Great location and friendly staff! I got some great products and loved the online ordering.
I've spent over a thousand dollars in a short amount of time and u went to get a free pre roll because of the point system and they advised me that I don't have any points. You are supposed to earn a point per dollar spent. Sucks!

They have great deals. Pretty quick service too, at the right hour. I prefer evenings.
I usually love this dispensary. However ! This time I was very disappointed. My boyfriend received this unopened package and the product was already half empty ... I guess your getting less bang for the buck . Half a gram is more like half of a half of a gram ! You're really just paying for a quarter of a gram. He went back twice because he thought the first one was faulty but the second one was the same way.
I stand by my first review and 2d and heres a 3rd for reopening the wound. This is absoloutly a 2nd rate business. Dont buy here unless you like to gamble with your money and smoke 2nd rate stuff. ehhhhhh moved on long time ago
Online it said I could make an online order anytime before 9:30 which I did. Arrived there 20 mins later and was told my order was discarded. No record of it and that I needed to figure out what I had ordered. Got on my phone to look since I had no idea I needed to memorize my order (it should either say online that you need to memorize your order or say walk in only and no online orders if they are just going to throw your order or any recollection of it out) when I pulled out my phone the bud tender said no phones allowed and gave me a vague binder to look through. Why let people make orders if you're going to discard them and have absolutely no recollection of them and tell them they can't even look in their phones. I frequent many other dispensaries and my experience has been amazing at literally every other one. I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere more organized without ridiculous rules.

My friend and I walked up to the door because we were in the area and had never been to Bloom. It was around 5:30 pm. There was a sign on the door that said "Do not enter", so we figured there was another entrance. We went to the side of the building; there wasn't. We turned back to the door and a couple of people went in. So we opened the door and were met by an old geezer in a mall cop uniform. I know the drill, so I pulled out my ID and he scolded me like a school crossing guard about how I "wasn't supposed to be in here." I asked how we would get in, he said he'd meet us outside. (He had not been outside.). He also said he was "starting to write a report" (to who? about what?) so I said, "Yeah, I'm not feeling it," and we left. I won't be back.
The product is usually good .the prices seem fair except when that high tax is added. The staff seems nice enough. The wait is usually not too bad. The security guard is a meathead. It would be nice to actually see the jars of weed but I realize Covid derailed everybody.
The 8th I got was supposed to be 20-22%. It was 9% and has a warehouse floor smell to it.
BLOOM is a great place to go as far as large dispensary. It's pretty consistent and the security is very patient and friendly. I find the bud tenders to be nice as well.
I saw a couple of other customers had a similar experience as me, when I arrived yesterday just before 9am I saw the line and assumed it was for recreational users. I asked the girl working where the medical line was, since every other dispensary in town has two separate lines. She told me there wasn't one, rolling her eyes- so I asked why I spent money on a card for a medical prescription if they were just going to throw us in there with the rest... this short girl with long dark hair said "well that's not our problem." Her response was completely unprofessional. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, like my being there was an inconvenience. I just read the owner's responses about there in fact being two separate lines, as of yesterday. But when I was there yesterday I was treated with disrespect. I understand we are all going through tough times but I'm still a person. And people deserve to be treated with decency whether you like it or not. I won't be returning. This is not how you should run a business.
I literally come here strictly for edibles. They always have the best deals! Make sure to sign up through text message!
After ordering online and waiting over an hour in line they told me that my order still wasn't ready. But they were going to give it to me since I was there but told me not to expect that again. However, they then say they're sold out of my order. So in the time it took to order and wait they couldn't send a text or call to let me know. Instead they offer me something else that is no where near what I originally ordered. I said no since I'm not going to help them do this same thing to someone else who ordered and waited. It's just irresponsible to treat your customers that way.
