They say they close at midnight, but this is the third time I've been here before midnight and they've already locked the doors. The employees stand inside laughing and I don't find it funny. If you say you close at midnight and I show up at 11:52 and you've already locked the doors than you don't actually close at midnight. I know exactly what I want and would be done by 12. I'm a restaurant manager and I find this unacceptable. If you walk into my establishment 10 minutes before my posted closing time I still have to serve you... or you'd be pissed. We've been looking for a new store since Xander's closed and this won't be it. You need some customer service lessons.

Just amazing. I love the setup of the building. Guest staring on Street Plugs show was so much fun. THC is beyond legit for hosting this show! Street Plug DJs Live Marijuana & Music Review EVERY Monday night at 9!

Dude! What an awesome experience! Ask for Shyanne, if you're looking for a very friendly time, my wife and I talked with her and she was very helpful, outgoing, and knowledgeable. Definitely returning!

Shyanne is freakin awesome. Great personality and super knowledgeable and helpful. This is our favorite spot in Tacoma.

Today I was rudely banned from coming back into this Dispenary by one their managers that actually allowed me to do, what she banned me for. Long story short, Washington state law allows you to purchase 7 grams of Concentrates and 1 ounce of weed per day. Well their store for the longest time up until now, allowed me to go in and out, even this girl who banned me. I'm very confused, and I was treated very unprofessional by this women. Her response was "well it is what it is." Well I have contacted the LCD about the situation as well as my lawyer. We will be in touch.

Everything is super nice. The place is really clean and bright. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and kind, unlike some of the snootier places I've been. Kim-chi the dog is pretty adorable. Amazing prices, really. Great flower selection, you guys should start getting Zoots / up the edible selections! Over all 5 stars! My favorite shop in Tacoma!

Super friendly and amazing prices.  Stopped in today and was surprised to see on the top shelf buds on sale on Wednesday. 20% off is a deal for this house at cultivar.

I think they are standard for the area, they are not trying to be anything but a nice cannabis dispensary. A place can have more, so  they are always needing more eclectic features in my opinion and i didnt see too much.

The budtender ryann treats her coworkers like shit even with customers in store made the visit very uncomfortable and it's happened many times

When in Rome....lol.... So I visited this spot to check it out. The young lady working the counter was extremely friendly and helpful showing me and explaining everything. I had never seen anything like it! Overall a great experience.

I just had the pleasure of buying from The House of Cannabis. There were a few things that made me smile, first it was easy to find, with lots of Parking. Then a clean, friendly (and cute) Employee/Sales Rep greeted me! I learned from him that a VETERAN owns the place, and the Price for my Multi Pack Prerolls was even less than California, where I'm from.The inside is also tastefully decorated. Definitely worth visiting!

Worst store in Tacoma. tries to pus 4 dollar items at you. I told the girl I didnt enjoy them and ahe wouldnt even gongwt me doffeenet items more higher priced. no one wants to buy dirt. so i was stuck leaving w 2 containers. Go anywhere else

One particular saleswoman gave me an attitude for asking questions. You have the easiest job in the world. Sorry if I didn't make ur already simple job simpler.

I have been getting my marijuana from this place for quite some time now. They provide the best customer service that I have ever experienced compared to any other weed store I have gone too. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and overall give you a welcoming experience as soon as you step in the door! They don't try to rush you out the door or skip your place in line if you need to withdraw cash to make your payment. They are always quick to answer the phone when I have called and have very good phone etiquette! They are very patient especially with all the question asking I tend to do! Although I try to do my research before coming in... things don't always go as planned and I want to know everything about every product and look at everything!  5 star business in my opinion!!!!!!

I have been going here for about a year now. The staff is super friendly and super helpful and very knowledgeable about their inventory! the prices pretty much beat everyone else’s around. I definitely recommend this dispensary- and if you go see Ry’ann she is the best!

Tacoma house is the best ! They have the Best workers in the game! Ryann in particular, I am confident as a regular smoker that she will guide me to getting right product, she always on the move busting butt and always happy to be there. Just good all around worker !

Best place in Tacoma to go! Most welcoming and friendly staff, great selection of products and paraphernalia. They also have great daily deals! AND happy hour!! It’s also way less stressful than if you went to Zips/Clear Choice/Cookies. 10/10 go to House of Cannabis!

MY FAVORITE SHOP IN WASHINGTON!!! There are a ton of pot shops in the area but this one consistently takes the cake! It's a smaller shop than some of the other shops in the area but I always LOVE the service here, it's fabulous enough that I'll drive extra miles to shop here rather than the stores closer to where I live. The staff is SO kind, helpful, and gives the BEST recommendations. I've gotten some awesome help picking out my first bong, been recommended some AWESOME strains, and always have a great shopping experience with the great customer service. AND they're veteran owned which is AWESOME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
