Amazon organics is the best Marijuana store in town. This shop may look small but it has huge heart,  and they are expanding. The entire staff is knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and professional. Whether you are a recreational smoker like me, or a medical patient, you will be treated with respect and offered assistance with any of your needs.  Try the fresh squeezed thc orange juice or one of their many other edibles in medical and recreational sizes.  Their vape pens and oil tanks are great, and the staff is really helpful when learning how to use them. I'm also very impressed with the handling of their flowers.  There are smelling jars,  so you can smell and view the different strains without drying out or contaminating their entire stock. (I've been to many stores in town and often they just hand you the whole jar they keep the stock in, which exposes it to air that dries it out, and germs from the other buyers). They also have pipes and merchandise, such as really great stickers, shirts,  and tanks with their very cool logos. Also if you become a regular customer you get a great little Keychain that means you are a frequent buyer which allows you to accumulate points, these points add up to money off future purchases. The scrolling TV screen shows you what the thc and cbd percentages are every strand they carry for ease in choosing just the right strain for you. Although why choose?  Get a variety,  that's what I do.

I have never been to such an establishment but if I had it would be here.  Nice folks, good selection of quality products that I have never sampled.

The guy with the dark hair/ light skin is a great budtender and I'm glad he's working every time I've come in. Always courteous and knowledgeable. I've been happy with each experience. Thanks BUD!

Fast talking car salesman that a lie for a sale. When you pay for it and still in the store, won't even exchange for what u really wanted. Buyer beware.

Amazon Organics was by far my favorite place to visit while in Eugene,Oregon me and my girlfriend are on vacation we are open minded in trying cannabis (we sadly currently live in Utah). We had a fun weekend and couple more days before we go back home. We can't remember the girls name but she was very knowledgeable and very helpful while we were shopping for some products since it was our first time we had a great experience and will definitely come back and buy more from this dispensary :) will recommend this place to other people.

I agree that there is a used car type salesman who literally stalks you from the moment you walk in the door. They have display jars of what they supposedly sell, but won't let you see what they actually give you, and it's COMPLETELY different than the sample jars. They won't exchange it afterwards, and give you attitude if you ask. Horrible customer service.  Oh and they're way overpriced. Just awful.

I was impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Amazon Organics. They have a good selection of edibles (now permitted for recreational sale in Oregon) including fresh-squeezed orange juice and various candies, plus a variety of herbs with clearly marked THC and CBD levels. I don't recall the name of the guy who helped me, but he was very friendly and had some good recommendations. The whole experience here was excellent, from check-in (you have to provide ID to enter the main store area, at least if you're a new customer.) The store isn't large, but it is well set up. Amazon Organics now accepts MC and Visa and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, I believe.

The staff at Amazon Organics are ALWAYS so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that they offer delivery is a bonus. They have their program together, and I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you

I only had five bucks on me and they only had one strain of kiln-dried budget on hand, but it tasted good and produced a mellow buzz which is what I was looking for anywayCustomer service was really great!  I mean, I only had $5 and this guy really wanted me to spend it there, no matter what!  Much respect for the pro-sell initiative and snappy look!

I really like this dispensary and their friendly service.  I also really appreciate that they offer free delivery in the local area and accept credit/debit cards.  All big wins for AO.  My big complaint with this dispensary is that their prices are absolutely outrageous, especially for flower.  For example, AO will charge $12+ for just 1 gram of flower, but I can get an eighth or quarter ounce of quality bud for the same price from Nectar.  And what AO charges for eighths and quarters is often more than what I've seen other dispensaries charging for entire ounces!  It seems as though AO either doesn't research their competitors' prices or they rely on customers being ignorant of the fact that they can get flower (and other items) for A LOT cheaper from other dispensaries.  And have you seen their prices on glass?!  Many of the pieces they sell are thousands of dollars.  I have not seen such exceptionally high prices on nice glass at other dispensaries.  If AO adjusts their prices to be similar to those of the local market, I would be happy to provide a more positive review.  I still appreciate this business, just not the obscene prices of their products, especially with so much cannabis saturating the market.

Amazon Organics is the best dispensary in town. *they sell high quality, locally grown, organic bud at reasonable prices, higher priced bud is available too.  *two days a week you can get a discount. Wake and bake Wednesday and happy hour on Sunday. *the staff knows their products well*they carry a large selection so if smoking green bud isn't your thing you can get anything you need.  If you aren't sure what you need ask them, they listen to what's working for other people and know their products well. *I don't go anywhere else because I trust the quality of Amazon Organics.

AO is in my neighborhood and they've already won me over with their friendly & helpful customer service. You can tell when you walk in that they take pride in both their shop and products. They took it over the top when I attended the Juneteenth Festival and heard they were a sponsor. Just awesome that they support the full spectrum of our community.

What could be better? They have AWESOME prices for some good looking, keefy flower. Their shatter/wax prices and selection are perfect for the expert smoker. Oh it gets better, free delivery with the most kind drop off service. Not to mention that they have fulfilled all of my delivery orders within an hour! My favorite part, tax is included on site, and they accept cash AND card. Their service truly creates an easy, reliable, affordable solution for stay at home moms, anyone stuck at home bored, anyone working from home, or you just don't want to leave the couch. I am incredibly pleased with their service and product -- 110% recommend.

I come here for edibles, and they have a lovely selection. If you're looking for glassware, they also have some lovely pieces that range from functioning to legitimate art pieces. They're friendly, and have given some great recommendations! Their happy hour is also great, since it tends to be when I'm in the mood to buy cannabis products anyways.

My household has shopped here since the day they opened. The shop gets high marks for quality, selection and price. The reason for the lower rating is due to poor customer service. Don't get me wrong the bud tenders are stellar. The manager with the poofy hair on the other hand is a condescending and rude representative of the business. I don't care if you have rude staff but keep them as far away from the front as possible.

In terms of atmosphere, this place feels a little more on the high-end side. Their flower quality is reflected in their prices: you will spend more, but the quality is much higher; same with their shatter and dab. Their staff is helpful, friendly and full of good advice. If you're in the area and not afraid to spend a little, or looking for something to take to a party for the host and feel like showing off a bit, their selection is just right for you.
