Poor costumer, they refuse to honor what there coupons have printed on them, a mistake made by them results in the customer not getting what they expect...  always an issue with product not working correctly, they say bring back we will make it right then they dont do anything once you arrive at there loaction..  I give them 1 star

The well-trained staff here make this dispensary stand out. Their selection is broad, and top-quality. The convenient location, comfortable waiting area, and ample parking add to the pleasantness of the place.

Every dispensary seems to be busy these days. But I can tell you that D2 is well-managed, efficient, and the staff is extremely polite.

This place sucks as bad as their other shop. Prices are too high, wait time was unbelievably long, the menu wasn't up to date, shop was not professional... I'll go to prime leaf instead since they're faster and have a better selection anyway.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dispensary. I placed an online order and received a text that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived we still had to wait an hour and a half for the so called "ready order", only to find that my receipt showed every thing I ordered, and the careless D2 employees failed to include 6 items from my purchase, causing me to have to wait an additional 20-25 min for them to get it correct. While I was waiting there was another women complaining that they gave her the incorrect dosage and shorted her an item as well. This place DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! I recommend using a real medical dispensary such as Green Halo where they ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT WITHOUT ANY HEADACHES, FRUSTRATION, OR MESS UPS. This place should be closed down for their inaccuracies (medication should only be trusted with capable people who have attention to detail and know how to count & read!) I will be filing a complaint with the state board! If I could give negative stars in this case I would. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION!

Just got ripped off at D2. Eighth of Huxton Green Crack $45! Price was too high for sure. But what really pisses me off is that it was harvested 8/31/2020. As of today that's four plus months ago WTF! I called and complained and just like I figured they couldn't care less. That's it no more D2 for me. Prices too high but more than that their flower is terrible. And now I know why. It's OLD!

Horrible customer service, longer waits than Urgent Care for an order as small as two horrendously overpriced cartridges. I highly suggest you avoid this dispensary if you can. They don't have their stuff together in any sense of the word

Terrible weed, literally brown, not a single nug over a .2, clearly grown outside. DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR HERE. You will regret it and feel played like I do right now.

Staff was very friendly. Ordering and picking up is easy. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is because on their website they have a promotion for the "alt thirty six" method of payment that is being falsy advertised. The promo is $10 credit for first time users. So i signed up for it and was told at the window that the promo is no longer active. I told them their website is still reflecting it and it was the only reason why I signed up for it and came in that day. Granted 10 bucks isn't going to make or break me but there was no attempt to make things right to the customer. My only option was take it or leave it. I signed up for nothing.

Enjoy getting my medicine here, but something has been off for the last several months. The employees are great, but it seems like something else is going on behind the scenes that is impacting their product (or lack of), and employee morale. Everyone just seems stressed now. The 4 stars are definitely for the staff. Product is ok.

Realistically best dispensary in town. Very convenient and no absurd wait times. All tenders are so dope and friendly and really make connections with patients. Super great deals every single day, can't be beat. Plus the new seating in the waiting room is nice :)

The staff extremely friendly and swift! Go on Wed for $30 1/8th's on top shelf! Plenty of high CBD / lower THC for those who actually use cannabis for pain. Try Peach Puree. Complete body relaxation with minimal psychoactive effects.

I should have known better than to try D2 again. I'm so disappointed with them. They sent out tons of alerts that they now take credit cards. When I got there a sign stated they are only taking visa credit cards which was fine. After waiting, placing my order they then told me there credit card machine hasn't been working for almost a week. Really!? They tried there cc Machine and it worked... They told me my total but charged me an extra $4 to use my card! I was outraged since no one said a word about the additional charge. SAINTS, right down the road is less expensive for the exact same item and are completely upfront and honest I'll never planning on returning to D2. So disappointed!!!

Always have a good experience here. Every employee greets you with a smile and they are very knowledgeable. Daily deals are awesome as well

I love this place and the people who work there. Each person had their own unique tastes, but all of them are well trained in the products and are good at making recommendations. I learned about coupons from them and have literally saved thousands of dollars there, especially on products listed in the coupon book. You can always find a high quality product as well as products that match you budget. Don't like paying $20 for a "premium variety?" Go on Top Shelf Thursdays or $10 Tuesdays. They have buy one get one free as well, and products like Pax or their own Delta8 that leaves your head as clear as a bell. Add to that the commercial products discounted by coupons and you have a very well rounded selection. You also have staff that get to know you and care for you. I have had to return products. Sometimes a malfunctioning cartridge, and just once shatter that was way to sticky for my arthritic hands. They back everything up. This place and Downtown Dispensary are to main go to places in Tucson and I highly recommend them. I have had payment system issues, but those (in my case) were bank issues that were resolved with a long phone call (to the bank). These guys are the real deal, ethical to a fault, and compassionate as well as knowledgeable. Many have worked there for years which shows you what kind of company it is.

