It was my first time going to one and my experiences was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to answer all of my questions and I left with plenty of gummy goodies. Original post: ugh this place is a joke! i keep getting faulty cartridges. 3 bad cartridges in the last two months. get a better product!Update 1: Do not believe the comment below! after messaging the owner they replied very nasty and told me my defective product would not be replaced.UPDATE 2: As you can see by his infantile involvement in this review, the level of unprofessionalism in the owner of this business is unparalleled. If you look closely, you can even see that this delicate flower changed his message before reposting it here. Heres the bottom line: little Mr. Sunshine got so bent that I asked him to tend to my wife personally when she came to return yet a FIFTH faulty cartridge, that he then accused me of breaking the cartridges, refused to issue refund or exchange, and then told me to take my business elsewhere.

Bella is a great budtender! She knows all the products well and can make good recommendations. BloomRoom always has good sales for us to enjoy!

Every time I've been to bloom room I've been met with great service. Everyone is friendly, and the whole shopping process is efficient and easy. Madeline, was a great help and very friendly.

During the shelter in place I have been able to have access to top quality medication without having to creatE more risks. The flowers here are probably the most  potent trees that I have seen. I'm getting the tinctures today but have always been able to get what I was looking for at this spot 10/10 would recommend

I absolutely love this dispensary. I've been to many in NorCal, SoCal and in Vegas as well. The budtenders here are super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They also have amazing deals in the daily. Sundays are my favorite. Thank me later ;)

This place is ridiculous. You go in and they require (meaning no option to opt out) you to provide a bunch of personal information in order to buy something. Why? I don't have to fill out anything when I buy liquor. And just a PSA here this collection of personal info is NOT required by law, all that's required is you prove your age. We went to a different one a mile away that did not require this (which they told us would not be possible).

Seriously impressed with the selection and the attentiveness of the staff.  Visiting from out of town the check in process was quick and efficient- they check you in after verifying your license and ushered to the back of the store.  I wish I caught the name of the clerk that was helping me- she was really great and helpful.  I was primarily interested in some edibles- she was very helpful in explaining to me the strength and types that could benefit what I was looking for.  I settled on some indica gummies and cookies- she provided me some helpfulTips for dosing and sheet on recommended dosing.The shop is very clean, professional, and secure- glad I got a chance to visit when here.

Awesome spot! Aside from "registering" this place is packed with goodies and their staff is great. I got a dispensable vape for $30 and it lasted more than a week. I would go back to this place in an instant when back in SF.

Normally my favorite dispensary, convenient and nice. And ofcourse relaxed and consuming.Come in and ask for a specific tincture 3:1 THC rich, was told we don't have it but we have 4:1 or 2:1. Assuming its what i was asking for i took 4:1 costing around $60.Get home realized i was given 4:1 CBD which does not help my insomnia. Order a margarita and got a lemonade.Went back with everything closed and explained the misunderstanding and told them i didn't want the money but an exchange for what i came in looking for or a similar product. The only answer was no, we dont do anything after it leaves.Clearly the product was closed, un used and im a regular. The manager says she is trying to work with me, but gives no options or alternatives just a resounding NO on customer service and admitting a mistake.

Man this place totally sucks.Not sure why I expected anything different. If you have a bogo deal and have inventory, you might want to honor those deals. You end up having the oppsite effect you intended. I will never set foot in your dispensary again, and I will not be buying the demo product for a good minute.You email the deal, then when someone drives from outside the city you wont honor it. Do yourelf a favor and avoid this place. Total waste of time.

Solid dispensary with fast service. Lots of selection on prerolls/bud. The prices are okay and they have a small vape lounge with some volcanos. Worth it to swing by if you are nearby :)

Bloom Room has definitely becoming one of my top places to get my meds . We've done business with them for over a year and it's been wonderful ! The budtenders are so helpful , and you never feel rushed! They're there to answer all your questions and help you decide what's right for you . The selection for edibles, flower, and concentrates here is huge! They do awesome patient appreciation days so everyone gets a chance to take advantage of amazing deals, and have a vape area where you can smoke and relax for a bit before heading out into the craziness of the city life ! It's a hidden gem , tucked away in an ally by Mint Plaza, it feels like you're out of crazy city life for a bit .

EDIT: I just sparked the preroll, and ironically enough it wasn't even lighting. What a waste of nearly $60. ******   I come to this dispensary every time in the area and I've never had an issue before. When I went in today I asked for a sativa preroll, Sarah was the one helping us out. She showed us a couple different options and ending up going with one she said was $5 more than the $25 one she just showed us. Once I put my card in I noticed it said $55 and when asked if we could return/ exchange we were told in order to do so, there would have to be something wrong with the packaging or with the product. Very disappointed with my experience this time, definite lack of communication happening.

I've been to this Bloom Room probably a dozen or so times. Haven't ever left a review for them, so here it is! If you are in Downtown SF check out this spot! You will find yourself wandering down an alley(not super safe, kinda sketch, go in the daytime if you can!) if you are in search of some weed stuffs, you will come upon this little place tucked away in Mint Plaza. As I was reaching the door of the dispensary a wonderful gentleman with dreads greeted me and asked me for my ID. Now, seeing as I have been here over 10x I figured I would just waltz in after being queued up by their computer system. But alas, I was asked to sit down in the waiting room and wait to be re-registered ( not a super big deal ) after I waited about 5 minutes they put me in the system and I was on my way! I waited in line for about 10 minutes, which isn't super bad considering I was in downtown, during rush hour/commute times 5:30pm. There were about 6 people ahead of me. I think the bud tenders take their time with people, which I appreciate in case you have never tried something before. Everyone that I have come into contact with at this dispensary has been super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and give really good recommendations.The other thing I will mention is that they have bomb $25 1/8ths here! I seriously haven't found another dispensary that has offered a low price for the quality of bud they sell. There are lots of other options as well if you don't prefer bud. Other than that, the ambiance is quite nice, it's very clean, and decorated nicely. They also have a vaporizer station so if you want to use their volcano before you leave you can! They have a bathroom as well which is clean and customers can use. Thank you Bloom Room for being awesome and having good deals!

