Good stuff high quality got me feeling great and happy deff a need being on vacation from seattle

This was my first visit to a legal dispensary, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were open before 9 am, the location was easy to find with plenty of parking, and most of all, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgable. The guy who checked us in took the time to answer all my silly questions and share his expertise with me, which is important in this business, especially considering how controversial the idea of legal weed is to a lot of people. Getting information out there and showing people that cannibis is not something to fear is definitely what needs to happen to expand public opinion and really get the legalization ball moving for the rest of the country. These guys are going by the book and doing it right, in my opinion, and I will absolutely be returning in the future.

I wouldn't waste my time here. The Bud Tenders were pretentious and rude. The selection of eatables was good. The sample I was shown looked much different from what I received . It was poorly trimmed and not flushed well. Not medical grade.

I went in yesterday to get some wax/shatter. I ended up opening all the containers today (this morning)  I noticed there was an empty wax paper in one of the Orange Kush zip up shatter bags, so I called the store and left a voicemail, (I ended up just going there with all of my product I had purchased yesterday ) I got buzzed in and asked the ID checker (whom was very nice) if I could speak with her manager/key holder. This lady who I'm assuming was the manager came out of the back room with a raised voice to the ID checker telling her "You don't buzz anyone in till 8:15!! " and basically shooing me out the door till then, Which I thought was pretty rude. (Online and on the door says 7:50am) she snatched the whole bag of product from me, pulled out the Orange Kush that was in a Tube and said that was my missing product she then set all of my grams of wax on the table and counted them to 8 with the empty shatter zip up bag being 9 then proceeded to ask me about 3-4 times "am I right?!" I almost flipped on her after talking to me like that. I understand that the wax was there & I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has gotten fooled by the empty containers. This is a business and she should be professional and handle these types of situations accordingly and not be rude to her staff and paying customers!!

This place could be great if they had some friendly people working. As soon as you enter you go in a room to be mean mugged by the receptionist 9 out of 10 times, to then go in another room to be mean mugged by two more people 10 out of 10 times. Coming here every few days and still, people working are exceptionally rude and would rather have a side conversation then help, and when they do help it's as if you are a burden. I would rather pay $70 for 1/8 elsewhere to not deal with the rude workers here, and that is exactly what I did, and plenty more people I talk with have also decided. My experience isn't near as bad as some of the other people I've spoke to.If kindness is something that makes your decision on where to go, avoid this dispensary at all costs. I was spending around $300 a week on my medicine here but couldnt handle the budtenders so i switched to around $400 a week at a better dispo and couldn't be happier.If you're not a local AVOID AT ALL COSTS as I imagine they would treat you far worse than the locals, and that is already horrible. Do check out different dispensaries!!EDIT: Went from 2 stars down to 1 as I didn't want to give them 1 at first but I also forgot how low quality their top shelf is. 1 star is what they deserve.

I was incredibly disappointed by this business. Just another place advertising one price and giving you a whole different set of pricing once they get you in the door. 20$ a gram for anything that matters here that they advertise at being 15 after tax. They advertise the low end of the worst of their product being their overall price. 350$ ounces? I mean..... WTH guys...It's be cheaper to take an Cab to boulder, buy 140$ ounce of some fire, take an Cab back and it would still cost less than purchasing from your business.I'll be boycotting this unfair business practices with fellow likeminded individuals.Good day.

We are repeat customers for one and always have good customer service but this time a new guy was scanning ID's and kept scanning my husband's over and over giving him a hard time. I don't know if he was new but it made me upset because my husband is a black man and he didn't do that to any of the other customers in front or behind us. There are too many other places to go and be treated better. This was my favorite place to shop

The manager with the nappy almost dreaded hair, you are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Honestly who do you think you are. You should come back down to reality and get over yourself. No one cares where your boyfriend works. You need to stop interrupting customers that are talking to bud tenders trying to make a purchase because you think that what you have to say is more important. You guys lost some good employees and now I'm understanding why. Your ego is so big it makes you a bad manager. Ugly.  My response ~ Lmao that is the exact response I expected from someone who is so self important. Honey I'm there for the product not because I need  attention. Good one tho! You really need to stop. You weren't just talking to another customer about their injury, you had to go into some big long story about where you boyfriend works and blah blah blah. I've already seen former employees working at other places around town and they've all said they are so much happier! I'll just keep taking my business else where. Thanks!

I'm moving down to Fort Collins in August and I got to visit Flower Power while I was down there viewing homes. I was treated very kindly in reception and in the product room as well. As I was rung in a small mistake was made and I was given member prices despite not being a member! The manager was very professional about it and let me have the 4 grams of sale concentrate for $60! I'm not gonna complain about that deal! For there only being 2 dispensaries in FOCO that accept med patients under 21 ( which is a bummer ) I definitely know where I'll become a member at.