This place is a joke just like its sister store  The downtown dispensary.  First of all they don't honor  they're listed sales on WeedMaps. The budtender  was a true rookie and had no real knowledge of anything. Wow...

I love coming here. Lucas especially has always been super helpful. He's always very energetic and super knowledgeable! There is a few reasons I love goin here but experiencing awesome customer service as well is a double plus! So thank you for serving Tucson right!

Not exactly understanding the point of the 2 1 star reviews that complain about an employee making a review before the store even opened. So I'll clear some things up for people who don't know what it's like working in a dispensary. 1st of all, to be a DA for a dispensary, you have to have a DA card for EACH dispensary you work at. Hunter works at the sister location and therefore knows what kind of stuff is going to be happening at D2, but he is not an employee there. He said he was excited to see what they have in store and that's it. It wasn't a false review giving false facts. 2nd, in every new dispensary, you have to fill out paperwork. Just because Downtown Dispensary and D2 are sister locations, doesn't mean they have all old patient info on file. It's a completely new dispensary and by law they require your information. That's not some "McDonald's marketing plan". 3rd, I'd absolutely recommend giving D2 a chance, despite negative feedback from people who really don't seem like they're actually a patient. Every experience I've had Downtown, I've been welcomed with open arms and great guidance on what to do/use. I can only hope D2 will be the same!

Went in yesterday. On Valentine's Day, wasn't a long wait at all. Got into good dispensary section. And was told to wait for a minute. By the budtender, He came back after. A couple minutes. I informed him. I was looking for Indica flower. He gave me a sheet of paper. I told him I like to look at the actual flower. And smell it to decide which one. In other words I like to see and smell all indica flower available. Finally with reluctance. He held out a jar of product over the high counter and I went to grab it. He would not let go. I couldn't really see it or smell it over the high counter by the cash register. I got the point that he did not want to deal with me. So I walked out. I will not be returning I need positive helpful attitudes from budtenders. When I'm there to spend a lot of my money. . Another thing that disappoints me about this location is their unwillingness to share the THC content at the counter. After living in Colorado and going to some of the finest dispensaries. That's how we shop for product.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection to choose from. Deals are awesome here! They seem to have a higher quality of flowers. Unlike some other dispensaries that are closer to me by 40 miles, I have never found that moldy smell you get when they prepackage it. I highly recommend this dispensary for quality bud.

Best dispensary in town! The $30 1/8s on all strains on Thursday is a great deal! The service is great and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this fantastic dispensary!

I had a great first experience here. I was helped by a lovely employee named Sabrina who totally blew me away with her amazing customer service. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the moment I was seen until I walked out the door. She answered all my questions and was able to explain everything I needed to know. She listened to me and made sure I got the best medicine possible based on my needs at the most affordable cost. She truly made my visit easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Prices are good, prepacks should continue, but not likely..that is where the value really is. Quality indica so far. The people are all friendly and knowledgeable. I like to preorder online as you never know how long you have to sit there. Once it took more than 30min after 6people in front of me. On Monday about an hr before they closed at 8pm, there was only one in front of me, it was fast.

I recently ordered some recreational weed from D2 dispensary in Tucson, been there numerous times an this time was terrible, I order 3.5 grams of papaya punch, listed as Top Tier on and a special for $50.oo in i get there I get a charge of $62.00, get home went to roll one it was dried out, and states on the label that it was harvested, 1-17-21 and states its only 18 % THC, seven months old ,18% THC,  certainly is not top tier, and there is not $12  tax on $50 order, very disappointed, but for now I see what they do about it they been notified, as some of you know I am a certified paralegal here and just might pursue the false advertising on

If only no stars was an option. I have completely lost faith in this dispensary. Half the time I place an order for pick up they try to pass off the wrong strain or consistency, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check your stuff if you're going to come here because clearly having a written order in front of them isn't enough to ensure your order is correct. And on the off chance they "try to make it right" that definitely still goes against your limit for the two weeks. The other half of the time somethings wrong and even after multiple confirmation texts they can't find my order, can't find me in the system or they're having some other bs issue. If that wasn't enough whenever this happens they'll help the five people that come in AFTER you before you. This dispensary is a constant let down to a point where I'd rather go just about ANYWHERE else.

