So, here is the problem. Go in there when they have a sale, you could wait more than an hour because they push there on line service at the expense of foot traffic. Perhaps its good for them, not for me..bye

Used to enjoy this place but the service here is absolute horse s***. Put in an online order for a half gram cartridge and after waiting an hour for them to confirm my purchase was ready I still had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room!! Has happened far too many times, covid is not an excuse to being lazy. Prime leaf on park is 100000x better than this trash dispensary.

Insane wait times and s**t service. I came in here because my usual dispensary was closed and waited for over an hour. They were out of everything I needed and had it all listed as available. I'll shop elsewhere from now on for sure. Don't spend your money here, it not worth it.

This is the worst dispensary in Tucson,they try to make you wait an extra 30 mins even though you get a " your order is ready" text. the crew is slow af both ways...go to Earths Healing if you don't feel like waiting half a year on a order, your order is prepared just like the employees. Earths healing has amazing products and very professional employees that know what they are doing.

Super disappointed in them. Not only did they raise prices and cut deals when covid hit, they are now doing recreational and instead of letting medical patients know how they will cater to them, they just sent advertisements.

I really like Downtown Dispensary for many reasons. Every time I go the budtenders are so nice that I want to be friends with them, offering in depth conversations and informative answers to all my questions. I tried some mid and low tiered flower as there was a BOGO deal. They were decent, I liked the strains but the buds were light and fluffy. Although they don't label themselves as organic, they advertise treating their plants pesticide-free. The deals are pretty good although I can get an eights of thicker flower for less cost elsewhere. I am impressed by the ilava line although I have yet to try it. I know their vape cartridges are distilled concentrate which is the cleanest. Clean waiting room with nice ambiance, menus displayed on big screens and online order pickup is available.

I wish I could give fewer stars. Their service is the WORST now. Used to like this place - my dollars go elsewhere. I ever tried to give  them a courtesy call...left me on hold multiple times. Clearly local mgmt is convinced they have too much business to give a f* about service, feedback, or even courtesy to their own (former now) clients.

The staff is not what it used to be and they are not only unhelpful but unknowledgeable. They run out of stuff constantly but never update the website so it's always a crapshoot with if you will get your products. I advise literally only other shop in town. Sad for how good their location is.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place has complete garbage products of flower and concentrates. Wasted 300 plus dollars. That was my first time there and it will be my last.

Sorry, long story. I have a chronic nerve pain problem and had been out of my thc for a few days. I absolutely had to sleep but couldn't get in a car because it sets of these terrible shocking pains down my legs so I ordered and was given a 1pm-6pm time slot. At 4:24 I got a message that the driver was 22 minutes away. I thought I would finally have some relief. At 4:44 I checked to see if they were still on time and it told me 19 more minutes and then went straight to how was your delivery. I assumed the system just glitches and he was really close. I waited until 5pm and then called. I told them what was happening and they said that their system was having issues. I'm not a monster, I get it. I told her that I just needed to know that I was still getting my meds because the pain is overwhelming and I absolutely needed them. She confirmed I would get them and she said she wanted to see how much longer it would be and she would call me back in 10-15 minutes. Ok fine. So I did not leave my phone. Again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. By 5:30 I was really starting to get annoyed. I just hoped that the office got busy or something and she couldn't call me back but I was told I was on the route, I just didn't have an ETA and after waiting as long as I had, 30 more minutes at the most wasn't going to kill me. Well, 6pm comes and goes and still nothing. So I call them back. Now I'm really frustrated. I tell her that I don't understand why she didn't call me back and tell her that the driver still hasn't shown up. She asks me to hold and then a few minutes later, a manager comes on. She says that the driver tried to contact me but I didn't answer and she tried to keep going but I interuppted and made it very clear that there was no way he tried to get ahold of me. She just kinda apologized and said that she could have me put on the morning route because the driver was done for the day and she had my meds there at the store. Now, I'm livid. I told her to cancel the order. She did offer me free delivery for tomorrow but honestly, this time I yelled at her to cancel it and I hung up. Free delivery won't keep me from offing myself in the middle of the night because I can't take the pain anymore. I know for a fact that more than one person had my correct phone number. I have been using D2 online ordering for almost two years and they have never once had a hard time getting a hold of me when there were inventory problems or something with my order and it's the same system. Not to mention the fact that they messaged me at 4:24 and the woman that I spoke to the first time also took my phone number. It is not ok and will no longer be giving this company my money and I will do my best to make sure no one else does as well.

