I just recently received my green card in the mail and am working my way all around Tucsn to check out the dispensaries!!  This place has a very "Posh" vibe to it, dark with a Euro fell in its minimalism. Very nice and large waiting room. Great direction of flower, edibles, and vape meds. The team here is super friendly and knowledgeable, AND a customer rewards program for grams and 1/8ths makes buying rewarding!

This dispensary is so much more expensive than others that I venture to. The customer service is decent however a couple months ago I brought in a new patient and I was promised multiple times I would receive an email with a discount to use in the future. Two months later and I STILL haven't received anything from them. They don't have daily specials. To be honest, even their new patient special isn't THAT great. This place legitimately needs to step up their game.

The staff is very knowledgeable and the check in process is smooth. They do a great job at marketing their products and specials without a barrage of emails. I like when they have their vendor days so that I can learn about new products. The lemon cake is to die for! It tastes so good you have to be careful how much you eat.

it's a shame this place rarely fails to disappoint. The service is always so slow the advertised specials are almost never anything other than bait-and-switch. And their prices are barely competitive at the best of times. other places in town give me a great feeling of customer service. Most of the time these folks just seem like they're all about running a hustle.

This is such a great place, hidden like a gem in North Tucson. My first experience here was great, the customer service and personalization experience it is top notch and on point. The first time patient deal is also incredible, $15 off your first purchase towards anything! I came on in on Valentine's Day, and Kristin was so kind to me. #SinglesAwarenessDay. If you're in the area definitely stop by! They have extremely high-quality flour, great prices and deals, and world-class customer service. Kristin, if you're reading this, I will come back soon!

I got burned out of 140.00 2x when they claimed it was indica. The shit doesn't work!

The staff is always polite and upbeat! I've placed a couple online orders and they get it filled really fast. Prices are good and the staff is very knowledgeable about the product. I'm new to medical marijuana and I was nervous to ask questions but they make you feel like your doing the right thing and have helped my pain a lot!! Thank you!

The best of the best. I'm a year one patient, I've been a patient of Botanica for 5 years. They carry everything a medical cannabis patient could ask for... so let's break it down. Flowers are either grown by them or one of the high end vendors like High Grade or Item 9. They pre-pack here, which I know some are opposed to, however they do it different. If you know about curing and proper RH then a Boveda pack can be an amazing thing, especially if you're going to be storing... they use Boveda in their packs when necessary:) All edibles are top notch and they carry a massive selection, trust you'll find what you need. They have gone out of their way to carry Drift and vegan gummy's here which is awesome!Love the concentrates here as well! All are similar to flowers... either made in house or by one of their vendors. Always terpy, potent and clean! Shopping during happy hour M-Th 2-5pm will get 15% off your order! And they offer punch cards for eights and grams as well as random free stuff all the time! Add that with the untouchable upscale environment and the friendly staff and this is gonna be one heck of a shopping experience I promise... especially for cannabis:)

The absolute worst! What they sell looks nothing like what they advertise online. If you place an order online make sure you check it before you leave!

Better flower descriptions would help. Such as is it a body or head buzz.

I have been going to botanica for almost 3 years now, always my favorite dispensary. I am a regular high spending patient - Lately they have had high turnover on staff . They are inconsistently trained or no knowledge. Their debit card has been inconsistent for over a year. In the past their specials for summer and holidays have been terrific, not this year . No Xmas card this year either!  They could get away with this before but now with earths healing just up the road ,which by the way has better prices.  However botanical quality is better. But for the problems lately makes not worth it

Whenever I'm on this side of town I stop by here. Botanica knows how to treat their customers and is the most friendly dispensary I've been to in Tucson. The overall vibe is clean simple lines, and modern with a tad of hipster sprinkled in. What I like most about this place is their presentation. They know how to make everything look good. For the most part the flower here is always decent but I went in this time and wasn't too impressed with the old product they gave me. Harvested a few months back and premium price? I expected more in quality from you guys. Weekly specials for flower are your best bet. Flower is pre-weighed here and given in vacuum sealed bags. Their selection of edibles is small, but what they do carry is top notch. This is the only place I can find The Clear vape cartridges, and I love them, so this is what keeps me coming back. Take note that they accept credit/debit here, but charge a fee ($2) and tax (other dispensaries include tax in the price prior).

