Great selection and service. I recommend this dispensary if you're in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is.

So i  had to leave a new review had such a positive experience with Shay she was super helpful and patient with me help me find some good tree .She deserves a raise she was the best

Place kinda sucks, 1hour plus wait for curbside pick up, I got delivery faster than that, to top it all of my order was not ready nor being prepared more than an hour after I called and confirmed they had received my order, customer service sucks, I'm just one customer. But I chose to come here, and next time I'll chose otherwise, it was just a bad experience overall.

Came into March & Ash for the first time last week after having visited other stores in the area quite a bit The experience here at March & Ash was much nicer than at the competition.Great selection and friendly staff!

Emailed to ask if they could order/start carrying a specific product from a brand they already carry. Should've been simple enough and I would've purchased this item from them every 2 weeks since they're opening a location around the corner from me. I wouldn't have been bothered if they simply said that wasn't possible. Unfortunately they couldn't even take the time to reply to me so now I will never be purchasing anything from them. Find a dispensary with some sort of customer service instead of these guys.

Great establishment. Very friendly end helpful staff. Their products are extremely helpful for chronic pain and typically come at reasonable prices.

The delivery and communication is awful and if you order on Tax Tuesday expect a 3 hour plus delivery and they will tell you one time but by the time you get your delivery it has been 3 plus hours. And you have been told it would be 30 minutes each time you check on it. It is not worth the 18% discount.  You are better off going somewhere else where you get your order in timely manner.  The store's management should staff accordingly to service their customers in a timely manner and to let them know what to expect a minimum of 2-3  hour wait.   I order a lot from this organization and the customer service is not what it should be.  I am still waiting for a delivery ordered over 2 hours ago. I was told it would be here 30 minutes ago.

Fool me 3 times, shame on me. For the 3rd time in a year Marsh and Ash has failed to deliver my order. When I call they always seem to have gotten "busy" and can't make it. Their ordering system is clearly a problem they have no interest in fixing, or perhaps it's the customer service, I'm not the only one leaving a poor review.

I only did a delivery, but they were so nice! The only thing I'd say is that their online inventory didn't match their in store inventory. So they had to call me to ask if they could replace it with something else. Other than that, they were great!

Great spot! I have been shopping here for a couple of years. The best products in town, and amazing staff. Recently had a frustrating situation with a delivery. The March & ash crew made everything right (thank you Sunny & Marisol !!!)

I love this store.  I love the employees, the selection, the convenience.  I would give you five stars over and over again if (a good 25% of) your delivery drivers weren't so salty when then show up.  I end up feeling awful almost every time a said 25%'er arrives, makes me feel dense regarding my directions to my apartment, tells me it's standard for people to come downstairs  in an apartment community, or legitimately laughs in my face when I ask why some drivers are on the abrasive side (because if I'm doing something wrong, I will gladly take steps to fix it - I'm not trying to jack up anyone's day).  That being said, I spend over 1k a month at this store, almost always leave a baller tip (you work hard!  You deserve it!), and I try to make the experience as quick as possible so y'all can go about your business.  FIVE STARS for everything EXCEPT how awful your drivers make me feel.  I'm sure that it doesn't even matter that I'm leaving a meh review.  I don't want to give you one star just because one section of your business is...interesting.  But I can't be the only one feeling this way.  This isn't a pricing issue, product issue, timeframe of delivery issue.  I love this store and want to keep on purchasing from them but I'm going to stick with curbside because at least I'm not left in tears after someone makes me feel like an asshole for trying to get my purchase.

Last time I was in San Diego- we went to SDRC, but this time around we decided to check out March and Ash. March and Ash definitely had a more homey vibe to it and I actually preferred their system better than SDRC. When we arrived we checked in and had an account created. After that we were able to roam around the store and the workers there were very attentive and helpful. I believe I got asked like 4 or 5 times if I needed assistance. Anyways, Devon helped me choose one of the brownies edibles and when I got back to try it, it was a great recommendation! I can't wait to come back and get some of the other edibles. I also think the price point is slightly cheaper than SDRC but I could be wrong so don't quote me.

Hands down the best dispensary in SD.The shop may not be the biggest but they have a wide variety of products to chose from and the shelves are never empty.The shop is really clean and tasteful.Customer service is always top notch. They're all very knowledgeable about their products and will always make a recommendation if you ask.The only thing about this shop is that sometimes it smells like Bath & Body Works and Sephora are clashing. It's coo, beautiful people, y'all smell good already.

Solid flower selection and delivery used to be timely but not anymore. My deliveries used to take 20-30 minutes. The last 3 have all been over an hour during off peak times. Disappointed things have slipped, losing my faith as a customer.

We showed up at 9:53 and they said they were closed. Security guard was super rude and told me to go home and I asked if they closed at 10 pm as their website stated and he said "we are closed NOW so leave". Worst experience I have had. He could have at least been nice and friendly I would have understood that they closed espalier than their hours said

This place is amazing!  I recently had surgery and have been using CBD and THC gummies to help with the pain.  I am a huge fan of the plus gummies and was able to find them here and also picked up a few recommendations of an employee. The selection is ridiculous here, it would be very difficult for someone to not make a purchase. I myself felt like a kid in a candy store.  I am very excited I found such a safe, clean and well maintained business for all my THC and CBD needs!

I was really impressed with this location. Last night I did my first curbside pick up. Upon arriving their guard directed me to the pick up area & the gal handling the orders was quick, efficient, & kind. I will definitely be returning. Plus, they had all the goodies I was looking for.

Delivery driver, Mike "Mac", is always nice and polite. Never late. Good sense of humor, good product. He often will make suggestions and I can try new things! March and Ash rocks!

This is easily one of my favorite dispensaries in San dieGo and I haven't even made it into the store front yet! I Gravitated towards March & Ash because of their lower delivery minimum and fire quality. All of the delivery drivers are extremely professional & they allow you to track exactly where your order is on your phone. This place definitely pushes the culture forward. I'm happy to support.

This is my favorite dispensary in Cali. They carry ALL my favorite brands like Knockout chocolate squares, Outco 3:1 tincture, Baby Teeter Sour Diesel pre-rolls, and Protab Sativa. They're in a super convenient location off 8 near Hotel Circle and there's lots of parking in the back.  The staff is helpful and friendly. Get 10% off work check in on Yelp.

So I showed up at 852pm and before I showed up I called them on there phone before I drove 25 min they said it was fine  if I got there before 9 you would take care of me. When I rolled up security sent me away saying last call is at 850 and now I'm shit out of luck. So do everyone a favor and change your closing time to 8:50 instead of 9 don't be confusing people, making them drive half hr for nothing. Very disappointing

I'm serious when I say that I don't write reviews, for anything. Service here has usually been 5 stars across the board with every visit, and the staff have been the nicest I've ever interacted with at a dispensary. Everything about March and Ash is what I want in a dispensary, and it's the one of the only places I go to for my product. Where I give this review a 1 star is the experience that I had with curbside pickup tonight... When I entered the curbside pickup area there were maybe 4 other cars waiting, half of them finishing up their transactions. I don't know if my car turned invisible as soon as I parked, but I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes for my order, and was repeatedly skipped over by the multiple staff that were tending the area. I even made eye contact with one of them at the 30 minute mark (it's a miracle that I made it that far) and they simply ignored me and went about their business, servicing at least 5 other customers that arrived well after I did. I finally got my order when I got out of my car to let one of the staff members know how long I've been waiting, to which he replied "Oh nice." Look, I get it. Thanksgiving week, COVID, etc etc. We're all trying to do our best and working with what we got, but there comes a point where "being super slammed" is no excuse for poor customer service.  Not gonna lie, this experience has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth with March and Ash, and I'll be looking elsewhere for my products for a little while until they step things up a little bit.

Did curbside pick up Saturday morning and online ordering was easy as well as pick up process. Decent prices and find their products to be great quality. Highly recommend!!

Super nice place!  The staff were great and the selection was impressive.  Very impressive.  Had a good time walking around and making my selections.  After an exhaustive time deciding I was on my way.  I will say this had to be one of my favorite dispensary's I've visited and look forward to visiting again sooner than later.

