Love this place, prices are pretty good for quality. They just don't have a large selection and the room is pretty small. Also cash only (but they do have an ATM inside).

I just recently placed an online order for 3:20pm pickup. I received a confirmation email,but was never contacted by phone. I decided to drive there waited another 10-15 minutes (mind you my pick up time has already passed) customers who arrived after me were helped...but not I,nobody came over to ask if I needed help or even for security reasons why I was just sitting there with my car on for the past 10-15 minutes. I texted that I was on site and no answer. Never again will I buy from THCSD..... and I'm supposed to spend my hard-earned money with you guys,NEVER AGAIN!!!!

LIZ is super kind and helpful! They have a huge selection of products!!!!  The CBD products are helpful for people who have pain management issues!

I found a bug/mass inside a tincture purchased here, they would not exchange the bottle because I couldn't get the said mass back into the dropper from inside the dark ass bottle. Instead of exchanging it, they made me try to get the thing back out of the completely full vile with the dropper! Kinda bullshit, if a repeating customer says something is inside it besides the tincture, just do the right thing and replace it instead of making your customer feel stupid. Thanks for nothing....

Today, I called to place a pickup order for same day curbside pickup as advertised. I apparently called 4 minutes too late and the sales rep informed me that I would need to come wait in line to buy same day now. With Covid, this was a failed option, so this negative review is published to show that this company is unwilling to work with customers. I'll remain loyal to March & Ash from this point forth. This review remains until a manager reaches out to fix this bad user experience.

Horrible staff, don't waste gas driving here because they might turn you down. As a medical patient, I needed my products but my money was spent on gas on the way there instead, employees even insist on leaving rude remarks. Absolutely a disgrace

Ordered online and got a scheduled curbside pick up time.  Got there 5 minutes early.  Waited 20 minutes parked and watching other vehicles show up and get their white sacks delivered curbside and leave.  Watched the line of folks waiting outside climb up the stairs and leave with their product.  Finally got out and waited in line myself and went upstairs.  The young female behind the counter didn't want to hear about my order.  She just made sure I didn't actually touch any of the goods on the shelf.  I spent over a hundred bucks and she handed me back my three dollars change fanned out like she expected a tip.  "Thanks for coming by," she trilled when I didn't give her the 3 bucks.  Swear to God I would travel another 200 yards to Apothekare if they carried my brand of gummies.

Horrible customer service here.   Do not buy any specials -- really dry, old dusty flower, do not buy the "ZIPS" here either, horrible -- what they show you in their sample jars are NOT what you get when you get home.  I bought a half ounce of ZIPS $116, took it home -- nothing but stems, seeds and horrible leafy, leafy backdoor crap I would not even smoke.Tried to get an exchange at least -- as I saw one of the owners for months at the same coffee shop, Jim.  Jim Owner could care less who you are, or how much money you've spent here, could care less about keeping a loyal customer -- nothing offered to accommodate except 20% off which I get from Food4Less receipts for free -- NEVER GOING BACK.  Thank you for your HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DOING BUSINESS -- NEVER WILL SPEND MY $800 PER MONTH AT YOUR LOCATION AGAIN.

My father had stage 4 liver cancer and I came to this dispensary. The guy took time to explain to me the different options and what other patients had taken. Incredibly patient despite having a line behind me. I've never had such great customer service anywhere else. The place is new, squeaky clean, and so many options from oils, edibles and the regular.

The first time I came here, I received excellent, prompt and friendly curbside service. I came back today to pick up my order at 9am. I arrived and texted that I was there at my designated time, and another customer came 15 minutes after me. I waited almost 20 minutes and the woman working today served the other customer before me, without even acknowledging me. I canceled my order and left, and will not be returning. Frustrating.

First they told me over the phone to come and get the item that I wanted. When I got there they didn't have it in stock. At that time I ordered it. Two weeks later I hadn't heard from them so I called. It was in stock so went to pick it up. When I got there they said I needed a letter to get as many as I ordered. Why didn't they mention that on the phone. I went down the street to March and Ash and they had the product on hand and it was less expensive the THCSD and they did not require a letter.

