After a horrible customer service experience yesterday, I wanted to give this establishment a two star rating. But after today, my experience with Casey changed that. He had a big smile on his face, and he was willing to answer any questions I had. I will try again and hope the experience goes well.Thank you Casey!You made all the difference.I also wanted to add a suggestion of weed. The current 6$ PreRoll is outstanding !

It's a good thing that the Cannabis is quality, because the customer service really sucked. The check in crew were a little too preoccupied with finishing their own conversation to properly welcome two new customers, and they barely even made eye contact with either of us. Once we got inside, I couldn't tell which budtenders we're busy or not. I had to ask one of the young ladies if she was available. In hindsight, I chose poorly. I was there as a first time customer and to check out a different dispensary; maybe if I had said that, she might've acted different, but I doubt it. I was in search of pre-rolls, which is my favorite method to consume Cannabis. When I asked if there were any deals or specials on pre-rolls, she explained the deals like other tenders I've dealt with in the past at other places. Pretty standard stuff. When I said I was on a budget and really didn't want to get four, maybe two, she immediately lost interest in me or my wants. Everything but my fiancé and I became more interesting at that point: carrying on conversations with other customers, showing us videos about accessories that we don't want or need, and laughing it up with other employees. I almost just told her to forget about it and walked out, but I drove all the way from the other side of town to check this place out. Whether or not any of this was intentional is irrelevant; Jen just couldn't be bothered with us, and instead of asking me about my preferences and needs, she just flipped the computer screen around and left me to pick from strains I'd never heard of or experienced before, and I had to interrupt her conversation to ask what the color codes meant. After my experience today at Mynt North, I found it really fucking hilarious that my bag says "votes Reno's best dispensary". Really? On what day? Because it sure as shit wasn't today. No thanks, Mynt, I'll just go back to The Dispensary, where they take customer service seriously.

This location has certainly gone downhill from the great start they had upon opening; their inventory is slim, having spent 3 visits in a row NOT having what online menu shows; and twice now, ZERO prerolls on hand and in stock! Their prices have gone up as well; will gladly drive the extra distance past Mynt for better prices and inventory!

Had the worst experience. The bud tender had no useful information, no recommendations, and just had no knowledge whatsoever, and she had a TERRIBLE attitude. I Have never been treated like this from a dispensary ever, even if you didn't have what I needed, there were no recommendations and felt very shocked on the whole experience. I had to go to another dispensary, where although they also didn't have what I needed, they recommended what to do to replace my issue, by still getting their product and even buying an edible, because I felt helped and listened to, and she had knowledge and great attitude while solving my problem, because of how useful this other bud tender was. Regardless of the product, it's about the experience and customer service!Please train your employees to think outside the box and to work on their attitudes when dealing with a problem and solution.

Garbage customer service. Cant actually get a weedmaps order processed in a timely manner. Inventory online doesnt reflect current stock. Absolutely pathetic. Hire more people if you are going to offer online ordering. Reef dispensaries actually take care of their customers If something is out of stock. Get your stuff together.....

Very poorly ran company.  A portion of the staff is helpful and friendly while a few have to spoil it for the whole bunch. These rotten few talk condescendingly, refuse to help with situations when it's something they need to resolve on their end, and make up negative things about customers and then talk to other customers about it!  If we're all just trying to have peace and get along what's with all the aggression from the employees and security? Why are security guards reaching for guns when a customer asks about who to talk about resolving a situation.  There's no place in the world for people like this. I wish I could give negative stars.

This place is extremely understaffed they have people it literally just sit around in the back not sure what they do instead of being upfront in the actual store where they could be having all their windows open avoiding 20 minute wait times for a customer. I love flower, and just about everything this place sells is dry and a rip off, plus just about 90% of what they sell is packaged so you can't see what it looks like and you can't tell if it's dense or dry. Honestly I want to see what I'm purchasing before I buy it and I've never purchased flour anywhere even before the dispensaries were around without looking at the flower from an individual or place of business. I know it's probably not their intention to be shady but it isn't a good way to gain your customers trust by hiding the appearance of your product from your customer. Never going here again, go into town I know it's a little bit of a drive but you will be much happier and pleased when you realize that places like the dispensary and Jade have numerous amounts of product not only flower for you to visually see and look at but not touch, because of COVID-19. You will get a good grasp for what you are looking at and not feel like you are being ripped off!

