Okay prices and a long wait. NOT LGBT friendly. I've been to a lot of dispensaries in several different states and I've never been to a place that was so unfriendly to the trans community. I would recommend one of the other many stores in town and will not be returning to this location.

My only experience was an excellent one..very friendly reasonable prices and had the high cbd low thc strain I was looking for

They carry the big name strains and their grower is legitimate (Ajoya). I must admit though, the staff is a little on the older side and come across as ether very serious or in fact, annoyed. Can't quite put my finger on it... I mean, it is a college town but still... don't kill my vibe Vert's! Good to see the smiles show up after the money goes in the tip jar though! Harsh but the truth. I'll be back for the weed.... not the service.

Ive been coming to this dispo for acouple of months and Ive always been greated well and treated kindly. Staff has been helpful and knowledgeable in teaching me about new products i havent tried. I've seen DJ and Emory acouple times and they have always provided excellent service. I look forward to coming back!

Awesome dispensary with friendly employees looking to help with any specific needs, in a good, convenient location west of campus and there's often not too long of a wait time

I am a long-time customer and have always been satisfied with Verts. However, with the switch to online orders, I was stuck waiting for an hour and a half while other people kept being served before me only to find that they didn't have me in the system at all (even though I HAD THE TEXT FROM THEM SAYING THEY DID). Frustrating beyond belief. I can't believe how unprepared they are.

Edit: ANY BUSINESS WHO IS PROPERLY TRAINED TO ACCEPT COLORADO DIGITAL ID IS ALSO TRAINED ON HOW TO PROPERLY IDENTIFY THAT IT IS A REAL DIGITAL ID. I decided I'd give this place a try after going to Livwell for almost 2 years now. Verts is closer to my home and just has some better prices on things. However, my wallet was recently stolen and my I.D. Was gone with it. Luckily, I had activated my MyColorado Digital I.D. And knew Livwell accepted it, and most dispensaries have all been trained to accept these IDs as they are new and important to know because they're supposed to be accepted as a valid form of I.D. Within the state of Colorado. I got inside and was greeted with "Did you place an online order?" Not a hi. Not a how are you. Common customer service things. You know. As I said yes, I had cash in hand (understanding they don't take card during this time) and my digital I.D. He asked for my I.D and I gave him the digital one that every other dispensary and most liquor stores I've been to have gladly accepted it. Not here. I got a sharp "were not accepting these" So I said "alright," took my I.D and left. I called to cancel my order and informed them I'd be going to Livwell because they accept my I.D. There. Especially when it's out of my control and the card was stolen. Supervisor grant replied with "Dope. Sounds good" and hung up. My roommate and I will be sticking with Livwell. Don't recommend. First time there and I'm NOT going back.

First, they make you stand in line next to the building where a ton of cars pass by.  When you finally get inside, the atmosphere is like a really crappy dorm room, with the clientele to match. Just scuzzy overall. It was also crowded for COVID standards. Budtenders were rude.  When I complained, management did not respond at all. Not a good look, guys.  Stay away!

One time they agreed they owed me a gram due to trim then ghosted me for a week then took said the deal depended upon my taking down the review saying they ghosted. I didn't so now I'm banned lol

As an out of towner participating in the festivities of indulging in recreational activities on a (too short) visit to FOCO, Marcus at Verts served me so well!He easily went over all of the important info I would need to know not being local or completely familiar with all of the laws, explained the percentages + tiers of all the edibles, different flowers, dabs, && pointed out all the other fun products that were his favs. He respectfully pointed out the CBD products and HOW they are beneficial vs "they just wont get you high," and happily sent me on my way with a strong warning to not cross state lines with any of the products. And the prices were pretty decent from some of the other shops I looked up around the area, too. Until next visit Verts.

They change the price of concentrates depending on the mood of the budtender. I purchased a gram for 25 one day and then went in a few days later before they closed which is not my fault I had to work late but she was in a crabby mood and charged me 31$ for the same gram. Screw this place they deff do not care about medical patients. Deff will not be returning. All their weed looks the same as well.

Verts Medical Dispensary is a gem in Fort Collins! They offer a great variety of medical cannabis products as well as infused edibles. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! The ambiance is warm and inviting with a neighborhood feel near CSU. This is the only medical dispensary serving 18+ patients with a valid medical card, west of College Ave.

By far the worst dispensary in Fort Collins. Highest prices paired with sub par product. Not to mention the rudest customer service I have ever received. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to spend your money. It will go a lot further, and your sure to be treated better. 1 star only for the sake of writing a review.

I love going here!! Everyone is so genuinely happy to work and help you and just are so laid back and give off great vibes and an amazing atmosphere!! I come in everyday I love it! Love the wax and the bud keep being awesome guys!

