Mu fiancé and I love this place, we have been loyal customers since we moved to the area. But yesterday they had an employee who did not accept mi husbands ID because it was "international". Mi fiancé still has a Puerto Rico ID which is considered state issued not international. Even though he explained this to him and that he goes there frequently and had never had an issue, the employee still refused to sell him weed. I don't know if he is a new employee or what but things like this drive away customers. We ended up taking our business elsewhere when really cannabliss is our favorite dispenser. Employees should be trained better and ask their managers if they are not sure about something. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for this inconvenience.
Really good customer service and the young man (Jim I think) who helped us was friendly, patient, enthusiastic about cannabis and quite knowledgeable. Lots of options to choose from. It felt like I was being listened to and that what I was saying was being taken into consideration, which really helped towards making a decision. My boyfriend and I were pleased with what we ended up purchasing, it was just right.
These idiots are the reason stoners are labeled as stupid smh. They can't verify IDs to save their life. I've been to many stores but for some reason, these guys don't know a valid ID yet claim they know the OLCC laws. Plus they have a bad selection from what my friends say so not the place to go.
Friendly staff, somewhat knowledgeable about products. Clean well lit atmosphere nice waiting area. Recently had a staff overhaul, much better now in the willingness and ability to answer advanced questions about the products they offer.

CannaBliss claimed to be supportive of the medical marijuana community but that claim appears to have fallen by the wayside after recreational laws passed. The budtenders are little more than pretty girls not equipped to answer any questions pertaining to medical cannabis, preferring to focus on the easy sale to college kids. If you're looking for a decent selection of decently priced cannabis without any need for personalized attention or answers regarding effects - head on over there - however if you are an OMMP cardholder, defer to other dispensaries that actually focus on the medical patient. Their store in Springfield is even worse with regards to the medical patient - it's essentially only catering to the recreational user. Their highly regarded reputation, in my opinion, is not deserved or warranted.

