I won't be back.  They want money from disabled people but have no way to accommodate them in their long lines.  Very disappointing.

I'm ssooooooo sorry to have to rate a one star this time... I've been going to your dispensary sometimes 2-3times a week for about a year and a half. Anyways we put in an order on leafly to pick it up we got to the store at 6:03 about, and still nothing. We go in and see the blonde girl working the online order. She had three empty tubs of orders. She messes with the computer for a bit, then goes into the back. I go buy my cbd lotion, then my fiancée goes after me to just buy what we put an order in for. When we get home, the time is 6:45. AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES LATTTER she texts us to say our order is ready. We put that in at 5:32ish after we got off work. That is absolutely ridiculous, when Chad is on it, it's smoooth sailing. He is by far our favorite bud tender there, he is an amazing worker and he makes a goood connections with his customers. But her I'm not so pleased with.. but really an hour at ten minutes that's nooo just annoying to ve honest. We will be back because this is the only place we go to really, but please don't put her on that..

The bud tenders were very helpful. I had never been before and need help finding an edible specifically for pain and MS. Very helpful. Thank you.

Just got a pre-weighed eighth and I ask if they could give me the strongest percentage strain out of the indices and Sativas. The guy there wouldn't do that and I ended up with this trash and leafy strain. Very disappointed and I'm not coming back every again.

Before I ever leave a review of any sort, I will always give an establishment at least 4 visits before I say anything.That said, I think Infinite Wellness is the dollar store equivalent in the dispensary world. They always seem to have the worst bud there, it never looks attractive, it smells like garbage-gross pet store smell, and often the smell of moisture and chlorophyll, that I can detect.As for concentrates, don't get me started, I have been here 6 times total,2 times they had NO concentrates at all, 2 of those times they didn't have anything worth a shit, and one time I bought the best live Nectar I have ever had the pleasure of trying there-given it was a Harmony Extracts product,props to those folks.I don't really mess with anything else they sell there,so I can't speak on any other products further.But I can speak to customer care and overall service,which is not to Be noted as being anything to write home about. I would even go a step farther and say that the staff I have encountered has been borderline rude to me even, because I am a picky person, especially when it comes to my weed, I'm definitely a pot snob, but when a dispensary sells a variety of different strains, and most r garbage, what do they expect someone who is in the know to do? I'm not just going to buy their crap, that's for dam sure. Staff also seems very aloof and like helping me is this huge ordeal to them, that opening various jars of weed, walking 10 feet to a different section, or using the cash register even, r strenuous jobs!! I'd like to see them work a real hard job, some manual labor, see how they like that! You work at a dispensary people, be happy about it, smile some, don't act like u have it so hard, cause no matter what u say, u don't, your job is easy as cake, so even if the rest of your life sucks, at least u got a cake job! Overall, the more I think about it and have written on it, I strongly dislike this establishment, their product is subpar, pricing too high, the staff is incorrigible, I would say u should try Choice Organics or Flower Power, and avoid this place at all costs, cause it's a complete waste of your precious time, which they at infinite obviously value little. Add on: U r right manager guy from infinite, u guys did indeed have some crappy wax, that looked awful and had no appeal to me. I was looking for something nice, live resin, nectar, crystals, terp jelly, I would of taken some shatter even just to save me from having to go to another shop! But u had none of those, and that happened to me twice! Update from 1/??/19: I figured that I should give them another shot. So I returned a few days back, to see what they were working with. I mostly buy the high end concentrates still, but I always look at the flower choices that r available, and buy an 1/8 or 1/4 if its really nice. I didn't see anything that I really wanted, but I am super picky, and just cause a strain tests at 25%+(thc) doesn't mean I will enjoy it, or anything really, aside from the fact that it tested at a 25%+ thc level. Aside from that, I did end up purchasing a couple of items, live resin basically, that I was happy with, but it was expensive too. These high end live resins from harmony, oilo, 710 labs, green dot, binske, fuego, viola, nomad, and kama, they all can cost $45+, some as much as $90+, but u can really see what u r paying for, especially when u smoke it. One of the live resins I bought from here was from Flux, I believe, and it was a C- quality, versus the harmony extracts one I got that was an A grade for sure. So even at the top there is a lot of variation and differences between what the individual companies put out. U just gotta see what u like and go with it. And also just find a shop u like and stick with it. I think that pays off in the long run, versus searching out the daily deals, that's rough. But I don't know really, i'm kind of lazy. I hope this helps.

Great selection.  Great prices.  Nice bud tenders.  The store is very busy.  You'll know why once you're there.  Luckily, they have enough staff to handle the traffic in order to get you in and out rather quickly.  I recommend for sure.