Use to be Med and Rec, but then they changed to just Rec for the money. The workers are mostly nice, but can come on as condescending at times. One bought ~$30 dollars worth of edibles that didn't get me high at all. Found out it was because they had mistakenly sold me the display bottle(of course when I figured this out I had already eaten nearly all of them), and they obviously refused to reimburse me. Would avoid if you have a choice.

First dispensary I've visited in CO, and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful for someone new to dispensaries. Not too pricey, and a very big selection. The vibe was very chill and very positive.

What a chill and inviting place ! From Marcus making us feel uber welcome when we walked in to DJ hooking us up in the back with his extensive knowledge and some darling dank flower, we enjoyed every minute of this ! These folks know their stuff and are happy to share the goodness ! The specials that they have and the point building for even more discounts and such are incredible! Get yourself over and check out Vert's... A sweet alternative  to the sterile apple-like dispensaries that are popping up in The Fort ;)

Went in and asked for a cheap vape pen. Told me it was $55. Okay, whatever. But after paying and opening it, I realized that they sold me just a cartridge for I don't know what kind of pen. Completely dishonest and a total waste of money because of it. Verts is the nearest dispensary to CSU and they clearly don't care about treating customers fairly. There are a few good dispos in FoCo-- only come to Verts if you want to get ripped off.

I have been going to the place for such a long time, and spending so much $$ weekly. Never had an issue till today. As you know when you purchase something they have to put a sticker of date of sale on the products before you can leave the store. 5 days ago I spent $65 on a cartridge and I bough two pre-roles. My cartridge wound up leaking all over the inside of my battery and drained the 3/4 of the whole thing. Granted I didn't have my paper receipt, but I did have the cartridge container it came in WITH the Date of purchase on it and  I also received points on my rewards that day, and received a text thanking me for my purchase (all with the date on it). On top of that the guy who sold me the cartridge was there. There was no disputing I purchased it. (And btw I have never asked for any replacement in the past... not once)  But because I didn't have the paper receipt they wouldn't replace the $65 cartridge that I didn't even get to enjoy because it was faulty. They said they would give me 30% off a new one, and replace the battery... (The battery didn't even cause the issue, it was the cartridge... So you replace the thing that wasn't faulty, but not the cartridge that was?!)  Which is to me is unacceptable. I started going to Verts because it was closer, and they did have good customer service, but I will be taking my business elsewhere, because... I do know that Organics will replace them, and other places in town as well. It was a faulty product that should be replaced for free. I don't know about anyone else but $65 is expensive, but even with that discount it would be $45+ that I would have to spend when on a product that broke. Good customer service can only go so far when you are losing $$ on faulty products....

No windows. Regular shutdowns. Rude staff. Incompetent management. I've been here a good number of times, and there were only two budtenders who didn't treat me like crap. Marcus (I think?) and a shorter bald guy. Don't remember his name. They've both helped me on med and rec sides, and I would have left at least 4 stars just for them, but yesterday's interaction was the last straw for me.  I came in looking to get cartridges for a specific battery (Rubi pods, not the easiest to find, but not the hardest either) and got an eye roll from the girl who was supposed to be helping me. "We only have 510".  Naw, duh. So do most places, but I figured I would check. No need to be rude, right? She then flat out lied and tried to convince me that SD was a straight indica. Honey, no it isn't. You're in the wrong line of work. It seems like the budtenders would rather be anywhere than Vert's. OH, and the front desk staff always acts like they're doing me a favor by checking my ID. Maybe remind the staff that Vert's is far from the only dispensary in town, because I'll be reminding my friends and family. Save your money and waste your time elsewhere.

I would like to say that I originally heard great things about this dispensary. But after my experience today I don't think I will ever go back. I walked in excited to check out what they had, but to my surprise, they do not accept unexpired out of state ids. This has NEVER happened before. I have an ID from Texas that has several ways of indicated its authenticity. You can't copy these. The Teslin texture, the IMPRINTED area over my photo that has my birthdate, and the area where it says "Under 21 until (my birthday)". So I was shocked to hear that they wouldn't even look at it. Can yall really not spot what a fake ID looks like because it's facing another direction?? Very unprofessional. They proceeded to tell me that if I had a passport, that could be accepted. Who carries their passport around casually?? Verts has completely lost my respect.

