Their menu online is never up to date so I call before going across town to pick up what I want. Get there, and they don't have it. No one knows who told me they have it, no apologies for not having it. Super frustrating. Seems like they say they have what they don't to get bodies in the store. Don't trust.

Damn, I usually keep dispensaries off my Yelp listings, but I feel someone has to even out some of the slander coming at these cats, which seems to be coming predominantly from compulsive 1-star reviewers and whiny NIMBYs (I think I read something about this shop bringing a "hood" element to Bernal Heights, a comment that would've been ironically laughable 15 years ago).I'm not a girl, nor hot (as people seem to think you need to be in order to get good service judging by some of these reviews), and the folks at this shop have never treated me as less than a good customer. Brandon is the fam, but I even receive great service from people who don't know me from Adam. I generally buy top-shelf only from here, but they're volume specials have definitely come through in the clutch for me. Assuming it's still available when you read this review, try the Apple Fritters (or KK if they're out) and you won't be upset. In summation, while this isn't the (OG) Apothecarium-esque boutique experience some of you seem to be questing for, Cookie Co. 415 is likely the City's best combination of quality, price, and staff. More for the afficionado than the tourist, but they always have some low-priced tree to make sure everyone can afford to get medicated.

If I could give them a zero I would. Worst customer service ever. Being coming here a while but every time I go in its like these guys rather be else where, super low energy and just plane rude. I walked up to store the other day and the rude security guard just yells at me to stay by the door, even though there are no signs saying to wait or anything. Than this guy proceeded to ignore me for 10min while im outside burning under the sun, keep in mind the store was empty. If Im gonna get served by a rude a** dude I rather hit up the plug. 0/10.

If i could give zero stars i would. Don't believe the recent five star reviews because they have a promo going on that offers a free pre roll for a 5 star review. Way to buy your reviews. Anyway. When i first walked into the store both gentleman that were standing behind the counter weren't doing anything. Then proceeded to act busy once i checked in. finally after 2 minutes of standing one bit the bullet and walked up to me with low ffn energy as if he didn't want to help me. Just very unprofessional it erks my nerves when people in customer service acts like this like its your job dude just help me help you by getting in and out simple as that ya no.

Quick stop at this place to get your fix. There's a good variety of products in the store. Look for a bright green entrance and the guy inside will scan your ID. The staff here is super friendly and helpful, super chill and will help you with any questions you have.

I have been to the Cookie Co 415 about three or four times now, I drive from San Mateo to visit this nice lil spot!  I love this place, the staff is always helpful and friendly, the flower is always yummy and great quality.  I have not tried any of their edibles yet, but will update when I have tried more of their products.The prices here are good, especially for the quality you're getting and for being a recreational shop.  Be sure to check out the specials, I almost always go to the whiteboard near the payment area first to look at them, a lot of hidden gems there!!  Tl:dr, this place always has 1/8ths for ~$30.  Prerolls under $10, and a free preroll with a yelp review.  Amazing deals, if you ask me!!

Bought $100.00 worth of edibles. I was given an expired bag of double chocolate Korova edible cookies and didn't realize it until I drove back home. I called and was told by Aaron that they could possibly hook me up with an exchange plus a discount or just credit for a future purchase. When I got there they wouldn't credit me for a future purchase or discount the expired bag they gave me. All that driving back-and-fourth because they gave me a bag of some expired edibles and they wouldn't hook me up for a future purchase. If they realized their mistake and gave me $10 off another $100 order that's fine by me but they're stingy asses couldn't be smart about it. No problem though, I'm sure another Dispensary will except my next $100 purchase. Nice job losing this customer.

Cookie co 415 is my favorite back up spot when I don't feel like going into work to get my medicine... I work as a budtender at another dispensary. They are conveniently located a few blocks from my house, in the heart of the Mission District and carry all the right products I need, from wax to flowers to prerolls to edibles to cbd. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, never pretentious like some clubs. I appreciate that they have been around  as long as they have and I have been going there for a number of years, as well. One more thing that I find charming about this dispensary is it's size. It is small... and peaceful... but full of medicine and organized in an efficient, user friendly way. Definitely the best marijuana dispensary in the neighborhood. I was also pleased to just find out that they welcome dogs again.