HAHA! This place is for people from Wyoming. What a joke, $71 for a quarter of flower... When I said I wanted a different strain the bud tender acted like it was so hard to print another label and weigh another 7 grams.  So I was like screw it Ill try your "Platinum," strain. It crackled when it was lit and tasted like it was not fully flushed before harvest. I waited with the outta staters and dopey college kids for 20 minutes in line, not worth the wait. Why does Fort Collins have such weak dispensaries? Don't forget LivWell got popped for using Eagle 20, a commercial herbicide used on putting greens.

I can't believe how I was treated, I am medical and went to this shop. I waited almost an hour with 2 people in line and once I was being rung up the employee said my med card is invalid which isn't true at all so they told me to leave and I shouldn't be in there even tho  they accepted at the door but it was rec also so why did I have to leave? I went to another shop and there was no problem, I even asked why I got turned down for my card and they said some dispensaries aren't professional. How do they make money??? I'm a passive person but this experience I won't let go. I know some pretty influential people in Fort Collins. Let's see what I can do. You don't treat people with disrespect like that. Hope you get the new trainning you deserve.

Our first time into a dispensary, and these guys knocked it out of the park. Quick and precise, while being all smiles during these rough times. Gabriel helped us at the counter, and was one of the nicest people we have ever met. He made excellent suggestions and took the time to explain every single detail to us novices to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Tip notch!

Just passing through town and stopped by, was super stoked the parking lot had plenty of room for my RV. I usually have to park a block or few away in the rig. Super welcoming ID checkers and awesomely friendly budtender. Order online and skip the line  Did i mention you can bring your dog? All the stars.

This was our first time at a dispensary and everyone was really helpful and nice. We even walked up to the wrong line and the budtender was very polite about it and told us where to go. Once we got to our budtender he was helpful and got us what we wanted. It is busy, so it seemed a little rushed, but that didn't taint my experience. They have a large selections of edibles and buds. Definitely a great experience!

Great place with fast service! Our bud tender was Ryan B. and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Also great specials as well. Lots of options and plenty of alternatives to flower!!

The fact this place has a 5 star rating is incredible to me. To start, I'll explain my last trip in there in 12/23/18. Am I a medical patient on the medical side I should also say. The front staff checking ID's is usually friendly and know what their doing. Walk-in in the door to the actual store there is 3 people standing at the medical counter. I walk up to the middle person, a gentleman, looks at me and says he isn't going to help me and walks away. I turn to the lady on the right who also stares at me blankly, until turning to the last girl on my left and telling her to "handle" me. She also just stares at me until I hand her my ID and Med card. Doesn't take my med card only ID. Now this girl that is helping me has to be one of the slowest moving poeple on earth. I immediately ask for edibles since I can see this transaction going slow. I asked what all edibles do you have in 500mg. She grabs 2 chocolate bars, I bend down and see 2 more bars in 500mg in different flavors. That's fine. So I asked if I could have one of the two kinds she didn't grab and she apologized for not knowing they were there. This is the medical side i remind you. I got my bar, now I ask about the Pax Pods. I asked what type they were, like budder, live resin, if they have flavor, etc. she proceeded to tell me that they are "concentrates" and doesn't think it's resin or budder or shatter. How the hell can someone on the medical side not know what the product they are selling or even what it's called. I asked to see it and she struggles for literally 5 minutes complaining the package hurt her hands when she opens it and had to get another worker to open it for me. Shows it to me and says "see it's just concentrate." Well what bloody kind!? After all this I'm just tryin to pay and leave. She asked if I would like to use my points, so I said yes. Told me my total was $30.08 so I gave her $41 thinking I'd get a $10 bill and some change. WRONG. she hands me back the same dollar I gave her plus another $6 and some change. So I inform her of her mistake. She proceds to act like nothing even happened!! Repeats that I used my points twice but the issue is the change not the points. I turn to a lady on the right, watching this whole thing go down and she just looked at me and said she must have made a mistake.So now I'm pissed off. No one wanted to do their job and help with my order. No one knew what the freaking product is their selling and can't get me the right change. So I say "sure" kinda pissy. The lady on right proceds to blow up and tell me how fucking rude I am and tells the girl not to worry about me. The customer that she's made multiple makes with. What a joke. I heard this place is selling out. I sure hope so. Green solutions putting these chumps out of business This also isn't the first time this has happened. Bud quality was decent compared to other shops in fort collins, but pretty mediocre compared to the boulder area and cali/oregon/washington. One of the buds I got (G13) was pretty decent but the other one (hash plant) had a real middy flavor and had to smoke alot of it to catch a buzz. Budtender was very friendly, but that only helps so much when the buds no bueno.The concentrates here on the other hand are great. Got to smoke two types of their shatter and it tasted delicious and clean. Somewhat expensive prices, but that seems to be all across colorado for some reason. Washington has the same hash for $40 a gram AFTER taxes. Portland has 100x better bud for 80 a quarter AFTER taxes. No joke the quality is lacking here significantly in comparison. On the other hand the place down the street Organic Alternatives was even worse and gave us all stale buds. I'd recommend the bud depot in lyons.