Went in for wax after realizing it was 45 dollars a gram(for the same product down the street it's 35) I let the bud tender know I wasn't interested.  He the proceeded to offer me cones.  Did I come in for cones? When did I ever inquire about flower? I specifically inquired about concentrates so to me he was basically saying "how about cones you can afford those".  Will not return bad prices and a rude budtender.  The girl at the front desk was polite at least.

Place is shit. Products are shit. Employees have sticks up their asses, waste of my time trying to do business with them.

Some of the best products in the area at this dispensary.  I've read reviews on how their flower has seeds in it- which is ludicrous to me as I've never had one seed in the past 4 years I've been a member here.  Just have to say their management and bud tenders are amazing.  Shout out to Wes for always recommending the best products and Becca for always getting my order perfect.  Best shop in FOCO no doubt.

I purchased what I thought was "shake" and this is most  definitely trim. NOT shake. I asked a few dispensaries and they agreed. Soooo disappointed. I don't think is even legitimate to sell baking quality TRIM as shake that will medicate you. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate being ripped off! Definitely taking my medical membership else where as will my daughter. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF

Very nice staff, don't seem extremely knowledgeable but will help you as much as you need. The bud is priced great and is pretty good, but definitely no where near the quality of places like Leiffa and Organic Alternatives. Their live resin is dirt cheap and always good quality, but do not get the sale wax. I got a sale gram of regular wax and it definitely was not purged enough. Terrible taste on the exhale and left more of a tar on the nail after than normal. Will never buy any wax besides live resin from them again.

Flower power is less than a mile from my house so I figured I would try them out. I purchased an ounce of orange kush. As soon as I went to break up the first bud seeds started to fall out. Pictured are the seeds that came with this ounce! Soooooo disappointed. From now on I will drive the extra mile and go to INfinite wellness instead. Lesson Learned!!!

Zero stars is what they deserve.  What garbage!  The saying bad news travels faster than good is very true!  This place is the worst in Colorado. Seeds and shake should be their name, we already know their business motto. "We sell garbage and don't care"This place should be shut down. Bunch of scummy people ready to scam everyone and anyone. You will be gone soon!!

This is the 2nd time I've been with my black family member here and the 2nd time the workers there gave them crap! I suggest going somewhere else if you are a person of color. This is BS! I'm going to make it a mission to tell everybody I know to never frequent this poorly run establishment. They should be ashamed! Too many other more friendly places we have been to and they can make that money..Adios!!!!

I called early this morning to find out why I couldn't buy 2oz of medical online.  The manager couldn't get on the system because it was too early.  She didn't say that it probably occurred because of inventory issues. I told her I'd be up.I don't go into stores presently.  So, I was disappointed I had to go in.  I wanted to drive up. I got there early and waited.  Upon being waited on, I requested two oz of a strain and he weighed it up.  When he went to ring it up, he couldn't sell me more than an ounce.  He asked the manager for more product.  Couldn't do it.  He stuck to only selling me an oz. The manager came in and started making excuses. I've had this happen before, with the same rude manager.  She needed to make a transfer or something and instead of doing her job, she decided to attack me for complaining.  I want to buy their product.  She went back out front. The bud tender then got rude.  Told me I'd only get one oz.  and, "you can take you buttons back".  I make Colorado buttons and give them out. In this case, the bud tender was already wearing one of mine.  When finished, I went back to the manager to complain about their rudeness.  I'm a "customer".  Suck it up.  She made more excuses, wanting to blame me, for her not doing her job.  Then the bud tender comes out and starts threatening me.  WTF?  Go sell buds, bud tender.  And take my button off of your lanyard, fool.I wouldn't even give them one star.  I've been a member for several years.  When the manager said "you can go to one of the other eleven dispensaries in town" I was confused.  Does her boss know that she is such a shitty manager.  I've never had anyone else there be anything but helpful and nice.  These people should get a new job if they can't smile and please the customer.  Incidentally, there are fourteen other dispensaries in FC.  All of which would probably like my business, as they are probably in it to make money.  Her final statement to me was that "they have been bought out." I'm not sure if that was the reason for her shifty attitude, but I hope the new owner gets rid of her.  Karen, another manager, is a much better "people person" and manager.Aside from having to interact with these people, I've always enjoyed going here.  Lately, their inventory, on the med side, is lacking product.  Just excuses there.  Not on the rec side. I had to go to the rec side to buy anything worthwhile. And I'll give them credit for usually having good quality buds. Occasionally, no.  Sticks. I guess I should take my six plants and go elsewhere..

Flower Power Botanicals is a friendly and quaint environment located near all the breweries in Fort Collins. With new ownership in place, they have broadened the amount of products available on both the Rec and Med sides, as well as adjusted prices to be competitive in the market. With knowledgeable and friendly budtenders and management, they are making an effort to focus directly on customer service and create a rewarding experience for their clientele.

Really good staff helped out as a new customer I didn't notice their return policy,, since I was New and my 2nd visit.. They really came through and helped me out when I was in a tight spot... Plus their prices are great