Prices high as hell. Customer service Is A1. Decent selection is you smoking that gas. Will make this a stop everytime I am here. Lower the prices though some of that stuff is cheaper up the street.

Went inside the place, ATM not working. Bad service from the start. Was outside and security guard started to verbally accuse us of sitting on his car. Security guard starting to act tough and had his employees come out to start a fight. Luckily nothing happened and got away safely. Do not go to this place, you will be harshly treated.

Went in for some gifts.  They had want I wanted.   Purchased a pack of Wally Drops.  Got home and took a look at the packaging.  The product was a year old and sold after expiration date.  I called and they said bring it back - to their credit - but it's a drive and a hassle and they should be aware of what they're selling before having customers make the trek.

Nothing like a cash only business, that does not have a working ATM, & does not bother to label their clearly non-working ATM as "out of order". When the entire staff seems to already be fully aware of the issue. I just Spent 15 minutes trying to make a withdrawal to make a purchase here, when a staff member causally walked by & said "It doesn't connect to the internet." So after wasting about half of my lunch break, I had to leave without making a purchase, because y'all couldn't take my damn money. Had I known the ATM was out of order, I wouldn't have even bothered looking at the menu. How hard is it to keep an ATM connected to the internet? or at least throw a sign on it while it is out of order? It for sure creates the impression of a pretty hopelessly disorganized operation, to be "cash only" & also totally incapable of providing a working ATM to customers. I will avoid wasting time here in the future.

I came in on Saturday like I normally do and have just about had it with this local dispensary. I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years now, considering it's right down the st from where I live. Every time I come in the staff would give me a 10% off, thought it was a patient appreciation gift or points and was consistent until yesterday I come in and I'm told by the girl that I will no longer be receiving a discount and that if it's only in my profile which is lame because the guy who came in before me bugged about getting his. Rude asf or discriminative . That's fine just check that snobby ass attitude of yours since it's a customer setting. I usually buy an edibles that's worth 20 so keep the $2 since y'all desperately need it. By the way the lady was so busy that she thought I handed her money when in fact I did not. Lol thanks gf

Unprofessional customer service. I'm not expecting too much. Just trying to place an order and the sales girl has no idea how to tell the difference between indica and hybrid. I used to go to the green door for the best quality and strains but since coming here this place has every God dam strain and it's the bomb. The menu is like back in the day green door. Be prepared to pay 80 an 8th for the best

You pick what you want but it's prepackaged, full of stems, and dry AF. The dude behind the glass isn't friendly and you don't get a receipt. No rewards program, never a freebie and no referral incentive. Pick one of the other gazillion weed shops.

Really disappointed. Went up to Northern California and wanted to stop and see Berners infamous club, spent $160 only to find out that she gave us the wrong flower. The exact one my boyfriend said out loud that he didn't want, too bad we didn't notice until hours later. Also was sold a cartridge and they had a deal buy a brass knuckles cartridge get the battery free, BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT YOU CANT ADJUST THE WATTAGE so you think you're getting a deal then get screwed. Being adjustable is definitely a deal breaker for us too bad we weren't informed.

Great location and good selection !With all the new compliant packaging slowing people down, you guys still had a great selection! Didn't get the name of my budtender, but he recommended me a Kimber Cannon pre roll since they didn't have the flower , and I was blown away! (And I hate Pre rolls!) Best club in Bay Area. Sf location has the BEST STAFF and selection. I like lots of recommendations when it comes to purchasing my medicine and they have me covered every time. I started coming for the   Amazing selection of concentrates (starting at $20 a gram!!!! For fire shatter) and ended up becoming a loyal customer for the past three years due to the customer service. They really take care of you here l, make sure you have everything you need and want at affordable prices. I can't stress enough how amazing they are here! Best customer service you will find. Finally got it this year and chose Herbal Mission as my first dispensary. The gods were with me because it's seriously the only and best place I know. The workers are all so nice and non-shady and I get in and out quickly. Some days they even give out free edible samples. The prices are amazing as well. Seriously, thanks guys I love you.

