Quick service, incredible selection and bud tenders who know their stuff. Kelli was wonderful and really helped me out today. :)

Sole less. And meds? No, more like bad weed. The locals love this place. (God knows why)  But I grow my own and I know good weed. This place doesn't have good weed and meds??? With a bigger rec side???? Change your name to solace cannabis. Cause there isn't anything medical about this place. And for $58 an eighth I'll buy better weed for less from my friends.

The staff there were wonderful for someone who has never been in before. Very helpful. And helped me get exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Solace meds to each and every person I know

Bad bud, terrible prices, surprisingly helpful staff though.I was disappointed at everything in the shop but I got a gram of some bud that looked decent. Got home..... it was old, stale, and crumbly. Probably the worst tasting bud I've smoked since Reggie was a thing.....50$ eights before tax... never in my life.I'll be boycotting this unfair business practices with fellow likeminded individuals.

Bought On a scale from 1-10 northern lights 2White lightning 0Cantaloupe haze 2White lightening was the worst bud I've ever smoked in my life burned completely black .Basically I wasted 120$ Bought a Pat pen cartridge also - tastes like burned wax put it back in the box & never reused Penny .5 spliff (great idea !) although , must be their leftover trash flowers. My first experience here ... & the flowers did nothing for me . I really would like my money back . Waste of hard earned cash & they owe me some FIREUntil then ... I will stick with PINK HOUSE CHERRY !!!!

I would have given this place 5 stars had it not been for a slightly higher price than my other shop.  I'm from out of town so don't take it personally.  Alex's customer service was outstanding during a times of apocalypse.  They also do a military discount, which is cool. Thanks Alex and solace meds for the good experience.

I am no longer happy with this place. They send me text saying they have a certain special but when i get there its only on certain products but the messages dont say that so idk. Seems like a gimmick

Max & Emily (hope I got their names right) were absolutely amazing and everything I could experience at a cannabis shop. I truly appreciate their kindness and just overall customer service was excellent. They greeted me appropriately and conversed about several topics during our interaction while shopping. Definitely will be coming back. Thank y'all! Fort Collins has several shops but after trying different ones, I loved the welcoming environment Solace Meds brings to town. Will be coming back!

I am very happy with the service that Solis med they go over and beyond to this you a lot of of the places I've been to that workers do not care the workers hear this you to the best of their ability and describe each individual plant and how each plant won't work I really appreciate the customer service I receive

A really intimate place. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The prices are really good and they have a decent selection of edibles. Including some that fall under vegan, gluten free, nut allergy, etc.

Immediate service during the day, best price on wax in town I've come across (35 a g after tax, no discount nor special). Flowers looked good, prices are better than places close to downtown foco. The girl who helped me was friendly and non biased in the products, she didn't seem like she was trying to sell me things I didn't want, something I've experienced in other shops occasionally. Good place!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Recreational prices are a little higher than most coming from out of state.

A first for my husband and I.  Walked in and had to show our ID.  Walked to the back room and had to show our ID again.  There were other people there, but we were helped quickly by Michelle.  We told her it was our first time and we had no idea about anything.  Michelle was very educational and had us smell all the different varieties they had.  They had so many different options like edibles, drinks, lotions, etc.  A cash only place.  We had a great experience!

Super friendly, helpful staff. I'm in and out and on my way. Justin H. made sure he knew what I was after and my budget. I'm a fan of that kind of biz.

I have been to Solace twice. The first time, I bought a quarter oz. One of the 1/8ths weighed under (i reweighed it on 2 good scales to check). I received (2) $5 coupons from that purchase. When I went back to use coupons, they took both of them and said they were applied. When I got home, the receipt said only one had been applied for a total of $4.26 discount. How does $10 worth of valid coupons for the purchase I made only equal 4.26? That 1/8th was also under at 3.3g. At both visits, the bud-tenders were nice and friendly but were unable to answer what I assumed to be pretty basic questions. The quality of the bud is about the same as most other dispensaries.

Like that they have sale and super sale sections. Makes it a little more affordable. Also very friendly and fast staff.

