Avoid this place like the plague, horrible service, super long wait times, untrained & unorganized run place, I hope another one opens up soon around this area so this place learns how to run it smoothly.
Nature Med was one of the first dispensaries our family has been regulars at for around 6 years now. However ever since the COVID-19 they have completely lost their minds. The longest waits, inconvenient standing in the sun, specials always change, the list goes on. Today I was told after placing my order and standing in the sun for an hour that they are not doing the happy hour specials due to covid. Hmmm. What a rip off, I know they aren't hurting for business because of the virus, the lines are always at least 10-15 people deep and never does anyone move with urgency. That's alright, everyone else still has specials and are coming out with MORE SPECIALS to help the patients during this time. Maybe nature Med employees should visit other locations to see how it's done. Any of them.
received a text at 10:59 on saturday morning advertising bogo on edible. drove 55 minutes to store only to have the gentelman in the loby say "sorry, my mistake, the special was yesterday". i think it was a deliberate bait and switch.
I've been here twice now and both times I have had great service. The staff is very knowledgeable and fun. I like their relaxed atmosphere. Only about five minutes of wait time. I love their gummy's, especially Baked Bros. and Wana. They also have a monster pre-roll.
I had been a regular customer for 3 years, very happy with product and service. Then Covid happened and waiting outside for up to an hour in the middle of a monsoonless hell of a summer is not feasible. They also remodeled the inside taking away approximately 30% of the inside waiting area, forcing even more people to wait outside. Pre-ordering does no good, they don't do curbside pickup. I won't be back again, sadly.
Sometimes I'm pleased sometimes I'm pissed. The flower is always a disappointment. Don't even bother with the "top shelf" as it's no better. They seriously need to stop harvesting their bud so damn early. I'd rather you tell me you're out of bud than to sell me this and call it "top shelf."
Totally love this place! Great people and products! Only problem is the long wait lines due to Covid. You need to figure out a faster process after all if Chic fil a can do it so can you!
Used to be good place. It's absolute garbage now. If you like pre-rolls that are so prematurely rolled (so wet) that you smoke only paper, this place is for you. My god, this place has gone downhill.
MEDICAL PATIENT CARE "DEAD"Not only are you treated like fresh poop by every single bud specialist this place is definitely not on the cutting edge nor educated on products in house much less any other brands. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY or time they are famous for messing up every order whether it's delivery, pickup or phone order.. there is no system in place to make it easy for medical patients. Rec and MEDICAL are treated the same.. WOW! So why get a medical card? I've spoke to several managers to let it be known that I'm having multiple issues with my orders and communication. Sam, Eric and AJ have promised better service time after time.. They say all the rights things once you had over the cash and bye bye LOYALY.. Today, on 4-20-21 I called into at 8AM right when they opened to place my delivery order since it's first come first serve on delivery with ONLY 5 slots for the day damn right I called at 8am once they opened. More than one product was wrong and they SOLD out of half my order on my delivery OMG this is it for me. No more money or business from me.! I will go out of my way to share all details of why I do NOT support this business who is okay with their clients being mistreated and not VALUED! AJ the manager YELLED at me on the phone as I was explaining what happened with my order only to tell me OKAY, what do you want I'm starting a whole new order :( Me, WHAT? cause whoever took your order got it wrong and we're out of half your order blah blah blah so yup.. that's how they treated me after shelling out $200+ every two weeks. Why, I stayed so long.. closest dispensary to Marana. Worth the extra trip at this point. Bloom here I come.. I've heard great things and everyone is super awesome nice human beings! SHAME ON YOU NATURE MED!
Absolutely the best place in town. Employees are very helpful and you can't bet the prices ! lol
First time in and I was treated with respect, very knowledgeable girl who helped me with my selection. This will be my go to place for my medical marijuana.
This is my second favorite dispensary. I always have a great experience here. They have amazing daily deals and their staff is VERY knowledgeable and kind. I wish I lived closer to it because I'd be there every week. If you're a new card holder, make this place one of your first stops! Never had a bad shopping experience. The bud is great. Their vape deals I come across randomly are always great too! Seriously check this place out.
This company used to be top notch. However, since the COVID 19 outbreak, they view customer service as last priority. The web page is constantly down and cardmembers are no longer able to preorder. I am a 23 year AF vet that has breathing problems with N95 masks. I cannot wait in line in the heat with a mask on for over an hour. In addition, the product has become very weak and not worth waiting in a 30 person plus line in 100+ degree heat. They only get one star because the bud tenders are great, but the company business plan sucks.
