Overall a great place. Although I had the misfortune of having the store manager as my bud tender today. Their name is Addy. They are terrible at their job. I explained to them I was having trouble reading the discount menu. (I'm dyslexic therefor a little disabled in the reading department) Apparently that was enough for her to give me they worst weed buying experience of my life. Buying weed should be easy... again love they spot but don't believe Addy should be apart of it.

Shout out to all of Barbery Coast for simply caring about their customers and listening to their needs. My friend and I had the pleasure of going through the biochemical processes we encounter using different edibles with Joey Labarage today and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Frankly, I was impressed! They are cool and kind :)

Sadly, as their stay has extended here in the Sunset, the staff has become neglectful and entitled. I had one patient consultant actually put my remaining change in his tip jar, as he told me the balance. I was taken aback, I have worked in customer service most of my life and this one was a first! Four times now, I have asked about an item listed online, only to find out the PC was unaware of current inventory. I do not mind taking out my phone to show them the deal they are promoting or the product they have on self; but after a while, it is time consuming and does come off as unprofessional.

Addy went out of her way to help us. She pointed us in the right direction and we're super happy with out purchases. We'll be back for sure. We left with some prerolls, chocolate edibles and a balm. Sure hope if we go back, she'll be available to help us out.

La la laaaa I laaaaav Barbary Coast Sunset.  Their delivery service is on point, the drivers are always friendly, masked, and on time (sometimes even early).  I think you all should support Black owned businesses when it comes to purchasing your stoney treats (I won't go into it here, but really, do some research).  Anyway, they have a great selection and although I've never been inside, their storefront looks great and their merch is fun.  Perfect for easing all your COVID anxiety (or heightening it! I was just There yesterday Jayde Orsini Was amazing she recommend me this amazing sparking Beverage that was delicious,she explained me the menu all  the flowers and looked the best !Amazing store !she's friendly and even with the mask  on i can see she was smiling at me the entire time i can't wait to go back !for sure this is my favorite dispensary among the city!so spacious clean and Jayde was INCREDIBLE!! i give her the gold medal for outstanding costumer service and fabulous looks! she came to WORK!!!

Quality of their product has declined in recent months. It's one thing to describe a bulk bag of smalls as such. It's another for this quality of bud to be predominant in quarters and even eighths that are NOT labelled as such. Can't count how many times I've thrown their small budlets into my grinder only to end up with a faint bit of powdery residue to smoke and 95% bits of unsmokeable stem with small amounts of plant matter stuck to them. Must be very profitable selling people stem clusters with small bits of bud attached. Not so fun to realize that's what you paid for as a customer. Service is fine, but they need to source better flower or drop their prices accordingly.

I've been a regular at this Dispensary for a while now, today upon making a purchase while in store I noticed the strain was relatively old so I asked for a new one. My bud tender Jessica was really helpful and thorough in making sure I'd get the strain I wanted, however I cannot say the same for the Manager and the other bud tender. It seemed as if my push to return the item i had just bought didn't rub the manager the right way. Being aware of my surroundings, I noticed how the manager proceeded to say something about me to thee other bud tender. I witnessed this through the mirrors they have all over the room. I'm not one to ever write reviews but the level of un professionalism of the manager was beyond me. At least wait for me to leave the building before talking about a CUSTOMER.

Love these guys their super kool and super chill. Got some things for the game tomorrow. Let's go niners

This place is absolutely amazing, and I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jade who helped us out.  My man was searching for the right kind of ratio of sativa/ indica and this girl really seemed to know exactly what we were looking for, plus some! I even ended up getting some gummies for myself after chatting with her about what I like, I wasn't planning on it but couldn't resist after her expert descriptions of what to expect.  All around fabulous experience and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Came in Sunday 4/07 to buy a preroll. It was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to get. The guy seemed chilled and recommended me some stuff and I picked the gelato preroll which costs $26 right? Paid with my card and nothing was said, he was just like ok, I'm going to charge $30 and give you change. I thought that was weird but I said ok. He gave me $4 change and I even tipped him. Didn't bother looking at my receipt. So as I'm checking my transaction history, I was actually charge $32 on my card and was charged on top another $2.50 "withdrawal fee" which I didn't withdraw. Nor was I aware that your systems operate as an "ATM" because it's just like any other credit card/debit card charger at any business. #1 fault, I was told I would be charged $30 in the card, not $32 so I've already been OVERCHARGED/scammed. #2, does your card chargers run differently? If so shouldn't have you been vocal to the customer it would be more wisely to pay in cash, WHICH I HAD, because your system runs this way and charges these XYZ fees? I definitely would not come back just because of #1. How does something go from $26 to $32. It just blows my mind. It's not about the money, but it's about the principle and honesty of a business.