The cookie co is an amazing friendly place to go. Employees are always friendly and caring. I'm a regular who lives up the street and comes here almost every other day and every time I go there they showed nothing but love me me and their patients.  Callie especially is always friendly and helpful and is my goto person!  I'll definitely see you soon

Since my first review, this shop has changed hands. The new owners aren't nearly as customer-oriented or knowledgeable about their stock. A budtender steered me toward their Oasis cannabis oil cartridges because they don't carry my preferred brand, OpenVape. They claim the carts contain 500 mg of cannabis oil, but the cartridge itself is only about 1/3 full. At home, I visually compared the Oasis cart to an OpenVape cart (which is 250 mg) and the Oasis cart clearly contains far less oil than the OpenVape cart, but costs $10 more. Despite that both cartridges are sealed in plastic and obviously unused, The 415 Cookie Store (or whatever the hell it's called) refused to return my money because they had "already entered it" in their system, whatever the hell that means. I canceled my membership on the spot and will never shop there again. This is no way to treat people. I'll keep going to Purple Star MD on Mission, just north of this rip-off joint.UPDATE: After writing this review, I called the shop and spoke to a man who IDed himself as the manager. I didn't get his name. I explained the situation and he said that they wouldn't refund my money because, "We're a pharmacy. Those carts aren't sealed. We can't turn around and resell them to another customer because of possible tampering." (Note: Real pharmacies don't have free tastings or 2-for-1 deals, but I see his point.) I began arguing my side, and he said I had a terrible attitude and hung up on me mid-sentence. See, the thing that troubles me, in addition to losing $80 obviously, is that no one here even acknowledged that the carts couldn't possibly contain the claimed 500mg. Because of the obvious difference, their attitude shouldn't be "we can't resell that," it should be, "something's shady here; we need to talk to our supplier" instead of continuing to sell 500mg carts that are only 1/3 full. I have returned used carts that malfunctioned for a full refund to Purple Star MD and to the Apothecarium, and I assume those shops then got reimbursed from the supplier/manufacturer. They didn't then sell the bad carts to the next poor bastard in line after me. Seems a poor business practice.

I have been a prop 215 medical marijuana patient for over 10 years and have been to pretty much every single dispensary in the city. I have been coming here for quite sometime now and have really grown to love all of the employees there. They are always very friendly, helpful and just overall awesome people. They have a pretty decent selection and fair pricing. They always have different specials on flower and sometimes also on concentrates. They also have demos every now and then where a lot of items are BOGO or they even sometimes have free samples! Personally, I go here for concentrates mostly and occasionally I will get flower. They usually always have something for almost every price range. I sometimes go to Cookies SF further down Mission off of Geneva. But I personally prefer this Cookies, for the quality and good customer service. I have NEVER had an issue with ANY products I have bought over the years at Cookie Co 415. However, I have had some horrible experiences (product quality..or lack of) with Cookies SF, but I do not think they are actually affiliated?  have had to return hash to Cookies SF before which is a pain in the ass cos it's really far. So I have really grown to appreciate this Cookies club, just for the quality alone! They keep their weedmaps menu updated pretty frequently but you can also sometimes call and ask a budtender questions. Overall I would suggest this club to anyone especially if you are in the area, like I am. I personally don't usually have trouble with parking down there but I guess it depends what time of day ect. It's also extremely easy to get to by muni bus. It's a small dispensary but I personally think it's the best one in the area.

Bait and switch. What I picked is not what I received. Bags and prepackaged. Double check what you get. Also never got anything as a first time patient. Staff was so so. Probably won't return. Prices were also a little high. And not a lot of premium flower, some outdoor with indoor prices!

I dropped by here a several times and I have always encountered knowledgeable people here. I asked a question and got a sincere answer back. I am writing this review about the young lady who helped me sometime ago. I asked about the concentrates they had for sale. She actually provided correct info that I didn't have the right equipment to consume a certain type of concentrate they sold there. She could've just sold it to me and I would've out of some money, but she was honest. That's all I'm asking for. Sure you can have affordable options at other places, but good luck trying to get an honest answer from those places. Most of time the people working at those places look like they consumed their own product or don't look too customer service friendly.