I was recently sold expired topical but didn't know until I opened it to see it was the wrong color and only then noticed the box indicated it was produced in 2017. Upon trying to return it for either an exchange or return, I was denied. I fully understand at the many reasons why dispensary sales should be final. However, if, as your name indicates, you are providing medical products, you have an obligation to ensure those products are safe to the limited degree that is in your control, i.e. that they are current. Knowingly selling products that are expired is inherently unsafe. A pharmacy cannot sell expired medications and this dispensary, if they claim to be providing medical products, should similarly not be allowed to get away with it. No one should feel medically safe applying a product to their skin that was made 3 years ago and is turned color drastically and and yet this company could care less that they are putting people's health in danger by not monitoring what they sell.
The woman behind the counter demanded I have my passport, even though I have a valid Arizona Dept. of Health Services card! The next day I contacted the doctor who processed my health case, and he assured me I do NOT need my passport with me when purchasing from a pharmacy. Then I called Nature Med and talked to the manager, and he agreed I did NOT need my passport to purchase from them.The staff at Nature Med was uniformed, and this was a real inconvenience to me to spend the time and energy going there, to be unjustly turned away. I have been going to Botanica instead, and I love the staff there!!!

What a great place that's right down the road. It's very secure, very welcoming with its comfy wait room with tasty coffees and cookies (not infused:) And friendly staff was very helpful! Ann helped me out and being it was my first time, I was gifted a honey stick and she hung with me and patiently and professionally answered any questions I had. I took many of her recommendations for the desired effects of being able to increase creativity while decreasing anxiety while not making me tired. Their flower is some of the best!!! It's all collected as you order in front of you. It's the crispiest, stickiest, and freshest flower Northside!
Always takes forever to get anything here. They make you wait outside in the blazing sun or rain. They send messages about specials that they don't actually have in stock
Not a bad place or a bad staff... just really bad wait times are outrageous. You even have to wait in line for a pick up order!
There is never any consistency here, and the staff is slower than molasses! Check your receipts because they always over charge what you see online. If you call in an order, plan on an extra 20 minutes AT LEAST when you get there!!! This place is a nightmare for time and efficiency!!

Recently came here again after quite a while, very satisfied. Prices are now super competitive and always great product. The staff is very friendly and personable, wont be going anywhere else except here for my flower from now on!

They use points for free product , but ; when i tried to get my points they said the computer lost the information......TS. The buds are smallllllllllll. Tues . $100 halves, but; was charged $120. An ounce with tax =260. F that !!! UPDATE ... This place turned put good after all. 30+ percent weed on the shelf sometimes. My budtender is the coolest mf.. even when I fell down and couldn't remember my info he was chill. Long story.
I have a friend that I have taken here several times to get some medicinal assistance and boy has it helped this friend of mine!! ALL of the people that work here are great but CJ goes even above and beyond that. I have heard both for and against the use of cannabis but have seen great improvements in my friend after the use of this for several months.
Having an experienced cannabis RN strikes me as a great resource for pts.Especially, the puzzling world of dosage...Staff is lovely, particularly the long haired young man who made very helpful..read economical...suggestions.I will call to make RN appt, thank you!Great selection, love the drive.
Not impressed by this place. Customer service from the budtenders was always subpar and they were never helpful, willing to offer suggestions, or friendly. They seemed like they couldn't wait to get you out of there and the next person in. I've also gotten overcharged here. Even after the debit fee the price I was charged still didn't add up (where did my extra money go, and to whom?). Product was okay but nothing special. I won't be coming back here again.
Everything from this place is incredible from the flower, to the specials, and most importantly the best budtenders around. Cj and Bri have amazing knowledge about the products that sell and patience with my questions and delayed ordering, lol. They truly are the best, no need to go to any other dispensary in town as they won't provide it all like Nature Med does
as i am still checking out the different dispensaries, i went to nature med to see what they had to offer. chim helped me out and was the best. he listened, answered my questions and did not try to steer me in a direction i did not want to go. totally appreciated the customer service i received. as a whole everyone was friendly and the other guys in the back were friendly and acknowledged my presence (does not always happen in the other dispensaries). will definitely return even though i live in central tucson. keep up the good work...
Absolutely terrible. The African American "bud tender" was so high that he gave me Sativa instead of Indica. Really?????????? I will NEVER be back.
This dispensary was my go to for some years, but it's hard to recommend it as of now. Their quality of flower has dropped significantly, and their specials are not very good anymore.
