What seemed like a positive experience quickly turned negative after trying to report an issue, received incredibly rude/negative email response.  I'll be shopping elsewhere.

location is a tad far, but they have $5 dollar joints not including tax of course. That's pretty good and they roll them well. Should be playing music in the shop!

Just heard about this place and decided to give it a try. I was looking for a edible that was 1.1 cbd -thc. After not finding anything at two local shops the guy at Rasta shop said to try Tracktown and they had what I needed. They could have a better price on ounces of flower.(perhaps run a special). But all in all a good selection and excellent service.

Best place for prerolls and the selection is great with super good prices. The customer service is bomb and they know you and recommend your likes if you want. Super friendly and helpful place to shop with super good prices and selection.

Pretty happy with TTC, everyone is super nice and they have killer pre roll prices!  The selection isn't heavy but is all good stuff imo.

I bought an ounce of flower for around $130. Flower looks and smells good. 4/5 for flower quality.0/5 for service. Idk if your employees are a little too high, it was a busy night, or this business just needs better staff motivation but I was polite, chill and just had a few questions. I'm by no means new to cannabis but the bud tender was so not interested in doing their job that it was off putting. I always say thank you and tip on every transaction but after I was rung up I was simply handed my ounce and literally not even a "see you later" or any verbal communication once he took my money.$130 and I won't be back I like other dispensaries cause they actually seem like they want you to come back. Maybe a "have a good night" or "thank you" would be pretty chill.Also it wasn't busy like 1 other person in the shop at 7pm on a Tuesday. I hope spacebuds restocks soon so I don't have to slum it at these discount shops. SMH.

Have been coming to Track Town for awhile as they have good deals and the staff is friendly/knowledgeable. But on 7/18 after purchasing a half containing 3 different strains, I get home to find one of the strains I had selected wasn't in the container. So, after calling the store thinking it had been set aside by accident as we reuse our containers, I was blatantly called a liar and was told that there wasn't anything they could do to fix it. That's okay I will gladly take my business elsewhere. But for future shoppers of Track Town, double check your stuff before you leave.

Super clean environment! Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable! Katelyn helped me and was so kind and got me everything I needed! Definitely re omens this place! 5 out of 5 no wait it was perfect

I LOVE this place! Always friendly people and it's great how knowledgeable they ALL are! BEST prices too!! Def my fave spot in town!....and even a year later track town is still the best!