Genuinely one of the worst places. They will send you deals and then not honor them. They will make you feel like shit for asking for the price they advertise. I was scoffed at by a manager when I asked about returning some sativa rosin that is harvested 10/19... and I wasn't told when buying. They will lie and charge you more than the person in front of you. My sister was even sold edibles that were on a flash sale and she paid full price because she trusted the budtender. I'm a huge fan of the dispensary and mynt until they started treating me like shit. You have to FIGHT for you deals and they will act like YOUR the asshole and getting them in trouble. I hope eventually they learn to advertise real deals and treat customers with SOME respect. 0/10

First and for most, this is by far the worst dispensary ever.  The bud tenders are very uneducated.  When I picked up a package, i was asked to not squeeze it at all due to it being dry and breaking apart.  When i commented on the dryness of the bud, he told me to put a tortilla in it.  Then tried to upsell another strain.  In their containers it looked purple and great.  None of it in my bag was purple and there were seeds everywhere.  When I returned and told them what happened, they told me I was lucky for getting the seeds.  The last time I went in, the girl helping me was very rude.  I was handed two containers of the same weed but different companies. One had a small window on the front of the box to view the bud.  I picked it up off the counter to inspect it and was told I cannot remove it from the counter.  When spending as much as you spend at these places, either be educational to point the customer in the right direction and allow them to see what they purchase.  I got a little pissy due to the way I was treated and then I was followed out by the manager till I got into my car.  I was not very rude, but my concept is, it's the same as anything you buy.  You check out the product.  Whether it be veggies, clothes, or bud I want the best for my buck.  For it being the only place in the area out here, it's sad we won't be returning.

They never seem to have what is advertised on their site.  The old switch and bait. The security guard is the most unfriendly person ever.  Just stands there and stares at you like your are doing something wrong.    Went in and they asked me to remove my prescription glasses.  When I asked why, they responded "so we know who we're dealing with." Didn't you just check my ID? When asked why the tax was 21% and not 18% they could not answer why.  I researched it myself and for those who would like to know, since they are in the unincorporated part of Reno Washoe County adds another 3 % to the state's 18% tax rate.

I had my rating a 5 star, but my experience today was awful. I lost my ID somewhere between inside and the car a few days ago when I came in. When I went back inside and asked if they found it they said no, so I made sure to ask if they would accept the DMV issued temporary. The two women at the front said yes as long as I have a picture ID to accompany it. Tonight when I went in, a very rude manager and receptionist told me they need an ID. I tried to explain to the manager that I lost my ID so all I have is a temporary and how the previous employee told me that I could use the temporary as long as it was state issued. She interrupted me and told me no once more. As I was walking out the door she yelled that I can also use a passport (which the first receptionist also told me) but I  found it irritating that I got mixed information and was interrupted by the manager. If she waited to say no AFTER I was finished talking I would not have been mad but this time around was shitty service. Next time I'm headed to a different dispensary, that's for sure.

I've been here a few times and I feel that their prices are pretty decent and definitely will be back. Would give it 5 stars but the guy that helped me out today seemed annoyed that I had a few basic questions. Maybe he was just over work which I get. I rushed to get out due to the annoyed employee and didn't realize he gave me the wrong change. Hope my $10 tip buys him a gram or something bc he needed it!

The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that I usually shop the other Mynt which is awesome, but unfortunately there was street construction going on write in front! So I thought I would try the Lemmon Valley shop, & What a difference, 1st you show your ID, then you go right in? them you are supposed to wait in a line for 20 minutes? then you get to the front of the line you finally get to pick out your order & pay for it & you're done! the CS here is not as good as my shop!

