great if you love getting sexually harassed by security guards and overpriced cartridges that'll short your batteries! went here for about 8 months before switching to Apothekare, never going back lmao fuck this place

If you are ordering from here make sure you read this.I called in and ordered, delivery of course. They said it would be 45 minutes, so I wait an hour and a half but no one showed. I called back and they said oh I forgot it'll be 45 minutes but we have a driver on standby so it'll be quick.... Uh. Lol  Another hour and a half goes by and we called back again.  The shop is closed, and no one even had the decency to call and let us know. Pro tip - fire that guy before you lose a hell of a lot more business. Networking is key, and you just lost more than a few customers.UPDATE : We ordered at 6 pm and the order showed up after we ordered from another place now. We ordered at 6 pm.. without a call it showed up at 9:41 pm.  LOL. What the hell boys hahaha you guys are hilarious. Pay your driver more for having to put up with shit that you guys cause.

Worst place ever!! And they even chase you out to your car and talk shit to you! Save your money and go else where and the train will sit on the tracks which is a huge pain!!!

Extremely happy with my experience at Harbor Collective. I do not smoke so I am no expert to any type of marijuana jargon there is. My dad unfortunately has been in a lot of pain so when I yelped it brought me to this (diffficult location to find and park when there is heavy traffic) spot. We we were welcomed, helped, informed, and out of there in no time. Thank you guys so much for helping my dad out when I couldn't!

Fast delivery service. Told me at first that it was going to be about 90 minutes but pulled up to my hotel within 30 minutes! Super cool dude. Although it is on the pricey side but still worth it.

Most of the products here are good and legit prices may be a bit higher but one can live with it especially with the quick in an out service. One thing tho they need to do a better quality control check on their products I bought a half gram do si dos stizzy cart it was fire, then I buy the full gram cart same brand and strain but when I hit it the cart tasted strange okay at first the high didn't really seam to be that different at first but it didn't last as long and the cart ran thru faster but half way through it gave off a fake cart taste that became more prominent and it stopped getting me high as before even if I powered thru hit after hit. So then I became a little curious got my previous cart from before took 3 good hits and it did more than the half of the whole one gram cart did and there wasn't even a difference in the thc percentage. But so far most of their products are good quality but now I'm very unsure about purchasing their carts. Flower on the other hand never disappoints.

The pre-roll brand is Mericanna, it was plastic wrapped and everything - so shake your pre-roll, or open right away to check bc that's on them and not the store. Thanks!Today was my first time at this shop. I bought a pre-roll and gummies, and was just soooooo looking forward to sparking this up after my shift ended tonight - like now at 3am, and to my shock and giant disappointment the package was empty!!! EMPTY?!?It had the plastic wrapping, but no joint inside :( damn shame because I really needed this guy tonight - driving drunk San Diego racist white people home ain't cute, but I've got to make that money. Hope they'll reach out to fix this 'cause I basically paid $9+ for an empty black plastic tube. This has never happened to me before and I've bought this type of pre-roll before elsewhere. I'm certain it's a fluke, but damn, buyer beware! Next time, I'm shaking the tube to make sure there's actually something in there.

I'll say more awesome things when I'm not exhausted. This is the place for your needs. Prices include tax! Their always stocked with my personal and only go to for vapes and that Stiiizy. Everyone is friendly and helpful, prices cannot be beat. It's close, convenient and fee parking bPlus an atm on premise.

It's the worst here. They didn't know the difference between sativa and indica. The girls that work in the front were extremely rude too busy to help customers because one of the girls was flirting.  I've bn to others and they r very helpful and you're in and out. I don't recommend this place so disappointed.