I think these fucking people need to learn how to fucking tell the truth!!! I ask if they are open on Christmas Day. They say yes. The recording that they hav when u call says they hav normal business hours but can't do mobile orders. So I take the time and go to wait in line. But NO! They are fucking closed!!!!! Why would u lie to people especially on a Holiday when people are super stressed out and need their medicine in order to cope. I know people want to stay home and be with their families but I need to hav my medicine in order to put up with people like these that run our dispensaries. STOP LYING!!! Get your shit straight and quit acting like you are better than everyone else when we ask u questions!
I use this dispensary 90% of the time because it is closest to my house and I am legally blind which makes it easier to get to without a ride. I would use other dispensaries when I get rides. I dont get the hassle anywhere but here and the bud quality concentrates have been. Bad latey. Try to be more accommodating without yelling at loyal customers. Another dispo is an Uber ride away and I won't be yelled at for something others dont yell at customers for.. hmmm predjuce?
Bloom doesn't always have the purest strains but you get the same affect if you buy the better buds etc. Oh and the edibles are good and they have very good deals.other places expect to pay double or more.
I've never waited in line so long for one item. And I placed an order ahead of time. They have no shade no tent no umbrella so we are standing in line for over 45 minutes for an order I placed over an hour ago in the sun and it's 90° out. I now have a sunburn and for some reason they are really strict with phones there it's just marijuana I don't see why it's so serious that we can't have our phones out while I'm waiting in line for 45 minutes what am I supposed to do stare at the wall. Currently we are not allowed to have our phones out, it's not that serious it's just marijuana I don't understand why they make it so Miserable environment they are very unwelcoming have terrible customer service the lines are very confusing and uncomfortable and the cashiers take their sweet time when I have things to do even though I placed my order ahead of time. Very unprofessional poor customer service poorly set up poorly inconvenient for customers

do not shop here or spend any money here!! i got skimped on my medication, bought a gram for 45$ got home and noticed it was a little small so i weighed it out and it weighed to a .75!!!! not even a gram or .90, a .75! i called to see if i could get a replacement and they told me to wait a day and there was absolutely nothing they could do?!? are you serious?? this dispensary does not care about its customers, do not spend your money here unless you wanna get screwed over!!

Absolute contaminated garbage product. Moldy and other-pathogen-laden. Will make you seriously ill. They don't care at all. At all! This place is a shady enterprise that should be shut down, and likely will be in Nov 2020 when the state-mandated 3rd party testing takes effect. I have never had sick respiratory problems as from the product I consumed from here. They sell cheap product; it's no wonder. Consider yourself warned.
You would have to be stupid to go here I'm sorry but they have 9% flower for $40 an 8th, their security guard is a bitch and doesn't respect medical patients he will yell at you and one time even made me cry (I was checking my bank balance on my phone and he started screaming at me to get out - even the workers behind the counter said I was allowed to have my phone in the lobby) you can understand my surprise to see this dispensary still has him employed?? Almost as if they don't actually care about their patients only money. this place is seriously a joke and shouldn't even be considered a medical clinic how poorly it's ran absolutely no professionalism the past 3 time IN A ROW I've gone here I've been disrespected by the old man security guard, I have been showed BOOF flower and always feel like it was a waste of my time and money there's so many other dispos you can / should go to. They were one of my favorite dispensaries until they went rec. it's been awful for months TRUST ME this place is low quality and the worst dispensary I've ever been to
This place is awful. The managers say in the reviews that they have two separate lines for rec/med but it's not true. They put you in the same line as the Rec users even if you have a medical card. My wife and I both went by and they girl who came out front was short with long hair. She was so rude and told me it wasn't her problem and to go to a different t dispensary Monday morning this week. And they charge 60$ for tru infusion and aeriz even though up the street it's 45-50$ for those brands. No good
Awesome place an so the the BEST flower I've had so far hands down... Think the way they have the set up is ok but the wait time can be horrific in the heat especially with masks , other then that staff is nice an Flower is
Some of the worst bud I've ever had! Can't believe I wasted $40 on prerolls. Tried 3 different strains they were all bunk. Don't go here unless you smoke Reggie
This used to be my favorite medical dispensary because of the affordable prices, and mellow environment. This place has completely gone to sh*t since they opened for recreational. Security doesn't do anything when there are crackheads smokeing cigarettes next to you in the waiting line. There leafy menu says that deals apply to both rec and medical patients but when my friend got to the front, they told her that they werent going to honor that deal, even though they claim it in their advertising. They raised prices to the point where they are ripping you off for already shitty weed, the staff are unfriendly, and there is a different line system every time I go. This place sucks. Do not waist your time waiting 40 plus minutes in line just to get ripped off.