I went there last December  10 or 11, 2019 and as a first timer goinh to dispensary, the people are accomodating right from the start. Before you can go and pick your items, they are asking you some security questions and they will tell you some protocols when you are inside the shop. I think that one for me is a PLUS since it would create a well informed and civilized buyers. After going through their protocols, I went to the counter and since its my first time to pick my item. The sales associate(I forgot to take note on her name but I'm sure she is pretty & sweet black woman- I'm sorry I forgot you name Ma'am), she was so nice to me to explain everyhing to me on which is my preference. She took extra time, patience, and effort to explain everything to me. Since we just stayed in CA for a couple of days and explained to her that I cannot smoke weed in our rented apartment in VRBO, she told me to buy gummies. She told me everything I need to know about the product.I mean they love their work and their customers and HIGHLY comeback to do business with them. Hope to visit CA again.The team is great and appreciate the time and money I've spent with BLOOM ROOMP.S. I would want to take pictures inside the shop but due to the protocols, it is prohibited but I respect that I just put the picture of my order.

absolutely not .. I can in here one time to scope it out .. the prices are crazy high !!! I guess thats to be expected with this location being downtown .. but 75$ 1/8ths ???? oh hell no ... if you're well versed in cannabis ... you should run from any establishment that charges these kind of prices !! I know I do !!! you can get just as good herb , at another store for 40$

Top tier quality service!!Just want to give a shout out to everyone who is beyond welcoming and beyond professional at this medical clinic. We'll start off with the parking, obviously we all are aware of the situation in SF. The goodluck finding a spot situation! Ha! (Luckily we didn't rent a car in Sf, Uber and lyft is cheaper, my wallets opinion!!!) So there is no designated parking lots or anything just street parking on some real shady street.So once you get in the doors and get greated by the guard in the front you wait to sign in, everyone has to sign in, no you're no different! Once signed in you're assigned a patient or customer id number for the rest of your life! Dun dun dunnnnnn, jk you made it! Time to get the goods! So all this process takes a good 5-10 min to get in, so "patience is a virtue."Sometimes there's a line and sometimes there isn't, depends how great the location is and this one was stacked with high quality meds. Prices are perfect and the service you get is just outstanding!They even have a "vape lounge" with ZERO COMBUSTION! That means no, you can't light anything up! So save it for somewhere safe!As you can see I'm so fond of their service, it's cause they care and understand all their customers/patients needs. I had 3 malfunctions with a specific vape pen and they were beyond happy and graceful to exchange my item for me and recommended me an even better product that actually worked and worked real well might I say.Thanks everyone @BloomRoom you guys are all awesome!

Bloomroom is my favorite cannabis dispensary in all of San Francisco and the greater Bay area. I enjoy visiting Bloomroom because of the premium quality, and great selection of products. The service is also always on point! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, inviting, and they have a very surprising way of remembering your needs from previous visits.  I would recommend Bloomroom to everyone, locals and tourists alike (new members and checking in process is very seamless and fast). Great music, atmosphere, and unique art are always on display so even waiting in line is an enjoyable experience. Cheers!

The staff here is always kind and helpful but my experiences here have mostly been negative.No online order/pickup in a busy tourist area means you're always waiting behind someone who wants to smell and touch everything and there's never more than 3 registers.  Also it's in super sketch neighborhood.  I had my seat post stolen while inside a couple weeks ago and asked today if I could leave my bike inside this time and was told I couldn't.  No where on the street to lock your bike.  Not leaving my bike locked up around the corner and out of sight again. Equal prices and better experiences can be found at other dispensaries in the area.

Working for a distribution company I have seen many cannabis stores. Bloom Room is always a great one to visit. I would recommend trying out the "Pineapple Express" by Heavy Hitters. A hybrid that warms you up and gets you going and can cool you down as well.

My favorite dispensary in the city! Best pre rolls ever and strains in general. Location is extremely convenient too, 3 min walk from Powell st or Westfield. Must stop by if you're in the area.All the employees here are so sweet too! Registration for me only took me 5 minutes and whenever I go in, they just ring up my name and let me in. It's a quick in and out process if there isn't a lot of people. Even if there is, it is worth the wait. The prices here aren't jacked up either so you'll be getting what you paid for both service and product wise.

When you are loyal top shelf customer and then you buy a 80$ eight 6 months old and dry, you get super upset .. I know there is no returns, but in a same time I spent a lot of money in this dispensary for not to get well treated. Bloom room adios

Amazing dispensary! I have frequented almost every dispensary in San Francisco including deliveries and Bloom room blows them all away! I come here several times throughout the week and it only gets better with every time. The staff there from the budtenders to the bouncers are so warm and welcoming! I felt like a patient before I even signed up haha!!Also, their flowers as well as edible selection are to die for!!! They also carry korova! Not too many places around here carry Korova edibles at all so that was amazing to me!Honestly, if you don't hit up bloom room, you're making a mistake!

I can take your word for it..yes (but who the eff are you to me), but I'm telling you I didn't use the product because I didnt feel comfortable using it and intended to exchange it after speaking to an employee that said she would! This isnt my first cartridge, I am a medical patient I've been at it over a year in the clubs now this is more like my 12th-13th cartridge and this was my first non full one. Call me a novice, or uneducated but I like buying my items full and how I am accustomed to. I was telling a friend about this situation and she compared it to this;Its like going to a store you see a new soda you havent tried yet so you dont know much about it, its half full- you,never buy a half full soda right? Not when all others are full to the top. Even if the person in 7-11 says that's how its supposed to be are you just going to take Their word for it and buy a half full soda? Or spend the same amount of money on something half full? No you would stick to what you know and what makes you feel comfortable and get a full one, bloom room did not allow me this and forced me to keep an item I was not pleased or comfortable with. Keep selling them standup products! Psssyche.

Such a great spot. They have everything I want and then some. You can consume on site as long as it's not "smoke." I always feel safe with security present at all times. Friendly and SUPER knowledgeable staff. The space itself is super chic with a clean all gender bathroom. I don't know what else to say about it other than it's currently my favorite spot. I'm always disappointed if I have to go elsewhere.

My goodness, Bloom Room is phenomenal!! Simply the absolute BEST flowers I have seen in San Francisco. They are a small friendly establishment located on Jessie street. Convenient to the Metreon and other cool coffee shops close by. They are currently a "Medical only" facility, which means you'll still need your recommendation to taste their heavenly goods. They are a true gem... a "purveyor of fine cannabis" - a totally awesome establishment.What more can I say... it I could give them 10 stars, I would.. :)

I've been coming to Bloom Room for about a year now and it is my go to cannabis collective. I've visited others and have experienced anywhere from an apathetic to elitist vibe. Bloom Room is always friendly, I've never experienced or observed any negativity amongst the staff. Reasons why I like them over others I have visited in the city:-Clean and inviting environment with high ceilings, plants and local art-Easy online ordering and pickup system-Flowers are always top shelf, including the ones on special-Always specials and discounts on any given day-Wide selection of edibles, tinctures, and CBD products-Very nice people at the door and the counter who don't seem annoyed to be at workIf you are a medical cannbis patient then totally stop by here!

Searched everywhere for Terra Peppermint Patties on 420 and the only place that had them for sale was Bloom Room   Tasted them on the 20th and loved them.

This is one of the better marijuana dispensaries in the area, the selection is always top notch, the prices are on point for the quantity and the staff members are friendly and willing to help assist customers in finding the right products for their needs. Their showroom is very well maintained, it not only smells clean inside, but looks clean as well, it makes for a more inviting atmosphere and encourages patrons to return. Whether you are a seasoned veteran to marijuana use or are a newbie, this place can take care of you, they have products to give you a light buzz or ones that will knock you out for the night.