Been to this location numerous times. Always a good experience. I've had multiple bud tenders that are always very knowledgeable and offer good suggestions. Very professional and calm environment.I've never seen anyone else have a bad experience while I was in there. Most people are having conversation and know there customers on a first name basis even without looking your name up on the computer. One of the better dispensaries in town. Will be back often. You guys are doing great. Haven't let me down yet

This is the only dispensary in the North Valley's area. Customer service is great. Wyatt always knows what's going on...info is always on point. Only downfall is the hours. Please, extend the hours on the weekdays! Overall experience...A+!

Look I get that covid is messing everything up for every body.  But I just spent an hour on hold waiting to place an order (because the website is broken and I can't order online) and when it was FINALLY my turn, THEY HUNG UP ON ME.  Now I'm on hold again.EDIT:  THEY JUST DID IT AGAIN!  I finally got to the front of the line and they hung up on me AGAIN.  SCREW YOU, MYNT!Resume the rest of the original review:I would also like to note that I got up to #4 at least 3 different times, only to be bumped back down the line.  So I was like #4 for a few turns then suddenly I'm #6 again, then finally make it back to #4, then I'm #5.  Back to #4 and back up to #6.EIther somebody there is picking their friends out of the line and attending to them first or your phone system is broken.I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a guess based on my experience so far - they're not going to have anything off the menu currently in stock.  Given that it's already broken and can't take orders, my estimation is that it's also wrong.I guess I will never know now because I'm NOT spending another hour on the freaking phone so that they will hang up on me for a THIRD time.

UPDATE TO JESS:If you had actually READ my review, you'd see that it was the owner I dealt with via email. Not a supervisor. Checking my identity is not the same as someone looking you in the eye and saying, "So you're the one!" Checking my identity involves looking at my ID, something that was already done when I entered your store. And, too, that doesn't involve grilling me as to why I got free flower. Sorry, Pal: you just made it worse. Way to go! *****Owner contacted me and offered me compensation. She explained that sometimes they're busy and use the receptionist to help out, that's why they may not be educated. Seriously?  I come to see a bud tender. Not a receptionist. So I went back in and asked for 3 different strains, they were out of all three. Hearing my frustration, a guy at the counter next to me says, "Don't even bother going downtown. They're out of everything too. They always are."Wow. So the owner asked if I'd be willing to go downtown to pick up, said she'd reserve the strain I wanted. Went in, place was crazy busy but surprisingly the line moved fast, and the people seemed cool. As we were waiting to go in with a bud t, a patient stands up, says, "This place s*cks, as always, f this," and walks out. Wow. Not a good sign. When I get inside I give the budtender my name and tell him there was flower waiting for me per the owner. He checks his computer, then asks me to wait a second. He brings over who I assume is manager, and the guy says, "So you're the one!" Huh? I'm the one...what? I've got a reputation in a place I've never been? Then he quizzes me and asks why I get free flower. Excuse me, but that's none of his business. The owner was handling it. So I email the owner to ask what that was about, it unnerved me a bit. That's when she gets upset and tells me they've done everything to try to help me and I'm "still not happy." If she had actually listened, she'd have heard the compliments I did provide.  Anyone being spoken to the way that manager spoke to me would ask what was up. What was said behind my back to get him to say, "So you're the one!"?Forget that. I wish I'd never taken the compensation. This owner doesn't want to acknowledge that her dispensaries are terrible, as is her incompetent staff. In her mind, the customer is the issue. Which tells me they don't need any more of my business. Buyer beware. Go to The Dispensary, Silver State Relief, even Reef in Sun Valley, as small as they are, are better than this place. Don't tell the owner if you're not happy. She'll put the blame on you. My poor review will stand.

I took my daughter to a he Lemmon Valley, North Valley Mynt. Ordered came out on the way home realized they did not fill order properly, went back to get proper order because she opened it before noticing the error, they basically said "too bad". This the last time we will be going to Mynt. Too many other dispensaries that are user friendly and not so rude. When I went back in there was 3 girls at front check in and they were so rude.

