This shop is complete trash and wouldn't give my business to them if allowed. This wasn't my first time shopping with them either. Upon arrival I was given a hard time with my out of state license(I'm from NH). After being allowed to shop, the manager was called over to check my ID again after the security guard thought my duplicate was a fake, manager didn't question it or ask me to leave. I still continued to shop and found what I wanted after another employee had to find what I was asking for repeatedly. As I was checking out the security guard brought over his phone again saying that the site he was looking at confirmed my state issued ID was a fake. I cannot stress this enough to out of state customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I came in to pick up an online order and was told I was banned. I was stunned and asked why. I was told that I was banned for purchasing for minors, which is ridiculous. I damn sure don't purchase for anyone other than myself and I don't even patronize this business with any type of frequency. I'm insulted and enraged. At least hat point I told them I didn't even want to spend money there anymore. When I asked for some type of explanation I was told that the GM was out and that they had been having problems with security- even discussing this security issue this morning amongst staff. I know I will never spend my money here again, even after this is sorted out. There are too many dispensaries around here for Bloom to be so disrespectful and flippant about customers. Their selection is basic.  Don't shop here. Go to Green Collar instead.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Firstly, the man at the door doesn't have to be rude in order to enforce whatever rules they have. He's blatantly rude, like the type of person who hates their job and despises being there. There were no clarifications on why, as two people entering together, had to be split up. Instead, we were greeted with some angry over weight white man that told us we can only be together if we are making separate purchases. From there, the staff helping had awkward and weird interactions with us. We asked for suggestions and they seemed uneducated or just lacked interest in helping customers.

Great location to pick up excellent bud. I love getting the Do Si Do by Quality Brand. Have some pics I'll post of the 1/4 I usually get when they send me texts for discounts of up to 30% off. Not giving this a five because the bud tenders are not the best cannabis connoisseur like most of the bud tenders out there. I have my faves but the bad outweigh the good tenders. Location tough to find I added this location to yelp.

These guys have really improved from when they first opened!! Lots of friendly faces, knowledgeable staff, and they don't mind if you ask them questions (or change your mind about an order) and they remembered my name after the third visit!! Very impressive staff for a retail "pot shop", and I always look forward to coming here.

This place needs a new manager desperately. After only asking questions she became instantly provoked. The Unprofessional and unsightly overweight lady has earned this businesses low rating.  Take my advise and go somewhere else, I prefer Commencement Bay Cannabis - Fife. Friendly and have a decent stock.

Been here since I'm new to town a few times because it's close. DO NOT GO. The staff is uneducated. Cartridges don't work and they are rude about it . Also was rude just for me said I didn't like brand or that one. Uncalled for I'll take all my money somewhere else where the people who put money in the worker's pockets appreciate you. Have y'all not been to other states and their stores? It's about an experience not about getting as much product in a store you can. SMH CUSTOMERS FIRST BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Racist and disgusting and have no respect. Never ever going back manger refusing my phone call and service. Horrible horrible. Shut it down. ! Ignorant workers! get new workers who dont racial profile.

Best cannabis dispensary I've found in the Seattle/Tacoma area! They have a great selection, and weekly deals of 30% off of their other products, And a point system that will give you 25% off if you're a regular, I've gone here for a year and never paid full price. I don't understand a lot of the bad reviews, sometimes the line is long if you go right after work, but usually can avoid it or order online. And they've had shortages recently Which was very unexpected, but they seem to be recovering well. I definitely wouldn't sleep on this place!

Straight trash, the bud tenders are idiots. They know nothing about the products that they are selling. You are better off walking in and picking something with your eyes closed before you ask one of those incompetent people. They try act like they know what they are talking about but in fact no nothing, trash service all around, TRASH. This company needs to hire some employees that can be held accountable for their mistakes. Children are selling weed acting like they are seasoned vets, but in truth they are just working there for the discounted weed.

I came here for the promos they run, I have now received my third faulty magnetic battery in a row. This time, I attempted to return my purchase within 7 days of original purchase in original packaging with receipt. I was assisted by an obedient employee who reiterated that his manager would not return, or even replace the equipment in store. Twice he went back to the manager who gladly remained "behind the curtain" and refused to do what's right for the customer. Faulty products and an establishment that doesn't stand by what they sell. Malfunctioning equipment within a week is unacceptable. Buyer beware.

