Clean facility, large selection, good prices, BUT the sales staff are sampling the product too much.  They never answer the phone and there is no voice mail.  Ordering online seems very straightforward, I submitted an order at 9:00 and confirmed by text immediately.  Went to pick up at 2:00, first clerk said they had received no order. Second clerk claimed they were out of what I ordered.  Third clerk found it, exactly what I ordered and exactly where it was supposed to be.

They have an amazing flower selection and always coming with new strains to keep things mixed up lol super friendly staff and prices are pretty good too

Green collar is a good place wuth helpful bartenders. Unfortunately Washington marijuana isn't anything close to what I'm used to. To many pesticides but the worst thing is prepackaged weed that is sub par all smells the same no matter what brand and is never the potency it claims. If the smell is so offensive why allow it. Not being able to smell is the worst. Sense of smell is everything when it comes to marijuana. It's to bad the liquor commission won't allow it

First time shopper. Brought home an eighth of Baylien to find seeds in it. Disappointing for sure! No organization here. People bouncing all around the store it's crowded and your rushed. Too much craziness going on here and poor product.

Green Collar does not stand behind their products. I purchased a vape pen that was supposed to be for dabs. After many phone calls and YouTube videos, I found out it was only for tobacco products. I was told too bad. They would not return an unused vape pen.  Poor business practices. Don't trust a place that won't stand behind their products.

They seem to have management issues. Every time I have purchased from there, I see almost a completely different staff, working that day, than I saw the previous time I stopped by. I prefer to shop where I feel more like family, not like I'm ordering fast food. This place just has an bad vibe to it and they don't carry Oleum.

They like to try to show they care but they don't... it's for the tip... they hide the good stuff for the employees and recommend the "good stuff" to the customers... wouldn't recommend this place especially if your not ok with big groups and small areas....

Had a family trip in  Washington. there were a lot of shops around in the area.and after walk into the doors of this shop. it is a nice and clean shop and the people are professional in real educational on what they sale.

I love this place, the bud is great, the prices are great and they have a great selection of dabs. Thank you Green Collar!

Very small and uncomfortable establishment, if you are close to peak hours you usually have to squeeze your way past people to check out. Some of the staff is helpful and friendly while others are odd and not customer oriented. One time one of the bouncers hit on my girlfriend as I walked into the store. A big negative for this company is their lack of deals. The only deal you can get is from your loyalty program. Aside from that they do have a very wide selection of products to offer with decent prices. I would recommend a few other rec shops in the Tacoma area before this one.

I was visiting from out-of-state and I dropped in this place. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions and the owner was super nice. The store had a great selection of buds, edibles and accessories. I'll definitely come here again when I am in town. If you are in town and are looking for a nice establishment to purchase some recreational green, go to Green Collar Cannabis.

This is the BEST place to go, they are all super friendly and know what theyre talking about!! I'm dealing with personal stuff and a couple of the girls offered to help me out and gave me a hug to help me feel better! ( definitly not something they have to do, but it was GREAT that they care about their customers!! (:

Weak ass dispensary with no daily deals. They say they price match bloom down the street but when you go there they lie and try to charge full price. Bloom right down the street carries almost everything they do but bloom does 30 percent off something different every single day so no matter what form of cannabis you use blooms got you covered. I genuinely tried to give this place a shot but there managers suck and are extremely rude and always lie. Why would I pay more at green collar cannabis when bloom down the street has the same thing for 30 percent off. What a bunch of idiots

They have some decently cheap weed, but theyre slow, half the time i have to ask twice for them to show me what i want, and if theyre packed they let the girls walk in ahead of any guys waiting. Also the regulars that are friends with each other like to cut  ahead in line and yell back at you in a group when you say something. This place sucks when its busy, and only decent when theyre slow enough you dont wait forever in line.Also be assertive about your discount if you give them your number. Or theyll say your discount isnt ready yet when it is, and when you come back you might find out the last person that rang your order up also used your discount without you benefitting from it.

I come here when my paychecks are small and I need really cheap weed. It seems like most of their flower is okay quality, and they have some higher quality stuff as well. I'm giving two stars because their selection isn't very big, and the customer service is shaky at best. The men always give me really good service, but a lot of the girls don't seem to care, with the exception of a couple of them. The store also feels a little trashy, and there are definitely better dispensaries in the same area. Like I said though, their deals are really good so it's one of the best places to go when your wallet is feeling light.