I am an established customer at Harbor Collective.On my last visit they forgot to give me the 10% Seniors discount which I asked for and always get.Unpacking I realized their mistake bur decided to ask for an additional 10% on the sum I spend.They claimed they were unable to do so; when reminded that they OVERCHARGED me the last time. I cautioned them that even though they were a new business they are still a legal business in California and therefore obligated to follow California's business regulations. After much lying and uneducated evasive statements by the sales person I finally succeeded in summoning the "manager" after informing them that this behaviour would definitely get a negative Yelp review.The "manager" stared at me in a hostile way, then proceeded to say:"Listen, I don't care how many f***** negative reviews you write on Yelp ...."I interrupted: "F*****???""Yes, f*****", emphasizing the word, "leave and don't come back!"Unacceptable behaviour by a rude and hostile "manager". What does the owner have to say?

Definitely not in the easiest place to get to butttt i love this place! Stopped by to re-up before ending my stay in San Diego. Security was super friendly and they got me in and out really fast. Everyone behind the counter was just really chill and helpful in picking out some new goodies. Will def be stopping by next time I'm in town :)Keep in mind, it's cash only but they have an ATM on site.

I went early this morning around 8:30 am and the atmosphere was easy going! Security guard in front was having a good time dancing to the car music passing by and still holding it down talking to the customers coming out! I came in with my husband and the vibe is amazing!  We entered and the young lady with the blond hair (sorry forgot her name) helped us out! Minus the wonderful security guard at the front of this "establishment" I would not recommend.  They were rude. Not helpful, and despite beingPromoted asAn "absolute extract dispensary" , they had a very limited supply.  I get that we are in the worldOf COVID, but that' should be an acceptable reason to be rude. I'm deaf and MOST businesses areMore than happy to treat my language deprivation as a reason to go mask-less, use pen and paper, or find a way to communicate.  These people were not going to do a thing. Not a fan at all. I drove from La Jolla to try out this place and I'm disappointed. I was so stoked to see they carried Stiizy because I wanted to buy one. However, I was told it's pretty easy to find Stiizy around San Diego but that's not true. I believe there's one place on Balboa but a friend said they don't carry it anymore. Needless to say a 1/2 normally last in my EVOD mod from Torrey Holistics but when I go the Stiizy it only lasted 2 weeks and I used it less than my normal usage. The Stiizy isn't worth the money at all in my option. It was also hard to get a pull each time. Unfortunately all sales are final plus I get I was misinformed when I asked about Stiizy vs PAX and being able to easily access the cartridges so this is the reason for my 1 star review. I wish I didn't waste my time and money coming to this place. I'll just stick to Torrey Holistics for now on. ‍

Visited the place w/ a friend (not for me) $20 for a gummy edible called kushypunch hybrid, 10 little red squares have 10mg of thc.My friend Mentioned that it was his first time, and they hooked it up w/ a lighter and a small prerolled blunt. A little pricey than other dispensaries, but the customer service was awesome.

First time coming to California, first time entering adispensary and Lalo helped us so much. Gave us pointers on what to do in the city. Helped us on every questions we asked. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this location

They are ok sometimes as for today they were not good ran out of indica and don't restock and claims of not being able to buy enough stock I don't wanna hear excuses because another business Dispensary is successfully stocking its shelves and is restocked and full of products I want, but thx is a shame, and this is the only bad dispensary we have around. I hate this lack of competition and lack of products I want! I want to go back to the illegal drug man again he had better weed at better price, any other dispensary was by far better selections and priced fairly, this is higher priced and lacking products I want! Sad this is the only place we can get dope! We can sure use a dope man with good dope again! Beware they're all about money and not service! I have been treated better before and what happened I don't know! Maybe they're just getting greedy! But it's a dam shame where's the great indica it's not here! It's been better here in the past, not right now! Yea they seem to push weak weed at higher than average prices and exactly opposite of what every customer wants, words getting out. SCAMMERS Bought a gram of crumble last night go to do a dab and find that over half of it is parchment paper.  I call them and they say ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You ripped me off didn't even selle me a full gram and try and tell me that BULLSHIT. If I could post pics I would. this harbor collective is %100 a rip off do not go to this shop they overcharge for all there products then tax you $7 on anything that you buy per item on top of that i just spend $204 and bought 3 8ths my total was $204.....do the math...its everything you said also .........strong, independent woman that focused on suscess even dirty and should be shut down , the budtender was not very helpfull at all he just sat there and pointed at the diffrent products but not explaining them at all. i dont mean to be this mean but i have never been to a shop where they tax $7 per item no matter what it was and i will not be going backfuture reffrence i will personally be sending in an undercover to investigate this shop.