Flower aside, it's ultimately the great customer service I get here that keeps me coming back all the time (everyday to be exact). I've never gotten a bad product and when i did have a small issue they always make it better by giving some sort of deal. But as I said, you can get good flower anywhere nowadays but this customer service is rare.

I've been here 3 times now am always impressed with the wide range and quality of products. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. It's also great that you get incentives the first few times you visit (free pre-roll, 20% off, and 30% off). Most of the products are pretty affordable too. They have a lot of CBD products which is great if you're not looking to get high. Everything is always clean and there's never been too much of a line or wait. Highly recommended!

I am always stopping in new shops and this one has a small staff and really take the time to get to know you and Help you pick the right THc for your needs. I was trying to kick all my sleep Meds and they recommend getting a northern lights vape cartridge from Heavy Hitters & I slept like a baby . TY for everything ... def will be back soon

I love this place. The bud tenders are awesome and never let me down. And I love the the discounts! I've been coming here for a year and will continue as long as I'm here in San Diego

I stopped in here on Friday and was blown away by the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the store. Andy B communicated with me via email and answered all of my questions about VET CBD before I even drove down there. It was such a flawless experience and I'm happy that vetcbd.com led me to this dispensary. Kiki the Wonderdog has a herniated disc in her neck that was easily fixed by Prednisone last year. When it flared up again this year, the meds helped but didn't bring her back to 100%. A handful of friends suggested CBD oil and one friend in particular pointed me to the vetcbd website. After 2 doses I could see a difference in her so I'll wean her off the Prednisone and stick to the CBD exclusively to spare her liver a host of problems. I'm smiling as I write this. Few places make me smile but THCSD is putting the pep back in Kiki's and my steps. You guys are great and this old lady thanks you for your expertise and kindness. The 10% first-timer discount didn't suck either.

Another stop of my San Diego dispensary journey! As always, here are my thoughts and experience. The Good:- The location is just off the 15 freeway. The parking lots is nice and they have parking spots specified for the store. - Super fast ID check. No security wand or pat down, which is nice. - Great quality cannabis with VERY high THC content. So far, they've had the best cannabis I've purchased from any other dispensary.- They have a displace case with buds in jars so you can still smell and look at the product. Then after you buy it, it comes in the sealed, child proof package. - Super nice bud tender who took some time to show me tinctures and had great recommendations for buds. The Bad:- My ONLY issue with this place is the size. This is a single room that is TINY. I thought I was moving into a waiting area...nope. It forces the bud tenders to be reach over one another to check people out. With more then 5 people trying to get there herbs, it became a little chaotic. I will be returning to THC. Highly recommended.

Best in the area. The staff, prices and selection have kept me coming here for years now. When I'm in the mood for something new there are a ton of options and I never feel rushed. Ive never walked out of THC feeling anything but good vibes. Thank you guys and gals for always being in point.

I'd like to say this is the best dispensary in San Diego. The location is right off the 15 and the 8, just depends where you're coming from. You might miss it if you don't pay attention.There's plenty of parking when they're not busy but it can get packed in there. Just shows you how popular this dispensary is. The shop is located upstairs and before you even get to go inside you're always greeted with a warm welcome from their security staff. No intimidation, just a hello with a smile.The dispensary is small but they pack a punch. You check in like any dispensary and while you wait there's a TV screen with a list of what they have but they actually have more than what it states on the screen. When your name is called you're paired with a Bud tender. No matter who you get they're all very knowledgeable and very friendly. And if they don't know the answer to your question they ask each other, BOOM, teamwork!Their prices are pretty fair and they have plenty of products to choose from. There's always something new as well. They even have CBD oil specifically for dogs which I get for my pup because he gets car sick on long car rides.I had a cartridge not function after I bought it. I went back to ask if I was doing something wrong, they took a look at it and eventually gave me a refund!Overall these guys are on point. They provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere even before you go in the shop. I do hope they expand into a bigger facility but this little shop is pretty great!