I have been going here for 2.5 yrs. But I've had enough. I buy minimum 3-4 ounces for personal use a month. After being sold moldy weed numerous times over the years i ignored it and would just buy more. The one time I actually call in after 2.5yrs about getting a moldy oz replaced, they need proof I am not lying. I'm not some one time shopper. I literally spent $6,000 plus a year on weed here for last 2.5yrs, but no more. And by the way that's the same wall you'll get every time no matter the issue. Jacked up the prices recently and service still didn't understand how to take care of long time customers or otherwise....All I wanted was a no hassle replacement ounce and they couldn't hear that I don't need evidence for them to prove it one way or the other, after all these years. Lost my business for good

The staff here is seriously awful and inconsistent. If there wee more than 12 dispensaries in this town they really wouldn't be able to treat people the way they do. They change their policies based on the manager's mood. I just waited in a line of 30 people on 4/20 only to have the "manager" tell me thar he couldn't accept my ID, which they accepted two days ago. Happy 4/20, right?

11/8/2020Upon entering this dispensary today after purchasing from them a few times in the past I was told my id would not scan and to wait in line. After the manager returned he proceeded to Yell "Your ID did not scan and what we usually do is call the police for cases like this". They refused to return my only Out of state ID after this threat meaning I could not have left the parking lot. I am a Black, US army veteran so I proceeded to show my vets ID which was promptly denied. I welcomed them to call the dispatcher and was told to wait outside of the business and that I was being "disorderly" for contesting such a bold accusation. The Cops Verified my ID is valid and current and returned it. He also promptly went back into this same dispensary to verify that my phone number was already in their registry... The manager could have simply asked for another form of id or talked to me..yet he decided to turn this into a scene and now you have a better idea of the prejudice at this dispensary. Do not support this business if you care about the equal treatment of black people. This event was acknowledged In a few follow up emails from the dispensary Owner Henry and screenshots of him asking me how to de escalate another racial situation are available. I would not go out of my way to type this if my treatment was Superb. Livwell or Solace meds are both much better choices in the area.

Staff is really nice! Every time I go in they have multiple registers. All helps contribute to how fast and efficient they are.

The absolutely nicest staff for any dispensary I've ever been to. With that being said their quality of product is why I always come back. If there is a mistake they fix it. Verts even gives back with a great point system for discounts. By far this is the best dispo in Fort Collins. Everything from online check out to the hassle free pick up. Grant the manager is a real stand up guy that took care of my order when a small hick up happened. Just a absolutely fantastic staff and company.

Find me a better shop and I'll find you a liar. Won't go elsewhere they do it right at Certs. Cordially, best prices, epic atmosphere!

Best Dispensary in Fort Collins! You hardly ever have to wait in a line to get your medicine. Great employees, great product, and great prices!

Worst hash prices in the state and they still keep getting more expensive!! Also a pointless online order system because they still make you wait in line behind every other person who is just walking in, taking their sweet time deciding? Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.

The staff are good depending on the day but the product (and by product I mean most things they sell in store) is pretty weak compared to most places for the price they try to charge you for. Not to mention they keep dogs behind the counter getting who knows what dirty and unsanitary and the owner will say they clean up after the dogs but here's the thing, nobody's going to take your word that you clean up after your animals unless you just don't keep animals in the store in the first place. On a personal account, I spent good money on their popcorn bud and found coarse dog hair on a few of my buds in the container. If you need cheap popcorn bud  with some free dog-hair included then this place isn't bad but I'd have to recommend any where else but here if you're looking for quality, professionalism and a dog-free dispensary.

Hunter was a big help navigating me through my cannabis experience. I would deffinatly come back again soon!

Mitch over at Verts was extremely kind and helpful today! I drove 45 minutes 1 way to run into a problem that he was fast to resolve! Means a lot to me and my sister that you guys are willing to listen and understand issues instead of pushing them to the side! We will continue to pass shop after shop to come all the way to Verts! Thanks again Mitch! You Rock Man!!!

I really liked this place. I had never been here before but it had great vibes and awesome customer service. Everyone was very patient and truly kind. They were knowledgeable about their products and even advised on the cost effectiveness of each of them, it made feel like they have the customers best interest in mind. I'll be returning...I dig it!

There are so many dispensaries in town and this one really is special. It feels like a warm hug when you enter because everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is a small business so they really do cater to your experience. Ashley helped me out last time, she was very informative and knew the product well and was able to make recommendations based on what I was looking for because of her knowledge base. I like the variety they carry, lots of options. You can even order online and pick up same day!!! They even have the best lighters (they say Verts on them in a 70's style rainbow, so groovy!).

Nice enough staff, but the place is really thrown together. There is a rug draped over a string to separate the Medical side from the rec side which I thought was hilarious. Overall their products are good, they carry a lot of different edibles and their flower looks nice, though I've never tried it. The "atmosphere" is what takes it to 3 stars for me.

I heard so many good things about this place and finally decided to give it a shot - Wonderful experience with great staff and super amazing product! Keep doing what you guys clearly have a knack for. I love the fact of supporting a local business opposed to chains. The only disappointment for me was not stopping in sooner. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
