My order wasnt delivered until next day, but they have a new system to adjust to which is understandable. Dylan has been my driver a few times now and hes great. My orders have been accurate and the product is decent quality.
Do not shop here. Ordered online with my phone today and went to pickup. They do not take debt cards any longer. Had to run to the bank and get cash. When I went back they snidely said sorry we don't give change (no mention of that when I left to get the cash) so I guess I'm getting a $13 tip. Go to Rise. You will have a better experience.
Friendly staff and convenient but not great quality product. I have been buying mostly pre-rolls from them, and every single one runs bad. And their thc percentages are higher than they actually are, sometimes by almost 10%. The test/harvest dates are different on the labels as well, but I didn't snap a pic of that. The online ordering doesn't go through most of the time so you're sitting there, likely stoned, having to remember and repeat orders to them. Also make sure you remind them the recycled bags give you a discount, as they won't give you the discount if you don't specifically say so. Would rather go back to private dealers than pay extra money for bad quality and customer service.
Spent days trying to get an order in. Finally did, the driver (who was super sweet gotta say) let us know when he'd be here in about an hour/hour & a half. Dropped it off, my Husband opened it up & one of our items was wrong. That's a big *sorry bout ya!* situation, you're not getting a hold of anyone. So placed another order (has to be $75 or more worth to get delivery) the next day, we figured we'd shell out more cash as we needed what we had actually ordered. When we got a call, turned out, they were about to deliver the exact same mistake that had been done the day before. My Husband was told to just cancel the whole order & start over. So he did. That was yesterday, they never showed, never contacted us, nothing. So it's now almost 2:00 the next day & we've heard nothing. We dont know what to do at this point. Make another order if we even can? Wait longer? A simple text to give us a heads up would be cool. I get that everything's crazy, but this place is failing harder than any other place we've dealt with. Chili's has their poop in a group better than this place. We dont have much choice with all this virus stuff going on, but after its over, we'll be taking the drive elsewhere. Spent $140 for the wrong stuff, then left hanging when we are willing to pay for their mistake. Sucks to say, cause they really are so super friendly.
Most of the product and prices are pretty good and most of the in person staff is very kind, helpful and patient, however I can only give 3 stars because of the curbside pickup. There usually seems to be a miscommunication between security and whoever is inside receiving the info. I've never had issues with the guys checking me in, but there have been numerous times I've come to pick up my order and I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get it. I think last time it was literally an hour. I understand that it gets busy, but when I'm seeing car after car pull in after me and they're only waiting 5 minutes for they're order while I've been sitting in my car for over a half an hour watching them come and go and then apologetically security comes back to my car and we do the check in process all over again and it keeps happening there is definitely some kind of issue somewhere. If it weren't for that problem I would give it a higher rating.

They really need to get a hold of their advertising and customer service issues. I dont expect a bunch of stoner mouth breathers to have exquisitely trained staff but talking over and down to disgruntled customers (that have been customers since you freakin opened) and not offering a solution beyond 'we ran out of the coupon. Sucks to suck. Pay us more or dont shop here.' is amateur hour. If you have a limited coupon, you stop advertising it when you run out, jaggaloons. Its 2020. Social media marketing is a job a chimp could do. One tweet or an automated text away. "Hey guys, no more MPX coupons! We apologize. Please Contact us to change your order." Too easy. But apparently not for these clowns.Not surprised to find out the owner, Richard Nightingale, being sued into extinction in Reno for scumbaggery. Good riddance. Ya bums.
Made us wait 30 minutes then said they couldn't serve us cos it was past 10. Do not ever come to this place.
I have tried Sierra well three times now and each time the experience has been worse than the last. The first time I received the completely wrong product (which btw they won't take back once it's handed over to you). The second time I waited thirty minutes outside for my order and finally had to leave as I was going to be late for an appointment and the third time they refused to give any change so I had to leave, go get change and come back and wait in line once again. I understand the website says bring exact change but Rise also says that and ALWAYS gives me change as the total usually changes from either tax or discounted products. I will stick to Rise from now on or The Dispensary in Reno.
If I could leave loss than zero stars....I would. After calling and calling ,I gave up. You guys are rip offs period. A mismanaged cannabis retail store,that does indeed ..NOT....I repeat....NOT....care one bit about their customers. This manager who wrote the little reply to my first post, did it to cover themselves. Never once a reply to my many messages.......not available... never returns my messages. I suggest keeping your money and spend it in a cannabis store that treats you right.. It might not happen soon, but count on it.
If you're not gonna bother using your pre order window why the fuck do you have one? I did my preorder, 30 minutes ahead of time and yet STILL got stuck waiting behind everyone else who doesn't know what the fuck they want? You people suck, and so does your checkin person.
Blonde girl who sometimes works in the little check in windows is by far the love of my life. Great place. 10/10. Visit almost daily.
I have been a medical patient for many years and was an original customer when Sierra Wellness opened in Carson City. I left town for a few years and returned only to find those days are long gone. They used to have great customer service and great product. Now, they just suck! Customer service is out and product is dry. I recived a 7g order of shake opened in the secuity package. Today I placed an order and confirmed a time for pick up. I got there and was told I didn't have an order in even though I had my text messages saying My order was ready. I'm really done with Sierra Wellness and would rather go to Rise for a better all round experience or drive to Reno.
Great dispensary with amazing product. I usually get delivery and the order's always perfect. Sometimes it can be hard to get through during busy times, but just leave a message and they'll call you back. The point system is awesome. I've literally saved over $200 because of it. An excellent establishment dedicated to serving amazing bud.
It's a brave new world to have such people in it. The staff here is great, very helpful and very high energy. Their products are great. The website is buggy. I suggest they not attempt to reinvent the wheel and design a website that works at least part of the time.
I'm now on hour 24 of waiting, after putting an order in yesterday morning. Received my "your order is being processed" at noon yesterday. I get a call at 8:30In the evening (12 hours after the order was placed, which yes, I get it, it's gonna take longer due to high order demands) but was told I had 5 orders in front of me and he should be here within 45 minutes, so roughly 9:15ish... It's now 8:30am the following morning and I haven't heard a word from Sierra. I don't know if the driver got hurt? If my order was canceled. No clue. I understand and am sympathetic towards the situation since it's unprecedented times we're in, but please just keep the people informed. Had I heard even a, "hey it's getting to late to deliver tonight, please place another order in the morning" SOMETHING PLEASE. Waitied around past 10:30pm before finally just giving up and going to sleep. Hopefully he didn't come after! *UPDATE* just got a text saying they're now out of the 1/4 I was ordering!! Haha GREAT!! It was there yesterday when my order got put in, but now out today. Going back to Rise
Seriously...... get your crap together. It shouldn't take 45 minutes in the express lane to pick up a pre order. Your constantly out of every damn edible. Even the ones that sell well- you won't even restock them. Your prices are too damn high and you only let 1 person back at a time?!? Jesus Christ! Have you ever seen how a functioning dispensary is run? This place is a joke. Rise is not much better but at least they can keep stock
This is some bullshit I was standing in line for over an hour in the hot ass sun because anyone with a medical card don't have to wait in line that stupid as hell they should do a separate side for medical patients
They are friendly and nice but it's a little disorganized. I guess I'm spoiled because I felt like it was a slow going and the prices were fair to good. It will likely run out of the specials so go early or pre order.
Hello there, very disappointed in your crummy store in Carson City. I have been there three times trying to buy from you. The other two times I went the place was so disorganized I wound up leaving making no purchase. Today I see you have the Vert Snickerdoodle Brownies which I like. I order them online. Every other dispensary will send a text when the order is completed. I never got a text so I called in to find out and again very disorganized. No one really knew anything about online ordering other than to tell me my order was ready. I was told the reason I didnt get a text was because I must have entered my phone number incorrectly when I signed up. Which is incorrect my phone number was entered correctly. Whatever, I went to get my order and it worked out OK I checked my receipt and it looked fine so I left. I live in Lake Tahoe I get all the way home and open the little bag and no Vert Snickerdoodle brownie. Receipt says so and I paid for it - so now what ? Drive all the way back to Carson City so you can correct your mistake? I will drive back to Carson City tomorrow but it will be to go Rise where everything always works out fine - Sierra Wellness sucks and I will tell everybody. Very disappointed