Great place. I am almost exclusively loyal to this dispensary. Great customer service and wide variety of cannabis offerings.

Love this place and their product, Charles always greets me, he is the sweetest and very helpful and Skylar knows his stuff and helps me pick the best flower. This is the ONLY dispensary i will go to and don't plan on going to any other ones here in town. Thank you for having such a fun vibe and thanks to all the down to earth bud tenders that make me enjoy coming here time after time.

I gave pretty much every dispensary in Fort Collins a shot and I'm sad to say that this was the best place I have been to. The buds were overpriced and not even remotely close to 'top shelf' yet for some reason this business thinks it's allowed to sell me bud they bought at max for 800$ a pound and distributed it for 10$ a gram...... It was clearly dry, buds were obviously mislabeled and just dreadful to look at and taste.Their concentrates were laughable (all of them). The products themselves were clearly riddled with impurities with a nasty color and just dreadful to taste. This place sold me concentrates that weren't even 20$ a gram quality for 60$..... Three times This business is obviously not engaging in any form of free market capitalism and is clearly not competing with any other local businesses for better quality and prices (and none of the other businesses in town are either).-TomEDIT: IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT BELLOW.After taxes and fee's your products are absolutely not the costs as you have described them. They will run at least 40$ a gram for concentrates (for just the worst) and at least 10$ a gram for bud (thats weeks old and prepackaged with a sticker that typically weighs less than listed). The negligence of not factoring in the high taxes for the city you are operating in informing people of your prices is borderline on false advertisement.EDIT EDIT:I dropped this review to one star because after much personal research this owner is the biggest joke in the industry. Horrible prices compared to the worst priced shops around and a huge creep according to many many former employees.

Absolutely amazing dispensary. I truly appreciate the professional and just chill vibes everyone has in this establishment. Each time we come in we are greeted and usually have a pleasant conversation with our bud-tender. Thank you very much for the great service and definitely will be returning like usual. Also the entire place is clean and just have a good look that makes you feel comfortable.

Seriously the best dispensary I've been to. Everybody there is always super nice and their selection has got to the be the best I've seen.

I wanted to give them five stars but they're always out of things and recently m it took them 40 minutes to let me know my online order was rejected because they didn't have what I ordered (even though it was on their website.) By the time they let me know all the other dispensaries were closing. IWC has great weed and good prices and the online ordering would be really convenient if they ever had what I ordered.

Quality spot. Friendly staff and good prices. I've been to this dispensary a few times and they usually have quality flower. I usually get concentrates that are high quality.

This is my favorite dispensary in town! It has great prices and the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable about different strains. One of the budtenders took extra time to make sure the edibles I wanted were vegan. I would definitely recommend going here over other places in town :)

I love absolutely everything about Infinite Wellness. Their shop has high-quality products and a great selection. Their staff is amazing and knowledgeable and the customer service is stellar. Keep it up!

Infinite Wellness was the first dispensary I visited when I moved here in 2014. The staff has always been kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable and they have the best quality product around. I've tried a few other ones, but I keep coming back to them. My last visit my budtender was Skylar -- what a great guy! I told him exactly what I wanted and he hit it out the ballpark!

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and the preorder option is amazing. I pick everything out at home, wait for a text, and I get to walk past the line to get my goodies.

Best deals in town for Rec. nice atmosphere, friendly staff, big selection with lots of variety. I prefer flower but they have many concentrates and edibles too. And they are open later then most other spots. Highly recommend this spot!

This place is absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly, patience, and very knowledgeable of all their products. The staff caters to call types of clientele from the first timer to the veteran. They always create an experience fitting for each customer, allowing you to have a long informational experience or a short and sweet one, whichever you prefer. The product is absolutely delicious, and they offer multiple price points as well! This is one of my top go to spots

Best dispensary in town, by far. Very friendly, very knowledgeable staff who are always more than willing to help pick out the perfect product. Top quality bud and edibles. This is always my first recommendation for anyone new to town or looking for a dispensary!

