Every time I walk into Natural Alternatives it brings a smile to my face. Such great people and great bud!

Used to be my go to place. Customer service was 5 star but the last kind I got was snow dog it was a guest Strain and was horrible very stem riddled and leafy and dry was very disappointed. I couldnt belive they were selling that honestly. Make sure you look closely at there weed it really is hit or miss. I might give it another shot but I want quality stuff if I'm paying really good money.

Been in fort Collins since weed came back in town a few years back. Best buds, super professional and friendly staff. Best dispensary in Foco hands down. No drama, just weeeed

I do not smoke at all but I do have pretty bad knee pain. I was recommended to visit this place to learn about pain medication alternatives. The staff was very informative and was sensitive to the fact that I was not interested in a buzz, just pain relief. These folks are well trained and patient when fielding questions. I recommend them if you are looking for pain management alternatives.

Hit or miss every damn time here Best bet is to come near a holiday if you want great bud all the time try Pink House Cherry their bud is for a STONER !!!!

The staff was so high it was almost unbearable. This is the only place in the area I've ever seen actually stock clones which is nice.The buds were dry and had a horrible taste, there is no way they could have passed inspection because they were so old and stale. The concentrates were some of the worst quality I've ever had and I'm from Missouri so that should tell you something. I shopped here a few times before just deciding to take my business further south to Boulder.I'll be boycotting this unfair business practices with fellow likeminded individuals.-Tom

I am not normally the type to write this kind of review. I have had generally good experiences here and encountered nice helpful people, but this morning was entirely different. I started calling at 10 a.m. about an exchange. Couldn't get through. I got in the car to drive from Loveland and sat on hold for thirty minutes. Hung up, tried several more times. I get there, and they tell me the phones are working, I just have to keep trying. They send me to the second parking lot, where some other guys are calling and talking about how you can't get through. I drive back up, and ask nicely for someone to help me. I basically am saying, look, your phone systems aren't working. Scrawny red head kid comes out and starts lecturing me, telling me the phones are fine and pandemic this and that. Finally, finally, on about the 15th try, I miraculously get through, and get helped, and the guy on the phone is like, yeah, our phone system is screwed up. I get home, read other reviews, and Eff's sake, tons of complaints about the phone system. That scrawny red head was totally gaslighting me. Why not admit your phone system is screwed instead of being a prick to a regular -- and very high-tipping, I might add - customer? That guy needs to get some perspective. And judging from the traffic in the parking lot, seems you could afford a better phone system. Plenty of competition out there, folks, you might think about it that before treating your regulars this way.

Stay away! The staff is not helpful and their flower is overpriced ($10/gram is a "special"). The layout sucks. Literally nothing about this place is good. There are better prices and friendlier faces out there.

I was extremely embarrassed just a moment ago. I have an embarrassing facial injury in the process of healing at the moment, and the man checking IDs was thoughtful enough to say "Hey man, what the hell happened to your face?!" (or words to that effect) properly loudly so everyone could hear, and the proceeded to berate me with followup questions, even considering I obviously wasn't in the mood to talk about it. Not to mention, it's not at all his business or place to ask.I certainly don't feel comfortable and safe enough to return there.

For my first time in a dispensary this was a pleasant experience and informative.  The staff were personable, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful.  The selection is varied and you will not walk away disappointed.  If you, like I did, happen to walk into the Medical side of the shop they are very gracious in directing the Recreational users to the correct door.  That first step inside is unforgettable in the way the atmosphere envelops you through your sense of smell. Natural Alternatives.  Give it a try.

This was a painful experience! The girl(brunette, don't know her name) was like a robot. Very cold and kinda rude. I asked her to remove all the stems from my flower and that really upset her. Threw it all back in the container and with out a word disappeared into the back. She finally came back after about 5 min with out saying a word. Filled my order and we left. No thank you, she barely even looked up.  Don't waste your time here!! KindCare across the street is super friendly and knowledgeable!

Good place good price well grown. Well professional staff and very friendly. This is the place to go if your looking for good budget. They always have strain of the day

Alyssa and Jessica on the med side are amazing. They give great recommendations and always let me know about good deals when they come around. Super friendly and helpful. Whatever you pay them can't be enough!

I always love coming in! But the last several times I have honestly not had a great experience. I have been waited on by a blonde girl named Jessica? Blonde hair. She has not been very nice or friendly at all to me or my friend when we have came in the last few times. She gave us short change and was rude when we politely tried to correct her mistake. She did not even apologize or say anything even when we left.  She always seems to have some sort of mean attitude towards us... She has waited on me the last 3 times I've came in and it was not a good time to say the least. Would really love seeing some friendly women that are nice to talk to and connect with!

I go here for my weed and also have got some great Rosin. PURE  GOLD. The staff is always friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable. Thanks y'all!

I've been here a handful of times now and have not been disappointed. They have deals of the day and they're phenomenal. Their bud tenders are helpful and knowledgeable about the products :)

Couldn't disagree more with Tom C. Staff was professional, helpful, explained their ware intelligently, and made me feel comfortable in my first experience buying their product. Even returned two days later - and more experienced - to buy the same product. Wish they had this kind of "store"in Ca, but, in the meantime thinking of moving to Missouri with Tom C!

Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Amazing daily deals on a variety of great products!I have also been told by other previously-unsatisfied customers, that management always do their best to make it right. However, I have never had a negative experience myself.

Large selection, competent staff. I was suffering from fractured ribs & having difficulty sleeping. Their recommendations helped me & my husband just wanted to a fun, they were able to steer him in the right direction as well. Reasonable prices compared to our home state of WA.