Based on my past experiences this is a first class establishment. My only problem is the limited selection. The place is not shady feeling at all in fact it is one of the nicest I have been to in SD. I like the kushy punch edibles and they are the same price ($12) as Point Loma Peoples collective (without the horrible wait). Point Loma Collective is definitely my go to but the wait there has been horrid almost every time I go. I had a bad delivery experience once so i prefer to go to the establishment and as far as a storefront goes this place is pretty stellar. Now if they can get a better variety they would beat out Point Loma in a heart beart.

The Healing Center is a beautiful little place in San Diego that caters to both medical and recreational services. The max number of people allowed inside the store is 4 people, so it can be a wait when it is busy. However, the wait is well worth it because they have such a great selection of products. I mostly go here for edibles because they have the best selection! They also have pre-rolls, flowers, vapes, etc. the employees are extremely nice and helpful! If it is your first time visiting here you get the choice of 10% off your purchase or a $1 pre-roll! They also have military and student discounts which are very convenient. There is a private lot with parking spots for their specific dispensary. This is my favorite dispensary in San Diego and I am always able to find a good deal here.

I am lowering my rating because I was not happy with my last few experiences at this place. First of all, it is just way too cramped. The employees here are immature and some are not very friendly. It is just negative experience when I go here, and I get heebeejeebies from the negative vibes here.

This place was great! Very professional and clean.   The only thing our bud tender spoke so fast and it was so crowded. I wanted edibles but there was no time to look around as I thought it was a rush out. However it was so busy there just wasn't  time I WILL be back though because it's great.

Okay shop. Prices are through the roof. Horrible placement of ATM machine. They keep inside the locked room meaning you have to wait for everyone to do their ATM transactions on your time.

Quick, easy, clean, friendly. I'm always learning something new when I come here- like all the discounts they give, for new customers, Weds & Sunday Happy Hour (20%off), Student, Veteran, Disabled discounts (10%). The stuff is quality and there's always a good selection.

My favorite place!! They have the best goodies and the staff is super knowledgable about the different kinds of cannabis! Unfortunately, because of the awesome recreational law, this place has become PACKED. It is now a small place with TONS of high demand!!!! (I fear they will increase prices a lot in addition to the extra tax due to higher demand :( ) No :) Back off! My place! lol. In all honesty, I aim for their edibles (their mints are very small dose.. I can only handle edibles in small dose :) ) which help me sleep at night :) Best fight for insomnia!!! Doesn't give me the daytime fatigue that prescription (sedatives) medication has given me throughout my life!

My friend recommended I check out THC and now this is officially my favorite dispensary in SD. Even though it's a really small store they have a pretty big selection. You'll find everything you need here. What I love most about this spot is the customer service. I'm a casual user so I tend to get a little lost when trying to find something to fit my needs. Mauricio (?) was super knowledgeable about their products and a total sweetheart, which made my experience much less overwhelming. I've since been telling my other friends about THC and they all had positive experiences here is well. Can't wait to come back :)

The staff are great and selection is good.  The wait time is pretty bad.  I was in line for an hour and 15 min before getting in the door.  I had 8 people in front of me.

Service was BEYOND terrible. Placed an order for delivery. Was told it would be 20-30 minutes. Called after an hour of waiting, no one answered. Finally, THCSD called back. "We're on our way," they said. Another hour ticks by- still nothing.FINALLY, our delivery arrived 2+ hours late with a half-heated apology for my wasted time. Freaking ridiculous. THCSD is disappointingly inefficient, and just plain disrespectful of their customers.

This is the first dispensary I've ever been to and I don't plan on going anywhere else. It's always fast and super friendly. Parking is easy and the shop is really clean. They're very knowledgeable on what they carry and I always leave satisfied!

Save your money. The quality is okay. But for the price it's not worth it. The new taxes on top of prices for the herbs is outrageous. Reminds me why I don't go to places like this. Back to the local man I go.