I have visited this place many times and they have been very nice, and the service has gotten much better until COVID 19 hit. It used to be really bad until people stop going and have complained on and off. That's the reason for the one star. Moreover, I drive over 45 miles which takes 1 hour in normal traffic. There have been many times where they have run out of 1/2 and full ounces. It has always been on Mondays and Fridays. They claim that the shipment hasn't come in. I think they just want to push the higher priced eighths. Who runs out of weed on Fridays? They do offer $125 ounces, but only when they have product. Recommendation: Avoid this place and go elsewhere. It could save you a wasted trip.
This is the LAST dispensary in Arizona that I would go to. They have 2 lines, one for recreational and another for online. I placed an online order 2 hours ahead, got a text saying it was ready and upon picking up the recreational line was wrapped around the building. The medical line empty. As I stood there waiting in the EMPTY ONLINE ORDER MEDICAL LINE, the security guard comes out and tells me I have to wait in the recreational line. What a joke of a dispensary. Don't have an option for MEDICAL ONLINE orders if you're gonna make med card holders wait in the recreational line. Downtown Dispensary, Harvest, and Earth's Healing would be my top recommendations! Don't wast your time/money here.
Not sure why all the negative reviews?I found Bloom to be very nice and the people were very helpful.. the only thing I don't like is it's pre-weighed but what ya gonna do the price is right...
There's no reason to beat around bush. I remember back in the day this place was great, it was my favorite dispensary. I went last Monday, and a skinny girl with black hair was extremely rude to an older gentleman, which looked like he was fairly new to the industry, and was just asking questions. Then at the time she was checking me out, she couldn't even give me the change in my hand like a normal person. She just threw my change and bag at me under their safety glass, didn't say squat from there, just left. Oh yeah, and her favorite words were, " nope, were out". If you don't like your job, get the hell out of there.They need to stop hiring young snaughty girls that don't know anything just cause they think it's more attractive for business. It's driving your customers away. Worst place if you want to go and actually learn about what you're buying. Seems like they went to their local skatepark and hired the first kids that looked like they smoke weed cause they don't know crap, and give you attitude when you ask them about products. Now I'll talk about the product. If we are comparing the bud from Bloom today, to the bud this same dispensary had some years ago, the one today is a joke. I'm almost insulted cause I've spent so much of my money in this place.. and lately, I can say I feel taken advantage of. From 1 to 10 the best bud they'll have will be like a 4.5 . I almost feel like their focus these last years when it comes to their growing techniques, have been to make the bud look the nicest possible even though it's crap, just to cheat the buyer out of their money. Extremely dissapointed.
I rarely ever do a review, but always a reason when i do. I live over 2 hours away, the customer service is zero for anyone who lives out of town. I'm a Veteran and no matter if I call ahead, ask or beg it never fails when I get there they are out of the ounces that are "daily" "they will be back some time next week"?? I spent thousands there and their computer dumped all my points,... "sorry" is all i got and that the employees themselves were "victims too". I've requested many times that maybe they let out of towners pre-pay? No dice so I'm never making the trip again as it's always the same tune and no customer service. Super young people who don't care at all. It would be nice if they treated the customers better and actually pass the info on to management as well take better care of Veterans. Two stars were given because they do have good prices but not worth the wait and the attitude.