I only give this lace 2 stars because I have no comparison to other dispensaries in Tucson. I would give this one star for a few reasons. First is long wait. Each time I went there Medical customers got preferential treatment to enter and recreational customers had to wait longer. They only let 5 people in at a time. I never got to see any products, I only was asked what I wanted from a tablet and was not allowed to even look at packaging of products to read labels. I bought some mid grade flower and when I looked at it it was dry, and crumbled easily. Under magnification the flower had very few trichomes. The trichomes it did have were clear not cloudy or tan. Where I'm from this is almost junk weed.Finally the prices are overpriced. I payed 50% more for same product then I payed out of state.
I've been to 3 dispensaries in town. Other places were easy to order online and pick up almost immediately. If there was a line it was 5 people at most...which translated to a 3 minute wait....max!This place? I was second in line and I waited 45 minutes. Never again. I mean I'm proud of myself for resisting all urges to leave but that's not where I need to work on my patience.I'm sure the new building will allow for proper throughput.
Made the drive out to this over priced dispo since it was the only one open. Only to get there and have them require me to wear a mask inside. Sorry its against my religion to wear a mask so i had to turn around and go home without product. They need to make it so product is available to rec patients who can't wear masks.
My review for this place used to be 5 stars - I used to ONLY shop here because the customer service and product WAS outstanding. But in recent years the quality of this place has dramatically declined. The quality of flower product is consistently under-par, extremely over priced, and they falsely advertise their products. I ordered a gram cartridge, have my receipt for the amount and was only given a half gram and was told nothing could be done for the false advertising and my sale was final, not to mention the customer service handling my predicament was absolutely appalling. The phone representative Taylor GREATLY lacks customer service skills and Nature Med GREATLY lacks care for their patients. I, a long time medical patient, no longer suggest going to this establishment for meds.
Although the selection is great you will be here all day just to purchase. The express window is only express if the person working cares. They take to long it's ridiculous.
Customer service is on point. However, I found this dispensary via Leafly and it showed specific well known strains for sale via multiple devices at this store. Not true. They advertise that they have popular strains but buyer beware, they will end up selling what they grow in house. All very decent product. But not the classics. That said the recommendations were fresh and sold in varied amounts. One weird thing to note is if you use debit they will charge it in 5$ increments I'm assuming to raise the service fee which they charge you. Bring cash. Observation- located off the interstate so alot of out of state travelers cause overflow.
I have been to every dispensary in Arizona, literally. This is by far the best one for several reasons:1) They grow their own marijuana on-site and it is free from harsh chemicals and pesticides that give you that nasty burnt lung feeling. Just parking in the parking lot you can smell STRONG marijuana permeating the air2) They have a great daily special for almost everything in the store and their employees ALWAYS hook me up and give me the best deal. 3) Friendliest staff hands down. Too many of these dispensaries hire straight up b*techies no joke. Like set you attitude aside and enjoy your job!4) PREROLLS! These guys don't use shwag and trim in their prerolls like Bloom and many other dispensaries do. Sometimes I even take the bud out of the prerogative and put it in my pipe because it is such good quality I don't want to waste it. 5) Customer REWARDS. You get points for every dollar you spend here. I literally just cashed out $100 of free product last time I went in!
Love the amount of daily deals they have! If you can plan out coming on the days they have the deals you want you'll save A TON
This place is great. It has always been great. The staff are always super enthusiastic and helpful. Selection is always really good and they have the best price to quality ratio of any dispensary in Tucson. John was great! Super nice guy. Thanks so much for everything Nature Med!
It’s closest to me so it’s my first choice. I can’t complain on the quality I’ve gotten and I the staff is always helpful and nice. Starting with security which is probably a different company but they are nice. I love ordering on line and picking up but wish it was open a bit later for that specific service. Five starts it Is though. Been going here for about, we’ll since they opened pretty much.
Always a great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff! It's usually a fast dispensary stop but they do get busy sometimes. I chalk that up to their great deals. Also they extended their hours which isn't reflected in the google information. They stay open til 8pm now instead of 7pm. UPDATED: THEY STILL ROCK
Andre was awesome. He came out and reviewed my order and my cost. Took payment and explained it may take a few extra minutes because he needed to create my profile. I like how he set the expectation. I was happy that I could place my order online because I’m not wearing a mask ?. I feel that Nature made it easy for me to do business with them. This was my first time coming to Nature. I promise I will be back. Thank you Andre for making my first experience a pleasant one!!
I'm a long time member, patient, frequent visitor. The attendant who took care of me today was Kate. She was very nice very quick I have to say. Actually, the fastest service I've ever had there. And she is so much cuter than the guys. ? However, I wanted to say she was very nice to me because I showed up without my mask. I always wear my mask but with the whole unmasking of the world I thought it was like that here but she was very nice to me and very sweet and said just wait right here and I will take care of you. And that's exactly what she did. Very happy with Kate. very happy. ?