I love this place.  Professional, educated staff guide you through a well stocked supply of bud, edibles, concentrates, etc...Kayla, Ferris(Sorry if I mispelled), Justin, and the rest of the budtenders always take care of me.   Keep up the great work THC!

This dispensary is not a huge shop, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in quality flower and amazing knowledgeable bud tenders. Weekends are busy and you might wait, but once up you don't feel rushed. Amazing selection of lab-tested pens. Keep up the great work thcsd.

They've got a great assortment of product- clean, professional, quality, & solid service. A tad bit overpriced- but it's in a convenient location.

Go to spot.  Take a min and ask the bud tenders about the product - they are extremely knowledgeable and love to help.  Rewards program has been sweet.  No lame hipster better than you vibe.

Healing center can get busy, but the staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and quick to help you find the best fitting solution for whatever ails your being.

A small store but they have anything that you desire- smoke and edibles.  Try the Saturday morning cookies that are good any morning.  Prices are good and I love the cash back offering.  Staff is polite, friendly and have  a sense of humor as do the security outside the store.  Kind folk.  Hats off to Brian and to Graham.  You two are the best!

First off this place is the size of my bathroom and people are overflowing out into the parking lot! I was waiting and they seriously called a guys name for 10 minutes straight until he finally came in. Could have just skipped him to keep the line moving. After 30 minutes of waiting and I get in and there is 1/8ths for $70. WTF! So I'm like I'll take the 35 dollar eight. Go to ring up and their like it's 44 dollars. I'm like Wtf!  Yea they don't add the tax on tell the end. I told the guy that's stupid why don't you just write it out with the tax already included like most other places and he rolled his eyes. He wasn't very helpful or enthusiastic at all. Overall I would buy weed off the streets before ever going back there!

Some pros and cons about this place! Seems like if you aren't a regular you wont be treated as friendly. Which is ridiculous. Check in process was fairly easy, one of the easiest I've had to go through as a FTP. Was weird that we had to wait our turn as we watched a female check in then walk in without wait before us..no idea if she was an employee, but seems like an unfair procedure,unless the patient needs immediate attention. As they market as a "healing center" the environment felt very much like kids just getting high and working at a 7-11 type dispensary instead of a zen type healing center that I was expecting. Two bud tender girls were high as a kite and speak in monotone delinquent tones..i mean to each their own, but I like my budtenders to sound professional and friendly. Our budtender particularly liz? Was very unfriendly and could sense her vibes of judgment from inches away. Maybe that's just who she is or she was having a bad night but that cost a potential returning customer. As someone who works in customer service I notice every detail of service, and service workers should ensure they're giving the best possible ESPECIALLY to new customers. I know its protocol to watch every customer while they shop in case of theft, but it was nearly impossible to browse edibles while the ditsy budtender stands in silence inches away staring at every move you make judging and acting annoyed because we're taking our time. We didnt end up buying an edible for this very reason. Its important to  train employees how to watch closely without being invasive, this thin line rubbed me the wrong way. Diversity needs to be in check, I only saw one POC working as "security" I guess which is very cliche. As a POC the "hawk eyes" on me and not my white boyfriend very much turned me off. I dont think this place is racist what so ever, just a personal experience I've been dealing with and noticing my whole life and this place sadly felt the same. Prices were decent. We loved our $1 pre roll for FTP deal, it put us right to sleep! Location was nice and private, but hard for us to find at night in an unknown area. Im not from SD and maybe i'm use to different service dispensaries...but this by far was my least favorite dispensary to visit. If it wasnt for the awesome $1 indica pre roll and easy check in I would have left 1 star. This is just my honest review, I hope the owners can take a few notes! Liz is probably great with her regulars but she needs to work on friendliness and openness with unknown customers in order to get the sales we intended to make but ultimately didnt due to environment. Not her fault, but the company's for not being adamant enough on ensuring perfect service every time. Train dont shame. Much love and appreciation, hope you guys will do better!

Glad we found this place. Best place to go. Even when the line is long (sometimes) it's worth the wait. Employees are all very helpful. Reefah has helped us out multiple times and he's been great. Definitely going back, duh...