There are plenty of reasons why I always recommend Bloom Room.1. Location. It's super easy to get to. It's conveniently located next to Powell Station, Blue Bottle, Mezzanine, and the mall. It's prime. 2. Atmosphere. It's a very relaxed, friendly and chill place. It's hip without trying, really. I always feel welcomed and comfortable there. 3. Selection. They always have what I'm looking for and then some. I've never taken advantage of the extra goodies they have there like the massages, demos, and vape lounge, but I hear good things from friends.4. The Budtenders. The staff and budtenders are the main reason I always go back. Every budtender is exceptionally knowledgable, friendly and genuinely cares about your experience. I'm often looking to try something new and after a bit of conversation they always recommend me something great. Gianna's helped me most often and she always knocks it out of the park. Without fail she's always sent me off with something that's given me a 10/10 experience. She's a treat to talk to and I really value her opinions and advice. tl;dr: Bloom Room is the place to go. Chill, friendly, knowledgable people and you're going to leave happy. 10/10, will go again.

While in San Francisco, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit a legal cannabis dispensary.  Bloom Room was a short walk from my hotel.  I wasn't sure what to expect, as this industry in so many other states is borderline taboo to even mention, although the tides are changing. The check-in process was quick and easy, requiring a valid ID to verify age, as this place is 21 and up only.  Once I was in, an extremely friendly, knowledgable, and patient attendant (they all are!) answered all my questions and even offered guidance and suggestions.  They have daily specials, rotating sales, and a wide selection of flower, edibles, concentrates, and drinks.  Prices are really reasonable. The location is on a small road and can be easily missed for first time visitors, but they'll open the door for you, because they will see you coming - there were always multiple security guards present, which really adds to the safe feel of the store.  Highly recommended.

Went here when we were visiting San Fran. Everyone was super helpful and let us try a few products. This place is on like a back alley and looks a little sketchy from the outside, but it's really great inside. Highly recommend the strawberry gummies and the select cbd pens in Lemon and lavender. I find it very sad that now when I pick up flowers from this place they look like some sort of cheap dirt weed that I would maybe get in high school or middle school, and as you can see the jar is not even full with a huge step and popping out as soon as I opened it. The Bloom Room has been quite good to me. I have never had flower I didn't enjoy from here. The staff has always been kind and most importantly, patient. I medicate for pain and my bud tender, Joe, is always lovely enough to help me look for a strain that will work for me. Joe has even looked up strains with me to make sure I get something I will be happy with.I drive from San Jose on my semi health days just to come here. Customer service and quality are a big deal, Bloom Room has both nailed down.Thanks, guys !

Super friendly and informative.I'm exploring cannabis for my anxiety. I went here after going to my first dispensary (THC in Oakland) and feeling really overwhelmed. What should I buy? How should I use it? Should I vape? Should I smoke? Should I eat it? If I smoke, how? Which vaporizers should I use? I don't want to spend $300 for a fancy vaporizer when I don't even know if I'll like it! AaaaahhH!!! Information overload.After asking my friends what to do on Facebook, I decided to go to Bloom Room thinking they might be able to consult me based on what I needed. I told them these things:- I barely smoke so my weed goes bad super fast- I have anxiety- I'm a newbieThey gave me a few suggestions and listened with an open mind. They had vape pens to purchase there with canisters (on top of straight up leaves). I didn't feel judged and left feeling really happy about my purchase.Would definitely go back here again. A short walk away from the FiDi, tucked away behind Mint Plaza, you'll find Bloom Room. It's a lovely little shop that's got a lot of variety packed into an archetypically-San Franciscan-sized space. If it's your first time, you'll have to register, and in the brave new world of legal, recreational marijuana use: I personally, loathe this vestigial ritual of paperwork and registry some dispensaries still practice; however, Bloom Room has streamlined it particularly well and made it much shorter, and less-painful step in buying your pot than at most dispensaries in San Francisco. Where this establishment really shines, however, is at the counter. After a short wait in line, you approach one of a small handful of friendly budtenders managing individual stations stocked with a wide selection of flowers, edibles, tinctures, and more. There's a large-screen menu behind the counter displaying all of the available strains, their THC compositions, and prices, but the budtenders will still gladly answer any questions you might have and make as many recommendations as you could want. More importantly, I've never felt rushed at the counter here. and it's so refreshing to have a budtender's undivided attention while choosing my strain. Their recommendations have always felt honest and informed, and I've left every time a happy pot-jockey.Bloom Room is a small but well-stocked dispensary in the heart of Downtown San Francisco. It's stylish, it's clean, and it's staffed by incredibly welcoming, knowledgable, and considerate people. I plan on returning there many times in the future. Definitely don't miss this spot!

Ladies & gentlemen, This is the place to be. Been coming here since they were medical only. A lot has changed since then. However, customer service and quality meds have remained the same. For example, the volume of people coming in since the laws changed has almost tripled, & most places have traded medical consultation with quick McDonald's-like transactions - not this place. I was in the other day, and had to make a decision between 2 eighths. I hadn't tried the products, and both were over $50. I noticed the line getting longer & the place was starting to fill up. Luckily, Ronil calmly walked me thru both products and helped me decide which was the best one. Thanks Ronil for staying present during my visit. I've literally seen budtenders at other places look past me and at the line and were more focused on getting me out the way. Also, I can't forget the others who have been great throughout the years: Julian, Cody, AJ, Casey, Hank, my man Joe, Michael Jordan, and Big Dee. IT took me a minute to find the bloom room.IT IS a hidden gem tuck away on a very small street in the city by the bay.I enter a small but very good spot.AND a hot lady took my info,and i went around a wall.A YOUNG man help me,he was very nice.I FOUND a high THC weed and i jump on it.I LEFT and enjoy my small bud in my pipe on my way to bart.I WAS so happy and i enjoy the sight and sounds of the city at night.THE weed was very good,and the high was nice.I have found a new spot to buy my meds ,i enjoy the place because it was small and no big crowds.THE young man name on the register1 was RONIL.11-26-2018.RONIL was very informative he told me about even higher THC weeds that they sell and i like that.

Love love love this dispensary, it's definitely my favorite out of all the places in SF. And there's a lot. Everyone who works there is super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with all the customers. I feel like I'm friends with everyone there? Is that weird? Just an amazing place, I think. There prices are pretty low compared to all the other options and they always have really good sales on basically every holiday. And that's not even counting all the daily deals they do, like 10% of concentrates, mix and match any 4 grams for $60, etc. And they do stamp cards! And volunteer days where you get a free gram at the end! Needless to say, I've spent so much $$ here. But the deals are always worth it. I've probably spent about $300 here and probably saved $150 or so from all the discounts. They also do dabs for $5 on the weekends and have a demo from a new seller every Friday and then some. And vegan options for the edibles!!! That's super important for me- please add more!!Some of my favorite things that I've gotten from them are the GS cookies, Tangie, that one that smells like pineapple, and White Frost strains, all of the Alchemy cartridges, GG#4 bombers (!!!!), and the vegan macaroon edibles. Found this place while spending the weekend in San Fran with the hubs... Super tiny little shop in a seemingly not so great little alley, but the staff was really nice and helpful, it was cute and clean inside, and the prices were really reasonable. Would definitely go back!

