Nice medical dispensary. Parking lot and store are well lit and make you feel secure. Great specials for Medical marijuana patients.

The Staff is incredible and the flower is always good and pricing is amazing especially when ya hit happy hour.. the staff is knowledgeable and always friendly! 10/10 would recommend

So I just got off the phone with the ladies at the store please at the store. What happened was earlier this morning I had placed an order online to be picked up up. During my wait for transportation, I received an urgent message from my boss needing me to come in. The coworker of mine is having a family emergency so to coordinate she's picking me up taking me there. Because I don't want to wait if it's not ready I called to confirm it was. The lady read back to me what I had ordered but I ordered the wrong thing on accident. She stated I could shop when I get there because my card was not charged yet. She helped me order over the phone and was very patient though to be fair to her I was very hurried to her and asking a lot of her. I got it all confirmed and set to just what I wanted. At this point I took a breath and explained why I was a little impatient . Also apologizing for my behavior, she understood and continued to be kind. I would suggest them to anyone looking for good products at a good price. The lady earlier this morning when I called about delivery stated its to be up and running around September estimated.

Their website says they sell recreational. Online says recreational. I even called ahead to double check, the person on the phone said they did recreational. After a 45 minute round trip, I arrive to see a note on the door saying they are exclusively medicinal. How unprofessional. I don’t care of the quality of product or service, you need better management of communications. I can only imagine how awful their customer support must be. I see no need to ever visit this location again, even when they allow rec. Use any of the numerous other competing dispensaries available. What a waste of time.

Olswell is excellent. I work for a competitor and still like to swing by for their great deals and selection. Excellent service and a knowledgeable team. I had an issue with a product (manufacturer issue, out of Olswell's control) and they took care of it instantly. You're the best, GR Olswell team!

Poor service and selection. Save yourself the time, because they don’t care about it. I came by today with the intentions of a quick trip because I was on a time crunch. I got into the bud room rather quickly and placed my order. After my order was placed they made me wait around for 40 minutes while they tried to figure out how to work their system. Not even an exaggeration 40 minutes in a weed store. The manager seemed like she felt bad for inconveniencing me and wanted to give me a gift to make it up. She gave me a 1 cent pre roll and a lighter. Seriously Olswell? After making me wait for 40 minutes and having over 4,00 loyalty points you give me 1 dollar worth of stuff? That’s just insulting. If it were a grown adult in there, they would’ve treated them differently. But they gave me next to nothing because to them “I’m a kid and my time doesn’t matter”. I left there feeling completely insulted.