Today, I went to this dispensary for the first time. Tina helped me purchase several vaping vials. She's beautiful, knows the product, and can process information quickly. I used to go to Love Shack for years until they lost their lease. The Cookie Co. has the same laid-back helpful attitude as Love Shack. The prices at the Cookie Co. are the best I've ever encountered. It's like heaven here.

Great customer service only problem I had was leaving my 100 dollar bill folded in between my req' and the security received my req asked me for my id when I looked down to get my id the money was all of a sudden not in between the req' anymore when I asked him he said there was no money just my req I received NO help whatsoever, the staff just stood around like I was crazy and dint really care, maybe out of courtesy they could of helped me look around or em I wrong because at least that's what I would of done. It was really a bad way to start my birthday trip here in San Francisco coming from LA, I was looking forward to going to this dispensary all throughout my flight unfortunately dint get the results I was expecting. Just posting my experience so this won't happen to anyone else.. Having a hard time rating it.

BY FAR the best dispensary in SF; always has a great variety of quality strains at totally reasonable prices.  It's clean and inviting and not filled with shady looking people, like most dispensaries I've been to. The dudes that work there are super nice, too!

Today was my first time in this dispensary, and after visiting for only a brief period of time, I can say with 100% certainty; I will be visiting this place again real soon. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by every staff member who was present on the sales room floor, and since it was my first time here, the woman and man behind the counter were more than willing to walk me through the registration process and in properly selecting the best medicine to fit my needs. I looked through tons of different bud selections and was highly impressed with both the quality and the prices, everything seemed to be above par in market standards. I like that all top shelf meds are capped at $55 per 1/8th oz, and that they offer daily specials on quite a few tasty strains. I ended picking up two bottles of THC Syrup for $100, and was given a free top shelf pre-rolled joint as a thank you for joining The Cookie Co. If you are looking for great meds at a damn good price, then come here and you won't be disappointed :)

Great place! Really good organic medicine at reasonable prices. The head russian guy really knows his stuff and made me feel right at home. The look and feel of the place is funky and they also run a cafe out front.This is the only dispensary with a storefront in the mission atm, thanks for hanging in there guys!

Really nice place! Their staff is super helpful & informative. Some amazing products & medicines at very fair prices. They stock Harlequin & even a personal vaporizer that has pre filled cartridges of the stuff. Works amazingly well on inflammation & even better on headaches.I'll definitely be back!

this is a great place.  I'm a senior citizen, and I've been to some places that have made me feel like i'm a narc or something, simply because i'm aged....but this place is wonderful.   I've been going there for about  2 years, and I can honestly say, they have never disappointed....first of all, the people who work here seem like really nice people...people you would want to get to know better, given the opportunity.....they are sweet and kind...and more to the point, vastly knowledgeable... I suffer from a chronic pain condition.. I can honestly say that this is the most pain-free I have been in probably 5 years......if you are wondering where to go--, i'd say...this is your place.   the people who work here seem really nice, not  just nice in a walgreens-we-have-to-be-nice-to-you sense, but just nice for the helluvit....just nice... and informative as well.  they have NEVER steered me wrong.I truly hope they remain in my neighborhood.  actually, I would be delighted if they expanded.....how's about chain stores, how's about mailorder??????anyhow, my point is:  this is a nice place.  nice people work here.  and their niceness is MATCHED TO AN EQUAL EXTENT by their knowledge.   chronic pain is truly horrible...these nice folks make it INFINITELY better....please, give this place a try.  I would hate for them to leave my 'hood.....bravo herbal mission.   thank you for hiring such nice people.   it makes such a difference....thank you thank you thank you.pat b..

The rating for this review was lowered because of my last purchase there.At first the venue was very new and clean-cut so I thought it was cool.  I don't go as often as I used to because of the distance but I do go because it closes at 9.  So a couple of days ago, I purchased a top-shelf $55 eighth of Animal Cookies and I was quite disappointed.  The loudness was there but the flower did not smoke as good as I had hoped.  The sack was filled with many seeds, yes I mean seeds.  Apparently it is common for GSC plant to have seeds but personally if I am paying $55, I expect nothing but A - grade(no sticks no stems no seeds *Snoop Dogg voice*) and it wasn't GSC.  At first I thought it was me just bugging out but when it burned it smelt like tires, and I heard/saw a pop.  And there was a seed that fell onto the surface.  Also the venue is very nice but they lack competitiveness, they have no incentives for customers in an industry with too much competition.  It closes at 9PM - best perk and decent street parking.