Very crappy customer service and inflated prices. If you are happy here, try another dispensary and you will see what I mean. Selection was alright I guess if I had to say something not negative

I happen to be in Carson City and went to Sierra well. The place was chaotic and on organized and the people were very rude and unhelpful and more interested in their personal lives and their cell phones than anything else. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they're all high at work. I don't know who runs this business but you need to get your employees in check. Someone needs to speak to the owner or human resources because I have never been to a place that has been so disorientated rude and chaotic and more interested in their personal lives than their customers
My friend bought 8 pre-rolls of various kinds at their 5.00 pre-roll sale, and 4 pre-rolls so far are either not very smokable or missing product (shorted). You get what you pay for in this instance. They offered to make it right, if we brought it back but it's just a lot more work than we need being that it's a 45 minutes drive for us. My friend is emptying the weed into her pipe instead. The other complaint is that the weed here (i.e. her favorite, White Sangria) isn't what it is at other stores. She explained that it tastes like chemicals were present. She won't be going back. I gave it two stars because of the sale, and because they were offering to make it right.
I use to love coming to this place. Friendly smiles, polite and happy staff, but god has that changed. The staff has become rude and uneducated. I seriously can't get over how nasty the staff member was that I just experienced. I personally work in customer service, I get that some people suck, but I was nothing but nice to her and she had a terrible attitude. I will start giving my business elsewhere.
I scheduled for a 1-2pm deliver. Got a text at a 11:04am that the delivery driver was 11 minutes from arriving to my house. Since I was expecting my delivery at the schedule time, and had heard from no one about a change, I was forced to drive like a bat out of hell to the bank, where I could only get $20 bills. This would mean the driver, who was supposed to call before delivery and didn't, would receive a very large tip of nearly $15. The problem was not my fault, and I didn't feel it fair to have to tip the driver. Driver said he could not make change. I get Sierra Well's rules about change, but really....you inconvenience me and refuse to make change, and will take a tip for inconveniencing me?When I asked the driver why no one called, he blamed Sierra Well saying they were supposed to call. I called Sierra Well and spoke to Kyle who said the driver is supposed to call. So, which is it? Finger pointing is always good for business. I showed the driver my call log, no calls from Sierra Well, no calls from the driver.If there is a change, I think a call is warranted. If there is a problem with my order, I think a call is warranted. Based on my past experience, there is a note in my account to call with any issues. Early delivery is an issue. Not being able to fulfill the exact order is an issue. I will say Monda who helped me to dealt with such issue on my account in the past is awesome, as is delivery driver Dylan. I feel like both of these individuals value my business. The rest of Sierra Well could care less.I called and asked to speak to Monda. She is out until later in the afternoon. I was put in touch with Kyle who I made my complaint with. Kyle told me the driver was supposed to call me due to the change in time of delivery.The driver is supposed to return at the scheduled time this afternoon. I have exact change now. I hope they send a different driver.I will update this review based on the outcome of my delivery. At this point a 1-star review is a bit much.UPDATE: Same delivery driver called before my scheduled delivery time to assure I would be home. He arrived shortly after. I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars.
Weed is okay. The last time I was there, the person who came to my car was an ass hole! Like it was my fault for purchasing weed from Sierra wellness! If this is the kinda employees they hire I'll take my business elsewhere and I recommend everyone else to do the same. Customer service is -5 stars and the weed is about a 2. Buyer beware! Just sell the weed and don't be a jerk about it.

From Arizona and this would be my first visit but definitely not my last!! The security was nice outside and Sayde was also very nice and extremely helpful!! Loved our Freebies and the service!! Thank you for our AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! So happy we saved waiting to go to a dispensary on our visit until this one!! You made this visit to Carson that much better;)!

