quick sales. Get rid of dispensaries like this please. And to think I thought it was decent to start. To be honest the weed isn't even that bad, it's just not lab tested. I prefer dispensaries about patient care, with decent return policies (meaning thy aren't in this game to scam you) Not dispensaries like this with degenerate budtenders (some of them don't even smoke themselves) Yep. Stay away.

I used to be a big fan of coming here then CA legalized bud and the management saw and cash cow in every person walking in...1st they started to switch and bait by "promoting" get a stamp on the back of their business cards and when you spends $45 or more, then you would get stamp; once you have accumulated 10 stamps ($450) you could get the top bud for free, then it was a couple bucks, then it was once in a lifetime. Because after giving them $450 and whatever else you bought that was not $45 or more, you were not officially allowed a %10 discount...LAME!I have revied a lab that gives veterans, disabled and law enforcement %20 every visit no limits on cost or times you are allowed a %20 discounthint: it name ends in central and their in santa anaOH...AND IF YOU GET A PRODUCT THAT YOU DID NOT ASK FOR BUT THE BUDTENDER IS TO DUMB TO GIVE YOU ONLY WHAT YOU ASK FOR: IF YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE GIVE A REFUND PREPARE TO GET FIRED!! SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT PLACE TO AVOID

This place keep my some of my change . Who takes part of someone's change. You tax me and then keep my change without even asking me if you can have a tip. Way to run a business by ripping people off. I wanted to call the guy out with loser ass but fuck it not coming back again.

One of the best clinics in so cal. These guys have great deals, a good and thorough selection and the people here are really nice. The hours are great and they also work well for me because I am an early bird. Do yourself a favor and check them out !!

Great cartridges and affordable. But weed there sucks . Really dry probably some outdoor or greenhouse. Just falls apart into dust.

They have a really good kush! Plus the staff is really nice and cool. I had a nice conversation with the security guard. His name was Paya and he was very polite. Overall 10/10

This shop is very clean and organized, prices are reasonable. They even have one of the original security guards from within the industry 'Elias' "TheNavySeal" it's awesome to see shops like this take care of veterans . I'll be back for sure

Went in to purchase a disposable vape. I bought two and when I brought them home, each one lasted two puffs before dying. Super upset at that and would like a refund

Really great place.  Very good selection, good prices, and helpful staff if you need recommendations.  Also lots of parking.The first time you go, you'll have to fill out a bunch of paperwork to become a "member", but after that you just show your ID to get in and it's pretty easy from there.They have a great selection of flowers, oils, edibles, pretty much anything you need.  There's no pressure, the staff is very knowledgeable, and they have lots of great deals.  This has become one of my favorite dispensaries.

This place is amazing! Such a great selection & the sweetest employees! I always feel like I make a new friend when I'm here. Ashley helped me out and found me some of my new favorite buds! I also LOVE coming and seeing all the girls!

I'm not sure how this place got my number. But I keep receiving texts from this business, a lot of spam and all from different numbers when I block each one. Never was aware of this place and never heard of it. Definitely would like the text messaging to stop.

What a fun place to be ! Who ever came up with all the decor is a genius! Old school rappers and funky art will always make me feel more comfortable while purchasing my meds. The service is excellent and the people know their stuff !!Most definitely becoming one of my weekly stops.

Hey, so I come here and you meet the people and they are the best people you would meet. They are chill talkative and really helpful in helping you with the selection. If you ever come across Vanessa and Phat, be sure to talk to them because they are some dope people who give you amazing customer service and really help you through your selection. I recommend having them be your helpers  Wold recommend this place to everyone who is looking for quality product and quality people.

First off, parking was absolutely horrible. Do not come here on your lunch hour or if you're in a rush for time, because you'll spend more time looking for parking than actually scoping out buds. The security was super nice though! Very helpful with the parking situation. Kind of a blah establishment. I didn't like that the receptionist is behind a bullet proof glass with an intercom. It's not personal at all and it makes you feel like you're unsafe being there. With the direction Santa Ana is moving with medical marijuana, I don't understand why we need bullet proof glass the first thing you see. It's very uninviting.My budtender was nice, but she just seemed to think of me as a number. Didn't give me any info on strains and kind of rushed me - when I am normally very quick at selecting. It didn't seem like she wanted to take the time to show me anything else and just wanted to get through the queue.The quality of weed was meh, especially for the price. So I ended up just getting a gram. Once I told her I was just getting a gram she seemed really over helping me lol I wouldn't recommend this place. The atmosphere is really "ghetto".