I will never go back to this dispensary EVER again. I purchased some concentrate from a company called NW Kind I got it because the flavor strawberry mimosa sounded good to me but also because it said it the terps were at 5.8%. I figured how can I go wrong? I was very wrong. I called up the dispensary to notify them that this product was sub par and tasted like burnt hair. I was then given over to the owner of the store. She told me that she was "dabber" then continued to tell me that she doesn't even do any dab by NW Kind because she does not like their product, then continued while throwing shade at me because the price of their dab is $20 & not $45 or $50. Telling me that the more expensive dab is better. I think this whole interaction was rude and uncalled for. The thing I do not understand is why she would continue to sell a product that she wouldn't even buy. From now on I will continue to go to TRUSTED dispensaries such as Spacebuds and Flower of Lyfe. I am also considering posting this to my Facebook where I can notify over a thousand friends that live in Oregon. This is a shame because I used to frequent the Cannabliss shops in Portland when I lived there. The rudeness of the owner of the E. 11th shop in Eugene prompted me to write my first Yelp review. Hope this helps with making a decision of not supporting the rudeness and lack of integrity of the owner!
It's not a surprise I see another person on here complaining about security. I refuse to come to this place anymore. They must go through a different security agency or something because these current security guys are the worst I've seen. Every time I entered I was harassed by security, told to leave because my card wouldn't scan on the first attempt (I have an older card sometimes it might take a second try) I was told to leave and I asked if he could scan again and he did and sure enough it's verified. This happened every time I went there, the security is a joke. The staff inside is always nice and I always wondered if they were aware of the way security treats customers. Security here is completely unprofessional and ridiculous and makes it 100% not even worth going in. I've been going to TJ's right down the road! Great service! Great products! Only about a half mile away! Let me know when you guys change security and I'll be back.
I just find it necessary to add to the other reviews about your bully of a security guard. I had just turned 21 and was so pumped for my first dispo experience UNTIL I was greeted by the infamous power hungry rent-a-cop himself. From the second he asked for my ID he was being disrespectful and downright mean. I was confused but everybody has bad days so I let it slide. He then took my ID into some room for 5 minutes and came back to let me know that he was keeping it because it was fake. He didn't say it as nicely as that and really took the opportunity to unleash his stank attitude on me for absolutely 0 reason at all. I had no clue what to do so I called the cops and they verified it right in front of him. He explained to the police that he believed it was a fake because there was no watermark and no shadow behind my picture. He was being an extreme suck-up to the cops which really sent me due to how high and mighty he was acting just moments prior. He needs therapy or a hug from his mother because something is not ok with that guy. After the whole awful experience the assistant manager came running out to offer me a 25% discount. Nice and all but I will literally never step foot near that place again. I now hate getting ID'd and have no weed to help my anxiety because trying to buy weed is now what gives it to me:) Just go anywhere else I beg you. Even if that dude doesn't take your ID I think saving yourself from having to be near his bad energy is your best bet.
Your security guard with the American flag cover and sunglasses...(at night) ..has ruined not only my desire to ever come to your place again, but my friends and fraternity brothers as well. We've directly seen him harass young women. You're not special forces my guy.... you're a rent a cop..... take the ID... say please and thank you.... and move on. I'm done bringing people to your location so your rent a badge can make the whole experience dumb awkward. He's disrespectful and plain horrible for your business. How many other comments do you need till you take this serious?? Read below.... your security guard shouldn't be the hot topic of your store.
Worst security guard in the the world. As someone who has friends in both the armed forces and private security, I can with 100% certainty say the only thing this guy protects is a wannabe cop persona. The best part is the cannabliss doesn't care. Why should you care what the patrons of your business especially during covid-19 think. Never going back until they make a discount day around the security guard's demise.
This place blows so much. Aside from the horrible security the bud is absolute garbage. So dry. Save some money and go somewhere else.
I used to be basically a regular customer at The Sorority House (going every other week). I loved the people who worked there and the quality of the products they sell. However, I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I recommend you don't either. This is why: Today I went to pick up a pre ordered gift for my dad's birthday. I gave them my ID and had my cash ready. The female worker and security guard then took my ID inside to "scan" which was the first red flag. I have never come to pick up an order and had my ID taken inside the shop. I sat there for probably 15 minutes when the security guard came back and told me they could not sell to me and WOULD NOT GIVE MY ID BACK because they believed it was fake. As I said, I frequented this location multiple times and had used my LEGAL DRIVERS LICENSE with no issue. I told the security guard this and he even said he recognized me. Not only was this unprecedented, but I was about to get on the road and drive home to see my parents and now I couldn't leave. I sat in my car and cried debating as to whether to call the police because IT IS ILLEGAL TO TAKE SOMEONE'S REAL ID. I think the security guard saw this and realized I was moments from calling 911 and possibly opening the door to a lawsuit so he gave me my ID back. They continued to refuse to sell to me which is fine because I do not plan on giving them anymore of my money. My ID is now visibly damaged from where the security guard repeatedly bent it back and forth to try and prove it wasn't real. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Also on the verge of being 100% illegal. I hope you're happy Cannabliss! You just majorly lost a regular customer and you delayed my road trip. Thanks to you, I will now have to sit in rush hour traffic and that I cannot forgive. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU AT CANNABLISS: ask them what legal basis they have for taking your ID and emphasize that it is illegal and you will call 911. This is an unlawful practice and they need to know that. So Cannabliss, from the bottom of my heart, fuck you forever! PS if I have to get my ID replaced because of the damage you caused, I will be contacting you about covering that cost.
The staff inside were extremely helpful and friendly. We came in about 20 min to closing but we're treated as if we had the whole night to look and ask all the questions. We had a decent sized party looking at flower, concentrate, pre-rolls and edibles and all the staff helped and were patient with us all. The selection of products is fantastic. My only wish is that they had more diamond concentrate selections but that seems to be common thing in most dispensaries. I would come back for sure. We personally never dealt with a crappy security guard so hopefully they got rid of him

This shop has an awesome selection and the staff was super informative. I am an edibles noob and she was patient with explaining the types and showing me options. I'll definitely be back!
Knowledgeable and friendly, fun staff! Only getting a 4 because they forgot to sign me up for the rewards program on my first visit. Life happens tho.

I get points and rewards for buying weed like the rewards they offer at my Safeway! They have vast and affordable selection of cartridges and edibles than other nearby dispensaries and that matters if you travel on foot everywhere.