Flat out lies about BOGO sale for 4:20. When I spoke to a manager he she said it was in the fine print which it was not, when I see a sale for BOGO I expect to receive the same item that I'm purchasing for the BOGO , not something completely different like they did, terrible customer service online and they tried to brush me off by giving me a $25 store credit. I did not want that I want what I ordered. It's not my fault your Team put up the wrong information on-line. I shopped here 4-5 times a month but I will not be coming back. Alyssa the "Lead" was very unhelpful  and when she sent a replacement item it was the wrong item !!! Didn't even get the 20% off for being over 2 hours late for delivery. YOU LOST MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS being that me and my wife both placed orders on  420

I'm gonna shoot you straight on this one: March and Ash is the dispensary you take your mom and dad to when they're visiting. I've bragged about this place to friends from out of town. It's the Bergdorf Goodman of cannabis shops. I probably wouldn't mind spending the night.No but seriously, this place is super professional and makes it very hard to try other dispensaries with how enjoyable they make the whole experience. The location obviously helps; while a lot of dispensaries are a bit off the beaten path this one is right in the middle of Mission Valley just two turns off the highway.It's more than that though. One of the most awkward parts of going to a dispensary is entering the place, and they've given a ton of thought to that. The security check out front is unobtrusive, and they've got a pretty comfortable little waiting area for when it's busy and they can't let you immediately in. The location isn't huge, but they use the space well. Almost everything is tangible -- some dispensaries keep a lot of stuff on a wall behind the counter which makes it hard to browse -- and there are staff members roaming around to answer any questions or make recommendations. It's also divided up into sections so you can get a better idea of what they offer.One thing I really appreciate is how diverse their staff is. An unfortunate truth about marijuana these days is that with white people now on board the whole industry is gentrified to hell. And yeah, that's how we end up with this Neiman Marcus of weed shops but at least March and Ash has taken steps to try and make their establishment accessible to all types of folks and have their workers reflect that clientele.And on that note, every staff member I've encountered here has been super knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. I've seen them coach first-time customers in a way that makes marijuana products seem very accessible, and even when I have questions as an experienced consumer they're ready and willing to speak from a place of authority.Prices are pretty solid all things considered. You'll definitely get a better deal once you know what you want and you can buy in larger quantities, but even the disposable products are reasonably priced considering how nice the entire operation is. They also have curbside pickup and delivery options; I haven't used them but I have to imagine they're on the top end of such services.March and Ash is my go-to dispensary and it's going to have to take a lot to change that. I have tried others in the area but I've never once considered going anywhere else permanently, mainly because they've proven time and again to have everything I've wanted. I recommend March and Ash in the strongest possible terms.

First customers last April and have been loyal customers since. The pandemic made me try it. lol This place is like going to Nordstrom, everything is displayed so nicely.  Staff is always very patient and nice. Highly recommend this place. Make sure to check their website for their monthly specials.

Love the market-style presentation and the opportunity to browse. I often feel rushed in dispensaries, but here I had a much more enjoyable experience perusing their wide variety of products along with helpful staff.

Don't go. Sold me 710 labs flowed at 7k a pound that has seeds and no one cares. If something is wrong they just offer a 10 percent discount next time. Won't be a next time!!! Go anywhere else

Employees are not very friendly. I asked if they could show me around the shop they could not help. I got two pre-rolled Moonrock. They were supposed to weigh a gram and did not.

Decided to check this place out and made a delivery order, order never came and I message them trying to locate my order the person on the other end said they'd check and I said "okay thank you" they proceeded to say "have a good night" like what. I called they found my order and said it was placed for tomorrow it wasn't. On top of that the tracking link they sent in the email didn't even work this place just sounds shady at least reading the other bad reviews dealing with delivery made me feel better. I'll stick to goldn bloom

Ordered 5 of something. Got there and they told me they only had 3. Rude. No call. Nothing. I won't be going back. Wasted my time. Make sure you call before placing online order.

I haven't even been inside yet, but I wanted to leave this review based on my experience as a curbside pick up passenger. This evening around 6:30pm, the employee who assisted us was amazing. In 2 minutes, my entire night was made when I was serenaded after mentioning that it's my birthday. This could've easily been a quick, sweet and simple pick up, but it was so much more. Thank you! I'll be coming back!

I've been here about 5 times. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are all nice. Some of them can be pushy with up selling and trying to push more product on you. Brought a friend in yesterday to see the place. Josh. S. asked if we needed help. He was so knowledgeable of the product in the store and respected my price range. He recommended the cannavis syrup and said he mixes it with Jones soda. Needless to say, my friend and I had a wonderful day. He also was very respectful to my friend and answered all her questions and was able to find a great flower for her that we were extremely happy with. Josh. S. is the epitome of customer service and just a genuinely nice man. March And Ash = great product at comparable prices and the best bud tenders in the city.As we were walking out of the store, Josh. S. even told us where to go to get a Jones soda

We live in the cannabis center of the world (yup, Oakland!)  yet found ourselves budless in San Diego on NY Eve!  Marsh and Ash took care of that! Their customer service service was excellent! Jamar  led us to the products we were interested in and gave us great advice! We were given a discount as first time guests and the bud and vape we got  hit the spot! We will be back!

WOW.... This dispensary hit a new low today.I was driving through mission valley and wanted to give a new dispensary a shot. I chose to stop at March and Ash. I chose wrongI bought a gram of Grapes and Gas extract from Cali Blaise brand.Took it home, and first dab smelled like sulfur. Like a lot. Sulfur is a common fungicide in cultivating cannabis, and I understand if there is trace amounts, but this was beyond that.It literally tasted horrible.I tried calling to resolve, but after waiting 3 hours with no resolve I figured I would just swing back by since I don't live to far.The reaction I received was exactly opposite of what I expected. I don't remember the managers name but 30 something year old blonde woman basically told me to kick rocks.She said that it is just my palette and that I am probably really picky given how much concentrates I have consumed.She also said that once its opened they can't do anything about it if I don't think it tastes good.I understand this logic, but it wasn't that it didn't taste good.It's that it tasted very bad, foul even.Rather than just remedy the problem and switch it out, this dispensary would risk putting contaminated product on the market just so they can make a buck.WORST DISPENSARY EXPERIENCE EVER. And I have been to hundreds..Don't waste your time, there are plenty of options in the area

It's totally a shock to me that I'm leaving a negative review for my favorite dispensary. I started going here in April and loved it. I guess everyone has a bad day? Maybe. Every other employee from the security guards to the check-in staff to the floor staff up to this point have been great. My prior trips have gone very smoothly. but today seemed so wrong to me that it's going to get mentioned. I've never ever in my life left a negative yelp review and barely take the time to do any sort of anything even minimal on social media so hopefully that underscores my point. I had purchased an infused blunt brand here at this location a couple days prior. I've probably spent about three grand on these exact brand of blunts since becoming a customer a couple months back. I'm not saying that makes me anybody special but as a business owner myself I'm always trying to identify and take care of my most important clients. again I don't expect elite treatment but I'm fairly certain I was a well above- average retail client here. When my friend and I attempted to celebrate a special occasion with the defective blunt we of course were disappointed but attempted to salvage the situation by removing the non-working filter and attempting to smoke it despite the defect, as any good stoner would, right? LOL I even debated whether to bring it up with the establishment as it really was not that big of a deal to me. At the same time this is a $40 blunt. So The next time I went into the shop to re-up on my blunt supply I brought the defective product in question along. I told the cashier and the manager on duty that I've had an issue with this product and thought they would want to know. The main thing that was a real problem for me was the attitude the manager gave me. Essentially he saw that it had been slightly singed in our attempt to salvage things and said that because of this all he could do was offer me a discount on my next purchase. At that point since it seemed very clear to me and several other people listening in on the conversation that he was going to treat this AND ME like it was Domino's and I was bringing in a bunch of crusts from a late night pepperoni delivery the night before and asking for my money back haha. because he was so insulting and unwilling to even consider the situation from my perspective, I wasn't very happy and I politely told them to just forget about the whole thing and to please ring me up without any discount. I thanked everybody for their time and left.....I won't return. it completely shocked me that this manager after I mentioned this did not even verbally acknowledge me in any way once i made this request.. He did not say have a great day or OK thank you very much we will see you next time or I respect your decision enjoy the rest of your weekend just turned his back and left. I have a very successful business that I have ran for 30 years and if any of my employees especially a manager acted in this way wow, there would be a Serious Problem . Moreover, if I was in the ownership group, I'd Be very concerned that my staff would be so shortsighted as to fail to identify a $1500 a month client and make sure that they stuck and that situations like this were handled a bit differently. Respectfully hope this is of help to all, thanks!

