These guys have the best green I've come across. Absolutely fabulous. The lobby is clean and they have tape around the bench to maintain social distance. Kudos guys and thank you!

Used to love this place it was my go to dispensary. Since recreational opened up I can never get ahold of them on the phone. I get it medical patients can order online but thats not convenient to me, it's complicated. Treat your medical patients with priority.

This is my home dispensary! Desert Bloom is conveniently located of 22nd Street in East Tucson. There is ample parking available to patients. Desert Bloom has extremely competative pricing and go above and beyond to try and maintain low prices by having their own grow and developing products from their own plants. I have always receivex quality edibles, flower and concentrates from this dispensary. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable of the industry. I always feel comfortable asking questions and taking my time to make my selections. I recommend calling ahead for high demand products such as cartridges as they sell out quickly. I had an issue with getting cartridges but its simply first come, first serve and at such good pricing they sell out fast. I now call ahead and I've had better luck! Thank you Desert Bloom team!

This used to be the BEAT place In town. I've been spending close to 750$ a month because I live their top shelf, most of which they grow on their own. I never went anteaters else, but as they've hired new people, they aren't the quality of those hired say a year or earlier. In the last two months I've had VERY awkward and even aggressive behaviors rom two of their new people. One blew up at me and accused me of being "political" because I had mentioned I was moving away from AZ. She "strongly disagreed" and blew up, went to the back room to talk to a manager I've know since the place opened. I felt very betrayed because he also literally healed at me and told me basically to get out "and take my politics with me". He's always been very cool with me as most of them have. The aggressiveness concerns me as it was u warranted and literally no one asked me what had happened, but I did hear the large lady saying very loudly where the whole store dciuldbhear what she was saying. I'd like the owner amd all the investors that that person shouldn't be dealing with the public. You can literally ask anyone of the employees that work there (ie Andrew) on how friendly I consider you all to be minus that one exception.  It doesn't look good, especially considering the amount of money that flows through there. You are very blessed with your business. I would hate to see your reputation go down because of people that literally are your ambassadors. No other dispensary treats their patients that way and NEVER will I take someone LYJNG ABOUT ME. I HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION AND I TREAT OTHERS AS I WOULD WANT TO BE TRWATED.  I would like a call back. I slept on this and it's still really bothering me. If you choose to ignore the situation it will only hurt your revenue. No one wants to be treated like that or Luke's about. That's a serious psychiatric  issue that wil l only escalate from my short interaction and my professional opinion as a liscenced health care provider. I will be reporting this to the AZ DHS, as each tender has a certification and has to agree to patient rights. I'd like to continue buying your products, but not that bad. Especially if I have to wait out I. The cold as a medical patient who already has cancer and am intolerant to cold. See you treat "patients" as you call them and as defined by statute. You've broken the National "Patient Rights" by not investigating the issue. Your new bud tender is not following any respect that you have even in your own iMovies and procedures you've submitted to the state. I djj ok t want to cause trouble, but that's just basic human dignity. Your medical People are sick. They don't want to have to steal with that. The whole intersection started of VERY PLEASANT, and she asked where I was moving to and why. I told her that Texas is the best place for feeedom in the country and I'm moving to start my own Aquaculture farm. What about that was "political" as she stated, and yelled out from the back room along with things that I never said.  She took 15 min to explain to her staff supervisor what actually took place I less than a minute. Then he came out alm angry and told me not to come back. You can feel free to look any my profile to see how much I spend. Plus that's a shitty way to treat. US Veterans, but that's becoming more common as well I noticed. Another thing that troubles me is something I hear the staff talk a lot of very bad things about the customers. If I was to do that as a liscenced state professional, it would be a severe complaint, a censure or liscence revocation. I need a call back before I pursue this. Thank you

I don't like the skinny guy with the reddish brown hair and glasses. He had a shitty attitude and wouldn't help me pick out anything when I needed assistance. I don't have a lot of experience with edibles and he couldn't help me pick anything out he wanted me to just grab something and leave.

I'm from Cali and the weed is mediocre TopShelf and they have nerve to add taxes, if I didn't run out on my way back from the South I definitely would've wasted my time.

