Always top shelf medication. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders (Jade is my favorite). I have pretty high standards of what I expect with my medication and Green Halo always exceeds my standards. Love love love them!

4/20...If I could give this Dispensary 0 stars I would...Worst experience on a 4/20 I have ever had as a patient of 5 years.  The place stated they opened at 9 AM I got in line at around 8:20am. At the time there was about 45- 50 patients in front of me. I sat and waited outside in minimal shade for 4.5 hours.My best friend and I and another lady behind me sat in line for about 4 1/2 hours on 4/20. All to get told when we were in the front of the line that there were still 15 to 20 patients ahead of us(Completely bologna) because people who got in line behind us and got there at 9:00-9:45, entered in to make their purchases prior to myself and others who had been in line since 8:20 am for 4.5 to 5 hours, we got put towards the end of the line because "our cards got mixed up." I finally complained about something rather than keeping my mouth shut and the manager came out and told me the same exact thing that I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I told them to check the cameras now at this point because I was sick of waiting for ABSOLUTELY nothing. It is the principal of the matter to have somebody waiting outside in the hot for 4 1/2 hours and to tell them that they have to wait another hour and a half is basically not fair at all whatsoever. Five clients that were behind me, entered in before us even said "Hey I'm sorry you guys were here first why are you guys still standing outside in line." I got there at 8:20 AM and left there at about 2:15-2:30 PM. ***Needless to say ALL of the product was gone by the time I got into the building, no freebies were given to me for sitting there and waiting in a five hour long line all for Mercedes to rudely tell me "OK you can go in I guess." No, I should have been let in an hour ago in my proper place in line.... What happed to you guys? There was no organization for the 4/20 event at allllllll what so ever! To keep people waiting that long and lose their spots and not receive any kind of compensation or "hey sorry we messed up here's a pre roll." So sad. Very unprofessional. I will not be going to The Green Halo any longer. Very unprofessional experience the customer service is just not there any more. The quality of service at this location has deteriorated and diminished in the last 4 years if you ask me. Very sad because this place had so much potential and had good medicine. Take better care of your clients HALO. Very very disappointed in you guys.

we drive up from benson for the specials on monday...it isn't easy for us...my husband has cancer and I use a walker but it's the day we can afford the medicine but on the 35% day you should at least be stocked with product and if not maybe post on your website what's not available so we don't make the long drive for nothing.  This has happen over 5x and I'm pretty sick of the "too bad" attitude...and yes we will be finding someplace reliable where they actually care about their patients

everyone is nice and friendly and the predict and prices are great!! I definitely recommend to a friend and I keep coming back haha

Green halo has, in my opinion, a couple of the best strains in Tucson. High quality, very strong, well priced(Tuesday & Friday) and consistent. Great edibles and extracts as well, but I'm mainly a flower consumer.Only drawbacks are they often go out-of-stock and wait times on discount days (Tuesday & Friday) gets to be long. Finally they pre-pack all of their flower, which can mess with moisture levels and compact the flowers, but the buds are still better than other places that do not pre-pack.

Excellent edibles and very caring staff. I brought my friend, who has cancer, in for her first visit and we spent over an hour here. The budtender never complained or tried to rush us. He was extremely helpful and kind and genuinely wanted to help us. She ended up spending less than $300 on edibles. after the Monday edible discount, the total was cut in half. That made her day. I wish I knew his name but he should get budtender of the year. Great thing you got going on green halos, keep it up

This was my first time at a medical cannabis dispensary in Arizona.  I just received my medical card so I researched a few places and decided to make the trek out to this place.  First of all, it shares a building with a Shell gas station in an area that has no other anchor businesses nearby so it's not very convenient unless you really love Shell gas and driving quite a ways for it.  There's a tiny sign that says The Green Halo on the top of the building to the left of the entrance to the Shell station.  There's a door with an intercom button with no additional signage.  Nothing that says, "patients ring bell." or anything.  I waited to see what others were doing.  It was quite intimidating for a first timer.  If this is all legal, why does it feel so on the down low?? Upon entering, there's also no signage or instructions for new patients.  I asked the people on the other side of the glass what I needed to do.  You just give them your medical card and drivers license and fill out a form.  Then you wait.  It's set up like a doctors office with chairs and a tv showcasing what they offer.  There was 3 or 4 people ahead of me.  I waited for over 30 minutes before being taken to the other room.  I specifically went to this location to check out their edibles as they are 35% off on Mondays.  I checked out a few baked goods and ended up going with a gluten-free brownie.  The ingredients were kind of trash, using corn syrup and such.  I also purchased a lip balm which isn't vegan, it contains emu oil and beeswax, just fyi.  When I asked the lady budtender (I hate this term) about what the feedback was on the lip balm, she just stated that people loved it as they do with all their edibles.  It just sounded like a sales line and not genuine feedback.  She also informed me that this location only sells products that they make in-house and from their own grown flowers.  It's not really worth the drive for me.  It's 20+ minutes from my house and the overall experience was meh for a first timer.  They do offer first patient freebie which you could pick a mini bag of gummies, shatter or flower.  Their edibles are full spectrum which I liked but they didn't have anything with a 1:1 ratio.