Start to finish every employee is warm and welcoming. This was my first time in a dispensary and they happily walked me through the whole process. Definitely found my dispensary. Not to mention one of the few that takes debit cards!

I tried medical cannibus about 5 years ago, but let it lapse because there weren't many dispensaries and there weren't a lot of options. So, in starting over, I was a bit nervous. I was also nervous because the other places I've been to made me feel like a criminal with their one at a time prison door approach. This place let my husband come in with me for support. I was waited on by Ricky who was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Fears flew out the door, and he took time with me to familiarize me with all of the product and how they worked. I felt so fortunate that he was the person serving me. I noticed the person next to him working wasn't as welcoming. Even verbally scolded my husband for touching a jar which seemed unnecessary. Overall, go, go, go. These are good people, with a lot of inventory who care. Thanks Ricky.

I have visited most dispensaries in Tucson and this place consistently has the best high-end, premium cannabis in the area. Botanica is no-non-sense and when they have specials, there's no dry or old stock. It is still highest quality product and best bang for your buck compared with most other collectives. Keep doing what you do please.

My item 9 cartridge wouldn't connect to my battery so I took it in, had the nicest bud tender who hooked it up  and took real good care of me her name was Sabrina and I'll definitely be coming back!!!!  Thank you so much Botanica !

I loooooove Botanica. They always have great deals and happy hour mon- thurs 2-5 pm where everything but $10 flower and shake eights is 15% off your entire purchase. I am more of an edible person than a smoker but I do know they have a punch card deal on flower. Bud tenders are very knowledgeable and make great recommendations after a quick chat. I have yet to purchase any flower but their edible and pain patches are nothing but great.  Accepts cards with a $2 fee. The interior is very posh and the waiting room doesn't smell like ganja. Even though it is a bit far off, it is right off the highway so it doesn't feel as long of a drive as it is. Plus they do black friday sales, everything was 20% off yesterday. ^_^

Purchase about $200 worth of merchandise but not too happy go to Bloom which has better quality. Just hype

This has been my go to dispensary since I got my card A couple of months ago. Most of the stuff I got from them was fresh and harvested within the last six months. I picked up some 22 red ghost fire OG and looked at the harvest date and it's June 4 of 2019! Today is April 11, 2020! How are they going to sell me bud that's almost a year old?! And for the original price of 45. Seriously? The bud isn't even enjoyable because of how old it is, taste like shit and is harsh. Wow thanks guys! I'll probably still go here only because they have grow science weed and at least with that stuff I can "play" their menu and get fresh weed when they put a new stain out. I just can't believe they would sell me the shit that's almost a year old. Stop being so greedy and discount the shit you hold on to for 11 months!!!

Everything about this place is higher end-from the aesthetics of the inside to the choice of flowers and concentrates. It all comes from the 'higher end' companies but the prices are extremely competitive!!! Got myself some grow science concentrates which is notorious for being reasonably more expensive than the other choices at MOST shops but not botánica! They're on Pat if not beating out the rest in prices, specials, happy hours, first/repeat customer stuff. Only harvest offers anywhere near as much as they do discount wise. And most of the time you're in and out fairly quickly and to top it off the staff is always wonderful, courteous, helpful, and customer oriented. Never feel like you're bothering them like at Desert Bloom on the east where they wanna get you in and out as fast as possible!

This is the only dispensary I have been to. Although their prices may be a little bit higher, the quality of the product and the knowledgeable and friendly staff make up for it. The only issue I have is that they offer a Rewards program on the flowers only. There is nothing for those of us who use concentrates.

My favorite, by far, when it comes to dispensaries in the area! They always have the freshest product compared to any other in the area! They are very knowledgeable, with helping me find the right product for my medical problems that I live with on a daily basis. Because of their fantastic customer service, product, and knowledge I live with less pain each day. Quality of life is what I experience now, verses a life of pain, staying in bed, and never getting to experience some of life's unexpectedness.

I must say this dispensary is beautiful ~ however my experience was NOT good. I use cannabinol for my OA, insomnia and anxiety. I purchased high grade, not cheap cannabis, cookie and pain patches. I don't mind spending the money, it is far better than Big Pharma products. Needless to say the cannabis for insomnia was NOT the quality in which I paid. Smell and texture was appealing ~ but ~ the end result was very dissatisfying. I decided to take it back the unopened cannabis, the girl (worthless) behind the counter communicated to the owner via computer in which they would only give me $15.00 toward another product.  The clerk did not know the policy, like I said, worthless. The owner/manager was ruthless and rude. Shannon, hope you are reading this. Please for gosh sakes take pride in your job. People like to be acknowledged and we also would like someone behind the counter with half a brain. I was very disappointed in your dispensary....your products are overpriced and poor quality. Shame on you. I will never go to Botanical EVER AGAINI know enjoy the Downtown Dispensary on 6th Street they have much better service and they standby their product.