I have been placing online orders lately they get me right in and right out. everybody has been super cool with me at every visit. I am excited for $10 gram days which are Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is one of my favorite locations in Tucson definitely in my top three.

These people who run this place and work here are compassionate.  They really care about their patients and go out of their way to help.  America is about money and not much more.  When one encounters an establishment like this, the difference is quite obvious. Thank you!

Today I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient. Adrian assisted me and helped me get set up. I am very new to cannabis so it was really nice to have someone who is patient and helpful. He got me hooked up with specials. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Closed 5 minutes early totally bs. Nice people but bs to close early and screwed me for 3 days until I can get transportation to there

Just an update. They said a particular strain is theirs but they ran out months ago, so I stopped going there since then. Harvest was out of the substitute I was using so, by chance, I called D2 downtown and they had a very popular one I grab the second it is available. It was even on sale so I was thrilled but the sad part is they will run out fast and I'll be back searching for something equivalent to what I need again grrrrrrrrrrr.....

I love The Downtown Dispensary. The staff is so friendly. I love going to see Sebastian. He is very friendly and professional. He has really helped me with so much information. Thank you Downtown for employing knowledgeable staff.

OK I usually love this place.... But I placed a online order at 4pm they said it was ready at 5 pm came at six . online deal through leafly said 50.00 for 1000 mg cartridge , well I come down here wait 30 min. To be told I have to buy 2 to get it at 50.00 otherwise its 60.00.... I showed him and manager how its misleading on leafly nowhere does it say u have to buy two ....they refused to honor it.....poor service . won't be taking there specials based on whats posted will always call in. Very disappointed!

Absurdly long wait times, even during non-peak hours. They're just being cheap by not keeping the place amply staffed. Typical right wing "libertarian" capitalists.

My experience comes from being a third party and hearing someone else rave about their personal experience being a first time customer at The Downtown Dispensary. Their report is that they visited The Downtown Dispensary over the weekend as a first time customer to this shop. They were pleased by the welcoming attitude by the staff that greeted them. They felt that compared to other local shops The Downtown Dispensary was, by far, the best experience they've ever had. It was worth driving 20 minutes out of the way for their customer service, wealth of knowledge and product recommendations. They felt that no question was too stupid or basic, they reported that staff was knowledgable and able to make appropriate recommendations as well as asked about present consumption habits to help determine appropriate dosing.

The people there are knowledgeable and encouraging. They give great advice on how to find the exact strain/phenotype of marijuana that may help what you need it for. They turned me on to Leafly.com which is the most in-depth medical marijuana site there is. I was ALWAYS treated courteously and was not given any "Rasta jive" which kind of turns me off, as I was using marijuana decades before any of the salespeople were born!The variety is always excellent and they have great specials on different days of the week. I also very much appreciate the fact that they have chemical analysis of every strain they are selling. Their prices might be a little higher than other clinics, but the Downtown Dispensary is the only one that offers chemical analysis. I would much rather have that, as pesticides and mold are not something I want with my medicine. I have visited several dispensaries in Tucson, and I think this one is the best and most professional. I give Downtown Dispensary my "highest" recommendation!

I just moved here from Santa Cruz, California and I was so worried I would have to go from one dispensary to the next to find just the right one. The Downtown Dispensary was my first try and wow!!! What a complete gem. I will look no further. I do not like my flower pre weighed, I like to be able to look and smell before I purchase, here you can look, smell and watch the weighing. Mike was so very helpful. Kudos to you all. Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will be back again and again.