I went in to buy a Select Oil cart and I was a dollar short at the check out. Dripping in my own tears, the budtender I was working with plugged me HUGE and let me slide. Much LOVE to the Bloom Room family. Forever a loyal customer. Love their products and vibes. Check them out if you are in the SF area and are looking for great medical cannabis.

Went there today for the first time. Easy registration process, convenient location for me, big screen with the playoff game on (bucks V rapt)  winberry farms was doing a promo  and cartridges were 20% off. 2.75 to use a debit card is pretty ridiculous, especially when I'm already spending 100.00 on two cartridges but being that winberry farms had their promo going it was worth it. They threw in two free batteries and beanie. All in all I'm sure I'll be back.

Great service and selection. They have cool daily deals and a chill vape bar. Art on the walls is pretty cool and a TV that I wish would play stuff about cannabis education and cannabis user lifestyle.

This is the best dispensary in the city!! I work in the area and it's so convenient to get to. Every time I stop by the people who work here are super welcoming and helpful. They always have great deals and they have a huge selection of anything you would ever want all the time.

A club right by my work closed down. A friend of mine recommended Bloom Room so I decided to check it out and man, were they right! This club is the best! All of the staff is super friendly and nice. They are very knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as you need. Their selection is very well rounded and they have enough flower for it to feel like you have a lot of options but not so many that it's overwhelming. All of the products I've purchased have been of very high quality as well. Since I started coming to Bloom room it's one of the only clubs I'll go to because they set the standard for the type of club I like visiting.

Was a new patient to this facility and was happy with all elements of my first experience. They took the time to show me around and made me feel very comfortable going at my own pace with meeting medicine needs. Excellent consumer service/ volcanos on site/ and really greats medicine. My first time at bloom room and my bud tender forgot to put my bud in my bag. Gave me a shitty pre roll, coupons, stickers and all that other nonsense but forgot to put my over priced bud that I just purchased in there. Didn't realize til I was back home. One star for it being slightly my fault for not checking. My bad for assuming the bud tender did his one simple job. Will not be returning and cannot recommend to anyone.

The location is abysmal. Its down a creepy, dirty alleyway that reeked of urine. About fifty feet from the store, there were two homeless looking (hipster?)gentlemen sitting on the curb using oil applicators. It looks dodgy as hell if clients are medicating near the premise, don't let them do that.The inside was nice, big contrast to outdoors. I liked the decor but they keep a betta in a tiny little tank which stressed me out a lot while I was here as this is awfully cruel for the fish. (Who looked barely alive.) I also let them (nicely) know that bettas are tropical fish that require a heater and filter but they literally argued with me about it. All I got was defensiveness and excuses, we just have a "difference of opinions". But what do I know, its not like I ethically breed and care for bettas. (Oh wait, I actually do! Read a care sheet you imbeciles!)Doorman was friendly and professional, person at the front desk/bud tender seemed pretty bored and indifferent to my presence. Took twenty minutes with no line to get checked in at the front desk. I asked for recommendations based on my needs (eg. anxiety, appetite) but they weren't really helpful. More knowledge on your products would be nice but maybe I just got the dud. The bud wasn't appealing especially for the high prices so I settled on their selection of waxes which is pretty nice. What I picked up was good but not great, I can get better deals closer to home so I don't see myself making anymore trips here for meh quality meds.The owner has been whining at me the over a previous negative review I left rather than address any issues I brought up. He kept digging a bigger hole. This just irritated me further, yes harassing me will do the trick! Weeks later and I still have a sour taste in my mouth from dealing with Bloom Room. My last review got deleted because he complained to Yelp enough. How's this one? tl;dr Don't drop the soap on the street. I went in today because received an email for special $25 eights and a free root beer float! I thought that was awesome and nice, but boy was I wrong...When I walked into the club, I noticed the owner/manager was being very aggressive with a patient. They were questioning the quality of buds in the same $25 8th category that I was gonna buy?? The buds were low grade smallz that were horrible. Do NOT BUY. Stick to Rx Relief or Green Door fellas!A couple mins later when I asked the same manager if he had a smaller grinder to grind my weed for the Vaporizer he said, "Go big, or go home!" -----how rude and unprofessional to make a patient stand out in front of others... Why would I need huge grinder to grind up a little pot for a quick volcano seesh and the club?Absolute Sunday fail was the end though. When I came back to grab my ID, the manager could have just helped me but instead turned away when I approached him and mumbled that he was busy...Never coming back!!Rather go to Barbary Coast, Sparc, RX Relief, or the Green Door

The manager of this store is an absolute scumbag racist. He refused to serve me for literally no reason. Then pretended that there was a "meeting" going on and had their door guy agressively force me out. Do not go there, do not patrinize this business. They're overpriced and full of themselves anyways. They honestly dont even have good deals or any unique quality that differentiates themselves from their competitors. Honestly go anywhere BUT HERE! Because I'm a nerd, I wanted to write up a quick review of the Bloom Room as soon as I got home from my first visit. I can't really put into words just how nice and down-to-earth those guys are. From the first step through the door until I left, everyone was wonderful (and it was completely obvious it was my first visit because I think I kept staring at everything with my mouth open ANYWAY)--After verification and all the fun stuff, I was directed to the back and saw a nice little collection of jars and shiny things and a smiling woman named Kaitlyn (please forgive the spelling) immediately handed over a plastic vial containing a sizable joint, a present for signing up. I was nervous and a little anxious because I'm very new to all of this. I let her know and she, as well as everyone else there, totally understood. I told her about my migraines and my budget, and she quietly suggested a few options, explained the CBD gummies, was really just awesome and nice and PATIENT which someone rattled with anxiety like me can understand. I didn't spend much at all, just over $60, and I know that it'll last me a long while.Also there's a damn cool discount punch-card with all sorts of specials and sales listed on the back. After 20 punches you get a free gram. While my little starter purchase will last a long time, I'm making a beeline for the Bloom Room. I...I love them. I may propose soon.

Checked this place out yesterday around 530pm,  it was easy to find but in an Alley. Everyone was great,  slow check-in process only bc it was busy and one person held it up a bit but my bud tender hank was cool.  Helped with my questions but I believe he forgot to give me the 15% off discount you get as a first time customer. That's the only reason for one star off.  Other than that,  cute place with nice peeps.

I had to downgrade this club from 3 stars to 1. I would have gone down to zero, if that was an option. I was (was=keyword) a patient here for years. In one week, I was treated like someone whose money they no longer wanted, by management and staff. What is funny, is they were completely wrong! I guess, they think they are so cool that doing right by me never occurred to them. There are so many over priced options now, I can get ripped off at any number of places, and without the rudeness.