This was always my to go to place but not no more. The bud tenders are not helpful anymore and the bud has been tasting like crap lately. They put in a new computer system and then all of a sudden you're paying more for a quarter ounce because they can't fix the computer system. Before this place went recreational it was awesome and the bud tenders were very helpful. Now we have a bunch of bud tenders that don't give a shit about you and it shows. I've talked to 10 people that used to go there and we all go to prime leaf now. Prime leaf has fresh bud no chemical smell and the bud tenders are very helpful. The last few times I went to Desert Bloom it's been like a circus atmosphere with all the people running around and all the craziness going out in front. Watching people who work the door getting into vehicles to get high. Also the fact that we have to wear a mask is another reason I won't go any longer. Prime leaf is my to go to now and no mask required. Instead of worrying about making all the money you might wanna worry about your customers because you're going to start losing them. Plus your buds have been tasting very chemical lately. This is the first time I've ever complained but I'm keeping it honest. I've been smoking bud for 40 years and I know what I'm talking about. Take care guys.

I have a renewal medical card coming in the mail this is the only dispensary I have been to that will not accept my old card while my new one is in the mail. The state/doctors office assured me this would not happen since they have fixed issues with renewals. I needed a indica for medical reasons. I don't know about you guys but holding me from getting my meds is not cool and then cracking jokes as I'm walking out. This was my third time here and the last time!! I will be letting anyone know how the standards for desert bloom is way below for a dispensary. Worse customer service, horrible dispensary setup, broken exit door, dumb insufficient employees that don't understand how renewing your medical card works, complete waste of time dump hole in a wall. Real places are in Phoenix like Swell!! The other desert bloom in Phoenix has way better hospitality, how is this place still running?!

Fine for bud, sort of, but dont try the live resin vape cartridges (desert relief brand) they are !  I had them leak last year, brought them back and received partial credit and a different(lessor) product in exchange. This time, today, I was told that all they could do is give me 25% off a new cartridge. I asked why and was told "it's been over a week since you bought them, there is nothing we can do.So I informed them that if they used a different cartidge(not a disposable one - which is bs, none of them are safe for the garbage/ environment anyway- they are just cheaper), then it could be depressurized to stop them from leaking more.The budtender/manager of the moment looked at me like I was crazy. He pointed out the "heat warning" on the package label. I said, "sure, but this is Arizona the whole state has a heat warning." He told me he keeps his at home. I told him that some people don't have the luxury of casual use, its medication, and it goes with me like any other madication.Poor customer service all the medication. Poorly designed packaging of a decent product, and people who dont listen to customers and utilize good suggestions. Too bad they can't hear feedback, because customers would pay more for the product, if it they used a better cartridge.

Always friendly budtenders and amazing product. Sometimes I can be a little indecisive on which strain I want so I ask the budtenders which they would recommend and I've got to say I'm never disappointed with the budtenders choice. I always leave happy when I come here

Watch out this place sells contaminated 'Soft Chews' and doesn't care whom they hurt. The employees call you a liar when you inform them that their melted 'soft chews' are dangerous to eat because the  plastic wrap they are wrapped in is stuck or melted into the 'chews'. They don't care if they lose a customer. They have no honesty or integrity. Be careful when dealing with Desert Bloom Re-leaf Center. They are not what they seem.

Desert Bloom does NOT back up what  they sell!I went to desert bloom even though friends, family, and 2 co-workers told me i should not.  I should have listened...  Picked up some wax that was horrible, then 15 days ago I let them talk me into getting some oil and a battery (vape pen).  When they said there is no worries on the battery because it's under warranty I was sold, so made the purchase (accuvape v-stick av battery). 15 days later (today) it stops working (fully charged and no lights or voltage). Brought it back and was told to contact the manufacture.

I've been a patient in the Tucson area for going on 5 years now. Since I live on the far north side this is the furthest dispensary from my house so I do not frequent this location. I have had a few bad experiences in the past but I visited today and got their 5g shatter deal for $75. The selection was decent, quality is a1. Bud tender was friendly, asked her recommendation and I followed it and she was spot on. Highly recommend checking them out if your in the area. They have improved greatly in my opinion. Last time I was there they charged more on your weight for concentrates against your allotment but upon calling them today after seeing their email special on shatter ounces they now charge accordingly per the weight of the smokeable product. Dope!