Can't speak highly enough of this place. Despite having only been here twice, truthfully I can't get over how much of a small business family vibe they give off. I've visited a few other dispensaries in SD, and this one not only has super nice and knowledgeable bud tenders, but is also really well priced. Really pleased with this place and will definitely become a regular. Want to shout your Justin for his awesome assistance and kind attitude. Cheers!...It's been a few months since my 1st review of this place, and I just needed to pop in and say that this place continues to be my go-to recreational dispensary in SD! The prices are unbeatable, the staff is just always so nice and ready to inform and to help. It feels like you're chatting with friends when you're in there, and it just has that small business family vibe. I hope they stick to their mantra because they stay busy and people seem to always leave satisfied. Keep it up!

Great place.  I have used it a few times.  The first time was my first visit to a dispensary.  Re-entering cannabis after three decades, I was a bit tentative, but the folks here really put me at ease.  I knew what I wanted, but they are really go out of the way to explain the details of the products.  Very friendly and fast.  Don't worry if they ask you to take a seat, it wont be for long.  Military discount too!   My second time I ordered online for pick up and this is the way to go.  I can't say enough about how nice the staff is. Only drawback is that at peak times, the parking lot is tight, but people are in and out so it was not a problem.

I'm disappointed to give THC this review. It seems as though the Marijuana Legalization has led to so much business that customer service takes second place to customer satisfaction. I've been going to THC for the last couple of years and it's been mostly positive. Unfortunately I'm tired of driving down from Carlsbad for bad product and unmet promises as well as offers not applied on my account, getting home to find missing product. They sell products with pesticides and all kinds of carcinogens and when I tried to return they refused. This after I called a second time, telling me to come back and they'd take care of the situation. I stopped by a second time after a 45 min drive and in a rush. Since I called and explained the problem they said no problem. Well It took 20 minuets of going back and forth... the offered me a discount on future purchase, then they changed their mind and refused to Return    Rescinded the discounts saying Brassknuckles isn't a legit company. .,, it's a Brassknuckle cartridge that has now been revealed is full of chemicals and cancer causing additives. They informed me these cartridges are poor quality and they've stopped carrying them. Still refusing to take back the crap they sold me. So now you admit to having sold me shit and you still refuse. Find a better dispensary. People with integrity deserve your business. Please reach out and I'll suggest some other options.....or I'll get it for u

Cool spot for all my medical and rec needs. The lines are usually too long. They might need a better system. Ive been to other places that have more people and less waiting.

Service was good but the store is soo small, tiny. The products they carry were decent but not tested which in this industry is a must. Pay $60+ tax  for a 1/8th is a bit much for an untested strain. Like I said the employee was nice but just not the set up I'm looking for. I like to smell different strains available then just 5-10 flowers. It's just the beginning in the legal industry just don't make your facility look bigger then what it is (false advertisement)

Very professional and clean. They had answers for my questions and even though they didn't have my usual product they suggested something just as good :).

First off, I don't know how any of y'all can rate this place less than 5 stars. I've been going to them for probably about 2 years now, I've been through four vapes with them and lots of flower and cartridges. I love all the employees such as Bryan, James and Roxana and there's more that I feel so bad I can't remember his name right now but he has all the tattoos and especially the manager Nate. Even if I had the smallest problem with my vape or cartridges they were so good about looking at the problem and even replacing it if need be. They've always answered all my question and stayed nice to my crazy ass. I've had my med card for four years now I've been to tons of dispensary's and now I won't go anywhere else but this one. (Even with these new taxes) plus let's not forget they started their cash back rewards system which will help you save 5% on all your purchases.

Nice store guys I love it!  Unlike any other dispensary I have been to in San Diego..so clean and professional.It was so easy to get to once I was there..right off the freeway.  I'm not much into the concentrates but they seemed to have quite a few choices lows and mids even.  I found my new favorite flower Romberry Out of this World!  Just a little before bed and kills my back pain...thanks THC.  See ya soon!

