I love the professional, kind and knowledgeable staff! This is the only REC dispensary in Grand Rapids that has a huge selection of product, is fair priced, has great deals & whose staff actually knows what they're doing and make you feel appreciated as a customer. Always fast and accurate with orders. They will always have my business ? Love you guys! Thank you so much Exclusive and staff ❣️

I've been to Exclusive maybe 10 times so far and every single time from the door guys to the receptionists to the bud tenders, everyone is very welcoming and utmost professional and helpful. I can't think of reason why the company deserves anything less than a 5 and I look forward to continuing my business with them into the future. Grateful they have a Grand Rapids location and I hope they stick around for years/decades to come. Much respect, Peace!

My experience at Exclusive was fabulous, everyone there was helpful and easygoing. My first Budtender, Cece, was really cool and fun! And I found a new pot strain to check out, which I really like! They run a smooth operation there which I like as well. I'm for sure a regular there. I would recommend checking them out if your traveling through GR or anything.

Great shopping experience , very clean and inviting store! Very well run store with friendly, knowledgeable employees that go above and beyond to help. Great selection at fair pricing. Very easy ordering and delivery should I need it. Definitely my go to store!

This was my first time at Exclusive GR. They had a particular live resin I was after in stock, so I ordered online and it happened to be 20% off...nice. as I pulled in to the parking lot the place seemed pretty busy. when I headed in tho, the process went very smooth from checking in to picking up my order. I bet I was in & out in ten minutes tops. Also a special shout out to my budtender! I can't 'member her name but she was very sweet and made sure to save my first time customer 20% off until *next* time, since I was already getting 20% what I ordered on this visit. That's solid customer service! Overall a great experience, will definitely be back.