Best dispensary in the city! Bloom Room has an awesome selection. One of my friends recommended I check it out and man was I impressed. The atmosphere is very laid back and I really enjoyed the vibe. First off, the budtenders are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. They helped me out with whatever I needed and told me about their deals. I took advantage of their Wild Card Wednesday. I could get any four eighths for $175! I bought two eighths of Strawberry Cough, one eighth of Durban Poison, and an eighth of Obama Kush, plus I got 15% off for my first time going!  Overall, this place represents quality and I will definitely be back!

Cool little place that has good prices.  The 25 $ eighths you really cant beat.  I got 2 of them and out the door was like 55$.  The parking can be sorta tough but its worth it.  Friendly people and they have a lot of deals on different days!

This place overall has the best quality flowers for the best prices, constantly having great sales that keep me coming in on a weekly basis. The staff is friendly and welcoming & it's always an easy process getting in and out of there. This is the most honest dispensary I've been to.

I came in here over the weekend and wanted to get some gummies and carts. I had a lot of questions as I am a little picky when it comes to getting things. My weedtender Bella was incredible. She was so helpful and patient and knew so much about the products. I went home very satisfied with the selections she picked for me. Amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming back!

Hand down the best sativas in the bay area. I use their medication to work. They have solid management and their selection is usually a lot better than other places. Sure other clubs might have 100 strains or something like that but the problem is that 99 of them suck. Here, every strain is curated as if they would be loathe to sell you something that doesn't meet their high quality standards.Unfortunately, you'd think with all the new money in SF there would be more boutique gourmet clubs like this but there aren't. Stop by for happy hour with their vapor station. A great way to unwind from work.

This dispensary is definitely a gem in the heart of the hood in SF, 6th and Mission. Located off Jessie St, you'll find an eccentric (to say the least) group of folks roaming the streets. That being said, this location offers top shelf flower for $25 per 1/8 every weekend. Other prices throughout the week fluctuate but they have very reasonable prices and friendly customer service.

Intelligent bud tender was very helpful in educating me about cannibis products.  Place had a very chill vibe.  Never felt rushed or pressed.  This clinic has excellent products, like Treat Well tinctures and POP Naturals.  Bloom Room is a great find.

This is definitely one of my top go-to dispensaries in the city.  Bloomroom has been a welcome addition to SoMA.   They have a monthly calendar with lots of good ideas and info. Including monthly specials. It's nice to be able to vape in their small lounge.  Staff, products, services and prices are definitely thumbs up!

I was not happy with my visit a while back. It was a rainy day that I came to the store front to see what I could buy. I go and the guy checks me in and didn't tell me that their debt machine wasn't working.. I found that out later on after I decided which 8th I wanted to buy. After the Latino guy with the black raiders hat helped me out he told me their debt machine wasn't working so I had to take out cash from the ATM which wasn't a problem at all. The problem was that I was inconvenienced for not knowing that their debt machine wasn't working. It's like if things aren't working at your store then let the customers know ahead of time rather than waste their time... I use the atm and it says "reversal after" I'm assuming because the ATM was out of money. I told the guy with the raiders hat that and he told me "oh it's okay it's just restarting" I'm looking at him like no man it's out of money, he then tells me use it again which meant I would have to pay the fee again... if it had money in it but it didn't. Wasted my time even more by having me do it again when I told him it was out of money... I didn't enjoy my time being wasted so I left without making a purchase on that rainy day... I was not happy with my visit to this store front at all. BAD EXPERIENCE.

While there are certainly many dispensaries in SF & I certainly have NOT been to all of them, I happily choose Bloom Room as my favorite & Go-To. They are sincere about being a Collective and helping their patients/members. This includes taking ailments and products seriously. Although my experience is not deep, I have come to be wary of some of the herb products sold by similar outlets. I have absolutely no such hesitation with Bloom Room. They are also very active in the community, provide great information & provide a secure, tasteful experience. There is way too much good stuff to cover in this format. You must check them out. If you are sincere in your goals, you will totally get what I have endeavored to express. Absolutely perfect, as far as this person is concerned. Thank you for your service, Bloom Room.

As a 67 yr old with a chronic pain condition who is new to the world of medical marijuana, I didn't know what to expect when I made my first visit to a dispensary. I have been highly impressed with the professionalism of Bloom Room and wholeheartedly rate them 5 stars. The staff there are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, caring and friendly (they remembered me on my second visit!). And they have a good selection of topicals and CBD oil tinctures (the Treatwell high CBD tinctures are awesome) for those of us who are looking for non-psychoactive remedies. I am also impressed that they include community service as part of their mission and offer volunteer service opportunities (such as park clean-ups) to the collective members. This is the only dispensary I have ever visited so I don't know how it compares to others, but this one definitely sets a high standard.

I still swear by this place. When a friend of mine gets a card or I find out they've simply never been there I make them go. Dec my top 5 fav places in the sf area. This past Monday they actually had a clean up event  for MLK day which I thought was great. We may not have covered a large area but the ground we covered was enough to make a difference. All the patients that volunteered dealt with the stench and wet garbage which I thought was beautiful.also For all the patients that volunteered they got a free gram and with my terrible luck I ended up dropping mine somewhere but they were nice enough to give me another one, no questions aske!!!!! They really trust their patients WHICH I LOVE. Another plus to this place is that everyday of the week (including weekends) they have some type of promotion or deal going on. I won't give away the goods, so go in and get a stamp card to find out. Please keep up the good work guys. I've been going to Bloom Room for about a year now; the budtenders are not as friendly and knowledgeable as they used to be. Also, the flowers are not of the same quality.

They test their flower, have a wide array of strains and medicating methods to choose from, the staff is AMAZING and very knowledgeable, they have volcano's available to use, constantly have specials going, there is a rewards punch card you can get...honestly, the list of why the Bloom Room has my ganja loving heart can go on and on. I get a 5% neighborhood discount which is awesome and they are constantly giving away samples of edibles and flower for holidays or just because.A little tip from me to you...follow their Instagram and Facebook as they are constantly giving away gifts and prizes! I would honestly only recommend you going to this place if you're going through the NASTIEST BREAKUP and need to remind your self that there's more shitty people than your ex. The staff is pretty friendly which is why I was caught so off guard by the multiple events that occurred after. It was my first time there so I was offered 15% off my entire purchase. I asked for a 1/4 and an 1/8 of a certain flower but was only charged and given 1/4 I went back because I wanted the 1/8 I originally asked for and then they were saying that they wouldn't honor the 15% off discount even though this was their mistake. I would understand this if I went back a day later, but I went back to tell them their mistake five MINUTES after my transaction. Then I realized that they also overcharged me for a cartridge. I had asked for a half gram and was given the correct product however I was charged for a full gram. Again I went back another five minutes later and not one person apologizes for any of the inconveniences I've been placed through and I'm only given cash back for their mistake. I go home open the cartridge and guess what, IT WAS EMPTY. I was like wtf where is the oil?!? My old one has more. I'm very busy and gave my friend my card and receipt to get a refund for my COMPLETELY EMPTY CARTRIDGE the next day and again they didn't apologize and told her that they wouldn't process my refund. This place is a COMPLETE fraud. I can't wait till the state shuts them down for fraudulent activity cause there's no way I'm the only one they've overcharged. I mean come on, they made THREE mistakes in my one transaction. Also because they messed up my transaction and had to process another, I was charged the $2.75 debit charge twice and they would not take that off even though it was THEIR MISTAKE. Moral of the story, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT IMMEDIATELY AND PAY CASH. Actually, just go somewhere else. Hit me up, I know great dispensaries! Weed should never be this much of a headache.

