I highly recommend this place they have a big variety to choose from. everybody there is very professional and friendly. They even keep there customers up to date with all the deals they have going on through email. another thing I like is  they accept cards so it was fast and convenient

My wife has been coming to this dispensary for months under the impression that her VIP membership exempted her from debit card charges which turns out she was paying every time they just didn't tell her! When we asked them about the separate 3% per use charge, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that's how it is. They claimed it was on the receipt, but this turned out to be lie as it is a separate charge on your bank account. The only reason we found out was because they miss filled an order we placed and over charged us.

He's been going to the dispensary for a while because of the location. There are not many in my neighborhood and this one is the most convenient for me to go to. Prices are a bit high and inventory is sketchy and inconsistent. Have had a lot of trouble with the AC/DC RSO the syringe has broken on me several times even trying to follow instructions to help push the oil. I sliced my finger open and it wasted the whole gram. Not much variety in lotions wish the had cannabasics xxx body butter my favorite. The parking lot sucks do you employees park past the garage and the only handicap stall that they have is right near the garage door. I walked in one day and one of the employees was leaving so I ask her if I should move my car. I told her I was parked in the handicap stall and she said yes you need to move especially if you're not disabled. Just because I look like I am not. My placard was displayed where it is supposed to be. She's the one with dreads and gauges I think fairly large.so rude. I spend a lot of money there an I was treated like shit. I was trying to be respectful and not block any cars in as the parking lots awkward and difficult to maneuver in.

I never had a big problem with this place, it's been convenient since I work down the street. I'm a VIP member and am a frequent visitor. The girl who helped me last night, however, (brunette) was not knowledgeable about anything and never gave me info about the strain or even the price. I would have to ask her questions about everything and her answers were short, probably because she didn't know what the hell she was talking about. Her coworkers would have to chime in for her to answer my questions, and when I asked for a specific strain she handed me something completely different lol. Then she persuaded me to get a a couple of joints, one of which I asked her opinion of and she said she had never had it. And when she billed me out, turns out that joint was $17, which I'm okay with it for the right joint, but it would've been nice to know what made it so special and she had no idea. At this point I was done wasting my time talking to a clueless girl and I just paid for it and left. I have yet to try it but I'm pretty disappointed in my trip there and probably will be going elsewhere from now on.

I stopped coming here when I realized how over priced everything was and when the owner fired all of the original employees who actually had knowledge about Cannabis. Also how horribly he treats his employees. They don't even see their budtender samples that come in, that's not right. Why is every other shop okay with giving discounts but this shop is sooooo GREEDY with money. Very disappointing since I used to support them when they were a Medical shop!

Great atmosphere, great service. They were knowledgeable about their product and helped me identify what I needed.

Very overypiced weed you could get at any dispensary. The lady at the front desk refused to let my friend hand me my ID card when I was 5 feet away. I wish I could give this place a zero. The bud tenders are clueless about the selection and the staff was rude. I would take the time to view a different dispensary if you have the opportunity this was a time to be presented with poor quality marijuana with clueless employees. Avoid if you have the chance

Chris is amazing!  Very knowledgeable on the product and helps the "weed illiterate", ME, with any questions. I have fiber myalgia and arthritis and Sativa RSO helps sooooooo much. The place has a lot of stuff so you will def find what you're need are.

I preorder online a lot here and I understand if items are out of stock but they don't call or email to let me know. They just ignore the order. I emailed them asking for clarification and they canceled my order I was waiting for and never communicated with me.

I have been a frequent customer to "THG" for awhile, the people are always very friendly and knowledgeable in the products that they sell! An employee who goes by "Clutch" in particular is always EXTREMELY helpful, has great advice, and not only a great asset to the team but a great salesman as well!! I will continue to be a frequent customer for this reason! Thank you THG!

3 stars ONLY because their staff is AMAZING and Henry was absolutely the guru of the establishment.... HOWEVER, the same Solstice Pre rolled 3g pack (THE WHITE) is $25 elsewhere and $40 here.... EVEN WITH the discount for veterans it is still way more expensive.... sad case because I loved the vibe.....

Inventory issues are gone! For the past 4 months they have consistently had the products I need. Great store.