Botanica is okay. Their prices are high  compared to dispensaries is downtown Tucson. There is always a wait of at least 20 minutes. The waiting area has no menus or specials to look at. Water is provided but no coffee. The location is great right off the highway. If the prices were better I would consider going north more often, but as it is I have much better deals much closer to me.

I saw the review on Brittany.. I thought chill!  But just had Brittany 'serve' me.. rude is an understatement

Brittany needs a lot of herb to make her nice. That is all I have to say. Don't waste your time.

Employee Brittney was very rude and has the worst customer service. Stay away from that employee and you'll be good.

Just unimaginably bad customer service. I called on multiple occasions to check regarding inventory, was placed on hold and disconnected twice and unable to speak to anyone the third time.I figured while I was in the area I could stop by and see if they had anything that I'd like to take home. Instead I spent 20 minutes standing in line, which isn't marked for proper social distancing, without being acknowledged or able to even have a simple question answered by an employee.The online orders line was empty, but the employee staffing that just sat there and stared empty-eyed at the line forming with the one employee helping those there to make a purchase was spending way too long with a pair of elderly customers.In the end, I walked away and visited Nature Med where I was able to find something I liked, much cheaper than Botanica to boot, and completed my purchase in less time than I wasted in line at Botanica.

Before recreation was approved, they had a pretty decent loyalty program and prices weren't the best...but happy hour helped. As soon as they went recreational, they did away with the loyalty program, choosing to not even keep it in place for med patients. Strike one. Also, there is absolutely no distinction in price (other than taxes), between med and Rec....strike 2. And the final strike is that all things considered, they haven't even bothered to introduce daily specials. This dispensary went downhill fast IMO. That's what happens when you choose to "forget" about taking care of all the loyal medical Botanica customers who were with them from the beginning.

OK so I've seen reviews on someone named Brittany and I have to assume this is the young woman who hands out the product. You know,  the oh -so -important one with the microphone...The attitude on this girl. If she wasn't so unpleasant it would almost be comical. I can't imagine where it comes from.Who needs that was so many other really great dispensaries in town.

Went by this place today (12/12) at 6pm closed. Online & on their answering machine they say they are open until 7pm. Fix your advertised time to match when your actually open and closed!

Hey guys I'm back LOL so I went today and this really nice girl name Britt help me and she's really cool to and the stuff I got from her is really good so that's cool and she also likes talk which is nice.  Everybody there is nice.     Oh hey man I forgot to say the deals are really good and the weed really good If any customers read this review cool.                 Hey I I wanted to tell you Happy Holidays what I forgot do you know why  because I'm high, because I'm high, because I'm high Cool LMAO

I visit dispensaries super regularly and without a doubt this place has the best customer service I've experienced. Everyone is really kind and they always teach me something new that I didn't know! They recommended some flower that I loved and I trust them to give me accurate information. They're under construction so there's definitely some hiccups sometimes but I think they do a great job of carrying on. I was skipped once while waiting for my order and the woman who brought it out was apologetic and very sweet.

I haven't actually been to botanica Dispensary. I have talked with them on the phone and have looked at the menu. They have a wide selection of really good products. I will be going there soon, and will report about their remodeled digs.

Super nice and very fast at getting your order out to you wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Awesome dispensary. They call me by my Trans name very respectful the prices are fair the staff helpful and polite and very low wait times. This place is a lot better then some others i have been too. They have a customer in me for life. Highly recommend. The only real negative thing is with covid restrictions they use there parking lot to serve so parking sucks.

I have been going here for years however ever since they went rec they changed staff and all! Used to have wide variety of flower with and without cbd now it's all high thc flower with high prices to match. Not to mention they changed over their online ordering so now lost all the "rewards" I've been saving for a long time, and nobody knows how to help. Guess we know what group of customers they want now. I'll keep checking my frozen profile, and the daily non changing menu but not gonna hold my breath with so many others offering more.

This place sucks