Great drivers! Gotta give it to the drivers there back end of the company sucks! They never get my order right and I have to wait with the driver for about 45 min for them to respond back. Prob won't ever use again unless I get a great deal  the weeds okay as well def better out there!

I just left this establishment and I was clearly racially profiled at the door. Two customers (white women with bags about the same size as mine) walked right in without being wanded or asked to know what was in their bags. I was immediately stopped, wanded asked to open my bag or leave it outside. I came to be a customer, not be profiled. While my budtender was nice enough, my experience was already ruined. I wouldn't recommend this place as it comes off as hip and friendly but, seems to have the same level of racism many retailers are guilty of. Do yourself a favor and go where they treat their customers consistently.

Right off the bat the parking lot jockey was on a power trip and made us move one spot over in an EMPTY parking lot. Went inside filled out there forms (standard and easy to do). Was given a credit for the MMJ card cost (very Good Thing) then went to the counter. They did not have any high end indica that was for my medical condition, yes I am one of the legitament ones who require meds. Went in with every intention of getting 4oz, as i like to go 4-6 months before buying again. But they wont let you determine which one to buy, my only option was price. this is unacceptable, who buys anything fully blind.   But because i couldn't get my 20 fee back i decided to get just something small just to sample, so i got an 1/8th. Once outside i was able to look and smell it at which time i promptly threw it in the trash due to it miserable quality. This was a complete waste of my time and money.  If i could sue them i would but if they continue like this they will be gone in under a year anyway.  I will NEVER be back and warn you of there price gouging and bate and switch tactics.

Absolutely love this dispensary! Best dispensary I've been to in San Diego. When I first entered, I was greeted and then offered assistance with their products. On one occasion I purchased the wrong item and I noticed when I got to the parking lot, so I went back in and they gladly let me exchange it. They were so friendly and helpful I will be returning; A plus service I will always bring my business here!

Ok I was curious as to what these stores are all about so I was in the area and decided to go check it out. I could smell the Marijuana way outside in the parking lot and I mean it was STRONG! They had armed guards but I'm sure they probably need them. I was greeted by one guard as I went to walk in and he asked if I was 21 or over, I'm almost 60. But I know he's gotta ask. Then he explains go inside to the window ( which is like a glassed in teller) I show my drivers license they ask a few questions and buzz me into the showroom. The bud smell is super strong now, lol there they had drinkables, dark chocolate and gummy candies and told that edibles typically take about minutes to feel it. They have all kinds of BUD !!! They had cookies, candy, tea, milk and a spray. The staff was super friendly and everybody seemed happy. Lol

I was an Urbn Leaf guy, now I'm a March and Ash dude. Sure it's in a funky location, but aren't all dispensaries these days? Hell, get your goods, sample a few, then walk across the street and eat six pounds of peel and eat shrimp at the all-you-can-eat buffet. Been there, done that. The staff, from the second you approach the window, is sweet as can be. They remember faces and they always welcome you back. Once inside you're free to roam the floor, explore the old favorites and also the new products to hit the market. Every once in a while an employee will approach you, ask if you need help, and direct you if you take them up on their cannabis knowledge. Recently I've been grabbing the Satori chocolate raisins, which clock in at .68mg per piece with about 160 pieces in the bag. Microdosing is a thing and if that's your bag, this is your product. Can you tell? I'm a fan!

I visit this dispensary weekly, sometimes twice a week. I usually highly recommend this place to other people, but this morning I got screwed over.  Online there had been advertising for "Jeeter Day" and that the first 3-5 people to buy a jeeter product would receive a mystery jeeter box. So I showed up before open to be the first one, because I had to secure the bag, obviously. Once we got in, the lady at the front desk says "are you here for jeeter day? Oh hahaha it starts at 11 so you'll have to come back I guess." First of all, I don't appreciate being laughed at to my face. And second, WTF! Who does a give away that you have to arrive early for.... 4 hours after open? It wasn't listed anywhere online that the time would be starting at 11 and I feel pretty deceived at this point. Piss poor marketing and execution by the March and Ash team and by Jeeter for advertising this event and not honoring the first people to show up. Very, very disappointed with March and Ash on this one.

First off I'd like to start off with a disclaimer. I don't smoke. Nope. I don't have no interest in smoking. Don't like the feeling of being high or the taste or the smell.So why would I ever venture in here? Well the boyfriend likes the stuff so I figured why not, this looks like an interesting place. It is a drive, if you don't live in SD so we figured why not. I was super impressed with the place! If I were to describe it, March & Ash is like the Louis Vuitton of cannabis dispensaries. Everything is so nicely displayed, & you can't smell any wiff of THC - AMAZING! The merchandise isn't locked away behind glass so as a consumer, you're able to really connect with the product without an employee watching. It's great! The Cannabis world has really really come a long way. There are so many products here from THC infused beverages, vape cartridges, clones, even soaps! It's honestly overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for. I ended up buying some CBD soap which I'm pretty happy with. I would like to try some CBD drops whenever I feel anxious, which I would of ended up buying but it seemed a bit pricey of $112 so I will do a bit more shopping around.

Absolutely unprofessional! I arrived at the door 5 minutes before closing and just because they no longer wanted to or no longer felt like accepting anyone else I got turned away and this was my first time there. This is exactly why I shop at MANKIND DISPENSARY...I only came here because it was closer.. never again. Your hours should be 7- 8:55 if you want to close early!

We have been to March and Ash many times, and just been disappointed yesterday. We are an older couple and my husband is a chemist and has been involved in the research and development of THC products. He was discussing the effects of edibles with a salesperson and was met with an attitude from her. She seemed upset that my husband was giving her false data, and when my husband apologized for upsetting her, she acted like it never happened. So sad and disappointing. We should all be open minded and real! So, we will not be going back.

First time here. Came because I wanted a particular flower and this place had it a little cheaper an 1/8 than the other place I've gone. Plus I've always wanted to check this place out. The place is really nice, big, clean, and everyone was friendly. Prices are nice. Got in and out pretty quick and got the 10% discount for first time buyer. My complaint though is that the flower was super dry and not fresh; Like turned to dust dry and no flavor. Got two different strains, a hybrid and a sativa, and both are like this so I don't think it was a fluke. Hopefully I can make it a little better with some peels but won't come back because of this. Dry product not worth the few bucks I saved.

I'm a regular at March and Ash and frequent this location in San Diego multiple times a week. It really doesn't matter what March and Ash was selling... the whole operation is an efficient and tightly packaged business model.* Excellent customer service. * A beautiful, clean, and comfortable showroom. * Clean and organized waiting area/room. * Good pricing with daily deals and sales. * Awesome website and online ordering system. If you pop in to the store ask for Brandon; he is a great employee to talk with. He's always helpful and spreading positive vibes to all the customers. The whole staff does a great job to be honest! I actually had 2 separate orders that had issues and both times the management team fixed the issue without any kind of fuss or argument. Their customer service is second to none. Bottom line is March and Ash is one of the best retail/boutique shops and experiences around regardless of what they are selling. If you are are looking for a dispensary here in San Diego they are the #1 option.

Most of the legitimate shops all really provide good customer service and why shouldn't they?  It's the happy herbal sticky stuff!But, my wife who desperately depends on some form of relief for an extreme autoimmune chronic pain condition needs exceptional service.  March and Ash is it.  They know their stuff, they care about helping their customers out and everything they do is top notch.Even when you get someone on the phone they'll take the time to walk you through the multitude of questions a non-user, such as myself, will have to ensure that I'm providing my wife the very relief she needs.Love these guys and their services.  You will, too.

I recently went to this March and Ash on Sunday I believe. I used go to the one in Vista and I loved that location but I decided to try going to this one since I no longer live close to the one in Vista. When I entered  there was this one nice employee that was helping but as we continued to walk around the store a lot of the employee are constantly staring like you're about to steal something. Like I'm about to spend a lot of money in this store and you are already expecting the worst from me just because I'm a young POC. I was also being followed around the store and the employee there weren't helpful at all. You would ask what price of something is and they'd answer in the rudest tone ever.. March and Ash do better and train your employees....

I was nervous to go to one of these places as I'm a novice but it was suggested to help with my anxiety. The staff there couldn't have been nicer. They put me at ease and were able to talk me through all the products that could work for me. The prices were good and I'm very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Excellent service every time, we've gone inside the storefront which is always an education and you're offered samples by some of the distributors. We mostly opt for home delivery and everyone has been great...I'm talking about maybe a dozen different drivers and they all embody the same professionalism...and I am a stickler! Our favorites are the Chewiez product as it just helps take the edge off and we're able to function. What a great service.

