absolutely love it here it's the only one i'll go to. amazing staff especially raven ;)

So I came in on Wednesday for my first time ever to take advantage of the Wednesday special. All concentrates were 20% off. I had a day planned ahead so I showed up groggy first thing in the morning when they opened. Get to the register get rang up and insert my card yada yada. 4 or 5 hours later when I had a second and was awake I checked my bank account and saw I was charged $20 more than what both my physical and and digital receipts told me I paid. So I called explained it and they wanted me to drive back so we could figure it out in shop as if most customers live around the corner and have all the time in the world. Basically they told me "why don't you come back and we can figure out what happened to your discount". I was a first time customer and I really got the special treatment.

The first time that I came to Ascend I was actually impressed and asked for a job application. It is September 20th and it was 8:50 p.m.. their hours are listed from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. The lights were off the building was closed and no employees were in sight. With COVID going on and everything else I understand that ours are funny, But if you're going to have posted on your door that you are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily I expect as a loyal customer to come here and be able to get in at 8:50 p.m. Even though I recognize that that's last minute and somewhat rude. I will no longer be shopping with ascend and I would not recommend this dispensary to any of my friends.

Ascend is a clean shop with limited inventory. alot  of local products and fewer nationally recognized brands.  Shop was understaffed with a small waiting area with only 4 chairs. Those things aside its a nice shop with great  prices. Daily specials and a customer loyalty program, they offer everything one would expect at a dispensary. I would leave five stars if they added some staff. Nice store and location.

Been coming to MSP for a few months now and really can't see myself going anywhere else. Great staff, great service and I absolutely love the curbside option. Great Rec prices and there always seems to be some deal going on!

One of my favorite places to shop. Always walk out spending less than I expected for more product. Can't thank Samantha enough, she was the best budtender you could possibly ask for! Will definitely keep coming back here.

Great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. (Thank you, Mike!) They are always running deep discount specials. You can shop the deals for your favorites and get way more bang for your buck!

So me and my sister came from Chicago to check out some dispensaries in Michigan and this one was definitely one of my favorite spots. The receptionist Samantha was honestly amazing. She was so engaging asking us questions and making us feel at home. We even came back a second time and had her as our CSC; she gave us great recommendations! Honestly a great place with friendly staff and amazing products.

Extreme right now legible staff. Very clean and great selection. My bud tender Raven was very happy and welcoming. She was extremely helpful. She was very patient and listen to my needs and help me find what I needed. Best dispensary in Grand Rapids don’t bother going anywhere else