They have 4g eights, often give price breaks, and have daily specials like Focus Fridays-$5 off concentrates, and Spin the Wheel Saturdays-spend $65 and spin the wheel where you can win an abundance of goodies. Bloom has some great concentrates as well, but the product is not the only reason I often make my way over there-their staff and ambience is.No club compares when it comes to customer service, the girls that work here are such sweethearts and they know their stuff! Not just pretty faces but educated and passionate individuals. They are extremely personable and friendly to the point that I consider these girls my friends having come in there so many times and with the atmosphere they create. They have an awesome modem lounge with some cool urban art on the walls, a vape bar with two volcanoes and a large flat screen tv with Netflix on and a set of aromatherapy essential oils to use while vaping (super awesome!). It creates a extremely peaceful & relaxing environment and the girls hang out and chat with you when there aren't any customers around-because they are super attentive to each individual and I have Never felt rushed even when I've taken a look and gander at everything available.On top of all these awesome attributes, they have a fun IG feed and social media feed where they do really awesome giveaways and they make them realistic and fair and most patients end up winning something always, whether it be a preroll, flowers, concentrates, and even vaporizers. ;) They hold events in house all the time with many patient services and I would consider them to be the most compassionate club around. They really care about their patients and their happiness and it shows.

I went here for the first time the other day, everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere was very clean. I got 50/50 bar and some cbd gummies. They were good. Will be back!

If you want (75% of the time) good buds, you don't mind being treated like a customer at McDonald's, and absolutely NEVER, EVER complain about their quality, stop in. The door guys and a few of the bud tenders have been cool to me, but I would recommend going elsewhere. These guys value dollars over customer-relationships. Be warned.I once was walking from the dispensary to 6th Street and in the alley, a bum had stopped between two cars, bent straight over and proceeded to take a shit, as I was walking by. The alley always stinks like piss and shit.

Worst registration process of any club in the city. Had to wait half an hour behind two other people visiting for the first time. Ridic, especially since I'll never be coming back.

Bloom Room currently does not label their pre-rolls with the strain names, so clients basically need to "pray" that the budtender gave them the right pre-roll. This is a pretty big buzz kill, as all of the other cannabis shops in San Francisco label their pre-rolls and as we all know, budtenders around the world are well known for making mistakes. Also, I would suggest Bloom Room provides a small discount to those who bring in their own pre-roll carrying case - to keep things a bit more eco-friendly, as those pre-rolls cases are super wasteful. I would also suggest that they change their front door configuration so it opens outward during exit (instead of inward during exit) so people are not forced to grab that dirty door handle and bang the door on the inside wall.

I had my first Bloom Room experience recently, and I will be back! From the moment I walked into the door not only did I feel welcome I felt like I'd been there before. The check in process made painless, by a very friendly fella at the front. Once I entered the line I noticed (as I always do) the tenders expressions, not one person who didn't want to be there and be helpful. When it was my turn to make my selections (concentrate user here) I was pleased with my purchase, I only wish they offered more pure Indica concentrate options. They also had a little room with rigs set up for patient use, and volcanoes set up as well. When I hit the city, Bloom Room will definitely now be one of my stops!

I suffer from Severe Hypertension,  Mental Insanity & Senile Dementia, I was 3 Years FAITHFUL, but Bloom Room cares not.I Bought every month Two 8th. one :Bloom Mix, 2 Bloom Shake. & I NEVER ASKED for Charity. These past 2 Months they REFUSE to even explain why my Medicine is No More They Are NOT interested in REALLY HELPING SERIOUS NEDDFUL sick Poor People. I are 66 Years Old. I Live in Awful Neighbourhood, with a Tuxedo Cat- my CAT loves the Smells I bring home (formerly) from Bloom Room. I used o BUSK by the MINT until I was ROBBED. I now play at Glen Park & at least with MY CORRECT MEDICINE whith Bloom Boom no longer supplies.My CAT forced me to write this.

This dispensary has good extracts wich i prefer also good flower selection aswell as edibles they have a nice vaping area and decent prices over all and helpful staff.

All I can say is this place is awesome! The staff the super fresh environment the meds all 10 plus plus, very hip dispensary to visit in the city a must see. I can say this is my new spot for high grade cannabis. Love to the goodies upon check in too and I came on my birthday for a free cookies pre roll. Don't shop here these people are a ripoff.  Twice they sold me products that didn't work and wouldn't take them back.  They sell products that don't work and don't stand by the products they sell.  Last week I bought a cartridge. It leaked and they wouldn't return it. I also bought a battery for my vape.  It didn't come with a charger. I have several charges and didn't think twice about it.  When I got home, the product didn't fit any of my chargers.  They never told me that it needed a special charger. This is the second time I went here and the second time I was ripped off. Buyer be ware don't shop there.

Went here for the 1st time this evening.  Quick registration, mellow and friendly bouncer/doorperson, enthusiastic staff who seem sincere in wanting to help you get what you need and get the best deal.  Would definitely go back, just would be nice if sold a wider selection of tinctures.

I love this place! The girls working here are always super nice and attentive. They have great quality medicine and the inside of the dispensary is clean fresh and comfortable. I first want to begin by saying that Bloom Room is the best dispensary in San Francisco, maybe even the greater Bay Area. Over the course of one year, I have visited more than 80% of the dispensaries in San Francisco, three in Oakland, one in Marin, and two in South San Francisco. Bloom Room stands as an elitist Bay Area marijuana company, other dispensaries building their business around Bloom Room as the king model. I first got my California medical card last June in 2017. Bloom Room was the third dispensary I chose to visit, behind BASA and SF Cookies. Today, although I don't have any affiliation with Bloom Room (excluding the fact that I've been a frequent Bloom Room customer since my first visit), the security guard, owner, and budtenders treat me as a part of their family. I was a naive, rookie marijuana user; had never regulated my use of marijuana before; had no knowledge of various marijuana products. The budtenders at Bloom Room went out of their way to kindly explain each question I had. Even though I felt like an idiot asking these questions, the budtenders made me feel comfortable and informed. The customer service at Bloom Room is fantastic! Every budtender at Bloom Room is well-trained and ready to help you on your visit.

This dispensary is great, customer service is great, the product is excellent, the location is easy for me to get too, very close to work. I appreciate that they let me sample one of their cartridges before I bought it. I will definitely return again and recommend this place!