I came here to get some oil for my dog. I've never been in a store like this. It was super clean, had excellent security procedures, and the staff was very helpful! Cash only.

The only place I go. Such a great atmosphere. I've had a few different bud tenders here and each of them are great and each of them offered me a good tip on what I was looking for. I have an older aunt who frequents here and everybody is so cool with her, from staff and other customers alike. She always leaves happy. I always leave happy.

You want fast delivery?! You have to go through Marc and Ash! You want to have a really fast ETA for your weed delivery...Marc and Ash is the way to go. EVERY time I order from them their delivery service is impeccable. I've ordered through other dispensaries and have  had my orders cancelled multiple times. Usually is about 3 hours after I placed my order which is annoying because if you cannot complete my order, please let me know as soon as you can, so I can order from somewhere else. I needs my weed!!! However, Marc and Ash are the bomb! Superior customer service! If you go in to their stores, you'll also be greeted by super amazing staff!!! By far my favorite dispensary! They also have great deals online! I've found 10-15% coupons which help a lot when you are a regular customer!

Usually get clones delivered from them between 2-3x a month. All of a sudden I'm outside delivery zone because "managers aren't on same page"  no customer recovery at all talking to 2 different associates.

I called in for help with an online order, as I had some questions. Anna was so helpful on the phone, going through all of my options and explaining the choices. I got delivery and my ordered arrived less than 2 hours later. Could not be more pleased.

Wonderful service from a young black girl that likes to go by the name of "D", was extremely helpful. She was super attentive and gave me great advice on what I should buy based on my needs. From the moment you walk into the lobby there's a really cool vibe from the really trendy aesthetic of it all. The staff has always been incredibly nice and I find their prices way lower than "the other dispensary from down the street". Easily the shop with the most extended selection of beverages, edibles, and CBD products. Come for the weed. Stay for the vibe and other goodies.

A friend recommended March & Ash, I'm so glad i went! Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable! I like that they have different sections for different types of items: edibles,cartridges, CBD products, flower! It was all such a good experience from start to finish. I had delivery couple days ago everything was on time and early Ara asked me nicely about my ID card for quick picture and all items I order was in organized bag he asked to check everything before he leave to make sure nothing missing and he explained for me about reward points I'm definitely ordering more in the future . First time in a dispensary not knowing what to expect. This place is great! All employees were very helpful in getting me the right product for my needs. I don't understand the cash only thing, but there is an ATM on site. Highly (no pun intended) recommend for first timers.

Visited March and Ash for the first time while in San Diego and was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and employee knowledge. The store gives a very high end (no pun intended) feel and makes first timers feel very comfortable. *10% off for first timers!The store was hoppin'! There was a constant stream of people in and out and even someone who brought their dog in with them. The shop has a serious range of products from plants to drinks and various CBD options. I felt very well taken care of and attended to. The staff was knowledgeable about their product and happy to make recommendations.FYI: Don't forget this place is a cash only business. They have two ATMs on site that charge $2.50 to take out cash.

I'm so disappointed. Unfortunately I have to leave such a low star review. I've been coming here for months.. have had awesome customer service from all of the people on the floor that really make the magic happen so to speak. they have incredible product, and truly everyone knows their stuff. Manager Scott and I had an unpleasant, unprofessional public conversation at the register about my account having an issue regarding my discount that has never been mentioned to me, ever. He didn't want to work with me so with such a shortness of dispensaries in the area- I cut my losses.  March and Ash. Bummer. I even had my let me speak with the manager hair ready.. got a great deal down the street at Apothekare though. Same product $6 less.

Brought my out of state visitors after our Green Carpet grow class for seeds and clones. Went on a Sunday afternoon with no wait time for entry and plenty of parking. Courtney helped me in deciding if I should grow or purchase topicals ready-made. Because Napali pink develops beautiful flowers it was an easy sell. Walked out with two plants had an additional 30% off with intro and clone specials.ATMs on site. Credit cards aren't accepted because of federal laws.

Based on reviews on here, I chose March and Ash as my first experience visiting a medicinal dispensary. I was super nervous, I didn't know what to expect. Happily, I was greeted with friendly service and the staff was welcoming and amazing! Thank you to Victoria for being so helpful! Her recommendations to help with my severe anxiety were perfect and the product is exactly what I needed! I had a lovely Hakuna Matata afternoon! I will definitely be back to try more! Lets start with the good first. Great selection, has some of the LA brands no where else in SD has. 22 Red LA, Cherry Kola Farms etc. The bad? I've now bought 2 disposable vapes that literally didn't hit at all. The first one they exchanged no hassle. The problem is sometimes you get one of those over zealous non-helpful bud tenders that can be problematic. So I got charged full price for a stizzy pine apple express disposable vape that was 100% defective. Since I did not bring it back with in 30 days they would not do anything for me. You guys are welcome for the donation, do better. The managers can also have pretty rough attitudes at times as well. Pet peeve, guys its a dispo we come here for fun not to deal with non sense. Great selection like I said... but.

My cousin told me of this weed shop and took me there. From the parking lot, company sign on the building, waiting area, check-in greeters, displays of cannibus products was every bit of top notch. For what they had and the quality of everything, the prices were right on point.I just found out that they just opened a new March and Ash in L.A and palm Springs.

Ok, First off, This shop is the most beautiful dispensary I have ever been in. From the moment you walk in you know you chose the right spot as the classy and inviting décor is only made better by the ultra friendly staff that is there to help with any random question you might have. Also the selection of products is really on the next level. I may be Biased but this is currently the only shop in San Diego where you can find Ash & Ember and Give Half Gram Vape carts. If you haven't tried Give your Missing out.... I recommend the Strain called "Act" which is sativa with a delightful daytime happy high.If you ever want to know more about any products don't be afraid to ask Scotty. I don't know what to say, still, at this point. In my 45 years on this earth, I have seen some things. Weird things. Odd things. Beautiful things. This was all those wrapped up in one. The Libertarian in me has always advocated that this is the way to solve our tax problems. The Realist says that we, as a populace, are not to be trusted with grand freedoms. Yet, I was shocked. I was shocked by the presence, the atmosphere, the professionalism. I was shocked by the knowledge, and friendliness. I was shocked by the freedom of the entire place. It smelled great. It was a comfortable environment. It was...for lack of any better word in my vocabulary......high-class. I still hate California, but man is it trying to win me over?!?!

I absolutely love this place - it's honestly one of the best dispensaries in San Diego.  I have been to tons of dispensaries and most are not as hands on are March and Ash. I love the fact you can look at everything up close and really see what you want to buy. The place is super clean and beautiful.  The staff is really helpful and friendly... I will be back!

Super overpriced you can go to another shop and get double what you get at this shop.  When they say it's Nordstrom.  They aren't lying.  Prices are ridiculous.  My suggestion is you shop around.   You don't buy a car only looking at one.    Do the same here shop around and realize it's not gold their selling.  It's just herb    Don't be a fool

I loved this place until I finally had a problem and learned about their Customer Service. I spend roughly 1500 a month on cannabis for context and have never had a product issue. Unfortunately,  I listened to a delivery recommendation that included a product that does not work for standard 510s and that fact is not listed anywhere on the product, or told to the consumer.I was told to physically come into the store for a replacement.  My replacement was refused and they made me spend more money, after also having to drive to their location which is rediculous. Eaze and other services replace your product after being reported, they send a driver out. The same expectation was even made by the March and Ash team. I was told in store this is NOT how March and Ash operates and you MUST go into the store. So their communication is pretty trashfire tier.Only use this place if there is a sale. Ensure you ask about all the details associated with your product purchase to ensure you aren't being scammed into coming back in.

This was my place to go but unfortunately their customer service is non existent. They made an error for their BOGO and had me pay the price. BOGO should mean buy one get same product for free but they felt they could just give you anything other than what you expected to get. I bought pax pods and got pre rolls??!! Really?! I don't use pre rolls which is why I buy pods. When I tried to get a hold of someone it took forever as they are not receiving calls so you have to use their chat box or text. I did both and never got a text back and they responded the chat box 3hrs later. My husband did get a call back but they were unable to help us saying they made a mistake with BOGO and they changed the wording after I had made a purchase clearly stating it was BOGO! They told my husband that all they could do was give a $25 store credit but that was it! What do I need a credit for when I just wanted the right product! Those $25 will stay with them as this was the worst customer service. They also said they would give a 20% discount due to late deliveries which I never got. So, late delivery by 3hrs no discount applied and got a product that I did not want. They did try to send a pod later that evening but ended up being pre rolls again! Something I cannot use!!! Their mistake but it didn't matter this time the customer was wrong and they were right! Very dissatisfied and disappointed and last time shopping here.