Hands down the best club I've been to so far! Not only do they have great quality stuff  but everything is reasonably priced too! The staff is laid back and there isn't any problem with parking!

Herbal mission is definitely one of my favorite clubs in SF. Only been a few times and each time there is a new beautiful girlie at the counter, and sum even more beautiful buds on display. Prices are good for the medicine they posess, and service is both friendly and insightful. Good atmosphere, usually a short wait. Herbal mission accomplished!

They do taste testing aka "happy hour" where you can sample different edibles they offer. Slide if your in the Mission, they will take care of you.

i love herbal mission the staff is amazing always happy high energy with good vibes  and i always feel at home. the product is always top shelf and consistent and i never had problems with any bud i got from there.  i love there pricing no 8th above 55 dollars as it should be  and  on top   of that they have the cheapest vape pens i have seen on the market in years ... i have never had a problem with any product i have gotten from there unlike other clubs. they told me if i ever had i problem with product  to bring proof and bring it back and they will glady give me more product and that made me happy because no other club does that  i will continue to be a customer here until i leave california  thanks herbal mission

Herbal Mission is one of the best Dispensaries in The Mission District . There buds range from Cookies to Durban Poison. Very good quality , excellent customer services and there is a Cafe next door to help you enjoy your day. They are helpful and they always help you find the right medicine for you. If your in the neighborhood come check it out , you won't be disappointed!

I am not a pot smoker but am in love with the attached coffee shop. As a fan of the dark roasts this place is one of the last few spots in the city where they specialize in dark roasts. The staff is extremely genuine and authentic. Last time I was in the owner tried to comp the customer in front of me who refused as he loved the place and then gave me a dollar off my coffee instead stating "I think a businesses success can be judged by their generosity. I'm not sure my wife agrees with this..." Gotta love it. I've made Herbal mission coffee a new Monday morning tradition so I have something to look forward to.

What beautifully designed dispensary ! Excellent selection of top-shelf buds here - lots of choices. Looks like a well designed pharmacy inside. Conveniently close to 24th and Mission BART.

What a great place!  They really have their act together for only being open about 6 weeks.  The two guys working there were both very knowledgeable about their product and they are very generous with their time.  They have an incredible selection for all range of prices and their specials are great value for your money (got an eighth of Green Cracker hybrid for $28!!!).  The place is clean and inviting and very relaxed. The one annoying thing was that they had me fill out some stuff for my first visit. However, it only took a couple of minutes and they gave me a free pre-roll (in a very nice reusable holder) for my time.I will be going here again, even though it is out of the way!

So I traveled an hour on Muni to get down there and pick up some Grape Ape shatter. Had to sign up again since I hadn't been there since they reopened. Picked up the shatter (No offense but plastic containers for wax/shatter DOESNT WORK) and so it begins.... Get home and spend half an hour managing to get ~95% out of the container onto parchment. Put in my fridge to harden up. When I was ready to try it, I weighed it on a perfectly fine working accurate scale and what number do I see? 0.56g I spent 2 hours on Muni and paid for a gram yet heres 0.56. Called them and get passed around between 3 people including the lady who gave me my medicine. I got accused of lying and having a broken scale. Great tasting shatter, great potency but for christs sake, if you get screwed over, dont expect anything but a smartass comment from a manager like "Next time you come in we'll make sure to weigh it in front of you" Like I'll be coming back to a place with that kinda stuff going on. My suggestion, move along.

Oh man, what a place! Excellent all around. Kind of a pain to get past security and sign up but they more than make up for it in friendliness and supreme bud quality. I went straight to the top shelf and the most expensive eighth was 60 (girl scout cookies) and it looked like it was worth it. I went for a 55 dollar eighth which I split between og fire and durban. Mostly organically grown buds, and you can see and smell the quality of the trees. I honestly don't mind spending more for great quality herb. But for the budget, they do have 35 dollar eighths and 65 dollar quarters of very decent looking herb. I also picked up a 18 dollar gram cold press sour diesel hash. Sticky as hell, probly a mid melt. I was short on cash and they were kind enough to spot me!!! Awesome service and friendly dudes. I met one of their growers too, very cool guy who is obviously dedicated to quality of his product. He grew some beautiful platinum cookies and Durban too. Could only improve with a lounge and a greater selection of hash. But being its the third day open, don't hold it against them. Worth a visit!!!