This is hands down, my absolute least favorite dispensary. From the customer service, product quality, to inconsistent pricing....I hate resorting to coming here. There's been multiple occasions, especially lately, where I'm overcharged. I don't say anything because it's only $1.50 price difference, but when it's happening nearly every other time I'm in, you guys have an issue and are stealing my money. There have been times, like JUST the other day where I'll order one strain, and open my bag at home with a different strain. The weed is dry and tastes horrid. When I first became a cardholder in 2013 I loved this dispensary, now it seems you've become corporate and all about the money, "just get the patients in and out happy or not." Your wait times are another thing that keeps me away. How is it I get in and out of a busy dispensary where I have to go to the back, in half the time it takes me to get my order at your "express" window?I also can't believe the awful "customer service" your employees provide and how I hear your them treating and talking other customers. Your working with weed for Christ-sake, how can you guys be so rude everytime? Truly there are only 2 employees there right now that make me feel warm and welcome. Maybe if you became more quality, and patient-oriented I'd come back. I've tried calling multiple times in the last week to convey my complaints, and if I DO get someone who knows how to answer the phone I can't get to anyone to hear my complaints. I've been to every dispensary in Tucson, and I've never once encountered anything bad (weed or people-wise) like I do at bloom everytime I'm here.
I don't know what happened to this place, but it's not good. They have an armed yes armed guard that greets you at the door, and asks to see your I'd. The people you are with are no longer allowed in the waiting room. They were out of most product. The staff seemed weird like something was going down. Yikes I will not be returning.
I ALWAYS have an excellent experience at BLOOM. I LOVE their bud tenders. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. Great daily deals. Great bud. One of the best dispensaries in town.
I am quite disappointed in this place. While they have good product and good staff they have a kind of run down looking facility compared to others in town.But the thing I hate the worst is that they have a security guard at the door who tells you taht only card holders can enter the waiting room.NO OTHER DISPENSARY in town has that rule and what it means is that your friends can wait in the car on a day when it's 108 degrees, or in the parking lot, or just buzz off.I go to another dispensary most of the time it has a beautiful and most of all WELCOMING waiting area for my family or friends to wait with me, until it's time to transact business. There is no legal reason for the rule. I've voiced my feeling to staff and they said "it's so crowded in here" but then I look at 20 empty chairs even when it's busy.So I will doubtless come here now and then when they have a deal I really want. But that's the only time I'll come. The other issue is that I was told as a first timer that I would get a reduced price on a certain product with my second purchase. That didn't happen. Not a big deal , a few dollars really, but hey -- I don't even have to ask at the other dispensaries, they give me discounts as appropriate and they all gave me a first time buyer's deal without asking.

First time here. It's a small place located at the end of a strip mall. Easy and fast check-in. Waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room while viewing the menu which has most of their products listed. Prices for flower and extract were low; $25 eighth average to great quality, $40 gram extract which was outstanding quality, saw some cheaper extracts for $30 gram. I counted about 40 varieties of flower. Many different varieties of extract too; wax, shatter, crumble, etc. Decent selection of edibles, tinctures, vape oil, etc., but not too many. New patient special was half off an eighth of flower. Budtender was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Saw their daily specials which seemed pretty good, especially the $165 oz Thursdays. That's a good deal. Will likely return.
They have good prices but I never enjoy going here. It's always packed and even when I've ordered online, they have a "first come, first serve" policy, so I have to wait for everyone who got there before me to complete their purchase before I can check out, even though my order is already waiting for me in a bag behind the counter. What's the point of ordering online then?!The staff isn't very friendly or helpful and they move slower than shit.They don't carry a very big variety and they're usually out of whichever strain you want.
My least favorite shop, I used to only go here when I was desperate, now I won't even do that. Their process and selection suck, every time I leave feeling annoyed. #oximoron
I have been medicating for 30 plus years- have been to most of the dispensaries in Tucson. Bloom is by far the best for price and the quality matches or sometimes surpasses other establishments. I have been going to Bloom for 1 1/2 yrs now and have never been treated disrespectfully. The majority of employees and staff are friendly and attentive. I appreciate the discounts and specials they have, I medicate many times a day and cost and quality are my top concerns in any dispensary. If you were treated poorly, you were probably the issue. So for me 5 stars all day long. I'm not saying other dispensaries are bad but Bloom for me is tops.