Update! 4/30/2019Be warned!! This place is shady AF!! They have their staff and managers posting reviews on here to bump up their score. After I posted the review below, I was contacted by a person named Manny B. who claimed to be a manager for this establishment. I had two of his reviews pulled from both there dispencery and delivery service!! This place violates the terms and conditions of yelp!!! SHADY!!  Don't give them your money!! Shop some place Honest!!I have been working my way down the list of dispensaries in the city...this was the next on my list. We'll just say...it didn't go well! Here is my experience. - This place has less than 10 parking spaces. Good luck!- The shop is very very small. It wasn't very packed because it was near closing, but it still felt very cramped. - No menus...anywhere....- There isn't any type of line structure or waiting structure. Everyone just kind of walks in circles around this island of budtenders in the middle of the room. It's extremely confusing- If you want Flower, you need to speak to an actual budtender, you can't find it on any of the shelves. - I stood for 10 minutes trying to flag down a budtender but was ignored over and over. Some even looked at me and made eye contact...then walked away!!!Eventually, after 15 minutes of not being helped, I shrugged my shoulders and walked out empty handed. That is the FIRST time that's happened to me at any dispensary, ever. I got a 10% new customer discount...which would have been nice to use.  I recommend you drive 5 minutes up the road to SDRC. They actually know what they're doing. Skip this place...I won't be back.

Well well well...Just have to say Victoria was seriously the best! I've been to different dispensaries before, and it's super transactional. Not bad, just pretty basic.But then I came here the other day and Victoria was so knowledgeable and amazing. My grandmother has Neuropathy in her legs and it is very debilitating, and I wanted to get her some products that could alleviate some of that pain. Mind you, my grandma is 90 and not about to incorporate any traditional cannabis into her life. Victoria gave me tons of options for topical products and for a few different tinctures. Definitely coming back :)

I am really disappointed and appalled  with the encounter I had with "Brian" . I don't appreciate going into an establishment and being yelled at because of miscommunication between employees. The cashier was more than nice and accommodating and was making my experience more than pleasant. I got there at the end of the night.The cashier rang me up and gave me my total, at that point I had to use the ATM to finish my transaction, and she said that was ok.   I was at the ATM at 8:58, a minute later there was a gentleman that came up to me aggressively informing me I was unable to finish my transaction because it was already 9. I was startled and confused at his tone of voice. I didn't even realize he was talking to me since he was not helping me out. He didn't even introduce himself; he just started yelling.My experience was with the cashier and it was nothing but pleasant until Brian intervened. I understand the policy that he was trying to convey but I'm not ok with the way he treated me as a guest. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the manager and that there was no one else I could talk to and then proceeded to call security. My sister that was standing next to me was really upset and started recording him because she was not ok with the tone of voice he was using and how he escalated the situation. No one should go up to a guest and talk to them that way. He could have kindly and politely conveyed the same message regarding the policy. I am not complaining about the policy that I am now aware of, after being mistreated by Brian. I am complaining about the lack of customer service he provided. I'm a loyal online customer and this was my second time at the establishment and probably my last. I did not enjoy the rude and disrespectful encounter with Brian. I actually think this experience will alter where I do my business.Please go ahead and look at your cameras, there you will see how he approached me aggressively and started using a threatening tone for no reason. I am not ok with the anxiety that he caused while I was there. I was having a pleasant experience until Brian came up to me aggressively while I was at the ATM trying to finish my transaction.I don't understand why he had to come up to me rudely and aggressively to inform me about the policy. I am also not ok with entering an establishment and being mistreated. He was completely out of line. He definitely made me feel threatened and was intimidating for absolutely no reason. Came in here with my wife. As we had to wait in the entrance room we sat together. One of their receptionists came to us and asked us to sit separately due to Covid measures to which we acquiesced immediately but with some confusion as we had already stated we were married. My wife and I are Spanish speakers and were talking in Spanish to each other and the reaction this lady had was way under any profesional standard I've ever seen. Instead of attempting to communicate better with us (we had already spoken with her upon entering the establishment), or simply leaving us alone since we had complied immediately, she decided to instead ask her Spanish speaking coworker "tell them something so they stop looking at me". I work in sales and understand the kind of frustration you have with a difficult customer, but my wife and I both actively attempt to communicate as easily and politely as we can anytime. We both left extremely offended at this lack of respect and derogatory demeanor. As far as the store itself it is fantastic. Sucks to have such an ugly experience from a receptionist who thinks too highly of herself and too little of others.

Used the delivery service several times, and it was okay. Today, after receiving 30 texts updating the delivery time, we are still waiting almost 4 hours with no update from a live person. We get it, the weather delay maybe, but communicate? This is much worse than the last order where they had to make three separate trips over the span of five hours, just to get our order correct. Communicate.

March and Ash has become me second home, this business cares about its community and its customers. Any employee can answer any question you have and recommend you your perfect product. Patience is key and I don't mind waiting for something I've been waiting all my life in The Valley. Thank you for  the excellent establishment and hard work.

Review for online order delivery only.*Important: if you are reading this and planning to get a delivery soon. Order before 8pm! I found out 2 important things while attending the school of hard knocks on the March and Ash website last night.1) the do not take delivery orders after 8pm.2) there are zones for orders with different minimums depending on your distance from the store.I discovered lesson 1 right after lesson 2 at 7:58pm last night.Just got the order I placed this afternoon.  I bought some kushy punch and district edible products. Stuff works.The online order process was like normal shopping online. When I placed my order, bot type customer service asked for a photo of my ID. No problem. I get it. Sent..Then there was a delay and an option to play a game while I await their response. Cool and fun! After dying in the game twice, I quit. Still with no response. Network disconnected??I sent a message in same screen as photo. Got a call. Got 10% 1st time order discount and a 45 min estimate. About 20 minutes later I got a text with a tracking link - "David" appeared to be on his way and 20 minutes out.Driver showed up at my hotel. Calls me and we confirm we see each other. He pulls up. I walk up. (Feels illegal but he assures me it is not) ID. Signature. Cool conversation. Payment in cash (I added a tip - this is better than pizza).Minus one star because connecting last night would have been better.

This place is over priced and staffed with people who would rather chat with each other then help the customers..come on guys this place is ran like a dive bar.This is the last I come or recommend ANYONE just go down the street plenty of other shops that have better prices and staff that are actually trained not like this trash can.

This is a review for their delivery only as I haven't been to their storefront but plan to. I am in their free delivery zone, so it is nice to save a few bucks there. Eaze charges way more at the end, usually about $15-$20 more per order.Call before 6:30pm at least if you want your order to arrive. They will typically call and let you know if they have enough drivers or not. They also routinely run out of stock of things and will ask to replace it with another product, so if you're looking for a very specific item, be aware and call ahead.The couple times I have had an issue with my order, the person on the phone has always exemplified excellent customer service, not just a dull "ok we will refund you anything else." They genuinely care and you can tell in their voice.Ultimately I am very happy with the drivers and service, they are steps above the other delivery services in communication and professionalism.

A self serving dispensary? Enough said. We really enjoyed our experience visiting here from out of town. Came on a rainy day, but got in and out surprisingly fast. Super knowledge, friendly, chill budtenders who aren't overwhelming or try to sell you up on anything. Decent prices with 10% off as a first time customer. 10/10 recommend!

Great place. Great selection. Great service. I would completely recommend.  The environment and design of the location is extremely nice and secure. I did not have any worries or concerns while I was there. And felt very comfortable and at ease.

I am a total weed amateur. Like it's embarrassing. This space is beautifully designed and products are highest quality. You get what you pay for. Most of all the staff is nice, communicative, non-judge mental, easygoing, patient. Really appreciated the help from the people here. It's like a wine store with really high end wines except the staff are not snobs and the wine is weed.

This place refuses to honor their online app coupon. It states you get 1/8 of flour for five dollars for your first time using it. I tried for hours using the app, it wouldn't except the coupon code. I called the dispensary, then they told me you needed to buy 2 8ths of flour to get it, so then I tried to buy two eights of flowers still couldn't get it. Then they told me I could only buy pacific stone. I tried to buy Pacific stone, and couldn't get it. They were absolutely refusing to give me an eighth of flour for five dollars. Besides the sale I haven't gone to this club for about a year because all the weed on the shelf is about five months old.

