First time visit and was completely impressed not only by the prices but by the awesome friendly staff. Employees were open and helpful with any questions. We felt completely welcomed.

The staff was uneducated. Product was old and overpriced. Not the worst shop I've been to, but definitely not worth wasting your time on.

Since recreational marijuana is legal in Michigan, I had to make a visit to one of the dispensaries while in town. I live in Florida where recreational marijuana is still illegal (blows my mind), so it's always fun to check out dispensaries when you in a state that is legal. I thought I would be able to enter the building and look around but as soon as I pulled up in there parking lot someone comes out to your car to ask for your order.We pulled in to a numbered parking spot. As soon as we parked a guy came to the car asking if we needed a medical marijuana card. I explained we were only in town for a few days and just looking to get something for my mom for Mother's Day . Once we told him that, another employee came to the car to take our order. They are not allowing anyone inside at this time. We had to register under "Weed Maps" (luckily I already have that app downloaded on my phone) and go to their menu.I took a few minutes to look through their online menu and was pleasantly surprised to see the offered a variety of products including flour, pre-rolls, gummies, Oil's, etc. I was looking for a couple of pre-rolls that were either hybrid or Indica for my mom since she suffers from anxiety.I didn't catch her name but the person that was helping us out with ordering was very knowledgeable and friendly which helped the process so much and made the experience that much better. I ended up ordering two Cake Bake pre-rolls. It smelled so delicious . I'm waiting to see what my mom thinks about it once she tries it.The whole process was fast and enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try these products. I would download the Weed Maps app first to save a little time so you can go right into their menu once you arrive.They are located in Grand Rapids right down the street from John Ball Zoo. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

A cool place. Looks like a normal well manicured house turned into a quality dispo. Prices are reasonable for carts at least as that's all I've bought there, can't speak for other products because I haven't looked hard yet. Only comment really is that the staff can be kinda quiet, a little shy even if that's what it is, but they take care of business regardless and are definitely chill people.

Just stopped by on my way from Chicago to Traverse City with my dad and brother and we had a great experience! Everyone was friendly, the online order system was fast and easy. We ordered when we got there because we didn’t know what the system was but had our order within 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend

Without a doubt the experience I've had at a dispensary in my 10+ years (I'm from the west coast). Friendly, turned my on to a new item. Clean comfortable environment, knowledgeable staff. LOCALLY OWNED!!! If you're into cannabis or got questions, this is a great place to start.

99% of the time it's a great experience. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are a little on the higher side, but there is always some sort of deal going on. If you want to support a truly local company, than this is it. Owner operated, with this being the only location.

Checking out some of these dispensaries here in Michigan, came across this place and new to this process. When approached by a bud tender and she listened to what works best for us and recommend choices of several items in mind that we wanted to purchase. Outstanding customer service and showcased another item, that so far now, no one has suggested. Great up selling and will be back picking up a on-line order in the future.

When I pulled into the driveway for Pharmhouse Wellness, I had no idea what I was doing. This was my first time at a dispensary and I was completely clueless. I had only decided to go so I could surprise my husband. Unaware that Pharmhouse only offers curbside pickup after 2pm Mon-Fri (and curbside only on the weekend), I hadn't placed an order beforehand. The staff member who came to my window was exceptionally friendly and more than accommodating. They helped me find something within my budget that also met my husband's specific needs. On top of that, they let me use the ATM inside as I didn't realize it was cash only. And even more, they gave me a first-time discount of 10%. My husband and I were thrilled with both the quality and the price. After doing more research into local dispensaries, Pharmhouse definitely has the best prices around. My husband went back to buy more and we were once again blown away by the quality, price, and customer service. This is definitely the place to go!
