my boyfriend and I stopped in here for a quick visit on a Saturday afternoon. security was nice and the place was very clean. our budtender -wish I remembered his name- was AWESOME and took so long explaining everything to us and giving personalized recommendations. We really appreciated the wide variety of products and brands they offer here, as well as the friendliness of the staff.

Alma was just delightful, kind and knowledgeable on her product.  SDRC in general has a large variety and really competitive prices.  I have only had positive experiences and treated with the utmost respect for outstanding customer service.   Alma, you are the best Thank you!!!

I don't always leave reviews, but when customer service is this good, I can't help myself. I had such a pleasant experience at this location today with Manny. Many was very professional and knowledgeable.

Their coupons they send out are worthless and never honored.   I try to buy 1 PV vape pen and use my coupon for it.   They just say, it's not valid cuz it's normally $65 and it's on sale at $54.     It's never  been $65.  But, they tell you if you buy 2, you get a 3rd 1/2 for free.    PV is the only weed there that gets me high.   Don't ever buy flower cuz it has no potency.    Their prices are so much lower than medmen cuz they buy lower shelf weed.

Anthony M. was very friendly and professional. This location is smaller than the Mission Valley store, but the staff is very knowledgeable and courteous and they seem to have the same products. I will be coming back to this location from now on.

First of all I love this place in general bc the taxes are included in the prices displayed. Also bc it has super chill vibes and it is just my place: the employees are always welcoming and friendly- they make you feel validated and important. Love that. Another notable factor is that the product I have received from this shop has always been straight quality. However, I'm here today to talk about MANNY who just helped me out big time. ^_^ He provided me with an informative and pleasant experience while I ordered delivery over the phone! I could have order online, but Manny went above and beyond to help me out over the phone. S/O to Manny and the whole SDRC Sorrento Valley Crew. I'll be seeing y'all soon.

Good quality product and atmosphere, Manny was extremely helpful with helping me find exactly what i needed, i would highly recommend coming here, very friendly and patient as i tend to be very picky, manny completely understood and answered all my questions, if he didnt know hed tell me he didnt know, honest staff who isnt just trying to make a sale but actually help me, will be coming back here only from now on because of this experience.

This is a review after four different visits to the SDRC in Sorrento Valley. They are a clean and organized store with plenty of inventory. Customers are served at separate counters, each carrying the same line of cannabis offerings.  Our bud tenders so far have been Aly, Jaycee, and Roman (twice).  All three have been extremely nice and knowledgeable, always taking the time to discuss the different growers, strains, terpenes, vape products and edibles with us. One of the managers (Kyle) is really nice and has assisted us multiple times, recommending various great strains that we ended up purchasing. He interested us in a special edition flower from Florical on one purchase, and it was absolutely delicious. Other times, Kyle helped us take advantage of different offers the store was having for certain products at the time. We never feel rushed when we visit, and the prices are great. Overall, it has been a great experience each visit. We live about 20 minutes away, but it's worth it because of the chill vibe. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!

My go-to spot! I love everything about this dispensary. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are some of the more reasonable I've seen. The best part is that they work all taxes and fees into the list price, so you know what your spending and don't have to be surprised when the total comes up.This will be my spot for as long as I'm in the area! I absolutely love the staff here. They are very informative and friendly. I drive 20-30 mins just to come to this particular store. I'm sure there is a store closer to me but I love how clean and professional this location is. There is a wide variety of products that if I wanted to try something different I trust the staffs knowledge to get me what I want. Very satisfied!

Finding this place was a hassle, GPS was not my friend that day either. For anyone else that would like a tip you can exit the carpool lane just before the Sorrento Valley Rd exit from the 805N, turn Left then Right on Business Access Rd, Left at the stop sign and you should see the parking lot immediately with the green flags.It was only 21+ so makes sure you bring an ID.... I forgot mine in the car the first walk up and had to run back. I was greeted right away, the shop had so much to look at. There was a small line and everyone seemed to be quite knowledgeable on products. Manny was my budtender. He was very polite and answered all of my questions about different sativas. I specifically was looking for something mixed with white widow and he was able to find me something right away. It is a PV dart Vape. It's discrete and I can appreciate that with having kids in the house. It was also on sale! I got my battery for a penny!! Having a little extra room to get gifts for my eldest daughter I asked about edibles. A lot of the baked goods looked good but I know I could've done better because I'm always baking! I asked about butter and they had it! I felt so accomplished and I absolutely recommend for anyone else wanting to see this store!!

Bought a sublime 1g cartridge from this place 2 days ago . The price was surprisingly good and I asked the worker if anything is wrong with product and he made me feel like it was really good and everyone loved it .After about 5-6 hits , the cart stopped hitting at all , I tested it on 2 different batteries to be sure it's not my battery . I tried to hit it few more times and felt oil in my mouth and stopped .This place doesn't  care about their customers and after I told them that , the employee told me Oh sorry just don't buy that cart again and come to us for something else , and that there is no warranty or return or even exchange policy for defective products .NEVER again .Just do yourself a favor and go to MedMan, it's a little more pricy but they got good products and when I had issues full refund or exchange wasn't an issue at all .

Wow didn't expect such kind people from the security the manager!! They totally had my back when I forgot my bank card and didn't have much to spent that day , this is real healing thanks so much !!!! They live the change we need in this world

Picked up your $30 "badder" and couldn't open the box in the store to see the product (had no sight hole) and check out the color... All of the other ones he had on sale were brown and not gold. He said "this just came in" and is fresh. Something told me not to, considering the others. This is what I opened:

The people that work there are very knowledgeable every time I go. I get a great deal and walk out with a good amount of weed for a great price. I've even bought my plants there and they have great deals really nice plants as well and I appreciate all the people that work there super chill.... ?%???

The customer service I received was excellent. SDRC team members are very informative. I received help from Alicia and she was very attentive for what I was looking for. It's a little out of my way but how I was treated convinced me to make it my to go dispensary.

I went in today and was greeted by nothing but smiles and awesome service. From the bud tenders to the security guards, every person treated me with kindness and care. I’ve been to their other locations and none compare to this one. Each person there is very knowledgeable and takes their time to help and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need or are looking for. I was having a pretty bad day before coming in today and left feeling infinitely better, just from the positive energy I experienced in the store. Keep up the good vibes everyone!
