Was recommended 5 different sativa cartridges. All of them were awesome.  Awesome variety and knowledge all around

Garbage dispensary, it smells like you walked into a dirty farm and the people yell obscenities at you until you leave. Awful staff, awful store. STAY AWAY

If you like completely apathetic, angry, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful service and the old school feeling of buying weed on a street corner from aggressive and sketchy people, this is the place for you.I've been to other dispensaries in SF, Colorado and other places where dispensaries cater to the art of Cannabis and the staff are eager and helpful to understand what you are looking for, guide you on selections and treat it more like buying wine. I've been to Authentic twice as it's a few blocks from my house and honestly will never step foot in there again. Horrible service and environment. Go anywhere else as there are many in the area that actually care about customer service and customers.

Been to this place many times. Saw the negative reviews and decided to still go back. Honestly don't know what the complaints are about. Maybe it's just because I kind of know what I am looking for and ask minimal questions. But even this last time I asked lots of questions and they took their time and showed me different things (well as much as they could since lots of the stuff is sealed). No they don't have a Bachelors in THCology but who gives a damn. They're nice people and the weed is just fine, dabbing concentrates are splendid; yes I plan on coming back. No I don't do edibles or drinks or anything other than flower and wax. And at Authentic that stuff is pretty good.

Great selection, and the staff are super friendly and nice! Lots of good deals and a convenient location.

Authentic 415 Best Place Is very nice staff is nice, the weed is old and moldy they don't do no returns even if the package wasn't open, i'm a connoisseur smoker not a dep smoker i wouldn't recommend this place at all. Worst experience, management is terrible.

I was excited to see a new dispensary in Potrero, sadly the owners are selling some products that are totally flawed and refuse to accept returns, so look elsewhere..Added later: and the manager response to my review is also bogus! Didn't even get a response to my email. Avoid this place: sketchy and disrespectful to their customers.

One star. Been coming here for a minute. They recommended some Gummies that ended up being stale and clumped together. Wouldn't credit me or refund me regardless of the condition of the product. Yeah maybe come here for the pods but stay away from the overpriced gummies and flower.

Low-end. There's a reason that the security guard is the only person you ever see out front. Old/stale product, high prices, no receipts.l, Sketchy vibe.

Patience that's what they do have.Not to many farms, but they new so its expected.I'll be back good music selection and bright atmosphere!

I know I'm going to have a good day whenever I enter this store. They have all the edibles I want. I bring them home after my purchase and enjoy it with a nice drink.

Just arrived in town from LA, and stopped by here to get some meds. Super kind courteous and professional, I would definitely say my interactions with them was 10 out of 10. They help me find what I was looking for and we're very helpful with on point suggestions, and the shop has a good selection as well. If you're in the area, stop by & give them a shot)