Love the selection. The baked goods are made in house...the place smells like a bakery in the morning. They also have a great selection of candies.The only drawback is the location, it's out there in the boonies.

Why are the shatte/wax products labeled with thc-a? By labeling products with thc-a (which is different from thc) it's misleading patients to think products are more potent than they actually are. So if your labeling something at 86% people are more likely to get it. But in actuality when heat is added to thc-a it drops a carboxyl and turns into thc dropping like 12% mass. Thc-a is something more need in products like topicals right?

Great edibles at a very fair price on Mondays.  It's a bit of a drive, but the combination of quality and savings are worth the drive.

In my opinion, this is one of the best medicinal cannabis dispensaries in Tucson!With limited dispensary options in the Tucson area, this is the place with the best prices ($13 to $18 / gram for 'Top Shelf') AND the best medicine.  They have their own cultivation as well as their own baking kitchen, which translates into better prices for patients.I am continually impressed with the quality of their cannabis as well as their consistently low prices, and excellent daily specials.The service has always been on-point for me, and though I too have had to wait,  it was no longer than the wait at any other busy, Tucson dispensary.They keep their website menu up-to-date, and you can also find their current menu on WeedMaps.com, which is helpful for making strain choices before arriving.I also appreciate that the Green Halo keeps their social media current: they have both Facebook and Twitter accounts, which makes it easier to get updates on their daily specials and new strains.If you are looking for an overall quality dispensary in the Tucson area, I suggest you try the Green Halo first!

They have the best selection in town in my opinion, good process, no awkward in and outs. Love these guys and great locale right off the highway. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because sometimes the wait time SUCKS and they are often out of pre rolls.

This is the best place in town!! The staff is amazing and I love them!! They always have top notch products. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I have been to a few dispensaries in town and none have come close to the quality Green Halo has. They always have great deals and they take credit cards. I could keep going on about how amazing this place is, but I really think you should see for yourself. You will agree with me.

hands down best bud i've ever seen and smoked. the plum driver burns sweetly and smoothly through a bong. and i normally HATE the smoke aftertaste. but this was INCREDIBLY pleasant. the 33 splitter is great as well. it's heavy and puts you to sleep fast. pricing is worth the quality. super cool people, located at a shell gas station so i got gas before i left. one visit and hands down the best dispensary i've been to. :)

Great place, great people, great deals, great quality. Their "home made" CBD tinctures were the first compound to finally put my seizures at bay, and keeping up with their higher quality vape cartridges, along with the edibles for the days where discretion is vital, I haven't had a partial seizure in over two weeks - compared to having them up to 25 times a day. My quality of life has been restored. I make sure to stop by every other Saturday and Monday to stock up on concentrates and edibles. Half a gram of shatter for only $20 (not including my automatic 10% off for student discount) and with that student discount applied, Monday's edible deals give me 45% off (as they're typically 35% off). The staff up front are extra nice and the cooks in the back do a great job. Green Halo gets an easy 5 stars.

Buyer beware! This is another dispensary which pushes wax while calling it shatter; can't take it back, no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Pay your money and take your chances; cheap lying bastards. Arrive at your destination with your "shatter" only to find you got stuck with a gooey mess of wax. Won't see me there ever again; keep your "Shatter-day Saturdays", I will take my money to where real shatter is sold.

Slowest service I have ever had. Maybe if people were not in the back talking and hanging out  patients could actually be seen. Worst service ever. This is stupid I been here a half hour and still people ahead of me. Sad thing is there was o lay 2 people when I got here.  Never again

Unlike all other dispensaries, this one actually has decent prices on top quality products. Their shatter is gold and the Larry OG I picked up was the bomb. I would give them 5 stars but the wait was quite long. They had some good sativa as well. The super agent orange is great.

Once again stopped in just for a couple items, and was greeted professionally and happily.    I love the edibles that are made on SITE...and tested for dosage and consistency.    Leaps and bounds above anything I have consumed elsewhere.   I really like the honey (that can be either CBD or THC), and the  vape cartridges are higher in quality here .  The cartridges do not easily clog (but all of them do eventually)...and you get what you expect.   That means...consistent dosing, so pain relief is obtainable, while still being productive!.    BRAVO!