You know who's awesome....not these guys. We called for over a 15 minute time span (to check their hours) before we headed over to make sure they would still help us if we arrived right at 9:00, which on that day, according to Google, was their closing time. They never answered the phone. When we arrived at 8:59, we were met with a "tough (you know what), our clock says 9:02, and we could care less about helping you attitude." My husband tried to reason with them in regards to the time and they proceeded to argue about the accuracy of their clock. They should probably change their name, because Healing Center implies they care, and these guys just don't I would give them 0 stars if I could. As a side note, the watch we were using to keep time is atomic so it's accurate and had they bothered to actually answer their phone we could have avoided rushing there because we would have known their clock was wrong to begin with. All my husband needed was CBD oil for his anxiety, although he planned to buy a lot of it, so they lost quite a bit of business.

This place has good deals. If you review or are a student there's a discounts also if you bring in the bags they give you the weed in. The only issue I have with this place is the size, because of the max occupancy there is usually a wait.

Very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. I've been here twice now and didn't have to wait long either time. It's small and they only allow 4 people on the dispensary at a time but I think it makes for a more personal experience. Plenty of parking and the security guards are also friendly. I can get VETCBD oil for my dog here too! You can even order online to expedite the process.

This is a top shelf place! I had my first visit, and they gave me a free gram of top shelf product! I was told that even day between 9am and 10am you get a free cone with any purchase.

They ripped me off. The supposed good stuff dry and not potent,  and the brownies I bought had no effect.....beware!!

Called ahead of time on the phone to make sure there were A) first time patient deals B) accepting medicinal marijuana patients with a recommendation and C) how much tax because new laws have changed tax at different dispensaries. On the phone the worker said there were all of these qualifications: a first time patient deal, and NO tax for people over the age of 21 with a valid recommendation. When going into the dispensary, the worker charged 23% tax as a "discount" for having a recc(tax without a medical recc is 30%) and also was charged for my "free" gift. I will not be returning to this dispensary simply because the promises made on the phone were not kept and I got home and my bags were weighed short by .2 for each of them.

Really casper?! Your there to buy bud not interior decorate. This shop is one of the best I been to BECAUSE it's small. I'm not bombarded with 90 different shitty strains. Plus I'm in out every time. No 45 min waits...just wish they didn't use those bags to put da herbs in, containers would be nice. They rock!!!

I am not a cannabis user, no judgement just never was my cup of tea.  At 40 yrs old I got carpal tunnel and decided to take an alternative route.  I got my cannabis card and went to the "clinic" that was recommended to me by the doctor.  It was so shady i really felt uncomfortable talking about my medical issues, and felt very much "speak easy" "illegal" vibe.  At a friend's recommendation I went to THCSD and it was such a different experience.  The staff were lovely and knowledgeable, their supply was vast and their location was ace!  I can't say enough nice things about the receptionist who helped us that day (Fri afternoon, hate that i don't remember her name!) and the whole experience felt like going to a pharmacy (clinical atmosphere, extremely sterile environment where your medical needs are attended to).

I love this place. The budtenders are so helpful and nice; knowledgeable too. It's a small, cozy dispensary but they have the most excellent weed that I've used in the whole area. HIGHly  recommend  Hmm, apparently Yelp wants me to continue to write my review because they said it was an average in length...whatever Yelp. LOL SO, I will say this:  This place has an ATM, it's air-conditioned and they have plenty of seats.  It seems totally legit; it's not one of those shady ass-ones that you go to sometimes and you're like what the hell am I doing here? You know what I mean?

The staff here really know their products. Extremely helpful. Great selection. A bit pricier than other places nearby, but I can overlook this because of the reasons named above. Highly recommend. Andy is the best!!

This establishment is amazing!  Friendly knowledgable staff!  Great products, reasonable prices, cool vibe and location.  Having to get cash out now is extremely lame but yin and yang for everything.  Even the security guards are awesome!  Definitely a destination for Cannabis goods.

strong 4 star for this place! only reason it's not a five star is because it's fairly small and sometimes the wait is long. you can order online and pick up and skip the line so be smart and take advantage of that. great staff and good products

Three stars for a clean and legit product. There's not much else to say that's good about the place tbh. Not very professional and the sale flyers are not clear. Every misunderstanding is the fault of the customer which makes me say just go somewhere else. Nice people but meh service!