This was my first time in and wow the manager Ryan went above and beyond for me! My dad is sick in the hospital and needed some edibles, Ryan knew exactly what to pick out for him and within hours my dad was feeling so much better. Super yummy elderberry gummies and an RSO for my dad plus I got myself a nice little pre roll I'm about to spark up. Thank you again Ryan I so appreciate the hospitality! Of course things are different now with COVID so there's windows and mics to talk through when you walk in and it was fairly busy around noon on a Wednesday but all the staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this dispensary!
It's messed up to advertise a free pre roll with a $50 purchase but fail to mention it's only applicable at the Reno location.Then when I call to ask why, I get a rude answer like I should've known that.Bitch, you should've advertised it correctly. You may have lost my business forever, that's just wrong.
I don't understand the low reviews. This place is amazing! I come here all the time with my service dog! The staff there is always so kind and always so welcoming. When ur going through something the security guards r always helpful with advice especially Michael. The staff there is always so kind with advice on weed and they r always educated on everything! Tbh no complaints here. I will keep coming in all the time! I love the place, love the staff, please don't change staff much because u have an amazing team already
Price you get on line for curb side seem to always be different from what's on their receipt. So print yours at home. Strangely my points dropped from 22,000 to 3000 overnight without a purchase.
2 to 4 hour delivery = SIX hours3 to 5 hour delivery = SIX hoursWhen they mess up and it is brought to their attention, they are so kind and apologetic, then drop all balls. They don't label their products. They throw the labels (stickers with all the IMPORTANT information) in the bag but don't affix it to the product, so if you have more than one product without labels...good luck knowing what you got! The label on the flower bottle, from the growers are worn off and you can't read them. Hydro. All three Hydro brand bottles are unidentifiable. So, 6.5 hour delivery+ no labels = poor business. When this was brought to their attention, I was told that they would be throwing in a pre-roll and 20% off my next order. I placed my next order for delivery, online, and informed them of the agreement. I was told that since the employee that made the agreement with me was not working at that time they would not honor it! Seriously? That's a good idea make customers promises that are only to be honored on the days certain employees are working. That makes a lot of sense. The employee that I talked to that offered to fix the situation told me that he put everything in my account and the computer. I was also told that a manager would call me and they never did. Just a bummer because most of the employees are super nice and chill, but the overall quality and business is poor.

So I recently went back to this place and while in some respects it seems much improved, I had a very odd interaction with the bud tender which left me stuck with an ounce of something it turns out it is UNSAFE for me to use as intended.This time I didn't get the CBD hard sell, perhaps pursuant to recreational sales becoming legal. And everybody seemed very polite - right up until I was actually checking out.I usually buy shake but apparently this is the very last time I will ever buy shake because it is not the same. She brought out these two little flat packets and I asked what it was. She said it was the shake. I asked her to check the amounts - these packets were VERY small and I'm used to 1/2 oz coming in something about the size of a jelly jar, not a little 2x3ish flat packet.She immediately got all aggro with me and started reciting to me in a nasty tone of voice "you can return it if you don't want it ... you can return it if you don't want it ... " without ever actually addressing what I was trying to ask, which was how could I get some idea of how finely they've ground this stuff up now. My disability is largely cognitive, with severe deficiencies in making goals or decisions and being able to track time. I don't make snap decisions well any more. In fact I don't make them AT ALL. I only have 2 speeds in such a situation where I'm being browbeaten or ignored by someone - ramming speed, and doormat speed. Since I am not a jackass, I get walked on a lot these days. A LOT.So basically I was balanced on a razor's edge and being forced to make a decisions (return or not) without having the information to do so properly (eg how finely ground is this stuff?). It was either going to take me a half an hour to decide what I should get INSTEAD, or I was going to go home with what I already had, plus being subjected to the bud tenders rude disdain. Now keep in mind, last time I bought shake ANYWHERE (including here) it was broken off bits of varying size that I ground myself for vaping. So I thought "how bad could it be?"REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD, that's how bad it could be.I did not know it at the time and the bud tender wouldn't TELL me, but shake at Sierra Wellness is now just this side of powder. I have 3 different vapes and you can't use this shit in ANY of them. It will literally just fall through the screen as you inhale and you will be inhaling tiny bits of whole weed. I had to add a second screen, and the 2nd screen clogs up a lot faster than the first one because the particles combine with the vaped resin which cools as it moves, then it coats the 2nd screen and sticks there, making a nice sticky trap for the next bits of weed coming down the stem.This stuff is terrible. I've seen bigger particles in cheap tea bags. The only thing its good for would be medibles (plenty of surface area to infuse into butter or something) or rolling joints. Because it will just fall through a stainless steel screen so you are breathing weed rather than vape, or smoke from a bong or pipe.I would like to give them some credit for the packaging, but after having the stuff around for awhile, nope. No kudos here either. The shake comes in these plastic lined black ziploc baggies. It does seem to do a slightly better job of retaining moisture, but the problem is that the tiny bits of shake stick to EVERYTHING inside that bag. The sides look fuzzy with tiny particles of powdered weed. It must be some combination of lack of static control and the tiny tiny size of the particles.While we're at it, I'd like to note that there is no way for the person who responded last time that she couldn't find any notes on my account, just how the hell would you have any idea of who I even am? There is no way she could have looked up MY actual account since she has no idea who I am. No idea what she was trying to accomplish lying like that.As for her claim that they package and sell quickly, the stuff I got was packaged 4 days short of 5 months prior to the date of purchase. Nearly 5 months old by the time it got to me, the customer. That's PACKAGING, not harvesting, so it was ground up and shoved into a plastic baggie 5 months before I bought it.
The flower here is almost always perfect. But after tonight I'm a bit disappointed. This is the second time I have asked for a certain strain and been sent home with a different one than I asked for. Of course by the time I get home and notice this mistake, it's late, no one is answering the telephone line and I am now forced to make another trip across town to possible receive the product I originally requested. Will being going to other dispensary's in the area for a while, unfortunately.
Jake assisted me tonight in picking up some stiizy pods. Jake was very helpful and was able to honor a sale they had going on with the products I was picking up. Security was surprisingly nice as well. Usually I feel like I'm going in a concentration camps with the way security handles you. Thanks again jake will definitely be back every time I come visit Reno.
I wouldn't step foot in that racist dispensary.. horrible staff full of the worst human beings. I will never support insidious racism, and thanks yelp for not having my back, these people get away with treating people like shit but they sell cannabis so who cares.
I went on a Sunday evening. Place is super impersonal. you walk up to a glass window and have to pick out what you want from a binder. Little interaction and advice. It really feels like you are doing a drug deal. I won't go back.
I come here the most out of all the dispensaries I've been to in town, this place has got the best prices and deals! Aside from the Reno location, there's also one in Carson City! The Reno location is decent, right in front of the hospital. Parking lot is a one-way and can get pretty packed without any available, but they have definitely renovated and maximized Sierra Well. You can sign up for their rewards texts, which they send you a text of their current deals every other day or so. Today, I just got 3 full-gram prerolls for $18! They have had deals like $5 prerolls or 5 full-gram prerolls for like $27 or something. Flowers, concentrates, edibles...they have it all! They have a pretty good amount to select from. You can even check out the products they have on display. Customer service is beyond! I feel so welcomed here, and such a laid back environment. I don't know her name, but she's the best and nicest budtender I've ever met! She even remembered what we talked about during my last visit, which was last year. Love this dispensary, two thumbs up.
We'll start off positive, the pot is great. Love the variety there is and some strains even have grams. The last time I ordered delivery the driver was prompt and courteous to me which I appreciated with the issue I had prior to his delivery. Now heres the bad, spots for delivery today, March 17, 2021 says they have open slots but kept giving me an error that they weren't. I called, young lady was a bit rude about it. Says it must be my browser or my cookies which makes no sense lol. My husband is an IT, so I know alot about how computers and networks work. This issue is with your site. Fix it so no one else has to spend 30 minutes trying to put an order. Even Las Vegas dispensaries have the functionality to display "No slots available." But I appreciated her answering my question even though she came off rude Maybe a bad day for her? I placed an order for pickup, 1245 AM to 0100 PM. Got there at 1245 sharp. And waited 25 minutes for my order lol. Several people came for pickup after me and my order??? Still unseen until 1:10 PM and yes I counted and tracked because this is supposed to be prompt. That's how good businesses run. Once the guy came out he scanned my ID then I guess realized he grabbed the wrong order. Another 5 minutes went by, now we are at 30 minutes for ONE eighth. Yes you read that right lol, ONE, SINGULAR eighth. The guy came back gave my order, took $60 and did not return with my change. At this point I'm now officially frustrated. I had to go park in another spot and get out to retrieve my change. And ask about the preroll that's owed to me from the last delivery. I was told last delivery by a great worker there that they had been out and to ask for it the next time again. I walk up and a lady Security guard listened to my concern, yes I was fustrated but never once coped an attitude here. I alway try to give the benefit of the doubt. She calls a supervisor and I wait again, 5 minutes (35 minutes now) he comes out and approaches me somewhat aggressively and when I explained the situation he speaks to me like I was causing a problem. Again, did not cope an attitude beginning to end of my explanation to him. The preroll, says they are still out and very rude about it and takes my receipt to get my change. 5 minutes again (40 minutes). He comes out, hands me my change and leaves. I am not sure how he's a supervisor, but clearly theres not much competition for the position. He was rude and offered nothing in place of the preroll that I have added the promo to my cart THREE times. The pot is great and again, I love the variety. But because this man approached me in such an aggressive way and spoke so rudely I will be taking my business elsewhere. There was no need for his demeanor, I was fustrated but I never spoke rudely throughout this whole encounter. I made no I'll comments, simply asked for my change and if I could get the preroll I keep not getting. And to be honest, should of just acted like a ***ch because I was well within my right to do so. This whoooole thing took 40 MINUTES. I repeatedly keep not getting my preroll. And you, Mr. "Supervisor" were very rude. Will not be visiting again and I do highly recommend MYNT Dispensary as they have the BEST customer service and they are on second st as well! Here's the lesson folks: the grass (or weed) is not always greener on the other side. Will be going back to MYNT was never treated like this there.