A very welcome addition to the neighborhood. I know there are some people who oppose it but I can guarantee you that this place will cause significantly less trouble than the multiple other bars along the street. Their selection is great and the place is very open and clean. Right now, their prices are about as on par with Eaze's prices. It just depends on what you want and when you want it. I will be coming back to this place for sure.

Really nice place. Staff is quick and friendly, place is clean and open. Good spot. Doesn't have the heaviness of the one south of market. Online order system is the way to go. The menu is always updated and current. Great selection of product, high end and well priced.

Barbary Coast Sunset has really perked up their physical location! The little swag shop they set up as you exit is wrong! LOL. Of course, I was "forced" to get a new "Sunset" logo hat before I left, since that's where we live out here. They have great hoodies and shirts. Delivery is awesome, as well! They even have glass pipe screens for delivery, you know, those little glass flowers for glass bowls. Awesome selection for delivery or pickup online.

My boyfriend called in an order at 6:15. We called back several times and kept hearing that they were on their way. We just got a call at 9;45 saying that they weren't coming. They had us wait over 3.5 hours and then never showed up. They made it so it was too late to order from anyone else. Don't waste your time. They are completely unprofessional.

Love the aesthetic of this dispensary. I liked that they had a variety of edible products some brands we haven't tried yet. This will be our new spot when we are in Sunset :)

I remember going to their original location many years ago near the old SF Mint Building near SOMA and now it's a new decade and never thought I'd be buying flowers in the Sunset District, out of all places in the city. Ask me about this about 10-15 years ago and I'd laugh at you. I like this location better since it's newer, less busy, more lighting, and the staff here feel more welcoming. Not as crowded and so there's more focus on customer service here. Great selection of stuff and practically no waiting in line.

Hands down best dispensary in San Francisco. Friendly staff, great selection, everything about this place is amazing. I will definitely be a customer for years to come :)

I dont really know where to start with all the good things I want to say about this place.....The people here are just amazing and I mean everyone from the person checking you in at the door, the bud tender working at the register all the way to the security guards working the door. You walk in and they usually got some really nice old school jams playing. You are always greeted with a big smile. Prices are just amazing!!!! The first few times I came in, had no idea what I wanted and every time I got recommendations, I took them and let me tell you, NOTHING but fire. They have a great rewards program, weekly deals and deals on holidays as well. I live a block away from Urbana, which was Harvest and I still will go across the park just to see these guys. I mean you can literally do all you need to do on Irving and then go get your goodies to end the night.Cant wait to see the Barbary fam in a couple of days!

Amazing staff. The prices used to be lower for edibles but anywhere else in the city of San Francisco you will be paying more for anything dispensary related.  SO IN CONCLUSION they are unbeatable with their prices and staff is amazing.  oh great selection of products, pretty easy to find parking and a clean establishment.

My go to  dispensary when I'm in the city. Usually always do the 1//2 oz for $79. Good customer service!

I pulled over to the Walgreens On Irving Street just to write this post I'm baffled right now as I sit in my car I don't know if anybody in the neighborhood is familiar with the cannabis club on Irving barbery coastal Sunset if anybody has ever been there I love the team Marquis and some of the employees as well but there's a manager there that With everything I got going on in my she makes me feel uncomfortable she always has something to say to me and I've never have said anything to her have had no words at this point I feel like she's targeting i'm at a point in my life where when I walk into stores I have nothing to say to anybody I just want to get what I get and leave I have come there not said anything to anybody else bought what I needed and left I don't know if it's something I said West days where I come in and she says hello to B and I have not responded but what happened a couple days ago with her where I was on the phone literally just standing in line my be I was loud but it had nothing to do with her she came over to be said something to me about my conversation I told her it won't happen again I proceeded to buy what I needed with another employee and walked out whatever happened that day she felt the need to write a The other manager that I'm a close friend with about me say I was rude or whatever she asked all the employees that were there and said I did not do nothing wrong and the other employees came to me and said David I have no idea why she is doing this to you but she is wrong then they told me I can't come in no more because she has said so I've been in this neighborhood for years and I've never felt like somebody had it out for me because of whatever reason or even because I'm a black man but this woman is wrong and I don't know what to do Now I can't come in to one of the places I love to come in to and everybody there feels the same way

