Love the staff, they are very helpful. The prerolls are fantastic, Angel Cake is my favorite.

Ordered dabs online, but when I picked it up they were breath sprays. When I called to ask them about it, they said they understand why it would be confusing. Had to wait over an hour for anyone to get back to me, and I'm pretty sure they ignored my call. They only offered me 15% off of next purchase when I wanted to return the breath sprays because they were incorrectly advertised on the website. This was my third time going here and I don't plan to go again.

The facility is nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. I finally found a product that really helps with my back pain, unfortunately now that they also sell recreational, they never have it in stock when I need it.  Have tried other brands, but just not working for me.  Please order appropriate quantities for your store for us medical customers.

Very nice professional medical marijuana provisioning center.  The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.  All the employees were following health guidelines for Covid.  If you are concerned about Covid, they still have curbside service and delivery service as well; however, we enjoyed going in and talking with one of the budtenders.  This location is MEDICAL only; however, they are working on getting their recreation license as well.  They have a website that you can order online from for those wanting curb side or delivery service.  They offer specials -- they change so check the web site!  Since variety is the spice of life, we'll be back because they have some different products or company products that we can't get in Kalamazoo/Battle Creek.

TERRIBLE customer service. Walked in for the first time after being referred by someone. Brung someone with me to shop as well, a younger brunette was extremely rude with a miscommunication about medical card access only VS recreational access. She mentioned some trouble shooting for our problem although I had no way of solving the issue at the time. I called the person who recommended me and the same short brunette clerk mentioned " come back, we may be allowing recreational buyers later today  but as for the moment our medical patients come first" I still don't understand how you can... deny people one hour but say come back later and we might be good to let you shop... TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. MANY MORE PLACES TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN KENTWOOD/ GR/ IONIA/ GRAND HAVEN... customer service matters

I decided to try this shop since it's probably the closest one to my house. Their online ordering offers delivery, pickup, and curbside. I chose pickup and started ordering. Payment can be done via debit card with a $3.00 charge or cash. Plenty of parking and very friendly counter staff. Nice waiting room and impressive setup inside where the "magic" happens. My order was ready and I just had to step inside and pay. They didn't have one of my items no offered me something similar for less $$. Overall a great and easy experience. My new place to go!  Sorry no pics this time

Great for first timers! We honestly didn't really know what to expect, but Teddy was really patient and helpful. The store was clean and, even though it was busy, we were in and out quickly. We will definitely be back! Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and great staff! Bonus: 20% off your first visit and student discounts!

I don't know what it is about this state, there are more dispensaries in Grand Rapids than all of the greater Chicago metro area, there are more dispensaries in Lansing than all of Illinois.  But this is where the in-laws live so this was a necessary "medical" visit.  Not that I need to have drugs to handle a family reunion, no don't get that impression please.  It's a long drive and I have spinal stenosis so I need something to ease that discomfort.  When I was a stupid teen, oh wait that's pleonasm isn't it.  When I was a teen on the South Side of Chicago, we would drive to a designated spot (no not "pre-designated," this is an anti-pleonasm review) turn off the car, roll down the windows, turn off the lights, and wait.  An attractive mysterious woman named Conley (or that's what she said her name was) would quietly and quickly come out to the car with what we called my "stash," and take my money, and disappear back into the shadows.  Curbside pick up is sort of like this.  The differences are minor but I should mention them.  Now I use my phone to get on the Inter-tubes to put in my order, and the pick up is in broad daylight.  I don't try to get the pretty young lady to go on a date with me but the result would have been the same anyway (a silent no).  Now I can use a debit card instead of the cash only back when, and the cash looks different too.  The price has gone up but so has the quality.  I have limited ability to compare, I don't do this often and it's still illegal where I live.  This place is much nicer and classier on the outside with better service than the place I visited in San Diego, a little less expensive and in a worse neighborhood than the place in the Chicago metro area I've been too (this location is in MAGA hat wearing anti-vaxer anti-masker territory, so even more so than buying ganja in the 1970s in the South Side of Chicago, I was afraid to get out of the car here). In terms of location, if you're just passing through, this is the most convenient in terms of on and off I-96 between Detroit and the Indiana border (based on extensive Google Maps research). Now remember kids, transporting marijuana products across state lines is still illegal, and only for adults over 18 who do not have college studying to do first.  Please do not attempt to order online on your phone while driving, and don't operate a vehicle or heavy machinery after imbibing these products.

Very nice place - clean, bright and upbeat. Well designed interior. Usually a wide selection. Working with Pash has been the high point of my experiences here - she knows her stuff and it seems like she really takes pride in taking good care of her customers. She gets 5 stars! The 4 stars overall is due to the online menu not being updated in a timely manner. I've picked out my selections and come in to find things were not available. Otherwise great!

They called to confirm my order at 4:15 and then never delivered it. I had to call them ten minutes before they closed to be told their driver “didn’t get to it”. Cool. Edit: they worked pretty hard to make it right. Gave me a discount to deliver next day. Not quite as good as having it same night, but I appreciate the effort to make it up.

I placed an order for delivery and the girl who answered the phone was so dumbfounded she had to put me on hold to get an answer for a simple question!! Her customer service is straight Waste Management, shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers. Finally got my order placed and it never showed up, big surprise!! So I call back and immediately get connected to another rude girl to find out that my order was never placed!! I then ask to speak with a manager and got put on hold until the line went dead, how convenient!! I have so many points racked up from shopping with this place, and after today I regret every dollar spent!! The customer service here is horrible!! Bud tenders are not educated more than the description on the packages!! truly under par considering neighboring places?! The person who answers the reviews loves to avoid accountability of the employees lack of manners at this place!! This isn't cool and I'm gonna let everyone know!!!

Wonderful place, great prices! Came here on vacation and had a better experience than I do with most places by my house. Kudos to their staff and overall cleanliness of the facility!

I order here at least twice a week and never need to go anywhere else. I love the fact that you can order online for a delivery and pay with a debit card. It makes the process so smooth. My preferred driver is Matt who is always here super fast and tends to offer up quality suggestions when they run out of anything I order. Keep it up guys because you have a loyal customer in me and I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone.