This is my worst experience with a dispensary. I am not going to mix words . birthday gift means gift you thugs.not only did it take 30 min for two preroll.you know I have been using this place for 3 years never again. I am looking for a place to get my meds. I am just done.
I've been here a few times now and haven't got any complaints at all, the flow moved along nicely, the staff was pleasant and the meds worked, no complaints.
Really enjoy our trips here. Live over an hour away, but it's still worth it. Their pricing is great and the products are on point. Sometimes it can be a long wait, but the pros weigh out the cons. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of flower, not sure about other products because not really into them, but they have always had what we were looking for on the rare occasion we wanted something different.
The quality of products has gone down the toilet along with the customer service. The tenders used to be friendly but now they act like the work at the MVD.
This place is hit and miss with the but u can bet one thing it's dry as paper, no half oz's for $50 any more. I only go there if all else fails Earth's healing is a better choice and they have a bigger selection

This place is horrible. Worst in town next to purp Med. They don't answer the phone ever at any of their locations let alone return an email :-( every time we have visited the Tucson location it is packed and moving and stop and reverse with people trying to save a nickel for subpar meds. Furthermore than the staff being less than motivated and efficient they never have the availability of strains they advertise having in relation to specials when we actually do get in to see the meds after usually almost an hour. Do yourself a service by going just about anywhere else. The Phoenix store is much friendlier and more efficient but they don't answer the phone or return emails even to the manager either. There are way too many other places out there that show hey much more sincere desire to earn let alone keep your business then to reduce and compromise yourself by going to bloom Tucson in an attempt to Save A Buck or two is Ludacris
revising my original review, after the first time I tried this place 2 more times and it's the armpit of dispensaries, their employees have no clue what they are talking about and are giving dispensaries a bad name, educate yourself people and don't buy improperly grown and cured flower, I will never go back to this poor excuse of a dispensary
An incredible dispensary. The prices are consistently the lowest in town with $10 grams and $35 eighths every day, and always 20+ strains. Their most popular strains will run out as the week goes on, but the staff is friendly and knowledgable and more then willing to let you know what is available if you call. Their daily species vary from 3 grams of shake for $20 on Mondays to $200 ounces on Thursdays. All of their medication is prepackaged, so it stays much fresher. If you go on days with the most popular specials- Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays- be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes. Even though the wait can be long the workers do their best to moving people in and out as fast as possible. Their medication is high quality and they usually have a decent stock of edibles, wax crumble, RSO, and vaporizer products.
Just awful. Wait times, customer service, product quality, just everything is way below expectation. Maybe 3 employees here are pleasant to talk to, the rest are so rude and careless. Menu is never updated to current inventory, I paid $7.50 for a $6 gram more than a handful of times and didn't notice til I got home, an hour away. I only ever resort to this money hungry corporation if all other dispensaries are closed. Flower always leaves such a horrid aftertaste from this place and honestly, I'd guess around 10% thc on what they claim is 20. Expect to use a lot of humidifier packs, otherwise your flower will crumble to dust. I've waited over an hour at for the " express window" for my order, while other dispensaries in and out in 20 minutes at the most, unless it's a major event going on. I went here one night, greeted to a full lobby with no open seats and over 10 people standing and waiting. I left after I found out they were for some reason counting inventory during the evening rush. What happened to you guys? You used to be great, now you're the Wal-Mart of weed, in a bad way. Your patients don't matter to you, just their wallet. Product has become some of the worst I've encountered since I became a patient beginning of 2014. Don't. Go. Here. Literally go anywhere else.