Fast,efficient, friendly knowledgeable. I got my stuff quickly,witch I love time is money. I don't like to look around I like to say What I want and have the guy put out an arrangement of different kinds of weed that I like for my price range from $10-$15 power button up or down either way from about 40 bucks and I walked out of here with a supreme eighth for 25 and come sit by the window I've spent more than $75 on an eight for premium weed in this stuff was almost it equal

In one of Our most recent trips this location predateing it entirely WE where confronted by a African Male for Our order being half of what WE paid for upon explaining it over the phone WE where rudely told well what can I do about if u don't bring it back hold on tell me your story agin and then hung up on  having many #51Dynasties #51Voices #GG51 people to look out for and having previously work in high security retail this feels like peeling off the top from customers all the receipts don't add up so WE can not advice going there and WE have stopped all communication with this store so choose at your own discretion it is up to You All.

To be honest this place would be one of the best dispensaries in Pierce county if the service was even remotely good. Competitive prices, and good selection always are a good recipe for success and this place has that, but it ends there. When you walk in it seems as if you have to make eye contact with one of the "budtenders" in order to be helped as it seems they are far more interested in their phones, conversing with one another, or flirting with the owner (who also could not care less whether you are there or not). I strongly advise knowing exactly what you want prior to being helped because if you have questions they have answers,,, just the wrong answers. It's painfully clear whoever does the hiring there isn't concerned about hiring people with good customer service skills, or who have any clue about what they are selling, and more concerned with hiring people who will work for cheap and are easy on the eyes. A change of management and staff would do this place a world of good.

I have been going to them since they re opened as a rec. I have loved the staff.  I have several bud tenders I always go to. However,  just found out that they fired my favorite Bud Tender my little Raider loving sexy momma Alana because her baby bump was showing How messed up is that?!?!?! Totally taking my business elsewhere. Shady shady shady.

I had frequented this Shop for over a year, but due to new Management and my Visit TODAY, I will NOT Return.I advise you take your money to one of the other ~10 establishments along Pacific Avenue.Now that the People that made this place GREAT are gone, there isn't really a point in shopping here. The deals and quality of Product have declined, as well as Point System; not to Mention the Managements Customer Service skills are atrocious with MEDICAL PAITENTS.This is not a Medically endorsed establishment, but when working at a Marijuana Shop, I personally feel as the Management should at least have decent Customer Service skills, and not be combative when asked a question about how they have changed operations. I would have had no problem continuing my purchases here in the future IF I was received and spoken to differently by the Manager, but it seemed she cared more about arguing than keeping a Customer happy, or even wanting them to return ever again. I was made so uncomfortable by this women, and I believe you should never feel this way in this type of establishment, especially for asking a question, regardless if they couldn't make happen what I was asking, there is a way to Professionally respond to a Customer, and this was not done Today.

Whenever I'm in town, this is thee only place I visit. The product is great, prices are decent as there is always a special of some kind. The customer service is beyond great. Though the parking lot is a little tight, it's worth the slight aggravation.

This used to be the only store WE went to (me and my whole family of adults) I went here accidentally right after they opened and discovered they were better than any other shop we have been to. Great selection, lots of choices of editable's and lots of high quality buds. BUT- over the last year they have almost gotten rid of all their editable's. We buy a lot and unfortunately we are forced to go other places that 'get it.'  Their online menu used to be accurate- very accurate- but over the last year- their online 'MENU' is NOT properly updated- so you waste your time going in to get your favorite buds- and of course- they are out. So long and short- and in my opinion- the one stop shop has failed their customers. We found a great newer shop that's like Green Collar used to be- in Auburn. So now we drive 5 times further- but it's worth it to only go to one place. They always have what their online menu states and have tons of editables. For the owners- Reply to this message when you go back to your original business model- you'll get this family of many back plus all our friends who we turned onto you. (They quit going to your establishment too due to lack of selection of editables and your horrible 'real time' menu updates)

I'm confused by the not transferring my 900+ points over to the new system. I am totally upset that I have to go to another store due to the fact that I don't trust someone that can't honor a loyal customer and takes away the insentive for coming in the store. Bad business for sure.

The store is my favorite store to shop at! I have been shopping here for years! They are usually super nice, last week I got a really rude girl that helped me however that was the first time anybody was ever rude to me there and that is not going to stop me from continuing to shop at my favorite store! They are usually very nice and have very good deals I love it here! XO

G.C.C. has some of the nicest people who are knowledgeable about flower, concentrates and more. I have been a customer for years and love this place!

They have great deals on dab and always have great products to choose from. My favorite cannabis store and cheaper prices than other stores for the same product