Budtenders are friendly but not too knowledgeable of their product. They weigh the flower in front of you. This is a great place to come for edibles and there are a lot of different options. They let you view the flower before buying it. I asked them about test results, but they said they didn't know them, even though you can literally view all of them on their website. Bud quality is ok, but not great, which sucks when you're paying premium price for something. Also if you go in for their top shelf Thursday deal, it is only on SELECT strains, which I didn't know ahead of time, so make sure you call prior to find out which strains (it's usually on only 2 strains).

Had a issue and the owner reached out as soon as he became aware of it.  Our issue wasn't with product, or how we were treated inside it had to do with an issue outside of their property. 100% awesome owner!

Shady ripoff artists with poor product.  Bought a bag of gummies for $32, read 150mg on the side.  Got them home and found that was the total for the WHOLE BAG (10 gummies, 15mg each)!  When I can go to their competitors and buy a bag of gummies for $35 and EACH GUMMY is 180mg APIECE?!?  I don't care how big they smile or how nice they treat you, avoid this shit pit like the parasite it is and buy from honest retailers.

One of the best in town at what they do. Good deals, good products, and good customer service. They arent the cheapest, but its worth it

Very clean and secure business. Nothing like I had expected. Totally professional and courteous. Comfortable lobby and very knowledgeable staff. Quick service and reasonable prices. Try it first and you won't have to go anywhere else.

Waited for 30 minutes where it just seemed like they were waiting for people with online orders to get there. Saw workers go in and out of the back 20 times at least with only about 3 patients going in and out. Still has great flower but the service this time just ruined it for me.

Good variety. Friendly staff. I never have to wait long.Prices could be a little better though. Ive found other dispensaries in town with better prices and daily specials.

I am so surprised no one has reviewed this place. I am a regular customer and a satisfied one at that! Justin is the guy who I usually deal with (all of the staff is awesome) and he is so fun and friendly. He knows just about everything there is to know about cannabis and he always answers any questions or addresses any concerns I may have.As for the clinic itself, it's clean, spacious, and well lit. It has a look and feel of a clinic. Also, there are ALWAYS specials going on so check with them to see what the special of the day is. It takes me about 30-40 minutes round trip to come to this dispensary and it's worth the trip every time. There is another dispensary about 5 minutes from me, but they can't beat the friendliness and the quality product. DTD is doing a great job and they are really doing their part in breaking down the stigma of medical marijuana.

Have been using the Downtown Dispensary on 6th St for about three years now.    Staff is very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to offer a great suggestion.  Have been to several other dispensaries in town and the service was either slow or they didn't know their products.  They always have plenty to choose from and their deals on Weds and Thurs ($10) grams are fantastic!!

I've been to multiple dispensaries across a couple different states and was very impressed with this one. Very clean a large selection of everything. I was having complications with a aggrivated tumor and the staff directed me to everything I needed. With great results!! Good guys hope you enjoy this place too!!

1st, so you know where I'm coming from: Im an experienced cannabis user who buys flower fairly regularly and occasionally edibles. Keep that in mind for the review. The good: This dispensary is the best I've been to in Tucson. All of the staff are welcoming, and friendly. Most of the staff are also helpful and informed. Mike and Thomas would always be my bud tenders if I had my druthers. These two dudes really know their stuff so if you need guidance, try to ask for one of them. DTDs product is usually top tier. I love that the tenders scale it out with you present rather than having pre-packaged amounts. Also the jar that you preview (smell, see) is actually what they pull from most of the time, rather than having a "demo" jar with the best buds and then giving you buds that aren't even recognizably the same. They have a good variety and many different combos of thc and cbd strains that will suit pretty much any patient. They have decent specials, they are CLEAN (never under-appreciated in this industry) and the ambiance is a perfect balance between "hip" and professional.The bad: A few months ago, I wouldn't have written this section. Lately, though, I've been a little disappointed in a few areas. Some of the staff seem less informative and more like "pushers"- their strain recommendations and descriptions are not quite on point and I feel like they're trying to convince you to buy certain strains. This leads into my second point which is: the quality of some of the buds I've gotten recently were not nearly on the same level as in the past, but priced the same. On recent visits they've also been out of a good third of what's displayed on their board...while I'm waiting I usually peruse the board and pick maybe 6 options to inquire about, only to find that they are all gone. Some of the buds have seemed older and that makes me wonder if they push to get old product off the shelf. While they have great deals, they're still a little pricier depending on how you pay and what you're buying. In the past I didn't mind because I was getting high quality flower, but with older, drier, and lower-shelf strains, it can be rough sometimes. Also, depending on when you go, you'll get right in or be waiting a while...but such is life at any establishment. Take the negatives with a grain of salt, I still love this place and I continue to return here rather than the other places I've been to. I hope that they're popularity increases without dragging down their customer service and quality products. I would recommend finding specials that suit your needs, calling ahead to check their inventory levels, and finding a few tenders who you like/trust and ask if they're working when you plan on going.

