I am extremely disappointed in the gallery.  I bought a juju joint.  I was told to  keep my receipt in case it didn't work.  I got home and it didn't work.  I took it back and was told the whole last shipment of them were having issues. I asked if i could exchange it for something else.  She said no i can only exchange for the same product. I live in Seattle but was visiting family in Tacoma.  I Got home and it didn't work.  Now i am out 50.00 plus the 10.00 tip.  I will never return.  If you know there is a problem why are you selling  them?

I love the gallery! Great products and customer service. I have been to the location in Spanaway and on Pacific Ave.

The Gallery is an amazing Recreational Cannabis store. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable with their product. When you walk inside it's roomy and the decor leaves you with a comfortable feeling, even when it's busy. One of safest one stop shops around!

I am a regular here at the gallery, make a visit about every week sometimes more. No matter what day or time I come in, I am always greeted by enthusiastic people who are excited to help. The inventory is extremely easy to browse, with their binders perpetually updated and available at the counters. They only accept cash for various reasons, but their on site ATM makes it very easy to comply. Accepting cash only also seems to speed up the check out process. The lines can be sort of long sometimes, but business moves quickly, and the other customers are typically chill enough to bare the wait just fine. There has never been a negative experience for me at the Gallery, I honestly don't think I have ever left without a smile on my face.

I love this place. Nice people great service. Very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Can I give no star? No? Well this place deserves no stars. This place shouldn't even be open. I treat cannabis like medicine. This place treats it like dirt. I never been in such an uncomfortable environment. I don't like walking into a place and being greeted by some scandalously dressed girl saying "what up yo". No that's rude and disrespectful.  You walk up to the counter and you then have to deal with women who are hired with no experience but try to play themselves up like they know EVERYTHING. Even though I get shown an indica as a sativa. No. The owner only hires women. Which whatever I get "sex" sells but if there's no knowledge, nothing sells and you give the cannabis world a bad name. Shame on you. On all of you. Get knowledgeable, get some sales experience, also get some social skills on professionalism. Maybe your door wouldn't rotate so much if you hired the right people.

This place has great prices and product! And the staff are really nice and knowledgeable as well! This place is very organized and clean. I'll definitely be back!

The products are nice quality! Good prices. Weekly specials, which is always nice. Because who doesn't love to save money?Anyways, the products and quality great and all and would've gotten 5 stars BUT I came by around 9:30-9:45pm and mind you, it's open til 11:30, but the guy "helping" did nothing but make me feel rushed and as if I was interrupting him in his final moments of waiting to get off work. He was patient but didn't seem very friendly. Wasn't happy w/ my experience for the first time in a long time. I earned my 20% discount. Will be using that & going somewhere else w/ better customer Service :-)

This is a cute little spot, reading the past reviews almost deterred is away but I'm glad we came in. The man helping us was friendly and helpful, partly I think because the place was empty. We got a Spoiled filter that was recommended to us that tasted sweet like Pears. I was a happy customer leaving.

Love the prices, the bud tenders & security that checks your ID at the door are friendly

Awful products and way over priced . The vape cartridge did not work . Very upsetting !

I've only been to 2 dispensaries, Zips and this place but this place had really good customer service. I brought edibles here both times I went here and the people here gave me really good recommendations. The first time I had a 5-pack mint chocolate one and the second time I had the Honu 10-pack ones and they were more like candy then chocolate but they were also really good. I like this place a little more than Zips just because of the exceptional customer service and the great recommendations

I purchased this last week for my arthritis and was hoping it would help with the aches and pains, but no. This product was made 12/14/2018 and expired 12/12/2019 and it offered a very timid balm at best. I have had other issues with The Gallery such as purchasing online and think I received the product I ordered but when I get home I see it is a similar looking product but not the one I ordered. When I check online to see the difference in price I see they substituted a cheaper product.Caveat Emptor

This business discriminates and supports tyrannical government overreach. They think it is their right and the right of the government to tell you how to breathe in order to buy bud. Not to mention they never have good sales. I'd rather buy bud from a friend. This business is not on the side of humanity.

Clean, quick and just the right amount of selection. I've never had a problem buying from here and that's why I'm a repeat customer. The deals are good depending on the day and they have a separate, attached store that sells glass and other paraphernalia, which are also subject to discount.

So they’re really good looking guy that helped me out was very sweet and very kind and very knowledgeable and he made me smile he made my day it didn’t hurt that he was really good looking either ha ha Ha it was a great clean place

EXPENSIVE!!!!! I recommend shopping around for your weed... You can definitely find the same weed $10-$15 cheaper just right down the road. I am not affiliated with any other weed store so nice try. I shop at this gallery and the weed store in Yelm because I live in between the two. Thank you for being a jerk when i wrote an honest review! That is an absolute horrible way to do business. You are over priced.

I love this place! This is my go to pot shop, the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable which is helpful for someone who came from a place where this isn't possible. Love how clean they are, I switched from green collar to them (:

Very lovely experience at The Gallery! I love that the glass/merchandise store is separate from the cannabis store. The Gallery has friendly staff who were very helpful and gave great recommendations. Definitely will return again.

Great location! I purchase items for my mother in law who can't get much due to pain. They are always so helpful and PATIENT! Staff are Very Knowledgeable and hit the mark everything!