Rudest Budtender I have ever dealt with and I have been to many dispensary in Colorado and Phoenix area and have had really great experience. But not at Bloom I asked to go in the back so I could actually see what I was purchasing he acted like he didn't hear me. So I had to stand up front and guess what flower I wanted to purchase. The Budtender was not helpful at all with the menu which was very confusing to understand. And he was super rude when I was asking questions. Never coming to this dispensary again. Trust me if I had the time I wouldn't have even spent my money here and went and found a better dispensary.
They always have amazing weed and amazing deals. They're rewards program is pretty fire too! My only dispo I'll go to!
I started going to bloom because it's close to my house, but I keep going back for the great prices, friendly staff, and good selection. I would definitely recommend.
Prepare to line up and wait. We went on a random weekday morning and it took about an hour and a half to get in. There's a different, shorter (aka faster) line if you have a medical card. I don't know which vaporizer the husband got, but it tasted and smelled like rubber tires and motor oil. Way too harsh. Prefer the stuff I get in California. However, I give the good reviews because their hard candies are delicious and provide a great effect.

'You're clearly not 'following the science,' and it's rather hypocritical of you to profit from natural medicine when you choose to remain to be one of the last businesses insisting that people do NOT breathe fresh air. Fresh air is natural healing, and the science clearly says you shouldn't be inhaling exhaled CO2.
Omg omg!! Where to start.. My husband and I drove all the way from Houston to bloom to try this place. Got there to bloom line went by fast. We spent around 400 and got flower,carts,edibles and wax! Price is affordable, customer service was great there products are 10+They know what there talking about, have great deals. Ask about there daily specials.I recommend this place!Y'all are great.Thank you.
FALSE LABELS FALSE LEVELS! I have had it with this place! Worst ever!!! I have ordered here, and after picking up, noticed the label doesn't coincide with what was advertised online. Today I go pick up a 19% bag, and the original label says 17.77%????? So then you slap a 19% label on top of it???? When I went back inside for an explanation I was told that the 19% was the correct label, although I don't see how because that is not the label that was posted on the bag at the time that it was being packaged and I seriously doubt they did a test on the spot in the back room to make sure that that was the correct level. So it pretty much looks to me like they are getting inventory and then increasing the THC number so that they can raise the price on the flower. Either way inventory problem or not you need to get your problems straight and stop lying to your consumers! If I order a t-bone steak I expect to get a t-bone steak not a pork chop. Most of the staff are polite, but there are a couple of rude employees there, and the wait outside was ridiculous, and the girl kept letting walk up customers in while those of us that ordered online still stood in the heat. ZERO POINTS FOR CROWD CONTROL. WILL NOT RETURN

They help me to the fullest when I'm there. I deleted the wrong review and thank you for replying to it. Hopefully this makes it right. Thank you for being amazing.
Great place, great product and very nice people. I'm hoping things continue to go smooth however I am hoping that now that people know what to expect they'll go online and review and know what they want before they go. I believe things will get much better as time progresses.
Decent deals but the wait is ridiculous. I order online earlier in the day then I pick it up after work and have to wait in line for a long time outside then again inside. Meanwhile the walk-ins get in almost immediately and sometimes before med patients. One vet in a wheelchair was made to wait in the rain holding his service dog. We were out there over an hour. No cover for the rain. When it was lightning too much we were finally let inside. And why are some people allowed to add to their online orders and others not? I came in with a friend and he was able to add to his online order but when I wanted to add to my order I was told they couldn't add to online orders. But then another time I ordered online I was asked if I wanted to add anything to the order. You guys need to be on the same page. I'm a logistics engineer. The way you handle orders and pickup is appalling. Other dispensaries have a good system. Take some notes and make some changes to get a good flow because currently it's gridlock in there.
Easy to get to and plenty of parking. I felt reasonably safe when going in and out. They have a decent variety but the offered gummy brand has changed twice since we started going. Spend $100 on the right rotating day, and you get a free gift. Mine was a good sized infused chocolate bar!