They are not answering calls or texting service nor are they checking the voicemail and calling customers back! I placed an order yesterday, was promised I would have my delivery sometime this morning and yet nothing has happened nor has anyone come. I know this coronavirus thing as bad but still the point being is I was promised my order would be here this morning and no one has even bothered to call or come by. I put in my order yesterday at noon, it is now after 4 pm the following day. Completely unacceptable! Especially for someone who needs the medicine for pain!!!
Great experience here! You have to check in with your license at the front desk first then get called to the back where all the goodies are at! They have a very friendly staff, the girl sitting up in the front lobby was awesome and had great insight about Reno and the places around here! The girl in the back was very friendly to us as well. They had a lot of different kinds of buds that are in small containers that you can smell and see with a magnifying glass, it is a bit PRICY ($$$$) but it's because Nevada has very different laws & taxes for flower. We paid $89 for 3 pre-rolled full gram (1 gram) joints, they were perfectly rolled and tasted great! We also bought a birthday cake flavored white chocolate bar totally worth the money!
During the covid-19 pandemic, I decided to give their delivery service a try regarding all the bad reviews on their delivery service and let me tell you that they delivered as promised unlike blum who is trying to take all business by lying saying "same day delivery" but can't deliver as promise with no communication. Placed an order last night at 10pm and delivery time will be 4:30 pm the latest the next day. They delivered it around 11:55am which was perfect! I highly recommend this place during the pandemic. After placing an order you'll get a text saying "your order is being processed" and upon delivery they will give you a notice and a call to confirm and it wasn't a lie. I'll rate the quality of their buds(flowers) a 7/10 but my review is base on overall satisfaction which i will give 4 stars and this is coming from a person who rate alot of 1 star reviews on establishment. Order minimum for delivery is $75 before tax unlike other place is $100. I stay out here close to south reno and they deliver from 2nd st WOW!!! Order a 1/8 and 1/4oz and that will last me for a while and now I'm a happy camper and will continue to do business if business continues to run like this. Thank you for the fast service. Almost forgot upon delivery is cash only no debit/credit card, not an issue for me but might be for others, just a heads up.
DELIVERY SERVICE SUCKS! Been a loyal customer here for over 2 years. With the coronavirus pandemic and ordering delivery, it has been a NIGHTMARE. Place an order on 4/3 at 9am. Received a confirmation/preparation text at 10:45am. Waited around the ENTIRE day and never got a knock at the door or even a phone call. Called multiple times and left a voicemail...nothing. Today, 4/4, now almost Noon and still haven't heard a thing. Called numerous times and left multiple voicemails with 0 response. A horrible way to conduct your business and your customer service is atrocious. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now own.
Sierra Well is a perfect example of how a dispensary can go from average to one of the best in state. Since the expansion and some updates, it is noticeable that this is a top notch dispensary. First off, the parking is good. I have never had to look for a spot. When you walk in, the waiting room is very comfortable. They usually have a good amount of staff on hand as well and usually I haven't waited more than 5 minutes. The new showroom is awesome! Kyle and Benjamin were the budtenders that helped. Both very knowledgeable and had great customer service! I ended up getting a Bloom Farms night pen and an 8th of the Shango Grease Monkey which then got me the $99 deal which .5g of Tangerine Dream crumble. It was overall an awesome experience and will definitely be back again soon!
You're going to deal with the problems of Reno's dispensaries, but this is the store to visit. Yeah, let me start with all the bad that many other reviews have mentioned. The shake is pre-ground pretty finely, and the Nerds shake I got tasted horrendous through my vapes. I got high though; it worked. The employees are hit and miss, but it's even worse at SSR, and I've got some great budtenders here. LGBT+ safe also, wore my dress here once and didn't get any weird comments (I'm a genderfluid "male passing" dude). Finally, COVID has this place backed up, but I have NEVER waited for longer than 15 minutes in my car during a PM pickup. 2 free prerolls. Grams of decent cured resin for ~$26. $60 half ounces of actual flower with passable terps; just wait for a sale y'all. They, just like many Reno dispensaries, will not have accurate online percentages or terps. Never bank on those online figures. During COVID, it's bad that you can't always trust the online stock percentages, but someday in store purchasing will be normal again. Not much you can do when dispensaries can't possibly know whether or not the batch will run out by the time your pickup is packed. I was even called once when they ran out of a certain half ounce, and they replaced it with one that didn't appear available online that I wanted much more.Hey, and what about the good? This place has had instore visits for so long, and I love that it's actually been safe. The wait has been long, but I patiently waited a few times at the start of the pandemic. Everybody wants to complain, but they were doing their best at the time. Best sales in Reno; SSR has been lagging behind for years now. Plus, I'd rather buy from here than be upsold in the town's expensive dispos. Never been randomly upsold here. Free-est free delivery in Reno. Their shake also has some killer strains; the lemon venom shake that I got was awesome. Just put some grinder ground CBD or CBG at the bottom of your bowl if it's falling through the vape, silly.Look out for the Hippie Crippler & Lemon Venom sales. IMO that's their budget flower to look out for if it comes back. I miss this place now that I've moved back to Vegas. Vegas is the land of the $49 quarter; I'd do anything for this places deals' back.