I have never been in a MYNT. I don't use the products they sell but today I was next door (getting another amazing sandwich) and thought I would stop in. My dad has terminal cancer and just came home on Hospice yesterday.I was greeted by a very friendly man at the front desk. I told him it was my first time and he quickly got me signed up and gave me a coupon for a free edible since I was a first timer...pretty cool.I went to the back and was waved over by Gretchen...wow she was fantastic. I explained my situation with my dad and that I wanted something to help my dad, mom and maybe even me...sleep and relax a bit. She went over my options and tried to explain THC and CBD.  I settled on two different gummy chews, one with THC and one without.If I ever need to purchase anything like this again I would feel comfortable coming back here.  The customer service was just fantastic...Gretchen was so sweet.

Back on 10/14 The manager with blue hair at the North location had an issue with where I parked, I moved the car. Then I proceeded to counter, but there was an error with pricing.   Instead of correcting my purchase, the mgr grabbed my stuff threw it to the next girl and asked her to fix it - then she demanded I sit and wait.   When I refused to sit, she threaten to "make me come back tomorrow" when I responded upset she proceeded to  86 Me and threw my ID at me! I've tried calling & emailing because I have video proving this mgr was clearly having a bad day and I did not deserve to be 86.  Flash forward to today, 11/17 no one has responded to my email or calls.  So, I attempted an online order - and was called and informed I am banned ??  But yet no one from management has spoken to me? I decided after being a loyal client I'd rather pay more and drive across town than to be belittled and treated like a POS by a disgruntled employee!  Beware - management does not care about their clients

DONT WASTE MONEY ON THE KYND DISPOSABLE PENS, THEY ARE DEFECTIVE.I highly recommend contacting the state at this email CCBInvestigations@ccb.nv… should you have any concerns that pertain to the law. Seems like Mynt likes to blame things on the "law" but their staff isn't actually educated on what the laws are.I emailed Mynt directly about my poor experience and have yet to receive a response. I've attached screen shots. I did get a response from the state as well saying that there's no such law.

I came in, asked some chick with a cat mask for SVC Rose Gold - chick gave me Green Tea which makes me sick for some reason. I went back cuz I noticed it after home, and found out. Oh sorry cannot help, never trust this place to do you good ever. Downtown or Lemmon valley. Go to The Dispensary on Plumb, they will love you and serve you RIGHT.Edit: I am following Alicia S. Example to review every outlet, she got the same treatment I got exactly - go read it.

They always have some great deals on high quality products. I got a half zip (2 types) delivered for 91.00 USD. That's an unbeatable deal for safe, legal access to lab tested cannabis, and they delivered inside 3 hours! I have huge respect for that level of commitment to consumers. I recommend ordering from a laptop instead of a smart phone because their website isn't 100% mobile friendly.

There was about a 10 minute wait to get in on 6/29/2021, but I guess it was a busy time of day. I was served by Angela who treated me right and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product I received and I got it at a very good price. Will be back the next time I am in the Reno area.

I bought a THC syringe, with absolutely NO clue as to how to use it. I called MYNT (Reno) and was handed to the most knowledgeable young lady I have spoken to in this industry.( And there have been more than a few) She answered a question I didn't even know I had! Thank you RACHELLE ?

This place is horrible and true liars I been gave my number for points 3 weeks ago twice and today on July 18 2021 I go in and be told I have 0 points and I give more than 5 dollar tips when I come in this place wont get another dime from me because they clearly lie about everything points and all and than expect to be tipped thats a reward to me u get tipped when u give great or good customer service. I will make sure when my family vacation here from jersey and Florida this wont be a place to go. And yes they still will get service from others just not me and my family i don't know the guy with the tattoos on his arms and black fingernail polish on very unprofessional in my eyes customer service means make customers happy he did not

They got me in fast which was nice but one of the items I purchased was labeled a different price online so I wasted more than I originally planned. Not to mention the strain I ordered was out so employee replaced it with another strain and didn’t even go through the properties of the strain she volunteered for me to see if I really wanted it. It felt like I was being rushed out, I’ve been to every dispensary in Reno and I have never experienced this. As if it couldn’t get worse, another eighth I purchased did not include no testing sticker at all so she could’ve given me any random strain and there’s no way I can tell. the only thing I’m kind of happy about is the sales, the accurate ones at least.
