Had a very nice experience getting some CBD materials with Stacey & Brett. Both so knowledgeable & thoughtful. Such a great atmosphere & you feel welcome there immediately upon walking inside.

Drove from far away and they turned me away because of my out of state ID, unhelpful and shitty experience.

My most disappointing paka purchase experience yet. Cranky gate attendant and argumentative 'budtender.' I know what I want and was polite and yet never felt anything other than these people wanted to make as much money off me as possible. Brought along my vape battery hoping to get a cartridge that fit. Got sold a much more expensive battery and cartridge, since they wouldn't let me try the fit on my existing battery. You could do better.

Smoky's does not realize that there is a lot of competition in the FOCO area. Your product is middle of the road and seriously overpriced. Your door monitor is a pretentious princess who likes to belittle customers. Right across the street is better product with a helpful staff. Don't feed the ego at Smoky's. Customer service goes a long way in this very competitive market. Piss off

Takes 40 minutes everytime even when there employees are not busy because of a terrible system they have I place. Way over priced and seems like your paying and extra 10 to 15 dollars no matter what there price

Brandon was a very sociable guy, a peoplePerson. Great people skills. but he for sure sold me the snikelfritz, the booboo... and I'm not happy about it. I mean I'm ganna keep goin back fo Smokey's but like god damn dude. I just wanna complain.

The products are good and so are the prices. But do not go here if you have any plans for the rest of the day. Even if it's just you in there you might end up spending 20 minutes waiting to check out. It's by far the slowest dispo I've been to, and it never fails me.

Online ordering!!! And it works!!  Their prices are on par with other weed stores, and without the FoCo city sales tax, overall you're going to pay less here. Staff was friendly and upbeat.

Update 2: I've been shopping here exclusively for over a year now. I like it because it has great staff, good selection, and short lines. They let you pre-order which I highly recommend, as it saves yourself a significant amount of time. It has been a great experience every time I come here. Update: For the past 3 months I've been shopping here almost exclusively, and its great. Even when presented with all the options in southern fort collins, I find myself repeatedly coming back here. It has all the selection of the larger stores (at least for concentrates and vapes) but with a much shorter wait and a much more personable staff. I've been very happy with them and see myself coming here for a long time. They are a smaller store but with easy online ordering and a quick pick up time. Moderate selection, but really good prices and a super friendly staff. I usually get in-and-out within a few minutes. Regarding the reply below. I've edited this review because they have reached out and fixed their issue. I was not given anything to edit this review, and wasn't even asked to.

I'm very picky and this shop is a gem! I shop the medical side mostly but check the recreational list for deals too. Really great deals for high-quality product. I'm sensitive to molds and chemicals, and all of their in-house grow has been very smooth. Vortex and Dog are our favorites. The Green Source CO2 extracted caviar is amazing. I like to see support for CO2 extraction as especially in a pandemic, we don't need solvents in our lungs. The online ordering system is spot on, and everyone is masked and safely distanced in the shop.

This place has a outstanding customer service we purchased in o pen from them and it went out in less than 50 puffs and we came back and they gave us a new one. When we received the new one it stopped working immediately and we went back to them and they gave us another one. We are now enjoying the new one and it's working well so far. Thank you Smokeys!

Ask about their recycling program! If you're a member you get points for bringing in empty drams or containers. The recycled plastic goes to a good cause as well, so go help the planet and get some cannabis