I've only had curbside pick up from here but as far as the quality of the product goes it's been top notch and I lived in the Bay Area California for the past 32 years so I've had a lot to compare it to. This place has great product and a great selection. So far I have absolutely no complaints. The online ordering process was as simple and easy to set up. The only thing that could use improving is the accuracy of the online pricing. For some reason what my online order says the price is going to be is usually more then what I end up paying when I get to the location to pick up my order which is no problem but if it ever ends up costing more then what the online order total says then it may be a problem because there's times I only bring enough to cover what it tells me it's going to cost when ordering online. It would be nice if they took other forms of payment but I assume it has to do with how the laws work in this state but I'm not sure. Anyways, I definitely enjoy coming here for my cannabis needs and will keep coming here and I recommend this place to anyone looking for cannabis products. They have a great variety of items too, such as edibles, tinctures, flower, extracts, plenty of strains, and flavors too.
Lets start with security. Short rude guy who was so busy talking about how great Trump was and that we should move to a red state. Not the place to talk politics. The showroom isn't open like other places are.The older guy behind the counter was rude also. No real knowledge of the product and was really upset when we asked questions. I walked out without spending the 500 I had planned to spend.So, be prepared to talk politics with idiot security. But he's moving to Texas so, maybe he'll be gone. Black security was rolling his eyes at him the whole time. Then be prepared to be treated like a piece of shit inside.
Never had an issue with this place but I bought 2 really expensive carts, one messed up half way and was super hard to suck on and the second one was the same way, I brought in the second one since I didn't want to lose out on $100 but a man working there(may have been the manager cleaning) told me I couldn't get a new one or exchange it since "COVID". All he offered was a "discount". Every time I've purchased a cart from other dispensaries they never fail to say "bring it back if you have any issues", I felt like I could do that here but I GUESS NOT. Will not be coming back to this establishment.
Don't visit. I've gone twice now and both times the customer service and product knowledge was terrible. Extremely disappointed after being assured the product I was sold was comparable to another brand I love. Waste of 35 dollars as the preroll was badly rolled and completely un-smokeable. Second visit I was given the completely wrong item, after being assured this time they did have the brand I asked for. Bud tender turned her back as she placed the item in the bag, got all the way home now Out another 35 dollars. Just terrible.

