This place has okay prices but the wait is so long and they seem to all be super confused, I waited an hour to get an 1/8th. I was told it would be faster to go inside and order it and once I went inside I was told it would be a lot faster if I waited in my car for curbside pickup, will not be purchasing from here again, if you're impatient or have things to do throughout the day, I wouldn't shop here either lmao

I've been Faithfully going to 3fifteen for a very long time I believe since the first time they open their doors. And I've also been on the rewards program. So this last time I went in there oh, I purchased  Colin OG it was supposed to be $60 for the quarter that I did on my app,which totaled exactly $61.50 after I went inside they told me that they couldn't find the order that I placed online. So I decided to just get basically the same thing $60 worth of cannabis. By the time I got out of there I paid $79.50. Why did I have to pay that much? it did not make no sense when I am a medical patient the tax was only 6%. This doesn't seem right at all, especially to the client.

Might sound stupid, but they are inconsistent with their rules which makes me wonder if some of the employees at this location are racist or prejudiced. I had an out of state friend come for the second time this week and they suddenly weren't allowed after having an account created already the first day by the workers. Makes no sense when they were allowed prior. Seemed like the girl up front needed to find an excuse as to why they weren't allowed.

Phenix Security is a liability, I know exactly what they should be doing. You're going to let an incompetent security company ruin it for everyone potentially. Weapons aren't being stopped at the door. Do the math.

We are from Chicago so our understanding of dispensary is a touch different! Their bud tender was such a sweetie (long haired, baseball cap wearing human) who was so knowledgeable and kind. Everyone in this dispensary is so sweet and helpful! What's nice is they do not bullshit to sell you. They will be honest and talk honestly about what is and isn't in something. Their viewing room is so NEAT! It's so cool to see the different crystals in things and also learn more about what you're buying. A++ 12/10 Absolutely adored their extensive menu and how kind and wonderful they are.

Just gonna say it’s my favorite dispensary in Grand Rapids! I love the bud tender Abby, she always greets me by name since I’m a regular customer. Noah was the best too! Hopefully he graces us with his presence and knowledge in the Mary Jane game again. They have great deals for loyalty customers, great selection, and often great prices. Most of the staff don’t really make much conversation out of the time(s) that you’re in the back room, or up front at the desk. Unless you get Abby! She’s so great and just warm and impressionable. ❤️ I’d definitely say to go to 3fifteen for all your Stoney needs.

My first time in any shop since it has been legalized. Everyone working, literally EVERYONE was so helpful and knowledgeable. At no point did I have a question that wasn't answered fully and in a way that I could understand.

Victoria at 3:15 does a fantastic job with customer service. We are always greeted with a smile and speedy service from Victoria. If there's a problem she is right on top of it and has always been able to fix any issue we've had. Kudos to Victoria and the rest of the staff members. Thank you for taking your time with us Victoria we really appreciate it and hope you continue our employment there as you are part of the reason that we are so loyal to 3:15.

I stumbled across 315 one day and stopped in. Friendly staff and great deals! Have gone to multiple dispensaries since medical and recreational have been in grand rapids and 315 is my go to! Some of the best deals and flower for medical and recreational patients! Definitely suggest stopping in! Their rewards program is great and super helpful on save some dough or getting a free gram or eighth on your order here and there!

Wonderful customer service. I didn’t catch her name, but the young woman who helped me find what I needed was outstanding in all ways. I ended up finding everything I needed quickly with her help. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries in Massachusetts and Colorado and this one by far takes first place for me in terms of quality and customer service. Every single employee was happy to help and very good at their job.