Just do your self a favor and go directly across the street to Green Collar Club. Do not enter this place. Read the other reviews here on Yelp and just don't go here. They have 2 maybe 3 people working behind the counter and a line that's going out the door. Yes, they have great specials, that's why they get one star but the staff is uneducated, disrespectful and lacking in the customer service department terribly. Just go across the street and the budtenders at Green Collar Club will take good care of you.

Came in today and was picking up oil and the cashier made a mistake and accidentally picked 2 of the same strain when I wanted different strains. Came back within 5 mins and the manager looked at the camera and said that they laid 3 out and they will not exchange. Now zips on 72nd will be getting all my business. They have a better selection anyways on oleum and dabstract twice as much as bloom offers.

THEY DONT HAVE ANY GORILLA GLUE. I know they should have had some, they arent bad. If the next time i go here i get some fire gorilla glue i will smoke it.

Best dispensary in Tacoma. I never leave disappointed. I love this place and most of there budtenders are really helpful and know what's up.

Just go to Zips guys lol. Inventory is trash. Management is trash. Service is trash. Bloom is just trash. I'll never spend a penny there again!

The time it takes to get through the line half the time isn't worth the wait , selection is very slim but their prices are nice and their daily deals can make up for that at times . Should probably call ahead before stopping in .

Order is always wrong! Do not do a online order here! And make sure you triple check before leaving the counter that a bud tender didn't give you the wrong weed!

This used to be my favorite place to come buy flower and cartridges, until recently. The staff has become increasingly more unfriendly, I come in knowing what I want to bring home and they're rude, reluctant to let me know the deals I've earned, and unapologetic when their online menu doesn't line up to their current stock. The prices are ok but I can find business elsewhere where prices are matched or on the reservation where I'm treated with respect. I don't enjoy spending my money at a location and business where the staff makes the customers feel unwelcome.

Overpriced, & poor selection. I'm guessing this place specializes in vape cartridges because it's the one thing they do have a decent selection on. Service is nothing to write home about but not horrible. To many other dispensaries in the vicinity, no need to overpay at this one.

UPDATE-- I know I have RAVED about this place after being a long time customer. If fact I just gave them a good review last week but on Sunday I went in and a new guy named RICKEY was at the door. I was online order and 2 older ladies were in regular line so I got called in first (online goes first & gets priority) I told RICKEY "No it's ok, These ladies can go before me" He actually RAISED his voice and gestured his hand out for me to approach and yelled "No let's go you got priority".Keep in mind there was nobody in line but myself and the two other ladies. I explained to him at the door I've come here for before I know the rules and I didn't mind them going in front of me, he constantly stayed rude and extremely argumentative. In fact he kept on it until I asked the one bud tender to come and ask him to stop yelling at me. The manager knows I always come in here always in a good loud mood excited to see all of them. SoI approached the counter purchasing my order and on the way out I explained that I would be talking to the manager about his aggressive demeanor towards people and he proceeded to spell his name out for me!!! That just infuriated me more. I have ALOT of  respect for this place.I stuck it in here for a couple years and spent a lot of money up in here. But RICKEY is the MAIN reason I will NEVER step foot in here again. I know the manager she's not a bad person. Her personality works with her crew and how she trains and develops her crew. But this situation I won't allow to be sweep under the rug. RICKEY is new It probably was his first day but the way that you talk to customers Mr. Ricky you just cause Bloom to lose one of their very Best customers that thought a lot of the people that worked in here. RICKEY needs a lot of training because I don't know what dispensary he came from but you can't treat people like that then argue aggressive with a guest like that. BUMMER I loved this place. I won't spend one more penny in here unfortunately due to RICKEY.

Sucks and they never have any constellation cartridges in stock the only reason why I came here and people that work here are rude and don't know the product at all.

Bloom is one of my least favorite shops in the area, only reason I go there is because they are one of the few shops that carry specific growers I like. The staff is often unhelpful and can be very unprofessional. I've asked for a specific product before and they instantly say they don't have it when they do. Clearly they don't want to look. Not only are a lot of the bud tenders unprofessional but there is this one asshole bouncer that' I've seen mentioned here before. I'm always friendly and this guy checks my ID and then ignores me and won't respond. Guy clearly has a stick far up his ass. This place is also conveniently located in the ghetto so most likely you will run into a homeless person asking you for money or a guy trying to sell you his mixtape. Like I said, I only go here because they carry certain growers that not all shops carry. Yes they do carry some good products but it's limited, there's far better shops in Tacoma. Don't recommend it.