I have purchased four airopro vape batteries and even more cartridges from this location because I believe they are great products. However when one of the batteries failed while still under warranty the airopro website says to take it in to the retailer you purchased it from and they will replace the battery so long as it has not been water damaged or physically broken. I called harbor collective in advance to make sure they would honor the warranty because I live in Rancho San Diego and it is hard for me to arrange for transportation, they said it was no problem and they could replace it as soon as I came by. Unfortunately when I did go in they said that now they needed the manufacturer to contact them or they would not honor the warranty even after saying they would over the phone as well as when I showed them the warranty from the manufacturer. They currently only have the batteries I need in stock and no cartridges for the brand. Be smart go to a dispensary that will treat you right.

In the two days I've been in San Diego I've visited 2 different dispensaries. This was my favorite!! I've never been exposed to a Moonrock before! My goodness! I'm so glad I got to try it here. The regular price of the moonrocks are $17.95. During 4/20 they were on sale for $7. I only picked up one, shame on me.  I also purchased one of my favorite strains here as well, Blue Dream. I'm so happy I stopped in and who knows, maybe I'll make one more trip before I head back to Arizona tomorrow. Happy Birthday to me

Terrible budtenders! Rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Expensive weed with very little selection. Purchased from them a couple times to give them a chance and it only gets worse each time.

If you're a medical patient, don't go here.Disorganized. Crowded. Noisy. Ignorant staff. You end up yelling at some stupid kid on the other side of the counter who doesn't even know what they have in stock. Royal pain in the ass. Go to any other dispensary and give this one a wide berth.

Solid spot, small but def have what ya need (unless you're looking for pre-roll blunts strangely enough). First time in a Legal spot, so was new to the whole experience. Woman who helped me was very helpful, left with top shelf flower as intended and a nice pre-roll J.With that. Reasons I can't give this spot 5 stars below:- issue at register, employee left and came back with what I thought was the same pre-roll. Unfortunately didn't realize the new one was vanilla flavored... specifically asked for NON-flavored. So that was a $27 bummer.- charged $3 each for papers, filters and a lighter. Seems like no brainer marketing to idk throw a first timer a lighter on comp? Papers are free at a LOT of shops also. Not saying give me a pack but a couple leafs seems woulda been lovely after dropping over $100 on 4.5g. Call me crazy!

Great place! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Fabulous selection of edibles!  Small space but they move people in and out quickly.  A little far out of downtown but felt safe waiting on my Lyft.  Very nice Security Guard our front.

they let me in when i showed them my rec card, let me look at the buds and then said they "couldnt sell to me because im not 21 yet" i have a card for a reason. this is the first and only place that has ever done this to me. if you couldnt sell to me then why would you let me in in the first place?

Never going back. Ever. Receptionist told us there was a first time discount - apparently not the case, as the budtenders rudely informed us. Our budtender was pretentious and uninformed. Prices were alright, but I guess I'd rather pay for decent service and quality product ‍ I don't smoke recreationally - I'm a medical patient, and I can assure you that there are MANY better dispensaries in San Diego. Head up to urban leaf and they'll give you an eighth for a dollar on your first visit.