One owner comes out bounce his head to my music then gives me a thumbs up Old ass 90 years old dude has his window down. Dreams turn down your music. I reply roll up your window he talks shit to me.I tell the old man mind his damm business. Old man on the phone with who idk I didn't care. Now two of wellness security guards from wellness asking me questions. Like I told the asshole white dude I'm minding my business breaking no laws I'm 10-2-6 never did he once approach the older asshole. Toy cop get your facts right before you approach another black woman minding her business
I would highly recommend not using this dispensary. I purchased an expensive bottle of CBD tincture from them. The bottle was extremely difficult to open. I used it twice, and had to struggle to open it both times. It's a push and turn dropper. After 2 uses, the bottle would simply no longer open, so now I have a full bottle of tincture that cannot be accessed. I explained this to the folks at the the dispensary, and their response was basically "too bad for you, there will be no exchange or refund for the faulty and therefore useless product that we sold you". This is an absolutely embarrassing level of customer service. There are plenty of dispensaries around. I plan on using one in the future that has at least a bare minimum of integrity and respect for their paying customers. I recommend you do the same.
From the lack of commmunication to the lack of organization from Sierra wellness, I had to rate both locations a one-star. If it was an available option I would have given this company a zero star rating it does not even deserve to still have its doors open.
I love this dispensary! I like how it is across from Renown so if I ever need my cannabis health products are available right across the street.I am a medical patient and I while I get to go ahead of the line, there is usually boisterous recreational customers in the co-mingled recreational /medical location, making it difficult to have a medical cannabis discussion.Friendliness and customer service are always presented to me by every employee. I like that I can study the website and narrow down my choices before entering the store. And sometimes there are really good unadvertised surprise deals.The store is always immaculate with the right amount of employees!The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noise and distraction for us medical cannabis patients!
As some of you may know...and some of you may not... I am a medical marijuana card holder and recipient.At a young age, I was subjected to pharmaceuticals. By the time I was a young teenager...I was addicted to pills. To complicate things, as a young adult, I developed Kienbock's disease and Gastroparesis. Kienbock's disease is a very rare bone disease where a bone in my left wrist died and had to be removed. My case was stage four. (Too far gone to bring back) and therefore surgically removed and replaced with metal pins. Hello nerve damage!Google these if you need more info on them.The doctors wanted to put me on pain management which we all know means a daily, and lifetime regiment of pills. That on top of the anxiety pills they already had me on and I realized, this kind of life was the last thing I ever wanted.Ever.I switched to medical cannabis for everything I was taking and never went back. Today I take zero pills for anything, and I use medical cannabis instead.I truly feel it saved my life.Enter Sierra Wellness. My favorite dispensary in town. With a wide arrange of concentrates, edibles, and flower, this place has a good selection! But what draws me to them even more is their social marketing guru, Eric Lee Castillo.Eric is constantly on top of the dispensaries marketing, including Facebook and Instagram. Making sure everybody knows about the deals going on for the day, and that everybody knows about the dispensaries in Reno and Carson in general. Sierra Wellness has really great deals too, and with a medical card you don't have to wait in the recreational line. They pull you in ahead of the rest. That on top of less taxes for products, and even special products you can only get with a medical card...I choose to keep my Med card even now that it's recreational. And Sierra Wellness is my favorite place to go!

I try to be very understanding because I know customer service can be difficult. However, I order for pick up often and on several occasions, my order and price has been changed without contacting me (which is a problem because they only accept cash and don't provide change). So, this past visit, I went inside to make sure they had what I wanted in stock. As soon as I got home, I noticed that some items were incorrect and I was actually missing a product. I have been trying to contact them, but have been unable to reach anyone. Any suggestions on how to rectify this issue?
I thought this would be a good place to go pick up my medical cannabis, But first they wouldn't accept my medical card so I had to get my printed recommendation even tho I've purchased online before (wasn't as bad as it sounds) but then after being cleared I walk through the door and they ask to see my I.D. Only for him(the guy at the door) to tell me I couldn't be in their and I had to leave I informed him that I was a medical user only for him to have to go ask a manager if it was ok for me to be in their (I was) but after that unpleasantness I did get to browse a little bit the same person helped me and even though I was irritated he was big help and the store does have a great and wide selections of buds and concentrates for good prices. Wouldn't recommend if you're a medical user under 21 but other than that great place to shop
Totally not impressed after I was called back! I sat in the lobby and read other reviews and got worried. It appears customer service and or customer care is bottom of their priority list! The gentleman asked what we were looking for, my husband was inquiring about their, very over priced, disposable pens. The guys was very uninterested in helping and eventually he casually just slipped away leaving us to have to ask another employee to take our order. Then the cashier wasn't any better! Their prices on the video screen is cool but doesn't make up for their lack of care or concern for customers and from reading the reviews doest seem willing to do anything about it! I will not be returning.
Ben is the best bud tender in Reno. My dumbass bought the wrong cartridge and he made the exchange process very easy and convenient for me. I strongly recommend coming to Sierra wellness as they actually care about their customers
I left with three grams (including a gram pre-roll) and only paid $20. Firstly, you receive a complimentary gram pre-roll for being a new patient. Also, I think that they had amazing prices, as well. These people were so polite and they even have a points system. I already earned 18 points from that visit alone. Finally, you receive $1 off of your order whenever you return with the bag originally provided by them during your first purchase. Places in Vegas could totally take an overwhelming amount of notes from this place...
Sierra wellness was a favorite dispensary but has continuously gotten worse with products, and customer service. Recently made a purchase through delivery and was extremely disappointed. The photo online is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, along with delivery taking 4 + hours. Regulated business should act appropriately, not WORSE than a street dealer.
Shit show . The security guard does not regulate when there's homeless outside stalking a customer doesn't do anything after the lady told her about it just laughed and continued I let the man smoke we thought he was in line like there was a VIP line or something ... like wtf . Walked in wasn't told about there being three windows just the one so we wait and then another customer cuts and goes to the second window . Confused as to where the security is inside to regulate and make things move faster and smoothly . Also came in at 10:45and am writing this review at 11:19 and still have yet to have my purchase in hand . The lady at the register was confused on the register and ended up realizing while checking us out she couldn't charge us because it was only cash so sent us to wait in line for another 20 minutes in the line just to be charged .... just to be charged .... everyone that came in before us is gone and I honestly don't know what happened for us to have this experience but don't waste your money on advice that isn't consistent. Absolutely horrible this is the second dispensary I came to since I moved to Reno because I'm trying to find a good one and I would recommend the dispensary or Blum instead of this typing this and it's now 11:25 and still in line so that should speak volume! HORRIBLE TAKE THE TIME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
While we understand it is a hectic time regarding COVID, we placed an order for delivery today at 10 am, confirmed at 12 pm and still no delivery or communication 8 hours later. We have tried calling, chatting and left a message with no reply. While we understand it it busy, we would have ordered elsewhere given the wait time/ possibility of never receiving the order at all. Would recommend going through a different company for delivery services.
The staff here is off the charts!! Always super friendly and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable.They have some of the best prices and strains in Reno. I love the fact that you can personally talk with the budtenders, to figure out what the best product is for you. The point system is cool! I love Athena. She's the best!! Always super helpful, funny and kind. SW is my favorite dispensary in town.They just expanded their parking lot, too! Pick up window is great. They now have free delivery too. Gotta love that!!
While it's hard to be too picky about buying legal weed in 2017, I found the selection and experience here to be lacking. First, it took me about 20 minutes just to get through the door, which I found to be a little ridiculous, but I understood once I saw how small the back area is. For the most part, you can't see much of what is offered as it's all behind the counter, so I had to ask for what I wanted and they just told me what they had. I can't say I had a bad customer service experience here, but I also can't say it was a great customer service experience, either. Frankly, the selection here was pricey as well, but the thc vape cartridge I got was pretty good and carried me through Burning Man; so I couldn't complain too much. Nevada just legalized weed in July, so I'm guessing a lot of the issues I found here are that everything is so new and dispensaries in the State are still trying to iron out the wrinkles, but anyone coming here from any of the (west) coastal states will probably be a little disappointed.
Sierra wellness has good deals sometimes but they really have very little customer service. Sometimes you leave feeling unsure about your purchases. I came in on a Thursday at 9pm and there wasn't a single other customer but the security made me park my car in a different spot even though there was still 7 parking spaces for curb side. Then they tell me they are out of the promo and will replace it with a different brand after we talked about the other brand being better. When I got handed my package they actually had the promo so I kinda got my hopes up and then dropped for really no reason. The bud tender also answered the phone and talked before checking me in... I'm not a picky person but you can't treat customers like crap and hope they come back. The only time I will come, will be for the cheapest sales and your just going to end up with the worst customers and no real loyalty.
Amazing selection and fantastic customer service. They have the best selection of flower, and specifically CBD strains and CBD based products in town, all tested and reliable. Huge selection of flower, think they had about 30 strains in stock last time I went, some testing as high as 29% THC. Always easy to find out what to get because they have speedy online chat, phone consultation, and free delivery. They recently expanded to be about 3 times bigger than before so wait times are way shorter. Can always count on a great experience here.
Stopped in today to pick up a couple grams with my boyfriend. After checking in we took a seat in the waiting room, as my boyfriend sat down he started to yell, and I was very confused seeing as we were in a public place. I asked him to stop yelling and at that moment he began to lock up and started to seize. I wasn't really sure what to do because I haven't had much experience with seizures. One woman, I didn't catch her name, immediately knew what was going on and did her best to help me help my boyfriend get through the seizure safely. The staff including the manager all dropped what they were doing and came to help the best they could, including calling an ambulance and standing by until it arrived. I must say I am truly AMAZED with the service and immense care that the employees at Sierra Well gave to him/us. Truly a scary situation, but I cannot thank the woman that helped initially, and the manager enough. Will be loyal to this place from now on!! Thank you guys for all your help, you are amazing!!