This is by far the best dispensary in Fort Collins. They have great customer service they are extremely knowledgable and friendly. The prices are very fair, consistently the lowest in town for rec I've seen. To top it all of the product is far better then most. Their top self is so smooth and tasty you can tell they don't any corners during the grow, very clean. I live on the south side of town and I would not consider going anywhere else.

Best place to get advice and help finding the right medications for you! The people in the medical part are amazing and super sweet.

Under normal circumstances, this place is my favorite dispensary in Northern Colorado. But if you are reading this during the COVID-19 lockdown. DO NOT COME HERE. It will take you at the very very least over a full hour to get any product at all, and that is at 10:00am on a Tuesday morning. You will not even be able to get through to them at all if they are busy because of their phone system that doesn't allow for being on hold indefinitely. Essentially, it seems like the system for no-contact pickup that they devised was designed by a 3 year old. Other dispensaries have streamlined the process and met the challenge, these folks have not.

Have lived in the area for almost a year and prefer to come here. I'll admit probably not the "best" prices in town but nothing outrageous. Wish they had better prices on concentrates but always have "buy two get one half off"Selection is large and usually have a good choice between brands. Staff is overall friendly and will answer any questions you can throw at them. Staff recommendations are good and honest. Short wait times even if busy- they get you in and out reasonably.  Thumbs up

Usually I love this location but today I am more than disappointed with their services. I realize there's a lot going on with the pandemic but this was ridiculous! I placed an order for curbside pickup and 4 hours later I'm attempting to call back to find out what the deal was and after 30 mins on hold I was hung on...I'll take my hard-earned money else where.

Very inexpensive edibles. I can't speak to any flower or wax or shatter, however their edible prices are the best in town. On Tuesdays they give you an additional 50% off each third edible purchased.  Super friendly folks, too!

Even with Covid, and it being my first time to a dispensary, this place gave us the best experience!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful when we had questions! When we were all said and done we even got stickers and a couple of $5 off on our next purchase! For being my first time, this place by far was the best one I had been to, they're product was AMAZING, and the prices were just as good! I highly recommend this energetic and fun atmosphere to shop in!

Best dispensary in Northern Colorado. Selection is different every time I visit (2-3 times a week) and bud quality is always awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10-13 a gram and 35-40 an 1/8. Ounces and 1/2's are best deals.

Happened upon this place since I like to run errands early and they open at 8.  Really nice people, knowledgeable/patient staff, reasonable prices, deals, and large selection.

Wow guys, just fucking wow, I came through this place a week or so ago on my way back to Alaska cause my female friend & I are both very new to the weed game & we both have been wondering for the longest time what it would be like to bang each others brains out while on a weed high.  Well friends, I can damn sure assure you that we were pleasantly surprised after visiting this fine establishment.  We purchased our weed from a very kind black gentleman by the name of David, this guy knew so much about the weed game that every fucking question I asked him was IMMEDIATELY answered with extreme accuracy & special judgment.   This fella knew EVERYTHING there was to know, I even just started asking him questions just to try to stump him and I couldn't do it, plus I checked with google to make sure he wasn't bullshitting me and you can bet your bottom fucking dollar he was being truthful & honest about all of it.  We had so many ridiculous questions but David had answers that more than satisfied our curiosity & I feel confident in telling you that he REALLY helped us find what we were looking for if you know what I mean.Other than the outstanding customer service & helpfulness from David the whole place is very well setup and super dooper fucking clean.  Its all very professionally done & for like my 2nd or 3rd time in a pot shop I was thoroughly impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the place.  I feel confident in telling you that any time I find myself in the Northern Colorado area that this will be my go to pot shop as long as that David fella is working I will not hesitate to come back, great job guys!

I went in here a couple weeks ago. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the cartridge I got would not work . I was hesitant to call and let them know because of my experiences with other dispensaries having terrible customer service and management . But I called anyways and I could not have been more impressed. Cheyenne is the manager I talked to and she was beyond nice and helpful. She apologized about the cartridge not working and she told me how she feels so bad when something like that happens. I could tell this girl genuinely cares about the industry she works in and wants the customers to have the best experience possible. I went back in and she was even sweeter in person. She helped me pick out a new cartridge . She explained to me how exactly the battery worked and I left feeling so much better . I have read a few of these reviews and it seems to me that a lot of people have not tried reaching out to them over the phone and seeing how they can help fix your issue. If you have any problems with the product call and talk to Cheyenne . I have been to many dispensaries and she is by far the best Manager I have ever encountered!

I have been coming here at least twice a month every month for a years. Today I found out there prices have gone WAY UP! Used to be my favorite dispensary, unfortunately I can no longer afford to come here. $110.00 for 1/2 oz. for Guest strains... now $140.00, also cannot mix choices like before. I know costs go up, but 30 on 110 is ALOT!! My money will go elsewhere . I've already found 3 places with better prices without even trying. So Enjoy Extra Money You Will Make BUT WILL NOT GET FROM ME!!!

Want to give a big shout out to Lucio Smith. It would be hard to put into words how how impressed I am with the level of customer service he provides. He has taken what would have normally been a frustrating process and made it a good one. He has gone far out of his way to help me leaving me with no doubt my issue will be resolved. Who ever hired this guy should get a raise as well as him. Great selection on products and prices that match as well. Don’t forget to hit the head shop on the way out as well!

I have been here since the beginning and they are well informed and very helpful. They can answer anything, and will help you with any concern. Always great advice and I have to mention how friendly everyone is.