Probably the only dispensary I'd go to in Fort Collins. Very organized and the guy in the front who checks ID with the long hair looks like a skater, always show genuine customer service. Y'all need to give him a raise! Jah bless brother

I was told I couldn't see any of the waxes because of COVID, but the customer next to me was being shown all the waxes by her budtender. Was told my mask had to cover my nose even after letting them know I had asthma and could not do that, then overheard another budtender telling her customer they didn't need to have the mask over their nose. Budtender also told me the CHEAPEST sugar/wax/resin I could get was $47 when I KNOW that's not the case at Solace. Not pleased with the inconsistency, sounds like management needs to do some training and get everyone on the same page. And don't lie to your customers and say masks are required because of "marijuana regulations." Kept my money and went to Green Solution who took care of me without a mask on.

The personnel at Solace were the best Friendly, informative and knowledgable on all areasI will return many times!

Dude this place is AMAZING!! Such awesome staff and anyone thinking the meds here are anything but awesome really need help. Awesome flower and love the maze to get curbside. Can't wait to blow my stimulus check here next week!

These people are a Socialist Dictatorship Communist Place as they Violate openly Federal HIPPA and State Laws regarding Medical. Had the mask partially coveted stayed 7' back and told them cannot breathe a mask have Asthma since born and the Manager and Employee came behind the desk telling "What's Up let's go" starting a fight. Is this how how you want run a Business starting fights over a Mask? Such a Communist Company

I like this dispensary. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and does not rush you to select what you would like. Prices on the medical side can be a little higher than some dispensaries but not bad and they do have some good deals. Masks and social distancing enforced. Preorders are also available.

I've always had a great experience. They are following COVID guidelines as all businesses are right now. But that hasn't changed the great service and quality I get. Reviews should be for service and quality. Theres is exceptional! I've been a shopper for over 4 years here so I approve this message.

First time in Colorado and went to Solace for education about medicinal options and was impressed. Camila was so awesome and knowledgeable. The only bad thing was I got cash to tip and forgot to put in the jar! I really was impressed with the professionalism, environment, organization, and highly knowledgeable staff.

I had no clue what I was doing. I went to Solace after someone recommended it to me. Instead of pointing and laughing at me due to my lack of knowledge, they were very helpful. I want to call out Travis in particular for being patient with me and not slapping me across the face out of frustration. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and had a super friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend this place to other first timers, you won't get slapped or laughed at, so yay!

The staff at Solace are very helpful and knowledgeable. If I have a slight gripe, it is, please stock higher THC-content shatter. This is my regular stop.

Had a great experience here my regular dispensary was closed so I came here and jt instantly turned into my new go to dispensary Austin was really knowledgeable about the product and helped us get the best products for the best price too! Definitely can’t recommend place enough

Absolutely amazing place, more affordable than other places and the bud tenders are always so helpful and good vibed! My last visit I had the pleasure of being tended by Camila and she was very knowledgeable, super friendly and attentive! Plus, the flowers and products are absolutely amazing ? I highly recommend this place!!!

Thanks Camila T.! I'm a first timer and am very glad I ended up here. Very clean nice facility, kind welcoming staff, and precessional set up. Camila T. took excellent care of me, 10 out of 10! She took her time to explain everything to me, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect as a first timer! Great experience!

This place rocks! I started coming here after bouncing between most of the dispensaries further north in Fort Collins for the past 5 years. Solace Meds immediately skyrocketted to my favorite dispensary in the area. They've always been super fast. The staff has always been extremely friendly. Decent selection, prices and rewards/deals.

Prices are a on par with most local vendors and it is A+++++ quality product. They also offer a special discounted bud (sometimes its shake I think ) on recreational side that’s quality stuff from my experience •I mostly wrote this review for Adam he was great, and also the gentleman with brown dreads working the desk tonight at 6:00pm, 2/10/21, they were really friendly while being professional and genuinely made me laugh. Great personalities from other crew I briefly spoke to as well. I will be back, great to see employees enjoying their job and communicating friendly professionals and not robot professionals like some dispensaries or retail stores.