The selection of tinctures, especially the 12:1 and 4:1 and their balms & muscle jelly are excellent. The lemongrass smell is wonderful and non greasy. They could stand to lower the price a bit but I take advantage of their early morning discount and watch for their deals that arrive by email. Don't ever take the tinctures and salves off your menu Desert Bloom. They also have a nurse on staff who is very helpful and answers all my questions. I wish more places had this.

NO MASKS on employees during this pandemic!!!! Patients beware!! No Covid protections and so many customers are medical patients!! They have no care for your personal safety whatsoever!! Other dispensaries in Tucson are taking great measures for the safety of their customers but NOT DESERT BLOOM!!

Staff and product are always top noch! Easy to call and order ahead of time or just pull up and they'll take care of you! I Just ordered off the phone and Tray was super helpful and helped me with some suggestions I can't wait to pick up! Thank you guys!!

I am writing this review in regards to a pretty bad experience I've had within this dispensary. There is a guy with glasses, full on beard/facial hair, red headed who always seems to have a bad attitude. And i always seem to get this guy as my bud tender. My last situation i came in an asked about an item on the menu-a 'peanut butter sandwich' to be exact. Curious as to the wording i asked what exactly it was an i got a very sarcastic and almost annoyed response from this bud tender-"Have you ever seen a nutter butter? Just like that bro..."Then the very next day i called to speak to a manager about the situation and the ensuing review. I was told by a woman manager with either an Arabic or Hispanic accent that i would receive a '$50 credit' to make up for the situation. I came in to redeem said credit only to be told they never added it and whatever "manager" i had spoken too didn't exist. All around really terrible business practices for something that's supposed to be for the patients. If you ask me these guys are just drug dealers with a store. In addition to this review I'll be filing a right to protest with the county to warn other card holders beginning Monday the 17th outside of the store. See you folks then! I'll

First timer for me so I'm pretty much oblivious to get what suits me.  But these people are fantastically helpful.  And Nice And Courteous.  I would recommend this place to everyone.  Make sure you say " Hello " to Stella.

Hands down one of the best dispensaries I have been to. The artwork and overall ambience makes this place unique. The ever changing specials are refreshing, and the employees anticipate their patients' needs. If that doesn't get your attention maybe the friendly shop dog will.

I found this dispensary to have a large selection of products that are otherwise hard to find and that's what stands out for me. The staff are kind and very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and they have some pretty good deals too.

Desert Bloom is hidden in a little Eastside strip mall, next to Kenney D's, almost behind the Skate Country. You wouldn't even know it was there, if you didn't know it was there. And after you stop in there, you're likely to forget where it was entirely.It's a small shop, but they're friendly and the wait isn't usually very long, despite them being one of the only dispensaries on the East side. The staff is always a little dazey, and that's okay. At least it means the product is good.

Desert Bloom Releaf Center is one of the only dispensary with the best customer service. They continually cater to my needs and other patients. They seriously have 31 flavors and more strains, almost where it's hard to decide. Not only do they have variety of strains, they have test results for all flower. Tested every batch! There are new iPads to make it easy for me to look at the test results along with their new app. Not sure what other dispensary has that. This dispensary is very good quality , great sales and also has contributed to the community for as long as they have been open. Stay local. Stay dank.

I would definitely give it zero stars if I had a choice. Green Halo and Downtown Dispensary much much better. Very simply cartridge purchase was not the same effect as a different cartridge purchase of the same strain prior, but that I was stuck with the loss of cash. Offered me 25% off next purchase. I will not be coming back here. Do your research on other dispensaries policies to help you with exchanges because this place will not help you. Had better  experience at other dispensaries for assistance.

Staff is awesome, clean environment, and they are trying to adhere to the Covid-19 rules as best they can. People there are friendly. Sales are fair. Environment is chill. Be prepared to wait for a while though. And I believe they prioritize medical first which makes sense.