This place is my go to dispensary in Reno! Not only is it close to my house but they always have the best deals. They do take cards (when their system isn't down) which I appreciate and have an ATM in case of emergencies. I always bring in and reuse my own bags which they give you discounts for. I've never once had to wait any longer than 10 min max on a busy day. The customer service is always awesome and their selection is great!
So far my first experience with Sierra Well was great. I IM'ed several times asking questions and the information they provided was a great help. The prices and selections seem to be very fair and the ordering process online was very easy to use. The delivery arrived well within the time frame given and the young man who made the delivery was quick and very desecrate. No way that anyone would think he was just delivering food or something. Can't comment on the store itself since the order was done online.
As a MMj card holder, I love the atmosphere & the people who work at SWC! They have THe best deals on cannabis extracts in town on a daily basis, but on Saturday they do an awesome special... SHATTERDAY! They literally have $15/grams of top shelf shatter/wax/dabs and all other extracts are 15% off! They have an excellent flower selection, but it sometimes seems overpriced when compared to some other local dispensaries (except for Reef... Berner has to make his money, lol). The staff has always been extremely helpful & friendly as well as being uber knowledgeable about the various strains they carry. The bud tenders are a step above the average, run of the mill employees at other places. I find that this dispensary hits the sweet spot between easy access and parking and a full range of products. The staff seems knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a big fan of CBD products, and their selection seems to be as good or better than other dispensaries I've tried. (Of course, it SHOULD be much greater...HINT HINT HINT to management.)
Everyone was nice, but that doesn't help if you don't know your product. Cannabis oil is not hemp oil. Hemp oil does not work...google it and see for yourself.