Not cool. I was shown product that I liked but when I got home I noticed both jars I received had been open and the flower was more than six months old. Bait and switch fancy lights. So far I cannot find a legal place that delivers good products for fair prices.

Kinda small inside and rather expensive. I prefer to have my flower weighed out in front of me. I don't like these crazy 1/8 prepackaged up. Too much plastic.

Beautiful store. Accessible products that make it feel like a store and customers feel valued rather than mistrusted because everything is under lock and key. Allows great browsing ability. Terrific staff. Both my experiences there have been top notch.

Lovely store! You don't feel like you are in a dispensary at all. Very much like walking into a high-end (no pun intended) boutique.I knew exactly what i was shopping for so it made my visit easy. I bought 2 friends along with me who said the said the same thing to me about feeling very boutique-like.I have been in one dispensary which felt like an Apple store -  very crowded and tons of people waiting in line. And another store where  it seemed you were basically expected to give your DNA to walk in.March & Ash also gave me a first-time customer discount which was a nice touch. I will definitely be back!

This place is VERY aesthetically pleasing. I would not recommend coming in here if you are already high, you may end up staying for a very long time just enjoying the atmosphere or staring at how beautiful everything is. Everyone here was extremely knowledgeable and my whole experience was beyond pleasant. Parking was a little tight but they have additional parking in the back. New customers  get 10% discount and just FYI it is cash only, but they got an ATM in the front when you check in. :)

By far the best customer service in town. Maybe a little more pricey but they have what I want in stock and never an attitude!I can't even believe the things people have said to me over the phone when I ask a simple question.  I'm sorry, does my Lupus and my pain make it hard for you to tell me if you have something in stock? Remember you are dealing drugs legally, you are now free to drop the attitude.March and Ash offers a great selection with knowledge staff. They don't waste your time trying to sell you crap product.  You really do get what you pay for. Good juju in this place.

I'm here visiting San Diego for Memorial Day during the Covid-19 pandemic. I needed some tree so I ordered some prerolls off the website 5 for $51. The delivery came in about 45 minutes and I had to show my ID and pay in cash. Quick, efficient service and quality tree. I HIGHLY recommend this place for delivery. The courier was sweet so I tipped her $10, I'm on vacation idgaf, I know how much it's costs off the street, I was just in a jam and this lady came through for me. Please check this place out.

I have been to a couple of DP's in the area however March and Ash has stepped up the industry.  On the floor-everyone is pleasant and very helpful! It is small but all the budtenders are helpful and they all smile which is very up lifting.  I have been to the Mission Valley location twice-since I have placed orders over the phone and I have requested Sunne Buechler several times, she is professional and very informative. She knows her bud/carts! She is very transparent.  And I love working with her!  During the COVID virus we have not been able to call we have done all online orders however yesterday I spoke to Alex/Alexis and I told her that I wanted a cart that was on the floor and not online and she gave me direction as to what to do and these carts were delivered within 20 minutes by Danny,  both Alex/Alexis and Danny were amazing yesterday! In the mid 90's, I used to sit around with my college roommates smoking joints and pondering if weed - or as its called now, cannabis, would ever be legalized, regulated and sold in storefronts. We would try our best to visualize what these weed shops would look like, and we all had our own unique ideas and opinions - but never in our wildest dreams could we ever have imagine something like what we witnessed at "March and Ash". It was truly a stoner's fantasy come to life, a pipe dream come true. For the first time in my life I didn't feel like an outcast or law breaker when buying weed - March and Ash created such a comfortable experience for me and my college buddies - we all felt so normal and accepted. It was a day that we will all never forget - thank you March and Ash ...this blunts for you !!!!

Placed an order at 8:24pm on their website. An hour later I called them to see what's up because I haven't gotten any ETA texts. The guy on the phone said that they stop taking orders at 8 and were working on letting me know that. I never received any type of message from them letting me know that and it doesn't say anything about 8pm cut off on their website. Wtf! Will never ever recommend this place to anyone I know!

This place is horrible after an hour in a half of waiting I called and the lady on the phone was rude. Long story short no one delivered my order. I would NEVER recommend this place of business to family or friends .

Normally this place is great, but the woman that helped me last time had absolutely no idea what she was talking about (and thus was greatly unhelpful), seemed like I was bothering her by trying to purchase the items I picked out with zero assistance, and then snidely refused to honor a discount that I've received *every* other time I've been to the store. Hopefully the dissatisfaction on my face was obvious because while I'll likely be back (it is definitely the nicest and most welcoming dispensary in SD), I 100% *won't* be talking to AB again.Makes me question referring people here if the quality of the staff is declining... I could only imagine the experience someone would have that didn't know what they were looking for. You can do better M&A!

If I could give 0 stars I would.  Very disappointed in their level of customer service.  I ordered online for a delivery service after 6pm.  I confirmed the order via text making it clear that I needed the product that evening and that I could pick up if they couldn't make it.  They said they would be here.  I was the last on the delivery stops and they called at 9 telling me they wouldn't be able to deliver or they would lose their license.  Honestly I don't care if you lose your license, don't tell a customer you will be there if you are not going to be there.   Offering discounts for next day service isn't helping.  Your driver can let you know what deliveries they are not going to get to so you can then text or email the customers so they can make that decision to wait until the next day or not.

I drove by this place for almost a whole year and did not realize it was a dispensary. I thought it was a pub, due to the ambiguous name of the business. Well, I finally checked it out and they did not disappoint. They have plenty of parking. They have the best deals in town.

This place is clean. Not a spot where you're almost scared to go in. Their prices are great so far. Security is always friendly and welcoming. And the front desk staff is alert and ready when you come in. The staff inside are all knowledgeable and will help you with all your questions- I had about 100 and they answered them all and helped me get the product I need. A product I purchased was defective and when I came back a week later they replaced it without hesitation. Awesome to see good customer service where it's needed. I was helped by Nick who is so nice and helpful. Hopefully this guy sticks around. If love him to be my "bud tender" every time.

Amazing place... I have been to one other "official" establishment and I must say as soon as I walked in I was greated warmly. The place is clean, organized and has anything you could need. We were nervous about parking being that I am disabled but it was not a problem. This is our new favorite.

It was the first time coming to this place. Very convenient if you live around north park area. It is a friendly environment to where the security guard showed me around and made it seem very welcoming. Of course I will be back!

I have shopped here for quite awhile now.  Couldn't even tell you how many orders I have placed here.  So much money.  Now I place an order today and the concentrate was leaking from the cap and was all over the outside of the container. Wasteful when it's an expensive product.  More than that I can't even touch it without getting it all over my hand. No big deal they replaced it but the next one was the same way.  I have never had that happen this bad before.  I call back just to ask for a credit because I didn't feel it was right and I didn't want to wait for another delivery cause I had to wait an hour for them to come the second time.  Then the manager offered me a 15 percent discount to make it right.  I already get a 10 percent discount for being a veteran.  So thanks for the 5 percent discount when there was about 10 bucks of product wasted on the jar.  That to me shows they  aren't a business who cares about a loyal customer.  I have spent so much money there sometimes even daily.  In the thousands and you treat me that way.  Rather not give business to a place like that. I haven't gone anywhere else in over a year literally only them.  I have never wasted my time to write a yelp review before but I don't think a place who does something like that to any customer let alone a long time loyal customer who has spent thousands there.  On to find somewhere else give my business and thousands of dollars yearly

Where do I even begin! March and Ash is awesome. It always feels very welcoming. Ive tried other dispensaries and this is my fave hands down. Right when you walk in you're greeted. They're always really nice. Once you're in, everyone is super helpful. I've never had trouble getting help. I have a hard time finding the right product for myself, and a young lady(didn't catch her name) was so patient with me and stayed with me until I found something. Wasn't the product for me, came back, and once again, same young lady helped me. She was just as patient, and very informative. Thanks to her, I actually found my perfect product. We have never had trouble with their customer service. I always feel comfortable walking into this dispensary. The selection is awesome! They have so much product to chose from and everyone is very knowledgeable. When it is busy, I've never waited more that 10 min to go in. Which is fine, since their waiting area is on point. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great place , always pick the curbside pick up option , real friendly staff. They sometimes get the pricing mixed up but they quickly fix it for you. Great business overall, I do wish they took card at curbside pick up though.