I went into the dispensary looking for something that could help me for my chronic nerve pain in my leg. I was told by their employees that a specific tincture that they had would be the best. I didn't want any psychoactive effects to be felt, as I don't want to get high, just need pain-relief. The employee assured me that this tincture would not get me high at all, and that "[I] could take the whole bottle at once, and [I] still wouldn't get high." Well...that certainly was not the case. Hours after using the product, I got very head high and had all the classic symptoms of being stoned, and was extremely uncomfortable, as I was in the middle of being in a classroom setting. Naturally, I expected them to admit that they had made a mistake in telling me it would not get me high and refund/exchange the product to the right one for my need, as I checked the manufacturer's website after the fact, and it said that the product they sold me WAS psychoactive. One of their managers, SABRINA, refuted my story, claiming I must have tampered with the product to make it psychoactive by heating it up, which I did not do, and was unapologetic on behalf of her employees, and felt the need to also act passive aggressive with me over the phone. Most dispensaries, or companies in general, accommodate their customers in case of a serious grievance, especially in unforeseen and unprecedented circumstances, especially for a medical patient. I would not recommend this dispensary to others, especially people who have to use cannabis for medical issues. If something goes wrong or your order is messed up due to an employee not knowing their own products, they might not take responsibility or try to right their wrong. It also may mean that they don't accommodate their customers very well IN GENERAL, no matter if you are a medical patient or a recreational consumer. There are many other dispensaries in the area and in San Diego as whole with MUCH more accommodating service that I have personally been to that invest in taking good and fair care of their customers.

My cartridge didn't work. I went in to exchange it and they said I had to come back till the next day because it was 9:10. I've had multiple incidents at this place which is why I don't go often. So I thought I'd leave a review this time.

I usually go to Golden Bloom but I figured I'd give this place a try. They carry the same brand cartridges, edibles and pre-packaged bud that the rest of these kind of dispensaries do. It's expensive but not any more so than anywhere else. They honored the first time discount when I mentioned it.The kid behind the counter was a bit of a twat though and didn't care to actually talk about any of the product I was happy enough to plonk down two hundred bucks for. So that'll be the first and last time.

This place is great. The selection was great, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about their products. My friends and I are from out of state and we're pretty clueless about what to get but the staff really worked with us to help find things that were a good fit for us. This place wasted an hour of my time and gas driving down to this shady place. I will advise everyone to stay away.I was told by their staff that they would be open their regular hours for Thanksgiving. I said, "really?" And he reassured me. So I went with my hopes up and they were closed early. And the guy outside was very rude and yelled at me and another customer that just pulled up that they were closed. Then he proceeded to stare us down until we left. It felt very uncomfortable and I will be making a personal complaint when I go in.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Sold me a cartridge that didn't work with my battery. Upon trying to come back to get a working cartridge they were rude and their security guard went so far as to call me a "boomerang" customer. They refused to do anything about the situation talking bout "All sales are final".First of all, you're a business have some level of professionalism. As a first time customer there should have been some communication as to the different cartridges and which fit different batteries.As a previous medical cannabis patient whenever my cartridge didn't work my dispensary would HAPPILY replace it. Told these clowns they could keep the cartridge and left.Spend your money elsewhere people. There are too many hardworking respectable establishments that deserve your business more than they do. Hope you guys get shown down! :)

Checked out this place while I was in town. The line wasn't even long but probably waited for 30 minutes in total. You get a number once they check your ID, they'll call your number when it's your turn, meanwhile you can wait in the waiting area. When you're called, you go to this room where the products are displayed and sold. They keep the amount of people small in the room so that employees and customers can have one on one conversations. Each of their edibles are $10 per bag, they have gummies, protein bites, cookies, brownies, etc.It's CASH ONLY, they have an ATM on the inside that belongs to Bank of America. You're charged a $2 withdrawal fee if you're not a BOA customer.

It might look small but they have a HUGE selection! They do delivery but there are in-store deals going on everyday in you take the trip. They got the Heavy Hitters 1 grams, disposables and pax pods here too and a big selection of all the strains. Everyone working at the shop is cool, especially Lalo!

Security guard is way too aggressive need to get a security training but every time there is a issue he seems it's okay to reach for his gun now what if I decide to reach for mines ... The product here is all very high quality, and the prices reflect that. Definitely not a budget friendly dispensary, but their stock is always fresh and name brand. Only downside is there can be a wait at times because they're one of the more popular dispensaries I've been in. Canndescent flower is the way to go FYI.

