I ordered my medication over the phone they told me it would be ready when I got there 3 hours later got to the express line and I told them I need to pull the money out of my account can I use the atm they told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins to use it bc I had to be put in line with the walk ins how does any of this make since to be a express line I was told that was their policy that the customer show have their money ready by the time they get to the window how as a customer should I know what the total is until I get to the window and I'm told why the price is and they had the nerve to look and act like I was in the wrong (smh) how is this right ???? I take my business elsewhere

Don't really know what your buying,  everything pre packed and they really don't care about the costumer. It's about the money, in and out. Worse than a drug dealer.

Ordered medicine there n they said they didn't have order. this is the second time this has happened.

This is the closest dispensary to my house I can ride my bike here in under 10 minutes but I rode my bike in one day to find out I was no longer allowed to park it on their property safely now today I want to buy one of their $100 pre-packed ounces I asked about this deal three days ago when I was in there I was told yes it would be available today it's not here and they haven't had any Indica at all all morning so how come I should be treated any differently than any other of your customers how come I have to sit in your waiting room and watch people yell and scream at one another and not feel safe at all but yet by my product here when I'm told one thing and then you guys do another good luck spend your money elsewhere don't go to this dispensary if you feel like being treated like a human

Definitely highly recommended! This was my first time popping my cherry since I got my medical card and this place did not disappoint! and my budtender Alan made the experience a lot cooler too! Very great costumer service skills and knowledgeable to say the least! Again,highly recommended!

Worth customer service. Waiting for delivery for 3 days and all I get bunch of excuses. I'm an adult,  who is fighting third cancer, so I don't need excuses, I need help. Not going back, even if this was last dispensary in town.

BAD Product  Danger of cuts and bleedingI bought a 95% THC syringe for $60.  When I pressed the plunger the glass syringe shattered cutting my hands to shreds and making a bloody mess.   I called The shift manger, Rubin,  at Earths Healing who told me that it was my fault and that I should have known that I needed to warm the THC before pushing the plunger.  He offered me two five dollar coupons and refused to consider any issues with the product.  There was not any information on the product or offered at the dispensary.  When I bought the same product, different provider, at The Downtown Dispensary  It had a clear written message on the product package that said run under warm water before using.  PUT A MESSAGE ON THE PRODUCT.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. It's close to my house as well! Their products are all pretty decent.The lobby was bright and well lit and it smelled amazing inside! I lucked out and was only one of 2 people in the lobby. I've heard a lot of people complain about the wait times, but usually this is on the big sale days (imagine that).The staff was super nice and made great recommendations. The only bad experience I've had is from buying the cheaper vape cartridge. Their BOGO deals are amazing, and it's the main reason I buy from them. But honestly, wait for the sales on the premium vapes. The cheaper ones with the wics inside tend to break really easily. As in they just stop working. So long as it's at least half filled they are awesome and replace it no issue. But I haven't had a single failure buying the better quality ones. On a sale day you can get 2 for $50 so I'd say that's worth it!I'm happy to have a great dispensary near me! They are very professional and polite and have made my visits great!

Yelp has Tucson ranked properly(as of this review). Earth's healing is the 2nd best dispensary in Tucson. It's never a mistake to choose to shop at earth's healing. Their menu is huge, too big in my opinion because you can make a mistake when selecting a strain you've never tried before. Too many sub-quality buds as pitfalls to select. Good edibles and extracts. Gets really busy on Tuesdays.

So I decided to give Earth's Healing another shot. I heard the new building was open and that everything was great. I genuinely want it to be, since its the closest one to me, but no. They now have this "New Thing" where they have to scan your ID's twice. Once at the door and again at the window. Their security literally pulled out a phone from their back pocket and took a photo of my ID!  I mean the optics of this is unreal! I don't know if that's the dispensary's phone or some weirdos. The lady in front of me was obviously concerned and she made it clear. They stated its to make sure that the ID's are real. I have a medical card, you know who I am. If you really want to make sure they are real, then do it at the window at one shot! Not by having Barney Fife pulling out a phone from his pants and taking a picture of it! For some things you want to play covid, but for others, you're like let this man touch every ID that comes through the door! I shouldn't have to feel like a criminal to buy at your place. Does anyone get carded twice at a bar, club or casino? None of these places tell a 40 year old man, his ID might be fake just to buy something legal, when he is obviously old enough to buy. None of the other dispensaries do this, which tells me its unnecessary. No keep your long lines, your not gonna make more money selling my data to 3rd parties.

I've been into Earth's Healing a few times now. It's a little bit out of the way, but they usually have good prices. Today, I went in because they seemed to have the best Black Friday sale in town. When I walked in and smelled the fresh flowery aroma in the air, I knew I had made the right choice.The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. They always have a large selection and lots of information, and have magnifying glasses handy. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room, although it always seems busier when I leave than when I get there. The sales floor is small, so there's usually not more than two customers back there at a time.I have found some seeds in more than one of the products I bought at Earth's Healing. Not a lot of seeds, by volume, but it makes me question their supplier's quality. I was raised to believe seedless was best.I was pleased to see they now accept debit cards, with a small transaction fee. That's a nice perk for what otherwise seems to be a cash-only line of business. I saw that they also deliver virtually anywhere in town, again at a small fee.