This has become my go to place for cannabis. They have a great selection of flowers and edibles. I typically either order ahead for pickup or have my purchase delivered. Using Alt36 makes payment for delivery so convenient. I started out with the Apothicarium, then Harvest, but now I only use Barbary Coast Sunset. I love that it is a short bike ride from my house. Great people, great cannabis, what more can you ask for?

My experiences in any dispensary has always been stellar but especially at Barbary Coast. My bud tender was extremely personable and knowledgeable. As someone who has worked in retail sales for 10+ years and has a high expectation for expertise and product knowledge, I left the dispensary feeling confident in the new brands/products offered to me.

One of SFs best. Clean well organized shop , great menu and super friendly staff. Also only convenient shop if you're in the avenues!

I'm so happy that there is finally a nice / clean and updated dispensary in the sunset district !! (Wohoo!!) I recently visited this location last week and was instantly impressed by the clean/ updated location. They have easy to use iPads that provide their menu as well as budtenders behind the counter ready to help! 5/5 stars hands down! Hope this place stays clean!

This place is fine and covid safe but beware when using your card to purchase! They set it as a cash advance so in addition to their $2.50 transaction fee, the bank's gonna hit you with an extra $10 fee! Not cool how they don't tell you about this charge and that they're setting this as a cash advance. This is a business. It should be a PURCHASE. I've never had this happen to me before.

Cool ass staff. Good place for first-timers, though for those who prefer to silently browse and shop, try Urbana in Richmond. You can browse without the human interaction. If you need guidance and have moderate to no knowledge on the products you're after, you'll need to go here. It's almost like a one on one experience with each transaction.

Best club I've been too! Always has great specials and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It's the only place I go and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for not just top notch product, but a great overall experience!

Nothing like having a home grown San Francisco dispensary in the Sunset! Great selection, staff is nice and knows their products! I only wish they where open later so I could grab something after leaving Underdogs down the street.

Straight forward, no fluff kinda business. Kaylee was sweet, even though they ran out of wyld gummy, she offered a replacement for the buy 2 for $1 for second one deal. Very clean and lots of option to pick from. This will be my go to place from now on.

I stopped into Barbary Coast a few days ago for the first time after a friend recommended them and told me that they were still open during COVID-19. I originally figured I would have to place my order ahead of time, but when I called they advised that I could make my selections in person which was nice since I was a new customer. At the shop, an associate named Jayde took care of us and was was amazingly friendly and helpful, especially considering that we stopped in right before closing! We planned to buy 4 eighths but left with much more due to her wonderful service. Look forward to being a regular at Barbary Coast, thanks again!

I had picked up a battery + cartridge and some flower a couple of days ago. The tender who helped me out was Nicki, she was very nice. My battery was $15 and two days later it stopped  working. I came back and Aaron, the manger helped me troubleshoot and we eventually found out the battery was defunct. He gave me a new one and was very helpful and friendly. Love the service here and the vibe. Glad I live close by!

Just visited this place last weekend and all I can say is, FINALLY!! We desperately need a dispensary in the sunset and I'm so relieved that it is in central sunset instead of floating somewhere on 9th. This place has a great selection with a very friendly and enthusiastic staff. I'm excited to keep coming here and even more excited to welcome local favorites Barbary Coast to our sunset neighborhood!

Finally a great dispensary in the Sunset! They have a expansive selection with pretty much every brand and steak you can think of as well as friendly staff. 100% recommend and I know they are going to crush it woth this location.

Went here for the first time and was greeted my this super cool dude. I asked him for suggestions and he was really helpful! Since it was our first time he gave us a little tour and showed us the merch. Overall great experience and super happy there's a location in my neighborhood now!