Bloom Room is a comfortable location to bring your friends and your dog. I head back to the lounge and take advantage of their volcanoes. I really like the quality of their bud and how aromatic they are. Terpenes matter, the way they display their buds for you to smell is amazing. They have coffee to clear your palette before you smell another. Great place !

This is a review off of weedmaps, though I want to post it here, with some added content, to reiterate another awesome experience I just had at Bloomroom. It's nearly impossible to get a truly clean and extremely smooth shatter in the city.  Thank you for providing terpx. 03/05/13 The meds here are great, fresh and on point. The security guard was discreet and friendly, he could even watch me walk right back to the car right across the street. The location was totally discreet and clean, super convenient.The validation works as either a free sample or 3 dollars towards parking, so not full validation, though good. This makes the parking only 2 dollars, which is usually less than what you pay for meter.The shatter they have is an insane crime. Not because its hard to make and pricey, though because it smells like candy and I want some. I will have to wait till I get the gear for it though. I will def. dish out the cash though when I have it.These guys are NOT overpriced. They actually have fair pricing, considering the quality of their meds. Take into consideration that you get and extra .5 gram, which can range in value from 5-10 bucks, usually about 8 top shelf. Then you gotta consider that they add your tax for you, which is another few bucks you can deduct right there from your net total. So if your paying for a $60 eight, its really about 52 - 55 bucks, not counting the tax credit thats included. If you are paying for a $55 dollar eighth, its really gonna be a little less than 50 bucks. These prices are def. normal. There are places that will give you your 3.5 exactly for $60 total, albeit high quality meds; this place is not one of those dispensaries, and they aren't stingy, I even got weighed a little over my 4.The ladies here were awesome too, and super nice, and honest, and knowledgeable. No pressure and no attitude. She even had no problem showing me the shatter though she knew I wasn't gonna buy any. Legit my friend. Legit.Signing in was def not a big deal. 5 minutes to get your picture takin and to have a nice convo. It seems like people feel their time is limited vs important.Bloom Room is super nice, legit and worth checking out. I will def. be back really soon!! Bloom room is the bet dispensary in the city hands down. From the $25 eighths to the danky dab bar you just can't go wrong going in this spot. Budtenders are friendly and informed and the vibes are the chillest. Always look forward to the volcano vapes too.

Have to say, this is the most friendly, good vibe dispensary I've been to. More like a family feel opposed to just making a quick sale. I also love how they have the flowers out in jars for you to look and smell at ease instead of asking for each one. And they have great specials and some of the best pricing in SF when they do have their special. They also are exhibiting usually some local artist and do a lot of fun activities to give back to the patients and the community, like scavenger/easter egg hunts, compassion days, demos, and trash clean up and rewards for participants at the end. The bud tenders are always super friendly, knowledgable and always have a smile.  And lately they have had some great deals on concentrates. I'd like to comment on some particular complainants I've seen, yes the concentrates might not be displayed the best, but unlike some places,  do not be afraid to ask, they will always open and show you whatever you like. I also like to smell my medicine, concentrate or flower, your nose never lets you down if it is true FIRE. And bloom room never lets me down, always has the FIRE on deck.

So sad i used to love the bloom room but some of the employees r just, bleh waited in line forever because the guy infront of me chose to smell everything and ask every question. I told the girl with the blond split ends i kno what i want and in a rush. She told me to wait and still proceeded to give the guy a tour of every single thing on display.  Pitty cause i love bloom room but i also work in customer service and felt brushed aside.  Lame

Definitely my favorite dispensary.  I love this place. Not like other dispensaries, the atmosphere here is awesome. Very friendly staff, and they do lots of freebies. Some of the prices are more expensive than what some people are used to. However, there 8ths are 4grams with tax included, not to mention they only deal with qualtiy meds. They also have there bloom blend and littles that are high quality and affordable and they just staryed carrying some GH strains which are good quality at a good price. Also, the desk staff are awesome with helping you not feel rushed and answer any questions you may have to get the perfect blend of medicine that's perfect for you. Not like any other dispensary. I've been coming to Bloom Room since they have opened at Jessie street location , actually been a member since they 1st opened on mission street, was called Medithrive then. Due to uncontrollable circumstances they had to move, and Bloom Room was born, and still running strong. Just wanted to give my thanks to Bloom Room, also I live across the street so their in a perfect location for me to pick up a edible on my way going to the Giants game (when I have tickets), plus they got a vaporizer you can use to mediate inside with, along with a huge selection of top line products to look at. They always have something going on there from free Dabs to demos, never know who's going to be there, it's a nice cozy spot, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry, If never been here, you need to stop on by to at least check them out, I guarantee you will be coming back.

Absolutley on my best of the best.  I work near there and I also use their on-line associates.  The walk is awesome it's SOMA so just be alert.  But there are many business's open and just go during the day if your unsure.  The door greeters are top notch and the staff is not only helpful but just friendly, intelligent and make you want to return.  I have recommened them to others who have been just as happy with the Bloom Room!  Welcome Bloom Room.

I really like their location, use of technology and atmosphere inside. However, they didn't win me over.  If it's Sunday night and the other better dispensaries are closed, this place might be okay. Though the customer service was pleasant, I didn't feel the budtender knew much about the plants. In addition, their $30 1/8 of bloom shake (house mix) was very low quality compared to other cheap priced stuff at other dispensaries. After this, I don't feel inclined to pay top dollar for their labelled higher quality strains.

I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars on the overpriced weed at Bloom Room. They sell $60 eighths and won't even sell you a quarter of the top shelf, you have to buy two eighths at full price. They offer a really lame punch card program for a free gram for about every $400 you spend and they have one promotion on Saturdays to "Spin The Wheel" which is broken and even has a "No Prize" spot.One time I asked if I could have the "free gram" prize because the wheel was broken, but instead I was offered samples of their lowest quality weed.I went back the next day, because like I said, I spend a lot of money there... Only to find out I had been banned!!!The bud-tender woman at the counter said I was too pushy in asking for the free gram prize and I'm no longer welcome at Bloom Room.Learn to run a proper business Bloom Room, you just lost a very loyal customer over your own stupidity.

Great, quiet location. Great inventory, great service, great friendship, beautiful place. They were very friendly to my dog as well and had a dog bowl inside for him to drink water. This dispensary is too dank.

It was a very pleasant experience for me, from my being greeted at the front door by a courteous chap to being registered by a very efficient Isaiah, before being delivered into the very capable hands of herbal connoisseur, Juliana, who offered advice, suggestions, and invited me to fully participate in the many offerings of the pharmacy besides herb.  Did you know they offer massages on some days?  And there's a very special offering on Veterans's Day, 11/11.  If you're a vet, be sure to stop by! And the fish looked just fine and happy, but what do I know?