I've been using this dispensary for over 2 years, and they never disappoint.  Excellent deals, but above all, their customer service is better than any retail store I've visited regularly in the past few years.  I love their deals, too.  It would be great if they had a "cooler" waiting room, but the chairs are comfy, and the wait is a good opportunity to compare notes with other patients.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DISPENSARY!!!!!!I was told from the "budtender" there was only one ingredient...coconut oil in their cartridges...after getting sick from smoking I read the ingredient...7 additives...absolutely no coconut oil at all.  First time I called about it they laughed at me.  Today I called and was told there was nothing they could do...I was put on hold and talked to the manger...he also said there is coconut oil but THERE IS NO COCONUT OIL in these cartridges...here is what they are lying to you about...the actual ingredient:potassium silicatehumic acidroot enzymesveg enztmescarbohydratessuper thriveh202the manager had the nerve to say to me that I should have checked out the ingredients before leaving the store...why would I suspect the very person waiting on me would blatantly lie about the ingredients?  I spent 75$ and they offered me a 30$ store credit.  There are so many good honest dispensaries out there...stay away from this place!  And by the way I am reporting this practice to the state of arizona...I'm sure this is exactly the type of thing they do not tolerate.

I love Earth's Healing. They are always friendly and helpful and have a good selection to choose from. They have weekly specials so watch out for the days that they have sales because this place can get packed. I once waited here for 45 minutes...but it was worth every minute so it's ok. They recently did a renovation inside and it looks a lot newer and cleaner than it did before. I also come here because the cannabis is always fresh and not completely dried out like some places are. No chemicals or additives are used in their flowers. Overall, awesome place.

Pay no attention to what their website says they have in stock. This was the third time today going there and them not having the product they State they have on their website. Disappointed to say the least.

Been using these guys for years. Never a problem. Find the staff helpful and courteous.

I've only been to this dispensary a couple of times...last night I stopped by to grab some medicine...it was almost closing time and there were several other patients waiting also....the girl at the front asked me for my driver license in addition to my medical card....i had not had them ask me for my d.l. before and when I asked the female employee if she was going to give me the license back she rolled her eyes and glared at me....she responded with some semi sarcastic remark....rolled her eyes again....ive gone to pretty much every dispensary in town...and never have I been treated like that....Let's not forget that this is a MEDiCAL  diapensary!...not some street corner where girls compete to see who has the biggest attitude...i come to the dispensary to medicate a condition...im sure that their customer service should be on point(theirs SUCKS) won't be coming here ever again or recommending anybody else does...

I've heard good things about this location from some friends that live down in south Tucson. I was in the area and decided to drop by.  It is cash only and there is no ATM. That's the bad. The good? My budtender was very friendly and knowledgable. It was my first time there and they let me swap out my free flower to an edible.  I got their own vape cartridge brand there and it was very pleasant. Unfortunately for me this is a bit of a drive but if in the area stop by!

I love this place. I order on line then go pick it up. Never hit a snag or problem. The prices on line are more than fair. I have been going for 5 months to this dispensary. So if you go have your cash ready. Know what you are doing and what you want. Then the bud tenders can help you  out. The folks who work here are professional. The prices are posted on the website so there is no gouging. I myself won't go anywhere else. As far as the price increase so what. You can walk out the door just as easy as you walked in.

They definitely don't pay attention. I heard the employees saying they accidentally gave someone's card and ID to the WRONG PERSON and they already left! The poor guy was pissed. They basically did nothing and I'm pretty sure that's a HIPPA law violation. They also almost always give the wrong pen cartridge strain and flavor. One time one of the pen cartridges broke as I was screwing it on, brand new out of the package, and they made it sooooo hard to exchange it even tho I called 5 minutes after I left and it was completely not my fault, was a faulty pen.

No attention to detail... Menu purposefully not updated as they run out to tease you in & keep you there waiting for nothing as a crappy way to sell you something else,,,  Despite manger swearing ALL meds lave labs she could provide non for $19 1/8ths further stating EH doesn't grow much & the flower comes with verbal labs ;-( Took EH word that Cherry Bomb was 17% indica on mon 10/20-no smell-taste or effect,,, AVOID!  Nicely brought ALL of these concerns to the bud tender who just walked off turning me over to another girl who was very nice but still stole my free gram & offered no good business effort to make me happy so called manager by phone afterwards & she cared little if at all making only excuses not solutions, accountability or any offer of comp. product to try and make me believe they actually cared about me, what I say about them or let alone come back,, wow I expected this from BIG operations but not Vicky's mom & pop operation D-... TOO  many better options like EGC 5grams shatter 100 or 125 ounces. So I've gone back to this place after several problems and giving it a year. They have obviously heard the criticism and up their game significantly. All of my previous problems and complaints have more than been rectified and they are the now my two or three dispensaries I use out of the 30 in town only. Great job guys!

I love  Earth's Healings! They are always super friendly and always answered my questions in a very peaceful manner. I really appreciate all of their help! Always friendly faces there!