Defienly 10/10!! ThIs place is my new favorite. I searched online for dispensary's nearby and this was the first to pop up . It was my first time time coming here and I called up first and I alreadky felt very very welcomed because the guy I talked to seemed so happy and positive and he even let this dig I dog sit come along . So I went down there with an adorable pooch called Carl by my side .it was awesome.When I got there they welcomed me and Carl , asked me for my ID and I got helped Rughg away after that and got some really good stuff that works supeR well for me / they are so helpful . 100 percent recommend. I'm very impressed! :) will be coming back

I'm so happy there's finally a dispensary in the Sunset. While I'm not always a fan of the flower menu compared to other dispensaries, it's decent enough, closer to my house and sometimes they have really sweet quarter specials with great strains. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

I love Barbary coast on Mission but this location doesn't have close to the amount of chill their Mission street location does. As someone who frequents dispensaries with different set ups and procedures, it was only expected for me to not know what was going on at their sunset location. However, the woman at the front was super rude, there was another pretty rude customer who kept trying to cut me, and the bud tender was nice hence 2 stars. I was literally just going in for an online order pick up of 1 pre-roll, and the lack of 420 vibes in there turned me off form the location completely. Never coming back!

I felt welomed by the staff, they were very inviting!  Check-out was a quick & easy process and the sales associates were very knowledgable about thier product. Overall great experience!

Receptionist is a little rude, but the bud tenders are super nice, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. I order online and when I pick it up I'm in and out in 10 minutes.

Bogus is all I need to say. The bud tenders don't care if you're happy, the product is over priced and the attitude is mean, arrogant and downright nasty.

WARNING DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD.  just an FYI, on top of the fees the store charges to make a purchase, your bank might charge you a "foreign transaction fee" & "cash transaction fee".  I used a BofA Credit card.  the item I purchased was $25, after a few fees it came up to $30. but then my bank charged me additional $10.90 in fees for this transaction.  so technically I purchased a $25 item for $40.90.  Employees at the store might not know this because all this is new.  If someone told me there is a 61% additional charge to use a CC then I wouldn't have done it.  Bank of America & Wells Fargo are walking distance from this store.  in regards to the service, people were nice & the guy I talked to seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the products.  over all im happy with everything except my credit card charge, which its not there fault, entirely...  in my opinion I will come back here if I needed to hang out with Marry Jane & her friends...

Finally a good neighborhood dispensary! Very glad this place opened. I'm very impressed with the overall pricing, atmosphere, and customer service. Everytime I've been in I've had a positive, informative experience with every budtender, especially Diego. This will now be my go to dispensary surely!

Great spot with friendly staff and finally in the Sunset neighborhood. Bud tender was very knowledgeable and recommended a couple of strains of flower that were perfect for me. One for daytime (Sundae Driver) and one that put me down at night (Whoa-Si-Whoa). I even got a Sherbinski blunt for a buck. I will most definitely be back.

Flew in from Chicago and was very impressed with the selection and price. Staff was extremely friendly and answered all questions I had. Very knowledgeable and didn't push any additional sale. Bought a grinder and even tipped Eric cause he is the man. Thanks guys I'll be seeing you again.

This is by far my favorite dispensary. I'm from LA and I've been to some amazing shops down there but nothing compares to this place. The staff is always so friendly and the meds are phenomenal at good prices. I always wear my Dodgers hat in here and they always joke around with it cause I'm in Giants country yet they still show mad love. Thank you fam at Barbary Coast keep doing an amazing job!!

Our favorite neighborhood dispensary with great prices, great bud, and an awesome staff.  Have been going here for a few months and have ordered delivery.  The staff is friendly and helpful, and it's always a pleasant experience.  Shout out to Aaron for great customer service during deliveries and to the taller guy running orders around -- always happy to buy from this place.

WOW!!!! FINALLY A DISPENSARY IN THE SUNSET AND LUCKILY ITS BARBARY COAST!!!! Walked in and was greeted by the excited, smiling staff and beautifully curated space! The employees were very knowledgeable and they have great variety on their menu for just opening up. This will def be my new neighborhood spot! I am an older, completely ignorant customer. The people at Barbary Coast Sunset are patient, helpful, and very friendly. I'm not embarrassed going there and asking stupid questions.