I went to this dispensary a couple days ago and found it fantastic. Out of the five clubs I went to this was only second to sparc. It was slightly hard to find, being around a corner under construction, which gave it a certain charm to it. The collective very closely helped me prove residency to be join. This was fantastic! A very helpful staff only made this visit that much better. The strains they had were great too, not many original strains all very new, I hadn't heard of many of the ones on display. I ended up leaving with a powerful gram of ambrosia and one of blueberry waffles. These are great and ambrosia has quickly become one of my favorite strains to date. The facility was very clean but with a vibe that was indescribable, I could see behind the counter slightly and it looked like they were trimming bud while they eagerly awaited patients. This to me seemed nice, very home like and I loved that about this place. It really took away from the formalities through beauty in a common ground, appreciation of cannabis in such close ways like grooming. After donating towards this medicine i began to use their volcano vaporizers, also a new favorite of mine. It didn't take long for both to be in use by almost three people each. That is probably the only negative part of this place for me, they should put in a lounge where you are able to use more than two vaporizers. All and all I love this collective and am proud to be apart of it, I truly believe that with dispensaries such as this one at the head of the movement that it will be in a correct direction and succeed in ways it otherwise could not. Medical clubs such as this one will change the world, I believe in bloom room.

I am so very happy I have found this little gem. I am quite new to the place, but their generosity will have me coming back very often for years to come. It's very clean in there, the folks are super friendly, they let me bring my bike inside instead of me trying to find a place downtown to lock it up. Everyone from the doorman to the guys sitting at the table blowing up their volcanos are friendly. They just got a good welcoming vibe to their store. And even when I don't buy anything they still help me out by giving me lighters and rolling papers etc etc. I have to say I am just thrilled with them! You gotta stop by and check it out!

One of my favorite dispensaries so far.  Like all the others, though, there's pressure to order quickly.  I do like the decorations and setup and they have a nice menu, but wow... is that a sketchy alleyway or what?

Ended up stopping here for 4/20 and glad I did. This place showed off their compassionate side by having all their strains availible tovape and test. While I'm too broke for this place or 60 dollar eights I would not regret buying one of the amazing unique strains here. Cookies aren't the best, but still quality while the sugar cookies rock with the Orange haze. Definitely check this place out if you can!

Visited here for the first time time today. Smaller place with an unpretentious store front situated in the middle of a small side street in downtown SF. Was greeted with a smile by some guy who opened the door and then got charmed by a very cheerful young lady who got me through the paperwork quickly. A table of people were in the back vaping via the house Volcano to  and overall I felt very comfortable in the laid back vibe. Weed was just fine and I got a 'new person freebie' which is always nice. So I recommend this place to anybody. Hope you get helped by the same lady who assisted me. She made it all fun.

Called Bloom Room to see if they have me in the system. The lady who answered was so rude. Sticky Guide says that they deliver so when I asked her if they do she said "oh no we don't do that" when I told them that the sticky guide says that they do and maybe she should have that updated she cut me off and said yeah uh huh and hung up. People at the dispensaries are always really nice and pleasant. Not this woman!  If I could give them 0 stars I would.

First of all, Bloom Room has been one of my go to dispensaries before it became recreational. Their selection of $25 eighths is unmatched. Not to mention, their double down sundays are my favorite days to go and stock on some Raw Garden and edibles. Yasmin helped me today from updating my ID to checking me out and giving me her advice on moonrock blunts. She's very dope and I'm sure she is a great addition to the team. I've visited here a couple of times and I've had questions answered every time I went. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They carry the vape brand I like and they also have moonrocks here (flower infused with oil and hash). That's why it's expensive for an 8th of that.

As professional as it gets! Had Jose (Jr.) helping me the last time I was in there. He provided me with great information and guided me towards a product that he thought I'd enjoy based off of what I told him I was looking for. Very knowledgeable of Bloom Room's products. Had to go back in there to ask a few questions about two weeks later and Michael/Mike had also been very helpful. High quality customer service! The Maui Wowie concentrate tastes great and is great quality. Can't wait to try the Pineapple Express!

Irresponsible Management.  I got an email a short while back that was titled "LOCKDOWN IS OVER! Masks are no longer required."  I talked to a manager and he said they weren't mandating Masks for anyone, and weren't checking if anyone was vaccinated.  I kept the email.This is all very irresponsible for a Business that caters to people with Immunosuppressed conditions.These folks were my Go-To place... I will shop there Never again.

Bloom Room is still my number one go-to dispensary in the city. They have deals every day, every month. Their promotional email is the only one I don't mind subscribing to. I usually come soon after they open at 11am on weekends and never had to wait long. It's a quick pick up especially if you order in advance. They will hold your order for 48 hours which I've been doing since their sale is too good to pass up.  Their staff is sooooo nice and helpful. Always friendly! On my recent visit I was informed I had a $24 credit. What a surprise! I totally forgot they also have a free rewards program. They also have some cool art paintings to look at while waiting in line.

I used to shop at the club next door but this place is way better the prices are better the products are good can't beat it finally got a better club in town

I don't know much about cannabis- but the employees at the Bloom Room in Pacifica made sure I had a great experience and gained some knowledge on their products. Which was extremely helpful! The shop is very clean and organized- very appealing to the eye. My overall experience was great and I left with some wonderful product. Oh man!!! So many new dispensaries have opened up in Pacifica. It's unbelievable. I must admit ... this one's my fave. I kinda like that everything is ... behind the counter? Yet you can still browse without feeling harassed. No one suddenly comes up to you. It's a no pressure experience. Also, most affordable in the area. No 30% tax BS. And that's nice and honest. Staff has always been friendly and offered me reliable suggestions. I TRUSTED THEM *chefs kiss* with my weed purchase and they ever-so-delivered. My husband and I also happened to be driving around the city on XMAS during lockdown ... all moppy and mildly depressed as was the state of the world. Turns out we ended up at Bloom Room in the city. We didn't even know it back then... In conclusion, the fact Bloom Roomed also opened in Pacifica? Can't help but feel it's meant to be, bro. Glad they made their way to our little town! It was my first time at the Bloom Room! As I’ve been traveling and coming from out of state, I’m always excited to see a store with Raw Garden products. But from start, Emily made me feel right at home! She was extremely pleasant from beginning to end. I’m only visiting the area, but I’ll be sure to stop back to the store while im in town!

This was my first time to The Bloom Room, and I have to say once you get pass the area it's in, the facility and the staff are way above my standards and expectations.. The whole experience from the personal one on one sign up with Megan, to walking in and looking at the menu/counter. Was far more enjoyable than I would have expected.. I went in today before I started work. Saw online that They were having a 30% sale for URSA Carts, went in there and got 4. All the bells and whistles aside, what made my experience 5 stars top notch was the customer service offered by Megan.. she was super genuine/humble/chill/ an extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Y'all have to find your way to the Bloom Room and hope that you get Megan as your budtender. She is a total Vibe and deserves recognition. Always has the freshest stock and high quality service from door to register. Bella was helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and provided a personal recommendation. Bloom Room never takes longer than 5-10 min to get in and out even though they are located in the heart of the fin district. They get you what you need with knowledge and speed!