I went in to get a $100 oz and a clone or two. First off, they were completely out of clones. Secondly, I asked the budtender for the most purple flower they had. He said that would be Purple Panty Dropper and showed my a sample of it. It looked beautiful! Very VERY deep purple and exactly what I was looking for. I bought the OZ. It was in a NON see through package but I assumed that the flower in the oz would be the same sample that he showed me at the store. When I got home and opened the pack, it was definitely not the same purple strain I was shown at the store even though it did have the same label of Purple Panty Dropper. Mildly purple at best and mostly green. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning unless they fix this situation.

Everyone that worked here was really friendly and I got 10% off for being a 1st time customer. I really don't enjoy interacting with salespeople and I like perusing / taking my time, but the staff here was very accommodating and not too in your face. One of them recommended some edibles they like themselves, and pulled a single tab out of their pocket, along with their pocket lint, and I guess that sold me. I ended up picking up product recommendations from 3 different salespeople and I was giddily walking around the store with my jacket in my arms swaddling all kinds of products. I also picked up a Blue Dream clone and I have to say that it is super resilient and was a great recommendation to someone that can't even keep succulents / basil alive. I put her on my dashboard and she was sliding back and forth and toppling over for the entirety of my SoCal trip, and at trip's end, we had to part ways =( so I shipped her to a friend in Cali that could better take care of her. The 2 day shipping left her crippled, and seemingly dead, but she has since been resuscitated and doing ok!

The best shop in San Diego. I go there all the time and get treated like a vip. All the staff are amazing and prices are out of this world! Get products and the only shop I go to!

I am so very impressed with dispensary! I first used their delivery service (which was GREAT) and decided to pop in today since I was in their neighborhood. I'm so glad that I did! Even from the outside this place is super welcoming! The feel is more of an upscale boutique rather than a sketchy dispensary. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE is so friendly and kind. Their selection was of quality and I enjoyed being able to actually look around and ask questions without a glass barrier between you and the products. Yo I loved this dispensary . Great prices and friendly staff.... UP UNTIL I went on vacation and my gf had told me one of the staff members gave him her number to give to me for green. Which then made me wonder who brings sand to the beach . This is very unprofessional and I've never had to bite my tongue so hard cause I usually act first . I do not recommend this dispensary I'd go to SDRC where you know that their isn't some troll trying to hit on your girlfriend lol

Simple and quick with very minimal planning. Delivery was free with a certain dollar figure purchase based on geographic area.  I got 10% off since it was my first order. What I ordered is what arrived and was as advertised. I have no complaints. This business has great service and convenience. The website is easy to figure out. You can even track the driver! I knew exactly when he would arrive and discreetly stepped outside. They also text to let you know the order is on the way and when it arrives. There is literally no way they could improve the experience for me. You can trust this business.

Every time I come here I'm impressed by the product selection, store layout, and professionalism. Despite being one of the most upscale dispensaries I've been too, they manage to cultivate a laid back atmosphere. It's the Apple store of recreational marijuana. Highly recommend checking it out!

This place is great- very nice staff who will explain all the different options & brands. We liked the fact That we could walk in and browse without any sales pressure. Once we figured out what we wanted we just went up and asked our questions, paid up & left. Prices are great but be aware, it's cash only at least for now. They have an ATM in the main lobby.

Just walked out after visiting for the first time and I was blown away by how legit this place was. Right off the bat it was beautiful. There was no sketchy vibes like you get at places down in Chula Vista. Diego was friendly and gave me a good recommendation. We were talking about how nice this place was and he said "it's like the Apple store of dispensaries and that was spot on. I definitely will be back next time.

This is the dopest, most aesthetically pleasing dispensary in San Diego! I love how they have all the plants/clones on the wall in the back it's a nice touch and the counter in the center of the store is beautifully placed. I also love that this shop is self service and you can help yourself. If you do have questions there's a ton of budtenders waiting to help you! They are super helpful especially Nicole :). They have a Heavy Hitters vape cartridge special every other week and they also carry the 2.2 grams too!

Great experience. Helpful and attentive but not over-bearing. I have only been in twice so far but have loved it each time. My parents visited from out of state and they were so interested in going to a shop because they were in awe that it is legal and you can just go in and purchase products. I took them to March and Ash and I was so impressed by the people's patience and answering of questions and showing their knowledge of the products they carry. Beautifully designed shop. Products are section off in different rooms which are around a "flower bar". Registers are spread out all around the shop which makes purchasing a breeze. Knowledgeable staff and low pricing. Will come back soon.

This is my first visit to Marsh and Ash. I've shopped at  two other dispensaries in the nearby area.  Of the three, MAA is definitely my favorite. The employees are very welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. The cashier even gave me a surprize discount of 10% off. The overall prices are reasonable. Their website menu makes it easy to make your selection before you get to the store. MAA has a great variety of products. As for the other two dispensaries, I find one to be too pricey and the other has a wall menu impossible to read.

This place is amazing. It's easy to find and parking is always available. The store is ascetically appealing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nick and Courtney were great to work with. I also love if they haven't tried something they're open to ask a co-worker. Will be returning soon :)

After a large order I left with the product only to realize that a large amount of the order was not in the bag. Went back to get what I paid for and they made it right. First two cartridges I tried came out of the box clogged though. My first ever Rove not working and my first ever Bloom Farms cartridge I have ever had in my life that came out clogged from the start. Would recommend trying a few things at a time before a large order is made. Staff is helpful overall and friendly and they do have a large selection. However this experience was not the best I have had. They do seem to be willing to work it out with their customers and their flower is from the best growers in the state to end on a positive.

I first found March and Ash a few weeks ago after wanting to find a more intimate store experience. This spot is a hidden gem and I'm always impressed by the staff and level of service. From the gentleman out front that checks bags to the front counter ladies. Most recently I was in looking for some flower and possibly a small discrete glass piece. I was helped by Matty and let me just tell you, he's awesome!!! Very knowledgeable about products and patient with my indecisiveness as he let me smell several different strands. Buying flower is something I don't take lightly, it can be expensive and I want to ensure pick something that will be good for me. Thanks Matty for your patience and friendly demeanor!! I came here about two months ago, Ashley, I'm sorry for the late review. Ashley helped me, she's amazing and very down to earth and super knowledgeable about the stuff in the shop. She was extremely chill and friendly from the get and created an amazing first time experience for me. I've gone to different shops and the some bud tender chicks are rude or unwilling to help another chick, so thank you for being a super cool chick and doing your job well. The shop it self is very organized and everything has its own section, I loved it in there and how clean everything was. I Haven't returned because this review had been haunting me. This was first time visiting a cannabis dispensary, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The place was super nice and up-scale looking, and the staff were very helpful and kind. The guy that helped me find what I was looking for was super knowledgeable about their products, and was able to give me recommendations based on my (limited) experience with cannabis. I love this place. They have a great selection of everything. Flowers, edibles, CBD, oils pens etc...they also usually have a good deal of promo going on as well. Customer service is great. Jill helps me out often and she is knowledgeable and kind. I only come here now, it's the best place in San Diego by far!

I heard great things about this place so thought I'd give it a try - texted for delivery for one if their specials ( 15 minutes before special ended) and no reply so I called and spoke w a girl who sounded really unhappy-told her texted an order within the special time frame - her response was that yes they accept texts for delivery but it's a different number (? I used one off their website )- I told her I'd be a first time patient and would she honor their special since I never got a reply back from my text ( and still haven't from yesterday ) and she said no- the suppliers handle the specials and since it was 12 minutes after the special ended she couldn't do anything for me - told her bad first ( and last ) impression in a highly competitive market . Underwhelmed and will share my experience with others as well.

This dispensary is hands down the best in San Diego. They carry multiple names of just about anything your looking for. I've been here I'd say a dozen times now, and have yet to be disappointed. Great prices and selection for quality product. You can look at just about everything up close. It's like shopping at a Cannabis Convince Store. The staff is super chill and very informative. They are always polite and helpful. Nicole today was awesome coming through clutch!! And the location. Off the 8 in between the 805 and the 15. Could it get any better? Check this spot out frfr.

This is one of the best dispensaries I've been too! I've been a a medical card holder for years and when March and Ash opened up I was so happy with their product, the knowledgeable staff, and great atmosphere. Happy to call it my new home for green!