THCSD sold me concentrate from a company I'd never tried before called Jet Packs which tastes straight up like rubber when I smoke it, and they refuse to exchange it. There was even a second one from a company called Stoner which wasn't that much better either. Quality control is shit. I've spent so much money with them. Their employee on the phone suggested I try something more expensive next time... lol. Is that right bud? I get something that's $4 less than your "higher end" stuff, and I should expect for it to taste like rubber? Next time? I'm finding a new dispensary.

Had a 40% off coupon that THC would NOT honor. I asked to speak to a manager and a young man by the name of Thomas came over. He not only refused to honor the discount but he became VERY ARGUMENTATIVE!!! No big deal...instead of buying product here I went to Columbia Care in Pacific Beach...where THEY ALWAYS TREAT ME WELL!!!I would advise you to AVOID THIS PLACE too!!!

I was looking for high THC Sativa. The menu offered 26% THC sativa for $275/oz. Knowing the menu may not always be up to date, I called to verify and spoke to Wendy. She apologized  saying  they ran out of this product, but have another sativa, 29% THC for the same price. I drove to the dispensary and stood in line to get my medicine. Budtender apologized again and said that the actual price is $360/oz. Swallowing the difference, I still purchased half an oz. Arriving home, I opened the doggy bug, to my surprise, the label stated that it is only 24% THC!I called back and spoke with the same person, who this time lied to my face saying that she never mentioned 29% THC and that there are no exchanges, returns, etc. I feel cheated and deeply offended... Please try to avoid this place and if you happen to buy there, read labels instead of their smiles.

This used to be my go-to spot but the service and quality had gone down drastically. I'm not sure what happened but whoever is managing the curbside pick up needs to get fired, ASAP. They gave me the wrong order and I had to drive all the way back to switch it and was charged more for what I was originally billed. Wow customer service right? Second time I ordered curb-side, I had it set for pick up at 12:30pm, they didn't text me back till 7:30 pm! Text was "still coming". Wow... So I texted back and said yes, I wasn't told that my order was ready and how much is the total? It is now the day after and I still don't have an answer. Mind you, before things were changed the curbside pick up was running efficiently. You put in an order and within 30 minutes they will text you and tell you that your order is ready (with the total) for pick up. Things have definitely gone downhill for this dispensary and it's sad. So if you would like to wast your time and money , this is the place for you!

Had never been here before but was in the market for a PuffCo Peak, and they were listed as an authorized dealer for the products. So I decided to stop and check it out. The staff was so incredibly friendly from the minute I checked in until I left! Eduardo, my budtender was the man, and due to some specials going on, I got an amazing deal on the PuffCo and got it weeks before any other online vendor would have been able to get me one! I will most definitely be returning to purchase my supplies going forward.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in San Diego. From my first experience here I was pulled in. They offer a really good first time patient offer so I came to check it out. The place is super clean and I like the layout- specifically the first room when you enter to the right. I can see everything up close. Granted this isn't a very large dispensary like others but I don't have to wander around to look at product and I can see it all. Everything is right there. There is a large selection too. Everyone that works here is super nice. My first bud tender was helpful and informative and told me about their points and credit system. My most recent trip I was helped by Teal and she was super friendly and gave me some awesome recommendations and knew her stuff. There's so much product to choose from that it can be a bit stressful especially when there's a line of people behind you so I just told her what I was looking for and went with her recommendations. Thanks Teal!They also have frequent deals and I always call ahead of time to try and get in during a deal and they have no problem telling me about their specials over the phone.Also they carry a wide range of Kanha which is by far my favorite edible!

Best shop in whole San Diego, friendly staff and great prices! Also my favorite is that you can get happy our on Weds and Sundays all day if you place your order online before 9am! Must stop by!!!
