Amazing deals and staff! I'm in here a few times a week and they have never been anything but extremely helpful and full of knowledge. Now that they have a points program I have even more of an incentive to come in! They keep everything on display that you can actually see, unlike most dispensaries. Newbies have no fear, their staff is extremely knowledgeable!
Stopped in Cannabis Oasis on my way to Seattle and it looks like they've got new management. I love the changes taking place -- a wide variety of edibles, lots more flower brands and, my personal favorite, better prices!!
Really amazing selection and super hot prices! The guy that helped us was knowledgeable, just a little un-unenthusiastic. The prices are so good, I'll definitely be back tho.
One of the better locations in Tacoma and near the mall if you're one of the type to blaze blunts in the parking lot and shop it up in the heat. Otherwise, nothing special about this location vs the rest. Friendly as they want to be depends on what you're looking for if you need a better deal ask them and see about it yourself. They say are trying to compete with Mary Mart in the floor space department (They're approximately the 2nd largest in the area closest to DTT) but they dont quite utilize it to entertain people with retro music videos?
Great selection and very helpful and friendly staff! It's our #1 choice in Tacoma. Been loyal customers for almost a year!
Completely disappointing. Every single employee was visibly and noticeably high as a kite. The young man who attempted to help me clearly did not listen and brought me everything except what I was looking for. Completely useless. We walked out and will never be back. Found Xanders and am glad I did!
I enjoy coming here for the selection. Prices are reasonable. The best thing is all the medical supplies, like RSO etc at good prices. Always accomendating, and patient.
My fella and I have gone here, to 420, a few times. I was very impressed, initially, with this store. I like how everything is displayed and I (did) like the staff...until the last time. I went into the store, showed the door guy my ID. He seemed to be in a foul mood. I brushed it off as him just having a bad day, and I headed to the atm to make a withdrawal for spending cash at this shop. My fella was over picking out products, so when I finished at the atm, I headed off to join him. As I walked away from the atm, I was suddenly made wet (my hair and neck and shirt and left arm) by some kind of chemically product. It SCARED THE SH*T out of me. I thought there was a crazy person spraying crap on people.As I turned around to see what on earth was going on and who the heck was spraying me down with chemicals, I saw the door man...Let's just call him "STEVE"...walking back to his post by the door with an aerosol can.I Asked him why he had done that to me. He said he's supposed to spray down the buttons on the atm. I said that's fine, but when you sprayed me I was just about 10 feet away from the atm. Why am I covered with chemicals??He just shrugged and stopped communicating.I spoke the 'manager', who seemed very nonchalant about the situation. I explained I have stage 3 COPD, and that I didn't appreciate inhaling a bunch of junk from a can, and I didn't appreciate being covered by said junk, either.I wanted an apology, at least...but all I got was uncomfortable, dismissive shrugs like what a person gets from middle schoolers caught harming an animal. I felt demeaned. I felt endangered. Anyone that knows anything about COPD KNOWS just how f*cking dangerous what that door man did to me is. I felt targeted by "STEVE". I have no idea why "STEVE" chose to do that to me. I could smell that crap on my clothes all the way home.Every time I choose leave my house, enter a business, enter a hospital, encounter people just living their lives, it is a calculated RISK.There are only 4 stages. I'm at stage 3. I don't need some moron who's having a bad day to 'just for sh*ts and giggles' cause me an exacerbation.(an exacerbation requires emergency medical intervention, sometimes hospitalization, exposure to steroids that then make me immunocompromised for a period of time, putting me at greater risk of contracting various illnesses...which could kill me...like...oh...let's just say COVID 19) Each time I have an exacerbation, more PERMANENT DAMAGE happens to my lungs--Bringing me closer to the end stage...and then death.THANKS, STEVE. My son thanks you, as well...as does my fella who felt my wet sleeve and smelled the chemicals while I stood in line with him to spend $200 of my hard earned monies at your employer's establishment so that YOU can then get a PAYCHECK.
Nice place. Once your license is scanned your free to find what you need. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd revisit. Oh and remember CASH ONLY!!

My wife and I have been customers for over a year now with Canabis Oasis. They've changed ownership a couple of times during our time with them but their quality of products and good customer service hasn't changed. The staff have been consistently good with a stray "eh" experience once in a blue moon. Not everyone is meant for sales, it happens. Still our favorite shop overall.
If I could give this retail store 0 stars I would but I can't. Most unprofessional & unknowledgable bud tenders in the business. When I ask a budtender for sugar wax and they don't even know what that is; they then get me a budtender who "knows" concentrates and this ignorant associate hands me a gram of shatter AGAIN, I asked for sugar wax. Finally they sell me a product he says he gets all the time he knows is a waxy consistency & once finally open the product and it's again shatter!!! On top of that I can see a butane swirl in the gram of oil and white residue all over it, I go back into the shop to complain about this product & the door man says this has been happening a lot and to please hold on, once the associate comes over and hears what happened I get told to leave immediately because it was bad for business. Worst customer service & pricing of any weed shop. Xander's & 25trees is right around the around don't waste your time on these clowns. These guys won't be around for long running business like this. I'd bet on it.