This place is legit, I've been to a few other local spots but I enjoy coming here. Its easy to find, parking is easy. The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of vape pens and flowers. Not sure about edibles because that's not my thing. Come check this place out!

I must've come to this shop at the right time because they had a rep from Heavy Hitters there doing a deal that was way too good to pass up. I like this shop but the parking isn't the best. If it's busy it's hard to find a spot. They've got a large selection of flower too, but I like vape pens most nowadays because they're so convenient. I usually go for THClear brand, but for the price on the Heavy Hitters special this time it seemed like a great deal. I haven't seen them at this shop before so they must have just started carrying them. I was on point too because I can very clearly taste a difference with the heavy hitters vapes. I've tried some brands that usually have a metallic taste at the end or taste a little burnt and after trying two different strains I'm convinced these are better. Even better than some of the really expensive brands that have a really thick vape concentrate. The smoke is smooth but strong. And it hits you fast too. It doesn't have problems pulling like some of the other brands have. I bought one of their Northern Lights strains and that stuff knocks you out, for a good deep sleep too.  Conrad was a huge help and I appreciate that he kindly spent as long as he did with me to go over the different strains from Heavy Hitters. The rep was super friendly too and hooked me up with some stickers and pins. I'm curious to try more Heavy Hitters cartridges soon.

Update on my review.  I came to this place on Saturday for the first time.  Every one is very friendly, they took good care of me.   They have good quality buds yum yum sticky, loved it.  I came back on Monday to get more they sure took good care of me.  I can't remember the guy's name but he took good care of me today for being my B-Day he really hooked me up ...thanks I'm enjoying my B-Day Cake

Friendly budtenders and a decent variety of strains, as well as all other methods of consumption. However, proceed with caution. While my original review was 5 stars for a free gram promotion they're doing, I can't honestly reccomend this place very highly. The flower is of subpar quality for the cost, enough to make me go back to a far more packed, illegally operating shop. Add to this the rumors I've heard that they limit their employees to only 1/8th a week, and I didn't feel great supporting this place. Granted, these are just rumors, but as someone who has worked at a shop before, it doesn't sound very far-fetched.

One of the most enjoyable retail experiences we have ever had! Everyone in the this place has a friendly, helpful attitude. They have a FTP (first time patient) discount plus daily specials that give you nice free stuff with minimum purchase. Their frequent buyer program will keep you coming back.Our budtender, Mary who although new to this place was extremely knowledgeable and treated you like a friend more than just another person she has to sell to. She presented the products so well we ended up buying a number of different types of product that suits us best. She even gave us some cat treats that according to the cat's sleeping on the bed on his back for once were a home run :-) They all made it easy and a fun time for first time buyers. There is no reason not to return for next purchase!

This place absolutely sucks a goats Dick. You can get cheaper meds oh let's, fucking anywhere. The security guard that used to work there was selling heroin in the parking lot, the one with the cross eyes

Horrible sevice! This guys are cry babies. The asian lady in the front always picking of her nose. She always take her sweet time. She's doesn't know how to do her job right! They should fire here.

A great place with a beautiful lounge to wait in and once entering you are usually greeted warmly by the tenders. I've always had a good experience there in person so it was really disappointing to have someone rude and snobbish answer my questions over the phone. If your answer is to be smug with a "sorry for you not knowing this" kinda of answer then you should not be working in this establishment. While generally stoners might know some basic questions, please remember that not all pothead and marijuana enthusiasts are your only market. Please hold more courtesy and patience when answering questions and leave the negative tone at the door.

I've been here before , Tyler has been great and marijuana is up to par. I just left kind of disappointed and annoyed with Steve. He had no customer service skills and was rude and I felt unwelcome to be in there. I even told the security guard (who was so kind) that Steve needed to work on his customer service and he replied with "Rodger that" like he agreed. Come on the Joint, there's a ton of people in the industry that want bud tending jobs, you can do better ..

I've made the joint my go to spot. It's clean, easy to get to and parking is right in front. Each time I've gone, the staff has been super friendly and very helpful. The daily deals are the best but the first time patient deal is legit. Definitely have and will continue to reccomend this place.

