Love that the staff is Covid compliant and that they opened !

Awesome dispensary experience! Outstanding budtenders and service. The system at this dispensary is down to a tea, one of the best in reno undoubtedly. Great prices and very high quality product. Shout out to Kim for walking us through our entire experience and being the most educational and down to earth budtender. Also shoutout to Jenna for checking us out and keeping the vibe going. Already excited to go back again!

Friendly happy and helpful.  Purchasing from The Source was really a pleasure.  Loved the professionalism and personality of the employees.  Good selection for what I needed.  4 Employees helped us starting from door to cashier and they all had great personalities and were very gracious.

Drove all the way over here only to find a closed and there's no phone number listed on Yelp. There's no button at the door. It's all locked up and all closed up with no windows showing anything. It's a dud!

Don't waste your time come here. Older gentlemen who works there is unknowledgeable and super unpleasant to deal with. The prices do no match when you get there. So many other places to shop in the area. 10-10 do not shop here!

Ordered delivery, got my cannabis, and it was dryed out, and turned to dust. Called up, spoke to someone that was very rude. After I Explained I treated my PTSD with cannabis (military injury), they allowed me to come down to their shop and switch it out. The short bald, clever talking guy,l that was "helping" me, was very disrespectful telling me I shouldn't make such a deal out of my medical problems. His passive aggressiveness didn't stop until I left the building. He continued to verbally jab me being condescending and frankly unprofessional for some one in his position. I would not recommend this place for Vets, and folks with medical conditions that use Cannabis for treatment. Let me be very clear, I used no swear words, and did not act in any other manner that would be consider abusive. This place was constructed for one purpose. To make make money for greedy businessmen. Their are many other places in town that would be better suited for medical patients.I also must add that when I called this place to complain about my order the rude employee told me that I could not switch the cannabis out. It was only till I pleaded with that person that they reconsidered. How very common it is that a patient is treated badly, only for the managing body to point the finger at the patient. How very upset this situation made me I can not convey over a review. I can only reiterate that if you have medical concerns that you should go to another location.

I love this new spot! The displays are so helpful, I can actually see flower, terpenes, and THC content! The dab display is my favorite because I never really get to see dabs before purchasing except for here. The entire staff is friendly, fun, and welcoming. They always take care of you with respect and it's just a great time. I haven't tried out their delivery yet but I plan to soon since they've earned my trust in store and for online pick up as well. Also I think they are the only company in the state with SOLVENTLESS carts and ice water hash. Basically it's my new favorite dispensary in the area by far. Also they are SUPER COVID compliant, I see them sanitize after each customer at the register and they take temps before entering, just in case!

Everyone is doing their best to prevent COVID issues with masks, gloves and protective barriers. They are super friendly and knowledgeable inside and the curbside pickup makes for an quick stop also! I hear they have delivery but I haven't tried that yet. Great job all around!

hands down the best lil dispo in town! I was previous a regular at a different shop but The Sources customer service and quick and easy process was so worth the switch. Everyone there is so friendly and will make it a point to remember you, and tonight I came home with a surprise free gram of wax for spending over $76- the best unexpected gift lol.

Nice people, quick service, well organized with appropriate safety measures in place. I highly recommend.

Love that the staff was all wearing masks and checking temps at the door. I felt very safe and welcome. It was definitely a different experience from an average dispensary, in an amazing way. The+Source is focused on the customer boutique experience over the traditional dispensary experience. You'll receive a personal consultation and discuss what you're looking for, and while they gather your items you can explore at your whimsy. Overall it's very nice and customer-service centered. If I had just gotten off a long shift and just wanted some weed, I'd probably be a little annoyed with how in-your-face they are. A little more pricey than Silver State or Mynt, but you'll definitely leave The+Source happy with the experience.

I had the most positive experience today! I had the honor and privilege to speak with the most kind and patient employee named Kyle today. I'm in my 30's and know little to nothing about any of this and I've been both intimidated and overwhelmed by their products. Kyle gave me so much time and attention today. He walked me through the different types, effects, uses and benefits. Because of Kyle I'm walking away with a sigh of relief and a very in-depth understanding. Thank you so much for everything Kyle! You truly have no idea how much I appreciate your time and kindness!

I was a bit reluctant to try this place as I really like the dispensary I've been using.  That being said I'm glad I stopped by.  The staff is great, knowledgeable, helpful, and funny.  They showed me to my area of interest described the differences  in product.  The product is of course quality stuff and even though at first the prices seemed a bit high for stuff, the discounts more than made up the price difference.It looks like I found a new dispensary.

So kind. We had to wait like 3-4 mins to go in, but the one on one care was so great. Everyone is so friendly and kind. No one was rude or condescending even though I am a pot noob and they were connoisseur of the herb. They explained everything to me and were patient. 5/5 would do again.

This dispensaries customer service is too cool. You check out their walls of product and someone, one on one, comes up takes your order and chit chats. Maurice greeted me and eventually met me at the wall. He was super knowledgeable and taught me some things I didn't know. Him and I chatted while my order was prepared.I headed to the register once my order was ready and Alise was my cashier. They were so friendly! We laughed and had a great time as I checked out. Charlie, who I can assume is the manager, checked on me as I waited and was so eager to help her employees.Their prices aren't the cheapest in town, but I didn't mind paying the price for the service I received. I stopped here because I saw a billboard and it was on my way home. I'm glad I did.

Stumbled onto this Source location while eating lunch in the neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff both inside and out, answered all of my questions regarding the their tinctures. This just might be my new spot for CBD, etc. while in Reno. You can order online and pick up curbside or in store, you can also just shop in store.  It's not a very big place so finding what you need is easy peasy.

This place is right near my house so I go if I'm really trying to just grab something quick. The location is TINY, like so small. Also everything seems to be super expensive for pretty low %. Some of their 1/8ths run $59. I've asked questions to the staff and it seems they always have to confirm with someone else. Doesn't make for the best customer experience if that everytime. I prefer Thrive in town

One of the WORST dispensaries I have ever dealt with.1st was when they charged me twice for a delivery and I was practically told by a manager that I was wrong even though I showed them my bank statement,  then when they finally corrected it (which took a few weeks) I got only a partial refund. I decided to give them another chance since they are the closest to where I live. I decided this time I would pay in cash since there was the double charge before and I can't afford that or want to deal with the headache.  I ran to the bank this morning and got the cash. They just delivered right now and the guy told me they don't carry change so now I have overpaid again! How do they not carry any change?!! Horrible business practice!! Cash or card, they steal from you. Either by fees or lack of change... No more chances!!I will never order from them again and will let everyone know to go elsewhere.

I adore this dispensary! The staff is incredible, they are ridiculously friendly, super knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or make recommendations and they've never steered us wrong. I also recommend signing up for their rewards program, it's how you can take advantage of the deals they have each day. Their deals are great too depending on how you want to consume your goodies.

First time visiting and I will definitely come here first from now on. Always good to meet someone from the same area I'm from.
