Very rude employees, decent selection, coming from Washington state. And I felt like the employees had a lot of sass and attitude, and don't take a phone call because they will kick you out real quick, like sketchy. I don't know, pick a better one with kinder employees:)

This place advertises as the hidden gem of Fort Collins and their not kidding! They have the lowest prices in Fort Collins and a super friendly staff. They are always happy to walk me through their different products to find the treat I'm looking for. ATM on site makes this cash only place super easy to navigate. They run great deals in the back of several local magazines such as Rooster each month. Not going to go anywhere else for a while, this place has all you need!

Staff is really friendly and very informative they know the products they sell very well and Amanda was a great help last time I was there.

This is by far the sketchiest dispensary I've ever been to in my life..... It's in the back of what I can only describe as a merger between a storage unit and a warehouse......The place had two glass display cases that they kept their products in that looked liked they'd come from a goodwill. The place was just an absolute mess..... I bought a gram from here of some bud and it was alright but not worth even remotely what I paid for it....I'll be boycotting this kind of business practice with fellow likeminded individuals.

I love this place! It's hard to find, but it's worth it. Check out their house shatter for $30 a gram, OTD. Good stuff! The bud tenders are super awesome, too. I really enjoyed my experience. When I'm in Colorado and need shatter, this is where I go.

Reading these other reviews makes me laugh. I guess if you are a complete weirdo than I guess the budtenders might treat you badly, but that's never happened to me in three years. @Tyler M. If you work next to a bakery your company will smell like bagels. If you work next to a factory your company will smell like chemicals. It's not a valid reason to give a one star. Like seriously, who gives a fuck if your shitty warehouse smells like weed? Anyways, this place has the cheapest concentrates in the city for rec. Need I say more? Wax Wednesday is the best weekly marijuana deal in Fort Collins. That alone makes this place worthy of 5 stars.

If you are in Ft.Collins and looking for a dispensary LOOK NO MORE! and ask for Amanda and Gavin! I'm pretty sure the rest of the staff there is equally as knowledgeable as they were busy attending other customers!

Show up at 7:55, no one is waiting in a line, wide open, and the budtender is all "oh sorry man, were clossseedd" 8pm means 8pm, so maybe they should change it to "we serve when we want". Fucking joke, waste of my time, not to mention their smoke is trash anyway. Figured I'd get a pre roll on the way home but nooo, too fucking lazy to serve people because its 5 minutes till close. Hopefully people quit supporting this shit hole and find a real dispensary. My dumbass thought they would honor their times but nahh, lazy ass budtenders as usual.

This is the best place to get bud in FoCo. Best deals, best customer service, best location, best variety. Overall aces place is the best.

Probably the most awkward interaction with one of the female workers. I presented my ID to her and then she asked to see it again because it's a California ID. She looked at it like she thought it was fake and gave it back. I was confused because I had a gentleman helping me, and I knew what I wanted, and she stepped in and started putting the products into their baggies. She then proceeded to talk down to the gentleman helping me saying "Don't write the on the product, that's what we have bags for." It came off (to me) as she was telling the gentleman that he was doing his job wrong. I said I didn't care if they wrote on it or not. She then asked another coworker if it's okay to write on the product, and he said that he does it, but it's the customers preference really. I felt like she had a mini hissy fit because she couldn't prove her other coworker wrong. Mind you, this all happened right in front of me!  I felt awkward because then she went over to the corner and started whispering to another female coworker and then kept staring at me.The gentleman helping me was very friendly, and he handled this awkward situation very professionally. The female co-worker on the other hand, not so much. Her personality came off like she was trying to "one up" everyone. Not cool.

First time here and I wish I lived closer because this was honestly the best experience I've had at a dispensary. Ashlee was so helpful and didn't make me feel stupid for any questions which is great bc I had a lot. Great selection and great prices. Definitely recommend!

I love coming to Aces Place! I found that other dispensaries are intimidating and don't give you the time to ask questions or aren't caring enough to inform you on your purchases. I love aces place because you walk in to popular music playing, employees who look like they enjoy their job and you can also bring your doggy in!! They never rush you to make a decision and are always open to explaining your options. I never feel nervous coming in and have never received bad service. Thanks Aces Place!

