This place has good tree and normally I'll make my way from across the bridge to come and get some from here. One of the times I was there a couple weeks ago as I was entering the security guard told me the person driving the car I was in better not hit his parked car because it was parked in front of his and he said he wasn't afraid to start something so I took that as a threat so I haven't been back.

The selection was jaw dropping. Customer service was beautiful. Security was welcoming and the prices were really good for everything they had. I'll be back whenever I run out of all the goodies I picked up! Y'all were such a breath of fresh air

Worst dispo experience I've had ever, usually stoners are cool with each-other but everyone in their staff acted as if they were above the customers and it was like that as soon as we walked in and met the girl at the front desk. I've been to two separate Stiiizys, Mission just 2 days ago (as a new customer) and Benicia both no problem but when i was coming into this one within 5 minutes of them not being able to enter my info in, give up and deny me to go in, very rude and with little to no explication either, annoying but whatever so i hand my girlfriend the money to just go ahead and buy what i would get and they all erupted telling me to "go outside away from the business and out of the cameras to do transactions" making a giant scene about handing my girlfriend the money i woulda spent there anyways. Rules are rules but y'all are just terrible. All in all, the staff from the bud-tenders to the management were terrible and should be replaced, especially the girl working the front desk. Security guard out front was cool though.

I don't write negative reviews often but, my experience at this location stuck out severely. My boyfriend & I came to Stiiizy Union Square while in SF for our anniversary. We frequent Stiiizy Benicia often and love the location and staff. The security guard in Union Square was great and super nice and got us in the door, so he is excluded from this review. The girl behind the counter seemed disinterested and annoyed to be checking in patients. She couldn't get my boyfriends medical recommendation to verify on her computer- which has never been in an issue at any dispensary, as we went to Benicia Stiiizy this morning. She spent about 10 minutes checking in my information and then tried to verify my boyfriends information for another 5 minutes before asking her manager who spent less than 60 seconds addressing the issue, neither did he say anything to my boyfriend or myself. She also almost let my boyfriend in without being 21 or seeing his medical recommendation verify. After all of that, only I was allowed back. The same girl from the front was budtending, she helped a customer looked up to help another (me) and then immediately just walked off to the side. I can understand not feeling like being at work sometimes, but there was no effort either to just be pleasant. A different budtender helped me which was better than the latter, but they were out of stock on multiple products displayed. I've been to multiple Stiiizys and I would now go out of my way to buy from a different location

rude as employees, tejeey, and manager on duty the night i was there, bryan, has terrible customer service and lies to PAYING customers. for it being stiiizy, with such a big name, you'd think they'd hire better employees so they don't harm the reputation but i guess they don't care. i will not be coming back and i hope these people get talked to by higher ups.

This mf Dean was so rude to me. No typa greeting or anything. They had me waiting for so long to begin with, then "Dean" yelled at me "CAN I HELP YOU" very rudely. I apologized for zoning out for a sec, but he cut me off and asked me what I wanted. Very rude customer service from him and I'm not even sure if that's his real name because when I asked for his name, he took a really long pause before telling me. I always buy stiiizy products but this location is disappointing.

I went to this club and they had a very aggressive worker behind the counter I could only deal with him for a minute before I asked for somebody else to help me he was acting like security and very aggressive so I try to go back they say I'm band  .....  this club sucks

Uneducated 20 somethings who sling marijuana and think they are cool. It's a pot store in Union Square. BFD. You have to leave with an oversized plastic bag. The garbage can outside is filled with Stiizy plastic bags. I need to show everyone I went to Stiizy? Try a small, unmarked paper bag. Can you tell I'm not impressed? I was too busy today to go to my local club. They are open late. That's the only thing going for them. It's a fucking pot store. They're not saving the world...or the planet. I don't give a shit about branding.

I travel the world for business and my ID is a little bit frayed. They wouldn't let me in and I asked to speak to the manager they brought him up he said the same thing I'm sorry they won't let you in. I'm 52 years old I'm waiting for my new passport my ID is perfect just as frays on the edge. I now understand why this place has one and a half stars and now I'm at Barberry Coast which is right around the corner and they're super cool with a great smoking lounge.