Shit service 100 customers and only 2 workers and going off looks who they help first thought I was standing in line someone comes in 10 min after me and gets helped first! Worst pot shop in Tacoma!
We liked the variety and the prices at 420, and the fact that their products are located where the customers can see them. However, they scanned our ID's when we came in, which made us uncomfortable, and then the door guard insisted that my husband take of his sunglasses because they have a facial recognition system. This made us even more uncomfortable, and when my husband asked why, the door person rudely told him that if he didn't like it, we could leave! Well, we did, and we never went back. There are plenty of other cannabis shops in town that are friendlier and not quite so "Big Brother."
Ohkay this is by far my favorite dispensary in Tacoma , I'm a loyal customer and it's the only one I've been going to , great prices for good product , but today when I went in I couldn't actually go in because my license has a hole punch in it due to me getting a new Washington license I brought the paper from the DMV but still a no lol I'm confused because the DMV told me it would not be a problem to use my ID as long as I have the paperwork with me... I went to a dispensary right by 4/20 and it was no problem ...sad
This place is wonderful. Este was not only super helpful but incredibly knowledgeable about all the things in the store. I can often times feel very overwhelmed and insecure going into a dispensary but Este made me feel very welcome. I would absolutely recommend this dispensary if you're ever in the Tacoma area!
Saturday November 21 2020 , A white male security with glasses Threatened to harm me at the entrance over me taking off my hoodie. When I came in He told me to take off my hoodie, I took off my hoodie and said that there should be a sign up, the security guy immediately jumped up like his charged up with something at me and threaten to harm me because I "irritated him". After shopping he was standing at the door and threatened me again and he said "next time I will hurt you" for no reason, there was employees, there was customers all there and review your cameras. The next time I come in as a customer and he threatens me I will call the police on the spot and I will record that. I'm a daily customer and never had any issues with anyone in this facility. The security guy seems to be unhinged to intimidate and physically harm me unprovoked. Again,
So, just got back from 420 Tacoma and worked with the gentleman in the picture who had a mask but was not wearing it. I saw him work with 4 other customers before me also while not wearing a mask. When it was my turn I told him what I ordered, he brought it up, and I asked him, "Do you guys not have to wear masks here?" He proceeded to quickly put it on, only to immediately take it back off and say, "Well, I have been working an 8 hour day, plus it just makes it hand to talk to people." To which I said, "Yeah, I get it. I worked at costco for 8 hours today and had to wear my mask the whole time." He flatly said, "That'll be $42." I gave him the cash (obviously no tip) and he said, "And it's not like a mask helps with dirty money anyways," and I said, "Yeah, but I think it's a legal thing and a mutual respect thing. Also it does help with spreading the virus via aerosol and droplets." He then smiled big, handed me the product, and said smugly, "Have a good day!"To top it off, only two employees I saw there were wearing a mask properly, one person didn't even have a mask as he proceeded to pound it with the gentleman that I was working with, two employees took their mask completely down whenever they spoke with anyone, and everyone else had it below their noses which helps nothing!! Who knew that the patrons who come to the store care more about the employees than the employees care about anyone?
Not happy with the new layout of the store. You have everything behind counter on trays laid out in what looks like a vending machine. so you can't even see half of it. Will NOT be going back
Started recently coming here because I was having such a bad experience every time I went to Zips down the street. Everyone here is amazing, has great customer service and product knowledge that I'm never going back to Zips! LolSeriously, thank you!
I have mixed feelings about this store. On the one hand, I love that they display all of their products for easy shopping. Their employees are friendly and helpful. Their rewards program was amazing but is being slashed at the end of this month. The products they carry are reasonably priced and they have a decent selection. It's a super convenient location. I have been a regular customer here for years. I have recommended them to many friends. All of these things would normally add up to a 5 star review.....but.....The last time I was in the store I purchased some cannabis that was riddled with seeds. Not one or two, but a lot. When I called to ask what could be done they basically told me that it sucked for me, they weren't doing anything about it. I haven't bought weed this seedy since the 90s. I am having flashbacks of shady dime bags of my youth, before legal weed. This store will sell you product that is less than ideal quality and will make no apologies about it.
Great place... lots of options and helpful staff... much better prices than up north. Mr. Washington was particularly helpful.

Newly remodeled with new products!! Still awesome as ever. Masks are required and your I. D.. Always knowledgeable staff and prices are not too high. Everything is on the floor for you to browse before purchasing. They sell everything from vapes, paraphernalia for all their products, flower, edibles, dabs, wax , etc. Glass products and pre- rolls. Check out their huge new selection of products. Open til 11pm. Highly recommend. Usually pretty busy but I haven't been left standing around too long for assistance.
This store has got to be my favorite place in the Puget Sound area to get weed at ridiculously great prices, and a HUGE selection and a great staff of knowledgeable and friendly employees. Huge parking lot and local to everything else I need while running errands.
This use to be a good place to get mid grade for a cheap price. Now their selection is minimal and far less than quality
Whoever owns this dispensary - great job. The organization of the displays w/ legends of the type of strain and the ease in the boxes to find product is outstanding. Well done. Sets you apart!