When I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by Leon, the owner of Herbal Mission.  The ambiance was inviting and unassuming.  The main room was adorned with calming dark green walls.  Leon explained that soon there would be a cafe bar as well.  The different cannabis strains were showcased behind a glass counter, which made a square island in the middle of the room.  There was a clear description of each plant.  Each strain of buds was beautifully displayed in its own round glass terrarium-like container. I asked Leon to help me make the right decision for what I was looking for.  He patiently explained the ways that the various plants were cultivated and the feeling I would expect from each.  I was impressed by the variety of unique smells of each bud, and by the fact that some strains were 100% organically grown.  My favorite part of the herbal mission experience was the sincerity,friendliness, and professionalism of all the employees - completely devoid of any pretention that you find in many businesses in the Mission.  Herbal Mission rocks!  I'll be coming back!

Another great experience at herbal.  took me a week to write this review cause i've been medicating with what i bought last time lol.  anyway, walked in, told him exactly what i wanted to get (a bunch of different strains in small quantities and I only had 60 on me).  He hooked it up big!!!  offered me older product at discounted prices, even gave me extra and took off a few dollars!  this place really makes me feel welcomed!

I like this place. I shopped there a lot.... until i noticed my 1/8ths had the tamper seal opened and there was weed missing.Always make sure your stuff is sealed before you leave the window!It happened to me multiple times.

I bought a set of "5 Pre-Rolls" last night and when I got home and opened the tin can, there were only 3! Someone had stolen 2 of them then sealed it back up and I got shafted ... I'm sure if I call and tell them, they won't believe me. Such a shame, I am not going back here again.

DO NOT DO IT.  This place is a total scam.  They will switch your product between the counter and check out.  Their menu is NEVER updated, if you call for certain items, they will lie to you just to get you to come in the store.The manager, lily, is an absolute nightmare.  Worst customer service I've ever had, bad attitude and just a complete disdain for everyone that walks into this place.It's dirty, the product is awful quality and there is literally NO ONE ever in there except for the stoned and rude staff.We've been coming here for years and spent more than $1000 a month.  Never again. Do yourself a favor and pick any of the 100's other shops in town.

I use to love this dispensary, I've been a patient ever since they switched the names a few times. This Wednesday I counted 2 employees literally just staring backat the customer. No type of interaction whatsoever to help speed up the service, they didn't appear to care or acknowledge my presence or the 8 other customers behind me on the main floor. A simple hey guys or a discount would have been sufficient but nope, everyone is just glaring at the display in silence  and talking the ceiling instead of shopping for medicine.I did see 2 extra employees simply come out from a room to go right back in after realizing how big of a line there was. This is not what I was expecting. Had been waiting for 40mins, and decided I won't be returning to this location. I'd rather drive an extra 1hr 45mins to the one in Sylmar at least they don't waste my time. They give the Dr. Green thumb a bad rep.

Love that everyone wore mask, and enforced mask wearing! The Samoan Brothers were very helpful and informative. Was very happy with my purchase. The hospitality was very nice and every business should offer their customers cookies like they had. Thank you Dr. Green Thumbs!!

And theirs a coffee shop right next door. Cannabis and coffee pairs just as well as cookie and milk, peanut butter and jelly and bbq's on 4th of July!! The Heavy Hitters Strain *Jack Herer*  and coffee is a particular favorite of mine for days when I want to go hard in the gym. Jack Herer* is a sativa, with uplifting focus as the affects. Pairs with a little caffeine and YOU GET IN THE ZONE!!! Highly recommend this combo and Cookie Co is the place to be!

Had a very unpleasant and upsetting experience here today. One of the workers tired to fight me because he thought I was stealing how can I steal? When you handed me the products. I told he can check the cameras then he was wrong then wanted to fight me he stepped outside the store. Not a good  customer service at all violent employees work here