Visiting from San Francisco. the door girl was hella rude when you go to dispensary you want to be greeted not yell at what to do. The girls inside were sweet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You don't wanna be greeted with shade. I don't suggest anyone try this place.

Comically, this spot has a waiting room just like a doctor's office. The wait isn't too long and it's organized enough to where you're comfortable sitting. Upon entry to the dispensary's main area, I was greeted by knowledgeable and super friendly staff who made a novice's experience a stress free and enjoyable one. Will be coming back whenever I'm back in San Diego!

Rip off! One of the worst dispensaries in SD! Same products that other dispensaries discount starting from 10% -25%, this pathetic place gives discounts to only disabled whereas many five even to students. Honestly, easy as ever. The place is a little out of the way in San Diego but none the less easy to find. There is security and you do need to be checked before entering. ID is needed but you knew that and the service is pretty fast. Cash only folks.

They have tons of wax and cartridges to select from! But when it comes to tree they have you select your strains from these weird containers that you can barely smell the herb on, so it's not even worth getting bud here if you can't even smell it haha wtf!! The AC is blowin so it makes it hard to smell the bud through the Stupid lil holes! Not sure if they've been robbed but I couldn't even get bud because of the dumbass way they display the herb!

When I visit San Diego from out of state this is the only dispensary I go to. Very clean. Very professional. Very friendly. Very good product. Never have to wait long, even when it's busy. Great selection in a nice shop. Nice and knowledgeable staff ready to answer all of your questions.

Parking: Very limited, but what can you do..this is an old area.Security: The security guards will check you with a scanner but they have all been very nice. No TSA bs here.Entrance: For the most part pretty cool. One time Ive walked up and just had one of the ladies just stare at me silently. Followed by me asking do you need, my ID.Shop: Small and cool little spot with a lot to offer. They have tons of goodies and plants for growers. My first time there I was helped by a young man..wish I remembered his name. The guy was extremely helpful, down to earth and just overall made me want to come back. Now this place knows what they're doing with all the eye candy and I am not talking about the goods. They have some really good looking females there..especially the asian ones Good gawwd! Sorry I am guy.. Okay back to the review..I have returned several times and have made this place my normal spot despite it not being the closest spot for me. Pricing: Normal they have a ATM inside of the location as they only accept cash. Hope they can change that now that its legal.5 stars! Highly recommended.

This is a pretty good size dispensary.  The selection is good and the prices are fair. The security officer is  VERY friendly as well as the girls that work at the front desk. Some of the workers in the back are a little less happy though. Not rude just not overly helpful and friendly. Not as informed about products as they should be in my opinion. Overall a good dispensary.

Oh man! I am a San Diego native and have not been back home in over a year so this was my first time experiencing recreational marijuana and Harbor Collective was the best experience ever. The staff was friendly, quick and there was plenty of parking. They had a ticket number system and it was a short wait until I entered the bud room. The room was well stocked and they had a huge selection. Definitely a great stop

If your medical do not come here. They have false advertisement on Weedmaps and on there window in the store lobby. There was a bunch of papers hung up for people to see and it said medical California only which is fine and 18+ if your medical online but of course when I walk in there's a problem and she points to a sign in the very back saying 21 and under not allowed, only club I've been to who doesn't allow this but still has a bunch of information saying I'm able to come in right in front of my face and her face fuck this place waste of my time for there wrongful advertisement.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had! They were rude on the phone,my order never showed and when I called to talk to the manager he was very unprofessional and acted like he didn't care about his customers at all!will never call them again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS, MEDICAL PATIENTS. THEY CHARGE MED PATIENTS STATE TAX THEY'RE EXEMPT FROM. The managers are completely incompetent and unhelpful. They do not replace faulty cartridges, unlike every other clinic in CA, who understands cartridges can be flawed.