First time here. Good downtown location for pedestrians, open till 9pm, quick verification, large clean comfortable waiting room. It was busy, but only took about 10 minutes to be called in to the med room. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable too. Not a huge selection of flowers, about 15 varieties, 3 top shelf. Didn't see a lot of extracts but there were some. Lots of edibles and other products; lotions, tinctures, etc. Prices were high, three levels of flowers; $12, $15, $18 per gram, with discounts for quantity. Daily specials too. First time patient special is buy-one-get-one-free up to 3 grams flower. Overall not bad.

This is my favorite spot in Tucson! I always get a great deal and the selection is awesome! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I always feel at home here from the minute I walk in the door.

One of the best dispensaries in Tucson. Great selection of flower and always stocked well. Also do special deals. Would rather come here than any other place hands down!

This has been my only choice for a dispensary for the past couple months and let me tell you DONT COME HERE, staff has NO SENSE OF URGENCY, staff is UNKNOWLEDGEABLE about strains and potency, (i asked for the highest thc and got an 18% strain when there was a 23% strain for the samMANAGERS here should really double check what their employees are doing, no other dispensary has such a time consuming ordering routine, there's usually no line to check in, but after that you wait about 10-15 minutes every time to get called up to take your order and payment, after that you wait another 10-15 minutes to actually receive your order, don't be surprised if you see MULTIPLE people come in after you and leave before you,

Christopher at the door was a treat very nice and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the building... the receptionist however... Kira was her name ... seemed to be having a bad day this was our first time here and we had a few questions, she seemed very reluctant to answer... as if we were wasting her time and should know all the answers already. When I proceeded to the back things seemed great but when I started shopping things were a bit unorganized... they didn't seem to have their inventory up to date. Nonetheless I grabbed an 8th of For Prophets and it smokes great!

I'm not from a legal state so whenever I come out west I have to visit a dispo of course! Been to probably 15 different ones over the course of a few years in CO, CA and NV. First the staff was extremely friendly and inviting, wasn't crowded, very clean, the kiosks are great. Fantastic selection between edibles and carts and a decent bud selection.They don't let you preview the bud before buying. I thought was super odd. The reason for the two stars is I shouldn't get back to my hotel and open up the $50 eighth (while I fully understand that's not TOP shelf) to find out it's pretty much garbage. I got the AZ Berry Kush as it was recommended and was one of the very very few "pure" indica strains they had available. There is more trim than actual nug! The stuff back home where it's not from a dispo is 10 times better than this. Surprised they even sell this quality stuff. Smells like dirt, hardly can see any thc crystals and it's 60% trim and stems. LOL. Like WTF???? The stiizy cart I got was COVERED in distillate when I opened the cart. The battery that came with it was broken. Had to go to another smoke shop and buy one. The "PURE" Edibles I got were sold to me as a "pure indica". After getting home and reading the container (again can't preview or handle anything lol) the container says "STRAIN: HOUSE HYBRID".Thanks! Just wasted money on 3 containers.$200+ wasted here, won't be back ever. Mislabeled products, messy packaging, berry kush is garbage.Update: When I got to the bottom of the jar there was a super good looking frosty nug. Completely different from the rest. What great quality... not.

Haven't bought anything here yet, but the young gentlemen working Saturday night walked me to my car after i was being followed by a man leaving a nearby bar. Love them!