I absolutely I love Green Halo, the customer service is the best I have had in Tucson. Their budtenders are not only knowledgeable but they are genuine. They want to make sure you have the best the medical experience and that you medicate properly. I absolutely I love this dispensary! All my questions are answered they have integrity and will say if they don't know something and their flower is the best. The prices had to go up because of the recreational but they are still competitive.

Talk about socially responsible!!! They're spacing customers outside and only bringing in 10 at a time! I'm so impressed! The green halo has always been #1 in the country for me but now I'm really loving this place!! Always with the info and meds I need! Thank you GH for taking such good care of us during this scary time!

This place has not gone downhill - they went off a cliff! Their menu is deceptive both online and I n person. I saw online that they had a strain at 22%. I drove all the way out there and their in house paper menu said 15%. Their menu board said 22%. The result? 15%. This is not the first time it's happened. This place used to be the bomb. Not any more ...

About a month ago I went to the Green Halo for some gummies. On Monday they have senior citizens Edibles for 35% off. It's drops, cream, gummies.They even have a balm with have CBD have THC that you rub not like the tiger balm you would rub for pain your mother would use. Zero High with excellent pain relief. When we went there they had marks out on the sidewalk every 6 feet. They would only the let two or three people at the most in it was totally sanitized and masks and gloves they're taking it very serious. So if you have any qualms about going now there's a lot less business and the other thing you can do is order what you want and they will have it at the desk so you don't even have to shop. I always like to give the budster a tip. Then they give me a tip on what's really good. I don't smoke but I do like the pain relief the balm gives you try it you'll like it they make it right there

I spend good money here! I placed a pickup order and wanted to add a torch to my order and istead of the woman saying sure and easily adding it to my order, she told me to sit down and wait for 8 people ahead of me. So that prompted me to write this review as I sit here and wait. Thanks!

Well this place has gone way down hill & flat out just sucks!!! Been going there for 7 year as a patient , recently tried to assist two new clueless patients with help and setting up their patient accounts and assist them with getting their products right , and the little rude girl at desk said if I wasn't buying I couldn't be there ! She never even asked me if I was buying or for my MMJ CG verification! So the patients got pissed at her rudeness and we left ! Won't be back ! Bad attitudes & crappy Customer service loses business! Bye Felicia! Oh yeah , and my other 3 patients quit you today too ! 6 patients in one day ! Good job

The staff are *always* nice... and I heard great reviews about this place from my friend who has a medical card (I'm recreational). However, I'm less than stoked with most of the edible products. I've been making edibles at home for my insomnia for about 5yrs so it's pretty safe to say I know dosages... my first experience here was GREAT - I ordered about 20 x 100mg brownies and they were amazing. Second and third orders kinda sucked:1. I bought about $200 worth of edibles: Wyld, OGeez, a brand I forget the name of, and Halo's in-house brand of gummies. Also a little plastic bottle of juice.2. The gummies did hit like 10mg AT ALL except for the in-house brand. When I asked, the answers I got were: "Our brand is full-spectrum, the others aren't. We test ours for accuracy, but we do not test other brands for accuracy." Oook, well, you should know that the gummies you're selling are not only weak af, but they have a ton of bad/unhealthy/unnecessary ingredients.... not worth it.3. The juice bottle was a first try for me; the rep assured me it was the best. He neglected to tell me it was "fresh press juice that must be immediately refrigerated, consumed, or frozen". When I went to grab the bottle out of my ginormous bag of edibles 2 days later, it had leaked over everything but had about a 1/4 inch of juice left. Sucked bad, but I didn't want to waste the rest, so I opened the bottle - and it EXPLODED. 4. Conclusion: when I took all this shit back and very nicely asked for an exchange/refund/I said I would buy all of their in-house stuff instead, they said flat out no.From what I've heard from others, this place is not the same as it used to be. I will not be buying here again.

The staff care about getting you the best medicine for your specific needs. The deals are always good and the halo brand shatter is fantastic.

I love this dispensary! The staff is always really nice, they always have really good deals. You can order online and pick up in store with no wait. I highly recommend??

This place has the best flower in town hands down!! Unfortunately there's always a wait usually between 20 to 90 minutes. Two things I wish they would fix is updating the menu on time and be more consistent with answering the phone.

One of the friendliest staff in Tucson. Some good prices, although some strains seem very overpriced but it could be the brand itself and not so much the dispensary. I wish they had a reward system. I like that they constantly have new free reading materials about the products, testing and more.

One of my go to dispensaries since it’s close by. Too, I love their Monday specials. To me they have the BEST medicated coffee as well as juices I’ve ever had. I mean most of the dispensaries in Tucson sell their drinks so that says a lot. Their prices are good, just depends on the day you go and special offered. Staff at GH are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even the guy at the door is cool. It’s an added bonus that they know my name.
