Love this place! They're very friendly and helpful with making decisions on which strain to buy. Everyone go check them out!

For a while I enjoyed it here. That all ended on poor customer service. The short toolbag with a beard that works here, refused to exchange defective cartridges that can't even be taken out of the box. On purchase date I was told to keep my receipt for the 7 day exchange. Upon returning with my defective product I spent my hard earned money on. They told me I would not be receiving a refund and when questioned proceeded to curse me out of the store. I will not be returning and I suggest everyone to go to another place with a concern for their customers

Buyer beware! They talked me into "strong edibles" (I usually buy flower), bagged them into black sealed bag and cashed me out. I get home and read the box: 0% THC! They sold me CBD gummies at THC price!!!! I go back to "sorry no refunds" spoke with managers and OLCC. I typically shop there once or twice a week and spend $80-$160. I cant believe they are taking a $12 pack of gummies this far. NEVER AGAIN!

This place has been my fav dispo in Eugene area due to their awesome prices! But I just ran in there before closing today and was treated rudely by the staff. I came in @ 9:55pm ( wanting to make a quick purchase I already knew what I wanted) the staff approached me and said " you're cutting into the time". I felt uncomfortable and rushed.

Went here with a friend as the place is close to where they live. While we were there, a tenant from one of the adjacent businesses came in to ask the staff if they would please turn down the (arguably loud) hip hop music they had playing, as it was disrupting their business. The guy at the counter came un-fucking-glued! Told the person that they could play the music as loud as they wanted until 10pm, that they were, "...not fucking welcome" in the store, and if they had a problem, they should take it up with management. Incredible...  Unquestionably the most disrespectful and unprofessional interaction I have ever witnessed in ANY business! This guy was a bully and an asshole... AND THIS HAPPENED IN A FUCKING WEED STORE! Based on the demonstrated, poor behavior of this staff guy, this is the absolute last place I'd go for weed if I used the stuff. Can't believe someone would act this way as a human being, much less as a representative of a business. There is literally a weed store every half block in this city, so I told my friend to find a better retailer with some sense of professionalism.

Year on, the place always has old and expensive nugs. Their weed selection turns to dust  in your fingertips. Hmmm overpriced, dry nugs. "Top shelf?" Right. $300 ounce? Riiight. there are sooo many other options for dispensaries. Skip this place. Jamica Joels is better.

The rating initially put me off, but I decided to give them a chance since they had a special on my Winberry cartridges (thanks to Weedmaps!). I had called them earlier in the week to verify they had them in stock which they did. The gentleman was kind enough to read off every flavor he had, including the price ranges. Super friendly and accommodating! When I had a chance to visit last night, I walked in and was greeted, asked for Winberry, was shown the case... and walked out with 2 highly discounted cartridges. I was told to keep my receipt in case they don't work but they did and I'm satisfied. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes and had a great experience. Friendly, fast service! I will be back.

bud tender was awesome and very knowledgeable. They have many different house grown strains that are surprisingly strong. Definitely would recommend their flower

Khristina and Alex are AMAZING. I love getting recommendations from them and you can talk to them without feeling awkward. They're great at their product knowledge and extremely sweet!

My go-to dispensary. Friendly staff, great deals always and a laid-back atmosphere. Definitely a popular spot, their concentrate selection is varied and their bud is sweet. I love this place, thanks for being here.