Cheap flowers they have a revolving type system where whatever they have the most of is the cheapest amd you can score an oz here for about 180 which is a really good deal. Cheap concentrates too if there in stock. I keep coming back

I had been into only one other cannabis facility before infinite wellness and had had a poor experience. This place renewed my faith in cannabis clinics! I was met with a smile and my bud tender answered all of my newby questions. I appreciated that he wasn't stoned out of his gourd like the last place and made me feel completely welcome. Prices were also significantly less than the other facility I visited, reasonable and they offered discounts the more you purchased. There were plenty of options to choose from and each type was professionally displayed. Thank you! You have my business as long as I live in the area and there are plenty of other places near by but I make the extra drive for this one. A+!

As I walked in with my friend four weeks ago, the front desk person could tell it was our first time inside this very well-organized and clean establishment. After taking down our information, he proceeded to explain what happens next...which made us more at ease. We were helped with a very knowledgable person (sorry...forgot his name). All the products we purchased were consumed with much joy! Just wished (made a suggestion as well) they carried a variety pack of their "baked goods." Looking forward to going back again...

5 Stars thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service and professionalism of the manager, Kane. He turned a negative situation into a very positive one today. As a medical patient, I was getting lost in the recreational crowd. There were maybe 15 budtenders for rec. clients and only 1 for medical clients. I happened to get a rude female budtender who told me that no one else could help me (of the 15 others), and that the other medical tender was on break, and that she wasn't going to rush the customer she had for me. That was all in response to me just asking if there was anyone else that could help me, since every 2 seconds new rec clients were walking in past me and going up to the counter and being helped by someone. I waited about 20 minutes before Kane saved the day. It is so nice to encounter a manager that absolutely values the customer and prioritizes them and their experience and that's what he did. Kane provided the very best customer service and it is truly appreciated!!!! Thanks again Kane!!

Bring some lipstick, cause you'll probably wanna look pretty when you get F"ed over on prices. Expect all prices to be double that of Denver, with inaccurate blaming on taxes. Let alone, way to high for Fort Collin's current cannabis bubble. Staff is not engaging, stiff, and just working on getting the next customer threw. It's also a rather unprofessional site, without separation of medical and recreational whatsoever. It causes issues of anonymity for medical patents, and for rec patents to be snapped at for simply checking their phone on the sales floor. Which really was a year one problem of legalization, not carried out this long. I still give two stars, because you still will find most major brand concentrates. You're just going to walk out when you see the price. In conclusion, stoners and cannabis connoisseurs, avoid this place like the plague. If you're a newbie or visitor, I'd still give it a visit for being one of the better dispensary decors, with a killer aura with the exception of staff .

Always good flower and good customer service. Everybody is always friendly and it right down the street from my house, so this often my dispensary of choice.

Compared to other dispensaries elsewhere in Colorado that I have been to, I must admit that I enjoy this one the most. Friendly people, nice atmosphere complete with Alice in Wonderland paintings, many kinds of bud to choose from as well as edibles, accessories, t-shirts, etc. They know their products and will help you choose what is right for you. The first time i visited here I did a little happy dance in celebration of finally being able to buy bud legally. I have partaken of bud since 1972 and thought i would not live to see the day it was legalized!

My go-to dispensary. Been going there for over a year now and never waited more than 10 mins. Kind, knowledgeable staff. Most competitive prices in town. Love this place!

This location had always been a great place to do business, the people were friendly and the service was great. Today however was a different story. Instead of being treated by the usual friendly face there was a security guard. He was curt and to the point. When he asked how we were paying we said card and he promptly instructed me that we would not receive a military discount because my care giver was paying. He said that we could get the discount if we payed cash but the ATM was broken. Great business there you lost the sale and my and respect.

Very professional...nice lobbey great service but my experience over all wasn't great. You have to pay attention to the numbers. They advertise specials and sales...like four "king"cones for $20. That'd be great if you got a gram in each. However all their cones are different and most are WAY less than a gram. They tend to average about .78 each....a bit sneaky if you ask me. The bud wasn't anything to write home about and the little tricks bugged me. Members and those taking advantage of discounts due to them should truly benefit....these dispensararies are the new 'House', and the 'House' always wins. It's.another less obvious case of profits over patients. Play games, if you must on the rec side, not on the side that depends on you for life altering medication on a regular basis. You'll end up being insanely profitable without these kinds of underhanded sales techniques that put your employees in  the awkward position of having to make excuses for you.

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I placed an order online to be picked up. The woman, short curly hair, checking folks in was literally the rudest person I have ever interacted with. She was short, she told me I couldn't pick up my order, she asked me if I had an attitude problem... I have never ordered online... sorry I didn't know how it worked. I was so stunned by how rude she was I decided to just leave. My heart is actually pounding from her behavior. I'm stunned.  Good thing green spot is right next to them we just took our order elsewhere. Seriously though wtf?