I love Barbary Coast, I've been a loyal member of their Downtown location so it's great to see them open up shop in the sunset (closer to the crib so that's a big plus). The menu at this shop is really well stocked with things for every type of smoker and the aesthetic  is really classy and clean. I'm super excited to see some great flower on their menu, I love that strong dank!!!!! Will be goin back for more when I finish this 1/8th of Red Congolese (Super sativa, highly recommend!)

Cel was really amazing today. She was on the front desk phone budtending me at the same time as greeting everyone that came in, all while remaining super freakin polite, professional and friendly. She KNEW her stuff. This is what we patrons have come to love and expect from Barbary Coast Sunset and MissionST. These folks are some of the best and one of my favourite things they do is to take the time to let me know about product that is Black owned (Simply Pure) or Women owned (LeUne)  or people given second chance owned (Farmer and The Felon). First time visiting. Just show your ID and they welcome you by name. Joel helped me out and was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations. They sell different items that you can find on their website. Everyone was pleasant even the bouncer!

Jayde. Jayde is a world-famous cannabis chef. Jayde is hands down the best customer service, person-centered sales, warm, and kind person I have ever met at any cannabis store.She was professional, funny, playful, and not only gave me options around what I asked about, but she also gave me other really awesome items that I had never considered. Yes, Jayde will upsell you on all the things you may not need, but end up wanting. Yes, I walked in wanting to get one item for the Birthday weekend I am adventuring into. Yes, I walked out of Barbary Coast Sunset buying 5 different items... Anywho, keep being you and being awesome humans. I'd come by just to say hello.

All the weed here is pretty much old weed. More brown than green forsure. Night Kap was just some old bubba kushes and they were just baby nugs... 70 an eighth too  for high grade? yikes. Prob find that the same shit for 20 bucks in TL. This is the second time I came here and the weed is always old looking and harsh/trash tasting. Perhaps the DT location still got better stuff?

Prices too high for location...when ive gone in there, there is 12-14 people working there with not one customer....a lot of standing around talking...not much deals, just high prices...

They're pretty great but when it comes to their online payment system, it's trash. I was on the phone with their representative for 15 minutes. They didn't really have a solution for me when Pay Treez, the payment system they use, wasn't going through for me on my end. They said they would relay the message but I highly doubt that as they don't even have evidence to show to their payment processor. It was a very frustrating support experience. Probably best to go in person instead of relying on their delivery service and mobile pay :/

Great store and selection. They close their doors to new customers 10mins before google says they close which doesn't make any sense to me. I'd think they want to adjust one of those

This is my favorite dispensary in the Bay Area.All staff are friendly especially the sweet guy at the door that plays tunes on his guitar. I love his energy! Although all staff are nice friendly my personal favorite is Domie. He's the absolute best! I always look forward to making my purchases through Domie. He knows what I like and takes care of me. Thank you Domie!!!!

Came here support my friend at her first pop at since she's been in the cannabis industry.. this place is really nice.. I'm so used to having my is checked by security I didn't even realize I had to check in at the front untill the line of people behind me started yelling.. I check in get in line and purchase preroll me my exotic collective.. the Tasmanian.. baby this the preroll you want if your trying to get high. No bad after taste .. very smooth .. and your going to be high.. chill  and relaxed .. definitely check it out highly recommend.. I smoked this one time before a hike and walked much further than expected..

Excellent customer service. Super quick and really nice. The driver went out of his way to be super friendly. Be careful though. Make sure you look at the pictures of the bud they are REALLY good pics and some of the cheaper selection looks like they missed a lot of leaves when trimming. You get what you pay for. Even though my 1/4 was only $80 I can tell it's sungrown and not properly trimmed but still packs a huge punch

This place is top notch! Not an ounce (see what I did there?) of pretension, knowledgeable and helpful staff and a very fun and professional crew, who all seemed really engaged in what they are doing. Highly recommend! Matt was great and helped me out with choosing a cannabis infused beverage!

Rocky helped me pick some great flowers today. His suggestions were based on the best flowers for the best price. He is very knowledgeable and asked me specific questions to see what would be the best choices for me. A very good budtender. Barbary Coast is the best dispensary in town, and that’s saying a lot with so many places in San Francisco.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff with deals that are unbelievable. The store is clean and welcoming with a quick in and out without feeling rushed. Delivery is super quick and very reasonable. Robert was an incredible delivery guy. I’ll definitely be coming back!