I had a really positive experience here as a recreational user! I'm from CT and it was a very chill experience vs east coast dispensaries. I ordered online seamlessly, received my confirm and text that the order was ready and parked in the adjacent lot. After checking my id I stood in a brief line and scooped up and paid for my order. Easy peasy.

My girlfriend suffers from migraines, and thus, has a medical card and requires the occasional drive to Tucson from Sierra Vista, where we live. It's for this reason that we appreciate so much that we always get such great service when we come in. My only complaints are the occasional issue with actual store stock as opposed to what's being shown online is more common than is ideal, and that we've submitted more than one order for pickup that went completely ignored more than once. These would be bigger issues if once we were there, the employees were anything but friendly, understanding, and usually diligent in making sure my GF is able to take advantage of any and all sales available on what she needs and even some replacements when they're out of a sale item that she needs for her pain. We almost always leave feeling satisfied and taken care of.

While the parking lot is a little sketchtastic, everything else was good. I ordered online, went to pick up and saw that they were enforcing social distancing and mask wearing. Lines moved quickly. The budtenders have mics behind their plexiglas, which is definitely better than a couple of other local dispensaries where you feel like everyone has to shout, because it's hard to understand people behind glass and a mask. They seem to have a much larger inventory of edibles than the other dispensaries we've frequented, but that could just be a matter of timing.Budtender Jake was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I am from a progressive long time legal state. Downtown Dispensary is doing a great job. I'm having trouble digesting all this negativity. Why not obtain your medication the way you used to? Or do without, or start your own shop. Recreational medicine has only been legal a few months and there's Covid. Whiners gotta whine.

Always super nice and helpful. I primarily go here for the Atomic Sauce carts, but had a little extra cash, so bought an eighth by DND Genetics, the strain was Kosher Dawg an THC is 28%. I'm only writing this review because I wanna help guide someone to a phenomenal high. Nice body high, but no couch lock. This strain makes me feel happy to be alive. It's $45 with tax, so not the cheapest, but if you got that little extra $, definite recommendation.

Easy in, easy out. Always good service and fast with online orders ahead. I wish masks were more enforced, otherwise it's a great establishment.

Elias was very concerned about helping me find the right product. As an older guy it's nice to find someone young who demonstrates respect for others! I wish other dispensaries would follow the Downtown Dispensary's example.

Not the best dispensary in Tucson in my opinion. I go here when I have to because it is relatively close to my house but they are over priced and do not seem to value their medical patients. Today I waited over thirty minutes for a curbside order, and was told that I didn’t even have an order placed. I have had to send screenshots of my messages with curbside on several different occasions (including the one I am currently speaking of) to prove I have an order. As a result I don’t really find this curbside perk to be convenient anymore and more of a hassle/ debate. I will not name any specific names of the employees because I work in customer service and understand they may have been having a bad day but I do feel like one of the employees I spoke to on the phone specifically was rude and spoke down to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. The curbside person was not particularly kind either. I would have just gone inside but I was in pjs and slippers because I wasn’t expecting to have to get out of my car. After around 40 minutes they did accommodate me and deliver me the order so I can at least say that I got it. Next time I will just not be lazy and go inside at harvest or earths healing. Also unrelated to the incident that happened today, they have tried to over charge my alt-36 payment on 2 SEPARATE occasions. Had I not caught it and sent screenshots both times they would have over charged both of those orders by $5 the first time and $8 the most recent time. I don’t know if it was intentional or not but I do know that since the end of May, 3 out of the 4 times I have come to this dispensary it has been a less than pleasurable experience. ***update*** 3:50pm same day as original incident*** I called to speak with a manager as the below comment from the company states that they, “would like to make things right with me.” When I got connected with the manager, Julianna, I was asked to restate what I had typed out here and then I was given “patient education” on how I was wrong about today’s incident. Specifically that I never had a curbside order and that’s why it took so long. Julianna let me know she was telling me so that I would not be “confused”for next time. Once I realized that she was more interested in educating me and not in apologizing or “making the situation right” as they stated I kindly let her know that I appreciate her “education” but it would not be necessary because I will not be coming to this dispensary anymore.
