Was visiting Eugene recently and stopped by this dispensary. I was able to order online and they had my product waiting for me when I arrived. They had great prices and very good customer service. Will be back!

I've been a regular at Firehorse for almost 2 years, it's a no frills dispensary with friendly staff. Unfortunately after my experience there today I will never be returning. I bought a Cbd Discovery cartridge early in the day on recommendation from the bud tender. When I went to try it, it didn't work at all. I went back to return or exchange it a few hours later and they could do nothing for me, telling me I could buy another. It's a shame to lose a regular customer over a product that cost them $16. My advice to other potential customers is to go to one of the many other dispos in Eugene.