Only one register on the medical side. Not always busy but at times it is. Would help if they had a second one ready when the med side starts backing up. Decent house wax/shatter and vet discount

I used to come here ALL the time. But 4-ish weeks ago the management changed.The staff is now rude (I can only assume they no longer make tips??). The line is so slow it's insane. And they raised their prices. It's so disappointing. Everyone friend and family member who came to visit I brought here. They have stupid bright green bags for your pot and they don't take cards. It's a sketchy business now. And they shove "merchandise" sales down your throat. No... I don't want your damn t-shirt. No I don't want to pay to advertise for your brand. I just want a relaxed and friendly place to buy gummies and chocolate. I cannot describe how disappointing this place is.

They get three stars today because I don't understand the whole online order if I put an online order in for a pickup time at 3:30 and I'm still waiting in line at 4 because you took six or seven non online orders ahead of me that's not fair that's not how online should be. I get that the rec line can be really long but if I'm standing in line for a half an hour you should have taken me before you took the rec people because again what is the point of putting an online order when I'm there just as long as someone who walked in. I understand waiting a few minutes for an online order but it's ridiculous that I had to wait an extra half an hour after my pick up time to get my order when I placed it 6 hours earlier please fix this otherwise there's no point in having two separate rooms because there is no online it's just everybody who wants to come in can get it

I write my reviews based on customer service and quality of the experience. Lets start with quality of the experience, it was great!  The bud-tenders I have dealt with are friendly, knowledgable and ready to help.  The showroom is clean, well laid out and looks cool! When I've brought out of town guests they really like it. Customer service after the sale is 100% non existent. I purchased 3 vape pens and 2 did not work.  I left 3 messages on their voice mail and not so much as a call back. There are plenty of other dispensaries to shop at, as for me I am going elsewhere.

If I were able to rate this buisness less than one star I absolutley would. I recently went in to purchase a half ounce of preweighed Sativa Marijuana. Unfortunately when I had returned to my car to look at my product, it was an indica strain and not what i had purchased which was a sativa strain clearly marked on the recipt. I returned to the store and asked for the mistake to be taken care of and I understand people make mistakes and things happen but the front desk employee shurged his shoulders and said there wasn't anything they could do. If you would like to be wronged by a buisness and expect little to zero service then I reccomend shopping at LivWell; the worst, most unprofessional dispensary here in Fort Collins. Good prices but their online ordering is terrible. If you buy, walk in and expect to spend sometime. Good selection of products but order on line elsewhere, like TGS.

Kay lost my DL have been smoking for the past 15-20 years, long before it was legal. Smoking weed is a lifestyle and denying access was bullshit!! Do you not know sharing is caring?! I have a picture too of my DL and passport. Fuck place not stoner friendly!!

Place wasn't fun to go to. How did livwell take the fun out of buying ?I feel rushed and annoy the bud tender because I'm spending less than 100 dollars or whatever.They don't sell grams of concentrate for less than 20 out the door so I was like? Why go here? I had an oz from them that I gave away after awhile because I didn't even like it.Not saying they don't have good product and good staff.But for the money I was spending, I got neither. A dispensary should have good service for the average customer. I do tip. /:

Been going here for a very long time and recently I had April for my bud tender and she was fantastic! She took her time to make sure I got the best of all that I was looking for and never felt rushed a bit even though the line was super long. She took her time and was absolutely fantastic! You all always have the best service! Thank you April!

Everyone here has always been super helpful and willing to offer advice and suggestions. Paige did a wonderful job in helping me decide what products would be best for what I was looking for. I wish the medical side had as many options as the recreational side but there are still a good amount of options to chose from.

Quality good and fair prices! I’ve been to a few dispensaries and LivWell is one of the best. And everyone there is so nice! When I was there Paul at the check-in table was absolutely amazing. So kind and welcoming! He took his time with anyone who needed help/had questions or if it was there first time there, he helped explain the whole process. And from what I saw made them feel better and happier to be there. Great service goes a long way!

I have visited several times and then recently brought my daughter in to patronize what I had described as my favorite Ft. Collins dispensary. Austin and Brendan more than validated my opinion. Savannah and I were met with professionalism, knowledge, and impeccable customer service. We weren't rushed and it was obvious that they were more about listening to us and customizing our purchases than just "selling" us something. The entire experience was informative, educational and quite fun. As we left, Savannah said, "you were right, Mom. I love this place." Needless to say, we now consider LivWell our "Go To" dispensary. I can't recommend LivWell enough.