For the 3rd time, I have gotten incorrect items I ordered online through Leafly. They just don't care anymore. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS. I can promise you, you'll regret it later if you don't. Used to be a very nice place to go but no longer. Going someplace else.

D2 is clean and the staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They highly value security and I feel much more at ease at this location compared to other Tucson dispensaries. I also love their curbside service as a medical customer.

I've been going to this dispensary for about 2 years . .  & during that time they've permitted me to use my military ID to receive a 10% discount.  Then upon my last visit, I'm told they will not honor it because I'm the dependent & not the active duty member.  So, for two years I was able to use it, they even entered the needed date into their computer . . . side note: active duty military are prohibited from using this product (in any form); until they retire . . . but I'm guessing D2's policy will be "you must be current active duty" . . . This is awesome, offer a 10% military discount that nobody can use . . . not the dependent or the active duty military (and likely the retired active duty member; though I do not know this last part to be true).Side Note; when I questioned the inept staff regarding this issue, the gal at the counter simply repeated (10x's) "you just can't use it" . . . unable to cite the actual policy using higher order reasoning skills . . .  then the apparent supervisor that came out to talk with me stated "well, you slipped it by us for the past two years" (((as if I were hustling them))) ... pissed with them: Yes; hustling them: No . . . Inept Staff: YesI guess this is the type of service you can expect from folks the over indulge in their own product . . . done with this place, there are much better places in town.  I will share this review on as many platforms as I'm able.

Loved my first visit to a dispensary! After waiting in line for all of two minutes I was pleasantly greeted by the man checking ID's at the door! I went in and felt a little overwhelmed since it was my first time buying recreational marijuana. Angela came out and greeted me almost immediately. I explained my needs to her and she knew just what I needed! She gave me recommendations and some tips and tricks! The whole process was quick and easy! Highly recommend!!

Been my go to for a few years.     Veteran discounts, and competitive  pricing.    Most of the bud tenders are very knowledgable about the products.   I do not understand the bad reviews...Yes, sometimes you have to wait...just like every doctors office or pharmacy.   If I am in a pharmacy, getting medication...I have no expectation that I get to handle or smell the medication before I purchase it.    Every time I have been to D2 I have been treated with respect, and have gotten all questions answered.  The quality of the products are excellent.We are in a pandemic....and I feel everyone should be a little understanding.    As I stated, I have been here NUMEROUS times...with no issue.   I live closer to other dispensaries...but I have gotten quality enough that driving across town...is just fine.

Extremely rude.  Hassled me over military discoun, which was granted without quest at Earth's Healing.

I used to love this place but I started noticing that my eights were getting smaller so I started weighing my product at home and its less than 3.5 grams. So I started ordering prerolls to avoid getting ripped off now the prerolls are getting smaller.  The bottom preroll is Sublime brand (I'm assuming they come rolled before they get to store because look at the size difference). Bunch of fucking bullshit.

This was my first time in a dispensary and it was quite busy and I.D's are checked before you can enter. Photos weren't allowed inside so I could not get a picture of the menu. Yes there was a menu.The ha two menus one for medical and the other for recreational. Everything seemed to move smoothly. I did not nor did I intend to make a purchase.Based only on what I observed and the service the person I was with received I would recommend this place.

Everything was pretty good until I tried paying, they don’t want to accept coins. There isn’t a disclaimer anywhere indicating that they cannot accept change anymore which they should! All money should be good, just take it! And if you cannot accept coins at least put it the website gracias!

I absolutely love this dispensary and I won’t go anywhere else! I’ve been coming here for over a year and the staff is always so pleasant and my order is filled in a timely manner. I love the convenience of being able to order online and then just picking it up in the store. I would 100% recommend this dispensary to everyone!! :)

They don't answer the phone often. If you need to contact them online is your only option. They close to damn early on Friday. Selection has gotten better. Prices are generally very high compared to other dispensaries, even for medical. The curbside runners are awesome.

I went here for the first time yesterday. The staff were nice but the waiting room was a crowded mess. My biggest problem is the amount and quality of their product. I bought 3.5 grams and when I got home and placed it on my scale it weighed 3.0 grams. Not only was I shorted for what I paid for but the quality of the product dry and tasted the same. Avoid this batch of Mint Chocolate. I will not be returning to this location or go to their sister location Downtown Dispensary. Advice for anyone else who wants to avoid this. Go to Bloom Dispensary on Oracle. Their product is better and they sell a recreational half oz for the price you pay for a quarter oz here.