My favorite dispensary in OC :) high quality, good deals, and professional staff! I've been coming here for a few months and never leave disappointed. Great and competitive pricing compared the to the other clinics in the area, overall couldn't be happier with their service and would highly recommend this place to new patients as well as those looking to make a switch. Their first time patient deals are awesome too. The location is also very convenient and they always have parking available. There's no need to go to shady back alley door clinics, come here instead!

The selection is great...however the folks behind the counter don't seem to be educated on their strains ...I go in specifically looking for an indica , and they show me their hybrids "og's"    not cool because I use medical marijuana for stress and anxiety relief ..if there's setiva in it then no bueno ...please educate yourselves about what you're selling. By far this is the best medical cannabis dispensary I've visited and I've been a patients for over 10 years . They are well-organized,  professional staff, very educated bud tenders. this place is one of the best shops i have been in, so clean cut, plenty of space and waiting area. they have bathrooms available unlike 85 percent of other places. they have great ftp deals as well as returning. really nice staff and a incredible selection of flowers and fire wax

One of the more professional, up-scale establishments when compared to others. Fairly decent selection and their specials are pretty hard to beat. Friendly staff, as well. Only concern for me is that I wish they would lab test their products. For me, it's nice to know the percentages of THC/CBD/Terpines/etc.as well as to know whether it was grown organically vs inorganically, presence of chemicals/pesticides/molds/etc., but that's just me. Other than that, a decent place.

My friend Andrew took me here for the first time a week ago and everyone was so nice! Very clean and spacious. The bud tenders were helpful and polite. The best part? The receptionist. She was so sweet, polite and she's always complimenting me. How can u be in a bad mood walking in here when the first person you talk to is so amazing, beautiful and complimentary! I hope they hold on to her. She is valuable for sure. Oh and they carry my grape ape :) yay!

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to check it out today. The Joint is located in an industrial area and I felt very safe. The gal who checked-me in was very pleasant and the waiting room is as shown in customer pictures -- very clean and professional. Once entering the store area, I was overwhelmed with the selection. As a newbie, I had no idea what I was looking for and the budtender was very helpful and recommended specific strains to fit my needs! Looking forward to trying them out a well as the topical I purchased. Great experience! They also offered a nice new patient deal -- very much appreciated!

Good selection, great customer service, clean and safe, need prescription and can walk in, open daily late hours.  There is an ATM PRESENT, bring cash if you can.

During Covid the store is very sanitary and they wore masks and gloves. I believed the man who helped me was the owner and he was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I asked a bunch of questions that he knew all the answers too. They also had very good deals on edibles, and great price on joints.

I went in again and I did speak to management about the scenario. They were able to listen to me and have empathy.  I wasn't able to get a return nor exchange in the situation due to the law.  A law that isn't explained in transaction, receipt, or package.  Im sure it's on a wall somewhere but like the terms and agreements no one reads it until it affects them.  I was only able to get a small discount on top of my 10% loyalty program on my next purchase which wasn't even half of what I paid from defective item. Unfortunate for me in that scenario, price of not knowing the law, but I got a few swag items as consolation I guess.  You know how it is house always wins.  Really I enjoy the prices they have here so that's why I came back.  Honestly I'm just indifferent about it now.  I don't hate the place but I don't love the place anymore.  I went in again on another day and one of the managers helped me but as he was helping he mentioned how I hadn't changed my review yet.  Personally I thought that was weird and made me uncomfortable.  I get it that reviews affect your business but I'll do things at my own pace.

They have a great variety. I love the farmers market. The people are friendly and know what they are talking about. Very helpful.

my regular place was closed due to Coronavirus so we found this place open from 9am to 10 pm, super friendly and helpful staff, fast and easy I will be back and recomend

This place was alright. I went with my BF the other day and it's pretty small, the staff + security were nice and helpful. The prices are okayyyy, I would come back solely for the helpful staff; they just didn't have a variety of stuff.

This place has some of the most competitive prices in town. I usually come here and I know I will get a good deal.I sometimes go elsewhere and and up regretting it. The staff is always nice and service is fast.

Worked there for 2 years.. they are shady. They don't pay workers fair compensation and take tips away from them. The bosses are all on something as well they would come in on hard substances all of the time. They are horrible people and I would not support then with my money..go support jungle Boys or some other creditable company.. these owners are everything the weed industry stands against.....in response to the response below....I am glad to see that Nat and Jason are no longer working there/ in ownership..good luck to the new team and i hope you treat your staff well unlike the previous bosses who would come in and pretend to care about their workers just to take a dump on us and drag us along at below minimum wage.
