best customer service hands down, shayla is amazing!  best prices and loyalty rewards around!

Me and a friend came in to pick up an online order and we were immediately greeted by Kalae. We told her we had an online order and she quickly took care of us behind the counter. As we were checking out we asked if we could add another item to our order and without hesitation she said we could. We asked questions about some specific strains and in response she took us to the display cases to give us very detailed insight on some of the strains they had. We made our selection and she checked us out, telling us how our kindness had made her day and how she kept a notebook full of strains to study so she was always informed. She went well above and beyond what a budtender normally does and her customer service should be the standard for ALL of your budtenders. I have personally had budtenders who looked completely stoned on the job and gave terrible/broad insight on the products, so she was a breath of fresh air. Please make sure more of your employees follow her example.

Found this place searching for a minority-owned spot. Went to the Tacoma location. They were very welcoming, I was greeted right away. They have products on display with prices with tax included, no surprises. Then I gave my name and waited a moment while the cashier pulled it from the back. Got 10% as a new customer for signing up with my phone number. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Only thing I ask is please please update your online ordering potency percentages.  I bought 2 separate quarters today, one online says is 25% and on the bottle it's at a total of 17%, 15.14% thc. Not only that, I also bought a g of wax that was supposed to be 82%, open my bag in my car and it's at a solid 58%. I'm a heavy smoker with a high tolerance. I'm not to happy. Thankfully the other quarter was at least somewhat close to the percentage that was presented online. This is borderline false advertising. Yeah, I should have looked at it in store, if I have to do that every time, where is the convenience of online ordering!?!?

This is the best dispensary chain in the PNW.I love smoking the highest quality weed for the cheapest price.They carry an amazing selection of Journeys, Narrows, and a couple other brands that are amazingly cheap and fire bud! Definitely come into any of their locations and check them out.They're also always giving specials, consistently way more then any other dispensary in the PNW.

Being new to the Tacoma area, finding new establishments to replace your "usual go-to place(s)" is/are HARD. Didn't feel like a transplant/outsider with this establishment! Very happy. Loving their selection, accessibility, and rewards program. Pretty sure they gained a loyal customer already!

Watch out for the skinny younger guy with earrings at the cashiers he already short me a joint on two different visits . You a slick thief . Manager did not even want to make it right. watch out ppl make sure you look when they packing your stuff in the bag and always check your receipt !

Amazing selection of all different products! Good brands and great prices! The staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this place for all your cannabis needs!

This shop is On Point. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and knows the ins and outs of the broccoli. I will be a returning customer many times over. If you're looking for a shop call home base, I would definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't yet, and if you have, take a good look at their buds. You won't be sorry and you'll be back!

I pretty much stick with them mostly because of the service. There is always an abundant amout of staff members to assist you with your questions, as well as your order. The prices are fair and daily discounts are offered. This place def have all the F's! Friendly, Fast, and Fair!

Always a great experience here. Tons of knowledgeable employees who are happy to help and advise! Plus you can't beat the prices and points that rack up each time you buy. By far the best prices, customer service and quality product that we've found in Tacoma. 10/10 would recommend