Buyer beware, they sell faulty and possibly even harmful products. Bought a cartridge here that tasted like sulfur from a brand that I'm familiar with. When I informed the manager, he showed no concern about the situation and refused to open one to test himself. Based on his reaction and my own familiarity with the product, I have to assume that the cartridge was counterfeit. Furthermore, the fact that the manager is unwilling to look into something that may be causing customers harm is disturbing, to say the least. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not return.

Their customer service is great and their delivery as well takes about an hour but never past that time frame. The product is 100%. You guys are the best!

This place has low quality bud for high prices. Their staff is sleezy , and the security guard is demeaning . I will not be returning to this scandalous shop. Check your bud on the scale because the last 8th i bought was 0.3 grams less than an eighth

May 20th I had the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. I spent the entire day packing to move the next day and felt that I could use a smoke to end the day. I waited for almost an hour just to buy 1 gram. The cashier was friendly and all but in my exhausted state I didn't notice she gave me back the incorrect change. I made it down the street before realizing and returned entirely calm to retrieve the rest of my change. Dumbfounded to be told that once I leave the property they are not liable. A very helpful budtender I think named Alex stepped up and actually assisted me. His manager was a total bitch and tried to blame me like I'm trying to pull one over on her. For your information ma'am I'm a veteran that frequented your facility almost daily so to be treated that way on my last visit was absolutely heartbreaking. In order to get my change I had to show my receipt and weed which they forgot to give me back with my change so I left and had to return AGAIN. This time panicked that not only did they take my money but also my product. Fortunately the same budtender was there to save my night. He gave me my product and wished me a better night. Most stressful unnecessary situation I've ever been in. Thanks again to my savior. The manager needs to learn people skills. Not worth going to this dispensary, the lines are too long (even if you call it in). Their product is only "ok" and you are treated like crap by management.

Unlike other permitted dispensaries, this collective has a nice security guard, a good selection and polite, friendly customer service! I'm relieved that I won't have to drive to East County to find a dispensary that treats it's patients with courtesy and doesn't play "bait and switch" with the inventory.

Clean, courteous, and well stocked with high quality cannabis! The super top shelf flowers are a bit high on price though. In fact if they came down a little that would make them 5 star.

I've been to a lot of clinics and this place is super nice. The waiting room has Big couches and a tv even though you never have to wait very long. Have a solid 5 for 50 deal on the last of top shelfs (got og kush last time.) Best part is f you're lazy they have delivery and the guy gets their in like 15 mins most of the time. Owner is a cool guy too, leads you into good product without being all salesman.

It was a bit of a drive, but HC had the product that I wanted which no other collective had.  I ordered for pickup and this expedited the process.  Very nice folks there.  Park to the left of the building.  Yeah, not the best location but the service and availability is hard to beat.

I visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon and it was total CHAOS.  There is no organization and no way to know who is next in line.  Every other dispensary I have ever been to keeps a list and calls out your name when it's your turn.  Until this is resolved I will not return.

Went as a first time patient.  Spent nearly $75 and they were supposed to give a free 1/8th.  The girl who helped me said I just got a discount as a first time patient.  I mentioned that I was supposed to get a freebie and she threw in a cheap pre roll.  I left feeling ripped off.  When I got to my car, I looked at their free 1/8!ad and was just angry.  Their flower is double the price of anywhere else.  The bud tenders were completely unhelpful.  Go somewhere less commercial.  You'll be happier.

I have never been disappointed with Harbor Collective. The staff is super chill and easy going. The lobby feels like home and the wait is never to long to get what you need. They have new buds daily and have a wide variety of strains that always keeps me coming back. I would highly recommend a marijuana patient to Harbor Collective.

I came here the first time with my mum who is the patient and I am the caregiver.  Filled all the paperwork and they set me up so the next time I can buy without the patient present. Came the second time and they could not find my caregiver profile.  They were nice enough to make an exception and let me in.  They simply lost my profile.  Went again, and I had to go with the patient, fill up the paperwork and again the receptionist says "we are going g to make an exception".  What the hell is going on?  Looks like they are really disorganized and no one knows enter information into a computer.  I will not be surprised if they lose my profile again.  Very frustrating!

went to this disp. recently, they advertise FTP specials but dont actually honor them when you ask. quality of meds was meh, other dispensaries i went to had fire and they kept giving me stuff like pre rolls and pipes, free gram. I left this place feeling meh. wont be back. theres too much competition to be stingy.