I recommend the D2 dispensary they have real quality brands and are right down the street from dessert bloom. I will never return to desert bloom due to poor customer service and poor quality products. Ive had a street cart that was better and lasted longer than a dispensary cart from desert bloom. It is better to pay more for a cart at D2 than at desert bloom in my opinion. They said they would change their ceramic carts back to the old ones and havent done it and i guarantee you will regret spending time money and gas getting their ceramic cartridges because every one of them i tried has leaked and ive gotten 5 of them. Dont be fooled by their looks not even a battery with an adjustable setting works with them. And their top shelf bud isnt very good in my opinion. Ive had better exotic bud from a plug on the streets than theirs and its the same price as a street dealer, sadly.

I recently stopped by Desert Bloom to buy some recreational weed, it was my first time in this store and will certainly be the last. The staff all have negative attitudes, the wait time was over an hour in a waiting room that was disgusting, *Their product is high priced for poor quality smoke!

Place sucks. Employees are lazy and don't care. Too Many other choices in the area to bother with this S-hole.

Place was ok when Rec first opened. Quality in smoke & customer service has sunk deep. Workers are super pissed for being a dispensary. Not nice and laugh at your questions. I live 10 min away, I drive to Earths Healing on River instead! Better flower, quality, & service. Also they have a points rewards system! Sucks to be Bloom.

This was my first visit, and it was a little dis organized. When I arrived there were probably about 25 people in front of me. I waited for about 15 mins until a man said anyone here a medical patient and I raised my hand. I was then moved to another line. Once I was let inside you have to give your ID to the cashier to hold. I filed out paperwork and waiting another 35 mins. Finally got called back. A guy took my order and I paid with the cashier and I was out. I will most likely do a pick up order next time just in case there's another line like that.

Not a fan of how Arizona does this. You can't go back with your spouse you're only allowed one person per bus tender? And they hold your ID until they call you back. Selection sucks, customer service is lacking. Other states do it better, Arizona should take note over all  boo you Desert Bloom buying weed should be a fun enjoyable experience and you kind of ruin it!

Recieved a jar of shake after ordering an ounce of top shelf. I called to inquire, the manager stated that he noticed the quality of their inventory and told his employee to dispose of the shake and offer something else. When I tried to show that all I had received was a $365 jar of shake, the only response was that they cannot take the meds back and I was welcome to take my business elsewhere.

Online menu is pretty crappy, but it's nice that they're open till 10. Then you get there and find a bunch of uninformed mask zealots. Weed became legal because of the science that proved its benefits. Pretty ironic and pathetic to see dispensary staff with the heads in the sand about masks. I don't support sheep, and neither should you.

OK so I don't normally give a perfect score in STARZ! However, with that being said. There was a very nice man at the door, I did not have a mask on.Unfortunately he told me that they didn't have any to hand out and then he disappeared,then brought me a mask. He didn't have to do it, but he did go out of his way to do it. And I would like to say how much I appreciated it and how much I really respect Desert bloom, it was a very calm and welcoming environment, they are reasonably priced if it's for recreational and it's even better price if it's medical. The person that took care of me was very nice and he really knew what he was talking about. Overall my experience was awesome! Five out of  and I will go back again. Thanks again, you guys are wonderful

Good products and the staff is cool. Try not to go after 9 PM as you’ll probably be kicked out of line. As long as you’re okay waiting a bit longer than other dispensaries, they are a good option.

Honestly not sure why anyone would come here when there’s many other places you can walk-in and order with no wait. You finally get in and have to sit in a room with over a dozen people on couches. Lol, no. Oh yeah, we left here after being seated in the lobby and went straight to D2. Walked right in and was able to take our time at the self service kiosk. No line or wait whatsoever.

They used to be polite and patient but customer service has quickly changed. Don’t ask questions or why, they are quick to get extremely rude and forceful, followed quickly by threats. I do not feel comfortable here and will NEVER return! To follow up on my review I just left prime leaf off speed way. Employees were very polite and helpful, as well as online was up to date and simple to use. I believe I have found a better spot to go.

Best place in town... great customer service... you get to ask questions and see the product before buying... not like the other store were everything is pre-packaged and they just move you along ... so if it's your first time.. try it out... don't be shy... ask questions... your in good hands...