I come into this place 4 times a week. Spend over $100 every time I come in. Tip my Tender over 30% every single time. Instead of coming after work tonight I decided to come in on my way back home from a appt. The chick,  disgustingly poured into some TikTok leggings at the door asked me if I had "problem" waiting. I'm like "what?" Then proceeds to tell me about there tender to customer ratio with attitude. Cool. Got it. I don't need any kind of BS from you. Just know. I will not be back. I got money. I can go wherever. Good for you though. Being Billy badass at the door! Maybe your lazy ass can sit a little longer. Hire better Bloom!

Okay. This place has lost all my business. Forever. And my good word of mouth- gone. And my good referrals- bye bye. So RUDE are the people working there (females) Very UNTRUSTWORTHY. I've taken advantage of their 30% off Vape Thursdays for a long time. Got another email today, again, 30% off.  Went to the store, and for the fourth time in 5 weeks they (a female) only gave me 25% off. Each time I said the email says 30% off, she replys marketing changed this promotion and it's only 25% off- (sorry 'bout your luck, she said with her rude, prissy body language and her 'kiss my ass' eye-rolls. DID NOT TIP. Also, Do Not purchase any high end vape cartridges that are easily opened. I've discovered several were 'swapped out.' Thats right! Probably from a scrupulous, SKETCHY employee? We've vaped for a very long time and can easily tell the difference.  What fools. Spend your money else wear, at least for now. I normally give good reviews! This place could recover if someone actually pays attention and changes management or pulls their franchise.  I'd like my $28, $30 & $12 back from your promotion scam. One time a nice female manager gave me the 5% difference but was rude at first, but her demeanor  recovered when I politely asked why she was upset at me.  She informed me she was upset at the marketing firm for continued mistakes. Not my fault. Isn't there a law for this? It says no-where that they reserve the right to not honer promised sale price? It pulled me to the store. Fool me and many others no more.

Bought a $38 cartridge there yesterday that doesn't work at all not even one hit. It's totally broken. I've been trying to call since to see what can be done so I'm not out $40. Nothing. No one answering the phone. I've called no less than 15x. If I have to drive all the way down there for nothing I'm gonna be so bad. They need to make this right. Why have a phone if no one can ever be bothered to answer it? It's not rocket science. This does not need to be this difficult.

I don't understand what even happened when I went in. Can't say I recommend this place anymore. Guy pulled me outside to show me his buddies toro because I was having issues with mine. When we got back inside he dropped it and smashed the glass everywhere. Instantly got pissed at ME and started telling me how much he hates me. I sat there and waited to be helped while he just stood there getting angry. I got help from the other guy and as I left the dude asked for my Name just to tell me he hates me and never wants to help me again. Honestly you don't know who I am or what could push someone too far the wrong way. Treating a paying customer like that is pretty intense and unfortunately I will not be going back. Wish I could erase that entire interaction.

I  order online and typically it works out.. some staff ain't so friendly others are good no biggie but what got me was my last order I spent 100 bucks and ita normally all good so the one time I didn't double check my order til I got home I realized one  of my dabs was incorrect..I wanted fruity pebbles and was charged for fruity pebbles but I got a different dab that I did not order. I went to the store receipt and unopened dab and they would not give me what I ordered. Anyways was not handled correctly.. I'm a loyal customer.  But I guess it is what it is just changed my outlook on that business.

Love there prices and great selection on there products and they have really good customer services. There knew what they were selling to there customer. Keep up the great work!!!!

the deals are amazing when they have them and the online menu is actually up to date with what the store is actually carrying. imagine only seeing a few strains online then way more from that brand walking in but it's not online on the menu so ? whoever the big guy is checking IDs walking around like he owns the place deff gives off creepy uncomfortable vibes, saw him take a pill last night and drank his drink I hope it's prescribed or over the counter. almost a unsettling feeling when he's rolling his eyes at you because you come with your significant other and 1 person walks out so obviously only 1 can go in but tries to wave you in but only 1 can go in not 2. if 2 people are waiting don't be weird and try to wave 1 in. then roll your eyes. he just has some negative energy and bad vibes fits the neighborhood he's working in.

Some staff are useless! The price of wax on Wednesday 30% off is the only reason I go back every Wednesday or even go to the bloom cannabis at all!!!