First of all, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Ive been a patient at this place for a while now and after not coming for a while, returning was a really bad experience. I was attended by the most unmotivated guy in there wearing sweats and a hat, didnt get his name because he didn't even bother to introduce himself, I'm really not sure what his deal was, if he had been having a bad day or what but he could of faked it to make me confident about my purchase, instead of spending the good amount of money i was planning to I ended up spending the least amount I could. Im not really one to write bad reviews but in this case it just felt necessary, he didn't even try to make conversation, not even about the product, he seemed bothered at the request I was making and when he did go to get me to pre roll or flower I asked to see he would just hand it and thats it, no comment, no nothing. It was the most awkward purchase Ive ever made, boy, he looked so sad he made be sad. Unfortunately I wont be returning.

They messed up my pick up order and couldn't do anything about it. I understand the law is an issue but there has to be something they can do to correct their wrong for loyal customers who spend a good amount of money at their business. I've had some bad bud tenders and front desk people who are just straight up rude and unwelcoming. This screw up was the last straw with this business for me and everyone I refer to them. The only people nice and enjoyable there are the security workers. You are better off buying at Speedy Weedy, EAZE or another dispensary. The prices are significantly cheaper.

Been coming here for a long time this will be my last time came in 859 on fri night security was very rude to me for no reason I was fine with it being close but they say he handled it and talked to me I won't be coming by back . I would like to start by saying it is NOT their fault they can't take certain types of recommendations. I called I to to see if they can take my medical recommendation, they said that if it's issued by the state of California that it should be fine. Emailed them a picture to make sure that it was fine, they said they would respond to my email. They did not. I drove over from the island, waited 20 minutes in line to be told that my California issued medical recommendation was not valid. Whole ordeal took about 45 minutes, a waste of time. If they had just responded to their email like they said they would I would've gone to another dispensary (other dispensaries have taken my medical recommendation). They probably have a good stuff. I don't really know. Guys upfront seem nice enough, even though they unnecessarily wasted my time. If you don't have a medical recommendation from a certain place, you probably wont be able to go in.

I love Paul, he is very kind and understanding he gets  that many of us are dealing with critical illness with severe pain. He has so much knowledge of what will be work best and greatest value. The customer service is friendly, the deliveries are fast,always has correct change if needed. All around Harbor Collective will try to accommodate you if at all possible.

This Place is A complete joke...Prices are wayyyy to High. Managers do not know what their Doing. A money hungry ses pool. The DRIVERs are Rude and have Attitudes. This is a great old school style dispensary.It's a small room with a great selection and the place reeks like fresh buds. They have good prices on top shelf flower compared to their competition. They offer 10% off for Happy Hour between 7-10am.  That's cool because other places cut theirs off at 9am.  Located next to the Naval Pacific Fleet so a bunch of real life heroes buy their bud here.  The people working behind the counter are patient and kind.Great little spot!

I think they need more products in their shop. It was very limited and prices didn't match the product in my opinion. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Very small inside however very comfy and welcoming environment. Would like to try other places if I'm ever back in the area!

This review is specific to their return policy and overall employee knowledge of said return policy. This isn't my first dispensary, I know you typically can't return things because of the nature of what it is and get the safety element of it. I bought a dosist pen online and accidentally purchased the disposable pen when I needed the cartridge. When I went back to my car and realIzed my mistake I came right back in. It was maybe 3 minutes after I purchased? Girl at the front said "yeah no problem come on in" Only for the manager to deny the return. The box was not tampered with, the sticker was still factory sealed, and with the time in between me leaving and coming back it was obvious this was a mistake on my end. A good time to practice discretion if you ask me.