So i just tried to go back after several mo ths to find out that the manager that i had spoken to months ago when this incident happen lied to me and actually blocked me from returning to the club. Apparently all the management from that time has quit so no one could verify anything that had happened. Do not bring your business here! It is hands down the worst dispensary in SF

Definitely only go here if you absolutely can't find anywhere else. It's never a great experience. Always stressful as there are maybe 3 people that work here that don't act like you spit in their coffee when you walk in. Staff is rude and makes absolutely 0 recommendations. This is the Wal-Mart of weed stores. Huge selection way over priced with rude staff and dirty.

I had been pricing concentrates online for this store- it had aroused my curiosity-but they don't list the THC content of most of their products. When I conveyed this to the person working (I could barely hear over the music blaring, yeah, cool hip-hop, we get how cool you are) their response was so rude that I immediately left the store. The overall vibe feels like the Supreme store- aka douchebag city. If you enjoy being treated like it is a privilege to spend your money somewhere, this is probably your jam. The entire experience sucked the joy out of my morning.

Worst experience I've had on my birthday vacation. Went in for a few items and asked for 2 disposables. Salesman didn't verify with me and before I walked out I noticed there was 1 pod and 1 disposable. Everyone gave me and my fiancé a hard time by trying to resolve the miscommunication the salesman gave us on his part. We just wanted to fix the issue. They told us to buy a battery or buy a new disposable. That means we just wasted $50. We spent over $350 the past few days at that store. Management and everyone on staff was very rude and told us to get the hell out. Something needs to be done about this place. So many bad reviews on this place I should have read about it before going. PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY WILL SELL YOU WHAT YOU DONT WANT AND BLAME IT ON YOU!

Been a few times to this location ever since it had opened. My most recent experience today at stizzy SF, I had went in asking to be pointed into the direction of disposables and was directed into a cart section. I ended up buying the cart  thinking it was a disposable. Once it was time to give me my change back, he lays my money out on the counter and doesn't even hand it back to me. ( At that point I wanted to slap the disrespect out of him) That same bud tender lied to create a quick sale ! I returned and went to the manager on duty! (He took a long time to process the exchange). Once the exchange was done I  asked for a receipt and he never gave me my change back nor receipt. Then claimed that he sent the email but it wasn't even in the system ! And he still hasn't sent the email. This location is trash just like there products! Never going again

I was very disappointed with the service today. It was my first time there, and I felt ignored. The budtender that helped me was nice, but as he was helping me, he tried to help another person simultaneously, which I thought was rude. Anyways. Products are great tho!

Wow, so many salty Yelp reviews. This place had good reviews on Google Maps and was within walking distance of our hotel in Union Square, so we decided to give it a try. Luckily, our experience was not that of the Yelpers.  We went on a weekend evening, had no issues with the security guard (he was cool and friendly) nor check-in process, and only had a bit of a wait because there were already several customers being helped inside. The guy that helped us choose our products was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations for what we sought. The ambiance was well-lit and inviting, and the music was cool without being too loud.

It's the first time I been in a Cannabis store. Have ID ready. Right around the corner from where I was staying. The edibles are the bomb diggity.  It was quick pace and lot of security. I smoked my with in the alley.  And by the skating rink and...........It's a growing booming business. Come on Hawaii..... soon come

When you staff threatens me or gets tough with me even though "to you" he's never shown that type of behavior. It's fine your club has been ghost town since my review Job done. Told ya you ain't know who you was playing with 90k views every 30 days people watch me kore than you know restock you dry low indicas had my friend take a peek in and was down to s'mores ... apologize and maybe I'll take my review down until then enjoy that high rent in union square hope you can keep up and your weed sucks and your customer service is on trash

I’ve visited about 7 times already and each time I’ve had incredible conversation with the cannabis salesmen and saleswomen. They helped me discover an extremely affordable brand of flower. Cannabis is a medicine for me, so this was deeply appreciated.

A great store my favorite of all time. An excellent selection, prices and customer service. What more could you ask for

Staff is very welcoming. The they got the best prices in the area for top shelf stuff! Definitely coming back here!

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. They encourage you to take your time and ask questions. The amount of products to choose from is awesomely ridiculous! You will find something that works for you and the prices are very reasonable. I was very pleased with all of my purchases.