Love this establishment! Dope bud tenders who are absolutely knowledgeable about all things marijuana. See Jordan & Kiki- they know what's up. They always hook it up and make me smile. If I'm having the worst day ever, I know I can come here get what I want and be cheered up all on one.

I do not smoke, but was picking up to surprise my boyfriend. I dealt with Zena and asked for PESTICIDE FREE weed and she gave me 3 options. She said the best out of the 3 was called Star Dawg. Perfect. She's the expert right? Complete mistake. I went home and on the label it stated that there was pesticides in it. I called and let her know that I was disappointed & was told "it's still safe to smoke if that gives you a peace of mind." She was nice, but that doesn't replace MY $40 that I spent on HER mistake smh

No guarantees. No quality control. We bought edible product that was supposed to dispense by measured eye dropper. Eye dropper was clogged. Product was oily in places, crystals in others. Eye dropper broke (glass) trying to unclog. Was NOT what we expected, which was simple, a safe product to take with the eye dropper provided. No returns. No recourse. Not good customer service. Staff was nice. Seemed knowledgeable. Yet getting a quality mixture that had sat for god knows how little no, separated and congealed to clogging crystals, with maybe glass shards in it was not in their realm of concern. Take it or leave it -  deal with it ourselves was the end result. If one of their customers swallows glass I wonder if they'd be concerned.

Xena (sp?) was rude and unprofessional. I am new to Washington and has never been in before. I admit I didn't have much money to spend and had a lot of questions trying to find a reasonably priced deal. Once she realized I wasn't going to spend much money , she acted like she just wanted me out of her hair. She made me feel stupid for not knowing the difference between indica and sativa. She kept looking around like I was bothering her. I felt awkward and just left. I will probably be back to give it another go since I live close.

I never thought I would have to get on Yelp and write a review out of sheer frustration. ESPECIALLY for my dispensary. I have been shopping here for a while now and have spent a lot. Today I was met with a customer service rep who brushed me off as if I were bullshitting her. It was not a comfortable feeling as I go there  only and feel safe spending here. I have never worked with this person before but it was the girl with the bleach blond hair. I walked in to have a cartridge replaced as a piece fell off an it would no longer work. When I walked in I was greeted as Normal and explained to the woman my issue - she then passed me to the girl with really blond hair it it went from there. The girl was telling me my battery is dirty and that is why their cartridge broke.. ? Mind you I have purchased probably hundred's of cart's never have I seen this. I am a heavy pot head never heard of that so I went home to clean it with rubbing alcohol (as recommended by the girl) Put everything back together and still - no smoke or anything. I called the store like 4 times before someone answered. (it was the same girl who helped me 15 mins previous when I was in the store). She tells me on the phone "If you are within the 7-day policy! Bring it back and we can exchange it" So I tell her I was just there and you told me to clean it - still not working, what now? She was like "bring all packaging and cart back to store and we can see what we can do". I asked her multiple times if the manager was working because I no longer wanted to work with her. She kept avoiding the question and finally told me she was the lead.. the LEAD of what!!?!? You did nothing for me. At this point I am so over it lmao - the customer service quality with this one is lacking. I just truly felt like they did not care my cartridge broke and it was easier to tell me to go and clean it on my own. I sadly will NEVER be returning to this once fine establishment. If you choose to shop here - don't. I guess being a loyal customer does not pay off in the long run when you experience issues with their products.

Do not spend your money here, they don't have any new strains much  and when they do, the normal prices of the actual good strains goes up, it's a hustle!! There's never any discounts and they cater there prices to the area they are in because if you look at the same strains they are selling compared to Zips, Uncle Ike's etc you will find it 7 dollars cheaper even sometimes 10 dollars cheaper. This store is way over priced especially when there is a recreational marijuana store on every corner. Save your money and get more smoke instead of going to this store going broke with some weak strains.

This place was sort of nice well organized had a bunch of different products ?.

A tad pricy but not too bad, after a few visits I’m getting annoyed about saying no for the account, I noticed certain regulars are treated well and I usually leave feeling rushed out... a couple people there are nice but I usually get an older gal named Heidi, not only is she pushy and rude, I don’t think work is a place to complain about your ex-husband and man hating in general, this wasn’t said to me it just seemed really unprofessional and considering all factors I’m just gonna start going elsewhere, decent flower I guess