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a few packs of pre-rolls. Turns out the most expensive pack was COMPLETELY EMPTY. I didn't realize this until the day I was leaving San Diego. They will not refund my money and said I have to bring the box in person for store credit. So since I do not live there to remedy this, I essentially bought an empty box for $60. GO TO URBAN LEAF INSTEAD!!

I love this place it's a one stop shop for everything you need! I love the personal attention given to me while I'm shopping. They are knowledgeable and kind. Centrally located, wide range of products and their top shelf flowers keep me coming back for more!

I love this dispensary! Every time I've been there the stuff is been incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Last time I was there was a particularly experience. MyBudTender's name was Sean Flanigan and he took a lot of time explaining to me the different kinds of cannabis oil particularly the ratio of CBD to THC and how it was the best of sore but my body. He was incredibly friendly, super knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I recommend this place and especially this budtender to anyone.

Put in for a delivery before 7 PM and was told that they could not deliver because they weren't going to be in my area anymore. Told me I had to call earlier.  It's too bad that some of your customers aren't able to place orders in the middle of the day because of work. You guys have lost a customer.  Why call yourself the delivery company when you don't deliver. What a joke.

It was my first time using delivery. Before I placed my order I called the location with questions, Cassie was very friendly and educated on the subject. It was super easy to place the order, took about an hour to receive my stuff, delivery guy was really nice and the transaction took less that 5 minutes. Will definitely order again.

I've been a customer here for several months now and I love it, I've taken friends and family here as well and we've always had a great experience. First, the store is gorgeous, I love how clean it is and everything is laid out clearly and everything is easy to find. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, everyone knows their stuff and they're always such a pleasure to talk to. No pushy sales people, they just seem genuinely interested in helping and getting to know a little bit about you. I've been given several suggestions for some things I might like and I have absolutely no complaints about the products, their bud is some of the best I personally have tried.New customers get 10% off their first time which is great.I've made a couple online orders as well as just walking in to the store and each time I've been taken care of very quickly. The store is generally pretty busy but there's always lots of people working and wait times aren't long at all. They also have a delivery option which I love the idea of but haven't tried. Overall, really enjoy coming here, love the friendly atmosphere and of course, the products.

Everyone is so nice and helpful.  I've been coming here to get cbd oil for my dog I have seen such an improvement in her pain with the PET safe CBD oils they have.  Highly recommended.

I love March and Ash! I come here at least 3 times a week. The staff is always in a great mood, and they instantly know what to help me look for when I come in. There are other dispensaries near by, but March and Ash has the best customer service!

I know very little about THC and CBD but have been to a doctor who tried to help me along with my Pain Specialist.  Then unfortunately my husband got Shingles and the pain from that has been excruitating and the 'normal' way of treating has now helped.  He was recommended to try a Vitamin and at that shop the assistant recommended that we try CBD oil.  It was pure chance we found March & Ash and Kione was the young man who helped me.  His knowledge was absolutely amazing and he went out of his way to discuss with a colleague about what the best way to go would be.  The difference in the nerve pain is amazing for both of us, as I've started using it too.  Kione deserves 10 Stars for his unbelievable knowledge, friendlessness and effort to please.  This will be the place for us to go back to and I shall be recommending March & Ash and Kione especially to everyone.  Jon R.

Love this place! Prices are super fair, good deals, actually has clones and you're not crammed into a little storefront. Actually feels like you're in a store get to pick items off the shelf. Definitely coming back again for more 710labs.

First dispensary in San Diego, had a great experience. Very clean, nicely decorated, and well educated staff that were pleasant and helpful. I've been to dispensary's in Colorado and Vegas and this was by far my favorite. Great selection of products!  It was my cousins first time in a dispensary and it made a positive lasting impression.  We will definitely be going back.

I rarely write reviews but I work in customer service so I appreciate solid customer service. I like picking up dank pre-rolls from March and Ash. The past two times I was been helped by young woman who I believe is a manager. She is stellar! She always has a great recommendation and I've never been let down. This is the same with many of the employees there as they really know their way around the store and their products. Keep up the good work guys!

March and Ash was recommended by a family member who has a similar condition to mine. I had not been to my usual store in a while because it's hard for me to leave the house. I saw on the, very user friendly, March and Ash website that they deliver. I placed my order and a little chat window popped up asking for an image of my drivers license as I was a new shopper. I took the pic, added it to the chat and got a phone call just a few minutes later to confirm my order and the price with my first time shopper discount. They quoted 30 to 40 mins for the driver to get to me. However, In about 10 minutes I got a text that had a link to the driver's GPS - he was on his way! I watched from my phone as the driver made his way through my neighborhood. I stood at the curb and watched him pull up right on time! It was actually pretty cool. Alex, the driver, was so kind. I am so glad to find a place that it so highly recommended AND super convenient for my individual needs. Thank you!! You are all Aces!!

WOW!  This is the greatest dispensary ever!  March & Ash is a beautiful facility with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.  Their products are very well priced...cheaper than others I have tried.  Parking is ample and easy.  There is a discount for your first purchase as well as for seniors and don't forget the rewards program.

This is now my favorite dispensary in San Diego. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. It feels like you are at a friend's nice house. And I received amazing customer service from Khann (aka Ken). Definitely ask for him if he's there. He totally hooked me up with great product at a surprisingly low price. The parking in the back was convenient and I liked the interesting path down the hill to the property. Yeah I know sounds lame but I like how the stairs are kind of naturally twisty. The service was awesome. Very informative staff. Helpful. They have a lot of product and we definitely needed some guidance. All in all a good experience.

I only used it for the 710 list but it's literally not even worth that anymore ... rude ignorant employees that can't answer a phone or speak with respect ... they don't care and I am out hash so I guess the jokes on me... I'd put no stars but that's not an option. They like to harass their customers. Its recreational but is also for medical use. Like for people with mental and physical disabilities. Its like a bunch if yo gabba gabbas running the store. Its not for project use. The industry looks bad because of services like this. This field needs to be taken more seriously but with services like that it's no wonder why people still look down on the medical marijuana industry.

This is my spot. I don't go anywhere else, except for when I have to, and it's never as good as when I come here. The staff aren't behind plexiglass or a counter, they are on the floor with you, ready to offer advice or assistance of any kind. I've come here for flower, vapes, edibles, and supplies, and they're always stocked with what I need and a wide selection. Dope merch too!

Excellent service if you go inside, the staff are all so friendly and happy to help. My favorite thing is curbside pickup, it's so fast and easy and online ordering is a breeze. No-tax-Tuesdays are a can't-miss! And I hope they never stop stocking the Dompen 1:1 DVPs they are life!

I'm not big on weed, it's never really been my thing, but I've been having trouble sleeping and a friend suggested Camino gummies from March and Ash and they're amazing. I went to the store, which is beautiful, clean, has an amazing selection, and friendly staff. The reason I'm writing this review though is my delivery just now. I need to refill my gummies, so I decided to order some Christmas edibles for my Ma to meet the delivery minimum, and the driver, Nestor, was super fast, extremely friendly, found my apartment with no problems, just overall a great experience. In retrospect, I'm mad I only tipped 20%, considering it's pouring rain outside, but I won't make that mistake next time.

Never again!I usually go to the store,but being black Friday I decided to try delivery. I ordered at 3pm it is now 7pm , and still no delivery.I'm not happy at all.

Just moved to SD and I went in for a specific CBD patch and had a question about getting a CBD balm but with no THC. The girl I asked made it seem like I was dumb for asking for a CBD product with no THC. All customers should be treated equal especially with no prior knowledge, when i ask a question I am looking for the workers to help guide me in my decision making why are you working at a dispensary if you don't have any knowledge of the products you sell.... The checkout process got worse I stood there waiting for someone to check me out but the employees seemed to care more about cleanliness and presentation of products than checking out a customer, it took an employee walking in from the back asking me if i was already being helped to finally get someone to check me out. Might have just been an off day but i won't be returning. I suggest not going to this dispensary... this one isn't it.

This storefront is amazing! Feels very lavish on the inside and everybody is friendly and being kind to each other!  Five Stars to the Employees and Owners Last Night I purchased an eighth of Grand Crus "Chrome Heartz" and I'm not really liking it. It made me cough unusually hard to the point where I can't smoke it. Idk what's wrong if it has pests on it or maybe it's too moist which it kind of is but not a very pleasant experience. After looking them up on what I think is there IG page I saw comments of bad growers conditions made by others who knows if they are credible but it's there. I'm not an official but this is my feedback! Great store, will definitely be back again soon!