Everybody was friendly, but Athena was amazing! She made it a fun experience, I hope she's back when I return. On the way in, I ran into a friendly stranger who suggested their own strain, called Truckee river something. In my opinion it was smoother than many that were twice it's price.
This place takes cards! To my knowledge, this is the only dispensary in town that accepts cards. Very convenient for when you don't have cash on you. The budtenders are super knowledgeable and friendly, which makes for an excellent experience all around!
Sierra Well, more like Sierra Hell! That's what I would call my customer service experience at Sierra Well. I came in on a blustery spring afternoon, excited after a delicious pizza for dinner. I struggled to understand the woman with the microphone at the front desk, but after figuring it out I sat down and tried to track my place in line on the screens inside. The colors were too bright and contrasting, and the menu scrolled constantly and erratically. After two patrons who entered behind me were called, I realized I'd been skipped. It took minutes to flag down an employee to rectify the situation. I was given the excuse that I had already been called. I asserted that this wasn't true. Eventually we finally got called in with no acknowledgement of the error, and the budtender seemed oblivious to the entire situation. There are much better dispensaries in Reno/Sparks!
This was my second time visiting this dispensary. Both times I found it very clean, well organized, and staffed with extremely kind people. Yesterday, Victoria went above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of cannabis to my novice friend. Victoria talked to us about different strains in the shop, their terpene profiles, what terpenes would best treat the ailments we were looking for relief from, etc. She was so nice, personable, and funny. We really appreciated it!
This is my go to dispensary! Thomas (who you should ask for) is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a huge selection of flour and have all the products from CBD to edibles! It's a one stop shop for all your cannabis needs! Highly recommend.
Very disappointed in my first legal purchase with Sierra Wellness Connection today. I bought a couple of grams of Ingrid, mostly for the experience. It wasn't a great one! I have never bought bud on the street that was this dry! These folks need better quality control over their product. Did I wait 45 years for this? I won't be back. Sorry.
Conflicted about this place; seems to be hit or miss. Good selection of product and prices as 'reasonable' as anyone's, but they fall short at what should be very simple stuff. Yesterday, Friday 3PM: As busy as I've ever seen the place. Checked in and there were 12 on the waiting list. Estimated wait: 10 minutes. 15 minutes pass, then 20. Check the list on their video board: my name's not there. No problem, the guy says; that means I'm next! Cool. Three more people waited on. Three people whom I know arrived after I did. I inquire again. It's now obvious that the guy never put me on this list, so he falls back on the lame excuse popular twenty years ago: "Computer Error!" Yeah, the guy tells me, sometimes "the software just forgets people". Right. The software is programmed to just forget people randomly. Sure. The guy wants my ID again to put me on the list "again". Sure. I'll wait another 20 minutes to perhaps be ignored again. Right. Sign me up for that. Bought from these people maybe a dozen times and this is the second time I've been ignored and experienced this. Lesson Learned: If there are more than a couple of people waiting, just go somewhere else unless you've got nothing but time and don't mind being ignored.

I'm still looking for a place that does NOT have dry herb. It's a challenge here in Reno. Between those here competing, SW is by far tops. I would imagine many other collectives will pop up. The staff here are wonderful and always knowledgeable. Coming from the Bay Area, I know that collectives are new here. Until then happy smoking.
This place is terrible. I went in there as a first time customer and was promised a free one roll of my choice. When I got in there some douchey budtender told me I didn't get to choose the pre roll and that I had to take the pre roll that he gives me. It was some shitty bottom of the barrel stuff. Terrible weed and they don't know their product. I will not be returning to Sierra wellness. Silver state relief is the best dispensary in this town, for sure.
First off I want to start off by saying I normally never write reviews on anything but I felt like I had to let people know after my continuous horrible experience with this dispensary. I visited many of the dispensaries around and by far this place is at the bottom of the list of places I would prefer to buy not only have I had to deal with incorrect prices shown on their websites multiple times but customer service does not seem to be a top priority for them if you are reading this I suggest you make the trip up to Reno and you'll find every dispensary there is not only cheaper but the staff actually cares about customer satisfaction and delivering a great experience. Not trying to advertise for any other place just want to let it people who are inexperienced know that dispensaries can actually provide affordable deals with good customer experience unfortunately if that's what you're looking for I would not advise coming here

I'm rating 4 star because this was my first time here and overall it went pretty good! Love the pre-rolls for $8. Once you get in it kind of resembles a coffee shop which is cute but not very practical for those who are wanting to shop around.
The staff here totally rock. They always make me feel very welcome like family as they greet me by name at the door. They are always ready to help me with infinite information which is usually dead on. I love you guys keep on doing just what you're doing thank you , Cassandra
To be honest, though every now and then prices can be high - Then again, you will be too after meeting the sweet loving staff! First dispensary I ever went to, you can a actually describe the hurt you are suffering - one time in tears - they will recommend the best blends to survive what you need to! A smile, a happy word of greeting, I luv them.
Good products and nice people but so slow. Be prepared to wait in line for 30+ min. I went one time and there was only two people in front of me, and was still in line for 30ish minutes. No matter what time you go they only have 1or 2 people working max, super frustrating.

We've been customers at Sierra Well for quite a while. Usually the people inside are very nice and very helpful.Today the woman who helped ( around 2:30pm) was so rude and lacking in any sort of customer service. Couldn't answer simple questions, wouldn't check for points for reduction of cost, basically just not nice at all. It's a shame to see such a change in attitude when it has been so nice to work with the previous people.
2 orders in a row where my 28% THC listed on the website drops to 22% THC without any warning. So, naturally....I call up sierra well to clarify the discrepancy. The employee named MITCHELL answers my questions and concerns no better then a 2 year old. I asked why this happens, he says "Thats just the way it is. Its listed on our website." Here I am looking on the website for said claim...nothing. So I asked him "where can I find this info on your website?" He replies with "Idk I'm just repeating what they told me. I cant do anything for you for an exchange..." I told him that I never asked for an exchange just an explanation as to why my 28% is actually 22%....His reply..."Is there a productive natural to your call today?"WTFFFFF BRO? The audacity when I come here 4x a week and just want a proper description. F*** this place. Trash customer service and BAIT AND SWITCH THC LEVELS. bye.
Had a delivery order and only had $100. My order total was $70. They are not authorized to give change back so my delivery person got a $30 tip... which is fine but I kind of wish they would have called me and given me some store credit. Won't be ordering from them again.
LOVE this place! The staff go above and beyond with helping you figure out EXACTLY what you need. Specifically have to shout out to Ms. Kris and Jake! They KNOW what they're talking about and go above and beyond from percentages to breaking down the terpenes. These guys are AWESOME. We don't go anywhere else.
The first time we ordered from here there was an issue that we didn't discover until we got home. Thankfully the staff at the Carson location contacted the Reno location and took care of everything to make sure we got the products we intended to buy the first time. We will definitely be returning. Excellent customer service from Alexis at the the Carson location!
This company wasted my time told me good chance of being hired come to find out it took them weeks to respond back they did not care no one seem to care to get back to me I will never apply here again waste of time

Great job. Business' trying to do business while this craziness is going on. Everything is closed. I got online and found Sierra Wellness. Some confusion on the site due to my short attention span. They cleared up the confusion and got my relief here as soon as they said. Great job. Update 03-11-2021 Ordered from Sierra Wellness again today and Nina was great and getting back to me on my totals. Always a pleasure to do business with a local business with great customer service.