Before last Sunday, the 24th, I would have given 5 stars and an excellent review. Last Sunday I walked in, always happy to be there. Used the ATM and acted silly by moving to the music. I was escorted in and helped by a big blonde woman. By big I mean big boned, not tall. I asked for 1/8 of Pucker and a gram (for $1.00) of Pucker. She puts the containers on the counter and rings it up. She tells me it's 21.00. I look at her confused and say, "Well, I'm getting an eighth right?" She doesn't even say thank you (for my honesty at least)- just tells me $41.00. I pay her, leave her a tip and grab my containers and pup them in my purse. In my car I take out the containers of a gram each. There were only 4!!! She neglected to give me 5!!! I go back in and tell her-she says, "I'm pretty sure I gave you 5." I kept saying check the cameras! They gave me the 5th container, after making me feel like I am a liar. She acted like she was a manager, so according to another review, their managers are horrible! I'm thinking about going elsewhere now. There are so many others. Hopefully someone from the store reads these.

Let me start off by saying I work at one of the businesses that is inside of the same building as Ace's place. The back of my warehouse stinks like marijuana occasionally, the customers speed down the alley with no regard to people, throw their trash all over our side of the parking lot and constantly come into my store and ask directions or to use to bathroom. Now for employee's. I was last in there on 3/13/19 during the blizzard. Since I work in the same building.A blonde walks to the door and opens it while I'm getting cash from the ATM, doesn't greet me or anything just closes the door. So I finish getting cash and waiting. I can see her through the window just standing there. So I wait about another 3.5 minutes for her to open the inside door, when she did open the door a gentlemen outside was opening the outside door and just of wind came in. She then proceeds to tell me she thought I was ripping the door down and was going to yell at me in a very rude manner. I present my ID which does have a small crack in it but I've been told by one of their employees it was perfectly fine. Been through Oakland, Nashville and Denver airports with it and also every dispensers from Fort Collins to Denver with my cracked ID and no problems. So she refused to let me in, almost happy to not let me in. And was very rude about it. Now as far as price and such, this place has very little selection and their house wax is as black as night. Has a decent wax deal on certain days but again most the strains of concentrate are black in color. Pre rolls are over priced. That's basically all I ever buy from this place anyway.

Favorite dispensary in Fort Collins for sure! Great prices and great bud! The bud tenders are super nice and helpful! One more plus is that it's so close to my house!

I've been coming here for over a year now.  Wait time is usually short, staff is great and the products are priced well.  Best Dispo in Fort Collins.

After what happened last time, the gentleman I had as a budtender apologize about what happened even though it was not him. He made sure I was taken cared of and he turned my day around that day. He did more than I can even ask for and I appreciate him for it. This place is really a good place, it was just that one bad experience I had. Overall definitely check this place out. It's hard to find at first but once you do, you'll never forget it.

Loved the bud varieties, was not disappointed in the flowers or the price point. Easy to get to, service was top notch and they have a rewards program! Highly recommended if you are stopping thru Ft. Collins.

The location looks a little sketchy and it's not the prettiest dispensary in Ft. Collins, but they had a decent selection and their prices were super cheap.  I went to three other dispensaries in town just looking for indica flower and no place had any. Only hybrid strains. They had some great bud for $20/ eighth and the tender was a nice guy. I'll definitely be going here from now on.

Super shady putting different percentage of thc on same strain purchased a few days apart. Always out of inventory and screwed over tons of loyal customers on there point system. Obviously a sketchy place that does everything the shady and cheap way. Disappointed!

I first started coming here because it was super close to my home but after my first visit I was a fan! The bus tenders are friendly and extremely helpful. There hasn't been one time they led me astray! It's rarely busy and they have good pricing.The only con I have is that I would like some additional cartridge selection. Maybe a couple rotating every month, sort of like a guest vape I love Ace's and make it my regular haunt for all my cannabis needs.

The staff is so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Just walked there and back, took 2 hours but it was well worth it, because I spent $20 on an eighth of weed testing at 25.21%. Now I'm pretty high lol.

So I asked for shatter. I'm old school and have had my med card for 10 years I never had to say pure thc. Well the bud tender didn't say they were half cbd half thc so I got 2 of those and 1 pure thc so why would I want the cbd. In the end the bud tender didn't do her job. And the fact you guys won't make it right. Obviously I don't want cbd. Very very disappointed

These people amaze me with there wonderful attitudes and there deminer you can tell they really love there jobs...and they care they truly do...and over the years the have had some employees that were a little upty But now this crew"Gavin and the GREEN medicine women /men" just good people doing there jobs,with love and careAnd if your a vet or an older fella like ME they always want me to know aboutdeals and what NEW things I may likeThey are definitely Focos hidden jem...a bit off the beaten path.. but isant that really were we find the true treasures of life  EVERY person here I thank you with all of my heart and Love you More than you may ever know just thanks for being who you areTHE BEST DISPENSARY HANDS UP

Front door guy was rude but I was really happy with the buds I got definitely worth 20 bucks and some. Will recommend to friends