Make sure ur phones charged for the wait on some days it can take a while depending on what deal, they have fresh flower not pre-packaged I've been coming here since day one I don't go to any other dispensaries, the staff is hella cool an they all trip out on my jays! I would recommend everyone here, an the prices are not to expensive..

I drove all the way down there for nothing!!I called before driving down there because I was looking for something specific. The woman who answered the phone told me that yes they had co2 extracted concentrates. When I got there of course they were all shwaggy bhos.Definite waste of my time!!

This is the best dispensary in town.I will only shop here for my MM.The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all their products.I Highly recommend this dispensary to everyone who reads this.

If you like sitting in your car for 45 minutes waiting for them to complete a $15 online order... this is the place!!!! Harvest took 3 minutes to confirm and pack my order but that was too quick for me, I like waiting out in the heat for them to place 2 prerolls in a bag and text me

I will preface this by saying I've had a MMJ card for 6 years, so I'm not new to MMJ. I use it for neurological medical condition.I ran into this place when I was in Tucson and grabbed a few pre-rolls. I didn't realize until I'd left that there is a large ingredient list that includes a LONG LIST OF PESTICIDES??!  Again, I'm using this for NEUROLOGICAL isssues! The last thing I need is pesticides! I've been buying flower for years (at other dispensaries) and have never seen pesticides! why???!!! Don't buy your flower here!!

I have been going to Earth's Healing since I moved to Tucson 2 years ago, they've been great, until recreational marijuana was approved. Now the medical patients are not worthy of their business. I've been to them twice since recreational was passed and I have to wait in line until all the recreational are taken care of, god help you when they keep coming in. This last time I asked to speak with a manager regarding this matter and he suggested I take my business to The Prime Leaf. Guess where I will be going to give my business to. When I told my son about this he said, "well, they do get more money from the recreational purchases." Got it Earth's Healing the almighty dollar is your winner!

Used to be the best, but quickly becoming my least fav Quality of the product is going way down, and price way up! Online orders take forever even on a slow day like today. Been getting better flower at better prices at purp, DT, and harvest.

Worst dispensary in Tucson for medical patients. They literally leave an hour long line of medical patients outside while they handle recreational patients one after the other. Last time going. This line to be gouged -This one to have your time wasted.-1/10

Great facility, always super nice and knowledgeable staff. The wait isn't ever that long even if there is a long line.

Not enough staff to support the flow of people so wait times in line are ridiculous. Wait in line outside just to wait on an even longer line inside. Having 15 registers but only 4-5 people working at a time is just horrible management. Wish I had a closer place to go to because I'd take my business elsewhere for sure.what is the point of ordering online if I have to wait almost an hour to get it every time I come here? Just so dumb and inefficient.

Always an adventure when I go to Earth's Healing. This time I was denied entering the store because my ID was unscannable (old license). I was told my options of which was AZ Mobile ID. Exasperated I opened the app and tried the face scan...failed. Tried pin...lockout 15 minutes. So I regrouped, went home, figured out the app and went back.So with that ordeal out of the way I was directed to the pickup order line. My consultant this trip was Damien M.. Made sure my order was correct and we discussed a few strains. Let add that Damien was knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. I left very happy and I hadn't even opened my package yet!

I've been a customer for many years; from the very beginning, when there were only 3 chairs in the waiting area. The amazing growth and expansion of this dispensary can only be attributed to the family's dedication to patient care, product knowledge and adhering to their rock-solid business model. I'm so appreciative of their dedication to always strive to improve in every aspect. My last experience at Earth Healing South was another pleasant and satisfying experience just like the last time I'd recently went there. I remember telling the Bud Tender that i know that this Dispensary along with the Earth Healing North is the best Dispensary in all of Tucson. Before I'd even entered into the Building i was greeted with friendly kindness. When i did get inside the Building i was quickly called by their Bud Tender Stephan like being taken care of in record time. While he was taking care of my online order a nice Lady at the both left of me spoke to and gave a old Thick Silver Dollar to my Bud Tender Stephan. She said something about " You know that I always take care of my favorite Bud Tenders " Right after that, i had a chance to share my most precious thing and gift in my life which is music with Stephan. His friendly conversation and shared music experience made my journey in the rain to make it to Earth Healing a very satisfying experience once again To know that i did my research today for the best and most reasonable highest THC cannabis in all of Tucson. And besides from me being successful in scoring some of the best Greens in Tucson along with a totally pleasantly and friendly experience from start to finish really made my night where i'd said to myself " At least something turned out good in another Monsoon stormy night here in Tucson. Another good experience at Earth Healing from medical patient Jim Middleton.

First of all, what an enormous improvement with the remodeling of this store. I refused to go previously because the parking was terrible. Way too hard to get in and out. Inside is bright clean and well stocked. l wasn't sure what I wanted and Tyler was incredibly patient and kind. Answered every question with a smile. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Good products as well. Will be back.

Wide selection of high quality products. Their staff is knowledgeable in their field. It’s refreshing to have The quality of customer service that Earth‘s healing south provides. Great discounts and A large inventory of products to choose from. Whoever makes their cookies should win baking awards.. The best addictive treats I have had ever!!
